看護職には高い倫理観が求められる。その倫理観の基盤として、なすべきことに気づく能力および看護師として道徳的な行動を起こすための心の強さや責任を果たすための態度や姿勢があり、これらは道徳的感受性によって育まれる。看護学生の道徳的感受性を測定する道徳的感受性尺度看護学生版第2版(MSQ-ST2)が公表されており、その新入生への使用可能性を検討した。授業時にこの尺度を用いて行った3回のアンケート結果を所属機関の研究倫理審査委員会の承認を得て使用し、道徳的感受性の3つの構成概念をとらえられているかを探索的因子分析によって確認した。その結果、入学当初には一部の構成概念が適切にとらえられていない可能性が示唆されたが、入学4ヵ月目には、この尺度がとらえるはずの道徳的感受性をほぼ適切にとらえていることが示された。看護についてのある程度の学習が進んだ学生に対して、MSQ-ST2が利用可能であることが示された。(著者抄録)

目的：本研究は3 年次の看護学生（以下学生という）の看護観を分析し、学生の看護観がどのように変化し育成されているのか明らかにする。方法：18名の学生を対象とし、質問紙調査を行い、質的帰納的に内容分析を行った。調査は、全領域の看護実習を修了した7月（6回目）と統合実習を修了した同年11月（7回目）であった。結果：6回目の調査では、【対象のニーズを充足するための根拠に基づいた看護展開】【対象に寄り添う姿勢】などの5つのカテゴリが抽出された。7回目の調査では、【チーム医療の実践】【対象に寄り添い尊重する姿勢】など5つのカテゴリが抽出された。結論：学生の看護観は、全領域実習や統合実習の特徴に合わせて変化し、形成されていた。実習を積み重ね、看護の場や対象が広がっていくことが、対象の捉え方と関わり方、看護実践内容に広がりと深まりをもたらし、学生の看護観として育成されていくと考えられた。, Objective: This research aims to analyze the nursing views of third-year nursing students and clarifies how the nursing views of students have changed and how they have been nurtured. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted comprising 18 students. The contents were analyzed qualitatively and inductively. The survey was conducted in July (6th) at the completion of nursing clinical practice in all fields and in November of the same year (7th) when the completion of nursing integrated practice. Results: In the 6th survey, five categories [such as nursing based on patient satisfaction and patient’s attitudes toward nursing] were extracted. In the 7th survey, five categories were extracted [these included team medical practice, and approaching and respecting the subject]. Conclusions: Students’ nursing views changed and formed according to the characteristics of nursing clinical practice in all fields and nursing integrated practice. The places of nursing and subjects will be expanded by accumulating practical training. This will provide nursing students with an in-depth knowledge of how to perceive the patients, to interact with them, and the contents of nursing practice. Consequently, it was thought that the students’ nursing views would be nurtured.

本研究の目的は，看護基礎教育における看護学生の看護観の形成に関する研究動向を明らかにし，今後の教育的示唆を得ることである． 文献抽出の方法は，医学中央雑誌Web 版を用い，「看護観」「看護教育」をキーワードに2009 ～2018 年の文献について検索を行い，原著論文の絞り込みを行った．得られた文献からさらに「看護学生」を対象とした6 文献を最終的に分析対象とした． 年次推移では，6 文献はいずれも2015 ～ 2018 年に掲載されたものであった．また，筆頭者の所属は，すべてが看護系大学であった．抽出した文献の研究目的については，【学習体験から得た学生の看護観の明確化】【学習体験の学生の看護観形成への影響】の2 つのカテゴリーが抽出された． 本研究の結果，看護学生の看護観の形成に向けた教育の取り組みの動向が明らかとなった．また，看護学生の看護観の形成に関する課題として，学生の実習での経験の意味づけが大切であることや全学年でどのように看護観を育成するのか教員同士が共有することが重要であると考えられた．

災害看護論の授業において救護訓練の一環として、看護学生20名が、救命救急センターが実施した学生メディカルラリーにプレイヤーとして参加した。本研究は、学生メディカルラリーに参加した学生が、災害時の看護師の役割についてどのように捉えたのかを明らかにすることを目的とし、学生のレポートを分析することで、今後の災害看護論の授業内容を検討する一資料になると考えた。学生がレポートに記述している災害時の看護師の役割について、一文を抽出しコード化した。そして、意味内容から類似性を検討しカテゴリー化した。結果、30のサブカテゴリーから、＜災害現場の安全を確保する＞＜応援要請を行う＞＜救護活動を実践する＞＜器材使用の判断ができる＞＜迅速に処置を実施する＞＜全体把握をし、状況判断ができる＞＜災害現場の情報収集を行う＞＜救護者間で情報共有する＞＜要救護者、家族、周囲の人への精神的援助を行う＞＜家族への状況説明を行う＞の10カテゴリーが明らかとなった。学生は、他職種の学生達とチームを組み、看護の主体者として救護を行うことにより、チーム医療での看護師の役割や多くの看護実践内容を体験から学びに繋げていた。

私たちは，講義や実習を行う中で，言葉の意味の理解が難しい，計算問題に困難さを示す，自分の思考や感情を言語化することができないといった特性を持つ学生が気になり始めた。また，これらの学生を社会の期待に応えることができる看護師レベルまでに育て上げることの難しさを感じるようになった。 そのような中で，臨床で求められる能力を兼ね備えた人材を送り出すためには，まず，理想の学生の私たちのイメージを明確にする必要があり，そしてその学生像を目指し，効率的に自分たちの学生を教育しなければならないと考えた。 そこで，今回「私たちが育てたい看護学生像」についてまとめることとした。その結果，【基本的な態度や習慣（学習の基盤となるもの）】【看護学生として育てていきたい力（中核）】【科目によって修得していくもの（科目における教授内容）】の３つの局面が明らかとなったため「私たちが育てたい看護学生像」と成果及び今後の課題について報告する。

