O Barroco nasceu em Roma e expandiu-se pela Europa e pelos antigos impérios coloniais. No norte de Portugal o Barroco tem um dos seus ex-libris no Palácio do Freixo, monumento idealizado pelo conhecido arquiteto, Nicolau Nasoni. A presente dissertação tem por objetivo investigar a história do Palácio do Freixo, contemplando o passado e o presente. O interesse deste trabalho radica no facto de haver muita informação mas não um fio condutor dos acontecimentos históricos, que reúna e sintetize diferentes fontes de informação, por forma a compilar todas as informações que permitam construir e perceber a sua história até aos dias de hoje. Nesta dissertação será dado ênfase ao contexto histórico e geográfico, às características Barrocas inerentes à sua construção, e à sua classificação enquanto Monumento Nacional. Serão também abordadas as inúmeras transformações que o Palácio sofreu, sobretudo, no final do século XX, até à sua reabilitação no ano 2000. Por fim, será dado relevo à atribuição de novas funcionalidades para o Palácio e para o edifício das antigas Moagens Harmonia, em 2005, e que tem permitido a sua preservação e salvaguarda, através do turismo. Através da análise histórica deste importante Monumento Nacional, este trabalho pretende contribuir, não só para o conhecimento da história do Palácio do Freixo, mas também para a necessidade de proteção e utilização responsável do património português. The Baroque was born in Rome and spread throughout Europe and the old colonial empires. In the north of Portugal, the Baroque has one of its representations in Palácio do Freixo, a monument designed by the well-known architect, Nicolau Nasoni. This dissertation aims to investigate the history of Palácio do Freixo, contemplating its past and the present. The interest of this work stems from the fact that there is a lot of information but no common thread of historical events which collects and synthesizes different sources of information so as to compile all the facts that allow for the building (or creation) and understanding of the palace’s history to date. This dissertation will emphasize the historical and geographical context of the palace, the Baroque characteristics inherent to its construction, and its classification as a national monument. The numerous transformations that the palace underwent will also be addressed, especially at the end of the twentieth century, until its rehabilitation in 2000. Finally, emphasis will be given to the attribution of new functions to the Palace and to the building of the former Moagens Harmonia, in 2005, which have enabled its preservation and safeguard through tourism. With the historical analysis of this important national monument, this work aims to contribute, not only to the knowledge of the history of Palácio do Freixo, but also to the need of protection and responsible use of Portuguese heritage.

The article approaches the safeguard actions taken by Museology course (UFRGS) towards the collection of Sociedade Polônia de Porto Alegre. It highlights that polish immigration is part of the immigration waves that occurred in Brazil throughout the XIX and beginning of XX centuries, Rio Grande do Sul state was one of the destinies that sheltered this ethnical group. In the capital several cultural associations were created, some of those were extinct and others were merged, originating Sociedade Polônia. In this movement of creation and reorganization of these associations, objects and collections were united as one collection under the care of Sociedade Polônia. In 2018, the Museology course approached the Faculty of Education group and together they expanded the work related specifically to the institution’s material culture preservation through technical treatment of the collection. Lastly, it highlights that one of the results of these activities is sensibilization of the community and valorization of these artifacts as heritage., O artigo aborda ações realizadas pelo Curso de Museologia (UFRGS) junto ao acervo da Sociedade Polônia de Porto Alegre. Destaca-se que a imigração polonesa compõe o contexto imigratório que ocorreu no Brasil ao longo do século XIX e início do XX, sendo o RS um dos destinos que acolheu esse grupo étnico. Na capital diversas associações culturais foram criadas, algumas foram extintas e outras acabaram sendo fundidas, dando origem à Sociedade Polônia. Nesse movimento de criação e reorganização dessas agremiações, objetos e coleções foram sendo reunidos em um mesmo acervo sob os cuidados da Sociedade Polônia. Em 2018, a Museologia se aproxima do grupo da Faculdade de Educação e amplia-se o trabalho voltado especificamente à preservação da cultura material da instituição através da realização do tratamento técnico do acervo. Por fim, destaca que um dos resultados das atividades é a sensibilização da comunidade e a valorização desses artefatos como patrimônio.

