To explore the clinical efficacy of armillariella oral solution in treating patients with chronic hepatitis and its impact on liver function and liver fibrosis. A total of 96 patients with chronic hepatitis admitted to the Sino Japanese Friendship Hospital of Jilin University from June 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 48 patients each. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, while the observation group was treated with armillariella oral solution on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, liver function, liver fibrosis indicators, and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared. Objective: To investigate the effects of Biejiajian pill combined with entecavir on liver function, liver fibrosis indexes and peripheral blood transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)/smad signaling pathway of patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Methods: 132 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis who were treated to Wangjing Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021～January 2022 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group, with 66 cases in each group. The control group was treated with entecavir dispersed-tablet, and the observation group was treated with Biejiajian pill on the basis of the control group. Compared the clinical efficacy, liver function indexes, liver and spleen B-ultrasound indexes, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, liver fibrosis indexes, peripheral blood TGF-β1/smad signaling pathway, adverse reaction rate between two groups. Results: The total effective rate of observation group was 90.91% higher than 74.24% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment, in the observation group, the inner diameter of the main hepatic portal vein and the thickness of splenic hilum were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of direct bilirubin(DBIL), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), and alanine aminotransferase(ALT) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment, in the observation group, the levels of procollagen type Ⅲ(PC III), collagen type IV(IV-C), hyaluronidase(HAase), and laminin(LN) were lower than the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment, in the observation group, the levels of peripheral blood Smad homolog 7(Smad7) were higher than the control group, and the levels of TGF-β1, and Smad homolog 3(Smad3) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion: Biejiajian pill combined with entecavir can improve the therapeutic effect on patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis, reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, improve the liver function and liver fibrosis injury status. Objective: To investigate the effects of digital subtraction angiography (DSA)-guided transcatheter arteril chemoemolization (TACE) on liver function, cellular immune function and tumor markers in patients with liver cancer. Methods: 50 cases of liver cancer patients who underwent DSA-guided TACE chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected as the study group, and 50 liver cancer patients who underwent conventional chemotherapy in the same period were randomly selected as the control group. The total clinical effective rate, liver function, cellular immune function and tumor markers changes of the two groups were compared, and the adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment were recorded. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 56.00% (28/50), higher than 34.00% (17/50) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in the two groups increased, but the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, CD8 in the two groups increased, but the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05), CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups after treatment decreased, but the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), glycan antigen (CA) 242, CA724 and phosphatidylinositol proteoglycan-3 (GPC3) in the two groups decreased, and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Objective: To investigate the effects of transumbilical single port and conventional laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) on gastrointestinal function, liver function and immunological indexes in patients with calculous cholecystitis. Methods:157 patients with calculous cholecystitis who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2019 were selected, and they were divided into three hole group (n=85, treated with conventional three hole LC) and single hole group (n=72, treated with single hole LC) according to the operation mode. The perioperative indexes, gastrointestinal function, liver function and immunological index of the two groups were compared, and the incidence of complications in the two groups was recorded. Results: The length of stay in the single hole group was shorter than that in the three hole group, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score was lower than that in the three hole group (P<0.05), and the operation time in the single hole group was longer than that in the three hole group(P<0.05). There was no difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05). The recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time, defecation time and eating time in the single hole group were shorter than those in the three hole group (P<0.05). The levels of glutamyl transferase (GGT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and total bilirubin (TBIL) in the two groups increased 1 day after operation, but the levels in the single well group were lower than those in the three hole group(P<0.05). The levels of immunoglobulin M (IgM), immunoglobulin A (IGA), CD3+, CD4+ /CD8+ in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the three well group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Objective: To investigate the effect of reduced glutathione combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine on liver function, liver fibrosis indexes and serum inflammatory factors in patients with acute drug-induced liver injury (ADILI). Methods: 100 patients with ADILI who were admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected, they were divided into control group and combination group by random stratified sampling method, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine, the combination group was treated with reduced glutathione combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine, the curative effect, liver function indexes [alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin (TBIL) and glutamyltranspeptidase (GGT)], liver fibrosis indexes [laminin (LN), procollagen type III (PC-III), type IV collagen (IV-C), hyaluronidase (HA)], serum inflammatory factors [Interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor -α(TNF-α), interleukin-2 (IL-2)] and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 79.00% (38 / 50), the total effective rate of the combination group was 94.00% (47/50), the total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). 