- Abstract
In order to cultivate large diameter timber of Phoebe bournei, we conducted a 3-year soil loosening experiment on Phoebe bournei middle-aged stands. The main findings are as follows: loosening the surface soil, causing a decrease in soil bulk density, which increases year by year over time; an increase in soil capillary and non capillary pores, which decrease year by year; an increase in the natural moisture content and maximum water capacity of the soil, and over time, the natural moisture content and maximum water capacity decrease year by year; the growth of stands is accelerated, and the diameter at breast height, tree height, and volume growth are significantly higher than those of forests without loose soil, and the larger the soil loosening area, the better the growth. For cultivating large diameter timber of Phoebe bournei, it is recommended to do soil loosening operation every 3-5 years. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

3. 乳腺癌新辅助化疗后病理未完全缓解患者预后及复发转移的危险 因素分析.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk factors of prognosis, recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer patients with non⁃pathologic complete response (non⁃pCR) after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods The clinical characteristics of 500 patients with breast cancer diagnosed and treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy, in the Breast Surgery Department of Guangxi Medical University Cancer Hospital from January 2016toDecember2020andtheFirstAffiliatedHospitalofHainanMedicalUniversityfrom January2020toDecember2022,were retrospectively analyzed. Compare the disease⁃free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) of pathologic complete response (pCR) and non⁃pCR patients, respectively. Cox regression analysis was used to screen independent risk factors for recurrence and metastasis of non⁃pCR patients after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Results The median follow⁃up time was 38 months (range: 6-81 months) in the study cohort, and the median DFS and OS were not reached. The pCR rate after neoadjuvant chemotherapy was 19.4% (97/500). The 5⁃year DFS of pCR and non⁃pCR patients were 91.9 % and 81.2%, respectively (P=0.003), and their 5⁃year OS were 96.1% and 81.6%, respectively (P=0.007). A total of 71 patients experienced recurrence and metastasis after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, including 4 patients with pCR and 67 patients with non⁃pCR. Cox regression analysis showed that age > 35 years (HR=0.393, 95%CI: 0.220-0.701) was theprotective factor for recurrence and metastasis in non⁃pCR patients, while the histological grade 3 (HR=3.568, 95%CI: 2.050-6.210), high Ki⁃67 index (HR=2.742, 95%CI: 1.528-4.921), elevated postoperative Ki⁃67 index (HR=5.349, 95%CI: 2.470-11.586) and high pN stage (HR=6.716, 95%CI: 2.922-15.436) were independent risk factors for recurrence and metastasis in non⁃pCR patients. Conclusions Achieving pCR after neoadjuvant chemotherapy can improve the DFS and OS of the patients. Age≤35 years, histological grade 3, Ki⁃67>30%, elevated postoperative Ki⁃67 index and high pN stage are independent risk factors of recurrence and metastasis in non⁃pCR patients. This study aims to increase the fertilizer utilization rate for less fertilizer pollution in paddy fields. A side-deep fertilization device was developed to combine with the sliding-knife furrow opener and the pneumatic ejector for the liquid fertilizer atomizer using the side-deep fertilization and liquid fertilizer. The fertilizer was applied to the soil near the rice root zone. The structure of the inner cavity was designed for an air-liquid coaxial pneumatic ejector fertilizer atomizer. A full factorial soil bin test was conducted with the nozzle-throat distance, the mixer (throat) diameter, and air pressure. A systematic investigation was also made to explore the effects of each factor on the fertilizer discharge (liquid fertilizer mass flow rate) and air consumption (air flow). The findings indicate that the influencing factors of the liquid fertilizer mass flow rate were ranked in descending order of the mixer (throat) diameter, air pressure, and nozzle-throat distance. Similarly, the influencing factors of the air flow were ranked in descending order of the air pressure, nozzle-throat distance, and mixer (throat) diameter. The structural design was simulated and then optimized with the EDEM software. The Weighted Mark Method was used to comprehensively evaluate the simulation. The optimal performance was achieved in the sliding-knife furrow opener at various working rates when the sliding-cutting angle was 32.5˚ and the cutting-edge angle was 45˚. A soil bin test was implemented to verify the simulation. The measured and simulated traction resistance were 8.5, and 6.9 N, respectively, with a relative error of 18%, where the simulated soil disturbance area was 1965.6 cm², when the ditching depth of the sliding-knife furrow opener was 30 mm, and the forward speed was 1.2 m/s. Meanwhile, the measured and simulated traction resistance were 14.4 and 12.2 N, respectively, with a relative error of 15%, where the simulated soil disturbance area was 2137.2 cm² when the ditching depth was 50 mm and the forward velocity was 0.6m/s. When the ditching depth was 30mm and the forward speed was 1.2m/s, the standard deviation of fertilizer discharge was 0.2427g/s, the relative error to the maximum fertilizer discharge was 1.42%, and the relative error between the ditching depth and the fertilization depth was 4.4%, according to the soil bin performance test. When the ditching depth was 50 mm and the forward speed was 0.6 m/s, the standard deviation of fertilizer discharge was 0.479 6 g/s, the relative error to the maximum fertilizer discharge was 2.13%, and the relative error between the ditching depth and the fertilization depth was 2.1%. The finding can serve as promising guidance for the application of side-deep fertilization of liquid fertilizer in paddy fields. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

6. 基于回流多风扇主动控制引导风洞的风场模拟试验.

