Ankara University, Research Center of Turkish Geography (TUCAUM), dedicated to the 100th Anniversary of Republic, organized the "2nd Geographic Information Systems Workshop and Project Competition" on March 7, 2024, at the Faculty of Language and History-Geography. In this workshop, which was organized to bring together the public, private sector and academia under the umbrella of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), to share studies and developments on the subject and to reinforce mutual cooperation, 21 participants who are experts in their fields made presentations. 19 poster presentations prepared by undergraduate and graduate geography students from universities in different provinces and geographers who have recently joined the profession and working life were evaluated in the project competition, and the awards were presented to the winners by TUCAUM, Başarsoft, Esri Türkiye and Netcad. The purpose of this report is to reveal the issues discussed, identified issues and interactions at the TUCAUM 2024 2nd Geographic Information Systems Workshop, which brought together a large audience with more than 200 participants.

In the new world brought by the digital age, the ability to effectively find the content on web pages, to research the truth of the information obtained and not to be exposed to deceptions, is defined as digital literacy. Social media has positive and negative effects on the lives of individuals who upload all their activities to social media as a way of self-realization is found. These effects, largely depend on users' digital literacy, which is their cognitive ability. In this study, it is aimed to examine the digital literacy skills of individuals in their use of social media. The use of social media was examined in terms of digital literacy in the major earthquake disaster that occurred on February 6, 2023, whose epicenter was Kahramanmaraş, affected 10 provinces at once. The sample of the research consists of data taken from accounts registered on Twitter (X Space), a social media platform. The data was obtained by extracting the shares made on Twitter between 08.02.2023-15.02.2023 from the Maxqda 2022 qualitative data analysis program. The information reached through 5000 tweets, accessed through the authors' official accounts and tagged #earthquake and #disaster, was analyzed and evaluated in the Maxqda 2022 program. According to the findings; within the scope of digital literacy skills, activities of individuals such as creating video reels (reels), tweeting synchronously with different social media accounts (Instagram, etc.) and drawing attention to fake sites can be considered as sub-codes. It is foreseen that blockchain technology would be more integrated into various fields such as health, law, supply chain and logistics, information technologies, energy, in addition to finance sector. Based on this foresight, the starting point of the study is to determine which features come to the fore in preference of blockchain technology and the sectors where its utilization holds greater significance. In this direction, the study aims to identify the importance level of the features of blockchain technology and the level of preference for adopting blockchain technology across the sectors. In the first stage, the importance level of the features of blockchain technology is determined using the DEMATEL. In the second stage, the preference level for adopting blockchain technology across different sectors is investigated through the WASPAS. The findings show that transparency, independence, and immutability are the three most crucial characteristics of blockchain technology. Furthermore, the law sector, followed by the public sector and insurance sector, are identified as the top three sectors where the preference for utilizing this technology is expected to be the highest. Bu çalışmada, küreselleşen dünyada dijitalleşmenin bir sonucu olarak bilgi teknolojileri ve blok zincir teknolojisinin kalkınma ile olan ilişkisiyle devletlerin üstelendiği misyon ilişkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Ayrıca hayatın her alanına hızlıca nüfuz ederek dijital ekonominin önemli yapı taşları arasında yer alan bilgi teknolojilerinin kalkınma üzerindeki rolüne değinilmiştir. Bilgi teknolojileri ardından blok zincir teknolojisinin konumu, önemi vurgulanmış ve kalkınmadaki rolü gibi konular irdelenmiştir. Çalışma teknolojiyi içsel bir faktör olarak ele alan Kaldor büyüme teorisi esasına dayanmaktadır. Ayrıca kamu sektöründe birçok uygulama alanı bulunan blok zincir teknolojisinin avantajları ve kısıtları ele alınmıştır. Bu çerçevede Boumol tarafından yapılan tasnifte verimsiz sektör olarak görülen kamunun verimliliğinin blok zincir teknolojisi ile artırılabileceği öngörülmektedir. Blok zincir teknolojisinin ülkelerin gelişmişlik düzeyleri kapsamında atacağı adımlar ve yapılması gerekenler ifade edilmektedir. Böylelikle devletlerin blok zincir teknolojisinin kapsamında kamu idarelerinde kullanımı kalkınma açısından önem arz etmektedir.

