To explore the moisture variation law of high oleic peanuts during hot air drying, hot air drying characteristics of various high oleic peanuts under different hot air temperatures (35, 40, 45, 50 ℃) and hot air velocities (0.5, 0.8, 1.1 m/s) were studied in this paper, and their drying processes were analyzed by Weibull distribution function. The results showed that the drying process of high oleic peanuts mainly reduced the rate of drying. Increasing hot air temperature and hot air velocity led to a higher effective moisture diffusion coefficient for high oleic peanuts. In turn, accelerates drying rate and shortens drying time. Among all the peanuts, 'Shengyou 3' peanut had the fastest water diffusion rate and lowest activation energy, and the Weibull distribution function provided the most suitable fit for 'Shengyou 3'. Objective To explore the risk factors for sleep disorders in maintenance hemodialysis （MHD） patients and construct a risk prediction model. Methods A retrospective study was conducted among 198 patients who underwent MHD between January 2018 and December 2022. Based upon whether or not there were complications of sleep disorders, they were assigned into two groups of sleep disorder （n = 134） and non-sleep disorder （n = 64）. Uni/multivariate Logistic regression analyses were performed for identifying the risk factors for sleep disorders in MHD patients. A nomogram model for sleep disorders in MHD patients was constructed with software R. The discrimination and calibration of this model were tested using the receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve and calibration curve. Internal validation of this model was conducted byBootstrap. Results The total PSQI score was （10.32 ± 1.34）. There were 134 patients with PSQI score ≥7 and the incidence of sleep disorders was 67.68%（134/198）. Objective To investigate the feasibility of a deep learning model for the fully automatic classification of disc degeneration based on lumbar structures on sagittal T2WI images. Methods The lumbar T2WI image data of 94 patients who underwent lumbar spine MRI examination in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from August 2020 to June 2022 were retrospectively selected，and 466 discs were obtained. The lumbar intervertebral disc were manually annotated by 2 radiologists on sagittal T2WI images．The data were randomly divided into train set (n=300)，validation set (n=72)，and test set (n=94). Firstly, a U-Net network was used to train the disc segmentation model. The evaluation indexes of the model included Dice coefficient and IoU score. Then, SpineNet network was used to train the classification model, and the evaluation indexes of the model included accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, F1 score, and ROC curves. Results In the test set, the dice coefficient and IoU values of U-Net model for lumbar disc segmentation were 0.920 and 0.853, respectively. The accuracy, specificity and sensitivity value of SpineNet classification models for lumbar disc degeneration were 0.913, 0.912 and 0.916, respectively. The ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC values for distinguishing mild to moderate, mild to serious, and moderate to serious lumbar disc degeneration were 0.89, 0.95, and 0.90, respectively. Conclusion It is feasible to realize the fully automatic classification of disc degeneration based on deep learning network.

Accurately grasping the evolution characteristics of the water-conducting fracture zone in the mining overburden is an important basis for preventing the occurrence of water inrush disasters in the working face, especially for the high strength mining conditions in the western mines. Taking the 201 west wing area of Yushuwan Coal Mine as the background, taking the uniaxial compressive strength of each sandstone layer, RQD, and thickness of sandstone layer as the system cluster analysis indexes, this paper proposes a geological generalization method for thick bedrock, systematically studies the influence of different bedrock layer thickness on the development height, fracture angle, frequency, and joint strain energy evolution law of the water-conducting fracture zone, and determines the quantitative relationship between the height of the water-conducting fracture zone and the total joint strain energy. The research results show that: the development height of the hydraulic fracture zone simulated based on the geological generalization method presents a log-positive correlation increasing trend with the increase of the bedrock thickness, and the increasing rate gradually decreases. This law is verified by comparing with the measured results of the adjacent mines; with the increase of the thickness of bedrock, the development frequency of vertical cracks in the water-conducting fracture zone increases significantly, while the horizontal cracks in the water-conducting fracture zone increase, which indicates that the increase of the thickness of bedrock has a certain inhibition effect on the initiation and expansion of horizontal cracks in the water-conducting fracture zone; the development height of the water-conducting fracture zone is closely related to the energy release degree of the overlying rock. It increases exponentially with the increase of the maximum strain energy and the total strain energy of the joint, and the increasing rate gradually increases.

Background Henoch-Schonlein purpura is a vascular inflammatory illness that develops in childhood and in some children involves the kidneys, clinically known as Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis. Different studies have suggested different interventions, and there is a wide variation in the outcome indicators used for the intervention approaches. Objective To investigate and analyze the current status of clinical research outcome indicators for Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in China, so as to provide a reference basis for the establishment of a core set of outcome indicators in this field. Methods CNKI, CBM, VIP, Wanfang Data, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase and Web of Science were systematically searched to collect publicly available Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis studies from January 2010 to June 2021. The Chinese databases were searched using the search strategy of title or keywords combined with subject terms, and the English databases were searched using subject terms combined with free words. Two investigators independently screened the literature and extracted information according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, processed and analyzed the data on outcome indicators. Results A total of 148 randomized controlled trials of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis were included, and the outcome indicators of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis studies were mainly physical and chemical indicators, with fewer symptomatic indicators. The highest frequency of outcome indicators were clinical efficacy (121 times, 81.76%), adverse reactions (74 times, 50.00%), 24-hour urine protein (68 times, 45.95%), urinary red blood cells (43 times, 29.05%), and recurrence rate (20 times, 13.51%). The division between primary and secondary outcome indicators was clearly distinguished in only two articles. Conclusion There are several indicators for the research outcomes of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in China, primarily physical and chemical variables, with significant variation. The research focuses on efficacy measures but ignores adverse reactions. As a result, it is necessary to establish a set of outcome indicators for clinical intervention studies on Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in order to provide a reference basis for selecting outcome indicators and guiding clinical decision-making in future similar studies.

