The global shortage of healthcare workers is a significant barrier to delivering prompt and efficient healthcare services to the growing patient population in hospitals. Concurrently, the number of patients requiring wheelchairs is increasing, placing additional strain on healthcare workers. Many hospitals still rely on traditional manually operated wheelchairs, leading to patient dissatisfaction due to long waits for assistance. In response, a solution has been suggested: an automated wheelchair equipped with a health data analytics system. This wheelchair employs a color line navigation system, using color sensors to follow pre-set paths. It includes safety features such as obstacle detection and monitors vital health data (e.g., body temperature, pulse, blood oxygen level) in real time via a graphical interface. Health data analysis uses a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model in MATLAB to identify potential health issues early by predicting patient health trends. A working prototype has been developed, incorporating these sensors and algorithms, and thoroughly tested. The prototype has been refined to address lighting issues, achieving up to 93% accuracy in color navigation under various lighting conditions. It can detect obstacles and stop within 0.24 seconds, and health data is effectively monitored and predicted using an LSTM model optimized in MATLAB. Based on the hydration thermal analysis of a pier bearing platform, the finite element software was used to establish an analysis model, and through a series of parametric analyses, the influence of cold pipe layout, different cooling water temperature, different cold pipe diameter (flow), etc. on the temperature changes of different parts of the pier was quantitatively studied, so as to take targeted temperature control measures in the construction process. Then, it not only achieves the smooth construction of the bridge pier base project, and also provides a reference template for similar mass concrete construction. At the same time, the following conclusions are obtained : 1) The overall temperature of mass concrete can be effectively controlled by the layout of 'three-piece serpentine cooling water pipe'. The maximum temperature of the body center is reduced to 47.18 °C, and the maximum temperature is advanced to the fourth day after pouring. The temperature difference between the body center and the other three surface centers is less than 25 °C. 2) Under different flow rate cooling conditions, the greater the cooling water flow rate, the more obvious the temperature control effect. As the flow rate increased from 0.9 m3/h to 3.6 m3/h, the maximum temperature drop of the body center decreased from 49.71 °C to 45.28 °C, and the maximum temperature arrived earlier. 3) Under different water temperature cooling conditions, the lower the water temperature, the more obvious the temperature control effect. With the decrease of water temperature from 20 °C to 10 °C, the highest temperature of body center decreased from 47.39 °C to 42.99 °C, and the highest temperature arrived earlier. This project mainly aims at developing a cardio arrest monitoring device. The device is designed to evaluate and display 3 parameters namely heart rate, body temperature and pulse rate in real time. The main advantage of the hardware is it is cost effective and specifically small size so that it work on daily basis. Individuals with history of attack will have a continual change in heart rate and body temperature. The fluctuation varies throughout time periods of one or even two weeks. The data obtained from the individuals will be displayed on the device and if the values displayed in the device are abnormal then the individuals are warned. This system utilizes GPS and GSM technology to track the health and position of soldiers in the field. Women may encounter maternal health issues during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period [1], which can commonly end in miscarriage and even death. In accordance with World Health Organization (WHO), in 2007 there were an average of 808 maternal deaths per day, totaling to nearly 300,000 deaths caused by pregnancy-related issues. Pregnancy can increase the likelihood of age and blood-related problems, including high or low blood pressure, blood sugar levels, body temperature, and heart rate, which can pose direct threats to the health of pregnant women. The risk categories for maternal health are classified as low, moderate, and high with taking assistance of medical specialists. In this work, the initial and boundary problem is consider for the the process of heat propagation in a body consisting of two plates with different thermo-physical characteristics. Finite difference method used to solve the problem. Two regularizing procedures were used to obtain stable solutions. It is shown that with increasing distance between the point of measurement of the "initial data" and the boundary of the region, disturbance of the initial data, the stability of the solution deteriorates. The paper is devoted to solving the Neumann boundary value problem for the Poisson equation in an elliptic body. In this case, heat transfer occurs under boundary conditions of the second kind. Based on the methods of differentiation and integration, a solution was obtained to the problem of the distribution of the temperature field of the body under study. The resulting solution has an analytical form containing hypergeometric and hyperbolic functions. The reliability of the obtained result is confirmed by the fact that the general solution of the problem coincides with the solution obtained in one of the author's works for the case of a temperature field distribution in a body with an elliptical cross section of infinite length under boundary conditions of the third kind. This system will be able to measure values of body temperature, heart pulse rate, and oxygen saturation in patients using a small device that contains a set of sensors such