Geleceğin muhasebe meslek mensupları için üniversitelerde bilişim teknolojileri eğitimi ve bilişim teknolojilerinin muhasebede kullanımı ile ilgili eğitimler son derece önemlidir. Bu durumun bir sonucu olarak üniversite muhasebe eğitim programları kapsamında Bilgi teknolojileri (BT) odaklı ders müfredatlarının güncellenmesi, öğrencilerin iş hayatına daha kolay ve hızlı bir şekilde uyum sağlaması açısından bir gerekliliktir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nde ve Türkiye’de belirlenen üniversitelerde bilgi teknolojileri odaklı dersleri araştırmaktır. Ayrıca, müfredatlarda yer alan zorunlu ve seçmeli bilgi teknolojileri odaklı dersleri tespit ederek, benzerlikleri ve farklılıkları karşılaştırarak ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma kapsamında 16 adet Amerika Birleşik Devletleri (ABD) ve 16 adet Türkiye olmak üzere toplamda 32 adet üniversitenin web sayfalarından ders müfredatlarına ulaşılarak içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, ABD müfredatlarında muhasebe uygulamalarında kullanılan güncel teknolojilere yönelik önemli ölçüde derslerin olduğu, Türkiye müfredatlarında daha çok bilgisayar destekli muhasebe derslerinin ve temel düzeyde bilgi teknolojileri derslerinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Çalışmanın amacı, hastane çalışanlarının sağlık bilgi teknolojilerine (SBT) yönelik tutumlarını belirlemek, SBT’den beklentilerinin ve kullanım düzeylerinin SBT boyutları açısından tanımlayıcı değişkenler ile karşılaştırıldığında anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığını incelemektir. Çalışmada, Sağlık Bilgi Teknolojileri Kullanımına Yönelik Tutum Ölçeğinin alt boyutu olan “Sağlık bilgi teknolojileri kullanım” boyutu kullanılmıştır. Bu boyutun da 6 alt boyutu bulunmaktadır. Verilerin analizinde Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA), normallik, güvenirlilik, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, t testi ve ANOVA testi kullanılmıştır. Increasing population pressure on urban settlements with industrialization has revealed environmental problems. At the end of the twentieth century, the international community's awareness of environmental problems resulted in some measures being taken. Currently the problem of climate change and global warming is on the agenda as the main environmental problem. In this process, urban settlements were accepted as the first step of both development and environmental problems. The developments in information and communication technologies forced the city administration to change and revealed the smart city. "smart environment", one of the smart city components, is accepted as a guide in eliminating environmental problems. While cities were trying to stand out as a global city, they also faced smart city and smart environment transformations. The aim of our study; To analyze the concept of smart city and smart environment in terms of theory and practice. Within the scope of the study, the literature was examined in detail and included in the bibliography. The main finding of study is that there is an increasing smart transformation process in cities with the effect of Covid-19. In terms of application, our finding is that smart technologies are used intensively to prevent air and water pollution in İzmir in terms of smart environmental applications. With the introduction of the Information Technologies Age, the use of web2.0 technologies has led to changes in traditional communication models and all societies around the world have begun to come together on internet networks. Rapid developments and innovations in information technologies necessitated transformation in accounting practices. In this process, accounting applications were moved from paper to electronic environment and applications such as e-invoice, e-ledger, e-declaration, e-reconciliation came into effect. Thanks to this transformation, the functions of accounting became faster, easier and less costly. In this ever-increasing environment of rapid development and change, it has become very important for professional accountants to follow new technological developments and renew their knowledge according to the requirements of the age. In this research, it is aimed to determine the technology usage levels of accounting professionals. For this purpose, a research was carried out on the members of the profession operating in the Gaziantep region. Questionnaire method was used in the research. As a result of the research, it has been determined that technological products are very important in professional work for the majority of professional accountants and the biggest obstacle in the adoption of Industry 4.0 in the field of accounting is customer resistance. Bilişim teknolojilerinde yaşanan hızlı değişim ve gelişmeler ile birlikte kamu ve özel işletmeler tarafından yürütülen finansal süreçlerin kontrolü elektronik ortamda yapılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu gelişmeler, finansal süreçlerin kontrolünde büyük öneme sahip olan muhasebe sistem ve uygulamalarına elektronik dönüşüm (e-dönüşüm) olarak yansımıştır. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, elektronik uygulamaların en aktif kullanıcısı olan muhasebe meslek mensuplarının muhasebe uygulamalarında yaşanan e-dönüşüm süreci hakkındaki görüşlerini ve beklentilerini belirlemektir. Bu amaca uygun olarak düzenlenmiş anket formları Hatay SMMO (Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirler Odası)’ya kayıtlı muhasebe meslek mensuplarına uygulanmış ve sonuçlar SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda muhasebede e-dönüşüm ile ilgili en fazla sorun olarak algılanan konu, müşteri işletmelerin dijital muhasebeye ilişkin bilgi düzeylerinin ve teknolojik altyapılarının yetersizliği olmuştur.