Resultando da prática profissional, estes acervos integram-se como fontes documentais que requerem a atenção de especialistas para a sua preservação e disseminação, de que se destaca no nosso país o Forte de Sacavém e o Sistema de Informação para o Património Arquitetónico (SIPA). “Raúl Chorão Ramalho – Arquitecto” (1914-2002), é a designação da exposição e catálogo que, em 1997, revelou a importância dos seus projectos e obras para a história da arquitectura portuguesa, corolário de um processo de sistematização e pré-inventariação do seu arquivo de atelier resultante da prática continuada por mais de quatro décadas. Destaca-se a relevância do espólio documental entregue ao SIPA em 2004, e argumenta-se sobre a importância da sua investigação para o conhecimento e enquadramento da actividade desta profissão na arquitectura portuguesa do século XX, em Portugal e no estrangeiro. publishersversion published

The text deals with the presence/absence of museums in the Marajoara Amazon and discusses the safeguarding and the management of archaeological heritage in the municipalities of Breves and Portel, state of Pará. The analysis of the data reveals that in Marajo’s museums are not reduced to institutions. They must be understood as dynamic spaces characterized by landscapes, archaeological sites, and the environment. In the municipalities studied, it appears that there is no policy for the protection/management of archaeological heritage. However, there are different people practicing unique processes to form collections, protect, and even manage these assets. However, the exploitation of the territory is a constant threat to this heritage. Hence we suggest the formation of Ecomuseums as a tactic of protection/management of the archaeological assets and a space for reflection and knowledge production. El texto trata de la presencia/ausencia de museos en la Amazonia Marajoara y debate la salvaguardia y gestión del patrimonio arqueológico en las ciudades de Breves y Portel. El Análisis interpretativo de los datos revela el hecho de que en Marajó los museos no se reducen a las instituciones. Los mismos deben de ser entendidos como espacios dinamicos caracterizados por los paisajes, sítios arqueológicos, el ambiente y su cosmologia. En las ciudades estudiadas se nota que no hay una politica de protección/gestión del patrimonio arqueológico. Pero, sí hay distintas personas practicando procesos singulares para formar colecciones, proteger e, incluso, gestionar tal bien. Todavía, la exploración del territorio se convierte en amenaça constante para el patrimonio, de ahí la sugerencia de la formación de ecomuseos como táctica de protección/gestión del bien arqueológico y espacio de reflexión y producción de conocimiento. The article presents the results obtained in the institutional project linked to the Special Advisory on Institutional Representation - Office of the Rector of the Federal University of Maranhão, called Organization and curatorship of archaeological collections, under the custody of UFMA. This qualitative, bibliographic and exploratory case study aims to record the formation of archaeological collections in Maranhão. The central approach of this work deals with the seal provided by IPHAN to UFMA for the issue of institutional endorsements to safeguard archaeological collections generated in the State. The different sources analyzed served as documentary records that demonstrate the interests of the University, often unintended and motivated by very specific problems, in safeguarding and managing the archaeological collections in Maranhão. El artículo presenta los resultados obtenidos en el proyecto institucional vinculado a la Asesoría Especial de Representación Institucional - Oficina del Rector de la Universidad Federal de Maranhão, llamado Organización y curaduría de colecciones arqueológicas, bajo la custodia de la UFMA. Se trata de un estudio de caso cualitativo, bibliográfico y exploratorio que tiene como objetivo registrar la formación de colecciones arqueológicas en Maranhão. El enfoque central del trabajo trata con el sello otorgado por IPHAN a la UFMA para la emisión de avales institucionales para salvaguardar las colecciones arqueológicas generadas en el Estado. Las diferentes fuentes analizadas sirvieron como registros documentales que demuestran los intereses de la Universidad, muchas veces involuntarios y motivados por problemas muy específicos, en la salvaguarda y gestión de las colecciones arqueológicas en Maranhão. O artigo apresenta os resultados obtidos no projeto institucional vinculado à Assessoria Especial de Representação Institucional – Gabinete da Reitoria da Universidade Federal do Maranhão, denominado Organização e curadoria das coleções arqueológicas, sob a guarda da UFMA. Trata-se de um estudo de caso de cunho qualitativo, bibliográfico e exploratório, que objetiva historiar a formação dos acervos arqueológicos no Maranhão. A abordagem central deste trabalho versa sobre a chancela fornecida pelo IPHAN à UFMA para a emissão de endossos institucionais para a salvaguarda de acervos arqueológicos gerados no Estado. As diferentes fontes analisadas serviram como registros documentais que demonstram os interesses da Universidade, muitas vezes, não intencionais e motivados por problemáticas bem pontuais, em salvaguardar e gerir os acervos arqueológicos no Maranhão.

