The study focuses on matura exams conducted at secondary technical schools in Czechoslovakia during the so-called normalisation period (1969–1989). It describes their form, organisation and course. At the same time, however, it also presents the practice (including the reasons for this practice) that the communist regime in Czechoslovakia used to influence the exams. The text is based on the recollections of eyewitnesses – secondary technical school teachers, obtained through the oral history method within the historiographical approach of the history of everyday life, as well as on the study of historical archival sources, period legislation and periodicals. In addition to the actual form, organisation and course of the matura exam at secondary technical schools, the study shows how teachers and students coped with the challenges posed by the communist regime in relation to the exams. As the wave of industrial intelligence (AI) swept, the demographic dividend era in the Chinese labor market continued to decrease. This study aimed to explore how AI reshaped the labor employment structure of the floating population. Additionally, it clarified the internal mechanism of AI on the employment structure of the floating population based on the existing AI model and the theoretical model of AI technology. At the same time, the workforce was divided into high-, medium-, and low-skilled groups according to education level. Empirical analysis was conducted using relevant data from 31 Chinese provinces spanning from 2012 to 2018. The aim was to test the impact of AI technology on the employment of different types of floating populations. The results indicated that: (1) industrial robots impacted heterogeneous skilled floating population labor by bipolar promotion and central substitution. (2) The application of industrial robots had a promotion effect on unfinished school and primary school groups, a substitution effect on middle school, high school/technical secondary school, and college specialties, and a promotion effect on college undergraduate and graduate students. (3) Distinguish employment status, industrial robot application had a significant negative impact on low-skilled employees and significant positive effects on high-skilled employers. A rash of teen TV shows that deal with stories and depictions of sex explicitly and graphically prove a marked change from the overtly pedagogical approach teen television shows of the past took to tackling controversial issues. Utilizing industry interviews to understand this shift, I argue that series include progressive rhetoric, specifically sex positive rhetoric lifted from the popular feminist movement, in their stories of teen sexuality in order to mitigate controversies that inevitably crop up in public discourse whenever teen sexuality is represented. In so doing, such series shape the potential and parameters of teen girl sexuality. This framing provides for a more capacious spectrum of sexuality for girls, namely in more nuanced and more frequent depictions of queer sexuality and sexually agentive girls. This paper uses convent archive sources from five Irish Sisters of Mercy run industrial schools to examine the role of children's families at committal to the schools and explore how the sociocultural climate of Ireland at the time formed this experience. Such an analysis sheds light on the system's operation 'from below' and the variety of reasons, motivations, and emotions surrounding the committal process. It reveals the complicated nature of familial relations and facilitates a greater understanding of the behaviours, responses and protocols that arose from poverty and dependency. In doing so, it also progresses understandings of the power of those in control to influence such decisions as well as families' attempts to use the system as a strategy for survival. The notion of Bildung has been booming in several European countries for almost twenty years now, but it has attracted little attention in vocational education. One reason for this is that Bildung, the process of becoming human as a goal in itself, is understood in opposition to vocational education, which task would be to qualify students for the labour market. The goal of this article is to examine whether a marriage is possible between Bildung and vocational education. This is done by consulting and comparing the ideas of three German thinkers: Von Humboldt's classical view on Bildung in the early 19th century, Spranger's idea of Bildung through vocations in the early 20th century, and Blankertz' critical pedagogy from the 1960s. The relevance of these accounts for vocational education today is evaluated by considering whether the authors enable us to think about Bildung and the preparation for a job in a more integrated way. The three accounts have their pros and cons, but Blankertz' critical approach seems most relevant. He accepts that vocational schools prepare for specific jobs, but on the condition that students learn to critically reflect on the kind of society they will be living and working in. The notion of educational development has merit in defining the nature of Tibetan school education in China, which operates under the Chinese centralized educational model. However, it would be simplistic to see all types of schools in Tibetan regions operating in a single dependency relationship regarding the educational content, teaching mode, and school management. Consequently, the author proposes considering the more complex situation of a syncretism of Tibetan and Chinese education systems. His proposition derives from his long-time participation, observation, and extensive interviews with school teachers, students, and administrators in a Tibetan private vocational high school in Amdo (Qinghai). This school has pioneered experimentation with a syncretic education model to resolve the tension and seek a balance between cultural continuity and social change by capitalizing on its interdependency situation. His research shows that promoting this syncretic education model in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural country like China is worthwhile. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