- Abstract
The multiple controlled fan wind tunnel is designed to investigate the typhoon wind load and improve the resistance ability for complex buildings and transmission tower-line systems(TTLS). In order to achieve the key technology during the structure design of the full-scale wind tunnel,a small-scale model of the closed-circuit single controlled fan wind tunnel is established. The uniform and turbulence characteristics of the atmospheric boundary layer(ABL) in the small-scale wind tunnel are discussed. The obtained results show that the value of the maximum average wind speed can reach 18.2 m / s and the maximum circular frequency is 7 Hz. Meanwhile,the mean wind speed of the sinusoidal wave flow is 15.1 m /s at the peak of amplitude of 3.8 m/s. - Abstract
Objective: To explore the correlation between fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO), 1, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3[1,25(OH)2D3], children asthma control test(C-ACT) scores and pulmonary function in children with asthma. Methods: 86 children with asthma in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the observation group, and another 86 healthy children who were received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The concentrations of 1, 25(OH)2D3,levels of FeNO, forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1) and peak expiratory flow(PEF) were compared between the two groups.The concentrations of 1,25(OH)2D3, levels of FeNO, C-ACT, FEV1 and PEF in children with different stages of disease were compared.The correlation between 1,25(OH)2D3, FeNO, C-ACT and pulmonary function in children with asthma was analyzed. Results: The concentration of 1,25(OH)2D3 and the levels of PEF, FEV1 in observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05), while the level of FeNO was significantly higher ower than that of the control group(P <0.05). With the aggravation of the patient’s condition, the concentrations of 1,25(OH)2D3, levels of PEF, FEV1, C-ACT scores were decreased gradually, while the level of FeNO was increased gradually, and the differences were statistically significant between children in different status(P<0.05). 1,25(OH)2D3 in children with asthma was positively correlated with FEV1, PEF(r=0.912, 0.873, P=0.006, 0.008). C-ACT was positively correlated with FEV1, PEF(r=0.472, 0.366, P=0.036, 0.032). FeNO was not correlated with FEV1, PEF(r=-0.035,-0.124, P=0.075, 0.064).Conclusion: The concentrations of 1,25(OH)2D3 and C-ACT scores in children with asthma are significantly decreased, and the level of FeNO is increased significantly. 1, 25(OH)2D3 and C-ACT scores are positively correlated with lung function, but FeNO is not correlated with lung function. C-ACT can be used to predict the condition of children with asthma, at the same time, lung function of children with asthma can be improved by increasing the concentration of 1,25(OH)2D3. - Abstract
Using arc ion plating, CrAlN coatings were deposited on high speed steels. The effects of the negative bias voltage on microstructure and properties of the CrAlN coatings were investigated through analyzing surface morphologies, microstructure, microhardness, adhesion strength and tribological properties. The results showed that with the increase of the negative bias voltage, the surface macroparticles reduced gradually and the coating became denser. However, further increasing the negative bias voltage over -200V, the ion bombarding was so strong that many defects reappeared on the coating surface. Therefore, the grain size reached a minimum value and the coating was well crystallized at the bias voltage of -200V. Moreover, it was found that the microhardness and adhesion strength firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of the negative bias voltage. When the voltage was -200V, the microhardness reached the maximum value of 28.6GPa and the coating performed the best tribological properties. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to investigate the deformation indexes of rectangular reinforced concrete shear walls, 20 shear walls were designed according to the GB 50011--2010 ' Code for seismic design of buildings '. The specimens were tested under low frequency cyclic loading to study the influences of different shear span ratios, test axial compression ratios and longitudinal reinforcement ratios of boundary element on the failure pattern, hysteretic characteristic and deformation capacity of the shear walls. The test results show that as the shear span ratio decreases, the failure pattern is changed from flexural failure to shear failure; the ductility decreases when test axial compression ratio increases. With increase in the longitudinal reinforcement ratio of the boundai*y element, the shear wall with flexural failure has increased ductility, while that with flexural-shear failure or shear failure has decreased ductility. According to the experimental results, the relationship among deformation, extent of damage and bearing capacity of element was established. Subsequently, two methods based on skeleton curve and damage phenomena were introduced to quantify the performance indexes of RC shear walls, and a comparison between the two methods was made. Objective To investigate the correlation between ApoB/ApoA1 and vitreous hemorrhage (VH) secondary to diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods 187 patients with DR from August 2021 to December 2022 were recruited and divided into VH (n=96) and non-VH groups (n=91). Baseline data were compared between two groups. The risk factors of VH secondary to DR were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results There were no significant differences in age, gender, course of disease, body mass index (BMI), history of hypertension, smoking and drinking between two groups (all P > 0.05). In the VH group, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin A1 (c HbA1c), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), ApoB/ApoA1 and FIBrinogen (FIB) were significantly higher compared with those in the non-VH group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05), while there were no significant differences in TG, APTT, PT and TT between two groups (all P > 0.05). HbA1c (OR=1.438 (1.179-1.864) ), ApoB/ApoA1 (OR=25.274 (5.699~112.092) ) and FIB (OR=1.471 (1.022~2.118)) were the risk factors for VH (all P < 0.05). Conclusions HbA1c, ApoB/ApoA1 and FIB are closely related to VH. Monitoring blood glucose, lipid and coagulation and timely intervention can delay the progression of DR and reduce the incidence of VH. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

11. 利用循证医学评估奥氮平片用于治疗睡眠障碍的超说明书用药.

- Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the off-label medication in prescriptions of Olanzapine tablets in treatment of sleep disorder, to conduct evaluation on the off-label medication with evidence-based medicine. METHODS: To collect 60 164 prescriptions of Olanzapine tablets in outpatient and inpatient in Xiamen Xianyue Hospital (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) , Cochrane database was inquired, the results were screened and analyzed according to preset criteria, so as to judge il the off-label medication of Olanzapine tablets in treatment of sleep disorder was under enough evidence-based. RESULTS: Among the 60 164 prescriptions with application of olanzapine, of which 1 101 ( 1.83% ) were off-label prescription in treatment of sleep disorder. Among the 1 101 prescriptions, the average age of patients was (46.9 ± 17.3); most people aged ≥18-70; 776 prescriptions with single application of olanzapine in treatment of sleep disorder, 325 were combined application of 5-hydroxytryplamine and inhibitor-like antidepressants. Alter summarizing and analyzing the 9 studies with olanzapine in the treatment of sleep disorder retrieved from CENTRAL database, all subjects were applied with polysomnography; subjects, researches and reviewers were influenced little in trials and evaluation, so that the bias was considered to be low in the bias and risk judging. CONCLUSIONS: The off-label medication of olanzapine in our hospital is common, to evaluate it with evidence-based method can train scientific thinking for pharmacists and promote clinical rational medication. 13. 588 例药品不良反应报告.

- Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions (ADR) in Xiamen Xianyue Hospital (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"), so as to promote clinical rational medication and improve medication safety. METHODS: With the help of the Nationwide Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Network, 588 cases of ADR reports in our hospital from Jul. 2014 to Jun. 2016 were retrospectively analyzed in terms of patients' age and gender, categories of drugs, ADR involved organs and (or) systems, and clinical manifestations. RESULTS: Among the 588 cases of ADR, 577 cases were common ADR (98. 13%), with 89 cases of new ADR (15. 14%) and 11 cases of severe ADR (1. 87%), no death reports. 311 cases were male patients (52. 89%) with mostly aged 21-40 years, and 277 cases were females (47. 11%) with mostly aged 41-50 years. 539 cases of ADR (91. 67%) were caused by psychotropic drugs, of the rest 49 cases, 4 cases were caused by antibacterial drugs. Among the top 20 ADR-reducing drugs, all of them were psychotropic drugs except for propofol; the top 3 were respectively olanzapine, risperidone and clozapine, all three were atypical antipsychotic drugs. 408 cases of ADR (69. 39%) were caused by antipsychotic drugs, with 7 cases were severe ADR, mostly involved peripheral nervous system. Typical antipsychotic drugs, antidepressant and psychotropic drugs caused less ADR. CONCLUSIONS: Psychiatric hospitals should pay more attention to ADR, reinforce rational drug application and ensure patients' safe medication. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

14. 基于 SEER 数据库预测转移性乳腺癌相对长期存活列线图模型构建 及验证.

- Abstract
Objective To construct and validate a nomogram model for predicting the relatively long-term survival in patients with metastatic breast cancer based on the SEER database. Methods The clinicopathological data of patients with metastatic breast cancer from 2010 to 2015 in SEER database were randomly divided into a training set and a validation set in a 7∶3 ratio. Univariable and multivariable logistic regression analyses were performed and the nomogram model was constructed in the training set. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, calibration curve, and clinical decision curve were plotted for both the training and validation sets to evaluate the efficacy of the model. Results A total of 6,515 eligible patients with metastatic breast cancer were included, with 4,560 patients in the training set and 1,955 patients in the validation set. In the training set, 2,229 (48.9%) patients were relatively long-term survivors (>24 months), and in the validation set, 970 (49.6%) patients were relatively long-term survivors. Multivariable Logistic regression analysis showed that age, marital status, race, histological grade, T stage, N stage, brain metastasis, liver metastasis, lung metastasis, time from initial diagnosis to treatment, estrogen receptor (ER) status, progesterone receptor (PR) status, surgical approach and molecular subtype were all independent factors which could affect the relatively long-term survival in patients with metastatic breast cancer (all P<0.05). The AUCs of the nomogram model in the training and validation sets were 0.738 (95%CI: 0.724-0.752) and 0.745 (95%CI: 0.723-0.766), respectively. The calibration curve showed a good consistency between the predicted outcomes and actual outcomes of the model, and the clinical decision curve showed a high net benefit of the model. Conclusions The nomogram model constructed in this study can predict the relatively long-term survival of patients with metastatic breast cancer, providing an auxiliary decision-making basis for clinical practice and supporting individualized treatment decisions. The optimal operation point of microgrid was realized in a fast convergence speed under communication constraints using consensus algorithm. Distributed generators can be operated in fully dencentralized mode or decentralized-distributed mode. Simulation results indicate that the proposed distributed consensus algorithm is effect and that communication delay and communication failure only have a small impact on this control strategy. The research on emergency management needs novel modeling paradigm to solve the modeling of emergent events. The emergency management oriented meta-modeling approach describes the basic elements of artificial society by meta-models. With the help of these meta-models, the emergency management models are built first,and the simulation models are generated by model transformation in order to support computational experiments. We choose a public health event as the case to study how to build the meta-model of the artificial society. Accordingly, emergent event model and emergency management model are also built by the meta-modeling approach in this paper. The code framework of domain models is generated by the simulation model code generation technique. The construction of models in this case illustrates the process of emergency management oriented meta-modeling approach. The case testifies that the modeling approach of artificial society is self contained, and it plays an important role in the integration of emergency management research project. 17. 越西县某羊场口蹄疫抗体消长规律研究与探讨.