Ao longo da sua história, os museus sempre foram lugares de guarda de heranças. Com a evolução do seu conceito, deixaram de limitar a sua ação ao material, e com o auxílio de diversos instrumentos internacionais, incorporaram na sua missão o imaterial. Assim, o Património Cultural Imaterial tornou-se essencial ao abordar os bens materiais, por atribuir valor ao objeto e apelar à memória coletiva e identidade das comunidades, atribuindo à instituição um dever social. É por isso necessário que o museu tenha ao seu dispor métodos que salvaguardem as manifestações imateriais, para que sejam posteriormente transmitidas, assegurando a sua continuidade no tempo. Throughout its history, museums have always been places of heritage storage. With the evolution of their concept, they stopped limiting their action to the material, and with the help of several international instruments, they incorporated in their mission the immaterial. Thus, the Intangible Cultural Heritage has become essential when addressing material goods, as it attributes value to the object and appeals to the collective memory and identity of communities, attributing to the institution a social duty. It is therefore necessary that the museum has at its disposal methods that safeguard immaterial manifestations, so that they are later transmitted, ensuring their continuity over time.

Además, se exploran diferentes formas de considerar y entender las características de la memoria que se está salvaguardando, entendiendo que no siempre la estrategia ideal de defensa patrimonial viene de la aplicación rigurosa de la norma, toda vez que debe ser un conjunto en el cual la comunidad participe de manera activa. Agua de Dios es un ejemplo claro en el que no siempre la declaratoria de un bien de interés cultural garantiza la protección del patrimonio, sino que, por el contrario, puede dificultar su apropiación. Based on the case study of Agua de Dios (Colombia, Cundinamarca), the following chapter analyzes some strategies for Cultural Heritage sustainability. Besides, it explores ways to contemplate and to understand characteristics in which memory is being preserved. Understanding that ideal strategies for heritage safeguard do not come from the strict regulation applicability rather than a set where communities participate actively. Agua de Dios is a clear example of how a place with Asset of Cultural Interest declaration does not guarantee its protection but, conversely, declaration hampers its appropriation.

