- Abstract
Podobno kot na ostalih izobraževalnih področjih se je tudi podiplomski študij zdravstvene nege v zadnjem času delno preselil v spletno okolje. Že pred tem pa se je pojavila ideja o razvoju skupne platforme za učenje na dokazih podprte zdravstvene nege. E-učilnica za učenje na dokazih podprte zdravstvene nege bo omogočala lažji dostop do gradiv, ki ni časovno omejen. Z uporabo interaktivnih elementov v e-učilnici pa bomo udeležence izobraževanja še dodatno motivirali. Zaradi razširjenosti in dostopnosti sistema za upravljanje z učnimi vsebinami je bil za razvoj e-učilnice izbran sistem Moodle. Izbrani sistem s svojimi raznolikimi aktivnostmi že v osnovi ponuja širok nabor interaktivnih elementov, z razširitvama BigBlueButton in H5P pa se ta nabor še razširi. Da bi omogočili izvajalcem izobraževanja s področja zdravstvene nege lažje odločanje o primernosti posameznih načinov prikaza učnih vsebin, smo razvili prototip spletne učilnice. Na osnovi informacij o potrebah po izobraževanju smo identificirali ključne teme, za katere bomo v nadaljevanju razvili interaktivno e-učilnico za učenje na dokazih podprte zdravstvene nege., Similar to other educational sectors, postgraduate nursing studies have also shifted to the online environment to some extent in recent times. The idea of developing a common platform for learning on evidence-based nursing emerged even before this change in education. E-learning on evidence-based nursing will provide easier access to the available material. The integration of interactive elements in the e-classrooms will further motivate students to actively participate in education. Due to its widespread use in education and accessibility, the Moodle learning management system was selected as the development platform. Moodle, with its wide range of activities, offers a variety of interactive elements that can be integrated into the e-Classroom, and the number of elements is even greater with the use of BigBlueButton and H5P plugins. To help healthcare education providers decide how to present content, we developed a prototype e-Classroom. Based on information on educational needs gathered during the project, we identified the main topics for which we will develop an interactive e-Classroom for evidence-based nursing.

Podobno kot na ostalih izobraževalnih področjih se je tudi podiplomski študij zdravstvene nege v zadnjem času delno preselil v spletno okolje. 6. Using an electronic book in distance education

- Abstract
In scope of the project "Phare Multi - Country Programme for Distance Education" in years 1997/98 and 1998/99 we formed more learning material for the need of our new Distance Learning Centre. The reason for forming this kind of learning material was that we became aware that new forms and methods of distance learning had to assure the bigger independence of students in the whole learning process and enabled periodic information and more realistic knowledge control. In this article we present some experience we had by forming an electronic book for subject Office automation and some students' opinion about studying with help of the electronic book.

Športna dvorana Planina je na področju vrat ter ključavnic še v enakem stanju kot v času izgradnje. Vsa vrata so stara, lesena, z vgrajenimi mehanskimi ključavnicami in vsa odpira generalni ključ. V zaključni nalogi se bomo zaradi zastarelosti tehnologije in predvsem zaradi posebnih razlogov ter problemov, ki jih bomo omenili v nadaljnjih poglavjih, posvetili tehnologiji kontrole dostopa. Pogledali si bomo teoretične značilnosti delovanja tehnologije, izbirali med različnimi vrstami, ki jih je moč najti na trgu, predstavili sestavne dele ter komponente takega sistema ter povezanost med njimi ter si pogledali ponudnike, ki so trenutno vodilni na slovenskem trgu. Primerjali bomo njihovo ponudbo ter na podlagi teh podatkov izbirali ponudnika, ki bo primeren za uvedbo ustrezne kontrole dostopa v naši športni dvorani. In the area of doors and locks, the sports hall is still in the same condition as it was at the time of construction. All doors are old, wooden, with mechanical locks installed, and each door is opened by a general key. In this final thesis, due to the obsolescence of the technology, and especially for the specific reasons and problems that will be mentioned in the following sections of this thesis, we will focus on access control technology. We will look at the theoretical characteristics of the technology, choose among the different types that exist on the market, present the components of such a system and the connection between them, and look at the providers that are currently leading the offer in the Slovenian market. We will compare their offer and, based on this information, select the right provider that will be suitable for the introduction of appropriate access control in our sports hall.

