Search

Research related to ethnoscience from culture, local wisdom, and local potential in Indonesia in the last seven years has developed, but there are still few studies conducted in Physics Education. This study aims to identify and review ethnophysics research from various cultures in Indonesia. A systematic literature review method was used with four stages: identification, selection, eligibility, and inclusion. Of the 695 journal articles screened through Mendeley and Google Scholar applications, 12 were selected as research samples because they met the research criteria. The literature review shows that the cultural aspects studied are still limited to traditional dances, games, and houses. The research is also limited to several regions such as Jayapura, Demak, East Java, West Java, Jambi, West Sumatra, Aceh, South Sulawesi, and South Central Timor in a regional or ethnic context. The physics materials studied include measurement, waves, sound, reflection and refraction of light, lunar and solar eclipses, the concept of energy and its transformation, heat, density, gravity, Newton's law, balance, work, force, motion, magnetic fields, and electric fields. Further research can be done through cultural studies, local wisdom, or local potential from unreached areas in Indonesia. The findings of this study indicate the need for a broader and deeper exploration of ethnoscience in physics education through culture, local wisdom, and other local potential in Indonesia as a learning resource for students in the classroom.

Kemajuan teknologi telah menghasilkan dampak signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi berlangsung dengan cepat, memungkinkan kemudahan dan efisiensi dalam berbagai kegiatan. Dalam konteks pendidikan, guru memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi siswa. Inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran menjadi kunci untuk membuatnya lebih menarik dan efektif. Penggunaan media pembelajaran, seperti buku digital atau e-book, dianggap dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan e-book dengan bantuan Flip Pdf Professional pada materi Tumbuhan dan Hewan untuk siswa sekolah dasar. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE yang terdiri dari Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Uji validasi dilakukan oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa. Selain itu, uji coba siswa juga dilakukan dengan angket respon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media e-book ini mendapatkan validasi yang baik dari para ahli dalam aspek tampilan, isi materi, dan bahasa. Uji coba siswa menghasilkan respon positif terhadap tampilan, materi, komunikasi, dan visual dari e-book tersebut. Hasil posttest menunjukkan peningkatan nilai belajar siswa setelah menggunakan e-book. Dalam uji N-Gain Score, nilai rata-rata N-Gain kelompok eksperimen adalah 65%, sementara kelompok kontrol hanya 30%, menunjukkan efektivitas e-book dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dalam konteks pendidikan dasar.

Scientific literacy skills are still low, and students' lack of interest in getting to know culture is a current educational issue, so innovative, creative and interesting learning media are needed to increase interest in reading and the formation of national cultural character in students. The development of digital comics in the field of science has been carried out by many researchers, but there are still few who combine the material with local wisdom to form cultural characters. This ethnoscience- based digital comic designed to be a pilot project and learning resource for teachers and students in Indonesia in mastering science, technology, skills and attitudes based on the Independent Learning Curriculum. The data was analyzed by processing validator response data with a Likert scale which was converted into qualitative data . The research subjects were media, material and language experts, 60 high school students in class XI high school science, and 6 biology teachers. The instruments used were expert validation tests and questionnaires. The data was analyzed by processing validator response data with a Likert scale which was converted into qualitative data. The purpose of this research can measure the effectiveness of the ethnoscience -based digital comic "Tari Saman" on movement system material to improve students' scientific literacy skills and national cultural character according to P5 (Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project). This research uses the 4D method (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The validity test results show that ethnoscience-based digital comics “tari saman” have a moderate level of validity with an Aiken index value > 0.4. the results of the feasibility test were 88% by the teachers and 90% by students and media practicability were 88% by teachers and 89% by students. It can be concluded that ethnoscience-based digital comics “tari saman” are valid, feasible and practical to use as supporting media for Biology learning.

Topik Lembaga Bantuan Hukum menjadi topik yang penting untuk dibahas, karena semua itu berkaitan erat dengan penegakan hukum dan tujuan yang diharapkan dari hukum. Artinya dalam fenomena hukum yang ada, ternyata penegakan hukum seringkali menimbulkan ketidakadilan, sehingga ibarat sebuah anekdot yang menyatakan bahwa “penegakan hukum itu tumpul ke atas dan tajam ke bawah”. selalu dikaitkan dengan “kehendak dan kekuasaan”, terutama jika bersinggungan dengan kelompok kecil dan miskin.

