Currently, society demands medical and psychopedagogical sciences, among others, for prevention, in newborns at risk of suffering from a special condition or in children affected by established deficiencies. The existence of the human being depends not only on what he brings with him, but also on what the environment is capable of providing him through stimuli. If we take this approach into consideration, it is easy to understand the need for inter-institutional coordination and collaboration within the framework of early care. The purpose of this research is to address the essential elements to explain the evaluation process from early care in the diversity of educational contexts. For this, theoretical and empirical methods were used that revealed the results of the study carried out.