Advances in information technologies have led to changes in social structures and the emergence of new concepts. One of these concepts is information literacy. In the study, it was aimed to determine the information literacy level of Turkish teacher candidates in Kilis 7 Aralık University Muallim Rıfat Education Faculty. For this purpose, Information Literacy Scale was applied to 111 students. The data obtained in the study, in which the screening model was adopted, were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 statistical package program. In the study, it was tried to determine the levels of realizing the information needs of the participants, reaching the information, recognizing the information sources, comprehending-organizing-structuring the information. At the end of the analysis, it was revealed that most of the preservice teachers had the aforementioned skills. The participants are aware of all the prerequisites necessary for recognizing their information needs and using written/digital resources; It has been determined that they care about legal regulations, freedom of thought and expression, and privacy/security principles at the point of providing information. The majority of teacher candidates participating in the study; It has been concluded that it is sufficient in the processes of determining the basic ideas in the sources, organizing the information in a systematic way, distinguishing the contradictory information, establishing a cause-effect link between the related concepts and structuring the information. Son yıllarda bilgi teknolojilerinde meydanagelen gelişmeler hemen her alanda yapılan işlemlerin bilgisayar aracılığı ilegerçekleştirilmesine ve bu amaçla çeşitli yazılımların kullanılmasına nedenolmuştur. Muhasebe alanı, bilgisayar kullanımının çok önemli olduğu biralandır. Muhasebe işlemlerinin verimliliğinde ve işletme paydaşlarınınmemnuniyetinde, kullanılan muhasebe yazılımlarının önemli bir yeri vardır.Çalışmada işletmelerin mali işler/muhasebe departmanlarında ve serbestmuhasebeci mali müşavir ofislerinde kullanılmakta olan muhasebe yazılımlarınınfinansal muhasebe özellikleri açısından karşılaştırılması yapılarak,farklılıklarının ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca en çok tercih edilenmuhasebe yazılım/yazılımlarının ve işletme faaliyet alanlarına göre en çoktercih edilen yazılım/yazılımların hangisi/hangileri olduğu bilgilerineulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin elde edilmesinde yüz yüze anketyöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veriler SPSS22.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Frekans analizi ve tek yönlü varyansanalizinden faydalanılan çalışmada, kullanılan muhasebe paket programlarınınseçiminde finansal muhasebe özelliklerine göre anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu veişletmeler tarafından en çok tercih edilen yazılımın LOGO programı olduğu sonuçlarınaulaşılmıştır. İşletme faaliyetleri açısından ulaşılan sonuçlara bakıldığındaise, üretim işletmelerinde SAP, ticaret ve hizmet işletmelerinde LOGO, serbestmuhasebeci ve mali müşavirlik bürolarında ise LUCA programları en çok tercihedilen programlar olmuştur.

