Objective: To compare the efficacy of hysteroscopic cold knife separation and electrotomy in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion (IUA) and its effect on the recovery of intrauterine morphology and serum interleukin. Methods: The clinical data of 83 patients with IUA who were treated in our hospital from April 2019 to February 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the different operation methods, the patients were divided into group A (electrosurgical resection under hysteroscopy, 40 cases) and group B (cold knife separation under hysteroscopy, 43 cases). The operation time and hospital stay, the recovery of uterine morphology and the changes of serum interleukin were compared between the two groups. The incidence of postoperative complications, the improvement rate of menstruation and the incidence of uterine re adhesion were observed. Results: The operation time and hospital stay in group B were shorter than those in group A(P<0.05). The total effective rate and satisfactory rate of epithelial healing of intimal wound in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05). The levels of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) in group B were higher than those in group A (P<0.05). The levels of serum interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in group B were lower than those in group A (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups (P>0.05). The improvement rate of menstruation in group B was higher than that in group A, and the incidence of uterine re adhesion was lower than that in group A(P<0.05). Conclusions: Compared with hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of IUA, hysteroscopic cold knife separation in the treatment of IUA has shorter operation time and hospital stay, better recovery of uterine morphology and improvement of menstruation, milder inflammatory reaction, lower incidence of uterine re adhesion and better curative effect. Objective: To investigate the efficacy of phacoemulsification and small incision extracapsular cataract extraction in the treatment of cataract and their effects on corneal endothelial cells and quality of life. Methods: 203 patients with cataract who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2017 were selected, according to the random number table method, the patients were divided in­to the control group with 103 cases and the observation group with 100 cases. The control group was treated with small incision extracap­sular cataract extraction, and the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification. The visual acuity of all patients was measured before operation, 1 weeks after operation, 1 months after operation and 3 months after operation. The number of corneal endothelial cells was measured before and 2 weeks after operation, and the cell density and hexagonal cell ratio were calculated. The quality of life was evaluated before and 1 months after operation, and the complications were recorded. Results: There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups before operation, 1 months after operation and 3 months after operation (P>0.05), the visual acuity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 1 week after the operation (P<0.05). At 2 weeks after operation, the cell density and hexagonal cell ratio of the two groups were decreased, and the cell density of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in scores of self-care ability, activity ability, social ability and psycho­logical emotion between the two groups before and 1 months after operation(P>0.05), the scores of self-care ability, activity ability, social ability and psychological emotion in the two groups 1 months after operation were higher than those before operation(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Compared with small incision extracapsular cataract extraction, phacoemulsification can improve the vision of patients faster in the short term, and it has less damage to the corneal endothelial cells, however, the short-term effects and complications of the two operations are basically the same, and there is no difference in the quality of life of the patients. Objective: To analyze the blood rheology and hemodynamics in patients with primary open angle glaucoma and explore its relationship. Methods: 43 patients(n=51 eyes)with primary open angle glaucoma treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were collected as case group, at the same time, 25 healthy volunteers(n=50 eyes)were selected as control group. The blood rheology parameters such as fibrinogen, whole blood specific viscosity, plasma ratio viscosity of the two groups were detected, the spectrum of central retinal artery(CRA) and ophthalmic artery(OA) in two groups were detected by color Doppler ultrasound, and hemodynamic parameters such as resistance index(RI), peak systolic velocity(PSV), end diastolic velocity(EDV) were compared between the two groups. Results: The fibrinogen, low shear and high shear whole blood viscosity, plasma ratio viscosity of case group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The RI in CRA, OA of case group was higher than that of control group respectively, and the PSV, EDV in CRA, OA of case group were lower than those of control group respectively, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The fibrinogen, low shear and high shear whole blood viscosity, plasma ratio viscosity of blood rheology in patients with primary open angle glaucoma were positive association with RI of hemodynamics, which were negative association with PSV, EDV of hemodynamics, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: There are blood circulation disorder with different degrees in patients with primary open angle glaucoma, joint detection of blood rheology and hemodynamics can be used to be an important indicator for the diagnosing and evaluating prognosis of primary open angle glaucoma. Objective: To study the efficacy of travoprost eye drops in the treatment of open angle glaucoma and its effect on hemodynamics. Methods: 164 patients with open angle glaucoma who were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the research object, they were divided into control group (82 cases) and experimental group (82 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was given timolol maleate eye drops, and the experimental group was given travoprost eye drops. Results: The intraocular pressure and visual change of two groups were observed after 12 weeks. The peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity(EDV) and resistance index(RI) of ophthalmic artery (OA), short posterior ciliary artery(SPCA) and central retinal artery (CRA) were detected by color doppler ultrasonic. The adverse reactions were observed. The intraocular pressure and visual acuity in the two groups were compared between before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05); After treatment, the intraocular pressure of the patients in the two groups which compared with before treatment was decreased, the vision of the patients in the two groups which compared with before treatment was increased, the intraocular pressure with decreased and the vision with increased in the experimental group were more prominent, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); At 6 and 12 weeks after treatment, the intraocular pressure in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the vision in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 12 weeks treatment, the levels of EDV, PSV of OA, SPCA and CRA in experimental group were higher than that in the control group, and the RI of OA, SPCA and CRA in experimental group were lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0. 05). The adverse reactions were mainly mild foreign body sensation, mild conjunctival congestion, iris pigment deepen in two groups, the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusions: Travoprost Eye Drops in the treatment of open angle glaucoma can reduce intraocular pressure, improve eyesight, improve the ocular hemodynamics indexes, and better security.
