This thesis is focusing on the quality in adult education from the point of view of managers and clients of non-formal educational institutions. The aim of this thesis is to find out the conception quality in adult educations organisation from the point of view of managers and clients in non- formal educational institutions based on depth research with managers of non-formal educational institutions and clients of those institutions. Outcome of the research are going to be compared with existing quality management systems. In the theoretical part, the PEST analysis of the adult education in the Czech Republic is going to be created for a better understanding of trends and impacts in this area. This diploma thesis "Quality Management in the Selected Company" is focused on the quality management system in an international company, which is located in České Budějovice. The aim of this thesis is to suggest changes and recommendations for achieving higher level in current applied quality management system. Based on results from analysis of the chosen QMS areas, the respective suggestions were proposed. Based on the information from theoretical review, internal document analysis, interviews with the high management representatives and data analysis, various changes were suggested. All with one goal: establishing, keeping and continuously improving the quality management system which helps to ensure a prosperous and effectively working organisation with a stable position in the market where the organisation is present.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of Quality management system in a selected organization with respect to the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 standard. The theoretical part is focused on quality, especially, on quality management systems, concepts of these systems and also directly on the industry standard IATF 16949:2016 and its requirements. My diploma thesis is focused on quality management system according to ISO standards. The aim of my diploma thesis is to evaluate current quality management system in selected organization and to suggest steps needed for recertification according to ISO 9001:2015. The work is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. In theoretical part, there are defined basic terms such as: quality, history of quality, principles, concept of quality management, ISO standard 9001:2008 and ISO standard 9001:2015. In practical part, there is description of the organization and evaluation of current quality management system, that the organization already has certified according to ISO standard 9001:2008. The work is also dealing with the steps that are needed in order to recertify the organization according to ISO standard 9001:2015.

The diploma thesis is focused on the performance evaluation of key suppliers in the terms of quality in selected cosmetic company. The aim of this thesis is to propose a solution of the assigned project task, based on short-term internship and theoretical knowledge, concerning the graphical visualization of key suppliers performance evaluation. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes basic information about management quality system, it´s principles, conceptions and tools. There is also a closer look at the importance of purchasing department and the suppliers performance evaluating methods. The practical part includes characteristics of selected cosmetic company and processes of the quality control department are described, including laboratory tests. Withing the given project, the practical part is further divided into 6 tasks. The main task involves designing a platform for a simple and effective evaluation of the key suppliers performance in terms of quality. Other sub-tasks involved the compilation of strategic suppliers, a proposal for categorizing suppliers, and for the needs of the organization, also a procedure for communication with suppliers in case the quality requirements were not met.

The purpose of this thesis is recommendations which are proposed to improve the current situation after analysis and identification of deficiencies the quality management system in the selected company. The terms quality and quality management system in the general sense are described in the theoretical part of this thesis. The information about quality management is based on the Czech and the English literature. All information for analysis is taken from the internal documents and from the consultations with a quality manager. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse chosen areas of implemented quality management system in the selected company, to identify bottlenecks and to suggest changes and to propose recommendations for achieving better results in this area. The thesis deals with the analysis of quality management system in a selected organization and with tasks assigned by the organization's quality manager. The company is Aspera, spol. s r.o., specifically its metal manufacturing centre Aspera Technology in České Budějovice. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is based on study of scientific literature and focuses on quality definition, history of quality management, quality management system principles and concepts and quality management tools, especially process flowchart, Pareto diagram and FMEA. The master's degree thesis deals with the analysis of the quality management system in a selected organisation. The theoretical part focuses on history and quality management, quality principles and its concept. It describes the quality management system, its implementation and documentation. General standards and standards for hot-dip galvanising are an essential part for an easier orientation in the issues. The practical part describes a company engaged in hot-dip galvanising, the company's goals and the process of hot-dip galvanising. The next part provides a detailed description of the technological process concerning hot-dip galvanising to illustrate practically the quality management system. The goal of this Bachelor´s Thesis is to analyse current quality management system in KART company, compare it with current requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard and suggest possible changes in the future for meeting the requiremens of this standard. In the beginning of this Thesis is the introduction to the quality management in business and ISO standards, including benefits of application of these standards to the organizations, current requrements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the description of the used methods. In the second part of this Thesis is the introduction of the KART company, valuation of fulfilling requirements of the new standard revison with current quality management system in the company and identification of needed changes. It is continued by propositions, like formulations of the texts to the quality manual, table suggestions and others, for accoplishing the changes in quality managements system in the future. In order to achieve fulfilling the requirements of the standard, including the manual for processing suggested material.

