Climate change is one of the biggest threats to humanity and a case in point is Pakistan which is very affected by that aspect as is ranked 5th in the most vulnerable country list where it is experiencing severe problems like habitat loss, food insecurity, flooding and irregular weather patterns. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) province in North Western Pakistan has, in particular, suffered from some of these effects such as heat waves and floods, shelter & energy crisis and water stress to the region where there has already been plenty allied issues. The main objective of the study was to understand the views of the architecture professionals in KPK regarding climate change as well as targeting the means addressing the changes in their practice. The study conducted primary data collection through face-to-face interviews held in the cities of Abbottabad, Peshawar and Haripur and an online questionnaire collection, which included questions on demographics, attitudes towards climate changes and architectural measures taken. The results showed that 98 percent of the respondents had heard of climate change while 95 denounced it as a problem for the environment. Many respondents pointed out the burning of fossil fuels and non-renewable sources of energy as major causes. While recognizing the importance of the construction industry, it is discouraging that the construction industry is increasingly reluctant to adopt green building solutions including energy efficient strategies, even use of local materials and active and passive solar technologies. The current research focuses on the analysis of the recent technological trends being used in the selected public sector university libraries. A total of ten public sector university libraries have been selected for this study based on their adoption of advanced technologies in these libraries. Questionnaires are the main source of data collection techniques. The collected data has been analyzed through Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), 20th edition. The research findings indicate that libraries have embraced modern trends, at different levels. Furthermore, some libraries suffer from a shortage of professional and technically proficient staff, to enhance and provide improved library services and resources to their patrons, it is imperative to prioritize recommended actions. Simple Summary: Peste des petits ruminants (PPR), commonly referred to as goat plague or ovine rinderpest, is an infectious viral ailment that specifically targets wild or domesticated small ruminants, including sheep and goats. The study examined the information gathered from several sources such as research publications to evaluate the overall impact of PPR in Pakistan. The overall pooled prevalence in Pakistan was calculated to be 51%. Among various regions, the level of pooled prevalence of PPR presented a non-significant difference and was almost the same. Moreover, the investigation found other factors that influence the spread of PPR, including animal husbandry techniques, immunization, and geographical factors. In summary, the review of the literature provides significant information about the occurrence and distribution of PPR in Pakistan. There is a dire need to implement efficient management measures to reduce the negative effects of this disease on small ruminant populations. Peste des petits ruminants (PPR) is an extremely transmissible viral disease caused by the PPR virus that impacts domestic small ruminants, namely sheep and goats. This study aimed to employ a methodical approach to evaluate the regional occurrence of PPR in small ruminants in Pakistan and the contributing factors that influence its prevalence. A thorough search was performed in various databases to identify published research articles between January 2004 and August 2023 on PPR in small ruminants in Pakistan. Articles were chosen based on specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. A total of 25 articles were selected from 1275 studies gathered from different databases. The overall pooled prevalence in Pakistan was calculated to be 51% (95% CI: 42–60), with heterogeneity I2 = 100%, τ2 = 0.0495, and p = 0. The data were summarized based on the division into five regions: Punjab, Baluchistan, KPK, Sindh, and GB and AJK. Among these, the pooled prevalence of PPR in Sindh was 61% (95% CI: 46–75), I2 = 100%, τ2 = 0.0485, and p = 0, while in KPK, it was 44% (95% CI: 26–63), I2 = 99%, τ2 = 0.0506, and p < 0.01. However, the prevalence of PPR in Baluchistan and Punjab was almost the same. Raising awareness, proper surveillance, and application of appropriate quarantine measures interprovincially and across borders must be maintained to contain the disease. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The importance of Indonesia's Corruption Eradication Commission (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi [KPK]), has once again been brought into focus during the 2024 presidential election campaign period when politics and corruption collide. This article suggests that legislative and political actions since 2019 to the KPK's purpose and structure severely limit its capacity and independence making it susceptible to greater political interference and coercion. The KPK was established by Law 30/2002, as a response to and recognition of rampant corruption throughout the governmental, political and public sectors, business communities, and society in general, which became common practice during President Suharto's New Order Regime. The KPK's commission encompasses conducting investigations, indictments, and prosecutions. However, in late 2019, the People's Representative Council enacted amending legislation to weaken its authority and ability to operate independently. Crucial legislative changes included creating a government-appointed supervisory body overseeing the KPK's internal operations and changing KPK employee status from independent agents to public servants. These two provisions alone seriously weaken the KPK's autonomy and create the risk of turning it into a politically controlled auxiliary state agency. In some respects, KPK has become a victim of its own successes, having achieved convictions of senior ministers, politicians, government officials, and business leaders, which in turn has produced enemies. Without political protection, the KPK faces the prospect of not only becoming, in essence, a nonentity but also facing further deterioration of its credibility and authority. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Korupsi merupakan kejahatan luar biasa dan sistimatis sehingga diperlukan upaya yang luar biasa dalam memberantasnya. Oleh karenanya, KPK sejak awal memang didesain dengan kewenangan luarbiasa (superbody) agar mampu mengungkap praktik licik-kotor yang dilakukan oleh para koruptor. Sejak pembentukan KPK sebagai lembaga anti rasuah, negara telah memberikan prinsip independensi agar tidak ada campur tangan pihak manapun. Pasca pengesahan Undang-Undang 19 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2002 tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi telah memberikan diskursus pandangan negatif dari masyarakat untuk menurunkan fungsi kelembagaan KPK. Maka atas dasar tersebut penelitian ini memfokuskan analisis terhadap dua hal utama. Pertama, Bagaimana Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) dapat menjaga prinsip independensi pasca dikeluarkannya Revisi Undang-Undang KPK? Kedua, Apa yang menjadi solusi Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi untuk tetap menjaga prinsip independensi terhadap Stabilitas Negara? Untuk menjawab fokus kajian, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, data yang dipakai dalam penelitian berasal dari bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan studi kepustakaan dari berbagai literatur serta metode analisis data menggunakan yuridis-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sebelum revisi undang-undang KPK tersebut disahkan penegakan fungsi independensi KPK sudah berjalan dengan baik hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 012-016-019/PUU-IV/2006. Namun ketika pada Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 36/PUU-XV/2017 yang membuat kekuasaan KPK diartikan sama dengan kekuasaan eksekutif seperti halnya Kejaksaan dan Kepolisian. Maka atas dasar itu yang membuat revisi Undang-Undang KPK disahkan, didalam Undang-Undang aquo memposisikan KPK terhadap kelembagaan KPK. Antara lain pembentukan Dewan Pengawas, penempatan KPK pada rumpun kekuasaan eksekutif, status kepegawaian. Dengan implikasi tersebut tentunya KPK harus tunduk terhadap rezim pemerintah saat ini.

Pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut siswa untuk mempertahankan kreativitas dan kemampuan berpikir cepat dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Kreativitas memiliki tahapan proses yang melibatkan permasalahan, konsep, ide, dan implementasi. Literasi, termasuk literasi matematika, menjadi fokus penting dalam mencapai berpikir kreatif siswa. Meski demikian, literasi matematika di Indonesia masih rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan model RnD dan model ADDIE dengan tujuan mengembangkan buku MATHSTORY dalam pembelajaran Kelipatan Persekutuan Terkecil (KPK) pada siswa kelas 4 SD. Penilaian oleh ahli materi, media, dan sastra anak menunjukkan buku ini memiliki kriteria sangat baik dalam aspek fluency, flexibility, originality, dan elaboration. Respon siswa juga positif, menunjukkan keberhasilan buku dalam pembelajaran. Uji coba dengan pretest dan posttest menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam berpikir kritis siswa setelah menggunakan buku MATHSTORY. Kesimpulannya, buku MATHSTORY layak digunakan sebagai inovasi efektif dalam pembelajaran matematika materi KPK kelas 4 SD, mendorong kreativitas dan peningkatan berpikir kritis siswa. Diperlukan perbaikan pada aspek tertentu, seperti perapihan penulisan dan penambahan latar belakang pada buku, tetapi secara keseluruhan, buku ini berpotensi sebagai alat yang berguna dalam pendidikan.

Attacks against officials of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) often happen. The attacks show that there is an attempt to hinder the progress of corruption cases being handled by the KPK or perhaps to take revenge. Therefore, in carrying out their duties, officials of KPK should receive legal protection, namely limited immunity rights. The limited immunity rights are not new in Indonesia; the law has granted it to several state institutions/agencies. The purpose of this paper is to offer a model for the regulation of limited immunity rights for the KPK. This paper proposes a model of limited immunity rights for KPK leaders, investigators,r and public prosecutors within the scope of carrying out their duties and exercising their authorities. The proposed model stipulates that KPK officials cannot be interrogated, arrested, detained, prosecuted, or sued when occupying their positions. However, the rights to immunity is limited only to the period of occupying a position at the KPK and does not apply if KPK officials receive severe sanctions for ethical violations or commit special crimes. This article delves into the coordination and supervision efforts of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) with regional governments, the police, and the prosecution agencies. Such responsibilities are stipulated in Law No. 19 of 2019 on the KPK. In general, our findings indicate that the utilization of MCP, JAGA, and e-SPDP applications has not been optimized as means of coordination and supervision. Furthermore, we identify that coordination and supervision with regional governments can be enhanced through Satgas Wilayah. While the coordination and supervision with the police and attorney can be concentrated on efforts to harmonize the issuance of SP3 and activities related to oversight, research, and the assessment of needs within the KPK, police, and prosecution agencies. Throughout the data collection and analysis process, we also identify substantial weaknesses in the publication of annual reports by the KPK and the Indonesian Corruption Watch (ICW) to the public. This research adopts a descriptive method, guided by the theory of interagency coordination and supported by secondary data from the annual reports of the KPK and ICW, as well as transcripts of proceedings at the Constitutional Court (MK). Musik eksperimental sering dikatakan sebagai musik kontemporer atau musik yang berbeda dari konvensi musik tradisional. Perbedaannya, dalam musik eksperimental mengedepankan pengalaman auditif yang ‘tidak biasa’. Hal tersebut bisa dilihat dari bermacam elemen, seperti dari pemilihan alat, cara memainkan alat yang non-konvensional sehingga menghasilkan timbre yang tidak lazim, serta pola garap musik yang memfokuskan pada eksplorasi bunyidalam pembangun suara sehingga menghasilkan output yang kadangkala tidak familiar di telinga. Berpijak dari penjelasan mengenai musik eksperimental tersebut, timbul ketertarikan penulis untuk menciptakan sebuah karya musik kontemporer dengan mengadopsi salah satu rumus/sistem kerja matematika yaitu pencarian KPK (Kelipatan persekutuan terkecil), dengan menggunakan metode pohon faktor (faktorisasi prima) sebagai cara kerja dalam penciptaan karya musik eksperimental yang berjudul Angkep Wilang. Formulasi serta cara kerja aritmatika ini penulis transformasikan ke dalam media ansambel gamelan Bali, dengan memadukan dua jenis laras yang terdapat pada gamelan Bali yaitu laras pelog dan laras slendro. Jenis gamelan yang digunakan sebagai perwakilan dari laras pelog adalah Semar Pagulingan Saih Pitu, sedangkan untuk laras sle­ndro menggunakan gamelan Angklung Saih Lima. Metode penciptaan karya yang digunakan dalam komposisi musik ini mengacu pada konsep kekaryaan yang dikemukakan oleh Alma M. Hawkins,yaitu exploration, improvisation, dan forming. Abstract Experimental Music: Angkep Wilang. Experimental music is often said to be contemporary music or music that is different from traditional music conventions. The difference is that experimental music puts forward an 'unusual' auditive experience. This can be seen from various elements, such as the selection of instruments, unconventional ways of playing instruments that produce unusual timbres, and patterns of musical compositions that focus on sound exploration in sound construction to produce output that is sometimes unfamiliar to the ear. Based on this explanation of experimental music, the author's interest arose in creating a contemporary piece of music by adopting one of the mathematical formulas/work systems, namely the search for the LCM (least common multiple), using the factor tree method (prime factorisation) as a way of working in creation. An experimental piece of music is entitled Angkep Wilang. The writer transforms the formulation and the practice of working this arithmetic into a Balinese gamelan ensemble medium by combining the two types of tunings found in Balinese gamelan, namely the pelog tunings and the slendro tunings. The kind of gamelan used to represent the pelog tunings is Semar Pagulingan Saih Pitu, while for the slendro tunings, the gamelan Angklung Saih Lima is used. The numbers used in the search are 28 and 20; these two numbers are obtained through the media used to realise the concepts that have been designed. The work creation method used in this musical composition refers to the creative idea put forward by Alma M. Hawkins, namely exploration, improvisation, and forming. This research aims to address and propose solutions to the issue of conflicting norms within Indonesian Anti-Corruption Act (Act 19/2019). It is a normative study conducted through a statutory and conceptual approach. Primary and secondary legal materials were collected and analyzed prescriptively. The study suggests resolving the conflict between Article 69D and Article 70B-70C by applying the principle of Lex Posterior Derogat Legi Priori. As a result of this conflict, there are ongoing corruption cases that must now follow the legal process outlined in Act 19/2019, even if the alleged offenses took place prior to its enactment. This situation creates a loophole for objections to the legal process, raising concerns regarding justice, benefits, and legal certainty. Consequently, legal reforms are necessary to address these concerns and improve Act 19/2019. Based on these findings, this research asserts that regulations pertaining to corruption eradication should ensure the integrity of the rules by eliminating conflicts of norms and conflicts of interest. In cases where the process of updating regulations faces challenges, the government can establish derivative regulations or implement conflicting norms to achieve the legal objectives of justice, certainty, and benefit within Act 19/2019.

