The study aimed to seek the determinants of the performance of public elementary schools in the Division of Agusan Del Norte. A descriptive research design was used in the study that involved the secondary data of the psychosocial characteristics of the respondent schools obtained from the School Monitoring, Evaluation and Assessment data bank of the district of Las Nieves. Based on the finding of the study, absenteeism, poor reading comprehension, and budget were the problems experienced by the school heads that likely affected school performance. An intervention program has been designed to address the issues of absenteeism and poor reading comprehension. In addition, the factors and school environment factors are important determinants of performance achievement that directly affect students' achievement not only in a subject area but in all subjects. Laboratory adequacy and availability, a school environment affect students' performance in Science and Technology subjects. Moreover, students tend to understand and recall what they see more than what they hear because of using laboratories to teach and learn science and technology subjects. It was recommended that the Department of Education Division of Agusan Del Norte initiate programs/projects/activities to sustain quality education, increase the learners' mean percentage scores, and encourage teachers to give extra time to assist learners who are not performing well in school. The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, countries worldwide adopted different measures to contain the spread of the virus, which significantly impact citizens' daily lives in many ways and all dimensions of work. The study was conducted to determine the level of stress among government employees during the pandemic. The type of research is the descriptive research design. The study made use of primary data from 60 government employees as respondents. The data were analyzed and interpreted using descriptive statistics such as frequency counts, mean, and analysis of variance. Results of the study revealed that most of the respondents in the study were 20-30 years of age, married, female, and 20 years in government service. The level of stress among government employees during a pandemic is high. Moreover, addressing workplace stress and anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond will necessitate creative methods to mental/emotional health assistance and a completely different standard of care than present anxiety and depression prescription alternatives. The study's main objective was to assess the Engineering Laboratory facilities, equipment, and supplies of the Palompon Institute of Technology to propose an improvement of the system during the school year 2017-2018. This quantitative study used the descriptive survey method supplemented with documentary analysis while the data needed were gathered through the adapted questionnaire and statistically treated using the simple percentage and the weighted mean. The respondents of the study are the College of Technology and Engineering (COTE), with 32 full-time engineering faculty. Based on the findings, there is a need to assign a technically trained laboratory technician for system planning, monitoring, and repairing laboratory facilities, equipment, supplies, and laboratory student assistants. Compliance with all minimum requirements stipulated on the CMO regarding availability is a must. Problems occur in the laboratories with the operation, awareness of students and instructors, cooperation of school personnel and administration, planning, procurement, and establishing guidelines for work specifications and order systems. Enhancement of the existing system effectiveness allows determining the best effective system needed to maintain its operational capability and reliability. It was recommended that the college must adhere to the minimum requirement prescribed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) by improving on the procurement and requisition procedures. Schools were known to everyone as a second home, a place not just for learning but a sanctuary of friendship, leadership, and social responsiveness. This is where students learn to write, draw, dance, sing, laugh, and make friends. School officials and administrators must put the students' welfare as a top priority at all costs because this is the place where the hope and future of every country will be honed and prepared. Like other sectors of society, schools have their problems and weaknesses; one is the level of security and safety of the young people and its faculty and staff within the school premises. The study aimed to determine the Predictors of Fear of Criminal Victimization at School among selected criminology students at Saint Michael College of Caraga. In addition, this study anchored on the Victim Precipitation Theory by Siegel (2006). The result shows that out of 366 respondents, 206 or 67.21% are Male with the Age bracket of 17-20 years old, and most of them are in second-year level. As to the level of a predictor of fear of criminal victimization, Fear of crime has a Mild Fear of Victimization, same with the Perception of Risk has and Violent Crime Victimization Experiences that have a small amount of fear of victimization. Further, this study proves that students' demographic profile has no significant relationship between the level of predictors of fear of criminal victimization at school. Enhancement of Moral Foundations is essential to criminology Students. Therefore, the aim of this study is to determine the levels of Moral Foundation among Criminology Students of Saint Michael College of Caraga. In addition, this study has