今どきの看護学生の特性について「物質的に満たされた世界に生きる」，「不確かな世の中に生きる」，「不確かな『私』」，「IT 化によるコミュニケーション能力の低下」という４つの視点から考察した．また，今どきの看護学生に対する教育について「若者が持つ強みを活かす」，「リアルな体験，他者とコミュニケーションをとる機会を積極的に設ける」，「安心して学べる環境と承認される経験を通して，学生の自立や自信の向上を促す」の3つの方法について述べた．さらに「今どきの看護学生」に求められる教育方法を具現化する取り組みとして，「学びのグループゼミ」を紹介した． 学生は成長する力，限りない能力を持っている．その力を育むためには，学生の特性を十分に理解し，それに応じた働きかけ方をする必要性が示唆された．

看護学生が臨地実習を通して看護をどのように捉え、明確化しているか、先行文献から実習における学生の看護観に関する文献の動向と課題を明らかにすることを目的に、医学中央雑誌Web版を用いて検索を行い、得られた原著論文13件を分析した。その結果、学生の看護観の明確化は、臨地実習の体験を通して学生が捉えた看護観や、臨地実習前後の学生の看護観の変化によっており、臨地実習前後の看護観の変化では、対象に沿った看護の見方について広がりがみられたが、実習目標の設定によっては学生の看護の広がりに変化が生じないこともあることが明らかにされていた。また、基礎看護学実習で捉えた学生の看護観は、看護学領域別実習で学ぶ看護の土台となっており、そのため、全学年でどのように看護観を育成するか、教育目的を意識し教員同士が共有することの重要性が指摘されていた。

わが国は多死社会という課題を迎えており，このような状況の中で患者を看取る立場にある看護師には，ターミナルケアにおける看護の質がより強く求められ，看護基礎教育においてもターミナルケアや学生の死生観育成に関する教育が必要である. そこで本研究は，死に関するドキュメンタリー映画の視聴前後において，看護学生と社会人の死に対する考えの変化を比較することが目的である. 死に関するドキュメンタリー映画を視聴した前後でA大学看護学生22名と一般社会人26名に死生観尺度を参考にして作成した質問紙調査を実施した. その結果，ドキュメンタリー映画を通して，学生が擬似的に死に直面し死について考えるという機会が死生観に何らかの変化をもたらしていた. このようなことから看護学生は，死を否定的側面だけでなく肯定的にとらえるように変化していることがわかった., In Japan, which faces issues of a super-aged society, nurses play vital roles in attending patients' deathbed and therefore are required to enhance their nursing skills in end-of-life care. This study aims to compare the changes that occurred to nursing students and citizen in terms of their views towards death after they watched a documentary film on death. We conducted a questionnaire, which was made based on a death perspective scale, to 22 nursing students at a university and 26 citizens. The result shows that their views towards death were changed to some extent by the opportunity of vicariously facing death and thinking it over. It is also shown that they also came to view death positively rather than only paying attention to negative aspects of death.

We performed a cross-sectional analysis of nursing students’ attitudes towards a curriculum that continuously incorporated opportunities to study the nursing process and nursing diagnosis (through lectures and unfolding case study practicums) from year 1 to the first semester of year 3 of their studies, and, having identified those attitudes, we investigated how best to educate students on these topics. Specifically, we determined nursing students’ awareness, self-assessed learning attainment, difficulties, and preparedness regarding the nursing process/nursing diagnosis, and then analyzed the associations between these constructs in order to determine the current state of instructional content. A self-administered anonymous questionnaire study was carried out a total of four times: once after the introductory course for first-year students (Group 1), once each before and after the intermediate course for secondyear students (Groups 2 and 3), and once after the applied course for third-year students (Group 4). We determined nursing students’ actual level of awareness, self-assessed learning attainment, self-assessed difficulties in studying, and preparedness regarding the nursing process/nursing diagnosis. Then, we analyzed the correlations among these measures. Regarding awareness, significantly greater percentages of respondents responded to items in such a way as to indicate that they were highly aware of the nursing process/nursing diagnosis in Groups 1 and 3 than in Groups 2 and 4. In Group 4, a significant positive correlation was found between preparedness and self-assessment. The poor awareness rate in Group 2 suggests that although learning about the nursing process and nursing diagnosis at a stage in which understanding remains at a purely theoretical level can boost student awareness, the effect is not long lasting. The results suggest that introducing nursing diagnosis while students are still learning about the nursing process might confuse them, thus pointing to the need for better integrated education of the nursing process and nursing diagnosis.

