This paper had the objective of showing the thinking flexibility diagnosis results in Pedagogy Psychology students in Guantánamo University. The study encloses and systematizes the historic antecedents and national and international theoric-methodological referents and psycho-pedagogical point of view related to the thematic. At the same time analyzes different definitions of thinking flexibility, employing different psycho pedagogical evaluation technics for the characterization in Pedagogy Psychology students' career. The diagnosis revealed a tendency to a rigid thinking in the students learning process that mediatizes the formal synthesis operations, abstraction, comparison and generalization, and difficults the students' flexible thinking development. The employed technics viability, was evidenced from the obtained results, proving the real possibility of being used by the professors for diagnosis the thinking flexibility, as a part of the students psycho-pedagogical characterization.
