This research aims to clarify the impact of practical training for the students of the Accounting Department at the National Institute of Administrative Sciences on professional performance and shed light on the importance of qualifying and empowering students of the accounting department at the Institute and preparing them scientifically and practically to meet the needs of the labor market. It was taken views of a sample of faculty members at the National Institute, and some Accounting and Auditing Offices on one hand, and on the other hand, a sample of students from the accounting department of the Institute, The researcher reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was: − The lack of cooperation between the institute and the accounting offices and institutions concerned with the accounting profession, to train students during the study, and the curriculum was restricted to the theoretical side, while neglecting the applied side despite its importance. − The weak labor market contribution to improving and developing the quality of accounting education, and we can consider this research as an indicator for officials of the institute in particular, and higher education, vocational education, labor market in general, to take care of the practical side of students during the study, and continue qualify the academic staff in order to serve the educational process to supply the labor market with qualified competencies and able to meet the needs of the labor market. The purpose of the study is to provide a comparative review of the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in accounting education by the South African and Zimbabwean higher learning institutions. This was prompted by the fact that the extent to which AI has been integrated into education is not known with certainty. The study adopted a systematic literature review approach to systematically search and identify studies, extract, analyse and synthesise information guided by some pre-established guidelines (these could be design, year of publication or findings) or research protocol. To establish valid and reliable results, authors adopted seven steps recommended by the Cochrane Collaboration to conduct a systematic review. The paper findings revealed that the incorporation of AI in accounting education is at infancy phase. Both countries are currently developing an ethical AI framework aligned with their national policy strategies. This implies that the policy on incorporating AI in accounting education is still in motion. In addition, other issues that have hampered the incorporation of AI include the unavailability of digital infrastructure, the digital divide and the lack of educators' and students' education and training on AI technology. This paper recommends collaboration between academic institutions and industry and research institutions to integrate AI education into the curriculum and implement training and development programs to enhance educators' AI literacy.

The study dealt with the extent to which the requirements of international accounting education standards are applied in the accounting education curricula in Sudanese universities and their role in raising the efficiency of graduates - a case study of Kassala University. The problem of the study was the phenomenon of low efficiency of graduates of accounting departments from Sudanese universities, and this was expressed by a main question represented in the extent to which the requirements of international accounting education standards are applied in the accounting curricula in Sudanese universities. The study aimed to clarify the requirements of international accounting education standards when designing accounting curricula in universities, and to indicate the outputs of accounting education targeted from accounting programs and their role in raising the efficiency of graduates, in addition to studying and analyzing the requirements of international accounting education standards and comparing them with the accounting curricula in Sudanese universities. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers relied on the inductive approach, the deductive approach, as well as the comparative approach by addressing the requirements of international accounting education standards and comparing them with the curricula applied in Sudanese universities. The researchers reached many results, the most important of which are: The approach applied in the Department of Accounting and Finance, Kassala University does not take into account the requirements of international accounting education standards issued by the Accounting Education Standards Board (IAESB) and of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), the approach applied in the Department of Accounting and Finance, Kassala University does not contribute To provide the graduate with the necessary professional competence. The researchers also concluded a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: taking into account that the curriculum focuses on general issues in accounting education, the business environment and technical knowledge, that the assessment process for competencies should be graded according to levels, by addressing the complex issues that graduates may face in practice, and this is using Questions and applications that do not have definite answers.

The aim of this study is to examine the compatibility of the accounting education system outputs at the University of Modern Sciences with the labor requirements of the banking sector in the republic of Yemen from the point of view of the faculty members and graduates, and to propose some measures that may contribute to the development and updating of plans, courses, and methods to meet the requirements of the labor. The objective of the study is to answer the following question: To what extent do the outputs of accounting education system correspond to the labor requirements of the banking sector in the republic of Yemen from the point of view of faculty members and graduates of the Accounting Department at the University of Modern Sciences? The study tested the hypothesis that there is no positive statistically significant relationship between the outputs of accounting education system at the University of Modern Sciences and the labor requirements of the banking sector in the republic of Yemen The field study has reached many results, the most important of which are: the plans and courses of the University of Modern Sciences can meet the labor requirements of the banking sector in the republic of Yemen from the point of view of banks workers and faculty members. The university has qualified faculty members and experienced staff with the ability to equip students to meet labor requirements of the banking sector in the republic of Yemen. There is a weakness in offering work placements for students in public and private institutions for pregraduation training and acquiring practical and field knowledge. There is a need to improve on empowering students to obtain communication skills prior to graduation to enable them to write and draft accounting reports and to communicate effectively. The study concluded a series of recommendations, the most important of which are: diversity in preparing study plans and updating them continuously to keep abreast of regional and international scientific developments, prepare theoretical and field training programs in line with the labor requirements of the banking sector in the republic of Yemen, and increase interest in information technology and various accounting programs by including them within the study plans, inclusion computer programming subjects within the study plan, and preparing field training programs for the students of fourth level within the hours of the study plan so that the student learns the requirement of the labor market before graduation. This major aim of this study is to know the compatibility of accounting education in Algeria with the requirements of employment market over the light of the international accounting education standards that established and issued by the international accounting education standards board (IAESB) as a tool of measuring and comparing. we have relied the descriptive analytical approach to analyze the theoretical framework of accountant academic qualification, accounting education programs and their relationship with the employment market, and have used a questionnaire to explore the opinions of academics and professionals of accounting in Algeria. Overall, the results indicate that the accounting and its related materials are the most important for the best qualification of the university graduates, in the second place the information technology knowledge and the background of the supplementary knowledge of accounting, while the ability and the inclinations of the university graduates for the personnel education and the continuing professional development and the materials that help the accountant for analyzing and decision making are the least important. This study aims at evaluating the current situation of accounting education in the Kurdistan Region in order to serve the economic development objectives in the region. In doing so, we identify the challenges and obstacle to the progress of accounting education in the region and its development. Those challenges have been classified into several main sections: challenges to educations programs, administrative and economic challenges, the challenges facing the academic staff, lack of sources and references in the field, language challenge and weak connection between market requirements and accounting education programs. Data were collected through a questionnaire. Using an analytical descriptive method, the results confirm that the combined challenges have a profound impact on accounting education in the Kurdistan region universities. Therefore, we recommend providing a suitable condition for academicians and to find the necessary changes in the curriculum, as well as finding adequate funding for the availability of contemporary sources, to find training programs during the study, more importantly to find a link between the accounting department and the preparatory curriculum, to find adequate services for students during the study and finally try to find a relationship between universities and professional bodies in the field of accounting.

Objective of this study is to discuss the concept of the Creative Accounting and the fundamental ideas behind it. That will be through discussing the basic pillars of the accounting career, represented in three aspects: The scientific side, the professional side and the ethical side). Abstract The study aims at examining accounting education in the Sudanese universities and its compatibility to meet the requirements of contemporary business environment. It also clarifies the relationship between accounting education output and professional qualification for education strategy of International Federation of Accountants ( IFAC) Furthermore, it suggests a bundle measures that contribute to development and modernization of curricula and teaching methods of accounting in Sudanese universities. To achieve these purposes, two questionnaires have been prepared to collect the data from the teaching staff in Sudanese universities and employers in Khartoum State, Sudan. The study sample consists of (40) participants from teaching staff and (80) participants from employers in Khartoum State. The main findings of the study are that accounting education system in Sudanese universities considerably provides the requirements of the contemporary business environment with some notable failures, together with the mismatch between accounting education system in Sudanese universities and the requirements of the education strategy for vocational rehabilitation issued by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).