as a body temperature sensor, heart rate sensor, and oxygen sensor, as well as a processor that collects data and transmits it via internet, so a specialist can view the results any time and from any location by utilizing a mobile application. this paper aims to present an architecture design in order to develop of health monitoring system and to describe the main required components proficient for producing efficient and accurate health monitoring. Ixodic ticks are temporary parasites. They are on the host during bloodsucking only. The female tick needs from 6 to 8 days for full saturation, while the body size increases up to 120 times. One female tick drinks up to 4 ml of blood. The article describes the functional disorders of the body of cattle with experimentally modeled Ixodiasis by Dermacentor reticulatus ticks. The tick-borne Ixodiasis or Toxicosis of cattle is isolated into a separate nosological group. Young animals are especially vulnerable to the mass attack of ixodic ticks. During the summer season animals can lose up to 5 liters of blood in strong attack areas and the average daily loss of milk reaches 4.8 – 10 G per 1 kg body weight. The results of functional changes (body temperature, pulse, number of heart contractions, respiratory movements) were protocoled. In 87% of cases the strong inflammatory reactions were not found at the attachment sites of ixodic ticks, however, 13% of animals showed signs of inflammation: slight swelling at the bite sites, redness and discharge of blood and lymph droplets, which drying out formed crusts. Based on the experiment conducted it was found that a mass attack (50 female ixodic ticks and more) on cattle causes Ixodiasis disease, that manifests itself by significant functional changes during all days of observation. Distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAEs) from lizards can display a rapid variation in intensity level upon changes in the distortion frequency. The level functions of both cubic distortion products elicited by low-to moderate-level stimuli exhibit pronounced notches across range of the distortion frequencies. To understand the variation in the distortion level, we measured DPOAEs from tokay geckos using primary tones with intensity levels below 50 dB SPL and demonstrated that the level of the distortion signals was strongly correlated with the amplitude spectrum of spontaneous otoacoustic emissions (SOAEs). The DPOAE intensity level was significantly enhanced when the distortion frequency coincided with the center frequency of an SOAE peak. Manipulations of the body temperature further revealed that peaks in the SOAE amplitude spectrum and the DPOAE level functions displayed systematic shifts to lower frequencies of comparable magnitudes upon cooling. Preliminary results from a model of a chain of coupled nonlinear oscillators suggested that an enhanced distortion signal was displayed by the oscillators whose characteristic frequencies were near the distortion frequency. According to NDTV survey, 50% of death occurs only due to information delay to hospital in accidents or while taking to hospital in both heart attack and accidents. With a view to reduce this type death, a smart helmet is designed and developed. This project implies the design of smart helmet. It senses the blood clot in the brain using the heart beat sensor, body temperature sensor, pulse oximetry sensor, optical sensor and LDR type sensor embedded in the helmet. If blood clot occurs in the brain due to accident, the amount of radiation from LEDs becomes high. This indication is sensed and intimation is sent to the registered mobile number. This paper proposed to develop a cost-effective system that monitors IV fluid levels, Tonic-Clonic epilepsy seizure monitoring, pulse, and body temperature irregularities simultaneously by interfacing an ESP8266 NodeMCU with a load cell, a temperature sensor integrated 3D accelerometer, and a pulse sensor. The ESP8266 NodeMCU can send sensor data to the cloud data logger and make VoIP calls to alert the caretaker using the internet. However, there are few IoT inventions that specific for women's healthcare on fertility. An IoT device named TempIoT1.0 has been developed to be used in Fertility Awareness Method (FAM). It was developed for oral contact body temperature measurement and to automatically record women's basal body temperatures (BBTs) to the internet cloud through Wi-Fi communication, and to chart and monitor the BBTs using a digital application. Ensuring hygiene, limiting number of people in a closed space and adhere to normal body temperature are concerns to be living in the COVID-19 pandemic era. To date, not only software but also hardware-based works have been developed to address the concerning issue. Nevertheless, most of the works focused in one concerned issue and not many attempted to integrate into the same device. This work integrated three parts which are temperature display, automatic sanitizer dispenser, and entrance and exit with limit counter in the same device for a premise by incorporating the use of temperature, ultrasonic and infrared (IR) sensors on top of Arduino microcontroller board. The developed device buzzes when body temperature exceed 38 degree Celcius, counts people in and out in a premise and allows 20 people to enter the premises at one time and releases hand-sanitizer when hand is detected. The developed work helps to maintain health and preventing disease, especially through cleanliness and limiting number of people to promote physical distancing in a premise. On top of that, automatic sanitizer dispenser may reduce environmental pollution via reduction of sanitizer bottles. This article presents the development of a mobile application that uses biosensors and Bluetooth technology to measure and show human biological data. Heart rate, body temperature, ambient temperature, and humidity are all measured by biosensors. The doctor will be able to check the patient's health at regular intervals