In natural disaster management, good coordination, and communication in carrying out disaster relief logistics activities are important so that assistance can be delivered quickly and precisely. The Sleman Regional Disaster Management Agency (RDMA) is a government agency that has the responsibility to distribute disaster assistance in Sleman Regency. In the process of distribution of disaster relief logistics, RDMA Sleman encountered several problems. The process of recording disaster data in the form of the number of disaster victims, disaster locations, and logistics needs are still done manually. This results in information that is less accurate because the information obtained is different from several parties. These problems can be overcome by designing an integrated inventory information system between refugee camp posts from disaster locations and warehouses where logistics storage with each RDMA. The disaster logistics information system needs to be designed as needed to simplify the user in operating it. In this study, the information system was created by the Progressive Web Application method so that users can access websites and applications at once, and provide the functionality to weak network conditions, notifications, content updates, connectivity changes, and others. Information systems that have been designed can make aid distribution better and more flexible because the information presented can be directly monitored by the Sleman RDMA and some related donors. Natural disasters are events caused by events or a series of events caused by nature. Natural disasters include earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, floods, droughts, hurricanes, and landslides. Indonesia has a very high threat of geological disasters, making it vulnerable to tectonic earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. Lack of awareness of the Indonesian people about disaster preparedness will increase the impact of disaster events. Mount Merapi is one of the most active volcanoes in Indonesia. For this reason, disaster preparedness is critical, especially for people in Disaster Prone Areas (DPA) III. This study aimed to determine the level of individual/household readiness index in DPA III in facing the eruption of Mount Merapi. The results showed that the readiness of individuals/households in DPA III was in the "ready" category with an index value of 75,440. While the index values of each parameter are knowledge and attitude parameters (93,978), emergency response plan parameters (68,591), disaster warning system parameters (74,46), and resource mobilization parameters (36,129). The resource mobilization parameter has the lowest index value based on these four parameters, followed by the emergency response plan parameter. Therefore, in this case, the Government, the Regional Disaster Management Agency, and the community need to prioritize awareness-raising and strategies for increasing index values for these two parameters. The leaders, lecturers, and employees must pay attention to customer satisfaction from the perspective of students as consumers. Student satisfaction must be the basis of management decisions, so universities must make increasing student satisfaction a fundamental goal. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a quality management system that focuses on customers by involving all levels of employees in continuous improvement. The education system, which prioritizes the tertiary education system, currently facing struggle for survival and increased pressure from stakeholders need to support "Delighting Customers" to continue to be relevant and sustainable in the future. "Delighting the Customer" is basically the core message in TQM. TQM is used as a workmanship in the research method. In this study we discuss and apply TQM concepts that are relevant for every aspect of academic life, namely for competition, learning and administration activities. This paper presents some results of a study investigating the quality in higher education. The case study involved industrial engineering Diponegoro University and data collected using TQM. The instrument consists of dimensions including Teaching students well, Availability of staff for student consultation, Library services, Computing facilities, Recreational facilities, Class size, Level and difficulty of subject content, and Student workload. The study involves carrying out mapping using the importance satisfaction matrix method whereby data is obtained through questionnaire distributed to students at the Department of Industrial Engineering, University of Diponegoro. From the survey collected, 300 respondents passed the validity and reliability test. Then the gap score was calculated using the Gap Analysis method and mapping done using the Importance Satisfaction Matrix method. The results of the study using the student satisfaction inventory method found that the dimensions of computing facilities have the most significant score gap and, in the mapping, using the importance satisfaction matrix obtained 8 attributes falls in quadrant I, which indicate these variables has below average satisfaction levels but the level of importance is quite high. Disaster readiness management is the main thing that the government must pay attention to in order to obtain methods as material for evaluating regional disaster management and management. The Regional Disaster