Abstract

Employees’ work engagement (EWE) has emerged as one of the important drivers of organizational success in today’s competitive business environment. The aim of the current study was to examine, the association between Islamic Human Resource Management practices (IHRM), with EWE. The data was collected from 380 employees, working in the education and health sector of Lahore Pakistan. The findings indicate IHRM practices: Recruitment/ Selection, and Training and Development have a positive impact on EWE.