背景 看護をめぐる環境は, 急速な少子高齢化の進展, 医療の高度化等により, 大きく変化している. 看護職は, より患者の視点に立った質の高い看護の提供が要求されている. 看護系大学教育においても, 根拠の伴った安全・安楽, 個別性のある看護実践能力の育成が求められている. しかし, 医療の高度化, 入院患者の高齢化等により臨地実習における実習内容が制限される傾向が生じ, 卒業時の看護実践能力の到達度が課題になっている.目的 基礎看護学実習I, IIについて, 看護技術の経験状況を調査・分析し, 看護技術項目の選定について課題を明らかにする.方法 対象は本研究に同意し, 実施状況表を記載した学生40名とした. 各援助技術項目について, 実習別に 「見学」 「一部援助」 「実施」 の3段階に分けて, 単純集計して得た値をパーセンテージで表し比較した.結果および考察 50%以上の学生が経験した援助技術項目は, 基礎看護学実習Iにおいて11項目, IIにおいて23項目であった. 予測していたよりも学生が経験した援助技術項目の割合が少なかった. 今回の結果を参考にして, 基礎看護学実習I, IIにおける援助技術項目の選定を検討することが必要である. 結論 学生が最も経験できた援助技術項目は, 基礎看護学実習Iでは, 【環境調整技術】のであり, IIでは, 【環境調整技術】のと【症状・生体機能管理】のであった. また, すべての学生が未経験の項目は, 13項目あり到達度の高い項目であった. 学生が援助技術の到達度を確認することができるために, 援助技術項目の選定を検討する必要性が示唆された., Background The nursing practice environment has markedly changed due to a rapid decline in fertility, population aging, and advancements in medicine. Nurses are required to provide high-quality care from patients' perspectives. Nursing schools are also required to nurture nurses who have skills to deliver nursing encompassing evidence-based safety, comfort, and individuality. However, the contents of on-site nursing training are currently being reduced due to advances in medicine and the aging of hospitalized patients, impairing practical nursing abilities achieved at graduation.Purpose To investigate/analyze the experience of learning nursing skills in basic nursing practice I and II, and identify issues in selecting the required nursing skills.Methods ubjects were 40 students who agreed to this study, and submitted a list on the basic nursing implementation status. Items of basic nursing skills were divided into 3 stages: "observational learning", "partial participation in the practice", and "total participation in the practice", according to training classes, and they were compared after converting the obtained values to percentages.Results and Discussion The number of basic nursing skill items that were experienced by more than 50% of the students was 11 and 23 in basic nursing practice I and II, respectively. The number of nursing skill items experienced by the students was lower than we had expected. Based on these results, it is necessary to examine the selection of items of basic nursing skills in basic nursing practice I and II

看護専門学校において、公衆衛生学授業の授業評価を行った。情意ベクトルを用いた授業の情動面の評価と自由記述の質的分析を行った。対象者43名中40名から回答を得た。授業の情動面の評価では、無反応とその他を除いた12のカテゴリー中6つのカテゴリーで難しく、面白くないという結果が出た。特に、法律が最も難しく、面白くない、という結果であった。自由記述の質的分析では、1つのカテゴリーと6つのサブカテゴリーが得られた。学習困難感が、授業改善への具体的要望につながっていた。また、わかりやすい、と思うことが興味を持つことにつながり、学習に対する肯定感につながっていた。授業改善への要望をかなえることで、学生の理解を向上させ得ることが示唆された。(著者抄録)

研究報告, 本研究は、未固定のブタ内臓という学習教材を用いた解剖学学習を経験した看護学生のレポート記述を分析し、教育効果の示唆を得るものである。看護学生211名の記述を対象に質的帰納的分析を行った結果、19サブカテゴリー、6カテゴリーが抽出された。【ブタを使用する意味】として、≪ブタの臓器は人間の臓器とほぼ同じ≫であり、≪ブタの臓器を用いることによる立体的な学習≫により【生の臓器で学ぶ意味】を得ていた。更に≪五感の活用≫により、【リアルな感覚的体験の学び】や【リアルなイメージ化による記憶】に繋がっていた。これらの実習体験は≪紙面学習の理解を意味づける体験≫となり、【紙面学習の発展を実感】していた。この実習経験によって、≪臓器への興味の増進≫に繋がり【学習への興味の変化】をもたらしていた。これらの経験は、鮮明な印象として残り、体感的理解によって、実践的なイメージを掴みやすいことが明らかとなった。

本研究は，看護学科2年生を対象に看護技術演習にタブレット型端末の導入を試み，その意義を質問紙法により明らかにすることを目的とする．その結果，「タブレット型端末を使用しての看護技術演習に関心・意欲がもてた」，「タブレット型端末を使用して映像を再生することにより自分の動作を客観的に見ることや，できていない動作に気づけた」，「タブレット型端末の映像をみることによりできていない技術を改善できた」等の回答が多かった．一方，映像を撮られることで緊張するとの少数の回答もあった．今回，タブレット型端末を看護技術演習に導入したことにより，看護技術演習に興味・関心が持って積極的に取り組み，できていない動作の改善に役立つなど，導入の意義が認められた．今回はタブレッド型端末の数が少なかったため，今後台数を増やし，他の看護技術演習にも導入し教育的効果を明らかにすることが課題である．, I was using a tablet-type PC to exercises of nursing technical skill. Then, an attempt was made to reveal the results of 4-point. Many of the students responded, there is a willingness and interest in the exercise of using the tablet-type PC. Students responded to be useful, It can also be seen objectively their behavior. By looking at the image of the tablet devices, Technology has been improved. Showed who responded that they get nervous that the video is taken.But tablet-type PC was less this time. In the future, I want to increase the tablet-type PC. I want to consider using technology in nursing practice of other tablet-type PC.