Constitutional Court Decision No. 112/PUU-XX/2022, issued on May 25, 2023, underwent an amendment involving an analysis of Article 29 letter e and Article 34 in Law No. 19 of 2019 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission (UU KPK) in conjunction with Law No. 30 of 2002. This decision is deemed inconsistent with constitutional principles and has the potential to impact anti-corruption efforts in Indonesia. The amendment provides a comprehensive analysis of the effects of the change in the term of office of the KPK leadership on the stability and performance of the institution, as well as its implications for anti-corruption efforts in Indonesia. The research methodology employed is normative juridical legal research with qualitative analysis of the Constitutional Court Decision and relevant legislation. This study aims to delve into the impact of the change in the term of office of the Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) through Constitutional Court Decision No. 112/PUU-XX/2022. The research findings indicate significant changes in Article 29 letter e and Article 34 of Law No. 19 of 2019 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Inconsistencies are observed in the application of the open legal policy concept by the Constitutional Court, particularly regarding the assessment of numerical values in previous rulings. Additionally, the study highlights errors in applying the non-retroactive principle concerning the changes in the term of office for KPK leaders, leading to controversy over the retroactive aspect of legal amendments.

District Bajaur is a newly merged District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan. The total areas of Bajaur are 129035 hectare. It is located at an elevation of 1152 meters above sea level. The total land under agriculture is 77166 hectare. In Bajaur the cultivated field under irrigation covers approximately 2739.22 hectares and over 74426 hectares is barani (irrigated) and around 20003.99 hectares is uncultivated. Of the total cultivation fields Three fourths depends upon precipitation and managed by farmers. The current study was carried out in twelve different location of district bajaur KPK Pakistan. Four zone were selected from district bajaur on the bases of mountainous areas, plane areas, availability of water and soil fertility; Total 200 soil samples were collected from the study area during August 2018 to September 2020 for diagnosing the nematode problems. Out of 200 samples seven new record species were identified viz., Aphelenchoides shamimi Khera 1970; Filenchus uliginosa (Brzeski, 1977) Siddiqi, 1986; Helicotylenchus africanus (Micoletzky, 1916) Andrassy, 1958; H. digitiformis Ivanova, 1967; Psilenchus curcumerus Rahaman, Ahmad & Jairajpuri, 1994; Pratylenchus wescolagricus Corbett, 1984; Tylenchorhynchus hordei Khan1972. This paper examines the limits of Indonesian civil society activism in advancing democratic politics. This activism, mainly by middle-class reformers, has not only failed to prevent democracy from being hijacked by illiberal interests but also contributed to justifying the deepening of political illiberalism. A predominantly anti-political approach among civil society activists mainly aims to establish new institutions and policy designs to generate reforms, while allowing entrenched power relations to remain unchallenged and to pervade new institutions. Meanwhile, social protests mobilized by this kind of activism, both on the streets and social media platforms, also tend to be sporadic and have no clear leadership and structure, while protest demands are often contradictory, making these too weak to challenge anti-democratic interests. This paper challenges existing studies that extoll Indonesian civil society activists for their success in advocating certain legislation, policies, and institutions. The weakening of the Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, KPK) illustrates how even trusted democratic institutions equipped with extraordinary powers and capacities are vulnerable to vested interests. Through an analysis of Law No. 19 of 2019 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption, this paper analyzes the paradigm adopted by the Indonesian government when formulating strategies to combat corruption. Since their inception in 1957, laws and regulations on combating corruption have changed to reflect the evolution of the problem, the causes of corruption's growth in Indonesia, the dynamics of politics and the economy, and other aspects. The formation of Indonesia's Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in 2003, which performs a number of tasks, was a turning point in the country's efforts to eradicate corruption. With the publication of Law No. 19 of 2019, which replaces Law No. 30 of 2002 with the eradication of criminal acts of corruption, reform was also continued. This writing aims to analyze and measure the paradigm used by the Indonesian government in making policies to eradicate corruption through the analysis of Law no. 19 of 2019. The author uses the content analysis method in analyzing the law. Analysis was carried out on three indicators; actors, authorities, and governance which represent the three paradigms; realism (state), liberalism (non-state), and constructivism (social construction). Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that; Law No. 19 of 2019 is strongly influenced by the realism paradigm, and although the law is appropriate to replace the previous law, the law still has several weaknesses to be corrected and revised by the government. This study aims to determine the ability to solve mathematical problems of students on FPB and KPK materials in fourth grade students of SD NEGERI CIKOKOL 3. This research was conducted on fourth grade students in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The research method used is exploration with random sampling techniques and classroom teacher interviews. The hypothesis is that students’ interest in learning mathematics in FPB and KPK is influenced by the result of learning basic multiplication and division as a sample. However, based on the data obtained from the result of random sampling and interviews, in this populations the result of learning mathematics in the FPB and KPK materials concluded that students’ mathematical problem solving abilities were still low. So that there are still some students who still do not understand the steps for solving problems because the teacher rarely asks problem solving questions. Students have difficulty solving FPB and KPK question because they cannot perform multiplication and division opertions which are prerequisite materials for FPB and KPK.