4 weeks after treatment, the levels of ALT, AST, TBIL, GGT, LN, PC-III, IV-C, HA, IL-2, TNF-α, IL-6 in the two groups were decreased compared with those of before treatment, and the combination group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Objective: To investigate the effects of Qiyao Xiaoke capsule combined with pioglitazone on glucose and lipid metabolism and liver and kidney function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: 98 patients with T2DM who were admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected, the patients were randomly divided into 49 cases in control group (pioglitazone treatment) and 49 cases in combination group (Qiyao Xiaoke capsule combined with pioglitazone treatment), after 8 weeks of treatment, the curative effect, glycolipid metabolism indexes [triglyceride (TG), fasting blood glucose (FPG), total cholesterol (TC), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C)] and liver and kidney function [aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Scr)] indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rates of the control group, the combination group were 71.43% (40/49), 93.88% (47/49) after 8 weeks of treatment, and the total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in AST, ALT between the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05), HDL-C in the two groups increase compared with before treatment, and the combination group was higher than the control group(P<0.05), FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c and serum BUN, Scr, TC, TG, LDL-C decreased after treatment compared with those of before treatment, and the combination group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Qiyao Xiaoke capsule combined with pioglitazone in the treatment of T2DM patients, can effectively control blood sugar, correct lipid metabolism disorder, improve kidney function, and have slight damage to human liver function. Objective: To study the changes of hepatic fibrosis, liver function and Th1/Th2 cytokine levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, and to analyze the effect of entecavir intervention on related indexes of patients with chronic HBV. Methods: 120 case of patients with chronic HBV infective who were admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the objects, among them 50 mild cases, 24 moderate cases, 21 severe cases and 25 cirrhosis cases. And then 50 cases of healthy persons who were admitted to hospital for physical examination at the same time were selected as the healthy control group. The liver fibrosis indexes [hyaluronidase (HA), collagen type IV (ⅣC), laminin (LN) and procollagen peptide type III(PC III)], liver function indexes [alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate transferase (AST)] and Th1/Th2 cytokines [interferon-γ (IFN-γ), interleukin-2 (IL-2), IL-4 and IL-6] in the serum were analyzed among patients with different conditions of chronic HBV infection. Then the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method. The control group was treated with routine liver protection therapy such as reduced glutathione and compound glycyrrhizin, and the observation group was treated with entecavir dispersible tablets on the basis of the control group. The changes of all indexes between two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results: The indexes of hepatic fibrosis indexes, liver function indexes, Th1/Th2 cytokines IL-4 and IL-6 in patients with HBV infective were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group, and gradually increased with the severity, while the levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 were lower than those of the healthy control group, and gradually decreased with the aggravation of the disease (P<0. 05). After treatment, the levels of serum hepatic fibrosis indexes (HA, IVC, LN and PC III)), the liver function indexes (ALT and AST), IL-4 and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: After treatment, the levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in the two groups were higher than before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Objective: To investigate the effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with radiofrequency ablation (RFA) on the survival rate, liver function and T lymphocyte subsets of patients with middle and advanced stage liver cancer. Methods: From July 2014 to April 2018, 126 patients with middle and advanced stage liver cancer in our hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into control group and study group, 63 cases in each group. The control group was treated with TACE, while the study group was treated with RFA on the basis of the control group. The curative effect, survival rate, liver function, T lymphocyte subsets and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: The total clinical effective rate of the study group after treatment was 69.84% (44/63), which was significantly higher than 50.79% (32/63) of the control group (P<0.05). Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total bilirubin (TBIL) and total bilirubin (AST) in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the study group was lower than control group (P<0.05). After treatment, CD4+, CD4+/ CD8+ of the two groups were lower than before treatment, but the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). CD8+ was higher that before treatment, but the study group was lower than control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). The 1-year and 2-year survival rates in the study group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of moxifloxacin combined with fiber bronchoscopy drug perfusion on T cell subsets, lung function and liver function in patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: A total of 90 patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into a control group (n=45, conventional basic treatment) and a study group (n=45) according to the random number table method., Moxifloxacin combined with fiber bronchoscopy drug perfusion), compare the negative rate of sputum bacteria, lesion absorption rate, T cell subsets, lung function and liver function between the two groups. Results: The negative conversion rate of sputum bacteria in the study group after 6 months of treatment was 88.89% (40/45), which was higher than 68.89% (31/45) in the control group (P<0.05). The lesion absorption rate in the study group after 6 months of treatment was 84.44% (38/45), which was higher than 64.44% (29/45) in the control group (P<0.05). Objective: To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing combined with hyperbaric oxygen on brain function, liver and kidney function and serum oxygen free radical in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACOP). Methods: 60 patients with ACOP who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected, and they were divided into control group (n=30) and study group (n=30) according to random number table method. