Resumen: Antes de analizar brevemente cada uso de esta expresion, el autor presenta un contexto general para entender el pensamiento de Origenes en este Comentario respecto a lo que mas le interesa para este tema. Asi esboza al Logos como Dios en general; pasa despues a afinar su relacion con las creaturas, con el Padre y con el Espiritu, y termina con una introduccion a las epinoiai, sobre todo a la sabiduria. Este contexto va acompanado, en las notas, de numerosas citas bibliograficas y con algunos otros textos relevantes de otras obras de Origenes. Despues presenta los 23 usos de la pericopa. Esta dice la mediacion entre el Padre y la creacion, destacando lo divino del mediador, del Hijo, Logos, de la imagen arquetipica. Aplicado al encarnado expresa lo divino de Cristo. Corresponde al subordinacionismo moderado o jerarquico de Origenes. Esto es confirmado por un recorrido de su uso en otras obras de Origenes, de las que destaca el articulista algunos textos. Abstract: Before briefly analyzing each use of this expression, the author provides a general context for understanding the thought of Origen in this Commentary, with respect to what most interests the author regarding this subject. Thus, Logos is outlined as God in general; then the author goes on to refine the relationship with creatures, the Father and the Spirit, and ends with an introduction to the epinoiai, above all, wisdom. This context is accompanied, in the notes, by several bibliographical citations and by some other relevant texts from other works of Origen. Then the author presents 23 uses of the pericope, refering to the mediation between the Father and creation, emphasizing the divine in the mediator, the Son, Logos, and the archetypal image. Applied to the embodied, the divine in Christ is expressed. This corresponds to the moderate or hierarchical subordinationism of Origen. La Estenosis Hipertrófica del píloro, se presenta en lactantes menores entre la segunda y octava semana de vida, su cuadro clínico es caracterizado por vómitos no biliosos en proyectil, post prandiales, y la palpación de oliva pilórica, es una entidad autosómica dominante con fondo multifactorial. Objetivo General: Determinar la asociación entre los factores hereditarios y la aparición de estenosis hipertrófica pilórica. Materiales y Métodos: Se realizó un estudio observacional, analítico, casos y controles, incluye pacientes de un día de vida y 4 meses de edad con vómitos no biliosos en proyectil, post prandiales ingresados en el Hospital Francisco Ycaza Bustamante en neonatología y gastroenterología en enero del 2010 y diciembre del 2015 que cumplieron los criterios de selección: Grupo Caso (N=107) diagnóstico de Estenosis Hipertrófica del Píloro confirmado por ecografía, y con piloromiotomia. Grupo Control (N=102)diagnóstico descartado de Estenosis Hipertrófica del Píloro, los datos se colocaron tabla de doble contingencia, la prueba estadística empleada fue Chi cuadrado con una p para determinar significancia, índice de Odd ratio, e intervalo de confianza.Resultados: 107 casos el 34(32%) presento antecedentes familiar de EHP, p=0.0022387, OR es 3,85, IC (1.826 -8.127)primogéntos, p

Investigaram-se indicadores de regressão e crescimento do primogênito no processo de tornar-se irmão. Participaram três primogênitos pré-escolares no terceiro trimestre de gestação, aos 12 e 24 meses do irmão. Foi aplicado o Teste das Fábulas e realizada análise qualitativa de conteúdo. Os resultados revelaram regressão do primogênito na gestação materna e crescimento, aos 12 e aos 24 meses de idade do irmão. A regressão foi uma forma de enfrentar a chegada do irmão, enquanto que o crescimento revelou capacidade para conquistas ou custos de ser mais velho. Tanto a regressão quanto o crescimento oportunizaram um ir e vir saudável, fundamental para o desenvolvimento rumo à independência. Esses achados têm implicações para a pesquisa e para a clínica. Regression and growth indicators in the process of becoming a sibling were investigated. Three firstborns took part in the study during the first sibling's third trimester of pregnancy, and when the sibling was 12 and 24 months old, respectively. The Fables Test was used and a qualitative content analysis was carried out. Results revealed regression indicators during pregnancy. At 12 and 24 months there were growth indicators together with regression indicators. Regression was used by the firstborn for coping with the sibling's arrival while growth revealed the capacity for acquisitions or the costs of being an older sibling. Both regressive and growth manifestations enabled a healthy to and fro, which is fundamental for development towards independence. These findings have both research and clinical implications.

