- The article examine the legislative framework governing disabled education in the U.S. Topics discussed include prejudice and exclusion faced by people with disabilities; introduction of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act; and higher education of disabled peoples in the country.