- Abstract
The purpose of this study was to understand the changes of antibodies before and after Foot)and-mouth disease (FMD) immunization in a sheep farm of Yuexi county, which provided reference for optimizing FMD immunization program in this farm. ELISA was used to dynamically monitor FMD antibodies in lambs that were not vaccinated against FMD and were vaccinated against FMD in the sheep farm of Yuexi County. The results showed that the qualified rates of A and O type FMD antibodies were 79.16% and 87.50% at 14 days of age, reduced to below 70.00% at 30 days of age, and then 37.50% and 45.83% at 60 days of age on lamb. The qualified rates of FMD A and O antibodies were 16.67% and 25.00% respectively after 7 days of vaccination, and increased to 70.83% and 75.00% at 21 days, which reached the national standard. The qualified rate of type A antibody reached a peak of 91.67% on 42 days, and type O antibody reached a peak of 91.67% on 56 days. The qualified rate of type A FMD antibody reached and maintained a peak of 91.67% at 42 days, and the qualified rate of type O FMD antibody reached the peak of 91.67% at 56 days. The result shows that maternal antibodies in lambs fell below the national standard nearly one month after birth and continued to decline. 目的观察1~3支血管病变急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者心电图QRS积分、血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、GENSINI评分变化,并分析各指标间的相关性。方法 122例STEMI患者按冠脉造影检查结果分为单支病变组(44例)、双支病变组(43例)、三支病变组(35例),比较各组心电图QRS积分、血清hs-CRP水平、GENSINI评分,并分析各指标间的相关性。结果与单支病变组比较,双支病变组及三支病变组心电图QRS积分、血清hs-CRP水平、GENSINI评分升高(P均<0.05);与双支病变组比较,三支病变组心电图QRS积分、血清hs-CRP水平、GENSINI评分升高(P均<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,心电图QRS积分与血清hs-CRP水平、冠脉GENSINI评分均呈正相关(r=0.72、0.68,P均<0.05)。结论 STEMI患者心电图QRS积分、血清hs-CRP水平、GENSINI评分随阳性血管支数的变化而变化,且QRS积分与hs-CRP、GENSINI评分均存在相关性;QRS积分、hsCRP可作为冠脉病变程度的预测因子。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
The analytical calculations of buried pipeline in the landslide section of elastoplastic soils are relatively few at present. In order to study the nonlinear characteristics of the contact between buried pipeline and the soil in landslide section, based on the subgrade reaction method, the simplified elastic-plastic constitutive relation of the pipeline-soil was adopted to simulate the nonlinear pipeline-soil interaction, a set of governing equations based on the elastic-plastic subgrade reaction method were devised to describe the buried pipeline-soil interaction. According to the continuity condition and boundary condition of pipeline deformation, the analytical solutions of the pipeline deflection and internal force are obtained. The reliability of the method was verified by the comparative analysis of the example. The influence of the coefficient of subgrade reaction on pipeline deformation and internal force was discussed by selecting different parameters. The results show that the maximum deflection, the bending moment and Mises stress of the pipeline in the middle of the landslide decrease with the increase of the coefficient of subgrade reaction. The bending moment and Mises stress at the perimeter of landslide increase with the increase of the coefficient of subgrade reaction. The constraint effect of soil on pipeline is strengthened with the increase of the coefficient of subgrade reaction, which causes the change of deflection and internal force of pipeline. - Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical features of patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS - CoV - 2)Delta variant infection and abnormal liver function in Guangdong Province, China. Methods The patients with SARS - CoV - 2 Delta variant infection who belonged to the same chain of transmission in Guangdong Province (Guangzhou and Foshan)and were admitted to Guangzhou Eighth People's Hospital, Guangzhou Medical University from May 21 to June 18, 2021 were enrolled in this study, and the judgment criteria for liver function were alanine aminotransferase (male / female) > 50 / 40 U/ L, aspartate aminotransferase > 40 U/ L, total bilirubin > 26 µmol / L, gamma - glutamyl transpeptidase > 60 U/ L, and alkaline phosphatase (ALK)> 125 U/ L. Abnormality in any one item of the above criteria was defined as abnormal liver function, and such patients were included in analysis (the patients, aged < 18 years, who had a mild or moderate increase in ALP alone were not included in analysis). Clinical data were compared between the patients with normal liver function and those with abnormal liver function, and the etiology and prognosis of abnormal liver function were analyzed. The Mann - Whitney U test was used for comparison of continuous data between two groups; the chi - square test was used for comparison of categorical data between two groups. Results Among the 166 patients with SARS - CoV - 2 Delta variant infection, 32 (19. 3%)had abnormal liver function with mild - to - moderate increases in liver function parameters, and compared with the normal liver function group, the abnormal liver function group had a significantly higher proportion of critical patients (2 = 38. 689, P < 0. 001)and significantly higher age and inflammatory cytokines [C - reactive protein type, serum amyloid A, and interleukin - 6 (IL - 6)](all P < 0. 05). Among the 32 pa tients with abnormal liver function, 13 patients had abnormal liver function on admission (defined as primary group), while 19 patients had normal liver function on admission but were found to have abnormal liver function by reexamination after treatment (defined as secondary group). For the primary group, the evidence of abnormal liver function was not found for 3 patients (3 / 13, 23. 1%), and the possibility of toxic liver injury directly associated with SARS - CoV - 2 infection was considered. Among the 19 patients in the secondary group, 9 (47. 4%)had mild / common type and 10 (52. 