anchored the theory of Moral Foundations Theory (MFT). The theory could have been a mental hypothesis explaining why moralities differ but express fundamental features (Haidt & Joseph, 2011). Adopted survey questionnaires were given to a sample of 366 criminology students at Saint Michael College of Caraga through google form. The findings show that majority of the respondents were male, with an average age of 20-22-year-old and most of them were found the second year. Finding also revealed that the level of moral foundation among criminology students was found all high. The test of relationship revealed that the moral foundation among criminology students is not significantly related to their profile and age, and year level. Moral Foundation among criminology students also showed negative significant difference as to their gender and Year level. However, results showed a positive significant difference between their moral foundation and Age. Moreover, results revealed that the moral foundation among criminology students of Saint Michael College of Caraga was found high but demonstrated a significant low moderating effect on the relationship between their profiles and as well as to their moral foundation. Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team individual is remarkably ordinary for law enforcement, Criminology students, and civilian officers. A unique technique, style, protocol, and discipline; however, they have a similar purpose, awareness, and potential to guard. The purpose of this study to determine the capability of Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team in Caramen Agusan del Norte with the selected barangay namely, Barangay Cahayagan, Gosoon, San Agustin, Tagcatong, and Barangay Vinapor in Carmen Agusan del Norte. Based on the result, most of the respondents were 41-50 years old, High School Level, and experience 3 trainings below the Number of Training; Arnis is the Types of Training they undergo. Moreover, many of the respondents was served 2 years and below as Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team. On the other hand, results show no significant relationship between the demographic profile and capability of the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team in Carmen, Agusan del Norte. Also, it was found out that there is no significant difference in the capabilities of the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT) as perceived by themselves and the community. Dispute resolution is a method of public needs assessment that aims to promote home and social peace at the community level. This study aims to evaluate the arbitration, conciliation, and mediation to implement the roles as the dispute resolution and its effectiveness in the Municipality of Buenavista. The data obtained through the questionnaire were analyzed and interpreted using the descriptive research method. The results show that out of 120 lupon tagapamayapa/barangay captain that most of them are at the age of 51 and above years old, mostly college graduate, male, with 5-9 trainings attended, and lastly, most of them are 3-5 years of experience as a lupon tagapamayapa. Also, the result shows that out of 10 barangays, 5 barangays have a case on the collection of slander, 4 barangays have 26-50 cases filed per year, 3 barangays have 16-30 cases settled, and 10 barangays have 46 cases unsettled. Furthermore, the level of capacity among lupon tagapamayapa/barangay captain as to arbitration is sometimes observed in all cases. Conciliation and Mediation are consistently observed in all cases. This signifies the skills of dispute resolution among barangay captain/lupon tagapamayapa in Buenavista Agusan del Norte. This study aimed to determine the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic among Micro Business enterprises in Buenavista, Agusan del Norte. The researchers used a descriptive research design meffod. A self-made survey questionnaire was designed through careful consideration of some related studies and internet sources and checked by the statistician for suggestions, comments, and reffnement for reliability tests. Based on the ffndings of the study, creativity is the management skill that they preferred to prioritize, creating a plan to take advantage of the opportunities of this pandemic and select the best solution to the problem due to crisis. The study results also show that the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on business strategies among enterprise owners has an average of "Strongly Agree," which means the business plan is always used. It showed that the participants mostly preferred "Price" as their management strategy. They increased the Price of most demanded products despite Covid-19, and the Price of products is dependent on other competitors. It was recommended that the management consider the result of the study, create strategies, and impose protocol to help the business maintain its operations and healthy work environment. The new context for selling, purchasing items and services is social media. It grew in popularity because of the pandemic as a way of adjusting to the new normal. Risks are also believed to be a part of any businessperson's path while starting a business. The study aims to determine the risk encountered among online sellers in Nasipit, Agusan del Norte. The respondents of the study are the 55 registered online sellers in Nasipit and used the random sampling meffod to select the respondents with an attached inform consent to protect their identity. ffis study employed the following statistical tool: namely, weighted mean, frequency, percentage, and spearman rho correlation, to determine age, monthly income, years of