Management Agency, hereinafter referred to as BPBD is one of the stakeholders who play an active role and is fully responsible for disaster preparedness in the region, so the Sleman BPBD readiness is crucial in handling and managing the eruption of Mount Merapi. So far, no assessment regarding this readiness has been carried out. This study aims to measure and map BPBD Sleman's readiness to handle and manage Mount Merapi's eruption in Yogyakarta Province. The variables used in this study are variables from the Sendai Framework and the National Disaster Management Plan. This study uses the Nominal Group Technique method for variable validation and the Analytic Hierarchy Process for variable weighting. It then changes the scale from ordinal to interval using the Method of Successive Interval. The next step is to calculate the readiness index by multiplying the results of the indicator assessment by weight. Data processing is carried out using 11 main criteria and 43 indicators. The results of the calculation of the readiness index show that the readiness index value of the Sleman BPBD is 55.362. Based on the index categorization and readiness status, the readiness of Sleman BPBD is in the ready category. One of the problems with the growth of batik industrial clusters in Indonesia is the interest of business owners to consistently develop new ideas and creativity through product and process innovation. This problem causes most of the SMEs in Batik in the industrial cluster to experience a decline in turnover and difficulty meeting customer needs and desires. This study focuses on the function of knowledge management as a mediator and tries to develop a conceptual model that describes the impact of entrepreneurial orientation, industrial cluster, and knowledge management on the innovation performance of the batik industry cluster. This study uses the SEM PLS method to test the effect of these variables. The test results show that entrepreneurial orientation and industrial clusters significantly affect innovation performance, and knowledge management is a mediator of this influence. The objective of this study is using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the value of supply chain performance in the Sikatak bridge construction project and provide recommendations for improvements to the Sikatak Bridge construction project. The AHP provided are accurate performance assessment on the Sikatak Bridge construction project is expected to facilitate the existing SCM process. Therefore, the effectiveness of the supply chain on the project is increasing. The results of this study are based on monitoring system of supply chain performance, this value belongs to the average index or average. There are two indicators that need to be improved from the four indicators used, namely ROF and TSCM. The strategy that can be done to increase the value of ROF and TSCM is to ensure that the process plan or project development planning is carried out optimally so as to produce optimum costs, which will benefit both the contractor and the owner. Based on those problems, performance assessment can be done using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method. The result of the study is there are 10 indicators of supply chain performance assessment and in this study uses only four indicators because the determination of indicators is based on the needs of the project and project data actual. Outcome-Based Education (OBE) focuses on results, not just the material to be completed. OBE measures learning outcomes and enable students to develop new skills that prepare them at a global level. OBE is an approach that emphasizes the continuity of the learning process in an innovative, interactive, and effective manner. OBE influences the entire educational process of curriculum design, formulation of learning objectives and outcomes, education strategy; learning method design; assessment procedures; and the education environment/ecosystem. OBE is implemented by integrating several curriculum designs, assessments, and teaching and learning methods that focus on what students can do. OBE emphasizes that social, economic, and academic cultural conditions can meet learning outcomes from knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The role of stressors is recognized as critical for human resource development and management issues where it can have an impact on occupational stress and performance blue-collar employees in the pharma manufacturer division. The employees themselves developing various kinds of stress factors that may interfere with the implementation of the work. According to these conditions, the role of an organizational change related to work pattern hours, shift handover and workdays is an unavoidable policy of management change. This study was conducted to determine the effect of several stress factors, especially for the policy of management change on occupational stress and performance blue-collar employees in the production division. The outcomes of Smart PLS 3.2.9 path model revealed findings for blue-collar employees (360 respondents) role in the organization significantly correlated with employee's stress (T = 3.305; p-value = 0.001) and also significantly correlated with performance (T = 3.268; p-value = 0.001). The indicator that has the highest factor loading value of the role of the organization is the work pattern hours. Green