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was given hyperbaric oxygen treatment, and the study group was given Xingnaojing combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment. The curative effect, brain function, liver and kidney function, serum oxygen free radical, average recovery time and average hospitalization time, incidence of delayed encephalopathy of the two groups were compared Time. Results: The clinical total effective rate of the study group was 93.33% (28/30), which was higher than 70.00% (21/30) of the control group (P<0.05). Objective: To investigate the effects of risperidone, aripiprazole and olanzapine on liver function, blood lipid and cognitive function in children and adolescents with schizophrenia. Methods: 84 cases of children and adolescents with schizophrenia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected. They were randomly divided into aripiprazole group (n=28, aripiprazole treatment), risperidone group (n=28, risperidone treatment), olanzapine group (n=28, olanzapine treatment) by randomly number table method. All patients were treated for 8 weeks. Symptom score, blood lipid, liver function, cognitive function and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS) scores among the three groups at 8 weeks after treatment (P>0.05), 8 weeks after treatment, the scores of PANSS in the three groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), but The levels of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) in olanzapine group and risperidone group at 8 weeks after treatment were higher than those in aripiprazole group, and those in olanzapine group were higher than those in risperidone group (P<0.05). The high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) in olanzapine group and risperidone group at 8 weeks after treatment was lower than that in aripiprazole group, and that in olanzapine group was lower than that in risperidone group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Risperidone, aripiprazole and olanzapine are used in children and adolescents with schizophrenia, they can obtain considerable therapeutic effect. Objective: To investigate the effect of ropivacaine incision infiltration combined with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) on postoperative analgesia and sedation and liver function in patients with liver cancer undergoing hepatectomy. Methods: 119 patients with liver cancer who underwent hepatectomy in our hospital from February 2017 to April 2019 were selected, they were divided into control group (n=59) and study group (n=60) according to the random number table. The patients in the control group were given normal saline combined with PCIA, and the patients in the study group were given ropivacaine incision infiltration combined with PCIA. The postoperative indexes, analgesic and sedative effects, liver function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The first time of getting out of bed, the time of pulling out abdominal drainage tube and the time of hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the amount of PCIA drug used was less than that in the control group (P<0.05). The visual analogue pain (VAS) scores in the two groups increased first and then decreased at 4 h after operation~48 h after operation, and the VAS scores in the study group was lower than that in the control group at 12 h after operation, 24 h after operation and 48h after operation (P<0.05). The Ramsay Sedation scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group at 12 h after operation, 24 h after operation (P<0.05). Objective: To investigate the effect of goal-directed fluid management (GDFT) on hemodynamics, tissue perfusion index and liver and kidney function in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods: From July 2016 to April 2019, 84 patients who underwent laparoscopic rectal cancer radical operation in our hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into control group (n=42) and study group (n=42) according to the method of digital random table. The patients in the control group were given routine infusion plan, and the patients in the study group were given GDFT treatment. The perioperative indexes, body fluid volume, hemodynamics, tissue perfusion indexes, liver and kidney functional of the two groups were compared. Results: There were no significant differences between the two groups in pneumoperitoneum time, operation time, hospitalization time, anesthesia time (P>0. 05) and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the study group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The amount of crystal fluid and total infusion in the study group were less than those in the control group (P<0.05), while the amount of colloid fluid and urine were more than those in the control group (P<0.05). The heart rate (HR) at the time point (T4) after induction was lower in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05). The mean arterial pressure (MAP) at T2 time point was higher in the study group than in the control group, 1 hour from operation T3 and T4 time point MAP were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The arterial lactate (aLac) and blood glucose (Glu) of the study group were lower than those of the control group at T2-T4, and the central venous oxygen saturation (ScvO2) in the study group at T3-T4 was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in glutamic oxaloacetylase (AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), Urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine(Cr) between the two groups before operation, 3d after operation and 7d after operation (P>0.05). ALT, AST, BUN and Cr of patients in the two groups increased and then decreased 3d after operation and 7d after operation (P<0.05). Conclusions: GDFT has the same effect on liver and kidney function as conventional infusion in laparoscopic rectal cancer radical operation, but GDFT can maintain the stability of hemodynamics, and has a better improvement effect on tissue perfusion and fluid circulation. Objective: To observe the clinical effects of rosuvastatin calcium combined with fenofibrate therapy on dyslipidemia and its effect on liver and renal function. Methods: 127 patients with dyslipidemia in outpatient department of our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected, which were divided into study group(n=63) and control group(n=64) according to random number table method, the control group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium on the basis of symptomatic treatment for the complications, the study group was treated with fenofibrate on the basis of control group. Blood lipid levels, liver and renal function, clinical effect and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were observed. To investigate the effects of DA combined with NE on liver function, inflammatory factors and NF-NF-kB p65 protein in rats with acute liver injury caused by septic shock, in order to provide a certain experimental basis for clinical treatment. A total of 48 SPF-grade healthy male SD rats were chosen as research subjects and were randomly divided into four groups,i.e. the control group (n=12), LPS group (n=12), NE group (n=12), and DA+NE group (n=12). The septic shock models were established in the LPS, NE and DA+NE group. The NE group received intravenous infusion of norepinephrine, and the DA+NE group received intravenous infusion of DA on the basis of the NE group's therapy. Objective: To investigate the effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) combined with thymosin α 1 in the treatment of primary liver cancer complicated with portal vein tumor thrombus and its influence on immune function. Methods: A total of 55 patients with primary liver cancer complicated with portal vein tumor thrombus, who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from September 2018 to February 2020, were selected and randomly divided into two groups. TACE was performed in both groups, and thymosin α 1 was used in the observation group. The levels of albumin(ALB), glutamic acid transaminase(ALT), total bilirubin(TBIL), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), serum interleukin(IL-4, IL-2 and IL-6 were compared between the two groups. To investigate the effect of Wuzhi pill combined with adefovir dipivoxil on liver function and serum cytokines Interleukin-17 (IL-17), Interleukin-22 (IL-22) in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). 