Abstract
This paper approaches the most outstanding aspects of the model for the development of the Academic Administration (methodological work and formation for the teaching) of the Educational Learning Process in the Superior Education, sustained in the Information and the Communications Technologies (TIC). The use of the Information and the Communications Technologies in the Academic Administration, they facilitate the integration of resources, fellows and institutions to solve common problems, that which contributes to the improvement of the Educational Learning Process and therefore, to put it to tone with the current demands of the formation of university students in the current society of the information and the knowledge. The paper presents the results reached in an investigation guided to determine a pedagogic model, sustained on contemporary theoretical and scientific bases scientists that it contributes from the academic to the development of the value professional responsibility, creativity and environmental care in university students of Technical Sciences. This model has been applied successfully in subjects and disciplines that are imparted in the Polytechnic Superior Institute José Antonio Echeverría from Cuba and for its generalize character it is possible to apply it in other university specialties, provided it is adapted to the peculiar characteristics of the different areas of the knowledge.
