This study draws on the dynamic capabilities view and the firm’s big data capability (BDC) in the new economic environment. It constructs an adjusted intermediary model to study the mechanism of BDC, strategic flexibility, and environmental dynamic affecting financial performance. We find that strategic flexibility plays an intermediary role in the “Converse-U” relationship between BDC and financial performance. Environmental dynamics adjust the relationship between BDC and financial performance positively and smooth the “Converse-U” relationship. The findings suggest building and managing BDC, combining BDC with the management process, and achieving continuous financial performance improvement in a dynamic environment. The paper also puts forward the nonlinear hypothesis, discusses the “Converse-U” relationship between BDC and enterprise financial performance in the Chinese context of digital economy explosion and growth, and considers the intermediary mechanism of strategic flexibility and the regulatory effect of environmental dynamics.

The aim of this study was to develop a novel four-spherical intrauterine contraceptive device (4-SIUD) with nickel-titanium (Ni-Ti) for human, and to evaluate the contraceptive effect. The 4-SIUD composed of 4 mesh spheres and 5 support arms. The shape of 4-SIUD was like a “T”. The height (H), upper width (D) and thickness of the 4-SIUD for macaques were 0.8 cm, 0.5 cm and 0.3 cm, and for human were 4.5 cm, 4.0 cm and 0.8 cm, respectively. The 4-SIUD was inserted into 5 macaques and pregnancy was not observed at 12 months. Three women used the 4-SIUD for 12 months, uterine perforations, expulsion, pain, and pelvic inflammatory did not occur. The results suggested that the 4-SIUD is appropriate for rhesus macaques and human use, and has a good contraceptive effect.

Objective: To explore the application value of ultrasonic measurement of optic nerve sheath diameter in elderly patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods: 86 cases of elderly patients with craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital between January 2017 and December 2018 were included, all of whom had the invasive monitoring of intracranial pressure (ICP) and optic nerve sheath diameter (ONSD) in ultrasonic testing. According to ICP measurement results, patients were divided into a normal ICP group (n = 44) and an increased ICP group (ICP ≥ 20 mmHg stood for increased ICP, n = 42). Gender, age, systolic blood pressure, blood glucose, hospital stay, oxyhemoglobin saturation, ISS score, ONSD value, hematoma type, primary injury, associated injury and complications of the patients were compared. Results: The univariate analysis showed that the systolic blood pressure in the ICP increased group was significantly decreased while the blood glucose, ISS and ONSD values showed significant increase (P < 0.05). The multivariate analysis showed that associated injury, systolic blood pressure and ONSD value had a significant influence on the increase of intracranial pressure (all P < 0.05). ONSD is positively correlated with ICP (r = 0.855, P = 0.000). The areas of systolic blood pressure and ONSD value under the curve in diagnosis of increased intracranial pressure in elderly patients with craniocerebral injury were 0.717 and 0.780, respectively. When the ONSD value was 4.90 mm, the area under the curve was 0.780, the sensitivity and specificity were 89.00% and 91.00%, respectively. When the ONSD value predicted that the critical value of good/poor prognosis of patients was 4.70 mm, the area under the curve was 0.796, the sensitivity was 91.00%, and the specificity was 90.00%. Conclusion: Ultrasound measurement of optic nerve sheath diameter can diagnose the increase of intracranial pressure in elderly patients with craniocerebral injury, and can better predict the prognosis.

The aim of this study was to improve the quality of semen samples by using a novel double-tube (DT) method. The DT method was developed to select sperm and compared with traditional swim-up (SU) technique for 31 semen samples. Sperm DNA integrity were tested with TUNEL and SCSA. Content of antisperm antibodies (ASA) in the semen was measured by ELISA and MAR. Levels of the caspase-3 in the sperm were assessed by western blotting. After SU and DT, 15 couples and 16 couples were underwent IVF-ET. The number of RCDs, the percentage of SDF and DFI, ASA and the level of caspase-3 were significantly decreased after DT and SU ( p = .001 and p < .001). When the DT and SU compared, there were significant changes in the number of RCD, the percentage of SDF and DFI, ASA and the level of caspase-3 ( p < 0.05-0.001). There was a higher cleavage rate ( p = .017) and a lower abortion rate ( p < .05) in DT-IVF group than in SU-IVF group. DT selection yielded spermatozoa with low RCDs, DFI, ASA, and caspase-3 which would be benefit for ART.

Intrauterine devices (IUDs) is the most effective methods of the reversible and long-acting contraception. 1) To develop a novel three-dimensional grid intrauterine device (3-DGIUD) with nickel-titanium (Ni-Ti) and silicone rubber. 2) To observe the effect of the 3-DGIUD on contraceptive efficacy and the change of uterus, endometrial sex steroid receptor, PAX2 in rhesus macaques (Macaca mulatta). The materials of the 3-DGIUD were the nitinol wire and the silicone rubber. The frame of the 3-DGIUD was three-dimensional and grid-like. Twenty adult female rhesus macaques were divided into the 3-DGIUD group (placing the 3-DGIUD, n=9), the sham operation group (no placing the 3-DGIUD, n=9) and the control group (n=2). On the 10th-day after surgery, the 3-DGIUD group and the sham operation group macaques were caged together with male macaques (female: male = 1:1). The uterus, 3-DGIUD and pregnancy of 18 female rhesus monkeys were examined by abdominal ultrasound every month. The endometrium pathological examination was carried out and the expression of PAX2 and hormone receptor (ER, PR) was detected by immunohistochemical staining. After 3-DGIUD was placed in case group for 3 and 12 months, only 1 of female macaque was pregnant in 9. The contraceptive effective rate was 88.9% (8/9). The 3-DGIUD in the uterus of macaques was observed by ultrasound. In the sham operation group, 9 macaques were pregnant (9/9).
