Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (CRP) has both culinary and medicinal uses, with high medicinal and economic value. However, CRP fraud such as mislabeling of the geographical origin, passing off, and aging time cheating has occurred frequently, which damages consumer interests. In order to ensure the safety and quality of CRP, it is urgent to establish effective techniques for its geographical origin traceability and authentication. In this article, we review recent progress on the application of metabolomics, spectroscopy, DNA analysis, elemental analysis and intelligent sensory analysis in identifying the geographical origin, variety, harvest period and aging time of CRP. Meanwhile, we compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each technique, and propose the existing problems and future research priorities in the field of geographical origin traceability and authentication of CRP.

Objective To analyze the factors related to early allograft dysfunction (EAD) after liver transplantation and to construct a predictive model. Methods A total of 375 patients who underwent liver transplantation in our hospital from December 2008 to December 2021 were collected, including 90 patients with EAD and 266 patients without EAD.Thirty items of baseline data for the 2 groups were compared and analyzed.After grouping in a ratio of 7:3, univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used in the training set to evaluate the factors related to EAD and construct a nomogram.Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, decision curve analysis (DCA), sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, Kappa value and other indicators were used to evaluate the model performance. Results The incidence of EAD after liver transplantation was 24%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative tumor recurrence history (OR=3.15, 95%CI: 1.28~7.77, P=0.013) and operation time (OR=1.22, 95%CI: 1.04~1.42, P=0.015) were related to the occurrence of EAD after surgery.After predicting the outcome according to the cut-off point of 0.519 identified by the Youden index, the model performance in the both training set and validation set was acceptable.DCA suggested the model has good clinical applicability. Conclusion The risk factors for EAD after liver transplantation are preoperative tumor recurrence history and operation time, and the established model has predictive effect on prognosis.

Anorexia nervosa (AN) is a type of eating disorders characterized by self-starvation, significant loss of body mass, and malnutrition. AN has the highest mortality rate among all psychiatric disorders, leading to severe psychopathologic symptoms and life-threatening medical complications. However, AN cannot be recognized and diagnosed early in China, resulting in a prolonged course of the disease. Therefore, under the organization of the Eating Disorders Coordination Group of the Psychosomatic Medicine Society of the Chinese Medical Association, together with the Eating Disorders Research Collaboration Group of the Psychiatric Medicine Society of the Chinese Medical Association, this expert consensus was formulated by 16 medical experts based on evidence-based medical evidence, domestic and international guidelines and expert consensus, expert experience, etc., in order to improve the recognition, diagnosis and treatment of AN among domestic professionals.

This case reported a 17-year-old female patient who presented to the hospital with "poor mood and irritability for more than 5 months". The patient was diagnosed with hepatolenticular degeneration at the age of five. According to the International Classification of Diseases， tenth edition （ICD-10）， she was diagnosed with hepatolenticular and depressive episodes of bipolar disorder. The condition improved after administration of a combination of a mood stabilizer and an antidepressant. There are few reports of hepatolenticular degeneration combined with depressive episodes of bipolar disorder， and it is controversial whether the diagnosis should be considered a psychiatric disorder due to a physical illness or a co-morbidity. In addition， somatic conditions are often overlooked in the treatment of patients with psychiatric disorders. This case analyzed the diagnosis and medication by integrating the patient's psychiatric symptoms and somatic conditions， suggesting that psychiatrists should pay attention to both psychiatric symptoms and the patient's previous history of somatic diseases in their clinical work for rational diagnosis and treatment.

During the decommissioning of the 101 reactor hot cell, there are some problems, such as high radiation level, small space, complex environment, etc. In order to complete the recovery of radioactive waste, decommissioning robot system was designed. The experimental verification of waste recovery was carried out on the platform of simulated hot cell. The results show that the robot is driven by hydraulic pressure and has 6 degrees of freedom. The load capacity of the robot is up to 30 kg under the condition of maximum arm span. In the bench examination, the decommissioning robot has high reachability, which can realize the recovery of the waste from the storage well and the ground of the hot cell. The decommission robot design is reasonable and the function can meet the requirements of the hot cell decommissioning. The results can provide technical support for the actual implementation of the project.