2009年迄に発表された看護師2年課程通信制に関する文献をまとめ、現在の通信制の課題を明らかにした。「看護」「2年通信制」をキーワードに日本看護協会の最新看護索引Web看護文献データベース、「J-DreamII」科学技術文献検索システムやCiNiiで検索を行った。文献が少なかったため、該当した文献に記載さされた参考文献からも看護師2年通信制を研究対象にした論文の検索を行った。2003年から2009年迄の28件の文献が該当した。通信制が始まった2004年以降に発表された文献は18件であった。課題は、学生側の課題、学習システムの課題、学習環境の課題、学生支援の課題、調査の課題があった。これらの課題への対策として、通信制養成校が中心となって行うべき対策、通信制独自の教材の開発や、時代に合った連絡ツールの開発やホームページの活用といった学生を取り巻く環境の改善、学生援助の指針などの行政のガイドラインの明確化の3点があることが考えられた。

To construct and to operate an effective, efficient educational system that could adapt to learners' level of progress, we improved "Taking blood samples" and added materials for "Injections", "Inhalation", "Suction", "Enema", and "Urethral catheterization". We carried out a self-report questionnaire survey among students to evaluate the teaching materials. Results from the questionnaire indicated that students rated the materials highly. Opinions such as "I would like to use it not only at college but also at home" and "With a little more explanation, it would lead to more effective study" were expressed. 本研究の目的は,看護学生1～3年生の看護のイメージの特徴を明らかにし,その関連要因について検討することである.Osgood's の意味微分法による32項目と個人要因を用いて横断的に質問紙調査を実施した.対象者は,1年生71名,2年生89名,3年生58名の合計218名を分析対象とした.分析の結果,看護の肯定的イメージの平均得点は,1年生が最も高く,2年生は3学年で最も低い値を示した.看護のイメージについて探索的因子分析を行った結果,「社会的価値」「職業的専門性」「職業的魅力」「人間的内面性」の4因子が抽出できた.個人要因との関連では,看護職になることを目指し入学した学生は,肯定的に看護のイメージを感じており,反対に入学動機が曖昧な学生はネガティブにとらえている傾向にあった.特に「社会的価値」と「職業的魅力」因子で,1年生と2年生の間に有意差があった.その要因として看護学実習での経験が影響したものと考えられ,学習過程にそって学生個人に応じた教育的支援が重要であることが示唆された., This study aims to examine the characteristics of the image of nurses in the minds of first-, second-, and third-year nursing students, and the associated personal factors that make up this image. A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted using the 32 items in Osgood's semantics differential method, and various factors associated with personal characteristics. A total of 218 (first year: 71, second year: 89, third year: 58) responses were analyzed. The analysis showed that first-year students had the most positive image of nurses, and the second-year students, the most negative. An exploratory factor analysis suggested that the image of nurses comprises four factors: "social values," "professional expertise," "professional appeal," and "human personality." The associated personal factor analysis revealed that the students who are aiming to become nurses tend to have a positive image of nurses, while those whose motivation is ambiguous tend to have a negative view. In particular, social values and professional appeal differed significantly between the first- and second-year students. We find that nursing experience is influential, and hence, suggest that it is important to provide educational support as per the individual's learning process.

現在，学士課程の教育及び看護系人材育成は，知識や技術だけでなく利用者のニーズに対応し，応用力のある人材を，また，自発的な能力開発を継続するための素養を育成することが求められている。今回，本学の１年次～４年次の学生とオープンキャンパスに参画した学生に，オープンキャンパスという大学行事への参加に関するアンケートを実施した。その結果，１年次生のオープンキャンパス時の入学動機では，ボランティア学生と教職員の対応，またその関係性から感じ取った大学全体の雰囲気の良さを評価していた。そして，様々な模擬体験，或は学生ボランティアや教職員との関わりを楽しさと受け止め，学ぶこと・知ることへの意欲が記述されていた。オープンキャンパスに向けた後輩への選好メッセージを，各学年別に類似している内容毎カテゴリー化した。全学年に共通した項目は，仲間および教員との関係性を示す内容と，看護を学ぶことへの充実感，後輩への励ましと応援であったが，学年によってその内容に変化が見られた。学生は他者との関わりを通して，看護職者として不可欠である人間関係を構築していることがわかった。更に，正課外活動が，学生の主体的・自主的に学ぶ機会となっており，学生が主体的に学ぶことを支援することに繋がると考えられた。