This research discusses the analysis of news framing of the dismissal of Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) on online media Detik.com and Tempo.co for the period 13-30 September 2021. The KPK dismissed as many as 57 of its employees in the process of changing employee status through Decree Number 1354. , Chairman of the KPK Firli Bahuri still issued the decree even though in the implementation of the assessment there were findings of human rights violations and procedures based on the findings of Ombudsman RI and Komnas HAM. Researchers took data from 10 news texts published by Detik.com and Tempo.co for analysis using descriptive qualitative research and constructivist paradigms with Robert N. Entman's framing analysis method which focused on four analytical tools, namely problem definition, determining the cause of the problem, moral decisions, problem solving. The results of this study indicate that Detik.com and Tempo.co have different news frames regarding the dismissal of KPK employees. Detik.com tends to corner the dismissed employee by citing dismissal as the impact of employees who do not meet the requirements in the assessment of the transfer of employee status to state civil servants, while Tempo.co tends to support dismissed employees by saying that the transfer ofemployee status is just an effort by the KPK to get rid of certain employes.

2019 was a year full of turmoil for the KPK (Corruption Eradication Commission) due to the revision of the KPK Law after 17 years of the KPK Law being in effect. Despite many rejections, the latest KPK Law was still passed in September 2019 so that it became Indonesia's positive law. Therefore, the statements of the problem in this research are: what is the cause of the KPK Law revision and what is the impact of law enforcement on corruption by the KPK after the ratification of the latest KPK Law. The purpose of this research is to find out the reasons for the revision of the KPK Law and the impact of the implementation of the latest KPK Law. The method used in this research is a normative juridical method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the research indicate that there are several weaknesses of the previous KPK Law which have an impact on the performance of the KPK so that it has not provided maximum results. In fact, regarding the impact of the enactment of the latest KPK Law, it has not given positive results so that it affects the stability of law enforcement for corruption. Therefore, there needs to be a good adaptation for the KPK and all related parties so that the latest KPK Law can run well.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi gerakan masyarakat sipil yang tergabung dalam koalisi masyarakat sipil antikorupsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori advokasi dari Sheldon Gen dan Amy Conley Wright. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dari wawancara, dan pengolahan data sekunder dari berbagai berbagai literatur yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Koalisi masyarakat sipil antikorupsi mengontrol kekuasaan negara dengan menuntut pemerintah dan DPR bertanggung jawab kepada hukum dan publik dengan mendukung KPK (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi) dengan tidak melemahkan kelembagaan KPK, dan meningkatkan kesadaran publik terhadap isu-isu penting publik melalui advokasi, dalam hal ini wacana UU KPK yang direvisi oleh DPR. Pada tahun 2019 momentum revisi UU KPK berhasil dilakukan DPR bersama Pemerintah sehingga advokasi yang dilakukan oleh koalisi gagal. Koalisi masyarakat sipil antikorupsi mengadopsi strategi advokasi dengan memperkuat sebuah koalisi besar, melobi pengambil kebijakan, melakukan kajian akademik, dan pelabelan, pemberitaan media, dan melibatkan serta memobilisasi publik dalam melakukan gerakan. Dari kelima strategi advokasi tersebut, pada akhirnya memiliki sisi kekuatan dan kelemahan untuk melakukan sebuah gerakan sosial dalam mempengaruhi kebijakan revisi UU KPK yang namun pada akhirnya strategi advokasi yang dilakukan oleh koalisi masyarakat sipil antikorupsi tidak berhasil mempengaruhi para pemangku kebijakan dan pada tahun 2019, UU mengenai KPK telah direvisi pada 17 September 2019.

