With the continuous improvement of science and technology, the substation remote control system has been constantly improved, which provides the possibility for the complete realization of intelligent and unmanned substation. However, due to the special substation environment, it is easy to cause interference, coupled with the low accuracy of today’s video image processing algorithm, which leads to the frequent occurrence of false alarms and missing alarms. Manual intervention is needed to deal with this, which inhibits the display of automatic intelligent substation processing functions. Therefore, in this paper, the most rapidly developed machine learning algorithm — deep learning is applied to the substation instrument equipment identification processing, in order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of instrument equipment identification, and make due contributions to the full realization of unattended substation.

Statement about Valence of Ce and V

Neuroinflammation induced by microglial activation has a critical role in inflammatory pain. In this study, we detected the function of miR-216a-5p in the progression of inflammatory behavioral hypersensitivity. Here, decreases of miR-216a-5p and up-regulation of high-mobility group box1 (HMGB1) were observed in complete freund’s adjuvant (CFA)-induced inflammatory pain model in mice and LSP-activated BV2 microglia. HMGB1 was identified as a target of miR-216a-5p by luciferase reporter system. Ectopic expression of miR-216a-5p suppressed microglial marker IBA-1 expression and subsequent pro-inflammatory cytokine releases (IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α) from LPS-activated microglia. Additionally, LPS exposure enhanced the protein expression levels of HMGB1, TLR4 and p-p65 NF-kB in microglia, which were abrogated following miR-216a-5p overexpression. Intriguingly, transfection of HMGN1 cDNA into BV2 microglial cells reversed the inhibitory effects of miR-216a-5p elevation on microglial activation-triggered inflammatory response. Intrathecal delivery of LV-miR-216a-5-p ameliorated CFA-evoked mechanical and thermal hyperalgesia in mice. Concomitantly, overexpressing miR-216a-5p also restrained the inflammatory response and microglia activation in CFA-induced inflammatory mouse models, concomitant with the decreases in the expression of HMGB1, TLR4 and p-p65 NF-kB in spinal cord. Thus, these findings highlight that miR-216a-5p may alleviate inflammatory behavioral hypersensitivity by blocking microglia-mediated neuroinflammation via targeting the HMGB1-TLR4-NF-kB pathway, supporting miR-216a-5p as a potential therapeutic avenue for inflammatory pain.

Bisphenol A, one of the environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals, was shown to have a weak estrogen activity and could disrupt thyroid function to some degree. Iodine, which is the most essential microelement that is used for the synthesis of thyroid hormones in humans, was proven to give rise to thyroid diseases, such as thyroiditis, thyroid nodular goiter, and so on. There are relatively very few studies that have considered the role that both Iodine and Bisphenol A play in the development of papillary thyroid carcinoma. Therefore, this crosssectional observational study was carried out to explore the relationship between Iodine, Bisphenol A and Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma. The study included 113 subjects aged from 20 years to 80 years selected from Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from February 2015 to September 2015 and 65 healthy volunteers residing in Jinan, P.R. China. We compared the differences of the concentrations of Urinary Iodine, Urinary Bisphenol A and Serum Bisphenol A among patients of Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma, nodular goiter and normal population. In the PTC and nodular goiter group, urinary BPA and Iodine concentrations were significantly higher than controls stating that the excretion of Iodine and BPA were increased. Meanwhile 23 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma (43%) had excessive iodine nutrition compared to only 6 volunteers with excessive iodine intake in the control group (9%). These findings suggest that excessive dietary iodine intake is a risk factor for thyroid cancer. Moreover, the significant association between urinary creatine-adjusted BPA and iodine suggest that they might have a synergistic effect on the thyroid. JCMCTA 2016 ; 27 (2) : 50 - 59

High-throughput experiment can significantly accelerate the materials research efficiency. Thanks to national efforts, the Materials Genome Initiative further promotes the development of high-throughput experimental technology. A multi-channel fiber optical spectrometer has been designed and developed by us for high-throughput characterization of photoluminescence (PL) properties. It can quickly and automatically detect the PL spectrum, Commission International de l'Eclairage chromaticity, and PL intensity over time for luminescent materials under a given condition. The multi-channel fiber optical spectrometer synergistically combines a sample library holder, multiple modular excitation sources, multiple spectrometers, and Coral software, so it can measure and analyze multiple samples simultaneously. The number of channels in the multi-channel fiber optical spectrometer can be added or subtracted as required. Various modular light-emitting diode or laser diode excitation sources with the wavelength from 370 nm to 980 nm and corresponding filters can be provided according to the measurement need of different luminescent materials. The monitoring wavelength of the currently used fiber optical spectrometer is from 300 nm to 1000 nm. For example, the PL spectral measurement of 54 samples in a {6 × 9} array is completed in only about 30 min by using a representative triple-channel fiber optical spectrometer. The designed multi-channel fiber optical spectrometer facility not only makes PL measurements faster and more intuitive but is also easy to popularize for wide users.