Background and objective Cystic lung cancer, a special type of lung cancer, has been paid more and more attention. The most common pathological type of cystic lung cancer is adenocarcinoma. The invasiveness of cystic lung adenocarcinoma is vital for the selection of clinical treatment and prognosis. The aim of this study is to analyze the multiple clinical features of cystic lung adenocarcinoma, explore the independent risk factors of its invasiveness, and establish a risk prediction model. Methods A total of 129 cases of cystic lung adenocarcinoma admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into pre-invasive group [atypical adenomatous hyperplasia (AAH), adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS) and minimally invasive adenocarcinoma (MIA)] and invasive group [invasive adenocarcinoma (IAC)] according to pathological findings. There were 47 cases in the pre-invasive group, including 19 males and 28 females, with an average age of (51.23±14.96) years. There were 82 cases in the invasive group, including 60 males and 22 females, with an average age of (61.27±11.74) years. Multiple clinical features of the two groups were collected, including baseline data, imaging data and tumor markers. Univariate analysis, LASSO regression and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to screen out the independent risk factors of the invasiveness of cystic lung adenocarcinoma, and the risk prediction model was established. Background and objective Current studies suggest that for early-stage lung cancers with a component of ground-glass opacity measuring ≤2 cm, sublobar resection is suitable if it ensures adequate margins. However, lobectomy may be necessary for some cases to achieve this. The aim of this study was to explore the impact of size and depth on surgical techniques for wedge resection, segmentectomy, and lobectomy in early-stage lung cancer ≤2 cm, and to determine methods for ensuring a safe resection margin during sublobar resections. Methods Clinical data from 385 patients with early-stage lung cancer ≤2 cm, who underwent lung resection in 2022, were subject to a retrospective analysis, covering three types of procedures: wedge resection, segmentectomy and lobectomy. The depth indicator as the OA value, which is the shortest distance from the inner edge of a pulmonary nodule to the opening of the corresponding bronchus, and the AB value, which is the distance from the inner edge of the nodule to the pleura, were measured. For cases undergoing lobectomy and segmentectomy, three-dimensional computed tomography bronchography and angiography (3D-CTBA) was performed to statistically determine the number of subsegments required for segmentectomy. The cutting margin width for wedge resection and segmentectomy was recorded, as well as the specific subsegments and their quantities removed during lung segmentectomy were documented. Results In wedge resection, segmentectomy, and lobectomy, the sizes of pulmonary nodules were (1.08±0.29) cm, (1.31±0.34) cm and (1.50±0.35) cm, respectively, while the depth of the nodules (OA values) was 6.05 (5.26, 6.85) cm, 4.43 (3.27, 5.43) cm and 3.04 (1.80, 4.18) cm for each procedure, showing a progressive increasing trend (P2 cm demonstrated a higher proportion of cases with resection margins less than 2 cm compared to those with margins greater than 2 cm (29.03% vs 12.90%, P=0.019). When utilizing the size of the nodule as the criterion for resection margin, the instances with AB value >2 cm continued to show a higher proportion in the ratio of margin distance to tumor size less than 1 (37.50% vs 17.39%, P=0.009). As a micro-toxic pesticide with a wide application range and large dosage, the high solubility of gibberellic acid (GA3) causes its weak adsorption and strong migration in soil, accompanied by strong natural attenuation, and it is also affected by changing soil water content during intermittent irrigation. Therefore, it is necessary to systematically study the natural attenuation mechanism of GA3 in soil under different water content conditions. In this study, the natural attenuation mechanism of GA3 under different soil water content conditions was investigated by setting three soil water contents of 10%, 20% and 30%, the influence of soil microorganisms on the natural attenuation process of GA3 was analyzed, and the natural attenuation products were qualitatively identified. The results show: (1) at the end of the experiment (34 d), the natural attenuation rates of GA3 in the soil of the sterilized group and the unsterilized group with initial water content of 10%, 20% and 30% were 87.77%, 89.70%, 90.70% and 87.70%, 94.47%, 95.87%, respectively, and the natural attenuation half-lives were 12.38 d, 12.16 d, 12.60 d and 8.56 d, 6.80 d, 7.07 d, respectively. (2) Soil water content had no significant effect on the natural attenuation rate of GA3 in the soil of the sterilized group, while the natural attenuation rate of GA3 in the unsterilized group was different under different soil water content (the largest in the 20% soil water content). (3) On the basis of hydrolysis, biodegradation further promoted the natural degradation of GA3, with a biodegradation contribution rate of 39.62%±7.58%. (4) The main natural attenuation products of GA3 were isomerized gibberellic acid (Iso-GA3) and gibberellenic acid (GEA) (of which Iso-GA3 accounted for a larger proportion). The more attention should be paid to the biotoxicity and environmental risks of the natural attenuation products of GA3 in the environment in the future. This study can help to understand the environmental behavior of GA3 in agricultural soils and provide data support for the assessment and control of its environmental toxicity and potential risk.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of double U-stitch and modified “double U-stitch pancreaticojejunostomy” in pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical information of 150 patients who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy between January 2022 and September 2023 in Wang Wei’s team in department of pancreatic surgery, Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center. The patients were divided into two groups according to the pancreaticojejunostomy method: the double U-stitch 1.0 group (70 cases before modification) and the double U-stitch 2.0 group (80 cases after modification). The postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The overall postoperative complications were significantly lower in the double U-stitch 2.0 group as compared with the double U-stitch 1.0 group (13.8% vs. 38.6%, P=0.001). The incidence of clinically relevant pancreatic fistula was 18.6% in the double U-stitch 1.0 group, while this was significantly decreased in the double U-stitch 2.0 group (6.3%) (P=0.021). Postoperative extraluminal hemorrhage occurred in 5 patients in the double U-stitch 1.0 group, while in the double U-stitch 2.0 group, only one patient experienced postoperative intraluminal hemorrhage, the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P=0.007). The median postoperative length of hospital stay was significantly shorter in the double U-stitch 2.0 group than that in the double U-stitch 1.0 group (11 d vs. 14 d, P=0.001). Conclusions The modified “double U-stitch pancreaticojejunostomy” can significantly reduce the incidence of clinically relevant pancreatic fistula and other relevant severe complications, which helps improve the safety of the procedure.

In order to clarify the key technologies for the coordinated development of coal and coalbed methane that are compatible with the mining conditions of inclined broken soft coal seams. Based on the characteristics of gas drainage and asymmetric mining of inclined crushed soft coal seam group gas drainage and coal seam group, a matching coordinated development mode of coal and coalbed methane was formed in the spatiotemporal synergy of “three holes, four zones and five quantities” of asymmetric pressure relief, and the coordinated development strategy of coal and coalbed methane under asymmetric mining was clarified, and the spatiotemporal synergy mechanism of coordinated development of combined coal and coalbed methane was clarified. In view of the problem of difficulty in eliminating the first mining seam of inclined crushed soft coal seam, the construction process of long drilling under inclined crushed soft coal seam was optimized, and a wireless measurement system of electromagnetic wave while drilling of drill bit was developed, which realized higher precision anti-biasing of drilling trajectory. Aiming at the problem of lack of pertinence of surface well protection in asymmetric mining area, the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of asymmetric mining-induced pressure relief failure were clarified, the evolution characteristics of mining-induced fractures under asymmetric mining were obtained, the safe position of wells in the surface well of inclined coal seam was determined, and a three-open casing structure in the mining area was developed that could take into account the stability and extraction efficiency of surface wells. The application results show that the “three-hole, four-zone and five-quantity” mode of spatiotemporal synergy can realize the efficient extraction of coalbed methane and ensure the balance of extraction and mining of inclined coal seam groups. The progressive extraction method of downward drilling of inclined coal seam expands the application scope of progressive extraction and solves the problem of time incoordination in the extraction process of inclined coalbed methane. The optimized stability maintenance structure of the mining surface well can adapt to the asymmetric mining effect, and realize the efficient extraction of coalbed methane from the surface well in the mining area. The above results have been popularized and applied in the Aiweigou mining area of Xinjiang Coking Coal Group, and the key technology and typical model of coalbed methane extraction that conform to the characteristics of inclined coal seams in major high-gas mining areas in Xinjiang have been initially formed.

Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors with the highest incidence and mortality rate in China, and its occurrence and development mechanism and treatment methods are the current research focuses. In recent years, the emergence of drugs targeting various tumor driver genes has significantly improved patients’ survival and quality of life, setting off a wave of research on new therapeutic targets. Among them, long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) plays a crucial role in the malignant behavior of tumors, which has attracted widespread attention. Shown by a large number of studies, partial members of lncRNA small nucleolar RNA host gene (SNHG) family are aberrantly expressed in many maliglant tumors including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and participate in cell proliferation, invasion and migration, which may act as a new diagnostic and prognostic biomarker and can be a therapeutic target of NSCLC. In this review, we comprehensively summarize and explore the recent investigation of SNHGs in NSCLC in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC.

Given the basic data anomalies and significant redundancy in line loss management within distribution networks， a technique for identifying and correcting abnormal line loss data based on segmented regions is proposed. In view of the redundancy of terminal data， a Kalman filter algorithm is employed to fuse terminal redundant data. Then， by traversing the distribution transformers of various line nodes in the distribution network and using local outlier factor （LOF） algorithm， the operational data are detected. Based on the topological relationship of the distribution networks， the Girvan-Newman （GN） algorithm is used to segment the abnormal nodes. By analyzing the neighboring node measurement data and the imbalance index of the segmented regions， the boundary of the regions is dynamically adjusted until the segmented regions meet the estimated observability conditions. The final division result of segmented regions is obtained， and abnormal data are solved using the measurement model， constraint model， and estimation model within the regions. Finally， an example of the 10 kV Shixin line and Shijin line in a province in Northwest China is used to validate the proposed method. The results demonstrate that the proposed method can identify and correct abnormal line loss data within distribution networks.

The creep characteristics of rock are closely related to the long-term stability of rock mass. With the excavation of deep buried tunnels in west China, in order to ensure the safety of engineering and the long-term stability of underground buildings, it is particularly important to study the creep characteristics of rock under complex stress conditions. The traditional creep constitutive model is difficult to accurately describe the accelerated creep stage of rock, and the existing creep model is difficult to fit the creep characteristics of the Pocigou Formation slate. This study takes the Bocigou Formation slate in the Kangding-Xinduqiao section of west Sichuan as the research object. Based on the identification of geological environment background and rock mineral composition, the unloading creep test is carried out. The deformation characteristics of the Bocigou Formation slate under unloading conditions are analyzed, and the creep characteristics of the slate and the damage evolution law during unloading are revealed. Considering the cumulative damage effect in the unloading creep process, the damage variable is introduced to improve the Newtonian element in the traditional Nishihara model, and a creep damage model which can describe the accelerated creep stage is established. The results show that under unloading conditions, the deformation of slate is dominated by instantaneous elastic strain, and the creep phenomenon is significantly enhanced with the increasing deviatoric stress level. The long-term strength of slate is reduced by 20.2%–27.1%. The 1-stOpt is used to identify the parameters of the nonlinear creep damage model. The fitting theoretical curve is in good agreement with the experimental value, and the correlation coefficient reaches 0.945. The improved nonlinear creep damage model after the introduction of damage variable is more reasonable for description of the unloading creep characteristics of slate in the study area, which provides a theoretical basis for the stability analysis of surrounding rock under relevant working conditions.

Purposes K-ion batteries (KIBs) have attracted considerable attention as a potential alternative to Li-ion batteries because of their low cost and high energy density. However, the development of KIBs has been severely limited by the lack of cathodes with high specific capacity and good cycle performance. Methods In this research, P3-type K0.5MnO2 as a new cathode material for KIBs was prepared through hydrothermal method, sol-gel method, and oxalate co-precipitation method, separately. Conclustions It is shown that K0.5MnO2 synthesized through the hydrothermal precursor method (denoted as H-K0.5MnO2) has a rough surface and more internal pores, which are beneficial to electron transfer and can provide more active sites. At a specific current of 20 mA/g, H-K0.5MnO2 electrode can achieve the highest first discharge specific capacity of 85 mAh/g. XRD and EIS results of the H-K0.5MnO2 electrodes after 60 cycles demonstrate that H-K0.5MnO2 still maintains the most stable structure and has the smallest charge transfer resistance, leading to a desirable capacity retention. The potassium-ions storage properties indicate that the pseudo-capacitance accounts for the highest proportion in H-K0.5MnO2 at a high rate, enabling fast reversible charge-discharge.

Objective The Kuncheng Tunnel of the Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project crosses the Heilongtan and Bailongtan areas, the major headwater regions in the Chenggong District of Kunming City. Methods Tunnel water inrush may seriously threaten the safety of the urban water supply. In this paper, based on hydrodynamic data and hydrochemical data during tunnel construction, the characteristics of the karst water system, the origin of the springs, and the impact of tunnel construction were analysed. Then, a three-dimensional groundwater flow model for the Heilongtan-Bailongtan Section was developed and calibrated to simulate and predict groundwater level changes during the construction of the Kuncheng Tunnel, and the water environment effect of tunnel construction was evaluated. Results The results show that both the Heilongtan and Bailongtan springs are mainly recharged by the same karst P1q+m aquifer. However, controlled by aquitard P1d and the Hunshuitang fault downstream of the Sanjiacun Depression, the two springs actually belong to two relatively independent karst water systems. In addition, the excavation of the Kuncheng Tunnel has changed the regional groundwater flow field and cut off the flow of Bailongtan, while it has negligible impact on Heilongtan. Conclusion This study discusses the genetic relationship of karst spring, and quantitatively analyzes the impact of tunnel excavation on water environment, which has reference significance for preventing water inrush in tunnel construction.

Background and objective More early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are diagnosed in time and treated surgically, but systematic lymph node dissection can not bring enough survival benefits for them, and even increase the probability of postoperative complications. This study aims to analyze the risk factors and evaluate mediastinal lymph node metastasis sites in different lung lobes for NSCLC with diameter ≤2 cm, so as to provide reference for surgery. Methods We collected 1051 patients with pulmonary nodule diameter ≤2 cm who were treated by pulmonary lobectomy with lymph node sampling/dissection in Department of Thoracic Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University from December 2009 to December 2019. SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis, to explore the risk factors and evaluate mediastinal lymph node metastasis sites in different lung lobes. The thickness and density of the zirconia ceramic layer formed on the surface of the zirconium alloy cladding are the main factors affecting its wear resistance. In this paper, the variation of thickness and density of zirconia ceramic layer with time during thermal oxidation of three different composition zirconium alloys, Zr-Sn, Zr-Nb, and Zr-Sn-Nb, in typical high temperature air at 560 ℃ and 600 ℃ was studied. The maximum thickness of the dense zirconia ceramic layer that could be formed by thermal oxidation of zirconium alloy cladding with different compositions in air during the experimental characterization time was explored. Results showed that the maximum thickness growth rate of zirconia ceramic layer in Zr-Nb zirconium alloy cladding at typical temperatures during the test period was the largest, that of Zr-Sn-Nb zirconium alloy cladding took second place, and that of Zr-Sn zirconium alloy cladding was the smallest. The thickness growth rate of zirconia ceramic layer in zirconium alloy cladding with the same composition at 600 ℃ was about twice that of 560 ℃. When the thicknesses of zirconia ceramic layer of Zr-Sn and Zr-Sn-Nb zirconium alloy cladding were 4~5 μm and 9~10 μm at 600 ℃, respectively, the obvious crack were observed, while the zirconia ceramic layer thickness of Zr-Nb zirconium alloy cladding reached 12 μm at 600 ℃, the density of this ceramic layer was good, and no obvious cracks were observed.