本研究では、学生の看護を学ぶにあたって生じる不安に対する認知的評価とSOCとの関連について検討した。 その結果、学生の不安には、専門的知識や技術、人間関係に関する現実的な不安と、対象が不明瞭で漠然とした神経症的な不安が認められた。しかし、それらの不安は、マイナスに影響すると認知するものだけではなく、プラスに影響すると認知するものも認め、後者は有意にSOC得点が高かった。さらに学生のSOC得点は、状態不安得点ならびに特性不安得点と有意な負の相関関係を認めた。またSOC高群では、看護を学ぶ不安がプラスに影響する群がいずれにも影響しない群より特性不安が低得点を示し、SOC低群では、看護を学ぶ不安がプラスにのみ影響する群が両面に影響する群およびマイナスにのみ影響する群より状態不安が有意に低得点であった。さらに看護学生のSOCは、状態不安がマイナスに及ぼす影響に対して交互作用効果も有した。 以上より、不安をあたかも自らに授かった挑戦と受け止め、それに意味を見出し、打ち勝つために最善をつくすというSOCの、積極的なストレス対処能力としての理論的枠組みを支持する結果が示唆された。また、看護基礎教育において、看護学生が自らの不安に気づき、不安がプラスに影響すると認知することを促すために、SOCの保持・増進の必要性が示唆された。, The purpose of this study is to examine the relation between SOC (sense of coherence) and the cognitive evaluation for anxiety of nursing students. We found that nursing students have realistic anxiety with the nursing knowledge, nursing skill, and interpersonal relationship and neurosis anxiety with indistinct cause. 本研究では、学生の看護を学ぶにあたって生じる不安に対する認知的評価とSOCとの関連について検討した。 その結果、学生の不安には、専門的知識や技術、人間関係に関する現実的な不安と、対象が不明瞭で漠然とした神経症的な不安が認められた。しかし、それらの不安は、マイナスに影響すると認知するものだけではなく、プラスに影響すると認知するものも認め、後者は有意にSOC得点が高かった。さらに学生のSOC得点は、状態不安得点ならびに特性不安得点と有意な負の相関関係を認めた。またSOC高群では、看護を学ぶ不安がプラスに影響する群がいずれにも影響しない群より特性不安が低得点を示し、SOC低群では、看護を学ぶ不安がプラスにのみ影響する群が両面に影響する群およびマイナスにのみ影響する群より状態不安が有意に低得点であった。さらに看護学生のSOCは、状態不安がマイナスに及ぼす影響に対して交互作用効果も有した。 以上より、不安をあたかも自らに授かった挑戦と受け止め、それに意味を見出し、打ち勝つために最善をつくすというSOCの、積極的なストレス対処能力としての理論的枠組みを支持する結果が示唆された。また、看護基礎教育において、看護学生が自らの不安に気づき、不安がプラスに影響すると認知することを促すために、SOCの保持・増進の必要性が示唆された。The purpose of this study is to examine the relation between SOC (sense of coherence) and the cognitive evaluation for anxiety of nursing students. We found that nursing students have realistic anxiety with the nursing knowledge, nursing skill, and interpersonal relationship and neurosis anxiety with indistinct cause. われわれが看護教育を行う上で一助となるように，アメリカで学ぶ看護学生はどのように動機づけられ，どのような看護教育ストラテジーが効果的であると考えているかを明らかにすることを目的として，アメリカのA大学看護学部の学生10名を対象に半構成的面接調査を実施した。面接内容は録音し，逐語録として分析に用い，サブカテゴリー，カテゴリーを抽出した。その結果，看護学生を動機づける方法として，【看護師志望】【友人との学び】【教員の姿勢】【看護経験からの学び】【リフレッシュ】の5つのカテゴリーが，効果的な看護教育ストラテジーとして，【構造化されたカリキュラム】【看護経験の活用】【工夫された講義】【学生中心の学習方法】の4つのカテゴリーが見出せた。アメリカで学ぶ看護学生は，学習者中心アプローチに対して肯定的であることが窺え，学生が主体的に学べるように精練された看護教育を行う必要性が示唆された。, This study explored the perceptions of motivational methods and effective nursing education strategies among nursing students in the United States. A convenient sample of 10 nursing students in the U.S. was interviewed. The interviews were audio-taped and transcribed by the investigator. Words, phrases and sentences that similarly described aspects of nursing education were categorized. The following results were obtained. The nursing students were motivated by the aspiration to be a nurse, working with peers, attitudes of faculty members, learning from nursing experiences and a sense of refreshment. Nursing students also considered the structured instructional curriculum, utilization of nursing experiences, a variety of instructional techniques, and student-centered learning strategies to be effective nursing education strategies. In conclusion, the perceptions of effective nursing education strategies among students who study nursing in the U.S. corresponded to student-centered instruction.

目的：ターミナルケアを受講する前の看護学生の死に対する態度終末期医療・看護に対する関心を明らかにし終末期看護の教育のあり方について検討することである。方法：看護学を専攻する3年次学生に対し，終末期医療・看護への関心，死生観，死の経験について自記式質問紙法により調査を行った。結果および考察：54名から回答を得た（回収率77.1%）。学生は，精神的・心理的ケア，身体的ケア，倫理的側面に関心を強く持っていた。一方で、スペシャリストへの関心はあまり高くなく，授業内容・時期に工夫が必要であると考えられた。また，終末期医療全般への関心は高く，メディアを通じて情報を得ているが，積極的に本を読んだり，講演会への参加などによって死や終末期の情報を集めるという行動には至っていないことが明らかになった。これらの学生の傾向をふまえ，身近なメディアを活用しつつ，理解度に合わせて図書や講演会について情報提供を行う必要性が示唆された。, Purpose: To clarify the attitude of nursing students towards death, to determine which aspects of End-of-Life Care they are interested in before lectures on End-of-Life Care, and to consider the content and the method of End-of-Life nursing education. Method: Subjects were third year nursing students. We used a questionnaire to study the degree of interest in End-of-Life Care: knowledge about End-of-Life, how knowledge about End-of-Life is acquired, and experience with death. We used the Death Attitude Inventory (DAI) to study their attitude towards death. Results and discussion: Responses from 54 nursing students were analyzed. They were very interested in psychological and mental health care, physical care and ethical aspects of End-of-Life Care. However, they were not interested so much in End-of-Life Care specialists. Therefore, a method of teaching, which interests nursing students in End-of-Life Care, and the appropriate time to present this course need to be determined. Although participants had significant interest in End-of-Life Care, most did not actively collect information and knowledge except from media resources. A few students read books and attended lectures on End-of-Life Care. Hence, our research indicates that media resources are a good way to teach End-of-Life Care because students are very familiar with them, and books and lectures, which student can understand, should be presented.