This paper presents a study on the elements of memory, culture, and heritage in photographic records of Colégio Centenário. Through this, we seek to emphasize the importance of the composition, organization, and maintenance of Colégio Centenário’s photographic archive as a way to preserve the cultural heritage and safekeep the memories of the institution over the years. The school lost all of its collections after a fire accident in 2007. Although still in full operation, it was necessary to organize the photographic heritage in such a way as to include its temporal, cultural, and historical references, especially the oldest ones. Colégio Centenário follows a humanist philosophy that was born in the Methodist movement in England. The school was founded in 1922, by American Methodist missionaries who, through the principles of the Methodist Church, sought to meet the spiritual, intellectual, cultural, social, and material demands of society. It is understood that the construction of an archive, and later the production of a selective catalog, will give visibility its presence as a historical institution in the center of Rio Grande do Sul. For that purpose, we approached archive organization as well as a research-oriented methodology that was characterized as exploratory, descriptive, and qualitative. The literature review proves that through the composition and organization of the archive it is possible to recall the main moments of Colégio Centenário as a historical and cultural heritage through the photographic records. Este trabalho apresenta um estudo sobre os elementos da memória, da cultura e do patrimônio em registros fotográficos do Colégio Centenário. Por meio deste, procurase ressaltar a importância da composição, organização e manutenção do arquivo fotográfico do Colégio Centenário como forma de preservação do patrimônio cultural e salvaguarda das lembranças da Instituição para que se perpetuem ao longo dos anos. O Colégio teve todo seu acervo perdido após um sinistro com fogo em 2007. Embora continue em pleno funcionamento, se fez necessário organizar o patrimônio fotográfico de forma que contemplem as suas referências temporais, culturais e históricas, em especial as mais antigas. O Colégio Centenário é norteado por uma filosofia humanista que nasceu a partir do movimento metodista na Inglaterra. Ele foi fundado em 1922 por missionárias metodistas norte-americanas que através dos princípios da Igreja Metodista buscavam atender às exigências espirituais, intelectuais, culturais, sociais e materiais da sociedade. Entende-se que a reconstrução de um arquivo e posteriormente a produção de um catálogo seletivo irá dar visibilidade a sua presença como instituição histórica no centro do Rio Grande do Sul. Para a realização desse trabalho foram abordados referenciais pertinentes ao assunto, organização de acervo fotográfico como também uma metodologia voltada a pesquisa que se caracterizou como exploratória, descritiva e qualitativa. Através da revisão de literatura e do produto “Catálogo Seletivo: Colégio Centenário, uma história de 100 anos” que acompanha esta dissertação comprova-se que por meio da recomposição e organização do arquivo é possível rememorar principais momentos do Colégio Centenário enquanto patrimônio histórico e cultural por meio dos registros fotográficos.

The article discusses the sustainable use of nature in its relation with the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage, taking as examples the Atlantic Forest biome and the Fandango Caiçara and Roda de Capoeira heritages, cultural expressions that use species of this biome in the composition of its material base. An analysis of the dossiers of cultural expressions and the legislation of cultural heritage in its immaterial expression allows us to apprehend that proclaimed protection of this type of heritage does not effectively contemplate the relation of the imaterial heritage with the material base that it contains and that is directly related to the uses of nature, for this reason, the intended safeguard is not fully implemented. It is clear in this text that effective protection implies integrated management of culture, nature and territory, a challenge to be feced. El artículo analiza el uso sostenible de la naturaleza en relación con la protección del patrimonio cultural inmaterial, tomando como ejemplo el bioma Mata Atlântica y el patrimonio de Fandango Caiçara y Roda de Capoeira, expresiones culturales que utilizan especies de este bioma en la composición de su base material. Un análisis de los documentos de las expresiones culturales y de la legislación del patrimonio cultural en su expresión inmaterial nos permite comprender que la protección proclamada de este tipo de patrimonio no tiene en cuenta efectivamente su relación con la base material que contiene y que está directamente relacionada con el usos de la naturaleza, por esta razón, la salvaguardia prevista no se implementa completamente. Está claro en este texto que la protección efectiva implica la gestión integrada de la cultura, la naturaleza y el territorio, un desafío a enfrentar. No artigo é abordado o uso sustentável da natureza em sua relação com a proteção do patrimônio cultural imaterial, tendo como exemplos o bioma Mata Atlântica e os patrimônios Fandango Caiçara e Roda de Capoeira, expressões culturais que utilizam espécies desse bioma na composição de sua base material. Uma análise dos dossiês das expressões culturais e da legislação do patrimônio cultural em sua expressão imaterial permite apreender que apregoada proteção desse tipo patrimonial não toma, de forma efetiva, a relação do mesmo com a base material que ele comporta e que está diretamente relacionada com os usos da natureza, por essa razão, a salvaguarda pretendida não se faz de forma completa. Tem-se claro, neste texto, que a efetiva proteção implica na gestão integrada da cultura, da natureza e do território, um desafio a ser enfrentado.