6%)had critical type, and all critical patients had the evidence of liver injury indirectly caused by the significant increases in C - reactive protein type, serum amyloid A, and IL - 6 and hypoxemia; the evidence of abnormal liver function was not found for only 1 patient (1 / 19, 5. 3%), and the possibility of toxic liver injury directly associated with SARS - CoV - 2 infection was considered. All 32 patients with abnormal liver function had significant reductions in liver function parameters after treatment including liver protection. Conclusion As for the patients with SARS - CoV - 2 Delta variant infection who belong to the same chain of transmission in Guangdong Province, the critical patients show a significantly higher proportion of patients with abnormal liver function than the patients with other clinical types, and other factors except SARS - CoV - 2 infection and indirect injury caused by SARS - CoV - 2 infection are the main cause of liver injury. - Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix gamma linolenic acid protein(MGP) gene in ovarian cancer tissues by bioinformatics methods,and to analyze the relationship between MGP and tumor immune infiltration and patient prognosis. Methods The differences in the expression of MGP mRNA between ovarian cancer patients and normal ovarian tissues were compared through The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) databases. Gene Set Enrichment Analysis(GSEA)method was used to analyze the signal pathways that MGP may participate in regulation. We used Tumor IMmune Estimation Resource (TIMER) website to analyze the relationship between MGP gene expression in ovarian cancer patients and immune cell infiltration in the tumor microenvironment,and further verified its relationship with the prognosis of ovarian cancer patients. Results Compared with normal ovarian tissues,MGP mRNA was lower in ovarian cancer tissues;ovarian cancer tissue samples with high MGP expression were significantly enriched in natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity,CCR5,NKT,IL-17,Th1/Th2 and other related signal pathways. In ovarian cancer tissues, the expression level of MGP was significantly positively correlated with the infiltration level of CD8+ T cells,macrophages,and neutrophils. Kaplan-Meier and log-rank tests showed that the infiltration level of CD4+ T cells,macrophages,and the expression level of MGP were closely related to the prognosis of patients (P<0.05). COX regression model analysis showed that patient’s age,macrophage,neutrophil infiltration level and MGP expression level were positively correlated with the patient’s prognosis,while CD8 T cell and CD4 T cell infiltration level were negatively correlated with patient’s prognosis(P< 0.05). Conclusion In ovarian tumor tissues,the high level of MGP expression is closely related to the poor prognosis of patients,and the high level of MGP expression is significantly positively correlated with the level of CD8+ T cells,macrophages and neutrophil infiltration. - Abstract
Under the new normal of economy, various resource and environmental issues in Chinese cities are characterized by in⁃ creasingly complex inter⁃relationships and multiple decision⁃making entities, which makes it difficult for the traditional single⁃relation and single⁃subject management methods to fully meet the needs of high⁃quality and sustainable development of cities. As an important tool of systems thinking, network analysis can reveal the reticular structure and dynamics underlying the complex system of urban re⁃ sources management. Firstly, based on CiteSpace tool, this paper mapped the co⁃present area of keywords of literature both in Chinese and in English over 2000-2020, and assessed the development trend of ecological network analysis and social network analysis as well as their different applications to the urban resources management decision⁃making, and systematically showed the mode and processes of combining these two kinds of network analysis. The joint network analysis of multi⁃level ecological⁃social integration was then pro⁃ posed to address the challenges of multi⁃subject and multi⁃path resources management in cities. In view of the partial disconnection be⁃ tween network analysis and decision⁃making process, this paper took four types of resources management, i.e. water, energy, carbon and coupled resource as examples to demonstrate the joint application of the novel ecological⁃social joint network analysis, showing how it could realize a systematic management of urban resources towards efficient utilization and sustainable development. The result showed that the joint network analysis made use of the advantages of both network analyses, and realized the linkage analysis and inter⁃ active management of complex resource flow system. It could also help decision⁃makers to establish the systematic resources regulation strategy, and make optimized decision that benefits the overall development. Finally, this paper proposes future study of joint network analysis from three aspects:consolidating the theoretical foundation, improving the evaluation methods and clarifying the decision⁃ making niche. It is suggested that future joint network research be integrated into the theoretical foundation of sustainable science from eco⁃environmental and socioeconomic perspectives, and develop adaptive evaluation methods for sustainable resource utilization pro⁃ cess. Also, it is important to seek the combination of network analysis and social economic theory and to avoid isolated assessment and management framework and hollow phenomenon of network theory, thus developing a decision⁃making niche that differs from other ana⁃ lytical methods and enhancing both scientific and practical value of network approaches in sustainable urban resources management. - Abstract
The Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone is one of the most active areas of the market economies in southern China. In order to understand the source and pollution of heavy metals in the sludge of urban sewage treatment plants in this region, and to provide scientific basis for sludge treatment and resource utilization, the dewatered sludge from the main urban sew- age treatment plants around Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone was collected. The content of 8 main heavy metals in the sludge was analyzed, and the characteristics, sources and risk assessment of heavy metal pollution were analyzed. The results showed that: The heavy metal content of sludge in the study area was in the order of Zn, Cu, Pb, Cr, Ni, As, Cd and Hg. The variation degree of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd and Cr was high, belonging to strong variation. The results of principal component analysis showed that there were two main sources of heavy metals in the sludge in the study area, among which Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Cr and As were mainly from domestic cleaning and industrial sectors, while Ni and Hg were mainly from electroplating chemical indus- try and medical treatment. The Nemerow comprehensive pollution index was 1.615, indicating light pollution of heavy metals in the selected sludge. The average value of Cd element accumulation index was the highest, indicating severe to extremely se- vere pollution. Cd and Hg posed serious ecological risks, and the Cd elements had the greatest impact on the ecological risks of the study area. The comprehensive ecological risk index of the study area was 467.43, and the potential ecological risk of the re- gion was serious risk. The research showed that the pollution degree of heavy metals in dewatered sludge of sewage treatment plant in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone was medium, but the potential ecological risk of Cd element deserved attention. - Abstract
Objective To investigate the mechanism of XiaoYaoSan in anti-tumor metastasis. Methods A mouse model of CT26.WT colon cancer xenograft and lung metastasis was established. In vivo imaging of small animals, lung tissue anatomy and HE staining were performed to evaluate the lung metastasis under different doses (200, 400 and 800 mg) of XiaoYaoSan intervention. Tumor M2 macrophage markers were detected by immunofluorescence and Western blot assay. Serum levels of transforming growth factor (TGF) -β and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) -α were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The recruitment of VEGFR1+ myeloid cells in lung tissue was detected by flow cytometry. The expression levels of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (STAT3), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and premetastasis microenvironment markers matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) -9, S100A8 and Fibronectin were detected by Western blot assay. Results After XiaoYaoSan intervention, the lung metastasis was significantly reduced, expression levels of MMP-9, S100A8 and Fibronectin in lung tissue were significantly decreased, M1 polarization occurred in tumorassociated macrophages, the serum level of TGF- β was significantly decreased, and TNF- α level was significantly increased. The recruitment of VEGFR1+ myeloid cells was significantly decreased in lung tissue, STAT3 phosphorylation was inhibited, and VEGF expression was significantly decreased. Conclusion The antimetastatic activity of XiaoYaoSan is related to its ability to inhibit the pre-metastatic microenvironment, which may be realized by the phenotypic transformation of tumor-associated macrophages and inhibition of STAT3 signal transduction. - Abstract
The track optimization of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) inspection of transmission tower and accessories such as fittings and insulators is a typical Traveling Salesman Problem. Due to the complex structure of patrol objects and many patrol components, using a single heuristic algorithm will cause problems such as track overlap and easy to fall into local optimal solution. Therefore, considering the characteristics of three-dimensional spatial structure of UAV track, a hybrid GA-SA optimization algorithm of UAV three-dimensional track is introduced, which combines Genetic Algorithm (GA) with strong global search ability and Simulated Annealing (SA) with fast local convergence speed. Taking the UAV inspection of 500 kV EHV AC double circuit drum tower as an example, according to the three-dimensional finite element simulation, the electromagnetic protection safety distance of UAV is 2 m. Combined with the patrol object and the location of common defects, 61 high-altitude safety hovering points are determined. GA, SA and hybrid GA-SA algorithms are used to optimize the track of UAV traversing high-altitude safe hovering points. The results show that compared with GA and SA, the iterative convergence times of hybrid GA-SA are reduced by 45.6% and 55.2% respectively, and the optimal track distance is shortened by 8.1% and 8.9% respectively, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method. - Abstract