118 CHB patients wwho were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected, they were divided into control group (n = 59) and study group (n= 59) according to the method of random number table. Patients in the control group were treated with adefovir dipivoxil, and the study group was treated with Wuzhi Pill on the basis of the control group. The curative effect and Liver function index [aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), Total bilirubin (TBIL)], serum cytokines IL-17, IL-22, the negative situation of serum cytokine hepatitis B virus gene (HBV-DNA) and hepatitis Be antigen (HBeAg), the adverse reactions were recorded during the treatment. The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 93.22% (55/59), which was higher than 79.66% (47/59) of the control group (P<0.05). To study the effects of low molecular weight heparin on inflammatory response, liver function and expression of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins in preeclampsia rats. A total of 90 pregnant rats were randomly divided into normal pregnant group, preeclampsia group and treatment group, with 30 rats in each group. The rats in the preeclampsia group and the treatment group were subcutaneously injected with l-nitroarginine methyl ester [200 mg/ (kg d)] on the 13th day of gestation, and the rat model of preeclampsia was established. The normal pregnancy group was injected with the same dose of normal saline. The treatment group was treated with subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin[ 40 滋L/(kg d)], and the rats in the preeclampsia group and normal pregnancy group were given the same dose of normal saline injections. Blood pressure, 24 h proteinuria, liver function index levels, serum inflammatory factor levels, and Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression levels in the placental tissues of the three groups were compared. Objective: To investigate the effect of acute normovolemic hemodilution (ANH) autotransfusion and allogeneic transfusion on T cell subsets, liver and kidney function and inflammatory factors levels in patients undergoing cesarean section. Methods: The clinical data of 128 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from July 2016 to August 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the different ways of blood transfusion, the patients were divided into group A (n=64, allogeneic blood transfusion) and group B (n=64, Anh autotransfusion). Results: Hb, HCT, PLT and RBC in group A decreased 5 days after operation (P<0.05), the Hb, HCT, PLT and RBC in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in AST, ALT, Cr and BUN between the two groups (P>0.05). Objective: To investigate the relationship between the serum interleukin-17a (IL-17A) and golgi protein 73 (GP73) levels with liver function indexes and disease severity in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Methods: A total of 93 patients with CHB who were treated in Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study objects (CHB group), and 33 healthy people who were examined in the same period in Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital were selected as the control group. The serum IL-17A, GP73, ALT, AST and TBiL levels in patients with mild, moderate and severe CHB were higher than those in the control group, the albumin level was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Objective: To explore the correlation between the levels of serum CXC chemokine ligand (CXCL)10 and CXCL16 and the damage of liver and kidney function in patients with severe preeclampsia. 65 patients with mild preeclampsia (mild group) and 80 patients with severe preeclampsia (severe group) admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2019 were selected as research object, and 60 pregnant women with normal pregnancy in the same period were selected as the control group. Objective: To investigate the correlation between Th17 and related cytokines with liver stiffness measurement (LSM), liver function and adiponectin (APN) levels in alcoholic cirrhosis patients. Methods: 72 cases of alcoholic cirrhosis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were treated as alcoholic cirrhosis group, 100 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were treated as healthy control group. Pearson test was used to evaluate the correlation between Th17 and IL-17 with disease related indicators in alcoholic cirrhosis patients. Objective: To investigate the application value of somatostatin combined with Xiaoyanlidan tablet in the operation of acute calculous cholecystitis. Methods: From August 2016 to August 2019, 301 patients with acute calculous cholecystitis underwent cholecystectomy in our hospital were selected, divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with somatostatin for 3 days, the initial dose was 250 μg intravenously, then 3 mg intravenously, the speed of administration was 250 μg/h. On the basis of somatostatin, the observation group took Xiaoyan Lidan tablet 7 days before operation, 3 times a day, 6 tablets a time, 30 minutes before meals, a total of 7 days. To investigate the effect of different hepatic blood flow blocking methods of hepatectomy on liver function and intestinal mucosal barrier in patients with primary liver cancer and cirrhosis. 93 patients with primary liver cancer and cirrhosis who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to September 2019 were selected, they were divided into group A (n=46, Pringle method) and group B (n=47, HVC) according to the random number table method. Perioperative indexes, liver function indexes [alanine aminotransferase (ALT), transglutaminase (AST), total bilirubin (TBIL)], intestinal mucosal barrier indexes [D-lactate, endotoxin] and complications were compared between the two groups. Objective: To investigate the effect of lipoic acid on sleep respiration, relevant biochemical indexes in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods: 60 OSAHS patients admitted to Shijiazhuang First Hospital were selected, they were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) by random number table method. Objective: To investigate the effects of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with radiofrequency ablation (RFA) on serum tumor activity factors, liver function and prognosis in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: 103 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma who were admitted to our hospital from February 2012 to June 2016 were selected, they were randomly divided into control group (n=51) and study group (n=52), the control group was treated with RFA, and the study group was treated with TACE combined with RFA. The clinical total effective rate was compared between the two groups. Liver function and serum levels of tumor active factors in two groups were compared before and after treatment. The complications and prognosis of the two groups were observed. Results: After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the study group was 53.85% (28/52), which was significantly higher than that of the control group 33.33% (17/51)(P<0.05). After treatment, total bilirubin (TBIL), Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and amino acid aminotransferase (AST) were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in TBIL, ALT and AST between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199) and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Objective: To investigate the effects of erythropoietin (EPO) on neonatal neurobehavioral assessment (NBNA) score, liver and kidney function and brainstem auditory evoked potential in premature infants with brain injury. Methods: 117 