ilustraciones El presente trabajo de investigación se inició en abril del 2022 y finalizó en enero de 2023 con el objetivo de aportar a la convivencia de las adolescentes del Hogar Nuevo AmaneSer por medio de un proceso piloto de musicoterapia comunitaria que fortaleciera sus relaciones sociales. Se trabajó con adolescentes mujeres, que viven en el Barrio Santa Fe, zona de tolerancia de la ciudad de Bogotá, donde hacen parte de un programa que busca la prevención del trabajo sexual y la venta y consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en menores. El proceso metodológico de la investigación se desarrolló en cinco etapas (preparación, acercamiento a la comunidad, implementación-cierre, seguimiento y análisis), fundamentado desde lo cualitativo, con especial énfasis en la metodología de investigación – acción, utilizando diferentes herramientas de recolección, seguimiento y análisis de la información. El proceso musicoterapéutico se realizó en dos etapas: acercamiento a la comunidad e implementación - cierre, desde las cuatro experiencias principales de la musicoterapia (improvisación, composición, re-creativas y receptivas). Dentro de los resultados se encontró que el contexto es un factor que influye de manera directa en los procesos llevados a cabo con esta población, en la subcategoría convivencia mejoró la tolerancia entre ellas, viéndose reflejado en la categoría principal relaciones sociales con la disminución de las interacciones violentas, sin embargo, en la etapa de seguimiento, se encontró que estas reaparecen. Se propone para futuras investigaciones con esta población un proceso a largo plazo, involucrar su círculo social y una mayor frecuencia de sesiones semanales. The main goal was to contribute to the connivance of "Nuevo AmaneSer" shelter's teenagers through a community music therapy pilot process, aiming to fortify their social relationships. The community we worked with were teenage women from the Santa Fe neighborhood, Bogota's red-light district. These women belong to the minor sexual work prevention and the drugs sale and consumption prevention programs, both offered by the shelter. The methodological research design was developed in five stages: preparation, community approach, implementation and closing, tracking, monitoring, and analysis, all these founded from a qualitative point of view, with a special emphasis on a researching - acting strategy, using various collecting information methods, case tracking, and data analysis tools. Meanwhile, the music therapy process was developed in two stages: community approach, implementation, and closing, through the four music therapy methods: improvisation, composition, re-creativity, and receptive. The obtained results depict how the individual context is an important factor that affects, in a straight manner, the processes carried with the community. In particular, concerning connivance, we notice an improvement in the tolerance between the community members, yielding to an improvement in the social relationships lived by the teenagers as a reduction in the violent interactions among them. However, concerning the monitoring stage, we found that those improvements were temporary as violent interactions reappear in the community. We propose, as part of the project conclusions, long-term work with the community, involving their social circle and increasing the number of sessions by week. L’empathie face à la souffrance physique de l’autre semble ne pas être une expérience commune au xviie siècle. Le corps malmené, sujet réputé bas dans la culture de l’époque, est plutôt représenté par la littérature comique. La tonalité comique est également présente dans les écrits épistolaires, que ce soit par convention littéraire ou par affirmation d’une posture sociale d’impassibilité. Il est donc intéressant d’observer, dans les lettres où Madame de Sévigné relate les diverses phases de la répression de la révolte bretonne des « bonnets rouges », les signes ambivalents de l’empathie. Le style comique de l’épistolière évolue au fil de la chronique, passant de la dérision à l’ironie et à l’humour, modes de communication propices à la double entente : le ou la destinataire peut ainsi saisir l’indignation et la compassion sous le couvert de la plaisanterie. Ce cas peut mettre du trouble dans une vision historique qui tiendrait pour un fait acquis l’insensibilisation de la société d’Ancien Régime sur la base de documents considérés comme objectifs. It is therefore interesting to observe, in the letters in which Madame de Sévigné relates the various phases of the repression of the Breton revolt of the “bonnets rouges”, the ambivalent signs of empathy. Her comic style evolves throughout the chronicle, moving from derision to irony and humour, that induce the reader to read between the lines: he (or she) can hear indignation and compassion under the guise of a joke. This exemple may disturb a historical vision based on “objective documents” that would take for granted the insensitivity of Ancien Régime.