In order to deeply understand the influence of winding deformation on the leakage inductance parameters of high-frequency transformers, a global sensitivity analysis method for analyzing leakage inductance parameters to different winding deformation types was proposed. Firstly, the second-order and third-order response surface models of the leakage inductance parameters of the high-frequency transformer were established through the response surface method and the central composite test design, and it is proved that the calculation accuracy of the third-order response surface model is higher than that of the second-order response surface model. The good-ness index and the maximum error are 0. 991% and 0. 34%, respectively. Secondly, based on Sobol' s sensitivity analysis method and Monte Carlo sampling method, the sensitivity of leakage inductance parameters to different types of deformation was analyzed. The results show that Sobol' s sensitivity analysis method can quantitatively analyze the influence of winding deformation on leakage induct-ance parameters, and the leakage inductance parameter is most sensitive to the radial deformation of the primary winding, and the first-order sensitivity and total sensitivity are 0. 695 1 and 0. 696 3, respectively. Flaxseed gum is an anionic heteropolysaccharide located in the mucinous cell layer of flaxseed hull, accounting for 8%-10% of flaxseed mass. Since the type of hydrophilic colloid has favorable thickening, emulsifying and weak gelling properties, the flaxseed gum can be used to construct the delivery system of sensitive bioactive components using the electrostatic interaction and/or Maillard reaction with proteins. The potential of flaxseed gum to stabilize the sensitive bioactive components, such as n-3 fatty acids and carotenoids largely depends on the naturally occurring 2S storage protein (conlinin). Moreover, the space network structure formed by the intermolecular cross-linking also partly contributes to the potential of flaxseed gum acted as a delivery vehicle. However, it is still necessary to further improve the delivery stability of the system constructed by the single flaxseed gum through specific physical modification, and thereby broaden the promising application in healthy food. As new non-thermal technology for food processing, plasma is gradually applied to the moderate modification of food macromolecules, including protein, starch, and chitosan. It is unknown whether the plasma can pose a beneficial effect on the flaxseed gum and the coexisting protein or phenolic compounds in the aqueous phase. The current study aims to explore the effects of different plasma treatment time (0, 5, 15, 30, 60, 90, and 120 s) on the selected techno-functionality of flaxseed gum at the mass concentration of 5 mg/mL, including the thermal property, rheological behavior, emulsion-stabilizing and in vitro antioxidant capacities. An atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ) treatment during 0-120s was used to explore the changes of pH value, zeta potential, monosaccharide composition, molecular weight distribution, microstructure, interfacial adsorption property, total phenolic, and flavonoids. The results showed that the pH value and zeta potential of flaxseed gum gradually decreased, due to the acidification of solution, indicating the production of NO2-, NO3-, ONOO- following plasma treatment. The depolymerization of flaxseed gum was induced with the plasma treatment time extending from 30s to 120s, resulting in a decrease in average molecular weight. Thermogravimetric (TG) analysis showed that the plasma treatment reduced the carbonization temperature of flaxseed gum due to its depolymerization. The total phenolics, flavonoids, and in vitro antioxidant activities of flaxseed gum showed a repetitive trend of first decreasing and then increasing, as demonstrated by the DPPH and FRAP assays. It can be attributed mainly to the dissociation, release, and oxidative depletion of small amounts of free phenolic acids as well as the subsequent depolymerization of lignan macromolecules in flaxseed gum following 0-120s of plasma treatment. Moreover, the plasma treatment further affected the apparent viscosity and interfacial adsorption properties of flaxseed gum. A short-time plasma treatment improved the potential of flaxseed gum to stabilize the flaxseed oil emulsion, characterized by a Turbiscan Lab stability analyzer with multiple light scattering technique. The cryo-SEM images revealed that the flaxseed gum was involved in the formation of interfacial film for lipid droplets, and simultaneously maintained the spatial distribution of lipid droplets using spatial network structure following 0-15s of plasma treatment. Consequently, a short-time plasma treatment can be used to effectively improve the emulsion stability potential and in vitro antioxidant capacities of flaxseed gum, and thereby serve as an effective way to tailor the techno-functionality of flaxseed gum for the extensive application in health food. Objective To study the effect of excessive fluoride from coal source on the expression of amelogen in (AMEL) gene in the tooth germ of rat offspring. Methods Eighteen SD rats aged 3 weeks were selected in May 2017. The female-male proportion was 2 : l. The high-fluorine air environment was simulated. The fluoride-containing corn diet was fed every day to establish the rat model of dental fluorosis. Their newborn rats served as the study group( n = 6). The control group was the newborn rats born(n = 6) by SD rats fed with normal diet in the normal air environment, and the female-male proportion was 2 : l. The tooth germ tissue of the offspring on 1, 3, 5, 7 d of birth was taken out, and the expression change of AMEL gene in the development process of tooth germ was detected by adopting the fluorescent quantitative PCR. Results The expression level of AMEL gene in the tooth germ tissue of the two groups reached the highest peak on 3 d after birth, and rapidly decreased to the lowest on 5 d. - Abstract
