To prepare bioactive peptides from rapeseed cake directly, the superfine grinding technology was used，and the resulting rapeseed cake superfine powder was used as the material. Single-factor experiments and response surface analysis were used to optimize the preparation extraction. The active peptides were purified by membrane separation and Sephadex G-15 membrane separation, and their antioxidant activity and structure were evaluated. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions were as follows: grinding time 30 min, solid-to-liquid ratio 1:20(g/mL), pH2.94, enzyme dosage 6300 U/g, temperature 55 ℃, and enzymatic hydrolysis time 2.25 h. Under these conditions, the yield of peptides could reach 83.28%. The F-2 fraction from hydrolysates with molecular mass less than 1000 Da showed good antioxidant activity, with an ABTS+ free radical eliminating rate of 71.62% at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. Furthermore, five peptides were identified, namely PF, SF, TF, IAIPF, and PLDLL which were predicted to have much higher activity. Overall, the results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for the exploration of bioactive peptides directly from rapeseed cakes.

In order to explore the effects of grinding strength on the physicochemical properties and protein extraction of rapeseed meal powder, cryogenic superfine milling was used to prepare six kinds of rapeseed meal powders according to the grinding time (5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, and 60 min), namely SGR-5, SGR-10, SGR-15, SGR-20, SGR-30, SGR-40, SGR-60, and conventional crushing one was used as a control, named GR. The results showed that the structure of the rapeseed meal powder was easily destroyed by a moderate superfine grinding compared with the conventional crushing, which was followed by a reduction in their particle size distribution, insoluble dietary fiber content, and water/oil holding capacity, thereby increasing the protein extraction rate. While the grinding process had almost no effect on their total dietary fiber content. Specially, a minimum particle size of the powder would be gotten when grinding for 40 min, about 16 μm (D50), and further grinding would cause the aggregation of powder particles. Moreover, 30 min of superfine grinding was the optimal condition for the extraction of rapeseed meal protein by alkali-extraction. In addition, the alkali pH was another important parameter for the extraction of rapeseed meal protein.

In order to investigate the functional effects of superfine grinding technology on Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed, in this study, superfine grinding technology was used to prepare Zanthoxylum bungeanum superfine powder. The basic components, particle size, color, surface morphology, and the water/oil holding capacity, expansion force, compaction density were investigated and recorded using particle size analyzer, spectrophotometer, and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the soluble dietary fiber content of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed powder gradually increased with the decrease of particle size. In comparison with the conventionally produced powder, the size of superfine powder could decrease to 7.69 μm, along with a larger specific surface area and stronger powder uniformity. As the particle size decreased, the color of the superfine powder gradually increased in L*, a*, and b* values. After superfine grinding, the water-holing capacity, oil-holding capacity, and swelling capacity would increase to 1.65 g/g, 1.16 g/g, and 2.35 mL/g, respectively. In addition, angles of repose and slide increased butthe tap density exhibited the opposite tendency. SEM images revealed that fiber bundle could be more thoroughly crushed with grinding time. In summary, the uniform Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed powder with a smaller particle size, higher powder uniformity, more soluble dietary fiber and better hydration capacity can be prepared through superfine grinding. However, to some extent, superfine grinding will also decrease the density and fluidity of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed powder.

A large spontaneous mass on the dorsal abdomen near the hip joint was found in an aged female Tupaia belangeri subsp. yaoshanensis after 5 years of routine feeding. The tumor in the diseased tree shrew was huge, with an intact surface and no ulceration; however, it caused inconvenience in movement while maintaining a good mental state. After inhalation anesthesia with isoflurane (2%-4%), the tree shrew was euthanized after the tree shrew entered deep anesthesia. Anatomical dissection of the tumor, the tumor boundary was unclear and infiltrated into surrounding tissues. HE staining showed that small focal pleomorphism and large areas of adipocytes were seen in the tumor tissue. The pleomorphic sarcoma area was mainly composed of atypical epithelioid cells with easily visible nuclear divisions. The size of the adipocytes was significantly different, and more pleomorphic adipocytes were seen. The cell volume was large, the nucleus was deeply stained and deformed, the edge was impressed, and the cytoplasm was seen with multiple vesicular lipid droplets. Immunohistochemical results showed that the tumor cells were positive for Vimentin, the small focal polymorphic adipocyte nucleus was positive for S-100, and Ki-67 exhibited a higher proportion of positivity. Combined with HE staining and immunohistochemical results, the spontaneous tumor in this tree shrew was comprehensively diagnosed as pleomorphic liposarcoma.