I use an instrumental variables design to estimate the effect that trade has on schooling in developing countries by exploiting a panel model with over 50 years of data. I find that trade reduces schooling at all levels in developing countries. Female education more than male tends to be more responsive to the adverse effect of trade in developing countries. Trade has negative influence on schooling for both prime working age and older cohorts. The adverse effect of trade is more pronounced with imports than exports, and trade exerts differential response from schooling between developing countries and high-income countries. I provide further evidence that the trade-schooling relationship operates through fertility. School bullying is widespread in countries around the world and has a continuous negative impact on the physical and mental health of students. However, few studies have explored the influence mechanism of a competitive school climate on school bullying among Chinese secondary vocational school students. This study aims to explore the relationship between a competitive school climate and bullying in secondary vocational schools in the Chinese context, as well as the mediating role of school belonging and the moderating role of gender. Logit regression analysis and a moderated mediation model were used to analyze 1964 secondary vocational students from China based on PISA 2018 data from Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu, China. (1) The detection rate of school bullying in secondary vocational schools in China is 17.8%, lower than the world average. (2) A competitive school climate is significantly and positively correlated with secondary vocational school students' exposure to school bullying. (3) A moderated mediation model suggests that school belonging is an important mechanism by which a competitive school climate influences the occurrence of school bullying, whereas gender moderates the direct effect of a competitive school climate and the indirect effect of school belonging, which mitigates the negative effects of a competitive school climate to some extent. The research results show that creating a healthy competitive climate in schools, cultivating students' sense of belonging, and facing up to gender differences are helpful to prevent school bullying in secondary vocational schools. The article examines the collaboration between learning locations in vocational and academic education. Hybrid educational formats are intended to establish a connection between the traditionally separate educational sectors and provide participants with insights into both areas. The cooperation between the learning locations is considered crucial for the success of these hybrid educational formats. Learning location cooperation refers to the interaction of various institutions, especially companies and part-time vocational schools, to promote the acquisition of professional action competence through the combination of experiential learning in the workplace and academic knowledge. The model project "VerOnika" aims to develop and test integrated orientation programs for vocational and academic training. The collaboration between vocational and higher education is crucial in this regard. College students are a unique population occupying a distinct life-course and transition period between adolescence and adulthood. Although not monolithic in experiences, knowledge, and demographics, this diverse population is particularly susceptible to immediate, short-term, mid-term, and long-term disaster impacts. Recently, disaster research focusing on college students has rightly focused on the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Although the pandemic was a public health disaster interrupting social, developmental, and educational processes for students on a global scale, the climate crisis and related environmental disasters continuously threaten college students' individual development, health, and well-being. Thus, it is critical to understand current knowledge focusing on environmental disasters and college students in order to determine future research needs. This article used the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) approach to examine research on college students and disasters over the past ten years (2014–2023). We identified 67 articles, which we analyzed through a mixed methods approach, including descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. Results indicate that disaster impacts on college students are an understudied topic in the social sciences, especially in an era of more-frequent and -intense environmental hazards. Our findings demonstrate a need to engage college students in disaster research worldwide so that trade schools, colleges, and universities can collaborate with policymakers to build this unique and disproportionately impacted population's capacity to mitigate against, respond to, and recover from environmental hazards in an ever-changing climate. This research aimed to explore the empowerment of trainees of agricultural schools for the development of their professional performance. It was a survey study. The statistical population was composed of all trainees studying in agricultural schools in Iran in the 2020-2021 educational year, amounting to 1,119 students, out of whom 169 trainees were sampled by simple randomization. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the closure of the schools, the questionnaires were sent and received by e-mail from the provinces of Tehran, Khuzestan, Fars, Qazvin, Mazandaran, and Semnan. Data were analyzed by the structural equation method using Smart PLS3. Based on the results, the educational content, educational process, management process, technical trainer development, and supply of space, equipment, and technology in agricultural schools have positive and significant effects on the empowerment of trainees in these schools. The standardized path coefficients revealed that the educational content directly accounted for 67.2% of the variance in the trainees' empowerment. Also, 39.9, 31.1, 30.2, and 29.8% of the variance in the Iranian trainee's empowerment were captured by the educational process, management process, technical trainer development, and the supply of space, equipment, and technology, respectively. This essay argues that the historically Black Hampton Institute (1868) and the Carlisle Indian Industrial School (1879) are crucial sites to investigate how US political, territorial, and economic conquest were sutured to the project of emancipation after the Civil War. Rather than focusing on these schools' manual education, I turn to their newspapers, the Southern Workman and Indian Helper , to demonstrate how they developed techniques of discursive representation, rooted in Black fungibility, that made racial subjection appear as racial emancipation in the postbellum period. These newspapers were framed as both tool and evidence of students' subjective transformation. Instead of providing authentic evidence of Black and Native transformation, however, they provide a glimpse into how Hampton's and Carlisle's representations of racial emancipation drew on discursive techniques created in the material and symbolic violence of transatlantic slavery's Middle Passage. The essay concludes by demonstrating how a trio of boarding school stories (1900) by the Yankton Sioux author Zitkala-Ša provides a nascent critique of the ways in which Indian boarding schools produced Native fungibility as a technique of white domination in the context of postbellum US imperialism. This study examined theapplication of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in teaching and learning at Government Technical College, Owerri, Imo State - Nigeria.Survey research design method was used to conduct the study. The population of the study comprised 1259. Two hundred respondents (200) made up of 30 teachers and 170 students that were selected randomly to conduct the study. Questionnaire was used as the main instrument for data collection while data collected for the study was analyzed using descriptive statistics.Findings of the study showed that the available ICT facilities in the Technical College studied were computer systems, computer software packages, scanners and ICT teachersthat were not adequate. It was recommended that government should make adequate budgetary provisions to technical schools through their ministry of education in order to enable technical schools run and maintain their information and communication technology facilities in their technical schools as well as provide big standby generator that will ensure for steady power supply for the utilization of the ICT facilities in the technical colleges in the state as well as provide internet connection that would provide internet services to students and their teachers. We conducted a multisite replication of Yang and Lyster's (2010) study investigating the effects of recasts and prompts on learning English regular and irregular past tense. Our study was conducted with intact high school and vocational school classes in Italy and Bosnia. Our participants were young adolescents (14–15 and 16–17 years old), a population that has been largely ignored in second language acquisition (SLA) research. We followed the design of the original study, but we also included a few modifications regarding the elicitation materials. The findings from our study did not fully align with Yang and Lyster's results. We found no effect of group and no evidence of the superiority of either prompts or recasts in either written or oral data in either Bosnia or Italy. However, we found a steady increase in scores over time from pretest to posttests in oral data in all groups at both sites. The paper studies a unique education reform that decreased the length of secondary-level vocational education from 4 to 3 years, reducing the time spent on general subjects while keeping the time spent on vocational training. We use a difference-in-difference strategy by comparing reformed schools with early adopters before and after the reform. We find that students' general skills have dropped considerably, but the probability of dropout has decreased, and the probability of getting a secondary qualification has increased. The aim of this article is to familiarise the reader with the issue of virtual laboratories and to demonstrate their possible use on a concrete example. This example deals with the use of virtual laboratories in the teaching of mechanical engineering in high schools and universities. The Covid-19 pandemic has led to significant changes in the teaching process and its organisation. In this period, teaching usually took place online, which was implemented using resources such as Google Classroom or MS Teams. This article presents a sample task -a project on which students of the second and third year of study at a secondary technical school are working. The project has an interdisciplinary character, because during its implementation students apply and further develop skills and knowledge from several subjects, namely physics, mechanics, chemistry and CAD design. Hungarian solidarity action was organised in the second half of the 1980s to build an agricultural vocational school in Nicaragua. Even