Kinerja Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) yang bertugas memberantas korupsi di negeri pertiwi ini, tak jarang mendapat sorotan komentar dari berbagai kalangan masyarakat. Komentar positif, negatif maupun netral menghiasi kolom komentar di twitter maupun di instagram. Karena kolom komentar di twitter dan instagram tidak dapat mengelompokkan komentar berdasarkan jenis sentimennya (positif, negatif, atau netral) maka diperlukan sebuah sistem analisis sentimen yang dapat mengolompokkan komentar berdasarkan sentimennya. Penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh Nooraeni, dkk (2020) tentang analisis sentimen data twitter mengenai isu RUU KPK dengan metode Support Vector Machine menggunakan kernel RBF menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 81.32%, presisi sebesar 71.47%, dan recall sebesar 87.64%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menerapkan dengan membandingkan kernel linier, kernel polinomial dan kernel sigmoid pada metode Support Vector Machine untuk klasifikasi analisis sentimen serta menghitung tingkat akurasi, presisi, dan recall pada tiga jenis kernel (kernel linier, kernel polinomial dan kernel sigmoid) untuk klasifikasi analisis sentimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine sebagai algoritma untuk menganalisis sentimen dengan membandingkan kinerja tiga jenis kernel (kernel linier, kernel polinomial dan kernel sigmoid) sebagai salah satu parameter yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan akurasi metode Support Vector Machine. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa kernel linier memiliki akurasi tertinggi sebesar 83.06%, presisi sebesar 91.04%, dan recall sebesar 89.70%, untuk kernel polinomial memiliki akurasi sebesar 81.45%, presisi sebesar 88.57%, dan recall sebesar 91.17% sedangkan kernel sigmoid memiliki akurasi sebesar 79.83%, presisi sebesar 91.93%, dan recall sebesar 83.82%.

Ixodid ticks are in varying distribution patterns throughout Pakistan. They cause substantial losses to livestock industry in terms of hide loss and vector-borne disease transmission. This study was conducted in three districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) from March 2018 to February 2019 with the aim of determining the prevalence and seasonal variation in tick species belonging to Ixodidae family in cattle population. A total of 1145 adult ticks were collected by a convenient method of sampling from 434 infested cattle of various breeds, age groups and sexes. Identification of ticks up to genus and species level was done with the help of specific morphological keys. The results showed higher prevalence of Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) microplus (77%) followed by R. (B) annulatus (70%), R. (B) decoloratus (54%), H. anatolicum (52%) and the leastprevalence was recorded inR. (B) turanicus (12%). The prevalence of all ixodid tick species with exception of R. (B) annulatus and R. (B) decoloratus was significantly associated (p<0.05) with districts, breed, age and sex of cattle. Tick prevalence was higher in Achai and Friesian breeds, young stock and male animals. Prevalence of tick infestation was at its peak during summer and rainy seasons and remained low during winter season. In conclusions, that cattle tick R. (B) microplus was the dominant tick species infesting cattle population of KPK province and tick burden presented the highestrecord in summer season. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aims to explain the discourse contained in the May 4, 2019 edition of Mata Najwa with the theme "Cak Nun Between the KPK and Terror", two years after the attack on Novel Baswedan. Emha Ainun Najib as Cak Nun at the event talked about the terror that befell Novel Baswedan. Cak Nun accused the alleged mastermind behind the attack of those who claimed he cared about the issue of anti-corruption. Novel said that the assault case against him would be difficult to reveal. This study uses Van Dijk's critical discourse analysis. Van Dijk's analysis of discourse suggests the need to look at context, such as the discourse in Mata Najwa "Cak Nun Between the Corruption Eradication Commission and Terror", it is necessary to look at Indonesia's political situation and the process of disclosing the terror case. The results showed that there were several discourses developed by Mata Najwa through these shows, namely the government was slow in uncovering the terror case that befell Novel Baswedan, this shows that democracy has not been fully implemented in Indonesia and the public cares about the KPK. The state structure institution, namely the KPK, should work with the community to help each other eradicate corruption cases in Indonesia.

This study rests on two important considerations: the rapid increase of COVID-19 cases in Pakistan and also the marginalization of the people of the KPK province, which would make them more vulnerable in fearing COVID-19. We aim to translate and validate FCV-19S into the Urdu language and to identify the socio-demographic associations with fear in the people of the KPK. Using an online Google survey, we were able to sample 501 respondents from the KPK. The Cronbach alpha α value for the Urdu FCV-19S displayed good internal reliability at.846. The unidimensional structure of the FCV-19S in Urdu was confirmed, and all of the items were found to be statistically significant, ranging from 0.59 to 0.80. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis show that fit indices are all within an acceptable limit. The FCV-19S was also significantly and positively correlated with preventive behavior (r =.328, p <.01) and general anxiety (r =.458, p <.01). The results of independent sample t tests show that women (t = 4.086, p < 0.001), married people (t = − 2.709, p <.001), and unemployed people (t = − 3.199, p < 0.001) of the KPK experienced great fear of COVID-19. We conclude that that the Urdu version of the FCV-19S is a valid and reliable tool and must be used by healthcare practitioners, government bodies, and researchers, to identify the prevalence of fear and to subsequently plan improved social and health policies to reduce anxiety in the public. This essay's goal is to shed light on the variables that affect married women's decisions to enter the workforce in KPK, Pakistan. This empirical study consists in the PDHS for the years 2017-18 uses binary logistic regression (1973 sample size). The findings show that while women's age and place of residence have a positive but slight impact on empowerment, women's education, occupation, wealth index, and husband's education all have a positive and statistically significant impact. A socioeconomic policy can be created for a developing area like KPK, Pakistan. On the basis of this research, a development policy can be created to improve human resource development for a developing and traditional economy like Pakistan, with a particular focus on gender issues. The word Taliban has been used by the public and is widely known as the name of the faction of the armed political movement in Afghanistan. However, in the past some time, the term Taliban is often used as a name for a group within the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). This raises different meanings and different perceptions. This study aims to analyze how the word Taliban is understood and used in the KPK, how the shape shifts in meaning, and how the construction process patterns. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with data taken from literature and it is enriched with interview and questionnaire data. This study found that the development of meaning was unpredictable but found conclusions in synchronic phenomena when there was a large and open use of words. The common conception and common understanding on the word "Taliban” is doubtful because it can be broadly constructed. The semantic fields used are nouns and adjectives with various meanings. Meaning is constructed from individual perspectives, social and cultural contexts, the it is continued to mutual understanding and natural agreement. Peryoration and amelioration types were the most noticeable patterns of change. However, the positive-positive meaning is also a different pattern found in shifting the meaning of the Taliban in the KPK.