operation, factors of online purchase, and risk encountered among online sellers. The study found that among the three determined risks encountered among online sellers, most responses indicate that time consuming has a signiffcant impact on the risks faced by online sellers. Amidst the pandemic, Filipinos enjoy eating on the street, which creates and replicates Filipino cuisine in every corner with various exotic dishes and foods. This study aims to determine the coping mechanism among Nasipit Port vendors during the COVID-19 pandemic. ffis study employed the descriptive survey meffod conducted among different vendors located in Nasipit, Agusan del Norte, particularly in Barangay Talisay, Nasipit Port. The respondents of the study were a total of 29 vendors. The study followed an effical standard by giving a survey questionnaire to the respondents with an attached inform consent form to protect the conffdentiality of their information. The ffndings of the study revealed that among the four (4) areas such as product, price, place and promotion, the price has the major distribution of responses which means that coping mechanisms in this area were being used and applied by different vendors to keep their business survive. Threfore, coping mechanism in price, affordable and can be bought by people in the average class, exact to people expectations and enough to gain a profft and capital back, bring a big contribution as it helps them to maintain their business operation during diffcult times given by the COVID-19 pandemic. The main purpose of the study was to determine the Consumer Behavior among College Students of Saint Michael College of Caraga during COVID-19 Pandemic. ffis study used descriptive correlation to understand and accept the respondents' opinions or insights on a speciffc problem. Based on the study's ffndings, out of all the variables used to measure respondents' level of inffuencing factors regarding their buying behavior, the personal factor is the highest inffuencing factor of their buying behavior, which means that these respondents are buying according to their lifestyle and personality. Today, online shopping is a great innovation, making life easier and more convenient for everyone. The study aimed to determine the factors affecting the level of consumer satisfaction of online businesses. ffis research study used ffomassen's model that allows the researcher to determine the factors that affect the customers' satisfaction and what factors greatly inffuence their satisfaction. Five factors contributed to this research study: fast transaction, mode of payment convenience, price and values, customer service, and product quality. ffis research used a descriptive survey meffod of distributing questionnaires to 393 respondents. Questionnaires were distributed among all online consumers in the selected eleven barangays in Nasipit, Agusan del Norte. Based on the ffndings, there is no signiffcant difference in the online business level of consumer satisfaction as to their proffle. This study was conducted to determine the physical and wellness among student-athletes of Saint Michael College of Caraga. The researchers used descriptive correlational type of research in conducting the study. Based on the result, most of the student athletes' age is 19 up to 21 years old. Also, it revealed in the study that the student-athletes are implementing the physical as to cardiovascular endurance activities, muscular strength activities, muscular endurance, flexibility activities, and body composition. This study aimed to determine the Personality Types of Bachelor of Physical Education Students in Saint Michael College of Caraga. It was anchored on the theory of Myers-Briggs, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) of 16 personality types. The researchers used the descriptive method in conducting the study. The researchers used a questionnaire as the main instrument for data gathering as 88 respondents were involved in this study. Based on the findings, most of the respondents have a personality type of Extraverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging (ESFJ), the Caregiver. Extraverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging (ESTJ), which is the Director. Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging (ISFJ), which is the Protector. Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, Perceiving (ISFP), which is the Artist. And, Extraverted, Sensing, Feeling, Perceiving (ESFP), which is the Performer. These types of personalities could be the characteristic of being a Bachelor of Physical Education Students. In addition, personality development helps you develop a positive perspective in life. Native games are more than just games. They built body and spirit through exercise and played by all age groups, children, youth, and adults. This study aimed to identify the level of awareness on Philippines native games among the grade 7 student at Saint Michael College of Caraga. The researchers used descriptive design to gather the necessary data needed to determine the Level of Awareness on the Philippines Native Games among Basic Education of Saint Michael College of Caraga. The research had 113 respondents from two Grade 7 online sections, namely: St. Anne and St. Mary. The data were tallied and analyzed using frequency and percentage, weighted mean, and correlation as statistical tools. The study found that among the seven Philippine native games, the respondents were moderately aware of the two native games, namely Piko and Siato, while the rest were slightly aware. It was recommended that presenting the Philippine native games in a new light could give the youth a renewed