The aim of this thesis, which is called "Organization of production and quality in the company" was to assess how the management and organization help to abide by the production quality. There was introduced a production process of two chosen products, a process of the production flow and a background of the production in the selected company. Next part includes the description of the quality management of the chosen products including requirements and standards which are necessary for the production of the cosmetic products. The work is focused on the use of process management in small and medium-sized enterprises because nowadays the processing management becomes a new way of management in successful companies. It deals with its importance within the modern management conception. The theoretical part/literature search explains important terms about management, the progress of the process management and its principles and sorts of changes in the transition from the functional to process management. The practical part presents the company basic characteristics, organization structure and working positions. Some processes are chosen and described in detail. The analysis shows working operations in printing company ORICON. The work concludes with flowcharts and processing maps. Thanks to implementation the Quality Management System in 2011, every process in company are superintended by employees. There is no possibility for making big mistakes. The processes are made effectively in time with low costs. The recommendation lays mainly in investing to the missing marketing department in order to increase an interest of new potential customers. A new process called TCS (Total Customer Satisfaction) was made. It makes better situation of costumer relationship and organization of business processes. Next recommendation is related to the technical training for leading workers. The main aim is to make costs lower and safe some money. Their new experience are given to the other employees in the next step.

This graduation thesis deals with the analysis of the process quality management in the chosen organization. There exist many reasons why should the companies implement the system of the quality management. From the point of view of the producers the quality represents a tool. Thanks to this tool is reached the loyalty of the customers, reduced their perceptiveness on a potential price change and kept the competitive position of the company. The aim of the "Quality management system in the selected company" dissertation work is an analysis of the current situation of the quality management system in a company and make suggestions to improve the current system. For my dissertation work I have chosen engineering company Motorpal, a. s., which is the engineering company and the one of the leading producers of devices for diesel engines to tractors, ships and construction machine.The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part describes terms like quality, importance of quality, factors that affect quality, management principles of quality, economy of quality, quality in pre-production stages, quality planning and quality control tools. The second part is primarily focused on the quality costs, which is the most problematic part of the quality management in the company. In this part of the dissertation work is also briefly described the company and its history, company's production program and customers and company's financial situation, processes and quality management system.

This article deals with a special methodology for incoming quality control designed for small scale production processes.

Information systems and technologies (IT) are ubiquitous and play a significant role in everyday life of people and enterprises. Even the smallest organisations need to be sure, that their information systems are working properly, appropriately support their operations, are cost-effective and comply with regulations and other requirements. The service-based management approach to management of enterprise IT is the most promoted and widely used. But what if this approach is not equally suitable for enterprises of all sizes? This thesis presents an alternative approach to IT management, directly built on requirements of well-known International Standard ISO 9001:2008. For many people who know and understand ISO 9001 and its requirements, it should be easier to use their knowledge about management of quality for managing of IT than learn and implement IT service management and -- probably -- try to find out how to scale service management down to the environment of limited resources which is typical for small businesses. Author describes ISO 9001 as universal management system model and investigates requirements of ISO 9001:2008 related to information technology. Then attention is aimed to existing International Standards for various aspects of IT governance and management. Text describes main content of ISO/IEC 38500 for IT Governance, ISO/IEC 20000 for service management, selected standards from ISO/IEC 27000 series for information security management and ISO/IEC 19770-1 for software asset management. Next chapter shows mainly approach of COBIT5 and COBIT solutions suitable for small businesses -- COBIT Quickstart and COBIT Security Baseline. Last part of text explains, how ISO 9001:2008 was used and adapted to create the main subject of this thesis -- ISO 9001:2008 compatible IT Management System Specification for IS/IT Non-intensive Small Businesses.