supply chain management (GSCM) is an approach to minimize negative impacts on the environment during the construction process. Green material management (GMM) is a phase of the project life cycle that has a significant effect on GSCM performance. GMM dimensions consist of green procurement, green transportation, green warehousing, and reverse logistics (RL). The application of RL in the construction is difficult because of the lack of awareness. The difficulties of RL application because RL not integrated along the supply chain. In construction, RL viewed as an independent system. The ease of RL implementation requires performance evaluation as a start to determine the initial steps in efforts to improve performance. Previous performance evaluations on GMM did not include RL as a dimension in measuring performance, so the purpose of this study is to develop and added an RL indicator for GMM performance evaluation. The weakness of the previous research is a measurement not to use a quantitative approach. The purpose of this research is to develop indicators and added an RL indicator for GMM performance evaluation. Roemani Hospital is one of the private hospitals in the Semarang area. Roemani Hospital procurement activities carried out by the procurement unit. The procurement unit conducts procurement of goods and services to run the Roemani Hospital business process. The Roemani Hospital procurement unit works according to the Roemani Hospital organizing guidelines. However, the performance of the Roemani Hospital procurement unit is only reactive to demand. The procurement unit does not have a strategic role in running the Roemani Hospital business processes. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the procurement maturity level for the Roemani Hospital procurement unit. The assessment was carried out to formulate recommendations for improvement in the Roemani Hospital procurement unit. In this study, the model used is the Supply Management Maturity Model. The model has five assessment characteristics, namely procurement planning, organizational structure of purchasing, process organisation, human resources and leadership, and purchasing controlling. Based on these five characteristics 56 questions were formulated to conduct the assessment. The assessment results show that the Roemani Hospital procurement unit is in stage 2 or Independent. The creative industry (CI) is considered to promote human development while promoting the economic growth. It maintains and protects historical and cultural heritage, improve cultural capital, and foster communities as well as individual creativity. Although there is widespread classification of the CI, the Ministry of Tourism of Indonesia has classified CI into 16 sub-sectors, i.e., (1) advertising, (2) architecture, (3) interior design, (4) product design, (5) craft, (6) visual communication design, (7) fashion, (8) film, animation, and video (9) photography, (10) application and game developers, (11) music, (12) performing arts, (13) publishing, (14) fine arts (15) TV and radio (broadcasting), and (16) gastronomy/culinary. The creative industry is an industry that originates from the use of creativity, skills and individual talents to create prosperity and employment by generating and exploiting the individual's creative and creative power. Batik industry is one of Creative Industry in Indonesia which plays an important role in the economic development. However, the Batik are facing difficulties in many areas, especially in spending their scarce resources efficiently. A case study to assess the efficiency of the Batik enterprises has been conducted by applying the data envelopment analysis in Semarang, Indonesia. The results show that from ten assigned Batik enterprises, there are nine enterprises’ that are considered efficient, while the rest are regarded as inefficient. Sleman Regency has a volcanic eruption of Mount Merapi potensial. Disaster management is a dynamic, sustained, and integrated process to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of activities related to the prevention, mitigation, preparedness, early warning, emergency response, rehabilitation, and reconstruction of the disaster. During the emergency phase, the transportation of humanitarian aids logistic must be properly managed in order to arrive on time and suit with the type and number of needs at each location of evacuation. During Merapi eruption in 2010, there were problems in the distribution of disaster logistic. They included the delay and the mismatch amount and types of relief goods at any location of evacuation. It is mainly due to the absence of transportation system planning to distribute disaster logistic owned by BPBD Sleman. The research aims to improve the system transportation of disaster logistics at the emergency response in order to minimize the unfulfilled demand and transport time using the algorithm Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS). The VNS algorithm is a meta-heuristic algorithm to solve combinatorial and global optimization. The basic idea of this algorithm is a systematic change of neighborhood with local search. Petrokimia Gresik is one of the largest fertilizer producer in Indonesia which has a cross-country network of supply chain and distribution throughout the archipelago, either in bulk fertilizer or in bag fertilizer. This research was conducted at PT. PG port which