though Hungary and Nicaragua had special relations after the 1979 Sandinista revolution, the time of the construction calls the attention because it formed part of a period characterised by general disenchantment in solidarity actions towards the Third World as well as economic problems and the final years of socialism in Hungary. The motives and the evolution of the construction will be analysed providing an in-depth picture, with the aim of contributing to Cold War studies and investigations on knowledge exchange. The research aims to analyze empirical data concerning the competencies essential in the field of mining work, aligning them with industry needs, and assess the outcomes of the analysis in relation to the implementation of Mining Vocational Education and its curriculum, focusing on relevance to industry standards. The Delphi technique method was employed for this research, with participants including experts invited to the FGD forum, mining student alumni, students from the Faculty of Engineering at UNP, and representatives from the industry. Data collection utilized questionnaires and direct interviews. The research results substantiate the necessity for technical and managerial competencies, as well as other essential soft skills. It is emphasized that lecturers must possess teaching competence along with expertise in their respective fields. Additionally, industry collaboration with the educational sector is imperative. The findings underscore the need for the development of a Relevant Competence-Based Curriculum (MBKM), encompassing curriculum design, industry-aligned learning activities, tools for MBKM implementation, and effective socialization of MBKM. Notably, only 46.3% of students graduated on time, with 77.1% securing employment. Language proficiency was identified as a challenge, with 30.4% facing difficulties due to foreign language skills. Personality aspects were deemed crucial by 93% of companies, and the research indicated a high demand for practical learning experiences, particularly in the laboratory setting, at 85%. The importance of industrial and vocational collaboration in producing competent graduates is evident. However, there are still issues with the collaboration between industry and educational institutions, including the lack of appropriateness in the collaboration, the mismatch between student competencies in vocations and industry requirements, and inadequate alignment of graduate outcomes with industry needs. This research aims to explore the differing perspectives of universities, vocational schools, and industries in West Sumatra, Bandung, and Malang on the formation of CIPP components. Additionally, it seeks to reveal the direct and indirect influences between CIPP components--context, input, process, and product--to enhance the quality of cooperation and collaboration between industry and universities in Indonesia. The research employs a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods. The samples include vocational schools, involving teachers and leaders, and universities, involving lecturers and leaders in West Sumatra, Bandung, and Malang. The research instruments consist of a questionnaire and an interview guide. Both qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques are applied, including descriptive analysis, difference tests using two-way ANOVA, and factor analysis tests using the SMART PLS application. Based on the findings, it is concluded that the evaluation results encompass the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) variables in an ideal vocational school-university-industry collaboration model. The results indicate a direct and indirect positive influence between CIPP components. However, the evaluation results also highlight existing problems, necessitating improvements. This research contributes by providing recommendations for the collaboration program to enhance input capacity and generate relevant outcomes. In terms of input, the value is classified as very good, emphasizing the need for improvement in the dimensions of the context components, especially the competency environment, stakeholders, and policies that support optimal cooperation. One of the developments in the field of educational evaluation utilized as an evaluation tool to identify the key elements that drive the success of blended learning is the TOPSIS-TTA-based Discrepancy evaluation application. This evaluation application combines the TTA (Tat Twam Asi) concept, the TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method, and the Discrepancy evaluation model concept. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the implementation outcomes of the TOPSIS-TTA-based Discrepancy evaluation application at IT vocational schools in Bali, as well as the results of usage trials, final product revisions, and its dissemination. The research method used focused on the usage trial stage, final product revisions stage, dissemination stage, and implementation stage. The usage trials comprised 39 respondents, while the application test involved 150 participants. For the final product revisions, three research team members were engaged, along with 150 respondents during the dissemination activity. The assessment instruments employed during the trial usage and application testing were questionnaires. Bali's IT vocational schools served as the study's location. The study's data analysis method was descriptive quantitative by converting the results of the application effectiveness percentage which has been compared with the standard effectiveness scale of eleven. The findings of this investigation suggest the effectiveness level of evaluation application including the advanced category, so that in general the evaluation application is ready to be implemented on a wide scale in the field. The significance of