At the beginning of the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis the basic principles of quality control are defined. The next part is focused on the quality measurement. In the thesis quality standards ČSN EN ISO are analyzed. A system of a quality management in BENTEX is analyzed in the practical part. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical definition of quality and development of care of quality. It also describes approaches to quality management and their development. The aim of the thesis entitled "Analysis of the quality management system and preparing the organization Parker Hannifin, Ltd. for certification according to ISO/TS 16949 " is an analysis of the current state of quality management system in an organization Parker Hannifin Ltd. in readiness for certification according to technical specification ISO/TS 16949. This thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part is a comparison of ISO 9001, which already is in an organization, and ISO/TS 16949 the organization wants to implement. The practical part is focused on analyzing the current state of quality management system and comparing it with the requirements of ISO/TS 16949 to know how is organization prepared for certification. There are also recomendations how to meet this requirements.

Koncern Vishay, especially plants in Blatná, with their quality management system is introduced in practical part. For this work a firm called ČSAD JIHOTRANS a. s., which provides transport services and holds certified norms ČSN EN ISO 9001, ČSN EN ISO 14001 a ČSN EN ISO 22000, was chosen. The goal of this thesis was to analyse the quality management system in the company with specialisation on ?regular and irregular transport of passengers?, to compare constituent conceptions of quality management and to suggest potential changes. In the main part a research in the chosen company is described. This research is aimed on an analysis of costs related to quality, the development of reclamations, a questionnaire examination for an evaluation of customer satisfaction, the efficiency of the process ?regular and irregular transport of passengers? and a comparison of constituent conceptions of quality management.

The final issue deals with the introduction of Quality Management Systems in Central Bohemian high schools. The theoretical part describes principles of the Quality Management and more closely presents ISO 9001 standard, EFQM Excellence Model, CAF Model and CQAF Model. The research part determines opinion of school headmasters in Decree No 15/2005 Coll., that specifies requirements for the obligatory self-evaluation of schools. In next chapters through a survey and an analysis of school web pages is examined practice of Quality Management Systems implementation in high schools in Central Bohemia -- current status, awareness of head masters, demand and expectations. The last chapter offers a definite experience with the introduction of Quality Management Systems through additional interviews with school headmasters.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse present internal processes in company TRIO HAVEL s.r.o. and to propose measures which will lead to optimize or redesign of these processes. To achieve this aim was used different methods and techniques of improvement. Some of those are from "New Seven Management Tools" or "Seven Quality Control Tools". Specifically those were "Afinity chart", "Flowchart" and "Pareto chart". For quality planning were used method "Quality Function Deployment" which focus on customers' requirements. Obtained information was analysed. There were designed some recommendations based on them to optimize internal processes. Another aim is to define an evaluation methods and to verify new possibilities in approach to quality management systems in the mentioned company. The quality system in Silon Company Ltd. is created so, it meets ISO 9001:2008 in all its departments which belongs to quality system as well as it meets ISO/TS 16 949:2002 in compound division and centrally provided activities. The EMS system includes the whole company and it is created in order to meet ISO 14001:2004. It could be stated that Silon Company Ltd. has no big insufficiencies in quality management as well as in general company management. Integrated system, new approach to progressive quality improvement {--} Kaizen, FTA procedure, may be recommended to company.

The aim of this bachelor work is to evaluate the quality management system with the aspect on competitive advantage of the company GiTy, a. s., based in Brno. The company has been operating for over 20 years. The work is complemented with clearly organized tables and graphs. On the basis of the information (evaluation report IMS 2008), an analysis was made of the state of management of the quality management system, which was the basis for a proposal to improve. An analysis also showed that the company needed GiTy certification (QMS, EMS, ISMS) to obtain 88% of its sales. This finding can document the importance of the quality system in GiTy, but also on the Czech market. Incremental improvements to the proposal is the introduction of the cost of monitoring the quality of the company to better manage the money spent on quality. The main proposal is to improve the introduction of service management system (ISO 20000). This system of business in the beginning of the introduction of debit cost of 120000 czech crown, but the benefits will be substantially higher. The purpose of this system is to increase the level of service, reduce costs, risk and time to introduce new products and services, improve use of resources, increasing productivity and obtaining a competitive advantage over other providers of IT services.

