This thesis work is aimed at the meaning of excursion in teaching biology at secondary vocational school for thematic complex of microbiology. The topic of microbiology is not attractive for students of secondary vocational school and it is very important to find out what the impact of the excursion will be on the knowledge of students who will participate on the excursion Part of this work is evaluation of excursion as an alternative method of teaching and its overall importance in the teaching of biology. Diploma thesis work brings an overview how the individual stages of the excursion should theoretically look like. It provides list of institutions and factories which may be asked for microbiology excursion in practice. Next part includes completely described excursion in brewery U Fleků including preparation realization and evaluation. Excursion was taken by two classes of different fields with identical pre concept of their studies. Part of the school phase of the excursion is testing students in the form of pre test with the knowledge of microbiology theme, particularly beer production and yeasting process. Cholesterol and lipoproteins, their impact (aspect) on human health The thesis is focused on cholesterol, lipoproteins and their metabolism. Detail is devoted to their charakteristics, significance, function in the body and the effects on human health. The first chapter summarizes informations about cholesterol chemical properties and structure, through its processing to the characteristic, importance and function in the human body. There are analyzed opportunities to affect cholesterol levels. The second chapter presents lipoproteins as particles for our body essential. It includes their characteristic, classification, meaning and function in the body. The third chapter provides information about dyslipidemia. It focuses on the classification, significance and treatment. The following chapter deals with atherosclerosis, its causes, consequences and risks. This diploma thesis is focused on curriculum planning in health education. The aim of the work was to design model lessons for a selected thematic unit of health education at a selected primary school. The model lessons are based on an analysis of the school's educational program which focused on the current document and the integration of health education into optional subjects. A partial goal of this work was also to find out whether health education teachers are informed about the concept of health education at their school. Among other things, the partial goal was to find out the current state of implementation of health education in the educational reality. Analysis of the school curriculum, observations, and interviews were used to obtain information. This diploma thesis contains twelve models of lessons of the thematic unit sex education. During the analysis was found that the school curriculum of the selected school contains incorrect information, is out of date and some fields of study are completely missing in the document. There is no subject focused on healt education in the selection of optional subjects, but we can find a partial blend in the two offered optional subjects. The diploma thesis is focused on the importance of properly managed classroom classes, in terms of their impact on building good relationships in the classroom and creating a pleasant environment in primary school. It deals with their function, importance and benefit for individuals, and therefore for the whole team, including the class teacher. The content of this work also deals, for example, with the correct compilation of class rules, which contribute to the creation of a confidential and relaxed atmosphere in the class team, in which students are not afraid to speak and cooperate. Furthermore, the work clarifies why and how class classes should be held and what topics are appropriate to include in their thematic plans. The main goal of the thesis is to find out whether the classroom classes contribute to the creation of a safe and relaxed environment at the Elementary School Zdice u Berouna. To verify this goal, I will use qualitative methods, namely structured observation of students' groups during class classes and structured interviews. Both qualitative methods take place on the grounds of Zdice Elementary School. The theoretical part introduces the target group - school and pupils with mild, moderate and severe mental disabilities. These pupils are still mostly educated at the special schools so the thesis describes the FEP for primary special education and points out the inclusion of a special education into the Czech school system. Additionally the thesis focuses on the distance learning modalities and approaches to distance learning. In the practical part a questionnaire survey has been used. Teaching staff from the special school in Poděbrady was chosen for the purpose of a questionnaire survey. Using the questionnaire survey, the author focuses on the evaluation and specific practical teachers experiences. Thesis outputs are examples of a good practice in the case of distance learning indicated to schools with a similar focus.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of including didactic games in teaching, here specifically in the educational field of health education. The reform of Czech education system is constantly being talked about, which should start to focus more on the pupil's activity than on the teacher's activity, and so one of the solutions may be the use of activating teaching methods, which can include the already mentioned didactic games. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to defining the concept of motivation, which is an important part of student activity in school, and its types. Furthermore, readers will get acquainted with the definition of the term teaching methods and their basic division, which is freely followed by a description of activating teaching methods, their classification and the advantages and disadvantages of their use in practise. The work also gets specifically to didactic games, which describes in detail their methodological preparation, further division, but also the principles of using didactic games in teaching. The last part of the theoretical part deals with the approach to the educational field of health education and its didactics in connection with the use of didactics in the teaching of health education.