premature infants with brain injury who were admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to July 2018 were selected, and the subjects were divided into control group (n=58) and observation group (n=59) according to the digital table method. Objective: To investigate the effect of laparoscopic precise hepatectomy on liver function, immune function and inflammatory factors in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC). Methods: 117 patients with PHC who were admitted to our Hospital from February 2013 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=58) and study group(n=59). The control group was treated with routine open hepatectomy and the study group was treated with precise laparoscopic hepatectomy. The control group was treated with TACE, and the study group was treated with Zhenggan Huazheng decoction combined with ginger-separated moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, quality of life and liver function, immune function indexes of the two groups were compared. The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 75.41%(46/61), which was higher than 56.67%(34/60) of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of glutamate aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), total bilirubin(TBIL) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD4+, CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of CD8+was lower than that before treatment, and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36) scores in both groups after treatment were higher than that before treatment, and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Objective: To investigate the changes of perioperative liver coagulation function in the elderly intertrochanteric fracture patients with chronic schistosorniasis. Methods: A retrospective review of 260 elderly intertrochanteric fracture patients with chronic schistosorniasis treated by PFNA between September 2015 and June 2018 (115 cases with chronic schistosorniasis). We analyzed and compared the changes of lver and coagulation function during perioperative period Results: Compared with the normal group, there were obvious abnormalities in preoperative liver function and coagulation function in patients with chronic schistosorniasis group, such as ABD, TBIL, ALT, PT, FIB. Liver and coagulation function improved obviously through preoperative drug therapy and perioperative drug maintenance. Objective: To investigate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage (PTGD) in the treatment of high-risk acute cholecystitis and its effect on inflammatory response and liver function in patients. Methods: 160 patients with high-risk acute cholecystitis who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from October 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects. According to the digital table method, the patients were randomly divided into control group (n=80) and study group (n=80). The control group was treated with biliary fistula, and the study group was treated with PTGD under the ultrasound-guided. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory response and liver function indexes of the two groups were compared after treatment. The complications of the two groups were recorded. Results: The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The leucocyte count, neutrophil percentage and C-reactive protein (CRP) in the control group at 3 d after operation, 5 d after operation and the study group at 1d after operation, 3 d after operation, 5 d after operation were all lower than those before operation (P<0.05). Objective: Detection of serum interleukin 17A (IL-17A) and cholinesterase (CHE) levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB), and to analyze its clinical significance. Methods: 84 cases of CHB who were treated in Chongqing Three Gorges Central Hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected, they were divided into 30 cases of mild group, 28 cases in moderate group and 26 cases in severe group according to the severity of the disease, another 50 healthy volunteers in Chongqing Three Gorges Central Hospital during the same period were selected as control group. Four indexes of coagulation [fibrinogen (FIB), prothrombin time (PT), thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT), liver function index [alanine transaminase (ALT), cereal transaminase (AST)], IL-17A, CHE level were compared in each group, pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between serum IL-17A, CHE and four indexes of coagulation, ALT and AST in CHB patients. Results: The levels of FIB and CHE in severe group, moderate group, mild group and control group increased gradually, the level of PT, APTT, TT, ALT, AST and IL-17A decreased gradually, and there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05). IL-17A was negatively correlated with FIB and CHE, positively correlated with PT, APTT, TT, ALT and AST (P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between CHE and FIB, and negatively correlated with PT, APTT, TT, ALT, AST (P<0.05). To investigate the effect of hepatectomy for hepatic echinococcosis and its influence on prognosis and liver function. 103 patients with hepatic hydatidosis who were admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects. All patients were divided into group A (n=51, complete extracapsular extraction) and group B (n=52, hepatectomy) according to different surgical methods. The perioperative clinical indicators, liver function indicators and complications were compared between the two groups. During the follow-up period of half a year, the death and in situ recurrence of the two groups were recorded. The amount of intraoperative bleeding in group B was less than that in group A. The operation time, extubation time after operation and hospitalization time were shorter than those in group A. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Compared with pre-operation, the glutamic-alanine aminotransferase, bilirubin and glutamic-oxaloacetic aminotransferase increased in two groups at 3 days after operation and 7 days after operation, but group B was lower than group A (P<0.05). Compared with pre-operation, the albumin in group B was lower than that in group A at 3 days and 7 days after operation, but group B was higher than group A (P<0.05). Compared with 3 days after operation, the glutamic-alanine aminotransferase, bilirubin and glutamic-oxaloacetic aminotransferase decreased and albumin increased in two groups at 7 days after operation (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in group B was 7.69% (4/52), which was significantly lower than that in group A 23.52% (12/51), there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05). Objective: To compare the effect of endovascular repair of covered stent and drug conservative treatment on Stanford B aortic dissecting aneurysm and its effects on liver and renal function, inflammatory factors and prognosis. Methods: 68 patients with Standford B aortic dissecting aneurysm who were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to August 2014 were selected, the patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method, 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with drug conservative treatment after admission, the study group was treated with endovascular repair of covered stent. The mortality, reoperation or intervention rate of the two groups during hospitalization and the changes of liver and renal function and serum inflammatory factors before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment were observed. All patients were followed up for 36 months, and the prognosis of the two groups was compared. Results: The rate of reoperation or intervention of the study group was 2.94%, which was lower than 22.58% of the control group (P<0.05). At 2 weeks after treatment, the alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), Cystatin C, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interferon-γ(INF-γ) and C reactive protein (CRP) levels in the study group were lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The two groups were followed up for 36 months, and the survival rates of the two groups were 100.00% and 80.65% at 12 months of follow-up respectively, the survival rates of the two groups were 91.18% and 29.03% at 36 months of follow-up respectively. Log Rank analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the survival rate of the two groups (P<0.05). Objective: To study the expression level of liver function in patients of cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass and the intervention mechanism of ademetionine. Methods: A total of 184 patients underwent cardiopulmonary bypass surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University from May 2017 to June 2018 were selected, and were divided into observation group and the control group according to random number table method, with 92 cases in each group. The liver function indexes levels of all the patients before and after operation were compared respectively. After surgery, the patients in the control group were given saline intervention for 7d, and the patients in the observation group were given ademetionine intervention for 7 d. The liver function indexes,inflammatory response indexes and myocardial injury indexes between the two groups were compared after seven days of intervention.Results: The total bilirubin(TBI), direct bilirubin(DBI), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) levels before surgery were significantly lower than those after surgery, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). After seven days of intervention, the TBI, DBI, ALT, AST, serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-8(IL-8), creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB), cardiac troponin T(cTnT) levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the interleukin-10(IL-10) level of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Objective: To investigate the effects of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with transmetil on the itching degree,pregnancy outcome and liver function in patients with severe intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP). Methods: 76 patients with severe ICP who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into study group(n=38)and control group(n=38)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid, and the study group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid combined with transmetil. The levels of Ribaha skin itching degree score, aspartate aminotransferase(AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), total bile acid(TBA), serum total bilirubin(TB) before treatment and 7 days after treatment were compared between the two groups. The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results: 7 days after treatment, the itching degree scores of the two groups were significantly lower, and the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). 7 days after treatment, the levels of AST, ALT, TBA and TB in the two groups were significantly lower, and the levels of AST, ALT, TBA and TB in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and neonatal body mass(P>0.05). The incidence of premature labor, fetal distress and meconium stained amniotic fluid in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Objective: To investigate the effects of Ornithine Aspartate Injection combined with lactulose on liver function and inflammatory factors in patients with hepatic encephalopathy (HE). Methods: 120 patients with HE who were admitted to Liutie Central Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi Medical University from January 2014 to January 2018 were selected as subjects. Patients were randomly divided into control group (n=60) and study group (n=60) according to the number table method. The control group was treated with lactulose. The study group was treated with Ornithine Aspartate Injection on the basis of the control group. Two groups of patients were treated for 14d continuously. The clinical efficacy, liver function, inflammatory factors, blood and urine amylase (AMY) and serum ammonia levels were compared between the two groups before treatment and after treatment. The adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment were recorded. Results: The total effective rate was 91.67% (55/60) in the study group, which was significantly higher than 63.33%(38/60) in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total bilirubin (TBIL) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin-1 (IL-1), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The blood AMY, urine AMY, blood ammonia concentration in the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment, the blood ammonia concentration in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). However,there was no significant difference in blood AMY and urine AMY between the study group and the control group (P>0.05). Objective: To investigate the effect of ursodeoxycholic acid on serum inflammatory factors and liver function in infants with infantile hepatitis syndrome. Methods: 91 infants with infantile hepatitis syndrome who were treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected, and they were randomly divided into control group(n=47) and observation group(n=44), the control group were given routine liver protection and gallbladder treatment, the observation group were given ursodeoxycholic acid on the basis of the control group, and the two groups were treated for 3 weeks. The levels of serum inflammatory factors and liver function indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical effects and adverse reactions of two groups after medication were observed. Objective: To investigate the relationship between different genotypes of hepatitis B virus(HBV) and the distribution of lymphocyte subsets, liver function and lipid metabolism. Methods: 130 patients with HBV who were treated in our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were selected. The patients were examined by HBV genotypes, and according to different genotypes,the patients were divided into type B group(n=59) and type C group(n=71). The serum HBV-DNA load was measured by real-time fluorescence PCR. The levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), albumin(ALB), total bilirubin(Tbil), triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) of patients were determined using ADVIA2400 automatic biochemical analyzer, prothrombin time(PT) was detected using US ACL-TOP700 coagulation analyzer,and the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+and CD4+/CD8+in patients with different genotypes were measured by flow cytometry. Results:There was no significant difference in HBV-DNA load and PT between the two groups(P>0.05). The levels of ALT, ALB and TbiL in type B group were lower than those in type C group(P<0.05). The levels of CD3+, CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in type B group were all higher than those in type C group, and the level of CD8+was lower than that in type C group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Different genotypes have no significant effect on viral replication and lipid metabolism in patients with HBV, however, C type HBV is more serious damage to immune function and liver function of patients. Objective: To investigate the effects of the partial nephrectomy on inflammatory factors, liver and kidney function in patients with kidney cancer at T1a stage. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 91 cases of patients with kidney cancer at T1a stage from June2013 to December 2016. According to the different treatments, patients were divided into control group and experimental group. 48 cases of patients selected as control group, were treated with posterior laparoscopic radical nephrectomy therapy; 43 cases of patients set as treatment group, which were treated with posterior laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. Objective: To investigate the effects of sevoflurane and propofol on cognitive function, T lymphocyte level and liver function indexes in patients with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods: 110 patients who were underwent laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer in our hospital fromJune 2015 to August 2017 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 55 cases in each group. The observation group was anaesthetized by propofol intravenous general anesthesia, the control group was anaesthetized by sevoflurane inhalation general anesthesia. The average arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) were observed at different time points in the two groups. The cognitive function, T lymphocyte levels, liver function indexes before and after operation and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in MAP and HR between the two groups at different time points(P>0.05). The scores of mini-mental state examination (MMSE) at 6 h and 12 h after operation in the observation group were lower than those before operation, and the MMSE scores in the control group at 6 h, 12 h and 24 h after operation were lower than those before operation and in the observation group (P<0.05). The levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in two groups at 3d after operation were decreased, and the level of CD8+ were increased, the levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of CD8+ was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin (TBILI), direct bilirubin (DBILI) of patients in two groups at 3 d after operation were increased, but the indexes levels of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.73%, and there was no significant difference compared with the 7.27% of the control group (P>0.05). The anesthetic effect of sevoflurane and propofol in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer is the same, and there is no serious adverse reaction. Objective: To investigate the effect of ademetionine 1,4-Butane Disulfonate combined with ursodeoxycholic acid on liver function and pregnancy outcome in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy(ICP). Methods: A total of 96 patients with ICP, who were admitted to Panyu District Central Hospital of Guangzhou from January 2016 to October 2017, were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=48) and control group(n=48). The patients in the two groups were given routine basic treatment, on the basis of which, the control group was given ursodeoxycholic acid, and the observation group was given ademetionine 1,4-Butane Disulfonate treatment on the basis of the control group's therapy. The improvement time of itching and jaundice and the results of bile acid and liver function indexes before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. The prognosis of maternal and infant in the two groups was observed and compared. Results: The improvement time of the itching and the jaundice in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P 0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of total bile acids(TBA),glucocholic acid(CG), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), total bilirubin(TBiL) and direct bilirubin(DBiL) between the two groups before treatment(P0.05). After treatment, the levels of TBA, CG, ALT, AST, TBiL and DBiL in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P0.05). The incidence of amniotic fluid pollution, fetal distress, premature delivery, cesarean section and neonatal Apgar score 7 scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and stillbirth between the two groups(P 0.05). Conclusion: Ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate combined with ursodeoxycholic acid can effectively improve the symptoms and liver function of ICP and reduce the risk of poor maternal and infant prognosis, which can be used as a preferred treatment plan. Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of different doses of Essentiale for patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods: 70 cases patients with viral cirrhosis (VC) and alcoholic cirrhosis (AC) treated in our hospital from 2106 to 2107 were selected and randomly divided into two groups (low dose group and high dose group), 35 cases in each group. The low dose group was given Essentiale 10 mL-5% Glucose Injection 250 niL. and the high dose group was given Essentiale 20 mL+5% Glucose Injection 250 mL. The clinical symptoms, blood routine, renal function, liver function and color Doppler ultrasound were observed and compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results: Compared with before treatment, the hepatic function index including alanine ammo transferase (ALT), albumin (ALB), total bilirubin (TBIL). aspartate amino transferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) were significantly improved in both groups of patients after treatment (P<0.05). Aid the level of indicators in high dose group were obviously better than those of the low dose group (P<0.05). Objective: To investigate the effect of S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) combined with dexamethasone on the liver function and serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-12 (IL-12) levels ofpatients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP). Methods: 86 cases of ICP patients admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to October2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with SAMe, on the basis of which the observation group was treated with dexamethasone. Then the skin itching score, liver function index and serum TNF-α, IL-12 levels of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared and recorded, and the safety of medication in both groups were evaluated. Results: Compared with those before the treatment, the skin itching scores of both groups on the 7th day after treatment were significantly reduced (P<0.01); and the improvement effect of skin itching score of the observation group on the 7th day after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.01). The serum levels of AST, ALT and TBA in the two groups on the 7th day after treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P<0.01); compared with those of the control group, the improvement of liver function in the observation group was more significant (P<0.01). Compared with those before the treatment, the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-12 on the 7th day after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.01), the improvement degree observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.01). In the course of treatment, there was no significant adverse reactions/events in the two groups