Gelişen bilgi teknolojileri işletmenin tüm fonksiyonlarıyla birlikte iç denetimi de önemli ölçüde etkilemiştir. İç denetimin görevi; işletmeye değer katmak ve işletme bünyesinde bağımsız olarak danışmanlık hizmeti sunmaktır. İç denetim, işletmenin karşılaşabileceği riskleri önceden belirleyerek üst yönetimin tedbir almasını sağlamalıdır. Bilgi teknolojilerindeki değişimin ortaya çıkardığı yeni riskler işletmenin kurumsal yapısını, güvenliğini ve veri gizliliğini tehdit etmektedir. Bütün bu gelişmeler çerçevesinde, yeni risklere karşı iç denetim fonksiyonu da yapısı değiştirirken, riskleri etkin şekilde yönetmek için gelişen bilgi teknolojilerine uyumlu çalışması gerekmektedir. Sosyal medya, mobil cihazlar, büyük veri ve bulut bilişim teknolojilerinin işletme sistemlerine entegre olması, işletmelere sistem verimliliği açısından önemli katkı sağlamakla birlikte yeni nesil risklerin ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur. Nitekim ortaya çıkan bu durum, işletmeleri riskleri yönetme konusunda zorlamaktadır. Bu çerçevede iç denetim, gelişen risklerin yönetiminde bilgi teknolojilerinden yararlanarak işletmeyi koruma altına alabilecektir. Bilgi güvenliği artık, tüm iç denetçilerin çalışmalarında önem vermeleri gereken bir risk haline gelmiş ve işletmelerin geleceği tehdit etmektedir. Bu çalışmada gelişen bilgi teknolojisinin işletmelere getirdiği risklerin neler olduğu tartışılmış ve iç denetimin bu riskleri nasıl yöneteceği ve yeni duruma nasıl adapte olması gerektiği değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak iç denetim biriminin sürekli olarak gelişen teknolojilerle uyumlu biçimde faaliyet göstermesi, yeni teknolojilerin olası etkilerine yönelik analizleri yapması ve bu analizlerin sonuçları doğrultusunda proaktif şekilde riskleri yönetebilecek önlemleri alması gerekmektedir.

The change in information technology has affected the accounting information system significantly and caused changes in many processes of accounting such as recording, document editing and declaration. Information technology has become a part of the accounting information system. People who will be employed in the field of accounting after graduating from university have to take the knowledge and skills training required by the profession in order to avoid difficulties in business life. Therefore, it is an important issue to include applied courses related to information technologies in the curriculum besides theoretical courses. This research was conducted to determine whether there are courses related to information technologies in the curricula of business, finance and accounting departments of public and foundation universities. KOSGEB support has started to be applied through e-government since February 2018. This process has affected the SMEs in the target audience of the institution, as well as the employees of the institution. In this study, it was aimed to examine the effect of applying for KOSGEB support via e-Government on the satisfaction of employees of the institution. In this context, first of all, the basic definitions related to the concept of e-government were addressed, then the general information about the KOSGEB institution was given and the findings related to the transition of the institution to the e-government process were given. For this purpose, the data published by the institution was used. In a survey conducted with individuals in the position of SME expert, SME expert assistant and manager who work in the KOSGEB institution and are involved in the support process, satisfaction assessment of the application of employees to kosgeb support through e-Government was revealed. Conclusion in the discussion and Recommendations section, a general evaluation of the work was made and recommendations were made on the execution of KOSGEB e-government processes according to feedback from employees. The aim of this paper is to explain the adoption of mobile application ICReserve (Information Center Reserve) to improve the library services in terms of user satisfaction and management processes with an innovative approach. ICReserve is a kind of reservation software developed specifically for the needs of University Library by the Istanbul Aydin University IT Department and is integrated to the institution’s other information systems. This article contains technical information about mobile application development.