В статье отмечается, что в действующем уголовном законодательстве России специальная норма, устанавливающая ответственность за попустительство преступлению, не предусмотрена. Кроме того, отсутствует законодательное определение понятия прикосновенности к преступлению, формы прикосновенности в Уголовном кодексе Российской Федерации также не раскрываются.Историко-правовой анализ имеет большое значение, поскольку позволяет сформулировать предложения, направленные на совершенствование отечественного уголовного законодательства. В частности, разрешению названных проблем будет способствовать ретроспективное исследование зарубежного законодательства. In particular a retrospective analysis of the foreign legislation will facilitate solving the mentioned issues. The given article deals with certain legal documents of People's Republic of China. Introducción. El problema del maltrato entre iguales afecta directamente al clima de convivencia de un centro en general y al clima del aula en particular. Por esta razón, se hacen necesarias herramientas que permitan implementar intervenciones que promuevan la convivencia sana entre compañeros. En este sentido, el conocimiento de la percepción que el alumnado tiene hacia el maltrato entre iguales es relevante para el establecimiento de medidas adecuadas. Para tal fin, se pretende determinar la valoración del alumnado (agresor y no agresor) respecto a determinadas actitudes y acciones frente al maltrato entre iguales. Y en segundo lugar, conocer la relación entre las actitudes y las acciones más valoradas y el rol del alumna-do.Participantes. La muestra está formada por 97 estudiantes de 6º y 7º grado con edades comprendidas entre los 10-16 años ( =12.82; dt=1.2) de los cuales el 51,5% son hombres y el 48,5% mujeres. XInstrumento. Para la realización del estudio se utilizan dos instrumentos. La Escala DIAS de agresión y victimización directa e indirecta para la identificación de roles entre el alumnado. Y el Cuestionario Scan-Bullying para el estudio de las atribuciones mentales del alumnado.Resultados. Los resultados obtenidos indican un alto porcentaje de alumnado agresor entre los participantes siendo más elevada la tasa de agresores entre los hombres. Se encuentran diferencias estadísticas puntuales en relación a las atribuciones realizadas por agresores y no agresores respecto al maltrato entre iguales.Discusión y conclusiones. Tanto los nominados agresores como no agresores consideran el maltrato como hechos intencionados, de maldad, reprobables, injustos e incorrectos. El alum-nado agresor es consciente de la incorrección del maltrato y lo justifica sólo atendiendo a que es una forma de defenderse y no de actuar.

Assuming the existence of the authority taboo, which manifests itself as a form of a linguistic censorship that concerns the criticism of the ruling class of the country by its opponents, the article aims to analyze the role of delexicalization in the negatively polarised argumentation in discourse. This paper will attempt to analyse the breaking of the authority taboo’s linguistic manifestations in new media discourse which appeared with Web 2.0. The corpus on which this study is based consists of short humorous messages (mostly internet memes) containing delexicalized lexemes (lexies simples) and complexemes (lexies complexes). En posant l’existence d’un tabou du pouvoir, qui se manifeste sous forme de censure linguistique touchant la critique de la classe dirigeante d’un pays de la part de ses opposants, cet article a pour objectif d’analyser le rôle du défigement linguistique dans l’argumentation polarisée négativement, c’est-à-dire visant la disqualification de la cible du discours. Il se veut une tentative d’analyse des manifestations linguistiques de la trangression du tabou du pouvoir dans le discours des nouveaux médias, né avec l’apparition du Web 2.0. Le corpus sur lequel est fondée cette étude est constitué de messages humoristiques brefs (majoritairement de mèmes numériques) contenant des lexies défigées simples et complexes.

Es necesario volver a pensar y replantear lo que entendemos por gestión de nuestras ciudades y sus espacios públicos; los y las habitantes de la ciudad nos hemos desentendido de dicha labor y cada vez nos recluimos más en espacios privados. De igual forma, el modelo de gestión actual parece buscar únicamente como objetivos el control y la intervención física, restándole importancia a los procesos participativos y al fomento de la interacción y convivio entre las personas. La presente investigación, ubicada en el contexto latinoamericano, busca explorar y visibilizar, desde una mirada de hábitat, formas alternativas de gestión ciudadana, muchas de las cuales se dan informalmente y en las que una nueva concepción de ciudadanía más activa e inclusiva permita acceder a los procesos y mecanismos de gestión y mejoramiento de la ciudad, a través de sus espacios públicos. Similarly, the current management model seems to seek only objectives such as control and the physical intervention of urban spaces, downplaying participatory processes and the promotion of interaction and fellowship between people. This research, located in the Latin-American context, seeks to explore and visualize, from a viewpoint of habitat, alternative forms of public management, many of which are given informally and in which a new approach to more active and inclusive citizenship allows access to processes and mechanisms for management and improvement of the city, through its public spaces. RESUMONos últimos anos, os casos de fraudes têm ocupado os meios de comunicação. O que pode contribuir para esta situação é a velocidade das mudanças no ambiente organizacional e os controles internos não estarem conseguindo acompanhar a mesma velocidade, aumentando assim o potencial de práticas de atos ilícitos. Por outro lado, o avanço tecnológico contribui para a informatização, possibilitando melhoria na detecção das fraudes. Esta investigação se propôs a verificar como as empresas praticam a prevenção às fraudes e, para tanto, efetuou-se um levantamento de campo junto as empresas de auto-peças da região do ABC a partir de um critério de estratificação tendo por base a lista do Sindipeças. Como resultado verificou-se que são utilizados alguns controles internos. Porém, o assunto fraude ainda não é tratado com a transparência e cuidados necessários e as empresas necessitariam incorporá-lo como risco inerente ao negócio.ABSTRACTFor many years the fraud cases have been occupying the communication means. Por otro lado, el avance tecnológico contribuye a la informatización y posibilita mejorar la detección de los fraudes. Esta investigación se propuso verificar de qué forma las empresas previenen los fraudes y para esto se realizó un estudio de campo en las empresas de autopiezas de la región del ABC a partir de un criterio de estratificación basado en la lista del Sindipeças. Como resultado se constató que se utilizan algunos controles internos. Sin embargo el asunto fraude todavía no se trata con la transparencia y cuidado necesarios y las empresas deberían incorporarlo como riesgo inherente al negocio.
