Decomposing total factor productivity growth rate into internal growth effect that mainly considers industry internal technical advancement and the effect of factor reallocation formed by the flow of capital, labor and energy between sectors, this study took 23 subsectors as the research object and adopted the multi-sector growth accounting method to verify the 'structural dividend hypothesis' of capital, labor and energy from 2005 to 2017. The study drew the following conclusions: (1) Internal growth effect represented by sectoral technical advancement was still the main contributor to total factor productivity growth of the overall economy, but the contribution rate had decreased. (2) The reallocation effect of capital changed from 'structural negative benefit' to 'structural dividend'. (3) The reallocation effect of labor showed a trend of first rising and then falling, changing from 'structural dividend' to 'structural negative benefit'. (4) The effect of energy reallocation was gradually emerging, with a shift from 'negative structural benefit' to 'structural dividend'. Based on these research results, this paper argues that more attention should be paid to the efficiency of factor reallocation in addition to the technical advancement of all sectors. The inefficiency of factor reallocation caused by imperfect market and asymmetric information would partially offset the effect of technical advancement and hinder the high-quality economic development. In view of the reallocation of capital, labor and energy factors, this paper proposes the following suggestions: (1) In the reallocation of capital, consideration should be given to both the macroeconomic regulation and the role of market mechanism, and capital allocation should be carried out in accordance with the principle of profit maximization, so as to improve the elasticity of capital output and increase the allocation efficiency of capital. (2) The reallocation of labor force should not only be limited to the level of three industries; attention should also be paid to the marginal output differences within the secondary industry in this process. (3) Attention should be paid to the elasticity of energy output between sectors to avoid inefficient allocation during energy reallocation. It is also necessary to accelerate the phase-out of industries with high energy consumption and high pollution, promote the development of low energy industries to encourage 'energy conservation and emission reduction' as well as green development by increasing the effect of energy reallocation. A laser experiment based on Nd;YAG crystal was designed. By using cavity mirrors with special coatings, the transmission loss at each line was strictly controlled. Finally, a single and unconventional 1 123 nm line was obtained. The relationship between the average output power and energy distribution on cross-section of the 1 123 nm laser and the pump level and cavity length was also studied. With a pump power of 125 W and a cavity length of 310 mm, the average output power of the 1 123 nm laser is 11. 12 W, and the beam quality factors are 4.9 ± 0. 1 and 4. 6 ± 0. 1. The results show that higher pumping levels favor an increase in output power, but are accompanied by poorer beam quality, while larger cavity lengths result in improved beam quality. Relying on the virtual instrument technology of LabVIEW, using co-simulation of LabVIEW and Multisim, the paper designs and developed a high-frequency power amplifier analyzer based on the virtual instrument technology.Using the powerful programming and data processing capabilities of LabVIEW, parameters can be set and acquired, the effect of the bias resistance on the conduction angle is studied, the influence of conduction angle on output power, collector efficiency and waveform of emitter output signal are analyzed, the integration of measurement, display and analysis have been realized. With the combination of data and graphics, the changes due to bias resistance or conduction angle in the circuit output are visually displayed on the instrument interface. The analyzer improves the intuitiveness and accuracy of circuit parameter setting and performance analysis, provides an efficient automated simulation training platform for circuit key parameter design and dynamic performance analysis. To make the anti-droop control strategy more suitable for low-voltage micro-grid system and enable its distributed generation to output power in proposition to capacity, an improved anti-droop control strategy based on visual resistance is proposed. By introducing adaptive visual resistance, this control strategy can achieve the goal of equivalent temperance equalization; thereby effectively eliminating the influence of unbalanced the temperance on power distribution. Besides, the voltage and frequency compensation pass are added to ensure stable output of the system frequency and voyage. Simulation restis show that the proposed control strategy not only achieves the reasonable distribution of active power among distributed generations, but also compensates the output voltage, reduces the voltage drop caused by vestal resistance, and further enhances the system stability. In this paper, a method for calculating the average power generated by solar arrays is proposed for CubeSat, which runs on the sun-synchronous orbit. Firstly, satellite tool kit (STK) is used to bottom the angles between sun vectors and solar panels during the tight period. Secondly, these angles are imported into MATLAB to calculate the products of instantaneous output power and time corresponding to different angles, and the tertal energy is accumulated successively. Finally, the average output power can be obtained by dividing the total energy by the time of entire light period. In recent years, with the continuous advancement of investment promotion and the accelerated pace of economic transformation and upgrade, backward productive enterprises have lagged behind the development of some county-level industrial parks. This is besides the case of high-tech enterprises that have encountered land index constraint problems, as it can be difficult for them to achieve fission development. Therefore, county-level industrial parks need to promote industrial restructuring and layout optimization to speed up the development of industrial real estate. County-level industrial parks have great potential in developing industrial real estate, through the use