La inclusión de la técnica de la piedra seca por parte de la Unesco en la Lista Representativa del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad, en el año 2018, fue el final de un proceso iniciado años atrás por diferentes países del ámbito europeo, en el que participaron también algunas administraciones autonómicas del Estado español. Este significativo reconocimiento no es, sin embargo, un proceso cerrado, sino más bien un aliciente para el desarrollo de propuestas que tengan como objetivo principal la salvaguarda de las técnicas de la piedra seca y los valores inherentes a esta forma de construcción. La gestión y puesta en marcha de estas iniciativas, así como el análisis del proceso de formulación de la Candidatura Unesco y su vinculación con el territorio andaluz, son algunos de los aspectos que se tratan en este artículo., The inclusion of the dry stone technique by Unesco in the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, in 2018, was the end of a process initiated years ago by different European countries, in which Some autonomous administrations of the Spanish State also participated. Las responsabilidades inherentes al ejercicio de la revisoría fiscal se encuentran contempladas dentro de la normativa colombiana, donde el profesional busca el desarrollo de programas de auditoría orientados a la prevención y detección de fraude o errores, que incorpora estándares asociados al desarrollo del encargo y otros que buscan la validación de la veracidad de la información por medio de técnicas forenses que garantizan un sustento legal adecuado con el fin de salvaguardar al profesional contable. Una eficiente proceso de planificación y revisión de los programas de auditoria aplicados de manera personalizada a cada cliente que permita la incorporación de tecnologías de información a la investigación forense garantiza que la evidencia obtenida durante el ejercicio de sus funciones es fiable y consistente con la opinión emitida y que cumple con la función de prevención e identificación de posibles fraudes, errores o conductas sospechosas salvaguardando la responsabilidad que estos actos pueden acarrear en caso de investigaciones por parte de los entes de control. [ES] En el presente trabajo final de grado, se presentan dos propuestas de salvaguarda de la obra mural Paño de las Ánimas de la iglesia de Nuestra Señora de los Valles, la cual está situada en La Cuesta, un municipio de la provincia de Soria. Para ello, se ha realizado un estudio de la obra mediante el análisis de su contexto histórico-artístico, la técnica de ejecución y los materiales empleados, finalmente profundizando en su estado conservativo actual y las causas de alteración. Con las propuestas de salvaguarda de esta pintura mural, se pretende conseguir una activación de esta iglesia por parte de la diócesis y de los nuevos vecinos del pueblo, ya que se está produciendo una gran despoblación en la provincia soriana, lo que está generando un abandono masivo del patrimonio. El más afectado es la pintura mural; además se pretende intervenir esta obra, para evitar su pérdida total., [EN] In the present final work of degree, present two proposals for the safeguarding of the mural work Paño de las Ánimas of the church of Our Lady of the Valleys, which is located in La Cuesta, a municipality of Soria s province. For this, has made a studio of the work with the analysis of his historical context-artistic, the technician of execution and the employed materials, finally delving into its current conservative state and the causes of alteration. With the proposal of the safeguarding of this mural painting, pretends achieve an activation of this church by the Diocese and of the new neighbours of the village, unfortunately a great depopulation is taking place in the Sorian province, which is generating a massive abandonment of the heritage. The most affected is the wall painting; it is also intended to intervene this work, to avoid its total loss.