Objects: To investigate the protective effect of total glucosides of peony (TGP) on rats with hyperuricemia and liver damage. Methods: Fifty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomLy divided into 5 groups: The normal group, the model group, the TGP low dose group (100 mg/kg), the TGP high dose group (300 mg/kg) and the allopurinol group (27.0 mg/kg), with 10 rats in each group. The hyperuricemia rat model was established by gavage of adenine 6.66 mg/mL+oteracil potassium 100 mg/mL suspension (1.5 mL/100 g) in the model group, TGP low dose group, TGP high dose group and allopurinol group respectively, once respectively of 7:00 and 20:00, continues for 3 weeks. TGP and allopurinol were intragastrically administered at 12:00 every day, and continues for 5 weeks. After 5 weeks, the rats were sacrificed. The liver organ index was measured, the content of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), uric acid and xanthine oxidase (XOD) were measured, and the activity of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in serum were measured. With continuous expansion of flight speed and altitude domains, the high-temperature gas effects, especially the thermochemical non-equilibrium (TCNE) effects in hypersonic high-enthalpy boundary layers invalidated the calorically perfect gas (CPG) assumption. They can also largely influence the flow transition process. In recent years, the emergence of unstable supersonic modes in the downstream region of the second mode has been conerned. The so-called supersonic mode refers to the mode with a relative Mach number greater than one at the boundary layer edge, that is, a sound wave that propagates faster than that in the far field. Linear parabolized stability equations (PSE) theory was used to study the critical wall temperature of the supersonic mode under the condition of sharp wedge winding with Mach number 20 and half top angle of 6°. It is found that the lower the wall temperature, the more prone to unstable supersonic mode appeared. Furthermore, the supersonic mode situation and disturbance development form under different Mach number conditions in the flow of the plate boundary layer were explored. It is found that the Mach number continues to increase, the earlier the se-cond mode appears, the maximum growth rate of the second mode decreases, and the peak value of N decreases. At a speci-fic altitude of 30 km, when the Mach number exceeds a certain critical value, the disturbance growth rate and the development form of the supersonic mode are significantly different.

Objective To identify risk factors associated with hypothalamic obesity after craniopharyngioma resection in children. Methods The clinical data as well as imaging and operation details of 34 children with craniopharyngioma who met the inclusion criteria from June 2015 to September 2022 in Beijing Children's Hospital, Capital Medical University were collected for retrospective analysis. The body mass index (BMI) at last follow-up were recorded to identify hypothalamic obesity, univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were used to screen the risk factors. Results A total of 47.06% (16/34) of children experiened hypothalamic symptoms, including obesity and increased appetite, lethargy and mood abnormalities after surgery. Logistic regression analysis showed that symptomatic endocrine abnormalities (OR = 31.453, 95%CI: 1.009-980.082; P = 0.049) and impairment of the hypothalamus of Puget Ⅱ grade (OR = 48.844, 95%CI: 1.053-2264.975; P = 0.047) were risk factors for postoperative hypothalamic obesity. Conclusions There is a high incidence of hypothalamic obesity after childhood - onset craniopharyngioma resection, symptomatic endocrine abnormalities and impairment of the hypothalamus of Puget Ⅱ grade are risk factors. Early identification of risk factors and early adoption of reasonable and effective interventon measures can improve the long-term quality of life in children.

Taking the fire-threatened mines in the shallow buried coal seam of the Jurassic coalfield in northern Shaanxi Province as the research object, the high-resolution UAV visible light and thermal infrared dual-light low-altitude remote sensing, handheld infrared thermal imager, wind speed measuring instrument, spherical bladder sampler, bundle tube detection and sampling, gas chromatography, borehole temperature measurement, borehole peeping and other technical means are used to comprehensively carry out rapid exploration of hidden disaster factors in the sky, ground, hole and underground comprehensive mining work surface, closed wall, roadway and other potential air leakage channels. We systematically summarize the types and characteristics of hidden disaster factors in ground, hole and underground air leakage channels of shallow buried coal seam in Jurassic coal field in northern Shaanxi province, construct a four-in-one “sky-ground-hole-well” rapid investigation technology system for hidden disaster factors in shallow buried coal seam coal mine air leakage channels, and apply the technical system to the fire-threatened Dequan Coal Mine for the exploration, quickly determine the type of air leakage channel, spatial distribution characteristics, combine with the fire prevention project to achieve the rapid extinguishing of the fire area and the overall rapid control of the temperature of the hidden high temperature area of the coal mine to ensure the safe, green and efficient mining of the mine.

In order to find out the best range of diamond powder content for heat conductive adhesive, the influence of diamond powder content on the heat conductive adhesive was studied. The surface of diamond powder with different particle sizes was modified by silane coupling agent. In order to increase the specific surface area of diamond powder, a new type of inorganic thermal conductive adhesive was prepared by using 60 μm, 20 μm and 10 μm diamond powder as filler and water glass as matrix at the mass ratio of 6∶2∶1. The results show that the adhesive property of thermal conductive adhesive increases at first and then decreases, and that the adhesive property is best when the content of diamond is 60% and the tensile shear strength is 1.98 MPA. Besides, the thermal conductivity of the adhesive increases first and then decreases. The best thermal conductivity is 6.32 W/(m · K) when the content of diamond is 50%. Therefore, when the mass fraction of diamond is 50% ~ 60%, the adhesive and thermal conductivity of thermal conductive adhesive is the best.

Micro-scale X-ray computed tomography (CT) has been widely used to study the occurrence forms of gas hydrate-bearing sediments. However, the similarity between the X-ray attenuation coefficient of hydrate and that of water leads to a strong non-uniqueness in their phase differentiation in CT images. To improve threshold segmentation accuracy between hydrate and water in CT images, this study proposes a CT image and histogram normalized method by analyzing the histogram characteristics of CT images at different times during the growth process of natural gas hydrate. First, the peak gray value baseline of methane gas and quartz sand was selected. Then, a Gaussian function was used to fit the curves corresponding to methane gas and quartz sand in the current CT image histogram to obtain the peak gray values. In addition, the peak gray values of methane gas and quartz sand in the current CT image histogram were normalized to the chosen peak gray baseline. Subsequently, the normalized histogram was used to normalize the corresponding CT images. Finally, according to the changing trend of normalized gray histogram curves, the increasing gray ranges of hydrate and decreasing gray ranges of gas-water in CT images were obtained quantitatively, which guided threshold segmentation of CT images. Experimental results show that the proposed threshold segmentation method can provide a basis for phase differentiation between hydrate and water in CT images, improving the threshold segmentation accuracy.