this study in the field of educational evaluation lies in its ability to simplify the process for evaluators in choosing high quality evaluation tools, relying on dependable trials of application implementation and usage. General strain theory (GST) has been applied to explain the causes of delinquency in Western and China context, which argues that strain is a major source of criminal motivation. Being an important source of strain, the subjective perception of justice has the potential to promote negative emotions and delinquency. Using a sample of 2081 students from 11 middle schools and 11 vocational schools in South China, the current study tests associations and intervening paths between perceived justice, life satisfaction, negative emotions and delinquency. Results revealed that dissatisfactory perceived justice promoted delinquency, and this relationship was mediated by life satisfaction and negative emotions. This study explores the impact of industrialization on secondary schooling in nineteenth-century France. As a source of exogenous variation in industrialization across the French territory, it takes advantage of the openings and closures of mines, which were supervised by the Ministry of Public Works, independently from the Ministry of Education. The results suggest that industrialization had a negative but mostly insignificant effect on high school enrollment. This study aims to determine the description of the use of online games, social media, student learning interests, the consequences of the use of online games on student learning interests, the influence of social media use on student learning interests, and the impact of using online games and social media on student learning interests in Muhammadiyah Burau Vocational High School (SMK). To achieve this goal, researchers use information collection methods through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The information obtained from the results of the study was processed by utilizing quantitative analysis to determine the influence of the use of online games and social media on the learning interest of students at Muhammadiyah Burau Vocational High School (SMK). The results of the experiment proved that if the online game variable is in the high category, the social media variable is in the medium category, while the interest in learning students is in the medium category. Based on the results of the experiment, the relationship between product moment variables and learning interest is moderate, while the relationship between social media variables and student learning interest is high. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it is concluded that there is a negative and significant influence of online games and social media on the interest in training students at Muhammadiyah Burau Vocational High School (SMK). Educators should use different teaching methods to engage students in meaningful learning experiences and promote environmental awareness. This study sought to assess the manifestation of teaching styles and teaching performance in a technical school and identify areas for enhancement. Utilizing a descriptive survey method, teachers, students, and administrators were asked to complete questionnaires to provide data for the study. The results indicated that teaching styles and teaching performance components were highly rated, with teaching styles being frequently observed and teaching performance being excellent. Notably, there was no significant difference in responses from the three groups surveyed. To facilitate further improvement, the technical school is encouraged to identify relevant components for their specific context, establish core principles for each component, organize regular workshops and seminars, periodically evaluate performance to monitor progress and establish mechanisms for continuous development. Objective To analyze the changing trend and influencing factors of preterm delivery in Liuzhou city from 2012 to 2021, to provide reference for reducing the occurrence of preterm delivery. Methods The birth information of 519 743 live births in hospital delivery in Liuzhou from 2012 to 2021 collected by maternal and child health information management system were retrospectively analyzed. The trend of preterm birth incidence was analyzed by trend 於 test, and the risk factors of preterm deliverjr by logistic regression analysis. Results The incidence of preterm delivery in Liuzhou increased from 6.78% to 7.40% from 2012 to 2021 (nd=33.808, P<0.001). The incidence of extremely preterm, mid-term, and late preterm delivery all showed an upward trend (2= 18.826, 10.572, and 14475, all P<0.01), rising from 0.49%, 0.77%, and 5,52% to 0.64%, 0.84%, and 5.92%, respectively. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that younger mothers (OR =1.56, 95%CI: 147-1.65), older age of mothers (35 to 39 years old: OR=L51, 95%CIi 1.45-1.56; 3 45 years old: OR=1.86, 95% CI: 1.76-1.98), Zhuang ethnic group (0R=1.05, 95%CI: 1.03-1,08》primary school and below education (OR=1.16; 95%CI: 1.10-1.21), non-resident in this city (OR=1.73, 95%CI: 1.66-1.80), first birtli (OR=1.13, 95%CI: 1.10-1.16), baby boy (OR-1.14, 95%CI: 1.11-1.16), and multiple births (OR=12.71, 95%CI: 1224-13.19) were risk factors for preterm delivery. Mothers of Miao ethnic group (OR=0.89, 95%CI: 0.84-0.94), senior high school/technical secondary school (OR=0.89, 95%CI: 0.85-0.92), and college/university and above education (OR =0.87, 95%CI: 0.83-0.90) were protective factors for preterm delivery. Conclusion The incidence of preterm delivery in Liuzhou city from 2012 to 2021 showed an upward trend, which was higher than the national average level. The occurrence of preterm delivery is affected by multiple factors. There has been active debate in recent years whether media literacy education