This research has as its theme the cultural heritage of Laranjeiras city, through the Sergipe Afro-Brazilian Museum (MABS), whose objective was to discover how this heritage is safeguarded in this museum. Therefore, a bibliographic and documentary research was elaborated as a means of acquiring pertinent information to the city and its patrimony, as well as the application of an interview directed to the MABS director to know, above all, how the organization and dissemination of the information in the museum is developed. Thus, it is an exploratory and descriptive research, guided by the symbolism of the material and immaterial that make up the historicity of this community and its antecedents. Thus, this work exposes the interdisciplinarity of Information Science (IC), showing how information management is developed in places of memory, such as museums. Therefore, the results of this study show that this city is full of significant cultural goods for the socio-cultural construction of Sergipe State, but most of its immaterial goods do not have a Recognition Register. However, it was found that MABS does not have the capacity to effectively represent the city’s cultural heritage and collective memory yet, since its museological practices are far from the reality proposed by Museology and Information Science. A presente pesquisa tem como tema o patrimônio cultural da cidade de Laranjeiras, através do Museu Afro-Brasileiro de Sergipe (MABS), cujo objetivo consistiu em descobrir como este patrimônio é salvaguardado neste museu. Para tanto, foi elaborada uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental como meio de adquirir informações pertinentes à cidade e seu patrimônio, como também, a aplicação de uma entrevista direcionada à diretora do MABS para saber, sobretudo, como é desenvolvida a organização e disseminação da informação no museu. Deste modo, trata-se de uma pesquisa de natureza exploratória e descritiva, norteada pela simbologia do material e imaterial que compõem a historicidade desta comunidade e de seus antecedentes. Assim, este trabalho expõe a interdisciplinaridade da Ciência da Informação (CI), exibindo como é desenvolvida a gestão da informação nos lugares da memória, a exemplo dos museus. Portanto, os resultados deste estudo expõem que esta cidade é repleta de bens culturais significativos para a construção sociocultural do Estado sergipano, porém, maioria de seus bens imateriais não dispõe de um Registro de reconhecimento. Contudo, constatou-se que o MABS ainda não possui a capacidade de representar efetivamente o patrimônio cultual e a memória coletiva da cidade, uma vez que suas práticas museológicas se encontram distantes da realidade proposta pela Museologia e Ciência da Informação. UID/HIS/00749/2019 O projeto de investigação do património histórico-arqueológico de Vouzela (2016-2019) previa a prospeção do território, apesar de a densa cobertura florestal limitar severamente a sua realização. Porém, os trágicos incêndios de 15 de outubro de 2017 permitiram a abordagem extensiva das áreas ardidas (73% do território), o que resultou num aumento exponencial do número de registos em todas as categorias. Em termos da sua salvaguarda, implementaram-se medidas integradas no terreno (sinalização de sítios, contactos com proprietários, acompanhamento e fiscalização de trabalhos silvícolas, definição de áreas de não reflorestação, e ações de divulgação e sensibilização junto das populações locais) e em gabinete (inventário sistemático de ocorrências e definição de áreas de proteção georreferenciadas). The research project on the historical-archaeological heritage of Vouzela (2016-2019) aimed at the survey of the territory, although this was severely limited by the dense forest cover. However, the tragic forest fires of October 15th 2017 allowed a more extensive approach to the burnt areas (73% of the territory) to be carried out. This resulted in an exponential increase in the number of sites in all categories. The aim of this doctoral thesis is to present the person and work of restorer and professor of history of art Joan Sutrà Viñas (1898 - 1981), in particular within the context of the conservation and restoration of artistic heritage in Catalonia during the first