On one hand, anti-slide shaft technology can overcome the problems of blocking the seepage and drainage path in the slope by traditional anti-slide piles. On the other hand, it can reduce the excavation quantities when the vertical drainage and anti slide structures are separately constructed. Besides, it can fully provide the hydration-heat dissipation surface to ensure the overall structure quality. It has been an important technology in modern landslide prevention engineering, and the novel one of geological disaster, hydrogeology and underground engineering in recent years. The anti-slide shaft technology involves hydrodynamic mechanics and solid mechanics, as well as hydrodynamic model, structural model, engineering geological model, etc. Besides, its promoted application is restricted by some problems, such as the lack of mature theoretical system, the relatively complex of this spatial structural combination, and the difficulty of the construction technology. Thus, it is necessary to carry out targeted current status summary research. Based on a large number of relevant documents, patents and practical engineering applications at home and abroad, we summarize the characteristics and classification of anti-slide shaft structure (anti-liquefaction pile, hollow anti-slide shaft, box anti-slide shaft, etc), and find that the anti-slide shaft structure are mostly pile-type or tie-type, forming a 3-D structure system with the combination characteristics of seepage, collection, drainage and anti-slide. This kind of seepage-collection-drainage structures usually include water permeable holes, radiant seepage holes and drainage pipes. The demonstration of typical application examples show that although the anti-slide shafts have the advantage of significant improvement on the stability, there is still a large optimization space from its extensive use and diversification. Thus, the current complex construction process, unclear mechanical properties and drainage characteristics, imperfect stability calculation theory, plane layout optimization method to be improved in anti-slide shaft technology are important scientific issues and research trend, which need to be paid attention in the future. The solutions of these scientific problems are not only beneficial to improving the mechanical and drainage theory, but also beneficial to improving the overall application level of anti-slide shaft technology.

Global Tuberculosis Report 2022 (hereafter referred to as “report”), newly published by the World Health Organization (WHO), states that the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has increased the tuberculosis (TB) disease burden and severely affected global TB prevention and control. In 2021, WHO approved a total of six molecular diagnostic technologies for TB diagnosis and anti-TB drug resistance detection, and three new TB antigen-based skin tests for TB screening were recommended. To reduce the burden on patients and the health system, WHO recommends a 4-month regimen for drug-susceptible TB and four shorter regimens for the treatment of multidrug-resistant/rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis (MDR/RR-TB). In addition, there were 26 drugs for TB treatment in clinical trials, and at least 22 clinical trials evaluating drugs and drug regimens for TB treatment were underway. In 2021， the TB epidemic remains severe in China, with the number of newly diagnosed cases ranking third among the 30 countries. In 2021, a total of 639 548 TB cases and 1 763 deaths were reported nationwide, with an incidence of 45.37/100 000 and a mortality of 0.13/100 000. China has the fourth largest number of MDR/RR-TB patients in the world. However, it is necessary to verify whether the regimens for MDR/RR-TB treatment recommended by WHO are suitable for patients in China.

In this paper, through the Raman spectroscopy analysis of fluid inclusions in Lala copper deposit, it is found that the types of fluid inclusions are diverse, including not only single pure gas phase or pure liquid phase, gas-rich phase, liquid-rich phase, and many daughter crystals, but also melt-fluid inclusions. The gas phase components of fluid inclusions are not limited to the CO2, but also include N2, CH4 or a mixture of the three. Not only halide daughter crystals but also calcite and hematite daughter crystals are found in fluid inclusion daughter minerals. In conclusion, the Raman spectroscopy characteristics of fluid inclusions show that the ore-forming fluids of the Lala copper deposit have the characteristics of multiple stages and complex sources.

Flexible energy storage devices are at the forefront of next-generation power supplies, one of the most important components of which is the gel electrolyte. The dual network gel electrolyte for PAM/P123 zinc ion batteries was prepared by free radical polymerization. It was found that the addition of a small amount of triblock copolymer P123 can macroscopically improve the tensile strength, toughness and compressive strength of the gel electrolyte. Microscopically, the gel skeleton forms 0.6 μm mesopores and increases the surface pore distribution density, thereby improving the wettability of the electrolyte. The PAM/P123 series electrolytes not only have a high average swelling rate, but also have a higher conductivity than pure PAM electrolyte in the range of -30℃ to 65℃. Among which, PAM/P123-2 is a series of electrolytes with the best performance, with an average swelling rate of 1920.79%, and the conductivity at 0℃ is 36.2 mS·cm-1.The Zn/MnO2 battery prepared by using PAM/P123-2 gel electrolyte is stable during cycling at 0℃, with the capacity retention rate reaching 82.39% after 1000 cycles.

Background and objective At present, more and more studies predict invasive adenocarcinoma (IAC) through three-dimensional features of pulmonary nodules, but few studies have confirmed that three-dimensional features have more advantages in diagnosing IAC than traditional two-dimensional features of pulmonary nodules. This study analyzed the differences of chest computed tomography (CT) features between IAC and minimally invasive adenocarcinoma (MIA) from three-dimensional and two-dimensional levels, and compared the ability of diagnosing IAC. The non-invasive adenocarcinoma group includes precursor glandular lesions (PGL) and minimally invasive adenocarcinoma (MIA). Methods The clinical data of 1,045 patients with ground glass opacity (GGO) from January to December 2019 were collected. Then the correlation between preoperative CT image characteristics and pathological results were analyzed retrospectively. The independent influencing factors for the identification of IAC were screened out according to two-dimensional and three-dimensional classification by multivariate Logistic regression and the cut-off point for the identification of IAC was found out through the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. At last, the ability of diagnosing IAC was evaluated by Yoden index. Results The diameter of nodule, the diameter of solid component, the diameter of mediastinal window nodule in two-dimensional factors, and the volume of nodule, the volume of solid part and the average CT value in three-dimensional factors were independent risk factors for the diagnosis of IAC. These factors were arranged by Yoden index: solid partial volume (0.601)>nodule volume (0.536)>solid component diameter (0.525)>nodule diameter (0.518)>mediastinal window nodule diameter (0.488)>proportion of solid component volume (0.471)>1-tumor disappearance ratio (TDR) (0.468)>consolidation tumor ratio (CTR) (0.394)>average CT value (0.380). Conclusion The CT features of three-dimensional are better than two-dimensional in the diagnosis of IAC, and the size of solid components is better than the overall size of nodules.

In this study, the leaching solution containing vanadium(IV), chromium(III) and iron(II) obtained in the process of extracting low valence vanadium from vanadium slag was taken as the research object, and the vacuum cooling method was applied to crystallize iron(II) from the leachatein the form of Mohr’s salt, which realized the efficient separation of iron from vanadium(IV) and chromium(III) and the preparation of Mohr’s salt. The effect of pH value, ammonium sulfate addition, reaction time, and crystallization time on the separation behavior of ferrovanadium crystallization were investigated. The results showed that the removal rate of iron reached 86.42% under the conditions of the vacuum degree of 0.08 MPa, pH value of 2.5, addition of ammonium sulfate (calculated as n((NH4)2SO4)/n(FeSO4)) of 1.2, reaction for 140 min and crystallization for 36 h. The loss of vanadium and chromium were only 0.52% and 1.64%, respectively. In addition, Mohr’s salt with a purity of 99.23% was obtained.