Objective To observe the primary tumor of tree shrews and to provide a basis for studying the pathogenesis and prevention of trichoepithelioma.Methods A tumor was discovered in the chest and abdomen of a tree shrew during natural cultivation. The tree shrew was anesthetized, and the tumor was surgically removed. Hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining and immunohistochemical staining were performed on the tumor tissue after paraffin section, and the tumor cells were isolated and cultured by passage. The isolated tumor cells were subcutaneously injected into healthy tree shrews and nude mice. The tumorigenesis of tumor cells in vivo was observed once a day, with nude mice continuously observed for 2 months and tree shrews observed for more than 6 months.Results HE staining showed that the basal cells in the dermis were arranged as a whole, like a string of petals, forming nests and stripe-like structures with clear boundaries. The observation results after magnification revealed that the tumor cells were arranged in a pallisade-like and basal pattern, with deep nuclear staining and minimal cytoplasmic. Immunohistochemical staining showed the high expression of CK protein and low proportion expression of ki-67 protein in tumor cells, as well as the high expression of vimentin and low expressions of Bcl2 and CD10 in tumor cell mesenchyme. The isolated tumor cells grew well in DMEM medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum and could be cultured by passage, but no tumor formation was observed in healthy tree shrews and nude mice inoculated with tumor cells.Conclusion Combined with the location of the tumor, overall morphology, HE staining, and immunohistochemical results, the thoracoabdominal mass of the tree shrew was diagnosed as a trichoepithelioma.

As a high-quality peptide source with rich sources, natural environmental protection and none side effects，high Fischer ratio oligopeptides widely exist in natural animals and plants.High Fischer ratio oligopeptides have a variety of biological activities, such as anti-fatigue, anti-oxidation, sobering up, adjuvant treatment of liver disease and phenylketonuria. Because of its high content of branched chain amino acids, high Fischer ratio oligopeptides can improve the imbalance between branched chain amino acids and aromatic amino acids in patients with liver disease, and play an important role in the adjuvant treatment of chronic liver disease and its complications. This paper mainly reviews the raw materials, preparation, separation and purification methods, liver protection efficacy and action mechanism of food-derived high Fischer ratio oligopeptides, focusing on the introduction of several raw material proteins including plant protein, aquatic product protein and milk derived protein in animal protein, two preparation methods including enzymatic hydrolysis and microbial fermentation, several separation and purification methods including membrane separation, activated carbon adsorption and chromatographic separation, and the liver protection effect of high Fischer ratio oligopeptides and three ways to play the role of liver protection. This review is trying to provide a theoretical reference for the future development and application of food-derived high Fischer ratio oligopeptides in the field of food and medicine.

In order to reduce the sintering temperature and obtain higher fracture toughness of WC cemented carbides without metallic binder, WC cemented carbide was toughened by MgO and B2O3. Dense WC-MgO-B2O3 bulk materials were prepared at the relative low temperature of 1400℃ via spark plasma sintering(SPS), and the effects of MgO-B2O3 addition on sintering mechanism, microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of WC cemented carbides without metallic binder were studied. The results show that the addition of MgO-B2O3 promotes the sintering densification of WC, and reduces the sintering temperature of WC cemented carbides without metallic binder. With the increase of MgO-B2O3 contents, the morphology of some second phases in the microstructure is gradually transformed from short rod-shaped to long rod-shaped, and then to aggregated block. When MgO-B2O3 content reaches 8% (mass fraction), the bulk material has better fracture toughness of (9.45±0.37) MPa·m1/2, and its hardness is (18.16±0.17) GPa.