The existence of foreign capital which can be called the owner of the technology is very much needed. However, this great need and hope is not accompanied by a perfect clear legal basis, in fact specifically regarding technology transfer it is only contained and part of the law on foreign capital investment and patent provisions, whereas in reality the legal actions that occur cannot only be accommodated by the provisions foreign investment law and patents only, but also other aspects. This research is normative legal research which examines primary legal materials and other secondary data. From the results of the study, it was concluded that there are no specific regulations for technology transfer in Indonesia. In practice, it is only accommodated by licensing provisions, articles 9-13 of the Foreign Investment Law, and the Patent Law. Even these regulations are not yet representative and comprehensive so they cannot accommodate problems that arise in rapidly developing business practices. In connection with technology transfer regulations that do not yet have a specific code of conduct, this deficiency needs to be addressed relatively quickly so that there is certainty and legal protection for the parties involved in it, because so far the existing regulations have not been able to comprehensively accommodate legal problems. which arises mainly in relation to technology transfer which occurs through direct investment in the form of capital goods, except through licensing of technology.

This study aims to analyze the effect of using the Edmodo application on students' interest in online learning by testing the Delone & McLean model. This research method used an analytical survey with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of Duren Sawit 13 Pagi Elementary School, with a total sample of 92 students according to the measurement of the G*Power application, which consisted of VA, VB, and VC graders. This research instrument used a questionnaire via a Google Form. The data analysis technique used was the reliability test, validity test, and hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicated that of the eight hypotheses tested, only two were accepted. In comparison, the other six hypotheses were rejected, meaning that the Edmodo application could not increase elementary school students' interest in online learning. It is caused by many students having difficulty using the application, students being less active during the learning process, lack of interaction between teachers and students, and not all students having adequate internet access. In contrast, this application was very dependent on the internet.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis kebutuhan untuk merancang media interaktif menggunakan mentimeter pada pembelajaran daring. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan melalui studi lapangan. Studi lapangan dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan informasi mengenai kondisi keaktifan siswa, proses pembelajaran di kelas selama pembelajaran daring, dan media yang digunakan. Hasil analisis kebutuhan dari 22 orang guru Sekolah Dasar kelas IV dan V yang mengajar tematik pada 21 Sekolah yang berbeda Bekasi dan Jakarta menunjukan bahwa 95,5% guru menyatakan memerlukan penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis software presentasi menggunakan Mentimeter digunakan dalam menjelaskan pembelajaran tematik selama pembelajaran daring, 95,5% guru menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis software presentasi menggunakan Mentimeter untuk menjelaskan pembelajaran tematik selama proses pembelajaran daring. Hasil studi lapangan menunjukkan bahwa perlu dikembangkan media interaktif menggunakan mentimeter pada pembelajaran daring.

Online learning during the pandemic has required teachers and students to utilize the existing technology. This research aims to determine students' perceptions of Google Classroom usage during the COVID-19 pandemic based on the TAM model by adding an external variable, e.g., motivation. Google Classroom can make online learning much easier to be used. Additionally, Google Classroom helps motivate pupils to learn online. However, it has not been any detailed research that investigated the use of Google Classroom in Elementary School based on the TAM Model. This quantitative study uses a survey design and technology acceptance model approach to measure students' interest in using the Google Classroom application. The data was collected through a questionnaire for grade IV students, as many as 90 students. The research findings were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach in the testing model, and the hypothesis testing reveals that generally, students like Google Classroom during COVID-19. Most elementary school students agree that Google Classroom is easy to use and effective in learning. Students were driven to use Google Classroom throughout the pandemic. Google Classroom helps them absorb lessons. Using Google Classroom can enhance students' motivation to study during the Google Classroom epidemic.