In order to ascertain the influencing factors and rules of the inner corrosion on the insulating joint unprotected side of the buried pipelines, a model of the buried pipeline’s insulating joint protected side and unprotected side cathodic protection system was established using the BEASY software with the help of the coupling calculation method for finite element and boundary element. The influences of different internal dielectric conductivity, potential difference between the protected side and the unprotected side as well as the damage rate of the inner coating on the internal corrosion of the unprotected side of the insulating joint were studied by numerical simulations, and the influence laws of various factors on the internal corrosion of the non - protected side of the insulating joint were analyzed with the help of analytical method. Results showed that the main factors affecting the internal corrosion of the unprotected side of the insulating joint were potential difference between the protected side and unprotected side, dielectric conductivity and the damage rate of the internal coating on the unprotected side. Furthermore, the corrosion rate was proportional to the potential difference between the protected side and the unprotected side, and to the dielectric conductivity, and were inversely proportional to the damage rate of the inner coating on the non - protected side.

Fourier Transform Ion Cyclotron Resonance Mass Spectrometry (FT-ICR MS) was employed to analyze the compositional differences of asphaltene of oil and blockage extracts of well Gaotan 1 on the southern margin of Junggar Basin. The correlation between asphaltene composition and structure and precipitation was discussed, which is important for the research of asphaltene precipitation and accumulation. Results showed that the asphaltene molecules of oil and blockage extracts of well Gaotan 1 are mainly composed of N1, N1O1, O1, O2, O3 and O4 class species. However, the degree of asphaltene condensation in blockage extract is significantly higher than that in oil, and it is enriched with O2, O3 and O4 class species. It indicates that during the flow of formation crude oil in wellbore, the precipitation of asphaltenes with different compositions has a certain selectivity. Asphaltene components with high condensation degree preferentially precipitate and deposit, forming a solid core. Among them, polyoxo-heteroatom compounds have relative strong polarity, which accelerates the precipitation of other asphaltene components in crude oil to form blockage. Asphaltene in blockage extract has a complex molecular structure and a wide range of condensation degree. The DBE values distribute between 9 and 30. Its molecular polar force parameter is larger and the distribution range is wider. Therefore, it is ideal to select a mixed solvent similar to the polar force parameter of blockage asphaltene to remove blockage.

Background and objective At present, the research progress of targeted therapy for epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene mutations in lung adenocarcinoma is very rapid, which brings new hope for the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma patients. However, the specific imaging and pathological features of EGFR and ALK gene mutations in adenocarcinoma are still controversial. This study will further explore the correlation between EGFR, ALK gene mutations and imaging and pathological features in invasive lung adenocarcinoma. Methods A total of 525 patients with lung adenocarcinoma who underwent surgery in our center from January 2018 to December 2019 were included. According to the results of postoperative gene detection, the patients were divided into EGFR gene mutation group, ALK gene mutation group and wild group, and the EGFR gene mutation group was divided into exon 19 and exon 21 subtypes. The pathological features of the mutation group and wild group, such as histological subtype, lymph node metastasis, visceral pleural invasion (VPI) and imaging features such as tumor diameter, consolidation tumor ratio (CTR), lobulation sign, spiculation sign, pleural retraction sign, air bronchus sign and vacuole sign were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis to explore whether the gene mutation group had specific manifestations. Results EGFR gene mutation group was common in women (OR=2.041, P=0.001), with more pleural traction sign (OR=1.506, P=0.042), and had little correlation with lymph node metastasis and VPI (P>0.05). Among them, exon 21 subtype was more common in older (OR=1.022, P=0.036), women (OR=2.010, P=0.007), and was associated with larger tumor diameter (OR=1.360, P=0.039) and pleural traction sign (OR=1.754, P=0.029). Exon 19 subtype was common in women (OR=2.230, P=0.009), with a high proportion of solid components (OR=1.589, P=0.047) and more lobulation sign (OR=2.762, P=0.026). ALK gene mutations were likely to occur in younger patients (OR=2.950, P=0.045), with somking history (OR=1.070, P=0.002), and there were more micropapillary components (OR=4.184, P=0.019) and VPI (OR=2.986, P=0.034) in pathology. Conclusion The EGFR and ALK genes mutated adenocarcinomas have specific imaging and clinicopathological features, and the mutations in exon 19 or exon 21 subtype have different imaging features, which is of great significance in guiding the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules.

Mitochondria provides most of the energy to drive cell function, and its dysfunction can lead to a variety of disease. Since mitochondria has been proved to be able to transfer between cells, mitochondrial transplantation has become an innovative idea for the treatment of mitochondrial dysfunction and this technology has been supported by evidences from animal experiments. The transplantation of mitochondrial is potentially applied in the treatment of disease of various tissues including heart, liver, lung and brain.

Walnut shell (WS) was used as carbon source and KOH as activator. A series of activated carbon with different pore structures were produced by changing the mass ratio of KOH to carbonized precursor from walnut shell (KOH/carbonized precursor ratio), so as to reveal the relationship between the pore structure and the electrochemical performance. The result shows that the specific surface area, total pore volume, and percentage of mesoporous volume of activated carbon increased obviously with rising KOH/carbonized precursor ratio. Both the initial discharge specific capacity and the scaling performance of the composite cathode increased of first and then decreased slightly with the increase of specific surface area, total pore volume, and percentage of mesoporous volume. When the KOH/carbonized precursor ratio was 6∶1, WSAC-6/S with large specific surface area (3 913 m2/g), total pore volume (2.26 cm3/g), and percentage of mesoporous volume (59.4%) showed high initial specific capacity (1 397 mAh/g) and stable charge/discharge performance (869 mAh/g after 100 cycles at 0.2 C). Especially, at 0.5 C, it still exhibited excellent electrochemical performance, and the specific discharge capacity maintained at 707 mAh/g after 200 cycles.

This paper defines the connotation of Digital China. Based on the concept of"Five-in-one"put forward by the Party Central Committee, this paper summarizes the construction logic of Digital China Index System from the three levels of macro objectives, strategy quantification and measurement, and puts forward five core indicators, nine main indicators and four sub item index systems of Digital China. At the same time, various types of efficacy functions, weighted factor analysis and cluster analysis are used to carry out dimensionless processing, weighted calculation and data statistical analysis of the basic data of Digital China index system. Finally, we propose some policy suggestions for the construction of Digital China in the future.