Global 8D report je účinný a efektivní nástroj pro zvyšování jakosti výroby, je využíván pro komplexní řešení problémů významného rozsahu. Je výstupem 8D procesu, který je součástí integrovaného systému řízení kvality v průmyslových podnicích. Jeho efektivita vychází ze skutečnosti, že zahrnuje všechny aspekty řízení problému, a to definici problému, jeho kořenovou analýzu, definování teoretických nápravných opatření, identifikaci klíčového opatření, zavedení a sledování jeho účinnosti, až po závěrečná ustanovení. 8D report je často využívaným nástrojem pro komunikaci se zákazníkem zejména při řešení reklamací. Lze jej uplatnit ve všech průmyslových odvětvích, poprvé byl zaveden tzv. Velkou trojkou, tj. třemi největšími výrobci automobilů v USA; Ford, GM a Chrysler. Příspěvek je zaměřen na analýzu 8D reportu, s důrazem na jeho využití v praxi v kontextu integrovaných systémů řízení kvality v průmyslových podnicích.

The aim of my graduation these is implementation of quality management system according to standard ISO 9001:2009 in company LEDA Slovakia spol. s r.o. At the beginning I attend to importance of quality and its control. Next parts acquaint reader with particular chapters of standard, with their interpretations and fullfilment of all requirements. Fundamental part is practical implementation in real company. Established documentation includes Quality manual, documented procedures required by the standard and other documents determined by the organization to be neccessary.

The theoretical part is intent on quality, quality management and quality management system. The practical part contains analysis of quality management in selected company. According to the realized analyse, propose improvements.

I identificated of processes in company ENVINET a.s. and made proposal qualification of the efficiency of processes. I applied to indicators of the efficiency of processes. I recommended new possibilities qualification of the efficiency of processes.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the quality management system of the company. On the basis of acquired information I carried out a quality management analysis of the company. On the basis of the results I carried out a new strategy for the company. I prefer implementation integrated management system which supersedes EN ISO 9001:2001, safety management system according to OHSAS 18001:1999 and environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2004. This part of my thesis includes an impact on competitive advantage.

Graduation Theses describes analysis of fulfilment of requirements in accordance with International Standards ISO 9001 in company KAMPI OFFICE. The objective of this Graduation Theses is comparison of requirements in accordance with International Standards ISO 9001 with the present status in company KAMPI OFFICE, determining the fulfilment of these requirements and recommendations to change some nonconforming activities.

Diploma thesis is focused on topics of strategic management, business performance management, Balanced Scorecard and Business Intelligence in the company, which operates in Education. Analyzes the current situation and then design and implement selected tools in a specific organization. Main objective is to design a system for monitoring the performance of medium-sized company through the application of the Balanced Scorecard. Not only for monitoring business performance, but also for the management of company itself. Partial objectives include the identification of strategic objectives, design of strategic map and implementation of selected part through Business Intelligence. Diploma thesis first looks at identifying the main risks and benefits of the BSC and BI. In addition, it also deals with the position of the BSC in practice at present, and current trends in BI. A key benefit of this work is another part, which deals with the relation of the parallel implementation of the Balanced Scorecard and Quality Management System according to ISO. The section devoted to design of the Balanced Scorecard strategic objectives are identified, plotted in the strategic map and accompanied by appropriate metrics. Inputs are the interviews, document study and experiences. The acquired information is verified through a questionnaire survey focused on strategic management and performance measurement. For a practical demonstration is realized Business Intelligence project of specific part of the BSC. Since the initial study, through analysis, design, dimensional analysis, modeling, data warehouse design through to the reports design, implementation and evaluation. Part of the work is to establish technological basis required for the implementation and operation of the project. The main benefit is primarily in the practical dimension. The outputs are designed primarily for management. It enables company to enter the world of the strategic management. Selected parts can also be utilized by any other company that deals with similar issues in management. Specifically, it's the relationship between BSC and QMS, BI trends, risks and benefits of the BSC and BI.

The companies and organizations should take care about the control of quality. That´s why they boot quality into their systems of management. An implementation of such approaches presents the chance to directly benefit from the experiences gathered in the implementation in private sector. Main goal of this diploma work is the analysis of the systems of quality management in public administration. It treats with the assessment of an impact of quality management system on his effectivity in state administration. First chapter extends the knowledge of the systems of quality. This part talks about specific demands for quality management system used in public sector. The knowledge from first part was used in next chapter for analysis of the situation in selected organization. To review the impact of system, The municipal authority in Vsetin as a representative of transferred state administration, and Czech statistical office as a representative of central state administration were choosed. System of quality management applicated in these two examples was analysed.