half of the XX Century. The analysis of his interventions provides a great source of information on the state of conservation of numerous pieces with great artistic relevance that passed through his hands, as well as restoration techniques carried out particularly in the decades of 1920 and 1930. The evolution of his technique manifests in particular after his stay at the Laboratoire du Musée du Louvre de Paris. On the other hand, the recovery of the restorer’s personal archive, kept by his family from the time of his passing, becomes a tool for the consultation and study of the artworks that make it up L’objectiu de la tesi doctoral és donar a conèixer la figura i el treball del restaurador i professor d’història de l’art Joan Sutrà Viñas (1898 - 1981), especialment en l’entorn de la conservació i restauració del patrimoni artístic a Catalunya, en la primera meitat del segle XX. La historiografía puede contar con unas pocas aportaciones sobre la vertiente de la diáspora morisca en Italia tras su destierro de la Península ibérica (1609-14), mientras que carecen del todo los estudios sobre los contactos entre los moriscos e Italia previos a la expulsión general. A principios del siglo XVII, una nueva oleada represiva afectaba a la comunidad morisca en los territorios de la Monarquía. Con esta aportación me propongo referir y contextualizar la fuga a Roma de un grupo de moriscos aragoneses, afectados por los rumores de denuncias que corrían a su cargo ante los Inquisidores españoles. Con el objetivo de llegar a la ciudad del papa, los moriscos se autodenunciarían ante el Santo Oficio romano con la esperanza de obtener un trato más benévolo que el esperado en sus patrias. De ese modo, estos individuos podían volver a sus territorios de origen exhibiendo los documentos de absolución que el Pontífice, a través del Tribunal inquisitorial romano, les había otorgado, beneficiándose de facto de una situación de inmunidad. Con el propósito de comentar estas ocurrencias: –describiré el perfil de estos moriscos imputados en Roma–; pondré de manifiesto los conflictos jurisdiccionales surgidos entre el Santo Oficio romano y español, a raíz de las sentencias de absolución expedidas por el primero en favor de estos perseguidos. Historiography counts with few contributions about the Morisco diaspora in Italy after its expulsion from the Iberian Peninsula (1609-14); however any study on contacts between the Morisco and Italy prior to the general expulsion has been done. The aim of this contribution is to report and contextualize the escape to Rome of a group of Aragonese Moriscos, affected by rumors of denunciations against them before the Spanish Inquisitors. In order to reach the city of the Pope, the Moriscos denounced themselves before the Holy Office with the hope of obtaining a treatment more benevolent than in their homeland. Thereby these individuals could return to their original territories displaying the documents of absolution that the Pontifex gave them through the Roman Inquisitorial Tribunal, taking profit of a situation of immunity. Analyzing these facts I will describe the profile of these Moriscos imputed jurisdictional conflicts that arose between the Holy Office of Rome and that of Spain, following the verdicts of absolution issued by the first in favor of those persecuted. The objective of this study is to conduct an investigation about architectural heritage of Presidente Prudente. The study approaches about the building of the railway station from the 1940s, features art-deco and protomoderno, which still remains in the city space.The first building was inaugurated in 1926 and it had to be demolished, because, a newstation, bigger and more modern building would be built at the same place; it was inaugurated in 1944. Disabling the railway in Brazil generated the abandonment and/or changed the functionality of the railway stations.;in the case of Presidente Prudente it has housed the Procon Foundation and SEMST, whose building has undergone modifications and changes to accord new uses. Therefore, the research developed the inventory of the Railway Station ranging from historical documentation, photographic surveys, architectural-metric and also the diagnosis of their current condition.