看護学の初学者である学生の学習意欲の構造を明らかにすると共に，基礎看護実習Ⅰによってその意欲がどのように変化したかを明らかにし，基礎看護実習Ⅰへの学習意欲に対する教育効果を検討することを目的とした．学習意欲は「実習・演習に対する期待」「小集団学習への適正」「主体的学習行動」で構成されており，基礎看護実習Ⅰを通して学生は「実習・演習に対する期待」「小集団学習への適正」の因子を向上させることができていた．今後は，「主体的学習行動」を向上させるための教育方法を検討することで，より学生の学習意欲が高まることが期待できると考える．

能登半島地震被災地における地域看護学実習において,学生が捉えた被災地住民の援助ニーズと保健師の役割を明確にする.被災地で実習し同意の得られた14名の学生の実習記録から,(1)被災地住民の生活状況と援助ニーズ,(2)保健師による個別支援,(3)保健指導技術,(4)保健師の地域保健活動,に関する事項を取り出し内容を分析した.学生は,被災地住民の生活状況の困難な側面を把握するとともに,「住民同士のネットワーク」「今後の生活に前向きな考え」という,地域住民の持つ力・可能性を捉えていた.被災地における地域保健活動として,「住民が必要時身近に相談できるサービスを創る」「必要な社会資源の利用を勧め,関連職種と連絡・調整する」「地域サポート体制をつくる」なども捉えられていた.地域看護学実習担当教員としては,被災地での健康課題と地域保健活動に身を置くという実習の意義に価値を見出し,実習指導方法を検討する必要があると考えられた.(著者抄録)

本研究は、看護基礎教育現場や臨床、論文など、あらゆる看護に関係する場面で日常的に使用されている用語である「生活体験」「生活経験」の定義についてレビューし、考察を行ったものである。方法は、医学中央雑誌およびJSTPlusにおいて、この2語を検索し先行研究における用語の定義、内容を抽出した。その結果、研究者によってその定義は異なり明確に区別されていないことが明らかになった。"生活"とは生存する上での活動のすべてを指し、"経験"とは体験を意識化、日常化などにより成熟したものと言え、看護学では主に基本的欲求に関する活動を指すことが多い用語である。また「生活体験」は生活上のすべての体験である。「生活体験]が成熟することにより「生活経験」となると考えられた。教育や社会の変化により学生の持つ生活体験・生活経験も変化しているためそれらを十分に理解したうえで教育の方法を選択していく必要があることが本研究において示唆された。

3年課程の1年次と3年次の看護学生を対象に、死生観について質問紙による調査を行った。その結果、① l、 3年次生共に死に対する回遊的傾向、タブー視は見られず、むしろ前向きな姿勢が伺えた。②死に対するイメージは、生命体の自然な成りゆきとして捉えていた。また、感情面では否定的イメージであり、悲しくつらい体験に意味づけをしていく必要性が示唆された。③死に対する不安は身体的苦痛、漠然とした不安が多く、 1年次生は思考レベルの不安が多かった。④死の意識面において、学年差はないが3年次生は行動化の傾向が見られた。⑤ 3年次生は1年次生よりも死の概念の認識面、および行動面において死生観の発達が見られた。

本学看護学科3年次生に開講されているターミナルケアの授業を通して学生の死生観の変化を明らかにし今後の教育の方向性を模索することを目的に授業前後で質問紙による調査をした。対象は,本学看護学科3年次生,50名であり,期間は平成18年4月,7月の2回である。その結果,以下のことが明らかになった。1)死別体験,葬儀参列の体験が8～9割があり体験率は高いと言えた。2)死に対する態度の尺度,死生観尺度,死のイメージ尺度(SD法)の授業前後の比較では授業後が有意に高かった。このことから,授業は学生の死生観が肯定的に変化することに大きな意義を持っていたと考えられた。3)死別体験・葬儀参列の体験・看取り体験と各尺度との関連は一部を除いて有意差はなかった。このことから看護学生の死生観を形成する上でこれらの体験は大きな影響を及ぼしていないと考えられた。4)授業は,専門の講師からの講義や学生が自ら死について考えられるような教材であったが,授業後においても死を否定的に考える学生もいるので今後の授業内容の検討が必要であると考えられた。今回の調査より,ターミナルケアの授業は,学生の肯定的な死生観育成に大きな影響を及ぼしていた。しかし,授業後においても死を否定的に捉える学生はいるので,授業のあり方の継続的な検討が示唆された。, This study was conducted to determine changes in students' view of death after they have completed the course on terminal care for third year nursing students, so as to help us decide on how the course should be taught in the future. Fifty students were surveyed before and after the course in April and July of 2006. The study revealed the followings. 1) As high as between 80 and 90% of the students have had death in their family or attended a funeral. 2) The semantic differential scales on attitude toward death, view of death, and image of death were significantly higher after students completed the course, suggesting the lectures played an important role in the positive change on students' view of life-and-death. 3) The relevance of the experience of bereavement, funeral attendance, or seeing someone die on these scales was largely insignificant, indicating these experiences do not have any great influence on how a nursing student developed his or her view on death. 4) The course consisted of lectures by instructors specialized in this field and discussions among students about their own thoughts on death. The fact that some students still thought about death negatively after completing the course suggests that the contents of the course work should be reevaluated. The surveys revealed that the course on terminal care had a great impact on helping the students to develop a positive view on death. Nevertheless, the fact that some students continued to think of death negatively suggested there is still a need to reevaluate how the course has been taught.