outlook on Philippine culture and environment. Moreover, the administrators should support any programs and initiatives that would make the whole students, school personnel, and even the community familiar with the Philippine Native Games. The primary aim of this research was to determine the language learning motivation and demotivation among major English students at Saint Michael College of Caraga. A descriptive design was employed in which 170 major English students studying in two different programs: Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English and Bachelor of Arts Major in English Language college students were included. Also, Seven College English Instructors are added to know their credentials in teaching English courses. The study anchored on Gardner's Socio-educational model for motivation and Kikuchi and Sakai's framework for demotivation. A demotivation questionnaire was modified and adapted from Krishnan and Pathan's (2013) study. A modified 20-item AMTB motivation questionnaire was also adapted from Al-Ta'ani's (2018) study, distinguishing integrative and instrumental motivation. The closed-ended questionnaire was analyzed applying the following statistical treatment; frequency and percentage, weighted mean, correlation, and independent-sample t-test. The results showed that grammar-based teaching was the most significant demotivating factor and Integrative motivation emerged as the dominant source of motivation among students. The findings have implications for teaching and learning the English language; therefore, the school should consider requiring major English students to participate in an enhancement program to strengthen their language learning at Saint Michael College of Caraga. Awareness of modern modalities is an essential part of quality education. Teachers are challenged to use new teaching strategies to accommodate millennial learners. This research aims to identify the level of awareness of the various instructional modalities and identify the teaching practices and problems encountered in the implementation process among teachers at Saint Michael College of Caraga. A descriptive-correlational research design was employed to identify instructional modalities awareness and determine the teaching practices and challenges in the implementation process. Based on the findings, it was found that teachers were aware of the different instructional modalities. However, gender and years in the service of teaching affect the level of instructional modalities awareness. The result supported by the Psychoanalytic theory of Sigmund Freud, were unconscious mind, conscious mind, and the subconscious is an essential factor for the awareness. It was recommended that the administration should provide additional computer resources (servers, internet speed, and storage space) and develop a technology-based centralized resource center. Reading is a challenging cognitive process that involves analyzing meaning from symbols. This study used a descriptive design since its purpose was to obtain and present facts regarding graduates' demographics and investigate their perceptions regarding competencies developed in them by the school. The study was conducted at Kilangi Elementary School. The study used purposive sampling since the study ought to know the reading comprehension of the students. Based on findings, the reading comprehension of the grade six students of Kilangni Elementary School is often read a certain word that can build on existing information that they already know and able to understand and remember the certain content. It does not matter if they are fluent readers, as if they don't have any prior knowledge of the text, they still aren't going to be able to understand what they're reading. Then the level of reading of the Grade six students of Kilangi Elementary is frustration which reader does not have adequate background level for a topic and/or cannot meet criteria for instructional levels of accuracy and rate. It was recommended that the school division provides obliging facilities for the student's enhancement of their reading skill. The school administration must implement programs to their students learn reading more easily. Programs that will make students aim to love reading to improve reading abilities. The coping mechanism among fitness gym-goers was based on descriptive data on resilience and coping with stressful life experiences. This study was conducted to determine the coping mechanisms among fitness gym-goers in Buenavista and Nasipit Agusan del Norte municipalities. Based on the result, most of the gym-goers aged sixteen to twenty-five years old. It was revealed in the study, and respondents implemented the nine coping mechanisms as to cognitive reappraisal, social support, problem-solving, Religiosity, tolerance, emotional release, Overactivity, Relaxation, and substance used. Most fitness gym-goers used this coping mechanism as a stress reliever and increased overall health of sense of well-being. But all of these focuses on the emotional, physical, and mental aspects of the person affected by life stressors from the environment. This study aided scholars in finding out possible strengths and getting insights into the fitness gym-goers' behavioral tendencies and coping behavior. Food is life, but we need to remember that safety is our priority, especially in taking food into our bodies. Thus, this study was conducted to know the food safety practices among restaurants in the municipality of Buenavista Agusan del Norte. This study is anchored by the theory of Clayton et al. (2002), a planned behavior model for predicting caterers and food handlers' handwashing practices, and the