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in addition to law enforcement agencies in the scope of corruption, also has a role to carry out anti-corruption education through legal education. The implementation of legal education is carried out in educational institutions and the community. This article describes the specifics of public legal education by the KPK through the KPK's performance from various literary sources. The research method used is qualitative. This research was conducted with a literature study with qualitative data collection techniques in the form of literature study (literature). Meanwhile, the data analysis process used is data reduction, data display, verification and conclusion drawing. The results show that the performance of legal education is given to students and the public. Due to the generality nature of legal education by the KPK, it becomes a role model for legal certainty in the community. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi literatur dengan teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif berupa studi pustaka (literatur). Sementara itu, proses analisis data yang digunakan adalan reduksi data, display data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukan bahwa kinerja pendidikan hukum diberikan untuk kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa serta masyarakat. Karena sifat keumuman Pendidikan hukum oleh KPK menjadi role model kepastian hukum masyarakat. Hal tersebut tampak tatkalah KPK menyampaikan kinerjanya luas diberbagai media massa sehingga memberi makna dan pengalaman memantau pelaksanaan hukum nasional oleh masyarakat.

The negative view that the People's Representative Council of Indonesia (DPR) has long been in a constant effort to weaken the Corruption Eradication Comission (KPK), making the revision process of the KPK law until after it is legalized, receives pro and contra. A number of provisions in the new Law of KPK are considered to potentially weaken the independence of the institution, especially concerning the establishment of the so called Supervisory Council. The purpose of this research was to analyze an the position of the Supervisory Council and to explain its implications on the institutional aspects of the KPK.This normative legal research was conducted through a literature study using conceptual and statue approaches, which then analyzed qualitatively. The results show that the new Law of KPK makes the Supervisory Council as an internal supervision organ, but its position had not well formulated yet in the institutional structure. The existence of the Supervisory Council also have some impacts on the institutional aspects of KPK in terms of Institutional and functional independences.

Persekongkolan tender dan tindak pidana korupsi memiliki hubungan erat karena berkaitan dengan pengadaan barang dan jasa yang dilakukan pemerintah, karena sebagian atau seluruhnya pengadaan dibiayai dari APBN/APBD atau anggaran negara lainnya. Perbuatan dalam persekongkolan tender juga dapat dikategorikan sebagai perbuatan tindak pidana korupsi. Oleh karena itu, terdapat dua lembaga penegak hukum yang berwenang menindak para pelakunya, yakni KPPU dan KPK. Tujuan dari penulisan jurnal ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya penegakan hukum dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah yang dilakukan oleh KPPU dan KPK, serta apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses penegakan hukumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penulisan hukum normatif yang didukung dengan data dan informasi dari wawancara/kuisioner. Sementara itu, pendekatan yang dilakukan yakni menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statue approach) dan pendekatan komparatif (comparative approach). Hasil dari penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa penegakan hukum dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah yang dilakukan oleh KPPU terhadap perkara persekongkolan tender dilaksanakan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Anti Monopoli, Perkom No.1/2019 dan Perkom No.2/2010 (Pedoman Pasal 22). Sedangkan, penegakan hukum dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah dilakukan oleh KPK terhadap perkara tindak pidana korupsi berdasarkan Undang-Undang Tipikor, Undang-Undang KPK dan KUHAP. Kedua lembaga tersebut memang memiliki ruang lingkup dan kewenangannya masing-masing, namun keduanya juga memiliki kerjasama dalam hal pengawasan dan penegakan hukum dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah yang tertuang dalam Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) antara KPPU dan KPK. Sementara itu, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penegakan hukum dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah yang dilakukan oleh KPPU dan KPK, antara lain faktor peraturan perundang-undangan (substansi hukum), faktor penegak hukum, faktor sarana/fasilitas, faktor masyarakat dan faktor kebudayaan.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the investigation authority of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on the counteraction case of corruption justice process. The reason for the writing is the existence of different interpretation of the authority of the KPK Investigator to conduct an investigation on the counteraction case of justice process in Article 21 of Law No. 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Law junto Law No. 20 of 2001 concerning Amendment to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of the Corruption (the Law of Corruption Act). The analysis method of the problem formulation applies Grammatical Interpretation, Systematic Interpretation, and Teleological Interpretation. The legislation analyzed, besides the Anti-Corruption Law, is the Decree of the People’s Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia Number XI / MPR / 1998 concerning State Administrators that are clean and free of corruption, collusion, and nepotism; also Law Number 30 of 2002 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission junto Law Number 10 of 2015 concerning the Establishment of Government Regulations in lieu of Law Number 1 of 2015 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2002 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission. The conclusion of this article is that the KPK Investigator is not authorized to conduct an investigation on the counteraction case of corruption justice process.