The aim of the study was to improve the yield of rapeseed meal protein and reduce the content of glucosinolate by optimizing the alkali-extraction and acid-precipitation process, and the bioactivities were also explored. And single factor experiment and response surface analysis were used. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows, solid-liquid ratio 1:40 g/mL, pH13.1, temperature 46 ℃ and extraction time 82 min. Under these conditions, the average yield of protein and glucosinolate content were 8.78% and 1.65%. And then pH4.0 was used for protein precipitation, while the sediments and supernatant were processed by vacuum freeze-drying and spray-drying respectively and correspondingly two sorts of protein extractions, rapeseed meal precipitated protein and rapeseed meal acid soluble protein. Using micaps data, Doppler radar data and mesoscale meteorological data, etc, eighteen hail events occurred in Jinhua area during 9 years were analyzed. The results showed that:(1) the weather types of hail in Jinhua can be classified into two types, i.e., westerly trough type and subtropical high type. The annual high occurrence time is concentrated in spring and summer, while the diurnal peak is concentrated in the afternoon. (2) The convective available potential energy and wind vertical shear are two important factors for hail generation. Hail in summer mostly occurred in high energy and weak wind shear environment. Hail in spring mostly occurred in the low energy and strong wind shear environment. Large hail occurred in high energy environment, especially in the high energy and medium shear environment. (3) The moisture content of the atmosphere before the occurrence of hail is very high. The average value of PWV can reach 40.8 mm, and level of wet blub zero is appropriate. (4) The lifetime of hail is more than 1 hour, and the maximum radar base reflectivity is above 60 dBz. The distribution of storm top height of hailstorm cloud is consistent with that of echo top height, and has an obvious seasonal variation. (5) VIL (storm cell) of hail storm increases first and then decreases, with at least one jump in the middle. The sudden drop time after the maximum value is basically the same as the hail time. Strong weather probability (SWP) product is ahead 12~160 min of hail.

The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary microencapsulated compound probiotics on the growth performance, immune function, and intestinal flora of weaned piglets. Twenty-four healthy weaned piglets (Landrace x Rongchang) with similar weight were randomly divided into a control group and experimental group, with three replicates in each group and four pigs in each replicate. The control group was fed with corn-soybean meal basal diet, while the experimental group was fed with 0.1% microencapsulated compound probiotics, including Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Lactobacillus plantarum and Bacillus subtilis. The trial period was 42 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the average daily gain, average daily feed intake, and feed-to-weight ratio of piglets in the experimental group had no significant difference, but the serum growth hormone content tended to increase. Compared with the control group, the concentrations of IgA, IgG, and IgM in the experimental group had no significant difference, but the concentrations of interleukin-1 and interleukin-6 decreased significantly (P<0.05). The relative abundance of Muribaculaceae, ruminal bacteria, Christenium and other bacteria in the experimental group increased significantly. The study indicates that adding microencapsulated compound probiotics in diet increased the content of growth hormone in piglets, reduced the content of inflammatory molecules, increased the richness and diversity of intestinal microorganisms. The accurate identification and monitoring of urban green space is of great significance in urban planning and ecological management. In view of the complex background of urban green space, the traditional remote sensing classification technology is prone to the problem of misalignment and adhesion. Taking Yuhua District of Changsha City as the research area and Gaofen-2 ( GF-2) remote sensing image as the data source, we proposed a remote sensing classification method for urban green space based on the LA-UNet model, which was based on the UNet model. We introduced the DWTCA channel attention mechanism module to improve the attention of the network to green space information, and used the CARAFE module to up sample the extracted features to achieve accurate classification of trees, shrubs and other land types in the complex background of the city. The results showed that the LA-UNet model had the best classification effect of urban green space when using standard false color remote sensing images. The overall accuracy and mean intersection over union were 96.3% and 90.9%, which were 2.8% and 6.1% higher than the UNet model, respectively. In the Potsdam public dataset, the overall accuracy and mean intersection over union of the LA-UNet model were also better than those of the UNet model, which increased by 0.9% and 1.8%, respectively, indicating