Hygiene Consultancy Theory of Wandolo, Hygiene Consultancy. A descriptive method survey was utilized in the study. Data were gathered through a survey questionnaire. A total of 115 participated out of 10 restaurants, and fortunately, all of them answered the survey questionnaires. Based on the result, the restaurants in the Municipality of Buenavista, Agusan del Norte, applied Food Safety Practices. Therefore, this suggests that restaurant managers and employees have successfully implemented or cooperated with the Food Safety Practices in every Restaurant. The study attempts to examine the presence of the services as to Warm environment of hospitality, excellence in guest service skill and Rewards to guest satisfaction, and to determine the level of guest satisfaction with it in connection to Confirmation/Disconfirmation Theory offered by the Hotels and Restaurants in Butuan City. Coping is the behavior that occurs after the person has had a chance to analyze the situation, take a reading of their emotions, and move to a closer or more distant position from the challenge. The study's objective determined the level of Coping Mechanism among travel agencies in Buenavista, Nasipit, Carmen, Agusan del Norte. The descriptive research method was employed in conducting the study. The result shows that the coping mechanism among the travel agencies in Buenavista, Nasipit, and Carmen have significantly no difference from one another. The researchers found that most of the respondents sometimes practice promotions as a coping mechanism; many of the travel agencies always practice and follow the protocols during the covid-19 pandemic, and most of the respondents always utilize all available resources. The overall result showed that the coping mechanism among the travel agencies in Buenavista, Nasipit, and Carmen was always applied. It was recommended that travel agencies maintain health and safety protocols to keep themselves from getting infected with the coronavirus. The key elements are security and greater sensitivity and attention to health-related aspects. The major difference between traditional and online Food Ordering is the extent of interaction between the consumer and the seller. The focus of this study is to determine the level of customer satisfaction towards food delivery services. This research is anchored on McCarthy's 4P's theory or the Marketing Mix, the Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. This study used the descriptive method. The study revealed that the service delivery of the walk-in and online service providers is well compensated most of the time. The customers were satisfied with the foodservice delivery. The researchers recommend that it is very important to have a business permit. It should be the first to settle before the operation. The study aimed to identify the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic among Restaurants in Buenavista, Nasipit, and Carmen. The researchers used a descriptive design in conducting the study. The study was conducted in three areas: Buenavista, Nasipit, Carmen, and the selected fully operated during this pandemic and a family-style dining restaurant. The respondents are the owners and employees. The results show the overall average weighted mean on the impact of Covid-19 among Restaurants in Municipalities of Buenavista, Nasipit, and Carmen. The owners' and employees' response is Agree means the respondents sometimes practice in the area stated. The chi-square test result indicates a significant difference in the impact of Covid-19 among Restaurants in Municipalities of Buenavista, Nasipit, and Carmen as to the number of workers, salary, dine-in capacity, number of days in duties, and health and safety. It was recommended that the owner increase the on-site dining with an indoor seating capacity to allow tables to have space at least 6 feet apart to maintain social distancing and avoid mass crowding as per the Inter-Agency Task Force implementation for health and safety protocol. Teachers' morale refers to how a teacher feels positive and interested in achieving school goals, and the school meets the teacher's needs and expectations. This study intended to determine the teacher's morale among Elementary School Teachers in Talacogon West District, Division of Agusan del Sur of the school year 2016 -- 2017. This study made use of the descriptive-normative method of investigation. The respondents of this study were the 28 public elementary school principals in the division of Agusan del Sur. Based on the finding, the study denotes that the teachers are conscious of the different assignments they handled. It greatly affects personal morale in dealing with a different assignment with most probably different behavior. It was recommended that the teachers and administrators attend capability-building training to learn and apply best practices in adopting and improving good relationships with a good climate in the school. The teaching of this subject enables the students to learn more Philippine songs and dances, love their very own culture and country. The study determined the preferred teaching strategies in teaching Philippine songs and dances at Kibungsod National High School, Magsaysay, Misamis Oriental. This study used a mixed method of gathering data. The respondents of the study were the six (6) MAPEH teachers and 179 Grade 7 students of Kibungsod National High School. Based on the findings, the teachers are using varied teaching strategies for teaching songs and dances. In addition, the students preferred more on the technology-aided approach while the Kodaly method strategy is the least preferred. Moreover, MAPEH majors are needed in teaching the