The aim of this study is to determine the level of use of information technologies in the audit activities and the role of the use of these tools in audit processes and activities. In this context, various comparisons were made using Independent Sample T-Test and Paired Sample T-Test on the data collected by applying a questionnaire to the auditors in Kayseri. As a result of the study, no significant difference was found in the perceptions about the role of information technologies in audit between the auditors thought to be relatively close to information technologies or the auditors thought to be distant. However, the findings of the perception that the effect of information technologies on the achievement of the determined objectives related to the audit activities are more than the effect on the audit process were obtained. In Turkey, information and communication technologies have had a considerable part in the alteration and transformation of the public administration and public services since the 2000s. As they form the basis for the governance-based cognizance becoming popular in this process during which public administration has evolved into a market and individual-focused structure, the strengthening of the individual and civil society has been attached priority. In this regard, while variety, activity and attainability of social services have been increased on the one hand, on the other hand, importance has been attached to the constitution of communication and rightclaiming mechanisms that will meet the need for individuals conveying demands, wishes, recommendations and complaints to governance. Whereas BIMER and CIMER draw attention as a widely-known and most widespread application of all applications known in this field, The project "Açık Kapı (Open Door)" application, which the ministry of interior is executing, has generated the last link of the chain. "Açık Kapı"application, in addition to being based on technology, is a remarkable project with respect to the way it provides face to face/interactive consultation and interview possibility, pursuing the goal of increasing the satisfaction of citizens in services offered to them by ensuring the tasks and transactions' regarding the applications made to governorates and district governorates to be concluded rapidly and efficaciously. This article focuses on the functioning of the project "Açık Kapı", its differences from BIMER and CIMER, evaluation of the application in Balıkesir, one of the sample provinces, and project's strengths and its parts needing improvements by touching upon information technology-based governance reforms which have great effects on the emergence of the new project "Açık Kapı". Bilgi ve Belge Yönetimi alanı, bilgi teknolojileri ve dijitalleşmeden en çok etkilenen disiplinlerden biri durumundadır. Bilgi teknolojileri ve dijitalleşme, kütüphane ve bilgi merkezlerinde yapılan uygulamaların teknik boyutunu arttırırken; bilimsel bir disiplin olarak Bilgi ve Belge Yönetimi’nin de çalışma sahasını ve disiplinlerarası araştırma fırsatlarını genişletmiştir. Bu durum Türkiye’deki bilimsel dergilere de yansımıştır. Bu çalışmada; Türkiye’nin önde gelen bilgibilim dergilerinden olan Bilgi Dünyası Dergisi’nin 2000-2014 tarih aralığındaki yayın birikimi sistematik olarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonunda 182 hakemli makalenin %45; 87 görüş yazısının ise %33 oranında bilgi teknolojileri, dijitalleşme ve dijital kültür konularıyla ilgili olduğu görülmüştür. / The Information and Records Management field, has been one of the disciplines that affected by information technologies and digitization to a great extent. While improving the technical aspects of the work undertaken in libraries and information centers, information technology and digitization has also expanded the scope of the Information and Records Management field and opened up interdisciplinary research opportunities. This trend can be observed in the scientific journals in Turkey. In this study, the accumulation of publications between 2000 and 2014 in one of the Turkey’s foremost information science journals,Information World Journal, has been systematically analyzed. The results of this study indicates that 45% of 182 peer-reviewed articles and 33% of 87 opinion papers has been related to the topics of information technology, digitization and digital culture.

It is inevitable to ensure the security of social life and to do preparatory work against disasters at regional and national levels in order to create communities that are resistant to disasters causing financial and spritual losses. Therefore, regional and national planning are very important and one of the most important parts of this planning is undoubtedly the active use of computer technologies in this field. As in all fields, the effective use of any piece of information obtained in terms of disaster and emergency management is very crucial. In this regard the use of information technologies has come to the fore as an essential part of disaster management. In this study, Metropolitan Municipality Information Technologies infrastructure was evaluated with in-depth interview method in terms of disaster management in Kocaeli province which, due to its geographical position, contains risks of natural disasters as well as emergency situations with its dense population and industry. During the study period other relevant institutions/units in the province Disaster and Emergency Management Authority- AFAD, Fire Department were interviewed and inter-institutional cooperation activities were put under the microscope. In conclusion; It was found that Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality KBB Geographic Information System GIS had an infrastructure that could exchange data with the relevant institutions, yet it was found that damage estimation work was not done and the decision support systems were not created due to the lack of information on building inventories, and industrial organizations.

Son yıllarda bilgi teknolojileri alanında yaşanan gelişmeler, klasik örgütsel yapı ve fonksiyonları önemli oranda etkilemektedir. Gerek kamu gerekse özel sektör örgütlerinin bu değişim dalgalarına kayıtsız kalmaları olanaklı değildir. Bu bağlamda Türk kamu yönetiminin, bilgi çağına girilmesiyle hizmet sunumunda verimlilik ve etkinlik konusunda kimi yönetsel sorunlarla karşı karşıya kaldığı bilinmektedir. Bu sorunların çözülebilmesinde bilgi teknolojileri kullanımının etkili olacağı ileri sürülmektedir.