by scanning the barcode of the built mobile application. The proposed system will improve the system's efficiency while also lowering costs and reducing errors. The present paper investigates the heat load characteristics of Air Conditioned (A.C) coaches installed with Roof Mounted A.C Packaged Units (RMPU) in the Indian Railways. It has been observed in the available official documents that the parameters considered for the heat load calculations for the estimation of RMPU capacity requirements were inadequate. For example, the list does not include body heat generated by the on-board passengers and radiation from various gadgets and utilities which also contributes to the heat load on the RMPU. In addition, the humidity levels or passenger comfort were also not among the parameters which in turn provide a quantitative guideline for temperature settings of AC coaches. The inadequacy in the considered data clearly led to inaccurate assessment of the performance of RMPU and energy consumption. This study aims to improve the accuracy in predicting the heat load on the RMPU by including more parameters that are contributing to the heat addiction such as the opening and closing of the door, heat transfer through the partition between the wash basin area and sleeping berths, radiation from electronic gadgets and heat addition due to utilities. The calculations are relevantly based on various air conditioning systems in other applications. The results after the consideration of extra parameters showed that the revised required T.R per coach is 7.74 tons as opposed to the existing calculated results of 7 tons. The present work can motivate more efficient RMPU designs which in turn can inspire an improved approach towards the design of air conditioning systems of similar transportation modes and similar heating, ventilation, & air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Body temperature is a sensitive and reliable indicator of physiological integrity to determine the patient's physical status and disease progression. In finding signs of clinical disease, medical professionals must measure body temperature using a thermometer. Getting a core temperature measurement that accurately reflects actual body temperature is very important. The ideal method for measuring a person's temperature should be accurate, fast, and reflect core temperature. Meanwhile, the temperature reading method is non-invasive, non-traumatic, easy to use, and hygienic for everyone. A thermometer that reflects this utilizes the infrared energy released by the patient's tympanic membrane temperature to read. To solve this problem, this study makes an ear thermometer module using the MLX90614 sensor as a passive infrared sensor that can receive infrared energy from the tympanic membrane. In the research and manufacture of the module using a pre-experimental method, the measurement results are compared with a forehead thermometer calibrated to get a high level of accuracy on the tool making. Based on body temperature data compared to "IR Thermometer Model IT-122," the % error value on the forehead temperature reading shows a high % error value caused by the inability of the sensor to read the temperature on the forehead accurately. This study found that the infrared diagnostic accuracy of tympanic temperature measurement was not inferior to forehead temperature measurement. Stress is a common response experienced by the human body when faced with certain conditions such as being depressed. Stress indicators can be found in productive age, especially in increasing production in a company. Stress can occur in all age ranges but in general, stress is mostly experienced in adulthood. If a person experiences stress, the body will react to respond to the cause of stress. One of the body's responses that occur when a person experiences stress is an increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, low blood oxygen levels and decreased body temperature. Medical workers are at the forefront of handling COVID-19 patients, which is increasing day by day the number of people exposed to it. The purpose of this study was to classify the level of stress by looking at stress indicators such as heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen levels and body temperature of medical workers in several hospitals in Semarang. In this study, a system was made to diagnose the level of saturation and tension in humans with the fuzzy logic method, using several vital sign sensors, namely, a temperature sensor to measure body temperature, a heart pressure sensor and a blood oxygen level sensor (SPO2). Heart rate sensor to find out how many heartbeats occur in one minute or Beat Per Minute (BPM). The heart pressure sensor shows the top pressure (systolic) and bottom pressure (diastolic) of the employee. The SPO2 sensor shows oxygen levels in the blood, the lower the SPO2 value, the higher the person's stress value. The body temperature sensor shows the lower the body temperature value, the more stressed a person is. The four output parameters of the defuzzification process are 'relaks', 'tenang', 'cemas' and 'tegang'. The three designations of sensor values will be sent via a wireless network to the database and the data processing using the fuzzy method is carried out on the webserver. Rambutan plant (Nephelium lappaceum L.) empirically contains flavonoids, as an antipyretic to reduce fever. Fever is a sign that the body is fighting infection or bacteria in the body, usually, the body temperature has increased greater than normal body temperature (> 37.2°C). The purpose of this study was to prove the antipyretic activity of rambutan seed extract against white male mice induced by the DPT-HB-Hib vaccine. This study used an experimental method which was divided into 5 treatment groups, namely, negative control of 1% Na CMC, positive control of paracetamol 1.3 mg/20 g BW of mice, and three groups of rambutan seed extract doses of 37.5 mg, 75 mg, and 150 mg/20 g