目的 评估伊沙佐米、来那度胺、地塞米松（IRd）方案治疗复发/难治多发性骨髓瘤（MM）的疗效及安全性。 方法 纳入2018年7月至2020年5月于国内14个中心接受至少1个周期IRd方案治疗的复发/难治MM患者。除7例起始剂量作调整的患者以外，其余患者伊沙佐米起始剂量为4 mg。来那度胺剂量根据患者肌酐清除率进行调整。每周期进行疗效及安全性评估。 结果 共纳入74例患者，中位年龄65岁，11例（14.9％）患者曾接受>三线治疗。总体反应率（ORR）为54.1％（40/74），其中7例（9.5％）达严格意义的完全缓解或完全缓解，14例（18.9％）达非常好的部分缓解，19例（25.7％）达部分缓解，中位无进展生存时间为9.9月，中位总生存时间为20个月，中位获得反应时间为1个月。总体疗效与生存结果与TOURMALINE-MM1中国延展性研究（TOURMALINE-MM1 CCS）相近。硼替佐米难治、来那度胺难治、两药均难治患者的ORR分别为52.0％（13/25）、57.1％（4/7）和33.3％（6/18）。3～4级不良事件（AE）发生率为36.5％（27/74）。主要血液学不良反应为贫血、血小板减少、淋巴细胞减少及中性粒细胞减少。主要非血液学不良反应为乏力、消化道症状及感染。2例患者出现3级周围神经病变。与不符合TOURMALINE-MM1 CCS试验入组标准的患者相比，符合入组标准的患者ORR更高［77.8％（14/18）对46.4％（26/56），P＝0.020］，两组3～4级AE发生率的差异无统计学意义［33.3％（6/18）对37.5％（21/56），P＝0.749］。 结论 IRd方案治疗复发/难治MM具有较好的疗效及安全性。

目的 评价聚乙二醇化重组人粒细胞刺激因子（PEG-rhG-CSF）预防淋巴瘤患者化疗后发生中性粒细胞减少症的有效性和安全性。 方法 本研究为多中心、开放、单臂、Ⅳ期临床试验。纳入410例淋巴瘤患者接受多周期化疗并预防性使用PEG-rhG-CSF。主要观察患者各化疗周期Ⅲ/Ⅳ度中性粒细胞减少症和发热性中性粒细胞减少（FN）的发生率，同时观察患者整个化疗期间抗生素的使用率。 结果 ①410例患者中，违背入选标准8例（1.95%），失访35例（8.54%），发生不良事件19例（4.63%），出现符合终止研究标准者12例（2.93%），疾病进展或复发15例（3.66%），故最终321例（78.29%）进入符合方案集。②在第1~4个治疗周期，初级预防给予PEG-rhG-CSF后，Ⅳ度中性粒细胞减少症的发生率分别为19.14%（49/256）、12.50%（32/256）、12.18%（24/197）、13.61%（20/147），FN的发生率分别为3.52%（9/256）、0.39%（1/256）、2.54%（5/197）、2.04%（3/147）；次级预防给药后，Ⅳ度中性粒细胞减少症的发生率从61.54%（40/65）降至16.92%（11/65）、18.46%（12/65）、20.75%（11/53），FN的发生率从16.92%（11/65）降至1.54%（1/65）、4.62%（3/65）、3.77%（2/53）。③整个化疗期间接受抗生素治疗的受试者比例为34.39%（141/410）。④与PEG-rhG-CSF相关的不良事件发生率为4.63%（19/410），最常见的不良反应为骨痛[3.90%（16/410）]、乏力（0.49%）和发热（0.24%）。 结论 在淋巴瘤患者化疗过程中，预防性使用PEG-rhG-CSF能够有效降低化疗过程中Ⅲ/Ⅳ度中性粒细胞减少症和FN的发生率，确保淋巴瘤患者接受标准剂量化疗，提高治愈率。

Field-induced unidirectional anisotropy of Co-based amorphous ribbons was discussed by magnetization measurement. The shifted hysteresis loops of Co58Fe5Ni10Si11B16 amorphous ribbons were obtained by annealing the samples in longitudinal magnetic field. Here, the feasibility of employing the longitudinal pulse field to tailor the anisotropy characteristic is demonstrated. It is found that the shifted loops can be technically controlled by enhancing the pulse field to modulate the magnetic anisotropy from unidirectional to uniaxial, and even back to unidirectional. The surface domains scan gives strong evidence that the pulse field can be one of the skillful methods to navigate the unidirectional anisotropy in the amorphous ribbons for potential applications.

NaZn13-type La(Fe0.94Co0.06)11.8Si1.2 alloys were manufactured to investigate the influence of their microstructural change on magnetic refrigeration performance during magnetic field cycling. The magnetic refrigeration performance measurements indicate that both the large magnetic entropy change value (ΔS = 14.1 J kg−1 K−1) and maximum adiabatic temperature change (ΔT = 2.2 K) are favorable for the alloys to be superior candidate of magnetic refrigerants. However, the alloys exhibit nearly 10% decrease of ΔS and ΔT when they performed cycling ten-thousand times. More than thousand times of cycles induce local stress and grain cleavages presented by the accumulation of irreversible microstructure changes such as micro-cracks and sub-boundaries.