We report a novel Nd3+ and Eu3+ co-doped Sr2SnO4 (SSONE) phosphor showing the capability of “write-in” and “read-out” in optical information storage. As-prepared phosphors exhibit a dominant emission (PL) band centered at 596 nm under UV excitation, closely identical with its photo-stimulated luminescence (PSL) spectrum center (595 nm) upon near-infrared (NIR) light and thermal-stimulated luminescence (TSL) spectrum center (595 nm) under heat source. Remarkably, compared with Eu3+ single-doped phosphors, the co-doping strategy enhances the deep traps and also separates the deep traps with shallow traps, which are very crucial factors for optical information storage in electron trapping materials. Further, a demonstration confirmed the optical information storage capacity by photo- and thermal-stimulating the prepared phosphors filled in the designed patterns.

Induction mechanism of a potential red pigment (RPc) was investigated in the present paper. A typical competition relationship exists between Penicillium sp. HSD07B and Candida tropicalis during co-culture, and C. tropicalis converts glucose into glycerol, organic acids and other substances, resulting in a stricter glucose limitation and the secretion of RPc. Moreover, a novel eutrophic–oligotrophic transition cultivation system (E-OTCS) was developed to produce red pigment during monoculture of Penicillium sp. HSD07B. However, the monoculture pigment (RPm) is different from RPc in components, and RP3 and RP4 only occur in RPm when glycerol is supplied. In addition, the additions of glycerol and organic acids to glucose exhaustion medium can significantly improve the pigment yield. These facts not only prove the feasibility of producing RPm using E-OTCS, but also reveal that, besides glucose exhaustion, the accumulation of metabolites of glucose including glycerol and organic acids is also an important factor influencing the production of RPc.

BACKGROUND/AIMS This study aimed to detect the expression of newly discovered zinc finger transcriptional factor KLF6 and its splice variant KLF6 SV2 in primary hepatocarcinoma (PHC) tissues and hepatoma cell strains, and to evaluate their clinicopathologic relationship with PHC. METHODOLOGY Wild-type KLF6 and KLF6 SV2 mRNA expression was determined by RTPCR in 27 cases of PHC tissues and cell strains of HepG2, SMMC7721 and LO2. Western blotting and immunohistochemical staining were adopted to detect KLF6 protein expression. Positive area ratio of wild-type KLF6 protein expression and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters of PHC was analyzed. 为研究碳纤维(C f )加入量对复合材料性能的影响, 本研究以Y 2 O 3 为烧结助剂, 采用热压烧结技术制备了Cf/Si3N4复合材料, 其中碳纤维加入量为0、2wt%和5wt%。选用乙醇作分散介质，通过球磨工艺可有效分散短切碳纤维。研究结果表明: 碳纤维在复合材料中分散均匀, 且材料中的晶粒在垂直于热压压力的方向呈现一定取向排列。高温烧结过程中, 碳纤维与Si 3 N 4 或其表面的SiO 2 层发生反应, 生成SiC中间层。适量碳纤维加入有助于提高复合材料的热导性能。当C f 加入量为2wt%时，Cf/Si3N4的热导率较高, 为45.8 W/(m·K)；而不添加Cf的样品, 其热导率为37.1 W/(m·K)。加入C f 后, C f /Si 3 N 4 的断裂韧性有小幅提高, 维氏硬度在16.6~16.8 GPa范围内变化。

A scanning laser acoustic microscope (SLAM) is described. The SLAM achieves a resolution of about 10 μm and is capable of imaging subsurface features at depths up to several millimeters, using appropriate reconstruction algorithms. The various components of the apparatus, both acousto‐optical and electronic, are described. A major feature of the SLAM is a digital data‐acquisition system capable of storing and processing the complex acoustic field in images with 256×256‐pixel resolution. An array processor enables most floating‐point operations to be completed in a few seconds. Examples of acoustic images obtained from a test sample are presented.