that the LA-UNet model had good robustness and versatility. In summary, the proposed LA-UNet model could effectively alleviate the problems of misalignment and adhesion of urban green space, with advantages in the remote sensing classification of urban green space. The improved LA- UNet model had a smaller parameter volume than the UNet model, which could effectively improve the classification accuracy of urban green space. :In order to study the corronon reiistance of iitanium alloy surface microstructure in seawater, laser was used to process the microstructure on the titanrnm alloy surface,and a superhydrophobic iitanium alloy surface was obtamed by modifying it with fluoronlane. The prepared sample was immersed in ariiSisial seawater at 40 *C for one day, and the morphology, dement content, and polarization curve changes of the titanmm alloy surface microstructure before and after ariiSisial seawater immerrion were compared. The results showed that there was no change in its morphology, and the oxygen content only increased by 1.1%. However, the open iircuit potential and sflt-corrosion potential did not change before and after immerson nn artificial seawater, with values of 0. 08 V and --0. 07 Viespectivlly. This ndicates that the surface microstructure of superhydrophobic titanmm alloy has good corroson resistance nn artificial seawatee. Aiming at the problems of weak evaluation methods and unclear driving mechanism of regional flood disaster resilience, an evaluation index system of flood disaster resilience from natural, economic, social and technical dimensions was constructed, and Projection Pursuit Model Based on Bald Eagle Search Optimization Algorithm(BES-PP)was established. Based on this, the BES-PP model was used to evaluate the flood disaster resilience of Jiamusi City from 2003 to 2020. The results show that the resilience level of Jiamusi city can be divided into three stages: the first stage (2003-2006) resilience rose steadily but at a low level; the second stage (2007-2013) resilience fluctuated obviously; the third stage (2014-2020) resilience rose rapidly and finally reached a high level. In order to analyze the driving mechanism, the BES-PP model was used to analyze the weights of each index. The results showed that the natural rights-protecting weights of economic peacekeeping reached 1.211 68 and 0.932 42, respectively, and their average weights reached 0.302 92 and 0.310 81, which were much higher than the technical dimensions of social peacekeeping. It shows that the index of natural and economic dimensions has a high degree of influence on the resilience of flood disaster and the important role of natural and economic factors in avoiding flood disaster should be paid attention to. In order to verify the performance of the BES-PP model, Projection Pursuit Model Based on Slime Mould Algorithm (SMA-PP)and Projection Pursuit Model Based on Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA-PP) are introduced for comparative analysis. The results show that the BES-PP model has obvious advantages in performance. In addition, the evaluation results of BES-PP, SMA-PP and WOA-PP were analyzed by using the serial number sum theory, and it was found that the evaluation results of the BES-PP model were more reasonable. The research results provide a scientific basis for the improvement of disaster prevention and reduction capacity of Jiamusi city, and also provide some valuable information for the assessment of disaster resilience. The current study explored the distribution of aquatic vegetation, species diversity, community characteristics and succession features of Caohai wetland based on previous results and recently obtained data, and analyzed the primary driving factors of community succession. Results showed that there were 67 species of aquatic plants, which belong to 40 genera and 28 families, and 22 dominant plant association in Caohai wetland in 2016. Compared with results of 1983, both dominant species and preponderant associations changed dramatically. The dominant aquatic plant associations have gradually changed from sedge family to grass family. The alien species Alternanthera philoxeroides in the Caohai wetland has formed an invasion trend in the water fluctuation belt, waterway and wharf, and its population density can reach 70 plants/m² in some regions. The total biomass of aquatic plants of each life in Caohai wetland has increased in the past 30 years, and in 2016 it was 4.1 times that of 1983. Relevant data indicate that human activity, bird migration, water and soil loss, eutrophication, and alien species invasion have influenced the biodiversity and community succession of Caohai wetland. [Objectives] To determine the compatibility of eight common pesticides with Lecanicillium lecanii JMC-01, and the toxicity of combinations of each pesticide and L. lecanii JMC-01 to Bemisia tabaci nymphs. [Methods] The effects of each of eight pesticides on the spore germination and sporulation of L. lecanii, and their LC50 and co-toxicity coefficients with respect to B. tabaci nymphs, were tested using the coating and dipping methods. [Results] The growth inhibition rate, spore germination