The article presents an interview with Fred Whyte and Peter Burton, STIHL Inc.'s president and vice president of sales and marketing respectively. Burton said that maintaining credibility with dealers as well as helping them grow professionally helped their growth. Whyte said that they had some instances where dealers were upset. Burton said that they will continue help their dealers helping them market and manage their businesses.