本研究の目的は、学生の看護ジレンマに対する対処過程の変化の要因を明らかにするものである。今回水野らの倫理教育に関する研究枠組みを使用し、5件以上看護ジレンマ日誌を提出した学生3名の記録を分析した。学生の対処過程の要因には、実習場所の移動、看護ジレンマの内容、教員の対応、の3点が大きく関わっていた。実習場所が変わり、慣れない環境下で感じたジレンマに対する対処過程は低い傾向にあり、それはスタッフや病棟のケアの方針が色濃くでている入浴、食事介助、手術場面などで多くみられた。また同じ実習の積み重ねにおいては対処過程は同じか、むしろ上昇していた。教員が学生の考えの橋渡しや行動を認めることは、学生が次の行動を起こし、対処レベルを上げる要因になった。教員は学生のジレンマの対処過程がどの段階にあるのか把握し、意図的関わりが重要である。, The purpose of this study is to clarify the factors of changing students' coping process with nursing dilemma. Three students' records were analyzed by using Mizuno's study framework on ethical education. Moving of practical training sites, the contents of nursing dilemma, and teachers' way of coping had many correlations with students' coping process. After changing practical sites, students showed low coping levels with the dilemma felt under unfamiliar circumstances. These low levels were often seen in the situations of bathing assistance, meal assistance and operations where hospital staff has firm policies. In repeating the same training, the coping level kept the same or became higher. Teachers' attitude of accepting students' action and bridging between students and staff or patients was a factor of students' initiating the next action and raising coping levels. Teachers should recognize students' coping levels and intentionally instruct them.

学生が主体的に考えることを意図した授業形態における足浴実験の効果を,看護大学1年生72名のアンケート調査およびレポートの内容から検討した.足浴の演習に先立ち,教員によるデモンストレーションは行わず,1週間前に学生にビデオを見せ,ビデオの方法に何らかの工夫を加えることを課した.演習は,学生自らが考案した方法で行い,教員はこれに立ち会い,評価,指導を行った.その後,足浴実験として,足浴後の水分の拭き取りありと,拭き取りなしの2条件を設定し,足浴前・中・後の足背中央部の皮膚温の変化などを測定,検討した.授業後の学生のレポートから,実験で理解が深まった根拠をもとにさらにより良いケアへと工夫しようとする姿勢がみられたものが18名(25%)いた一方,誤った考察と考えられる内容を記載した者も7名(9.7%)おり,実験後のフォローアップの重要性が示唆された

原著, Original Article, 本研究の目的は、看護学生の共感性と職業的同一性との関係を学年別に比較することである。対象は3年課程看護短期大学の1, 2, 3年生292名である。共感性測定には Davis の対人的反応性指標を用いた。職業的同一性測定には松下の「職業的同一性地位テスト」を改訂し、職業的同一性拡散 (OD)、職業的同一性達成 (OA)、早期完了 (EC)、モラトリアム (M) の下位尺度を用いた。各尺度を学年別に比較し、下位尺度同士の Pearson の積率相関係数を算出した。学年別の比較の結果、1年生の視点取得は2年生、3年生よりも高く、1年生の共感的配慮は2年生よりも高かった。職業的同一性達成は、2年生が1年生、3年生より低かった。相関分析の結果、1年生で視点取得がOA、ECと負、共感的配慮がODと負の相関関係があり、2年生の個人的苦痛がOD、ECと正の相関関係があり、3年生の視点取得がODと負、共感的配慮がOA、ECと正の相関関係があった。3年生の職業的同一性達成は、看護師に必要な共感性である視点取得と共感的配慮と関係があることが分かった。

原著, Original Article, この研究の目的は、看護学生の共感性を比較した2回の横断的な研究から、看護教育による共感性の学年変化を明らかにすることである。対象は、1999年度と2001年度の3年課程看護短期大学の1, 2, 3年生であった。方法は、Davis の対人的反応性指標 (IRI) を用いて年度毎に学年別に比較し、さらに両年度の結果を対比した。その結果、1999年度は想像性、視点取得、共感的配慮に学年差がみられた。2001年度は視点取得と共感的配慮に差がみられた。両年度を対比した結果、共感的配慮が2年生で低くなり3年生で高くなるという変化が同じようにみとめられた。この共感的配慮の変化が看護教育の影響である可能性が高く、時期的に臨地実習が契機になったと考えられる。看護学生の共感性を育成するためには、臨地実習で看護教師が看護学生に、共感性豊かな看護を自ら示すことが重要である。

原著論文, Original Paper, 本研究の目的は、看護学生の教師への期待に関する尺度を開発することと、その尺度を使い学年別に学生の教師への期待を比較することである。対象は3年課程看護短期大学の1年生、2年生、3年生であった。予備調査を行って臨地実習後の教師への期待に関する23の質問項目を作成した。この質問に対する5段階評価の回答を因子分析して、「保護的存在」「教育的存在」「強迫的存在」の下位尺度を抽出し、「教師期待尺度」を作成した。この尺度を用い学年別に比較すると、2年生の「教育的存在」の因子得点は3年生よりも高かった。項目別では、2年生の「教育的存在」の「先生の体験や考えを話してもらい参考になった」の得点が他の学年よりも高かった。以上より、2年生は教師が看護師としての体験や考えを話すような「教育的存在」へと、教師への期待が強くなることが分かった。

看護教育の機能は、看護を担う人材の育成である。したがって、教育においては看護職に必要な人間性の育成、啓発など情意面の育成は重要である。しかし、情意領域は一側面での評価が困難な事から尺度を設ける事が難しく、評価が暖昧になっているのが実状である。そこで今回、情意領域の評価を看護職に求められる資質と思われる部分から作成した。そして、それを調査表として3年課程の看護学生、1年生と3年生に実施した結果、第1回目は24項目中13項目に、第2回目は24項目中10項目に有意差が見られた事は、態度も学習や体験の積み重ねを通して変化する事が確認でき、カリキュラムや情意領域評価を考える示唆を得た。