The polypyrrole-based imprinted membrane material was prepared on gold plated quartz wafer by potentiostatic method. The morphology, structure, and composition of membrane material were characterized by SEM, FT-IR, and XPS. The results show that the surface micromorphology of material was cauliflower-like, and the membrane contained H2PO4-, which had the characteristics of H2PO4- imprinting. The exchange properties of HxPO4(3-x)- were investigated by electrochemical method. The results show that with the increase of pH, the ion exchange capacity first decreased and then increased, showing a “V” shape. As the concentration of NaH2PO4 increased, the ion exchange capacity monotonously increased, up to 150 mg/g.

Min County is an area with frequent debris flow in the south part of Gansu Province. In order to study the movement and accumulation characteristics of debris flow, the Malu River basin in Min County, Gansu Province, which was affected by serious debris flow on May 10, 2012, is selected as the research area. Six debris flow gullies in the basin are taken as the research object, which are taken as a whole. Considering the main river's scouring and carrying of debris flow deposits, FLO-2D is used to simulate the flow situation and different rainfall frequency of the main river before rainfall. According to the field investigation results, the debris flow simulation results under the condition of 2% rainfall frequency are compared to verify the accuracy of the model. Based on the simulation results, ArcGIS is used to carry out the risk assessment, identify the high-risk debris flow gully in the basin, delimit the high-risk residential area, and make statistics of the impacted area, so as to provide scientific basis for debris flow prevention and early warning.

A high-density array of ZIF-9 was grown on the carbon fiber of carbon paper by a solvothermal method, followed by one-step pyrolysis and reoxidation to form a ZIF-9 based porous carbon/carbon fiber conductive composite material. SEM, TEM, EDS, XRD, XPS, and BET characterization results show that the materials prepared at different oxidation times had the same morphology and composition; With the increase of oxidation time, the pore size shows the tendency of unimodal porous carbon→bimodal porous carbon→unimodal porous carbon. The galvanostatic charge/discharge, cyclic voltammetry, and electrochemical impedance measurements show that the specific discharge capacity and cycle stability of the battery increased first and then decreased with increasing oxidation time. When the oxidation time was 2 h, the prepared C-N-Co3O4(2)/CP material was bimodal porous carbon with the most probable pore diameter of 2.0 nm, and its battery had the best specific capacitance and cycle stability. Porous carbon with suitable pore size and bimodal pores can improve battery capacity and stability.

The middle reach of the Taohe River in the southern part of Gansu Province is severely threatened by debris flow hazard. The Eryang River is an important branch of the Taohe River. On May 10, 2012, a large amount of debris flows was triggered by extreme heavy rainfall (with 1% frequency), resulting in serious losses of human life and property in Minxian County of Gansu Province. In order to recognize the hazard of debris flow in small watersheds, six key debris flow gullies in the Eryang watershed were selected as the research areas. The numerical simulation software FLO-2D was used to simulate the debris flow movement and accumulation characteristics of each debris flow gully under the actual “5·10” rainfall conditions, so as to reconstruct the "5·10" debris flow disaster scenario. Numerical simulation results show that the flow speed increased to the maximum after 15～30 minutes since the outburst. The flow lasted for about 3 hours. The speed in the moving section was very high, and decreased sharply at the gully-mouth, deposits accumulated in the river valley. According to the remote sensing and field investigation, the simulation results were compared with the actual situation. The comparison shows the simulation effect is good, and the deposition area, the discharge process, and the main damage area are well reconstructed by FLO-2D simulation. The same method and parameters are used to simulate the accumulation range, depth and velocity of debris flow under the precipitation of 2.0% and 0.2% frequencies, and the risk zoning map is produced by the simulation data. The potentially threatened houses and properties are also outlined. These provide references to the local government to control the debris risk. This work also provides a practical approach for the debris flow hazard assessment.

In view of the service characteristics of driving devices such as construction machinery， aerospace， rail transit and electric vehicle in the variable speed and variable torsion， the damage mechanism of thermal-scuffing failure for gear transmission is expounded， the multi factor coupling correlation relationship of thermal-scuffing is constructed， and the influences of transmission torque， gear speed， oil viscosity and oil temperature on the contact temperature for meshing tooth surfaces are analyzed， the corresponding design ideas to improve the thermal-scuffing load capacity is formed. At the same time， aiming at the combination of 18CrNiMo7-6 carburizing and quenching +ISO-VG 220 lubricating oil transmission gear， series of tests are carried out. The action weights of contact temperature and oil film thickness in thermal-scuffing analysis are determined. The value of failure boundary temperature for thermal-scuffing is also measured， the basis data for accurate evaluation on the gear thermal-scuffing bearing capacity in variable speed and variable torque in engineering application can be provided.

To compare the volatile flavor characteristics of red jujube from different origins, volatile aroma components of jujube fruit from five origins (Xinzheng, Lingbao, Yulin, Hotan and Dezhou) were analyzed by headspace solid-phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The results showed that a total of 51 compounds were identified, among which the most volatile compounds were contained in Xinjiang Hotan jujube. Combined with multivariate statistical analysis, the differences in the overall volatile flavor substances of red jujube from different origins could be well distinguished. Under the conditions of satisfying the variable importance in projection>1 and P<0.05, 13 differential characteristic aroma substances, including methyl caproate, methyl decanoate, hexanal, and benzaldehyde, were screened out from red jujube samples, which imparted unique almond, sweet, and fruity flavors to red jujube. The results of this study clarify the chemical substance basis of the aroma quality of red jujube from different origins, provide a new idea for the origin tracing study of red jujube, and further provide a scientific basis for the rational processing and utilization of jujube fruit resources. Background and objective Anatomical segmentectomy is more and more widely used in lung nodules and early stage lung cancer. Postoperative lung air leakage is one of the common complications after surgery. This study aimed to explore the effect of the application of repair materials in precise segmentectomy under thoracoscopy in reducing postoperative lung air leakage. Methods This study included patients admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital who were scheduled to undergo thoracoscopic segmentectomy from August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2019. According to the difference of the materials used in the treatment of the inter-segment interface during the operation: patients who used microporous polysaccharide hemostatic powder+fibrin adhesive glue+absorbable polyglycolic acid patch were divided into group A, and the patients with fibrin adhesive+absorbable polyglycolic acid patch were divided into group B. The preoperative basic information of all patients and the daily postoperative chest drainage volume, the indwelling time of the chest drainage tube, the chest radiograph before the chest drainage tube is removed, the chest radiograph after the chest drainage tube is removed, blood routine and postoperative hospital stay were collected and recorded, and the effect of the application of intraoperative repair materials on postoperative lung air leakage was analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences in the indwelling time of thoracic drainage tube (P=0.019) and postoperative hospital stay (P=0.017) between the two groups. Conclusion Compared with the use of the fibrin glue+absorbability polyglycolic acid patch, the use of microporous polysaccharide hemostatic powder+fibrin glue+absorbability polyglycolic acid patch in the treatment of the inter-segment interface during segmentectomy can better reduce the incidence of postoperative air leakage and shorten the postoperative hospital stay.

With the popularity of computed tomography (CT) scan in recent years, early stage lung cancer has been discovered in large numbers of patients and pulmonary segmentectomy has been widely used clinically. Identification of the intersegmental plane is one of the key steps in pulmonary segmentectomy, and current methods for identifying the intersegmental plane are numerous and have their own advantages and disadvantages. We will review relevant methods to help the clinical practice.