inhibition rate and sporulation inhibition rate of L. lecanii decreased with pesticide dilution factor. The bio-pesticide lspinetoram, veratrine and azadirachtin were the most compatibile and had the best synergistic effect with L. lecanii. The inhibition rates of spore germination for 10-fold dilutions of lspinetoram, veratrine and azadirachtin were 20.02%, 16.41%, and 15.38%, respectively, and sporulation inhibition rates were 17.77%, 15.90%, and 14.96%, respectively. Mycelial growth inhibition rates for the above pesticides were 9.96%, 8.87%, and 9.74%, respectively. The best synergistic control was achieved using a combination of azadirachtin and veratrine with L. lecanii. Maximum CTC was 315 and 302, respectively. [Conclusion] Selecting pesticides that are compatibile with L. lecanii, and that have a high co-toxicity coefficient at low doses, can significantly reduce the amount of pesticide required to control B. tabaci in greenhouses. This paper aims to effectively reduce the conflict disputes in the general contracting project of urban rail transit caused by various factors, such as chaotic work interface and poor communication or coordination. On the basis of typical conflict processing mechanism in partnering mode, this study quantifies the conflict degree and identifies the main conflict subjects according to conflict analysis theory, so as to achieve rational and scientific decision-making process in conflict processing. After that, the characteristics description of conflicts is taken as the pre-processing of conflict decision-making. Based on the principle of conflict ejection mechanism of partnering mode and the hierarchical division results of conflict processing, the partnering mode-based conflict processing mechanism of the general contracting project is constructed. Finally, the paper adopts this mechanism to process the conflict of Guangzhou Metro No.18 Line Project. According to the result, this method is feasible and operable and it can offer the theoretical basis and practical guidance to cope with the conflict in the urban rail transit project. At present, it is more necessary for the owner to choose a trustworthy general contractor for the general contracting project. However, it is difficult for the existing prequalification index system of the general contracting bidding to meet the need of owner for initial trust in the general contractor. Based on the existing studies on sources of initial trust, this study determined three initial sources of trust and transmission dimensions in Chinese context, namely, calculus-based trust, guanxi-based trust and Institution-based trust. Qualitative research methods such as literature check were used to identify prequalification indexes of general contracting projects that are corresponded to the dimension of initial trust. The weight of indexes was determined by using AHP method, and the general contracting projects of subway projects were taken as an example for index setting and application. A silicone tackifier PHMS - 12 with epoxy and alkoxy functional groups for the addition - cure liquid silicone rubber( LSR) was prepared, with tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane ( DH4), octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane( D4), hexamethyldisiloxane (MM), vinyl trimethoxysilane and allyl glycidyl ether as the raw materials. Then the microstructure of the tackifier was characterized. the effects of the amount of PHMS -12 on the viscosity, the hardness, curing charecteristics of the liquid silicone rubber, and adhesion properties on the various substrates were investigated. Results show that when the amount of PHMS - 12 on 0. 8%, the addition - cure LSR is well bonded to polyethulene terephthalate ( PET), polyimide ( PI ), stainless steel, addition - cure LSR is well bonded to polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyimide ( PI ), stainless steel, copper, aluminium and other substractes. The slicone rubber has the tensile strength of 7. 3 MPa, the elongation at the break of 400%, the tear strength of 30.5kN/m, Shore A hardness of 61, and the scorch time t10 and the positive curing time t90 is 34 s and 86 s, respectively. Based on the perspective of supply chain management, the FCM model of sustainable development of prefabricated buildings was constructed. Based on the three kinds of management behaviors of supply chain leaders, this paper analyzed the influence mechanism of the three kinds of key supply chain management behaviors on the sustainable competitive advantage of prefabricated buildings through the situational simulation from the aspects of the sustainable development speed and effectiveness. Results showed that under the stimulation of the ecological design, standard establishment, benefit-sharing contract, the speed of sustainable development was different. These three kinds of management behaviors have different effects on the sustainable development direction: the ecological design and standards establishment have positive effect on promoting sustainable development while benefit-sharing contract generated a negative impact. The impact loading tests of shell charge with different guard plate thickness