of policy dividends, cracking the constraints of land elements, and guiding industrial area agglomeration, to revitalize idle resources and to enhance park tax contributions. We suggest that the development of industrial estates and the sustainable development of county-level industrial parks should be made through the construction of small and micro gardens, processing zones, complex bodies, and similar. Green industry evaluation is a necessary part to develop low-carbon economy and achieving sustainable development in the economic, social and ecological environment. Establishing a reasonable indicators system is the key to green industry evaluation. From the connotation of green industry, this paper chooses green industry evaluation indicators extensively which include green production, green consumption and green environment. According to the principle of the maximum information content and the principle of eliminating redundant information, it establishes the evaluation indicators system of green industry. The special and contributions of this paper lie on four aspects. Firstly, it uses coefficient of variation to calculate the information content of each indicator, then the indicator with the highest information content is screened. At last, the evaluation indicators system of green industry composed of three criterion layers: green production, green consumption and green environment, which includes 26 indicators, is established. Secondly, it uses coefficient of variation to screen the indicator with the highest information content loading in each cluster, which ensures that the selected indicator has the greatest influence on the green industry evaluation. Thirdly, it uses R cluster analysis to classify indicators in the same criterion layer, which ensures that different indicators represent the different characteristics of the data and avoids the different indicators reflect repeated information. What is the world factory like under the conditions of digital capitalism? How is it different from, and similar to, capitalist world- systems of the past? In this era of Internet and smart phones, can workers form their own networks and resist the logic of capital? From a global and long dure perspective, this article first reviews the "trans-Atlantic triangular trade" slavery system of the 17th century. It then examines a new triangular trade structure of 21st-century slavery, of which Foxconn is a key component. Despite the four centuries in between, there are plenty of parallels between the two systems' empirical specificities as well as their structural characteristics. A new solidarity system is then proposed to account for networked labor resistance. It is argued that such a retrospective exercise sheds new light on imaginations of future world systems, now re-historicized; that new technologies sometimes bring social regression instead of progression; and that labor studies need to broaden its analytical scope to the world system, beyond individual enterprise, sector, and country, which is made imperative by conditions of digital capitalism fusing production and consumption, as can be seen most clearly in the cyberspace. Why are anti-dumping measures frequently used in some industries, but rarely used in others? The existing researches have not yet invested sufficient efforts in analyzing and interpreting the significant differences across industries in a country's anti-dumping actions. Based on the antidumping and industry-specific data of China, India and USA from 1997 to 2011, we set up empirical models to investigate how antidumping appeals and adjudications are affected by the heterogeneous properties of different industries. We constructed variables, including the trading competitiveness of industries, their productivity, market structure and political influence, to capture the heterogeneities, and adopted the panel regression methods of Poisson distribution and classified assessment. The empirical results indicate hat: (1) The higher import penetration, the larger impact of imports on the industry concerned, which corresponds to an increase in the number of anti-dumping lawsuits and the passing rate of anti-dumping measures in adjudications. However, the higher export volume of trade, the lower passing rate in anti-dumping adjudications, that is, in anti-dumping ruling the administrative authority will take the issue of trade retaliation into account. (2) The higher productivity of the industry, the smaller impact of its imports, thus the lower number of anti-dumping lawsuits. However, the passing rate of anti-dumping adjudications indicates an inversed-U shaped relationship with industrial productivity. In other words, to protect the industries the anti-dumping ruling of the administrative authority must be weighed against the efficiency loss. When the efficiency of a particular industry is low, the administrative authority will reduce the willingness to protect; on the contrary, higher industrial productivity results in less necessity of anti-dumping protection. (3) The number of anti-dumping lawsuits has a U-shaped relationship with the degree of market monopoly. It turns out that the industry with more number of enterprises and more scattered distribution of their scales will suffer more from the impact of imports, thus the frequency of anti-dumping lawsuits will be higher. As industry concentration increases by numbers of enterprises decreasing, the crowding-out effect of import on small enterprises would increase the profit of leading enterprises, hereby reducing their willingness to file anti-dumping proceedings. When the degree of market monopoly is high, the crowding-out effect of import on small enterprises decreases, and leading enterprisese will be faced with greater competition, thereby increasing anti-dumping lawsuits. The higher concentration of the industry possessing, the larger the political influence on administrative authority, and hence the higher passing rate in adjudications. (4) The political connections of an industry will not affect the frequency of anti-dumping lawsuits, but they will significantly increase the probability that the administrative authority may rule and implement anti-dumping measures. And such kind of results are not affected by national differences. This paper provides evidences and preliminary conclusions for further in-depth research on industrial actors which affect anti-dumping actions. To improve the production