For this, a design of bibliography was chosen under an exegetical perspective. Thus, a dialogue with psychology and anthropology is performed, from where it is perceived that theme is as present nowadays as it was in ancient times. It was also noted that, despite the conventions almost settled on the hegemony of the birthright in the Old Testament, there is no way of knowing which cultures have influenced others. Similarly, there were no biblical laws that could justify such thinking. But we can not say that the firstborn would not have his importance, after all there are many texts demonstrating such relevance. Still, from the exegeses made in three major pericopes analyzed, along with an approach, en passant, of other passages, one can present an argument in favor of a real story, in spite of several literary aspects that could be used in contrast. Such narratives are full of intra-family conflicts, which served to demonstrate the common practice of birthright in the Hebrew culture. Moreover, regarding the definition of Birthright, an application that included five dimensions is defended: spiritual (blessings had an almost magical connotation, it was very strong); religious (besides the fact that the firstborn was consecrated to God, he had the responsibility to take care of and lead the worship of the Lord); patrimonial (assets transferred to the children consisted of land and or dominions, notwithstanding the period of semi-nomadism and the constant transhumance); social (the leadership of the clan and its representation before the council of elders were part of the responsibilities of the firstborn); and also an existential dimension (the eldest son was responsible for perpetuating the name of his father, living as the continuity of the life of his predecessors). Esta dissertação pesquisa o direito de primogenitura no Antigo Testamento à luz das narrativas de Esaú e Jacó, em especial, nos textos de Gênesis 25.19-26; 25.27-34 e 27.1-45. Para isso, optou-se por um delineamento bibliográfico sob um viés exegético. Assim, faz-se um diálogo com a psicologia e a antropologia, de onde se percebe que essa temática é tão presente na antiguidade quanto nos dias hodiernos. Notou-se também que, apesar das convenções praticamente assentadas acerca da hegemonia da primogenitura no Antigo Testamento, não há como saber quais culturas teriam influenciado as outras. Semelhantemente, não se encontrou leis bíblicas que embasassem tal pensamento. Nem por isso, se pode dizer que o primogênito não tivesse sua importância, pois não foram poucos os textos que demonstraram tal relevância. Ainda, a partir das exegeses feitas nas três principais perícopes analisadas, juntamente com uma abordagem, en passant, de outros trechos, pode-se argumentar a favor de uma história real, apesar de vários aspectos literários que poderiam ser usados como contrário. Tais narrativas estão carregadas de conflitos intrafamiliares, que serviram para demonstrar a prática corriqueira da primogenitura na cultura hebraica. Além disso, quanto à definição de Direito de Primogenitura, defende-se uma aplicação que abarcava cinco dimensões: espiritual (a bênção em si tinha uma conotação quase que mágica, de tão forte); religiosa (além do fato do primogênito ser consagrado a Deus, havia sua responsabilidade em cuidar e dirigir o culto ao Senhor); patrimonial (os bens repassados aos filhos também consistiam em terra e/ou domínios, não obstante o período de semi- nomadismo e sua constante transumância); social (a liderança do clã e sua representatividade, junto ao conselho de anciãos, faziam parte da função do primogênito); e, ainda, uma dimensão existencial (o filho mais velho era o responsável por perpetuar o nome de seu pai, vivendo como se fosse a continuidade da vida de seus antecessores).