Chongqing Gaoke Sun Constellation Mansion is an irregular and complex super high-rise hybrid structure, which is comprised of a reinforced concrete (RC) core and an outer frame consisting of concrete filled steel tube (CFST) columns and steel reinforced concrete (SRC) beams. With a twisted shape in elevation, the outer frame has discontinuous vertical structure components, leading to out-of-plane inclined columns, which causes different plan layouts at various heights. These characteristics lead to irregularities in structural plan layout, vertical arrangement and structural torsion. To investigate the dynamic responses such as acceleration responses, displacement responses etc. of the model structure under frequent to rare earthquakes of seismic precautionary intensity six,a shaking table test on a 1: 25 scale model was conducted. The seismic performance of this complex structure system was analyzed and evaluated. The results show that strengthening the vertical structure components in the story with larger story height caused an abrupt change in local structural stiffness and stress concentration leading to the transition of weaknesses. The vertical irregularity of set-back structure causes an evident whipping effect, resulting in enlarged inter-story drift and increased torsion angles. The main damages to the model structure occur at the ends of the SRC beams, the reinforced ring beams around the connections as well as at the ends of the coupling beams of the RC core tube. The model structure experiences no collapse under rare earthquakes of seismic precautionary intensity six, and therefore has a good seismic performance meeting the seismic resistance design requirements. Areal rainfall,which reflects the overall precipitation in a basin,has always been an important input parameter of hydrological models. In consideration of the influence of geospatial factors on the spatial distribution of rainfall,object-oriented remote sensing information clustering method is used to extract two shape factors(perimeter and area) and five topographic factors(mean elevation,mean slope,mean aspect,ratio of elevation difference to perimeter,and ratio of elevation difference to area) in the Yalong River basin on the basis of the Thiessen polygon rainfall method. The rainfall-runoff correlation results show that the areal rainfall estimation accuracy on the monthly scale is higher than that on the annual scale by using the topographic factor rainfall method. The spatial distribution characteristics of rainfall in different regions of the Yalong River basin on the monthly scale are also reflected effectively by using the mehod. The monthly and interannual rainfall trend results show that the average correlation coefficient between annual scale rainfall and runoff in the first-order difference is 0. 903,which is higher than that of 0. 629 on the monthly scale. This difference is mainly due to the influence of the regulation and storage process of hydropower station on runoff heterogeneity along with the enlargement in influence degree as time scale narrows. In the ease of the emergency events causes the manufacturing cost, the remanufaeturing cost,selling price and recycling price disrupted at the same time,this paper proposed a closed-loop supply chain model composed of a single risk-neutral supplier and a single risk-averse retailer firstly. This model was based on conditional value-at-risk ( CVaR) criterion and demand uncertainty. Then it discussed whether 0RP-RRP( orders rebate and penalty-recycles rebate and penalty) contracts could realize the closed-loop supply chain coordination and optimization before and after emergency events. The results show that when the manufacturing cost,the remanufaeturing cost,selling price and recycling price performs disturbance simultaneously, new ORP-RRP contracts can coordinate closed-loop supply chain with risk aversion after emeigency events. At last, numerical examples are used to verify the correctness of related conclusions and the effectiveness of the contacts. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Objective: Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a complex disease caused by many factors (genetic factors, environmental factors and the interactions between them). New coronary heart disease susceptibility genes were recognized from the perspective of genetic factors and molecular interaction patterns in this paper. Methods: The population genetic SNPs of CHD and protein-protein interaction data were combined, the risks of population genetic SNPs were assessed, function SNPs were determined and genes in a PPI network were classified. New CHD susceptibility genes were screened out using the method of two-step classification with function SNP attributes, network topological attributes and gene function attributes as classification features. Results: 69 new CHD susceptibility genes were obtained, and 43 of them were confirmed to be closely related to the development of CHD. Many KEGG pathways annotated by new susceptibility genes could not be annotated by known susceptibility genes, such as MAPK signaling pathway, Calcium signaling pathway, Focal adhesion, Chemokine signaling pathway, and so on. Chemokine signaling pathway has been proved to be the critical pathway for the development of CHD. Conclusions: The integrated screening strategy proposed in this paper could identify new susceptibility genes associated with CHD, and provide a new direction for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of CHD. - Abstract
Objective: To identify potential coronary heart disease pathogenic genes of coronary heart disease based on Genome wide association study (GWAS) data and the bioinformatics methods. Methods: Based on GWAS data and the bioinformatics methods, calculated the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) disease risk score, mining the interactions of SNP-SNP based on the SNPs' position in chromosomes within a certain threshold value, screening significant risk module, and identified potential coronary heart disease pathogenic genes. Results: Set 20K as threshold value. 279 SNP significant risk module were obtained finally, totally mapped to 79 genes, document verification rate was 71.01 %. Conclusion: Using SNP-SNP interaction to identify potentially pathogenic genes of coronary heart disease could analyze the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease more accurately.