were carried out using the 25 mm smoothbore cannon, the failure modes change and charge reaction state of fragment and guard plate under impacting the charge with shell by 18.6 g standard fragment at 1 820-1 830 m/s velocity were obtained, the charge response degree were observed by high speed photography, and a protective structure that can reduce the reaction grade of the charge with shell was proposed. The results show that when the thickness of front guard plate is 10 mm, the failure mode of the front guard plate is same diameter perforation with a diameter of 28 mm, and the fragments penetrating the front guard plate form several large quality fragments. When the thickness of front guard plate increases to 16 mm, the spalling layer with a diameter of 37 mm is formed on the back of front guard plate and the fragments become dense small quality fragment groups. Compared with the charge combustion reaction caused by several large quality fragments, the dense small quality fragment groups are more easily to form multiple hot spots in the charge interior, which will lead to more intense deflagration reaction of the charge. To assess the vulnerability of HAE charge (HMX-based aluminized explosive), a roast bomb structure with different thermal conductivity of external shell coating and coating layer was designed. The response properties of explosive charge under fast cook-off condition were studied. The effects of different outer shell coating materials (organic insulating layer and polymer composite coating) and coating materials with different thermal conductivity on the fast cook-off time and response results of HAE explosive charge were analyzed. The results show that thermal conductivity of external shell coating and coating layer does not change the response grade of the explosive charge (explosives are combustion or thrown out), they mainly affect the time of pressure membrane breakage and the time of cook-off resistance, it is delayed to a different extent than the comparative formulation (the outer coating is uncoated and the coating is silicone rubber). The influence of organic coating on the response parameters of explosive charge is not obvious, the film breaking time(t1) and the time of cook-off resistance (t3) of the roast bomb were delayed by 0.06 min and 0.12 min, respectively, compared with the comparative formulation,when the polymer composite coating is used alone, the response parameters of explosive charge can be effectively prolonged, the values of t1 and t3 were delayed by 1.17 min and 2.81 min, respectively, compared with the comparative formulation. When the external coating layer is an organic coating and the coating is replaced by hollow glass microspheres (HGMs), the explosive charge was ejected at the same time when the pressure membrane was broken, and the explosive charge can be burned steadily by using the external coating of polymer composite coating and the coating layer of HGMs substituted silicone rubber. A method was proposed for surface reconstruction of complex shapes. Taking slice image as input source, the corresponding relationship of upper and lower contours was established based on free-form deformation (FFD). The branching problem was converted into one-to-one case by the external axes projection (EAP). The framework could naturally deal with sparse input source and contours of arbitrary topology with high match, parallel and efficiency. In recent years, studies have shown that FRα has more expression in adenocarcinoma, such as ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical adenocarcinoma, non -small -cell lung cancer and malignant mesothelioma. Researches have shown that FRα affects the occurrence and development of tumor by participating in folic acid metabolism and estrogen receptor regulation and ERK signaling pathway. FRα expression in the gynecologic tumor is still controversial, and the specific mechanism is unknown. Aiming at the problem of resonance of the platform of the motion control with high frequency and fast response driven by linear motor, research on the servo control system model, the model of the servo dynamic stiffnees, quality of moving parts, online identification algorithm and resonance suppre esion method of integral resonant control (IRC), a control scheme based on online identification model of recursive least squares identification algorithm and resonance suppression of IRC was proposed. The servo control system model and the model of the servo dynamic stüfness were constructed, based on the simulation, the platform of the motion control with high frequency and fast response driven by linear motor was studied considering the influence of quality change of moving parts on the servo dynamic stiifnes and the influence of the servo dynamic stiffnees of the control system on the resonance, IRC was designed to supprees resonance on the base of utilizing parameters of resonance model from online identification. Farmland protection is a pressing issue in China's major agricultural regions because of the strategic importance of these regions for national food security. This study quantified the appropriate ecological compensation criteria for farmland