body weight mice. Temperature measurements were carried out for 180 minutes with 30-minute intervals. The data obtained were analyzed by ANOVA test and LSD test. ANOVA test results for 180 minutes obtained p-value = 0.035, which means that there is a significant difference in temperature reduction in the five treatment groups, while the LSD test results for 180 minutes, the most effective dose is dose II of 75 mg/20 g of body weight in mice compared to other doses and did not have a significant difference with the positive control (paracetamol) because it had a comparable effect in reducing fever temperature in mice (Mus musculus). The effects of climate change on the reproduction of water buffaloes need to be checked in order to employ necessary interventions to maintain or improve the management system and achieve optimal semen quality for the nationwide artificial insemination (AI) program. Fourteen (14) Bulgarian Murrah buffalo bulls were used to determine the effects of weekly changes in ambient temperature, relative humidity, and barometric pressure on the motility characteristics of buffalo sperm cells. Three studies were conducted; 1) Effect of the environmental parameters on motility characteristics of fresh semen, 2) Assessment if the effect of environmental parameters was reflected to the motility characteristics of frozen-thawed spermatozoa, and 3) Assessment of the direct effect of body and scrotal temperature on the motility characteristics of the spermatozoa. In Study 1, correlation analysis showed positive correlation between ambient temperature and motility parameters on distance travelled characteristics and the velocity of movement. Relative humidity had negligible correlation but barometric pressure has significant negative correlation with all the motility parameters except linearity and wobble. In Study 2, the effects of relative humidity and barometric pressure were still distinct in frozen semen but the effect of ambient temperature was negligible. The distance travelled characteristics and velocity of movement including BCF and ALH were negatively affected. THI of 28.5 °C ambient temperature with 82% relative humidity fall to Moderate level of stress and 32.60 °C with 70% relative humidity fall to Severe heat stress level showed significant effect on motility characteristics. Analysis on body and scrotal temperatures of the buffalo bulls showed a difference of 0.94 °C with scrotal temperature lower than body temperature. A significant positive correlation was observed in body and scrotal to ambient temperature and significant negative correlation to barometric pressure. Correlation analysis showed significant positive correlation between testicular temperature and the sperm motility characteristics. Based on the results, it was concluded that in spite of being kept under confinement system of management, high ambient temperature (>28°C), relative humidity (>70%) and low barometric pressure (<1,000 hPA) affect the motility characteristics of water buffalo bulls. This study aims to investigate the potential applications that can be used for TEG devices. The application that has been used in this project is to light up the LED light bulb by harvesting human body heat using TEG Peltier Module, and the selected and tested human body part is the forehead. Several experiments are conducted on individuals by considering surrounding temperature, skin temperature, input voltage, output voltage, and body mass index (BMI). The values of input and output voltage generated from the TEG and voltage booster are collected and analysed. It is also found that the voltage generated from TEG and voltage booster mostly decreases with the human samples' increment of body mass index. The results also indicate that the checkerboard pattern heat sink produces a slightly higher voltage than the flat plate heat sink with differences only by 0.33mV for initial input voltage and 0.01 V for initial output voltage for a human sample with 18.5 kg/m² BMI. Various longitudinal fin shapes, like rectangular, triangular, concave parabolic and convex parabolic fins are analyzed in this paper for optimum results and also compared various heat transfer parameters of these fins for four types of materials Steel, Aluminum, Copper and Silver. After analyzing and comparing various heat transfer parameters of these longitudinal fins it is observed that concave profile fin fabricated with Silver material is giving best results of optimum dimensions according to our analysis but economically it is feasible to use Silver and Copper so Aluminum and Steel can be used for maximum heat transfer for optimum results. A decrease occurs only at the age of 22-28 days - by 3.58 times in relation to the age at birth. In hypotrophic piglets at birth, a violation of intrauterine development was noted, manifested by the lack of weight, low body length, disproportionate development, morphological underdevelopment and functional immaturity of the tubular bones (humerus and femur), liver, heart, lungs, kidneys and the whole body. This article shows the results of the elaboration of a numerical – analytical method for solving the problem of thermal conductivity in a plate fuel element ('TVEL'). An unsteady temperature field inside a fuel element is investigated for a given spatial distribution of heat sources. The heat release rate is given by the quadratic function of the coordinate. Modelling the temperature state of bodies with internal heat sources allows one to study the operation of equipment in transient modes, control heating / cooling modes of elements, determine temperature stresses, etc. The use of the developed method made it possible to obtain an approximate analytical solution of the formulated problem, simple in form, with an accuracy sufficient for engineering applications. It is shown in the work that regardless of the power of internal sources of heat, the temperature state is stabilized at a temperature level that depends on the Pomerantsev number.