O presente estudo investigou as percepções maternas sobre as reações do filho primogênito à gestação do segundo filho. Participaram do estudo oito gestantes no último trimestre de gravidez do segundo filho e cujo primeiro filho estava em idade pré-escolar. A análise qualitativa do conteúdo das entrevistas revelou que o avanço da gestação e a proximidade do parto desencadearam ansiedade e ciúme nos primogênitos, concomitantemente a manifestações de alegria pela chegada do irmão. Todas as crianças apresentaram atitudes indicativas de ciúme, tais como medo de perder a atenção e o carinho da mãe, e sinais de agressividade dirigidos à barriga da gestante. Os resultados sugerem que a gestação do irmão constitui um evento marcante na vida dos primogênitos e ressaltam a importância do apoio parental nesse período. The present study investigated mothers’ perceptions regarding the reaction of the firstborn to the pregnancy with second child. Eight pregnant women, who had one pre-school child and were in the third trimester of pregnancy, participated in the study. A qualitative content analysis of the interviews revealed that the pregnancy and the proximity of childbirth unleashed anxiety and jealousy in the firstborn, accompanied by demonstrations of joy at the arrival of the sibling. All the children showed attitudes indicative of jealousy, including fear of losing mother’s attention and affection, as well as signs of aggressiveness towards the mother’s belly. The results suggest that the mother’s pregnancy is an outstanding event in the life of the firstborn, emphasizing the importance of parental support in this period.

O estudo investigou os comportamentos de dependência do primogênito no contexto de gestação de um segundo filho. Participaram cinco primogênitos em idade pré-escolar e suas respectivas mães, no terceiro trimestre de gestação. Foi aplicado Teste das Fábulas nas crianças e realizadas entrevistas semi-dirigidas com as mães. Os resultados revelaram tendência de comportamento de dependência do primogênito. Observaram-se também comportamentos de independência, indicando ambivalência. Os resultados sugerem que a gestação do irmão constitui-se momento especial para a criança que tem que deixar de ser filho único e aprender a compartilhar os cuidados maternos. A investigação acerca das mudanças nas relações familiares e suas implicações para cada um dos membros são de fundamental importância para a compreensão do desenvolvimento humano. Este artigo contribui para a literatura existente que não tem contemplado especificamente em que medida o comportamento do primogênito é afetado pela existência de um irmão durante a gestação. The study investigated the firstborn's dependence behaviors in the context of a second child's pregnancy. Five preschool firstborns and their respective mothers, in the third trimester of pregnancy, took part in the study. The Fables Test was used in order to assess children's perceptions, and a semi-structured interview in order to investigate mothers' perceptions. The results revealed a dependence behavior tendency in the firstborn. There were also independence behaviors suggesting ambivalence. The results indicate that a second child's pregnancy is a special moment for the firstborn who is no longer an only child and has to learn to share maternal care. The investigation concerning changes in family relationships and their implications for each family member are of fundamental importance for understanding human development. This article represents a contribution to the literature which has not studied the extent to which the firstborn's behavior is affected by the presence of a sibling already during pregnancy.

O nascimento do segundo filho pode gerar um aumento na tensão familiar, pois traz a necessidade de reformulações nos papéis e regras do funcionamento familiar. O presente estudo investigou o impacto do nascimento do segundo filho nas relações familiares, especialmente quanto às mudanças na rede de apoio, relação conjugal, comportamentos do primogênito e relação genitores-primogênito. Participaram do estudo oito famílias, nas quais o segundo filho havia nascido no segundo ano de vida do primogênito. Os genitores foram entrevistados no 18º, 24º e 36º mês de vida do primogênito. Análise de conteúdo qualitativa revelou o esforço de cada membro das famílias para lidar com as ambigüidades dessa situação, pois ao mesmo tempo que o segundo filho é celebrado, ele também altera uma dinâmica familiar relativamente estável envolvendo a tríade pai-mãe-primogênito. Embora as mudanças tenham sido acompanhadas de ansiedade e instabilidade nas relações, os resultados destacam a capacidade adaptativa dos membros dessas famílias. The second child’s birth can increase family tension because it brings a need for reformulation of its roles and functioning rules. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of the second child’s birth on family relations, with special attention to the changes in social support, marital relationship, firstborn’s behaviors and parents-first born relationship. Eight families, in which the second child had been born during the first born’s second year of life, participated in the study. The parents were interviewed during the first born’s 18th, 24th and 36th month. The qualitative content analysis revealed the effort of each family member to deal with the ambiguities of this situation which, at the same time the second child is celebrated, changes a relatively steady familiar dynamics involving the father-mother-first-born triad. Although the changes brought anxiety and instability to family relations, the results highlight the adaptiveness of the members of these families.