This writing discusses the substance of the revision of law number 30/2002 about commission for the eradication of corruption (KPK). The problem that occurs is that the revision of the law actually weakens the KPK and sides with criminal acts of corruption. This paper aims to understand and understand about how the provisions of the revision of the KPK law are actually out of their noble objectives as a political political choice that will strengthen the eradication of corruption in Indonesia. Amid the resounding steps of the KPK to carry out the law enforcement function of eradicating Corruption, there are still things that feel stagnant. The KPK does not or has not dared to ensnare political parties in corrupt criminal liability, using corruption laws. In each case with dimensions of political corruption, the KPK only ensnares party elites, but does not at the same time demand criminal liability from political parties. In fact, in several cases investigated, the flow of funds flowed into political parties. As a special offense, revising the Corruption Law, by entering the phrase "legal entity", in addition to the phrase "everyone" is needed to find, or build a channel to ensnare political parties in corruption criminal liability. accompanied by state losses and fines. Since its establishment, the Corruption Eradication Commission (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi-KPK) has been designed as a state independent agency. The purpose of granting independence to the KPK is to guard against influence by any power. The second revision of the KPK Law through Law Number 19 of 2019 contains fundamental changes to the KPK institution, namely: the establishment of the Supervisory Board, the placement of the KPK in the executive branch, employment status, and examiner or investigator status. The revision not only limits the authority of the KPK but also creates an impact on the independence of the KPK. The principles of independence of the KPK, as typical of state independent agencies and anti-corruption agencies have faded through the regulation of Law Number 19 of 2019. The implication is that the KPK has an increasingly limited latitude and is not independent of the influence of other powers, particularly the executive. Without repositioning the KPK institution, the agenda for eradicating corruption will become gradually uncertain. Without restoring its independence, the existence of the KPK is increasingly losing relevance, because the President is actually in the lead of two other corruption eradication law enforcement agencies, namely the police and the prosecutor’s office.

Cryptosporidium is a protozoan parasite causing diarrhea in human and animals. This study has been aimed to find out its prevalence and chemotherapy of cryptosporidiosis in goats in three selected districts of southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Pakistan. A total of 1440 fecal samples were collected from goats, 120 samples per month from each of 3 districts for twelve months. Identification of oocysts was done through conventional acid fast ZN staining. Prevalence in District Bannu was 48/480 (10%) followed by District Lakki Marwat12.08 % and in Kohat 19.16 %, respectively. Overall prevalence in three Districts was 13.75%. The highest month wise percent prevalence was recorded during July/August 25.83%, 26.66% with lowest in December 0.83%. On seasonal basis overall highest prevalence was during the summer season 21.87 %, followed by autumn 13.75 %, spring (11.66%) and the lowest in winter 6.66 %. Similarly, on age basis, the overall highest percent prevalence was 20.46%, 13.73% and 8.27% at the age of 1, 1-2 and 2-3 years, respectively. While on sex basis, non-significant (P<0.05) 15.66 % and 13.91% prevalence was found in female and male animals, respectively. Chemotherapeutic trial of three allopathic (Paromomycin, Metronidazole and Azithromycin) drugs were used against five groups (groups A-E). Paromomycin, Metronidazole, Allium sativum and Azithromycin showed 91.77%, 78.20 %, 77% and 59.29 % reduction in oocysts per gram, respectively. This study explores the potential use of Allium sativum against crytosporidium infection and also warns about the high prevalence and possible zoonotic transmission of cryptosporidiosis in southern parts of KPK, Pakistan. A detailed study was conducted on Indus river in order to evaluate the economic potential. Samples were collected for geochemical studies from both stream sediments (SS) and heavy mineral concentrates (HMC) along Indus river from Ghazi, Hund, Beka, Alladher and Kund in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. All the samples were analyzed for gold (Au), silver (Ag) and base metals in order to get information about geochemical associations. Panning and sluice methods were applied for the collection of these samples and extraction of visible gold. Results show that HMC have high Au contents, having maximum value of 44.15 g/t and 39.15 g/t in Kund and Beka areas respectively with an average value of 15.18 g/ton and 11.37 g/ton while the SS have average amount of Au as 0.8 g/t. In both these media higher concentration of gold was found in HMC. On the basis of results from both sampling media, the placer gold deposits in Kund, Alladher and Beka are considered highly economical for the commercial exploration of placer gold. Overall, the HMC derived from silt, sand, gravels and cobbles along Indus river indicated potential for placer gold that can be utilized for extraction of gold at commercial scale.

Mathematics teaching nowadays still requires students to memorize formulas but does not provide an understanding of concepts.Teachers who only teaches mathematics monotonously will result in students’ learning motivation decreasing. They need to explore the use of media to help students experiencing a meaningful and practical concept. This study tried to explore the potential of Dakon traditional game as media to encourage students’ motivation and concept understanding. Dakon is proposed as a media to help students understand the material conceptually by fun learning. Dakon Matematika (Dakota) is presented as one of the media that allows students in understanding Least Common Multiple (KPK) and Greatest Common Divisor (FPB) concept in elementary school. Dakon Matematika (Dakota) potentially can foster student learning motivation because besides studying mathematics it also introduces students to one of the Indonesian traditional games that are almost abandoned. This result of study promoted the Dakon and other traditional games to in mathematic learning. Some research on the use of Dakon in mathematics learning also showed the potential use of Dakon Matematikagames in learning mathematics, especially in the KPK and FPB material at elementary school level.