This research aims to prove elementary school students' interest in the adoption use of the Wordwall as a game-based learning application, which is directly proportional to the concept of learning gamification, by proposing a solution to make an interactive activity using Edu-games-based teaching materials that can be implemented with learning activities during pandemic Covid-19. This research expands TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) basic theory by adding external variables of perceived enjoyment and habit by employing a survey method and taking a sample of elementary school students, as many as 90 students, to analyze the elementary school students' interest using the Wordwall application in learning with the concept of gamification. The data is processed using SEMPLS to see the results of the tested independent variables. TAM model adopted in this study has succeeded in achieving interrelated prediction, this research indicates that perceived enjoyment and habit become the influencing factor in increasing Wordwall usage interest through key variables (PEOU), that is, the perceived ease of using the application as the most strengthen and effective key variable in this research. This study also focuses on the proposed model contribution with the final review, which impacts the proposed hypothesis predictions through the technology acceptance by elementary school students in using a game-based learning platform digital.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the arrangement of the learning process, and the animation learning video media has become the alternative solution for the continuity of the learning process. This study aims to develop and test the model empirically to predict the factors influencing students intention behavior on the usage of editing video application (Kinemaster) in the making of learning media animation video. Because Kinemaster application have a complete features in making learning video animation. To explores students intention behavior in accepting and using an editing video application (Kinemaster) based on the user's perspective. By implementing Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this research studies factors such as trust, motivation, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and interest using the Kinemaster application. The data were obtained through an online survey by spreading the questionnaire to students of grade V in Elementary School and 96 students. Subsequently, the data were analyzed using the partial least square structural modeling (PLS-SEM) approach to test the model and hypothesis. This research result indicates that one hypothesis was rejected (H2), trust - perceived ease of use (P-Value 0.097 0.05), but the other factors imply significant results in accepting and using Kinemaster editing video application to make animation learning videos during the pandemic. The outcome in this study has succeeded in showing the significant influence of Kinemaster application by making learning video animation through TAM model that influences intention behavior on trust and motivation of the elementary students, that proves students creative potential in making video learning animation.

This study aims to produce a visual flashcard learning media for fourth grade elementary school students, as well as to determine the quality of the flashcard product that has been produced so that it is suitable for use in learning Natural Sciences. This research is a research and development (R&D) adapted using the ADDIE development model. There are 5 stages in ADDIE, including: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluation. Validation was carried out by media experts, material experts, as well as due diligence on 3 teachers in different schools. The media created were tested by students as many as 81 students. The results show that the visual flashcard media in Natural Science learning that has been made based on the assessment of students in the software aspect is 88% with very good scoring criteria, material aspect is 89% with very good scoring criteria and 89% in visual communication aspect with very good scoring criteria. good.

In the material of thermodynamics, many physics equations make students abstract in understanding the material. It is necessary to have a learning media to be able to visualize the thermodynamics material. Matlab is usually used in numerical analysis. Currently, Matlab can be used as a medium for learning physics by students to understand the material well. This study aims to develop a physics calculator application on the subject of thermodynamics using Matlab software. The research method used in this research is the research development method with the development model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The instruments used in this study were a validation test questionnaire and a student response questionnaire. The analysis technique applied is the descriptive analysis and the average analysis techniques. The results developed in this study are in the form of a Physics calculator application that helps physics calculations on thermodynamic material. The average validation result by material experts and media experts is 83.1%, with the "Good" category. In other words, according to experts, this media is suitable for use in physics learning. This application also received a positive response from students, with an average student response score of 79.8%. This application is also equipped with materials, physics calculators, physics simulations and question exercises so that it is expected to help students understand physics learning in thermodynamics material.

Project-based learning (PjBL) was one of the learning strategies that can develop students' scientific skills in the 21st century. This study used a qualitative approach by analyzing several articles published in biology education journals in Indonesia from 2015–2022, focusing on studying the implementation of project-based learning on biological materials. The current study reveals that there has been a decline in the number of publications over the past four years. Among these studies, the dominant research design is quantitative. In addition, high school students and environmental content were the most targeted subjects and content, respectively. ANOVA and tests are the most commonly used data analysis techniques and instruments. Meanwhile, the most widely measured skills as learning outcomes are critical and creative thinking. Based on what this study found, a number of suggestions have been made to do more research on PjBL and to test other 21st century skills. This study aims to provide an empirical picture of whether or not the Teams Games-Tournament (TGT) learning model aided by Question Box media has an impact on the fourth-grade science learning outcomes at SDN Cengkareng Barat 16 Pagi West Jakarta in the second semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The research population consisted of 55 students consisting of 28 students of class IV A and 27 students of IV B. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. This study used a quantitative approach, and the research method used was a quasi-experimental design with a Nonequivalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The result showed an effect of the Teams Games-Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by the question box media on student learning outcomes in science.