Background and objective For early-stage lung cancer, segmentectomy can get the same oncological benefits as lobectomy. Accurate identification of the intersegmental border is the key to segmentectomy. This study used extended segmentectomy and extended subsegmentectomy to treat lung intersegmental and intersubsegmental ground-glass nodules (GGN) by utilizing modified inflation-deflation methods to distinguish the intersegmental and intersubsegmental borders. The accuracy of modified inflation-deflation methods and the effectiveness of extended resection to guarantee a safe surgical margin were evaluated. Methods A retrospective analysis of 83 cases of extended segmentectomy and extended subsegmentectomy was conducted. Preoperative three-dimensional computed tomography bronchography and angiography (3D-CTBA) revealed that nodules were involved in intersegmental or intersubsegmental veins. Based on preoperative three-dimensional reconstruction, the surgery was designed to extendedly remove the dominant lung segment or subsegment with nodules involved. When the dominant lung segment or subsegment could not be identified, the simpler lung segment or subsegment was selected for the resection. After the target vessel and bronchus were cut off during the operation, modified inflation-deflation method was used to determine the border, and a stapler was used to resect the adjacent lung segment or subsegment tissue by 2 cm-3 cm around the inflation-deflation boundary line. Then, the relationship between the inflation-deflation boundary line and the nodule and the width of the surgical margin were measured. Clinical data were collected during the perioperative period. Results 56 extended segmentectomies and 27 extended subsegmentectomies were performed. The average diameter of pulmonary nodules was (0.9±0.3) cm. There were 79 cases with clearly inflation-deflation boundary lines. The average time needed for the appearance of the lines was (13.6±6.5) min. In 55 cases, the nodules were involved with the inflation-deflation boundary lines. Meanwhile, the remaining 24 cases revealed an average minimum distance of (0.6±0.3) cm between nodules and the boundary lines. The average width of surgical margin was (2.1±0.3) cm in these 79 cases. No deaths or major complications appeared during 30 d after operation. Conclusion The modified inflation-deflation method can effectively define the intersegmental and intersubsegmental borders, and guarantee the safe surgical margins of extended segmentectomy and extended subsegmentectomy to treat intersegmental and intersubsegmental small lung tumors.

Background and objective Pulmonary epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma is a very rare type of salivary gland lung tumor. No standard treatment plan yet. This article intends to analyze the clinical characteristics of pulmonary epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of a patient with pulmonary epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma were analyzed and other relevant clinical literatures were reviewed. Results Epithelial cells immunohistochemically expressed cytokeratin and myoepithelial cells immunohistochemically expressed SMA and S-100. The next-generation sequencing was mainly HRAS gene mutation and the express of PD-L1 protein was negative. Conclusion Most of the patients with Pulmonary epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma have a good prognosis. Diagnosis mainly depends on microscopic examination and immunohistochemistry. The treatment of pulmonary epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma is mainly surgical resection. The effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy is not clear.

Lung cancer is a worldwide malignancy with high morbidity and mortality in the world. With the application of low-dose spiral computed tomography in the screening and diagnosis of lung cancer, more lung cancers are detected at an early stage and cured by surgical treatment. Anatomical lobectomy has long been the standard procedure for the treatment of early stage non-small cell lung cancer. However, whether intentional segmentectomy can be more used remains controversial. And this paper focuses on the question.

The government recently promotes education subsidy policy in order to achieve the policy goals that enhance the educational equity, improve the quality of education, and reduce the burden of parenting on families. While the central government sets policy, the local government adjusts the policies based on the features of the local. The implementations of the policies result in policy-oriented learning and subsidy program changes. This study used Sabatier's perspective of synthetic approach to explore early childhood education subsidy policy in terms of policy sub-system, problems that occurred during the implementations, policy learning, and the direction of subsidy programs changes again in the future among 14 preschool educators and educational administrators. The research reaches the following major findings. The beliefs of the education subsidy policy are consistent with the philosophy of preschool educators; hence such consistence is conducive to promote the implementation of subsidy policy. The policy network structure of the central government, local governments, and preschools are collaborated one another in the process of implementing the subsidy. The complexity of the subsidy operation resulted into different levels of problems. In order to solve the problems, policy learning was enacted and therefore it affected policy change. Moreover, the changing of the education subsidy policy only modifies the way to achieve the goal, but not the core beliefs of the subsidy policy. The directions for policy changes include setting policy goals on educational purposes, enactment of social justice, calling for education quality, and provision of subsidies in addition to financial ones. Finally, suggestions are provided for policy planners, particularly collecting information on policy enacting, making policy changes through policy learning. The education administration authorities should act as policy brokers to communicate with different units and protect the rights and interests of relevant personnel. Policy planners should analyze the social environment and provide strong evidence to strengthen policies and goals. The suitability for the economically disadvantaged grants should be reexamined for its appropriateness and income tax laws should be modified in order to implement the core beliefs of the subsidy policy on preschoolers. Chordoma is a rare primary malignant bone tumor derived from notochord remnants. Due to its strong local invasiveness and chemotherapy resistance, chordoma has a high local recurrence rate and poor prognosis. Although previous studies identified many molecules including brachyury as the oncogenes in chordoma, the pathogenesis of chordoma remains to be fully elucidated. The treatment of chordoma is still a challenge for the surgeons. In recent year, multiple novel biomarkers such as iASPP, SMARCB1 and signaling pathways like PI3K/AKT have been reported to be related with the pathogenesis of chordoma. Identifying crucial targets and signaling pathways is helpful to understand the pathogenesis of chordoma further, and lays a solid foundation to develop new drugs to improve the therapeutic effects of chordoma on the other hand. In this paper, we aim to review the recent advances in molecular regulation mechanism of chordoma.

Effect of low-melting-point curing agent (MOEA) on property of epoxy resin was studied. The properties of epoxy resin (MOEA40) with MOEA as the curing agent were characterized and compared with the epoxy resin (DDM30) with 4, 4'-diaminodiphenyl methane (DDM) as the curing agent. The viscosity-temperature property, curing behavior, mechanical properties and thermal properties were characterized by rotational rheometer, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), universal material testing machine, dynamic thermomechanical analyzer (DMA) and thermal gravimetric analyzer (TGA), respectively. The results show that MOEA40 has better viscosity-temperature property than that of DDM30. MOEA shows low viscosity (0.2-3.5Pa·s) in the temperature range of 60-140℃. MOEA40 and DDM30 are cured with the same curing progressing. Cured MOEA40 shows outstanding mechanical properties with bending strength about 147MPa and tensile strength about 89 MPa, which are 9.7% and 11.2% higher than that of cured DDM30 (bending strength 134MPa, tensile strength 80MPa). In addition, cured MOEA40 shows higher glass transition temperature (168℃) and higher thermal stability with 5% mass loss temperature about 367℃ in nitrogen atmosphere.