This article examines the Pakistani military's changing response to the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM), to better understand pathways to military accountability and democratic change. An apolitical, non-violent civil-society movement, the PTM challenged the military's domestic-security practices for over a year, eliciting uncharacteristic concessions despite the apparent motive, opportunity and precedent for repression. Curiously, though, the role of civil society in renegotiating military behaviour has been overlooked in mainstream civil–military relations, which focuses on coup propensity at one extreme and harmonious democratic configurations at the other. Using first-hand interviews with PTM activists, security officials, commentators and politicians, this study argues that the PTM's unique appeal to societal and constitutional legitimacy constrained military responses, creating an opportunity to contest military behaviour publicly in a fashion impossible for conventional political elites. Although the military eventually resorted to force, this was itself facilitated by attacks on the underlying parameters of the PTM's societal legitimacy, underscoring the importance of societal-military relations in the space between civilian control and coup d'état. This article expresses the author’s view to disagree with the existence of the KPK and its supporting Constitutional Theory. This article is based on classical model of the trias politica theory and suggests that the existence of executive bodies should conform with the prescription of unitary executive theory. According to the unitary executive theory, the president should have the power to appoint and remove any executive official exclusively. This norm is based on the status of the president as the Chief Executive. According to this notion, the KPK, as independent agency, is unconstitutional. In line with the Constitutional Court Decision No. 36/PUU-XV/2017, qualifying the KPK as executive, our abnormal constitutional order, with the existence of the KPK, should be normalized in accordance with the unitary executive theory.

Artikel ini adalah bagian dari penelitian besar pada pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran dengan strategi experiential learning berbasis game. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan strategi experiential learning pada materi KPK dan FPB di kelas IV. Model pembelajaran experiential learning ini dibuat dalam sebuah permainan yang dinamakan dengan Joyfull Clap Number untuk materi Kelipatan Persekutuan Terkecil (KPK) dan Magic Bag untuk materi Faktor Persekutuan Terbesar (FPB). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan model 4D yang kepanjangan dari define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan) dan disseminate (penyebaran). Penelitian ini fokus pada deskripsi hasil disseminate. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui lembar kerja siswa, observasi, rekaman video dan catatan lapangan. Teknis analisis data dilakukan dengan mengungkap data hasil rekaman video yang diperoleh selama penelitian selanjutnya dianalisa dan dikaitkan dengan teori yang digunakan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD di MI Makarimul Akhlaq dan MI Al Asy’ari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat membentuk konsep dasar KPK dan FPB melalui strategi experiential learning selama proses pembelajaran.

The establishment of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is as a crucial instrument for fighting systemic corruption and improving public integrity. However, corrupt forces in post‐Soeharto Indonesia found opportunities to develop powerful coalitions built on the legacy of pre‐reform power relationships. This article examines the extent to which the KPK's initiatives have been impeded by these vested interests. By examining two major cases involving conflicts against senior law enforcement officers – we identify some of the conditions where vested interests have exerted a significant influence in resisting anti‐corruption efforts. Their greatest impact occurred when their attempts to exploit KPK's institutional weaknesses occurred in a permissive environment where political stakeholders were indecisive or unassertive. The fragmentation within civil society and independent media also seriously undermined on the capacity of anti‐graft supporters to hold corrupt official to account in Indonesia. This research has been conducted with a view to investigate the current status of Early Childhood Care and Education in Sindh, its comparative analysis with Punjab and KPK, highlighting, Gaps and Challenges in ECCE, such as Lack of proper legislation, Restrictive Budget for ECCE, In-adequate Infrastructure, Lack of Awareness Regarding ECCE Schooling System, No Standardized ECCE Curriculum, Recruitment of ECCE Teachers, Absence of formal ECCE teaching cadre, No vigilant Monitoring and Evaluation, Poverty Syndrome. Role of Deeni Madarsah, less Enrollment, Quick Dropout of Students, No Female Teacher Availability, Burdening Role of Private Schools in Providing Costly ECCE Schooling. To determine practical solutions for improving and promoting Early Childhood Education. For this purpose of the study, the provincial education managers collected data, and in the three provinces, the research findings and recommendations provide strategic guidance to the stakeholders of Sindh province to sustain Early Childhood Education. All recommendation of implementation of NEP 2009/2017, increasing ECCE budget, recruiting of ECCE cadre teachers on merit, improvement of existing ECCE schooling system by proving basic facilities along with study material of ECCE if complied in letter and spirit ecce schooling will boost and produce educated gentry in fact an educated nation. The various animals and plant species, their parts, and products are being used in traditional health care and cultural practices but the use of animals, their parts and products have rarely recorded especially in Pakistan. This study investigated and documented animal species used by traditional residents for treatments in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Hazara area of Pakistan. A field survey conducted in 2017-2018 in 6 districts of the Hazara region. A total of 63 animal species belonging to 47 families were reported for their ethnozoological importance including Mammals 33%, Birds 25%, Arthropods 17%, Reptiles 8%, Fishes 6%, Mollusks 3%, Annelids 3% Platyhelminthes and Amphibians 2% respectively. Out of 63 animals, 59 have medicinal importance and used to treat different human diseases. The most used animal species to treat various human ailments in Hazara region were includes Ovisaries (sheep), Portunessanguinolentus crab), Capra aegagrushircus (goat), Columba liviadomestica (pigeon), Bubalusbubalis (Buffalo) and Apiscerana (honey bee) and most used body parts include fats, meat, blood, milk, feces, urine, honey, tusk, feathers and shell. Uređaji za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda (UPOV) s aktivnim muljem su dinamični i složeni sustavi čije se upravljanje može poboljšati primjenom različitih pristupa modeliranju i predviđanja njihova rada. U ovom radu je korišten alat strojnog učenja (modelska stabla) za izradu modela koncentracije kemijske potrošnje kisika (KPK) na izlazu pročišćene otpadne vode iz UPOV-a s aktivnim muljem. Za modeliranje su korišteni mjereni podaci na ulazu i izlazu otpadne vode iz UPOV-a. U izradi modela koncentracije KPK su korišteni programski alat Weka i algoritam za izradu modelskih stabala M5P. Model dobiven alatom strojnog učenja ima veliku opisnu moć i koeficijent korelacije te se zato može primijeniti u modeliranju koncentracije KPK. Time se u ovom radu ukazuje i na prednosti primjene alata strojnog učenja u izradi modela UPOV-a.