Dunia yang sedang ditimpa oleh penyakit Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19), membuat pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk melakukan proses belajar dari rumah. Hal tersebut membuat para pendidik untuk menggunakan teknologi sebagai perantara dalam pemberian materi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui media yang biasa digunakan selama proses belajar dari rumah, materi IPA yang perlu penguatan pemahaman, dan kebutuhannya video sebagai penambah pemahaman siswa. Penilitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dalam bentuk kuesioner yang dikategorikan sesuai kebutuhan target dan kebutuhan pembelajaran. Didapatkan hasil bahwa penggunaan media video (66,7%), powerpoint (83,3%), dan e-book (33,3%). Jika dalam materi IPA yang kurang dipahami siswa yakni cahaya (47,7%), gaya (33,3%), energi (29,2%), dan makhluk hidup (18,5%). Dan hasil untuk pentingnya video pembelajaran bagi siswa (95,4%) dan menurut guru (100%). Sehingga dapat kesimpulan bahwa para pendidik lebih menggunakan media powerpoint selama proses belajar dirumah, dan materi IPA yang kurang dipahami merupakan cahaya, sehingga perlunya video pembelajaran sebagai peningkatan pemahaman tersebut.

This study aims to develop a valid and practical e-learning model for critical thinking skills using the moodle platform in the lesson of electromagnetic induction. Dick and Carey instructional design model is applied for the product development—which consists of nine stages, (1) instructional goals identification, (2) instructional analysis, (3) learners and contexts analysis, (4) objective performance arrangement, (5) assessment instruments development, (6) instructional strategy’s plan, (7) instructional material selection, (8) preparation for conducting a formative evaluation of the instruction, and (9) revise instruction. The results reveal the moodle design is valid and practical regarding expert and user perspectives, respectively. Besides, there is an improvement of student’s critical thinking skills according to the obtained n-gain score, which stands for 0.38.

Learning mathematics has been a fundamental subject for students. The sample will be restricted to students in junior high school who had studied learning mathematics using augmented reality. The population was derived from private and public junior high schools in various provinces. Data were collected using an online survey to reach large audiences from different provinces and analyzed using RASH Model. The results were used to classify the level of students' anxiety. Students from public junior high schools of education were more anxious than private ones to solve mathematical problems.

The objective of this research was to assess the efficacy of project-based learning in enhancing the analysis of student worksheets in the domains of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) with the integration of the ecoprint technique, focusing on its influence on student motivation and creativity. This investigation was conducted as a quasi-experiment involving a sample size of 150 students selected through cluster sampling. Data collection was executed using standardized tests, with instrument validity ascertained through the Aiken index and instrument reliability determined via Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data analysis was performed using multivariate analysis (MANOVA) and descriptive quantitative methods. The study's findings reveal a significant disparity in the mean scores of both learning motivation and student creativity. In conclusion, the implementation of project-based learning coupled with STEAM-based student worksheet analysis utilizing the ecoprint technique yields a substantial enhancement in learning motivation and student creativity. These findings underscore the success of employing STEAM-based worksheets in conjunction with the ecoprint method to foster students' motivation and creativity, as ecoprint inherently encompasses all STEAM components within the manufacturing process.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kebutuhan untuk mengembangkan media video animasi berbasis aplikasi Canva dalam pembelajaran IPA. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan berdasarkan tahapan awal dalam model pengembangan ADDIE, yaitu analysis (Analisis). Analisis ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media pada saat proses pembelajaran IPA secara daring. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah angket atau kuisioner dengan jenis data kuantitatif dan bersifat angket tertutup. Penyebaran angket ini menggunakan google form berupa link yang diisi secara online. Hasil analisis kebutuhan dari 10 guru kelas IV dan 163 siswa kelas IV di 9 sekolah dasar yang berada di Jakarta dan Wonogiri menunjukkan bahwa 90% guru menyatakan bahwa media video animasi berbasis Canva itu menarik, 90% guru menyatakan perlu dan setuju menggunakan media video animasi berbasis aplikasi Canva dalam pembelajaran IPA. Hasil analisis pada siswa menunjukkan tidak jauh dari hasil analisis pada guru yaitu 91,4 % siswa menyatakan bahwa media video animasi berbasis aplikasi Canva itu menarik dan 83,4% siswa menyatakan perlu menggunakan media video aplikasi Canva dalam pembelajaran IPA. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan perlu ada pengembangan media video animasi berbasis aplikasi Canva dalam pembelajaran IPA.