subject to have quality learning. It was recommended that the Department of Education officials, supervisors, and principals create more seminar workshops/training among all MAPEH teachers responsive to their specific needs to enhance their knowledge and skills of songs and dances. Teachers should engage the students in more meaningful and enjoyable activities, especially in folk songs and folk dances, and applying technology in their teaching so that students will more likely retain the lessons and love folk songs and folk dances. Leadership styles push every member of the school organization to be active, eager, and desirous to accomplish the assigned task with sincerity, loyalty, and commitment to teaching work. The study attempted to determine the relationship between leadership styles and the efficiency of teachers in Bayugan North and Northwest District, Division of Bayugan City for the school year 2018-2019. The study used a descriptive research design. The study involved 125 respondents. It used a research instrument on leadership styles and the efficiency of the teacher's questionnaire in gathering the data from the respondents. The statistical treatments used were the frequency count, percent, weighted mean, coefficient of correlation, and t-test of relationship in analyzing the data. The finding revealed that the school heads were adopting the democratic and authoritative leadership styles to maintain good relations and support from the subordinate teachers through cooperation, understanding, and teamwork, which enable them to attain the goals and objectives of the school organization. It was recommended that the school heads should maintain a democratic style of leadership in dealing with the subordinates. The teachers should maximize their efficiency in teaching, particularly in doing assigned work in coordinating extra-curricular activities in school. The role of school in school is to help children develop their mental, physical, and moral abilities. The study determined the effects of bullying on the academic performance of Grade 3 learners in Kitcharao District, Division of Agusan del Norte, Philippines. The researcher in the study used the descriptive survey method. The test questionnaires were administered to 147 respondents. Physical bullying, verbal bullying has been affecting the academic performance of grade learners significantly. The study concludes that bullying in school, such as physical, verbal, and gang of bullies, has been happening in school often and disturbing to some extent the learners' performance. These disturbances have only obtained average performance. The school should monitor without let-up bullying and strictly implement disciplinary action to it versus bullies to protect graders from disturbances of their learning process. Measuring the readiness of the faculty to teach online is a condition of faculty preparedness for the online teaching environment. This study aimed to evaluate the readiness among faculty in Eastern Visayas State University Ormoc City Campus during the academic year 2020-2021. The researchers used a descriptive research design in conducting the study. The survey was conducted among 130 faculty using a google form, and the data were gathered through survey questionnaires and tested using average weighted mean through SPSS software. Based on the findings for course design, course communication, time management, and technical competencies, the teachers rated these areas higher than expected. In terms of attitude towards teaching online, the result was also beyond expectation. Therefore, the faculty of Eastern Visayas State University Ormoc City Campus, Philippines, are ready to teach online. Assessing the readiness of the faculty to teach online makes a significant difference in the overall performance of online courses and programs. It was recommended that the faculty teaching online classes should attend trainings and seminars. In addition, the instructional designers should assist the faculty in their preparation in the four areas before the actual teaching. Faculty meetings are important gatherings to learn as a community. This study determined the behavior during meetings of the faculty of the College of Engineering and Architecture of the University of the Visayas during the school year 2018-2019. The descriptive survey method of the research was used in this study. Based on the findings, the College of Engineering faculty promoted the flow of communication among their colleagues. In addition, they suggested procedures for a smooth and open discussion of issues, where free discussion of ideas was encouraged. Refraining from excessive competitive behavior, the CEA faculty drew out the opinions of the other faculty members, especially those new to the department, for they would be encouraged to express their views and thus contribute to the improvement of instruction and operations in the College of Engineering. Moreover, they skillfully handled the discussion so the new faculty members would not feel intimidated by their assertiveness. It was recommended that the faculty arrange the details of the meeting to avoid disagreements. The participants should be informed about the items to be discussed and prepare their questions about the subject matter. The study established the psychosocial characteristics that drive crime incidence and the quality of life of inmates. It employed descriptive method in describing the psychosocial characteristics of inmates, crime incidence, and their quality of life. It used data mining, questionnaires, and interviews in the data gathering. It employed the Convenience Sampling Method in determining the respondents. The statistical