In this study, the seeds of two-line hybrid wheat of BS-type BS1453/11GF5135 and its parents BS1453 (female parent) and 11GF5135 (male parent) were used as materials, and the ascorbate peroxidase gene (TaAPX) was obtained by homologous cloning in BS1453/11GF5135. The gene contains an open reading frame (ORF) of 832 bp, which encoded a total of 277 amino acids. The interaction between miRNAs and TaAPX was predicted by bioinformatics analysis, and the results showed that TaAPX may be regulated by miR396 and other miRNAs that related to stress resistance and seed viability. In addition, it was found that APX protein mainly interacted with redox-related enzymes via protein interaction prediction analysis. qPCR and enzyme activity analysis were conducted on embryos of parents and hybrid at different aging time, it was found that the expression trend of TaAPX gene in hybrid and parents were first up-regulated and then down-regulated. However, the expression of TaAPX gene in hybrid seeds peaked on the seventh day, and it began to decline in parents seeds on the fifth day. There was an antagonistic effect between miR396 and TaAPX. With the increase of aging time, the activity of APX enzyme in parents seeds showed a downtrends, while it showed a temporary downtrends on the third day in hybrid seeds, then it increased and began to decline on the ninth day. It was suggested that the ability of APX enzyme to remove peroxides in the hybrid seeds was higher than that in the parents seeds under the aging condition, that is, the anti-aging ability of hybrid was higher than that of the parents. Moreover, the regulation of seed activity by TaAPX gene was a complex multi-factor regulation process. Background: COI (CORONATINE INSENSITIVE), an F-box component of the Skp1-Cullin-F-box protein (SCFCOI1) ubiquitin E3 ligase, plays important roles in the regulation of plant growth and development. Recent studies have shown that COIs are involved in pollen fertility. In this study, we identified and characterized COI genes in the wheat genome and analyzed expression patterns under abiotic stress. Results: A total of 18 COI candidate sequences for 8 members of COI gene family were isolated in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). Phylogenetic and structural analyses showed that these COI genes could be divided into seven distinct subfamilies. The COI genes showed high expression in stamens and glumes. The qRT-PCR results revealed that wheat COIs were involved in several abiotic stress responses and anther/glume dehiscence in the photoperiod-temperature sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) wheat line BS366. Conclusions: The structural characteristics and expression patterns of the COI gene family in wheat as well as the stress-responsive and differential tissue-specific expression profiles of each TaCOI gene were examined in PTGMS wheat line BS366. In addition, we examined SA- and MeJA-induced gene expression in the wheat anther and glume to investigate the role of COI in the JA signaling pathway, involved in the regulation of abnormal anther dehiscence in the PTGMS wheat line. The results of this study contribute novel and detailed information about the TaCOI gene family in wheat and could be used as a benchmark for future studies of the molecular mechanisms of PTGMS in other crops. Based on an asymmetric information games model, this paper analyzed the marketing channel alliance formation mechanism under the condition of asymmetric information. Through calculating the expected revenue and expected loss of both sides during the process of game, it discussed the formation mechanism and subsidiary strategy of marketing channel alliance and put forward a mechanism that subsidiary would change the choice of game. The result is that if the formation of marketing alliance is not profitable to the manufacturer when he does not know the distributor's type, he will not choose marketing channel alliance and if it is profitable to him then he will choose. It is helpful to the distributor when the manufacturer provides sufficient product, but the probability for the manufacturer to provide sufficient product is improved only when his investment proportion is improved in the alliance. Objective: To evaluate the value of preventive tracheotomy in patients with acute cervical spinal cord injury., Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 54 cases of severe C4-C8 cervical spinal cord injury patients undergoing anterior fixation. They were classified as A and B according to the criteria of American Spinal Injury Association. And no tracheotomy was performed preoperatively. The patients with a high risk of dyspnea and with an indication for preventive tracheotomy received a preventive tracheotomy right after anterior fixation. 11 cases were classified into tracheotomy group and 43 cases were in non-tracheotomy group. The preoperative and hospital stays, incidence of hypoxemia and pulmonary infection, incidence of surgical incision site infection and mortality were analyzed between two groups., Results: The preoperative and hospital stays of tracheotomy group were shorter than those of non-tracheotomy group (2.9 ± 1.2 vs 5.7 ± 4.4 days, 10.3 ± 4.0 vs 16.5 ± 9.2 days). The incidence of hypoxemia was lower in tracheotomy group (9.1% vs 44.2%). There was difference existed between two groups. 44.2% patients in the non-tracheotomy group underwent tracheotomy or endotracheal intubation for dyspnea and hypoxemia. There was no significant difference between two groups in the incidence of pulmonary infection (9.1% vs 7.0%) or surgical incision site infection (0 vs 2.3%). The mortality of non-tracheotomy group was 3.07 folds of that of tracheotomy group (9.1% vs 27.9%). But there was no significant statistical difference., Conclusion: The preventive tracheotomy is an effective solution for the patients with respiratory compromises, a high risk of dyspnea and with an indication for preventive tracheotomy. The preventive tracheotomy for severe cervical spinal cord can improve respiratory function effectively and fixation may be performed earlier. And there are lower rates of mortality and infection.

Objective: To investigate the effects of computer navigation in the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures., Methods: 130 feet in 110 patients with intra-articular calcaneal fractures, 57 calcanei with fracture of Sander's type II, 45 of type III, and 28 cases of type IV, were treated with internal fixation under computer navigation, and were followed up for 16.3 months (6 - 24 months)., Results: According to the Maryland Foot Score system, excellent result was noted in 63 feet, good result in 57 feet, and fair result in 10 feet, with the excellent and good rates being 92.31% together., Conclusion: Using computer navigation to treat intra-articular calcaneal fractures is one of the best ways for treatment of calcaneal fractures.