The study aims to produce the e-learning physics of Newton's legal material to develop the critical thinking skills of high school students who have higher and practical validity rates. The model of development research used is Rowntree models. The evaluation phase used is Tessmer's formative evaluation consisting of four phases: Self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one evaluation, and small group evaluation. Data collection techniques using walkthroughs and polls. This level of e-learning validity is judged by three experts, namely in material aspects, learning design aspects, and e-learning aspects as well as data analysis using the Aiken V Index to determine the consensus of the experts. The results of the development of e-learning indicate that the resulting media is suitable for use in learning physics. This can be seen from the Aiken V index value of 0.94 with a high level of validity category. Meanwhile, one-to-one evaluation and small group evaluation are obtained by average result of 81.84% and 90.00% and also includes very practical category.

Tippe top is an example of simple moving system of rigid body with non-holonomic constraint, but the analysis of this system is not simple. A tippe top equation has been derived with Routhian reduction method and Poincaré equation, and physics computation in finding numeric solution of the dynamics of the tippe top has also been utilized by using Maple program. However, the Poincaré equation required that quasi-coordinate of the quasi-velocity is found, while in the case of the dynamics of tippe top, there is not any exact solution of the quasi-coordinate of the quasi-velocity was found. Therefore, the tippe top equation should be reduced to solve the problem. In this research, Routhian reduction was employed so that the Routhian reduction-based Poincaré equation was used to derive the tippe top equation. The method was able to derive a tippe top equation on a flat plane and tube inner surface clearly represented differential equations.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using smartphones for online learning on teachers' and students' interactions in learning that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. Respondents were 303 elementary school students, randomly selected by filling out questions through a Google form application. 20 items were provided, 10 items for the OLWS variable and 10 items for the TSI variable, which were adopted from several literature articles and adapted to the problem of this research. The data normality test was previously carried out and continued with testing the level of validity and reliability of the instrument, followed by evaluation of the structural model related to hypothesis testing using SPSS and SmartPL. The result determined by the PLS-SEM algorithm is 0.507, which is greater than the recommended value, indicating that the model has a reasonable level of justification for the variance in user behavior objectives. The only hypothesis (H1) is supported by the t-value of 15.399 (> 1.96) and a P-value of 0.000 (0.05), which indicates that OLWS has a positive and significant effect on TSI. Since the teacher's role in conveying knowledge to pupils demands specific, complex, and modern equipment that is widely available, easy to use, and follows technological changes, teachers and students can communicate appropriately, effectively, efficiently, and encourage quality results.

The purpose of this study was to prove the factors that influence the use of online learning platforms used in the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used quantitative methods to analyze the validity and reliability of items and to test hypotheses. This study employed the theory of UTAUT2 models with several other variables. The total participants in this questionnaire were 175 people: lecturers, teachers, and students at the university and were randomly drawn. Consists of ten independent variables and one dependent variable. The findings of this study on ten hypotheses were only two accepted and eight rejected but. the authenticity of this study was never investigated about the purpose of using the Zoom platform during the COVID-19 pandemic in the context of education in Indonesia.

The impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) is extensive and has become a global health problem. Student interactions with teachers are carried out face-to-face in the classroom, especially in schools. However, now teachers are required to be able to teach from home through online learning, although with limited distance learning tools and facilities, this is supported by the Indonesian government policy, namely learning directly from home or learning from home. The study aims to prove the effectiveness of the Indonesian government policy of teaching from home to teacher competence in the use of e-learning and social media. The research method utilizes a quantitative approach with SEM statistical analysis with smart pls. There were 198 participants from elementary school teachers in East Kalimantan province, Indonesia. The results of this study are that government policy has a significant influence on the competence in mastering e-learning of teachers, and this policy also has a positive effect on the competence of teachers' use of social media.

The primary goal of this study is to explore what makes teachers accept Google Classroom (GCR). GCR platform is an emerging technology that could support online learning activities by offering outstanding benefits such as usability, flexibility, and task adaptability. Many of the students in Indonesia have already used the GCR platform since the government has tried to provide it as a free online learning tool to support learning activities during the pandemic. However, there is limited understanding of users' behavior, especially Indonesian students' acceptance of the GCR platform. The model is tested by administering the online questionnaire to 261 university students in Indonesia. The extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology Model (UTAUT) model has been applied to observe users' acceptance of GCR. The result Performance expectancy (PE), Effort expectancy (EE) Social Influence (SI), Facilitating Conditions (FC), Trust of Internet (TI) and Trust of Government (TG) considerably affected users' intention to use the GCR. Moreover, Trust of Internet (TI) and Trust of Government (TG) also knowingly impacted Performance expectancy (PE).