can or even should nurture civic participation. Despite a growing number of theoretical and empirical studies, the question remains unanswered. This paper contributes to the debate with participatory action research conducted with vocational school students in the Czech Republic. Seventeen students aged 17–19 took part in the study over the course of three months. They received weekly interventions applying the citizenship model of media literacy and focusing on 'create', 'reflect', and 'act' competences. The research and educational intervention turned out to be a positive learning experience for students, which exceeded the originally expected outcome. The project found that the students' immediate media literacy in these competences improved. However, the enhancement of their long-term civic participation remained questionable. This study argues for a student-centered, school-routines-breaking, and hands-on approach to media literacy education supporting civic participation of disadvantaged youth. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This article aims to study good school practices that contributed to effective school management within the pandemic context, focusing on a state technical school in the City of São Paulo. Methodologically, we carried out a descriptive, bibliographic, and documentary study using a qualitative approach. The results suggest five internal school processes that influenced an effective school management: learning-oriented organization, family-school partnership, learning environment, professional leadership, and progress monitoring/evaluation. The current study aims to develop a proposed strategy for dual industrial high school education in Egypt to achieve the requirements of the era of the fourth industrial revolution, which has come to present new forms of work and it required non-stereotypical disciplines that accommodate the observed changes and set the compass of the educational system for the desired future in order for industrial technical high school education to play the role assigned to it. It aims at graduating qualified human resources to contribute to the development efforts in Egypt and advance growth and development rates, in the light of ergonomics, "human engineering". The descriptive approach has been used for its suitability for the nature of the study, another method used is the environmental analysis method "SWOT ANALYSIS" in diagnosing the reality of dual industrial high school education, and analyzing it to find out its strengths and identify its weaknesses. It is used for analyzing the external environment surrounding dual industrial high school education to determine the most important opportunities available and the threats facing it, leading to the basic concept of building a strategy in the light of ergonomics (human engineering), Which focuses on human interaction with the organizational environment, the cultural, social and informational environment, including tools, products, technical processes, and the services it provides. It also deals with several areas inside and outside the institution, namely: the work system, machines and technology, and the external environment. The study ended with the development of a number of strategic alternatives, and choosing the most appropriate alternative for the development of the dual industrial high school education system, to achieve the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Background: Previous research has shown the strong association between psychotic-like experiences (PLEs) and suicide. However, the predictive role of PLEs in suicidal ideation (SI) during the COVID-19 pandemic remains unclear. Aims: This study aimed to explore the association between PLEs before the pandemic and SI during the pandemic among late adolescents. Methods: A total of 938 technical secondary school and college students completed both waves of the online survey before and during the pandemic. PLEs were assessed through the 15-item Positive Subscale of the Community Assessment of Psychic Experiences. SI was evaluated by the frequency of SI during the pandemic. Results: In early stage of the pandemic, most students had low frequent SI, and only 3.3% students showed high frequent SI. Compared to the low frequent group, the high frequent group exhibited significantly higher levels of PLEs (p < 0.001) and scored lower in resilience (p =.001) and perceived social support (p =.008) across the two timepoints. PLEs were significantly associated with higher risk of high frequent SI (OR = 2.56, 95%: 1.07–6.13), while better resilience (OR: 0.93, 95% CI: 0.88–0.99) and stronger perceived social support (OR: 0.96, 95% CI: 0.93–0.99) appeared to be protective factors. No interactions were found among PLEs and other psychosocial and psychological factors. Conclusions: PLEs may increase the risk of SI in early stage of the pandemic, while good resilience and adequate social support can help weaken the risk. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This case study reports on challenges and professional perspectives of vocational high school teachers working in a socially disadvantaged in rural Turkey. The data were gathered from 14 participants, including teachers, administrators and counsellor through individual and focus group interviews and classroom observations. The analysis found that students in Turkish vocational high schools are negatively positioned, this was evidenced in poor student engagement and the struggles of classroom management experienced by teachers. The perceived problems and needs showed some differences across teachers who provide academic and vocational courses. The findings imply that there is a need for social justice advocacy for rural vocational high school students by fostering teachers and improving the system by policy development.