This study aims to investigate the attitudes of office management and executive assistant department lecturers working at a vocational school towards information technology and the extent to which they use technology tools in their life. Research population consists of 455 office management and executive assistant department lecturers working at a vocational school in Turkey and the sample consist of 100 lecturers who returned the survey. Data were collected with "Office Management and Executive Assistant Lecturers' Attitudes Towards Information Technology Survey Scale", which was published in "Computers in the Schools" journal in 2014 and named "Measuring Teacher Attitude Towards Instructional Technology: A Confirmatory Factor Analysis of TAC and TAC". The score of the reliability check, done with Cronbach Alpha, was 0.858 for the questionnaire. In order to ensure the accuracy of the data mixed methods research was used combining both quantitative and qualitative research methods. The results of the data analysis yielded positive findings regarding office management and executive assistant lecturers towards information technology and their use of the computer, e-mail, multi-media, world wide web (www) correlating with their positive attitudes (p<0.05). Aile işletmeleri, küçük ölçekli işletme niteliğindeyken zamanla büyüyebilmektedir. Ülkemizdeki KOBİ’lerin %95’i aile işletmelerinden oluşmaktadır. Fakat aile işletmelerin ömrü uzun olmamakta diğer kuşaklara devredilen işletme sayısıçok azdır. Aile işletmelerinin ömürlerinin kısa olmasında aile üyelerinin kendi aralarında yaşadıklarısorunlar, işletmede uygulanan kurallara tüm aile üyelerinin veya bir kısmınıuymamasıgibi yönetimsel sorunlar nedeniyle bu tür işletmeler kısa sürede dağılabilmektedirler. Günümüzde gelişmişülkelerin çoğunda ekonomik hayatta söz sahibi işletmeler ya aile işletmesidir, ya da aile işletmesi olarak ticari hayata atılmış şirketlerin devamıdır. Bu tür nedenlerden dolayıaile işletmelerinin uzun ömürlü olmasında kurumsallaşma önemli bir faktördür. Bilgi teknolojilerinin giderek öneminin arttığıgünümüzde aile işletmelerinin kurumsallaşmasında bilgi teknolojileri çok önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu çalışmamızda aile işletmelerinin kurumsallaşmasında bilgi teknolojilerinin rolünün tespiti amacıyla Konya faaliyet gösteren aile işletmelerine anket yapılmıştır. Konya’da imalat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren 100 adet aile işletmesine uygulanan bu ankette, Likert Tipi ölçek kullanılmıştır. Anket yöntemi ile elde edilen veriler SPSS 16.0 paket programında analiz edilmiştir. Anketin güvenilirlik analizi yapılmıştır. Ankete katılanların demografik özellikleri ile ilgili anket sorularıFrekans Dağılımıile analiz edilmiştir. Kurumsallaşma ve Bilgi Teknolojileri sorularıise Ki Kare Bağımsızlık testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Anket üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Anketin ilk bölümünde demografik özelliklere yer verilmiş, ikinci bölümde ise kurumsallaşma ile ilgili anket sorularından oluşmaktadır. Kurumsallaşma anket soruları15 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Anketin üçüncü bölümünde, işletmelerdeki bilgi teknolojileri uygulamalarına ilişkin tutumlarıölçmek için 12 soru vardır. Araştırmamız iki hipotez üzerine kurulmuştur. Birinci hipotezimiz Araştırmamız hipotezlerinden Konya’daki aile işletmelerinin bilgi teknolojilerini kullanmanın işletme için önemli olmasıile işletmede kullanılan bilgisayar sayısıarasında olumlu bir ilişki vardır. İkinci hipotezimiz olan Konya bölgesi işletmelerinde bilgi teknolojilerinin etkin kullanımıile kurumsallaşma arasında doğru orantılıbir ilişki vardır ile işletmede kullanılan bilgisayar sayısıarasında da olumlu bir ilişki vardır. Bu anketlerden çıkan sonuçlar ile bu ilde faaliyet gösteren aile işletmelerinin kurumsallaşma sürecinde bilgi teknolojilerinin rolü tespit edilmiştir. Konya’da yapılan bu çalışmanın sonucu olarak Konya’da faaliyet gösteren aile işletmeleri için kurumsallaşma sürecinde bilgi teknolojilerinin önemli olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.. Aile işletmelerin kurumsallaşma faaliyetleri sırasında bilgi teknolojilerinden faydalandığıtespit edilmiştir.