O objetivo deste artigo é discutir as inflexões semânticas do vocábulo patrimônio ao longo de sua trajetória na proteção de bens culturais no Brasil. A política de proteção dos bens culturais no Brasil se definiu durante parte significativa de sua trajetória em uma dimensão artística e histórica que desvela suas matrizes europeias, especialmente aquelas relacionadas ao campo da conservação e do restauro: de um lado uma corrente que defendia o restauro a qualquer custo, priorizando a dimensão artísticas das obras e de outro a que defendia a trajetória histórica dos bens móveis e imóveis. A ressemantização do vocábulo patrimônio presente na Constituição de 1988 indica um processo de autonomização e apropriação do campo pela sociedade brasileira., The aim of this article is to discuss the semantic inflections of the word heritage throughout his career in the protection of cultural property in Brazil. The protection policy of cultural property in Brazil is set for a significant portion of his career in an artistic and historical dimension unveiling its European headquarters, especially those related to the field of conservation and restoration: on one hand a current that advocated restoring the any cost, prioritizing the artistic dimension of the work and others that defended the historical trajectory of movable and immovable property. La política de protección de los bienes culturales en Brasil está listo para una parte importante de su carrera en una dimensión artística e histórica desvelar su sede europea, especialmente las relacionadas con el campo de la conservación y restauración: por un lado, una corriente que propugnaba la restauración de la cualquier costo, dando prioridad a la dimensión artística de la obra y otros que defendió la trayectoria histórica de los bienes muebles e inmuebles. Resemantización de la palabra patrimonio presente en la Constitución de 1988 indica un proceso de empoderamiento y la propiedad del campo por la sociedad brasileña.

L'UNESCO a déclaré la diète méditerranéenne comme patrimoine culturel immatériel de l’humanité en novembre 2010. Mais ce patrimoine n’était pas proposé comme un modèle nutritionnel ni même comme la possibilité de mettre en valeur une série d'aliments sains. C’était bien plus, car cela concernait les techniques, les pratiques, les habitudes, les idées, les valeurs et les espaces alimentaires. La diète méditerranéenne était menacée et sa sauvegarde était urgente. Cependant, depuis son approbation nous n’entendons toujours pas parler des valeurs patrimoniales de la diète méditerranéenne. Dans cet article nous engagerons une réflexion critique sur le présent et l’avenir de la diète méditerranéenne en tant que patrimoine immatériel. La UNESCO declaró la Dieta Mediterránea como Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad en noviembre de 2010. Pero este patrimonio no se propuso como un modelo nutricional ni como una oportunidad para destacar una serie de alimentos sanos. Era mucho más que eso: implicaba las técnicas, prácticas, hábitos, ideas, valores y los espacios alimentarios. La dieta mediterránea como sistema alimentario estaba amenazada y su respaldo era urgente. Sin embargo, desde su aprobación por parte de UNESCO aún no se oye hablar sobre los valores patrimoniales de la dieta mediterránea. En este artículo reflexionaremos críticamente sobre el presente y el futuro de la dieta mediterránea en tanto que Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial. UNESCO declared the Mediterranean Diet as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in November 2010. But this heritage was not proposed as a nutritional model or even as an opportunity to develop a range of healthy foods. It was much more than that, because it was related to techniques, practices, habits, ideas, values and food spaces. The Mediterranean diet was threatened and its safeguard was urgent. However, since its approval we do not hear yet about the heritage values of the Mediterranean diet. In this article we will take a critical reflection on the present and the future of the Mediterranean Diet as Intangible Cultural Heritage.

La realización del Inventario del Pa­trimonio Histórico para el Estudio Eco-carto­gráfico de la Zona Norte del Litoral de la isla de Gran Canaria, consistió en la localización e inventario de todos aquellos bienes de in­terés patrimonial que existieran en dicho área de estudio, mediante la puesta en marcha de una serie de labores de documentación y loca­lización espacial de los mismos. En lo que res­pecta al ámbito del estudio subacuático, éste comprendía la franja litoral dispuesta entre la Punta de La Aldea y la Punta de Gando y se extendía desde la línea mareal-costera hasta la cota de 50 metros de profundidad, certifi­cándose finalmente una notable cantidad de vestigios sumergidos.The object of the Inventory of Heritage for the Eco-cartographic Study of the Northern Coast of the island of Gran Canaria was to lo­cate and inventory all those elements deemed of patrimonial interest within the aforemen­tioned study area. With this aim, a series of procedures were employed to determine the spatial placement of elements and document findings. The scope of the underwater study comprised the coastline between La Punta de la Aldea and La Punta de Gando, taking in the area from the tide/coastline out to sea to a depth of 50metres. A considerable number of submerged remains were finally documented.