protection by way of estimating farmers' opportunity cost and willingness to adopt environment-friendly farming practices. Based on survey data collected from Jingsan County, Hubei Province, a Tobit model was constructed to identify factors affecting farmers' willingness to accept (WTA). The result showed that with appropriate economic compensation for farmland protection, 77.1% and 64.7% of the surveyed households were willing to reduce usage of fertilizers and pesticides. When the reduced rates of fertilizer and pesticide increased from <10% to >50%, farmers' opportunity costs of production respectively increased from 1198 and 5850 yuan to 9698 and 9750 yuan per hectare per year, and their WTA increased from 4750 and 7313 yuan to 9781 and 12393 yuan per hectare per year. Farmers' opportunity cost and WTA in reducing pesticide inputs were larger than those in reducing the same rate of fertilizer inputs, and in each case farmers' WTA was greater than their opportunity cost. A farm's distance from township, farmers' knowledge about the ecology of farmland, and their expectation to improve the ecological environment of farmland had positive, significant effect on the farmers' WTA to reducing fertilization, while farmers' education level and the overall economic condition of the village had significantly negative effect. As to the issue of scarce matrix and low recommendation accuracy in traditional collaborative filtering algorithm, this paper came up with an collaborative filtering algorithm based on group dynamics of social psychology model. The algorithm adjusted the traditional prediction methods taking fully individual factors and environmental factors into consideration, then recommended to users. Experimental results show that this algorithm can not only achieve better recommendation accuracy and alleviat the data sparsity obviously, but also reduce error accumulation effectively. Aiming at the polarization phenomenon when the moisture content of green sand is measured by the resistance method, the polarization mechanism of green sand under the direct current electric field is further analyzed. The results show that the current through the sand specimen can be divided into the through-type conduction current and the absorption current, and the former keeps invariable while the latter decreases exponentially with the time. It is the absorption current that causes the polarization of green sand. Further, the equivalent model can be obtained where the serial connection of a resistor R and a capacitor C is in parallel with another resistor R'. To weaken or eliminate the polarization effect, three measures can be taken from decelerating the electron movement speed, accelerating the electrode reaction speed and eliminating the charge accumulation on the electrodes. Aiming at realizing the problem of the model parameters identification of motion control with high frequency and fast response, research on the identification model, least squares identification algorithm and filter, a least squares linear regreesion equation on the base of filter was used, namely adding a stable second-order transfer function, it was used in input and output data filter, could achieve the eefect of stable recognition. The simulation and experimental results show that the identification data of least squares in noisy close-loop motion control system is non-convergent and distorted, while is used least squares algorithm with filter can significantly improve the stability and accuracy of the control system, and can meet the requirements of high frequency and fast response. In order to solve the current difficulty of sludge dewatering, the sludge was modified by semi-coke which was the pyrolysis product of lignite. The lignite semi-coke's effect on modifying and deep concentrated dewatering of sludge was explored by the method of gravity concentrated dewatering. The results show that the dewatering property, the settling property and the mechanical dewatering property of sludge are improved greatly through adding semi-coke into the sludge. When 2 g semi-coke was added into 100 g sludge, the water content of concentrated sludge is reduced from 91. 13% to 78.05% after modified treatment. What's more, the water content of filter cake is reduced from 65. 00% to 49. 50% by vacuum filtration. In 20 minutes, the average sedimentation rate of sludge is increased from 2. 67 mL/min to 3. 25 mL/min. This study explored the mechanism of semi-coke on the modifying and deep concentrated dewatering of sludge. To demonstrate the support characteristics of active magnetic bearing! AMB), the equivalent stiffness and the equivalent damping are the commonly used parameters, which are inherited from the stiffness and damping parameters in traditional mechanical bearings. The support characteristics of AMB are determined by its transfer function of control system. Therefore, it is relatively difficult to confirm the equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping of AMB. In addition, the experiment methods for measuring the equivalent stiffness and damping of AMB proposed by most recent papers are almost all based on the single degree of freedom (DOF) model, which