tools used in the analysis and interpretation of data consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, and Pearson Correlation. The study revealed that the inmates had low level of education, low level of income and involved with drugs. The inmates were Moderately Satisfied with their quality of life in jail. It revealed that there is high correlation in involvement with drugs and crimes. Economic reasons induced inmates to commit crimes. Self-esteem, self-control and strong personal values could have prevented them from committing crimes. Low educational attainment resulted to economic difficulties, low self-esteem and self-control. The study recommends for the children to stay in school to obtain good education and self-esteem and for the government to provide employment, skills training for inmates for their reentry and reintegration into the society to avoid reoffending. In the world of work job performance is widely acknowledged yet largely misunderstood. The study aimed to determine the correlates on the job performance of School Heads in selected schools of Bayugan City Division for the School Year 2017 -- 2018. The study used a descriptive research design. There were 137 respondents of the study who were taken as complete enumeration. The findings of the study disclosed that personal issues was rated as "Frequent" which explains that the School Heads were frequently showing a humble behavior and good moral character, good reputation with credible integrity, faith in God, honest and sincere. Job suitability was rated as "Frequent" which explains that the School Heads were frequently fitted to tackle works, have appropriate qualification for managerial work, possess knowledge and skills in directing and guiding the teachers, and confidence in performing the duties and functions. It is recommended that the School Heads should be more creative in solving problems of the teachers. They should improve the school environment to have a good working condition. They should be more compassionate and kind to teachers. They should improve their expertise in solving problems relative to administrative matters. They should always attend job training that leads them to be more creative in making program plan of action. This study ascertains the teacher's classroom practices and learning outcomes in Social Studies among Grade-VII students of Santiago National High School, Santiago District, and Division of Agusan del Norte. The formulated hypothesis stated that (1) there is no significant relationship between the instructional materials, teaching strategies to the learning outcomes of Social Studies, and (2) two of the independent variables significantly predict that the teachers classroom practices affect the learning outcomes, the hypothesis testing was set at .05 level of significance. The descriptive type of research was used in the study. Survey questionnaires convey relation of teaching classroom practices to learning outcomes in Social Studies. The 130 Grade VII students of Santiago National High School, Santiago District, Division of Agusan del Norte, were the respondents of the study. After considering the problem, the weighted mean, Pearson product moment coefficient of correlation and regression analysis were utilized to treat the data. The study attempted to determine the qualities of leadership relating to management skills of school heads in Bayugan North and West District I of Bayugan City Division for the school year 2017-2018. It used a descriptive research design. There were 139 teacher respondents who were distributed in the Bayugan North and West District I of Bayugan City Division. The date revealed that the school heads have manifested and exhibited almost excellent qualities of leadership in terms of ability to learn, conscientiousness, adaptability and emotional intelligence but with a room for improvement. The school heads have shown highly commendable managerial skills that concern to technical skills, interpersonal skills and administrative skill but still need improvement. Ability to learn, conscientiousness, adaptability and emotional intelligence are relating factors on technical skills interpersonal skills and administrative skills. The study determined the relationship between the transformational as well as organizational leadership of school heads and the performance of teachers in Bayugan South District, Division of Bayugan City for the school year 2017-2018. The data revealed that the school heads have manifested a high level of transformational leadership in terms of values development and professional development. The quality of teachers could determine the quality of education of a nation. The purpose of the study was to determine the performance of the basic education teachers of Saint Michael College of Caraga with regards to the National Competency-Based Teacher Standard (NCBTS). A complete enumeration of eleven (11) school heads such as the two (2) principals and the nine (9) subject coordinators and the thirty-five (35) teachers were the respondents in the Basic Education of Saint Michael College of Caraga. The descriptive, comparative and correlational method of research was used in this study since the study attempted to present the professional profile of teachers and linked to their competence and performance. Results revealed that NCBTS performance of the basic education teachers is satisfactory. It was recommended that a proposed development program will be done based on the result of the study which is the satisfactory level of performance with regards to the National Competency-Based Teacher Standard (NCBTS) among the Basic Education teachers of Saint Michael College of Caraga.