Conclusion: S-adenosylmethionine combined with Dexamethasone could more effectively relieve the skin itching, reduce the level of BA and improve the liver function with significant curative effect and high safety in the treatment of ICP. Objective: To study the effects of laparoscope cholecystectomy on serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) and liver functions of patients with acute suppurative cholecystitis and its curative effects. M础ods: 92 patients with acute suppurative cholecystitis who were treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (n=46) and the control group (n=46). The patients in the control group were treated with the conventional cholecystectomy, while the patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscope cholecystectomy. Then the blood loss, the operation time, postoperative drainage volume, the exhaust time and hospitalization, the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin (TBIL), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) and the complications were observed and compared between the two groups before and after the operation. Results: The blood loss and postoperative drainage volume in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the the operation time, postoperative exhaust time, defecation time and hospitalization were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05); After the operation, the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and total bilirubin (TBIL) in the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); After the operation, the serum levels of SOD in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while the MDA was lower (P<0.05); The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscope cholecystectomy has obvious clinical effects on the treatment of acute suppurative cholecystitis, with less damage to liver functions and lower incidence of postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical application. Objective: To investigate the clinical effects safety of wenxin granules combined with rosuvastatin on senile patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 42 senile patients with coronary heart disease from our hospital were collected and randomly divided into the experiment group and control group with 21 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by metoprolol tablets 25 mg, the initial dose was 12.5 mg/day oral, 2 times a day, if without first dose reaction increase to 25 mg/day, 2 times a day, rosuvastatin 10 mg oral, 1 time a day ; patients in the experiment group were treated by wenxin granules 9g warm waterblunted , 3 times a day , rosuvastatin 10 mg oral, once a day. Results: After treatment 28 days , the CK-MB, liver function and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. After treatment, the effective rate of experiment group (95.2%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.0%) (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the aspertate aminotransferase( AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and total bilirubin(TBil) levels of both groups were increased (P<0.05), total cholesterol( TC), low density lipoprotein-C(LDL-C) levels and Creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) level were decreased (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and cystatin Clevelswere higher in both groups after treatment(P< 0.05). Compared with the control group, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and cystatin C levels were higher (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Wenxin granules combined with rosuvastatin could effectively reduce the blood lipid in the treatment of senile patients with coronary heart disease , alleviate the symptoms such as chest tightness and palpitations, it leaded little damage to the liver and kidney function with high safety. Objective: To study the effect of biliary stent implantation combined with interventional chemotherapy on liver function and prognosis in patients with malignant biliary obstruction, to provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods: 90 patients with malignant biliary obstruction treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected, the patients were divided into group I, group II and group III according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group, group I was given biliary stent placement combined with interventional chemotherapy, group II was treated with simple biliary stent implantation, Group III was given conservative treatment. The liver function, complications, stent patency rate and survival time of three groups before and after treatment were compared. Results: Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and gamma glutamyl transfer enzyme (r-GT) before treatment in the three groups were no significant differences (P>0.05), The r-GT, ALT and AST after treatment were significantly improved in group I and group II, compared with before treatment and group III, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the group I was significantly better than the group II, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), There were no significant differences of AST, ALT, r-GT before and after treatment in the group III (P>0.05); The incidence of complications in group I, group II and group III was not statistically significant (P>0.05); The stent patency rate at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after operation of group I was significantly higher than that of group II, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The survival time of group I was significantly higher than that of group II and group III, group II was higher than group III, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Biliary stent implantation combined with interventional chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant biliary obstruction has a good effect, which can significantly improve liver function, prolong the survival time of the patients. Objective: To examine the expressions of Th1 and Th2 cells and their correlation with the liver function in peripheral blood of patients with Autoimmune Liver Disease (AILD).Methods:We collected the peripheral blood from 42 cases of Autoimmune Liver Disease and 11 healthy volunteers.The proportion of Thl and Th2 cells in peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL) subsets were assessed by Flow Cytometric analysis,and we examined liver function indicators and analyzed the correlation between Th1 and Th2 cells and liver function serum biochemical parameters.Results:The percentages of Thl and Th2 cells in AILD group were both higher than the healthy controls (HC)(P＜0.05).The percentages of Th1 and Th2 cells of patients in active phase of AILD were significantly higher than the healthy controls.In the remission stage,the percentages of Th1 cells in peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL) subsets in AILD group decreased obviously,the percentages of Th2 cells were higher than the healthy controls.And the ratios of TH1/TH2 in AILD remission group decreased obviously than the healthy controls.The percentages of Th1 cells in AILD group were positively correlated with TBIL,DBIL and GGT level (r=0.428,0.472 and 0.51 1,P=0.010,0.004 and 0.002).The ratios of TH1/TH2 were positively correlated with TBIL and DBIL level (r=0.424 and 0.405,P=0.011 and 0.016).Conclusion:The percentages of Th1 and Th2 cells in AILD patients abnormally elevated,besides the percentages of Th1 cells and the ratios of TH1/TH2 were positively correhted with liver function parameters.