is the main point of the logistics activities in the firm itself, either loading or unloading. This research focus on the process of loading the in bag fertilizer. Problems that occur in this process are due to the inefficiency of the flow of the Supply Chain, caused by the presence of waste and non-value-added activities. The purpose of this study was to determine what kind of waste that occurs during the process, as well as suggestions for improvements using the concept of Lean Supply Chain and Value Stream Mapping, and look for the cause of the problem using the 5 Whys method. The most influential types of waste during the process stream is Waiting Time (20.42%), and Non-Value Added activies of 51.9%. By using 5Whys, the largest cause of waste found are the length of the truck waiting for the cargo, numbers of crane are already inproper, and the absence of the scheduling and charge allocation. Recommended solutions are scheduling and allocation, creation of special line in the warehouse, and supplying cranes with appropriate load speed. Batik is a product of the creative industry which belongs to the fashion category. Since being recognized by UNESCO, the popularity of batik has increased. Most of the batik products are produced by SME, which are scattered in Indonesian cities in industrial clusters. The problem faced by the batik industrial cluster is that it is difficult to compete in facing market competition because of the low level of innovation. Innovation needs to be done so that batik SME can create products that have a competitive advantage. Some batik SMEs lack creativity in developing new motifs so that the SME products are less attractive to the market. Batik is different from other fashion products because of the uniqueness of batik, namely the motif. When buying Batik products, consumers often ask about the availability of new motifs and want an exclusive batik motif. The more limited the production of a particular batik motif, the more expensive the batik will be. This makes printed and written batik still exist even though there is a threat from printed batik from both within and outside the country, which is very cheap. On the other hand, process innovation is batik SME to develop more efficient production techniques. Most of the batik SMEs still carry out the batik production process using simple technology. The absence of work standards that regulate the work system of the batik makers has resulted in a long production process. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate more efficient production techniques to increase productivity so that production costs can be cheaper. Furthermore, batik SME needs to develop innovation in terms of marketing. Marketing carried out by SME is still offline and relies on tourists and official guests who come to visit. This has resulted in SME being unable to face the increasingly fierce competition in the fashion sector. This study uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) method to determine the factors influencing the innovation strategy in creating a competitive advantage in batik SME. The research object is the SME batik in the cities of Semarang, Solo, and Pekalongan. The development of construction project towards green construction is needed in order to improve the efficiency of construction projects. One that needs to be minimized is construction waste. Construction waste is waste generated from construction project activities, both solid waste and non solid waste. More specifically, the waste happens at every phase of the project life cycle. Project life cycle are the stage of idea, design, construction, and operation/maintenance. Each phase is managed by different stakeholders. Therefore it requires special handling from the involved stakeholders. The objective of the study is to map the information and identify the waste at each phase of the project life cycle. The purpose of mapping is to figure out the process of information and product flow and with its timeline. This mapping used Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Identification of waste was done by distributing questionnaire to respondents to know the waste according to owner, consultant planner, contractor, and supervisory consultant. Global warming is an environmental problem that is a major issue in the world. Alternative solutions to minimize the impact of global warming is the use of alternative energy or saving the consumption of energy, especially in the production process in the industry. Efficiency in energy consumption is expected to reduce production costs and solve problems of global warming. This study purposes to audit the consumption of electrical energy in weaving division AJL 2, PT. Damatex. In the weaving division AJL 2, PT. Damatex alleged to happen waste of energy consumptions. This is indicated by the ratio of energy use 0.791 kWh per day. Meanwhile, the company's energy usage ratio target is 0.74 kWh. In these conditions, the weaving division AJL 2 only produced for 31 162 yards/day, while the production target of 34,500 yards/day. It is necessary for efforts to minimize the use of electrical energy, in order to know the profile of electricity usage, the intensity of energy consumption (IKE), the waste of energy and energy-saving opportunities. This study uses green value stream mapping to determine green waste, especially waste in the usage of electrical energy.