efficiency of multi-cluster tools, modeling and scheduling problems of dual-blade multi-cluster tools with residency constraints and multi-type wafers were researched. Firstly, based on the proposed conception of virtual buffer modules, time interval sets were introduced to characterize the running states of the system. Then a non-linear mathematical model of the problems was formulated, and a scheduling algorithm was presented based on the conception of virtual buffer modules and the swap scheduling strategy. Finally, experiments were carried out to evaluate the proposed algorithm. Results indicated that, when scheduling a lot wafers, the running time of the constructed algorithm is only about 0.5 seconds, and the response time of the algorithm is also quick. Comparing a lower bound of the research problem domain, solutions are close to the lower bound. When the device factor is greater than 5, the cycle elongation R is less than 0.05. Market power can reflect on the influence capacity of an industrial plant in all respects of its product marketing. It is generally agreed that excessive market power will cause monopoly and hence distort the configuration of market resources and downgrade social welfare. Yet a proper market power will help to some extent promote positive competition and production stability. The present case study is based on the data concerning the cement products of all provinces in China from 2005 to 2010. It is found that there is no significant market power in the North and Northeast as well as in the South-west and Northwest areas, and an extreme weak one in the South and East-Middle areas, which may be an unstable situation. The Open-door Policy has brought about rapid increase in China's cement industry, which, however, has also generated a series of structural problems. They may be implicit in high-speed economy growth, but will drastically affect its healthy development once the economy advancement speed slows down and the market demand for cement decreases. As the key of input-output model, Leontief inverse has usually been applied to calculate backward and forward effect and to estimate the effect of the change in final demand. Traditional Leontief inverse do not take account of the time-lag of transmission at all. Due to the existence of production cycle and distribution cycle, however, traditional Leontief inverse may generate unrealistic estimation regarding the inter-sectoral pull effects, especially in a limited period. This paper presents a new Leontief inverse formula which considers production delay. We firstly employ production cycle as the indicator of production delay, then establish a production cycle eigen matrix to represent sectors. In the following, we conduct a temporal iteration to estimate the new Leontief inverse (i.e. total requirement coefficients) for each period, according to the relationship between direct requirement coefficients and induced requirement coefficients. The iteration variables include: (1) direct requirement coefficients; (2) total requirement coefficients; (3) induced requirement coefficients. This paper develops three-stage production and ordering models to discuss supply chain coordination mechanisms with options under demand information updating. At the first stage, the retailer makes decisions on fixed order and option quantities, and then at the second stage, which begins with demand information updating, the retailer respectively makes adjustments to them. In the third stage, the demand will be realized; if there is shortage, it will be satisfied first through exercising option contract and second by invoking an urgent order. The option contracts consist of two option prices, an exercise price, and a wholesale price under the urgent order. Both of the latter two can be expressed as binary implicit functions of the two option prices. We simulate the three-stage production and ordering mode with option contracts, and find that and both the system profit and the two members' profit have got Pareto improvement, and the option prices and the proportionality factor between them play an important role on decisions of ordering quantities and the allocation of the extra system profit. Moreover, both a smaller first-stage option price and a higher second-stage option price will bring motive for the manufacturer to speculate; to posses some negation power is the just rational choice of the retailer. The great change of Engels' thought in his late years originated from the rapid development of the social productive forces of capitalism and the significant progress of the democratic system of the Democratic Republic under the pushing of the international workers' movement, especially the development of the universal suffrage, which made people see that the working class might one day get the majority votes and come to power. Only after the collision, all kinds of theories in ideological circle could merge, which also promoted Engels to supplement, amend and improve Marxism. Therefore, Marxism is a kind of doctrine advancing with the times, maintaining a consistent relation with the development of the real--life. Lenin did not attach importance to Engels' significant additions and amendments in his later years to the basic theory of Marxism and the strategy and tactics of the revolutionary movement, but gave misinterpretation, resulting in serious consequences, and ultimately led to the upheavals of the former Soviet Union. To analyze the direct and indirect effectiveness of added value increasing resulted from factors of production in Chinese construction industry, the composition of factors of production in construction industry were analyzed, and a path analysis model was constructed. The data are from relevant statistics from 1996 to 2007. The results are as follows : Firstly, the increasing of added value in construction industry is mainly from quality improvement of employees and effective uses of current assets. The output feedback control law and output tracking control law are designed, the conditional asymptotically stabilization is proved and optimal ascent tracking is established for the hypersonic flight vehicle. The system is separated by the observables so that the sensors are easier to be chosen. Simulation results demonstrate that the maximum energy climbing could be realized by the proposed method for the hypersonic flight vehicle and the optimal ascent trajectory could be asymptotically tracked.