[Objective] To solve the problems such as unclear lithological variations of the Feixianguan Formation on the western side of the marine trough's southern segment and within the plateau interior of the eastern part of the Sichuan Basin, [Methods] the lithological types and characteristics of the Feixianguan Formation were studied by comprehensively using multiple geological data such as cores, drilling and logging, and an intelligent identification method of lithological logging based on machine learning was proposed, which solved the technical problems of fine identification of lithology in the old area, and revealed the lithology, distribution and evolution of the Feixianguan Formation in the area. [Results and Conclusions] (1) The Feixianguan Formation is mainly composed of lithology such as mudstone, mud crystal limestone, argillary limestone, granule limestone, granulous dolomite, mud crystal dolomite, paste dolomite, and gypsum rock; (2) Comparison found that the improved gradient-boosted decision tree algorithm, namely Stochastic Gradient Boosting Decision Tree (SGBDT), is superior to other algorithms for constructing lithology models, and is more suitable for carbonate rock complex lithology identification; (3) The granule limestone developed intensively in the area south of the Kaijiang-Liangping Sea Trough between Feixianguan I period and Feixianguan III period, and the granulous dolomite was concentrated in the Feixianguan II period and distributed and scattered; (4) The distribution of the oolitic shoal in the area exhibits significant variation. The main development of the plateau ancient geomorphological high point and the edge of the platform in the Feixianguan I period. In the Feixianguan II period, most of the the oolitic shoal at the edge of the platform were developed, and a small number of ancient landforms in the platform were developed .And the main development of the plateau ancient geomorphological high point in the Feixianguan III period. [Objective] Exploration practice of the Qaidam Basin show that the remaining petroleum in the Qaidam Basin is mainly concentrated in the western area, where relatively little exploration has been carried out due to the complex landform and the presence of typically low-permeability unconventional reservoirs. Accordingly, to increase petroleum exploration in the western Qaidam Basin. [Methods] A comprehensive study of the data from sedimentary structure observation, rock slices, X-ray diffraction whole-rock analyses and seismic data, among other techniques, was carried out on an interval of core from the Pliocene Xiayoushashan Formation in well Xiandong 1. [Results and Conclusions] The rock was found to comprise gray-black mudstone and shale interbedded with thin-to-medium massive fine-grained greywacke. The top and bottom of the sand bodies are in abrupt contact with the mudstone. The lower boundary of the sand bodies is obviously an uneven erosional surface, and the mudstone and shale beneath the erosion surface exhibits deformed bedding. The sand bodies are sandy debris flow deposits formed by re-transport. The dark-gray to gray black calcareous mudstone and shale contains interbeds of calcirudite bearing shell-terrigenous debris and siltstone, and a silty mass with obviously deformed bedding. These laminae are clearly seen and have an obvious deformation direction caused by clastic slump. The Pliocene Xiayoushashan Formation in well Xiandong 1 is mainly the dark gray-gray black mudstone and shale interbedded with siltstone bearing dolomite, calcite and clay. The mudstone and shale contains horizontal rhythmic bedding. The siltstone has developed slightly dipping cross-beds with more clay laminae, climbing-ripple lamination and coarsely interlayered bedding, which are mainly from semi- deep lake deposits interbedded with weaker bottom flow deposits derived from sediment gravity flows. In addition, the deeper-water areas of the Altun Mountain front appears to have developed slump-sediment gravity flow sedimentary reservoirs similar to well Xiandong 1 at a different period of basin development, but further research into this aspect is needed. Peanuts were susceptible to frost damage during harvesting, transportation, storage, and processing due to temperature and humidity changes, which could affect the quality of peanuts and their products. In order to explore the mechanism of peanut frost damage and improve the detection efficiency of frost-damaged peanuts, this study used nearinfrared hyperspectral technology to study the feasibility of non-destructive detection of peanut frost damage, optimization methods based on feature variable screening discriminant models, and the mechanism of peanut frost damage. The effects of five preprocessing methods, including standard normalized variate (SNV), multiplicative scatter correction (MSC), Savizkg-Golag (SG) smoothing, SG smoothing-SNV, and SG smoothing-MSC, on the original data were experimentally studied. Then, eight variable selection methods, including competitive adaptive reweighted sampling (CARS), random frog (RF), variable importance in projection (VIP), successive projections algorithm (SPA), Monte Carlo uninformative variable elimination (MC-UVE), iteration retention information variable (IRIV), variable combination population analysis-iteration retention information variable (VCPA-IRIV), and variable combination population analysis-genetic algorithm (VCPA-GA), were used to screen the feature wavelengths related to peanut frost damage. Support vector machine (SVM) was used to select the feature wavelengths that reached the discrimination accuracy threshold of 90% as the feature wavelengths of peanut frost damage. The results showed that the detection of peanut frost damage based on near-infrared hyperspectral imaging technology was generally feasible and had high accuracy. All variable selection methods can effectively screen the feature wavelengths related to frost damage. Among them, the VCPA-GA algorithm selected the least 7 feature wavelengths, accounting for only 3.125% of all wavelengths in the dataset. The accuracy of the training set and the test set were 91.60% and 90.12%, respectively. The selected frostbite characteristic wavelength reflects information about oleic acid and protein, verifying that excessively low temperatures can lead to a decrease in oleic acid content and an increase in protein content in peanuts.