P(論文), 本研究は、精神科リハビリテーション看護における看護学生の学びの特徴を明らかにすることを目的にリハビリテーション援助論および課題別看護実習(精神機能に障害をもつ人を対象とする実習-以下実習)を履修した本学3年次生6名中、研究に同意の得られた6名の授業レポートから、学生がとらえた精神科リハビリテーション看護の学びの特徴について記述内容を整理・分析した。研究期間は2003年6月～10月である。その結果、実習時期による学びの特徴は、中間カンファレンスでは「患者の個別性にあった援助の方向性」、精神障害者らのシンポジウム参加後は「地域で暮らす精神障害者の理解とやまいの体験に関する学生の思いと具体的援助」、最終カンファレンスでは「シンポジウムの学びを受け持ち患者に応用したその人に相応しい援助」であった。看護援助の学びの特徴は、「自己実現をより可能にする援助」、「自我を守り支える援助」、「患者の自我を強化する援助」が見られた。

臨地実習指導における教育的な介入への示唆を得ることを目的に，３年課程短期大学３年次学生を対象に，臨地実習開始前・中期・終了後に，国立大学医療技術短期大学部看護学科協議会臨地実習委員会A グループが作成した「臨地実習固有の学習内容」を用いて，学生の臨地実習固有の学習内容に対する到達度の認識に対する調査を行った．その結果，以下の結果が得られた． ①自己評価得点は，実習開始前と比べて終了時に自己評価が有意に上昇したもの（以下上昇群）と，上昇しなかったもの（非上昇群）の２群に大きく分類できた． ②上昇群のうち，段階的に評価が上昇した項目は７項目であった． ③学生は，認知領域は高く自己評価し，学習内容に到達したと認識していた． ④学生は１４項目は終了時に至っても，到達レベルに達していないと自己評価しており，それらの項目は，コミュニケーションや看護過程，理論との照合など看護を深める取り組みに関する内容であった． 以上のことから，教育的な介入として，学生がコミュニケーション技術を有効に用いながら，看護過程を展開し，看護実践を深めることができるように，カンファレンスを有効に活用し，場面を捉えて，学生の学習状況にあわせて，丁寧に指導を行うことが必要であると考えられた．学年進行に伴う到達レベルの詳細な明示など，学生の成長を長期的な視点に立って支援することの必要性が示唆された．, Objectives : The purpose of this study was to : assess the nursing students’ recognition of their achievement of their educational goals in clinical practice ; and discuss the clinical teaching interventions of nursing education by means of self-evaluation for the students at a 3-year nursing junior college. Methods : We used the self-evaluation questionnaire (62 questions). Self-evaluation was performed three times : the first was before clinical practice (hereinafter first evaluation), at the middle point of clinical practice (middle evaluation) and after the clinical practice (final evaluation). Results : １．There ware 2 patterns in self-evaluation scores. One was rise, and the other was not rise by comparison between first evaluation and final evaluation. ２．Only 7 scores were improved among 62 questions. They were classified cognitive domain, and they were recognized by the nursing students to be achieved of their educational goals. ３．In the final evaluation there were 14 items for which they had not achieved their educational goals. They were the following items : comparing their clinical practice experience with nursing theory, performing clinical practice while thinking about the nature of nursing and using communication skills, and the process of nursing diagnosis. Conclusions : Nursing students need educational intervention. That is, they need teachers to teach them, or to think with them, how to use the nursing process to overcome patients’ problems in each clinical situation by means of communication skills. It is also important to make effective use of conferences at school to so that student’s can shore experiences.

P(論文), 本研究の目的は、精神看護実習で学生が感じたこと・学んだことを分析し、重要な教授活動は何かを考察することである。対象は、看護短期大学の精神看護実習を行った3年生55名である。実習で学生が学んだことおよび教員とのかかわりを問う質問紙を作成し調査した。その結果、精神看護実習に求められる教授活動は、1.学生の感情を考慮し前向きに実習に臨めるようにする。2.患者の生活行動の意味について学生の思考を整理・促し、計画立案につなげる。 3.自己理解する際の反応の特徴を知識として活用し学生を支える。 4.学生が自己活用しながら患者との関係を構築しよりよいケアを見出せるようにする。 5.学生の自尊心を支えながら思考過程をサポートする。 6.教員自身の感情を振り返りながら学生にかかわるようにする。 7.学生の体験を学生とともに客観的に振り返り意味づけられるようにする。さらに、看護者としてのロールモデルを示すことは、精神看護の看護技術を学ぶ機会となる。

本研究は,学生が実習前後において精神障害者に抱くイメージとその変化を明らかにすることを目的とした.対象者は,1998～2000年度の精神看護実習に参加した長野県看護大学生236名である.自由記述による回答を質的に分析してカテゴリー化し,カテゴリー毎に実習前後のデータ数を比較した.その結果,精神障害者に抱くイメージとして≪疾患と症状≫≪特有の性質≫≪学生自身の思い≫など,実習前14,実習後18のカテゴリーが抽出された.また実習前後におけるイメージは,学生の生活体験や授業の知識によるものから,実際に精神障害者, The purpose of this study was to examine what kind of images the students of Nagano College of Nursing have about mental patients and to seek effective nursing education on the basis of the results. This survey has been done for 3 years from 1998 to 2000