cannot be applied practically to the multi-DOF AMB-rotor systems. In this study, the applicable conditions for applying the equivalent stiffness and damping in AMB are firstly illuminated by analyzing the difference and relation between the traditional mechanical bearings and AMBs. Then, a method for measuring the equivalent stiffness and damping for the multi-DOF AMB-rotor systems is proposed. The experiments indicate the proposed method can identify the equivalent stiffness and damping of AMB-rotor system correctly and factually, showing its significance in the analysis and design of the AMB characteristics. To study the influence of isolated coal face mining on rock burst or strong tremor, the structure characteristics of thick-hard strata above 10305 isolated face were analyzed in this paper, and the seismic activity and burst risk were also monitored and analyzed. The results show that the strata structure above 10305 isolated face is an unsymmetrical isolated "T" structure, with the main key strata fractured on the short-arm side and non-fractured on the long-arm side, that is, the long-arm main key strata will fractrure and move in large-scale after face mining, and the risk of strong tremor or rock burst is relatively high. In addition, the inferior key strata can only form "O" fracturing structures, and the super-thick main key strata will form layered "O-X" structures, while the fracturing and movement of main and inferior key strata are the main sources of seismic activities. According to seismic monitoring, seismic events manily located on the long-arm side of "T" structure, especially the strong tremors occurred almost within the super-thick main key strata above 10305 and 10306. Moreover, the stong tremors present high ratios of S-wave to P-wave energy, which means they are mainly the results of shear fracturing or slip movement of main and inferior key strata. The burst risks caused by unsymmetrical "T" structure were evaluated by volocity gradient inversion, and the evaluation results are satisfactory. The big-diameter pressure-relief boreholes in coal seam and pre-blastings in main roof were implemented respectively in advance, and the burst effects of strong tremors were greatly reduced. In order to solve the problem short mining distance, slow driving speed, conflict of exploitation and mining of working face in Jining No.2 Coal Mine, pier column pressure testing, mechanical model, theoretical calculations and field test methods were applied to put forward innovatively pier structure gob-side entry retaining. The results showed that the pier column could meet the strength requirements, the required for cutting the top pressure was 21.96 MPa. When the sand and stones weight ratio in steel pipe was 1.0 : 1.6, the effect of pier column gob-side entry retainiuy was the best, the pier column not only could maintain a higher strength, but also had good scalability. The rock pressure observation showed that the maximum roof to floor convergence was 596 mm, the maximum rib to rib convergence was 299 mm, which could ensure the stability of gob-side entry retaining. A comparative study was made on the nutrient content in rhizosphere soil and the micro- flora in rhizosphere soil and on rhizoplane of healthy and red-leaf diseased Salvia miltiorrhiza plants, aimed to approach the microecological mechanisms of red-leaf disease occurrence in S. milt- iorrhiza. The N, P, K, and Mn contents in the diseased plant leaves were significantly lower than those in the healthy plant leaves (P<0. 05). No significant difference was observed in the available P content in the rhizosphere soils of diseased and healthy S. miltiorrhiza, but the available N and K contents were significantly higher (P <0. 05) in the rhizosphere soil of diseased S. miltiorrhiza. These results indicated that the red-leaf disease occurrence in S. miltiorrhiza was related to plant P deficiency, but the lack of P in the plants was not caused by the insufficient soil P supply. As com- pared with those in healthy S. miltiorrhiza rhizosphere, the bacterial number in diseased S. miltior- rhiza rhizosphere soil decreased by 41. 3%, while the fungal and actinomycetes numbers increased by 156. 6% and 189. 5% (P<0. 05), respectively. Similar variations in the numbers of bacteria, fungi, and actinomycetes were observed on diseased S. miltiorrhiza rhizoplane. In the rhizosphere soil and on the rhizoplane of diseased S. miltiorrhiza, the predominant microbial species that might be harmful included six fungi (Fusarium solani, Myrothecium roridum, F. tricinctum, Aspergillus calidoustus, F. oxysporum, and Dothideomycetes sp. ), four actinomycetes (Streptomyces lateritius, Lentzea waywayandensis, S. stelliscabiei and S. collinus), and two bacteria (Bacillus aryabhattai and Piscinibacter aquaticus). These predominant soil microbes likely caused plant P deficiency via negatively affecting the growth of roots and their absorption of soil nutrients. It was suggested that the red-leaf disease occurrence in S. miltiorrhiza was closely related to the plant P deficiency caused by the abnormality of soil microflora in the rhizosphere soil and on the rhizoplane of S. milt- orrhiza.