Optimizacija spletnih strani je v današnjem času ena izmed najbolj pomembnih elementov spletne strani. Strani morajo biti uporabnikom prijazne, hitre, prav tako pa morajo biti čim bolj prilagojene iskalnikom. Vse to pa je povezano z dobro optimizacijo. V diplomski nalogi smo poskušali ugotoviti trenutno najboljše načine optimizacije in jih uporabiti na realnem primeru. Problem, s katerim se soočamo je, da so na spletni strani nizko uvrščene ključne besede, stran pa tudi nima veliko obiska. S pomočjo metod optimiziranja smo stran preuredili vizualno, vsebinsko in tehnično ter tako ustvarili spletno stran prijazno brskalnikom. S pomočjo pisanja člankov in dela na socialnih omrežjih pa smo strani še dodatno izboljšali njeno vidljivost. Rezultati so pokazali, da smo pozicije za izbrane ključne besede izboljšali, prav tako pa smo povečali obisk na spletni strani, a smo ugotovili, da so na strani možne še dodatne izboljšave. Zaradi spreminjajočih se trendov je obvezna stalna optimizacija, ki bo zagotovila visoko rangirano spletno stran, prijazno tako uporabniku kot spletnih brskalnikom. Website optimization is one of the most important elements of a website today. Pages should be user friendly, quick, and they should be tailored to search engines as well. All this is associated with good optimization. In our graduation thesis we tried to find the best optimization methods at the moment and use them in our real case scenario. The problem that we are faced with is that there are low ranked keywords on the website, which also does not have a lot of visits. Using optimization methods, we redesigned the page visually, in content, and in technical terms, thus creating a website friendly web page. With the help of writing articles and working on social networks, we improved the visibility of the page as well. The results showed that we improved the positions for the selected keywords, and we also increased the visit to the website, but we found that additional improvements were possible on the site. Due to changing trends, continuous optimization is required, which will provide a highly ranked website that is user friendly and search engine friendly.

11. The establishment of an e-document system with single sign-on in educational institution

V magistrski nalogi bomo obravnavali področje skupinskega dela v računalniškem omrežju. Osnovni namen naloge bo v okolju, ki se ukvarja z izobraževalno dejavnostjo in izvaja aktivnosti na področju dokumentnega gradiva, vzpostaviti EDMS (elektronski dokumentni sistem) ter prikazati širino vidikov, ki jih je potrebno pri tem upoštevati. V obliki metodologije bodo predstavljeni kot navodila, kako se takšnega posega lotiti in kaj pri tem upoštevati. Za skupinsko delo z dokumenti poznamo najrazličnejša orodja, ki nam ponujajo medsebojno sodelovanje. Ker pa so ta orodja v večini primerov velik finančni zalogaj, se v organizacijah poslužujejo odprtokodne programske opreme. V magistrskem delu bomo predstavili brezplačno platformo Alfresco Comumunity, ki služi za upravljanje z vsebinami in skupinsko delo. This master thesis will deal with the scope of group work in the computer network. The primary aim will be the environment, which is engaged in educational activities and carry out activities in the field of the documentary material to establish EDMS (electronic document management system) and demonstrate the breadth of aspects that need to be taking into account. In the form of the methodology they will be presented as instructions on how to undertake such interference and what is taking into account. To work together on documents known a wide variety of tools that offer us mutual cooperation. However, since these tools are in most cases a major financial undertaking, the organizations make use of open source software. In this thesis, we will present a free platform Alfresco Comumunity that serves content management and teamwork.

Svet brez računalnika v današnjem času skoraj ne obstaja več. Prav tako se je z napredkom elektronske tehnologije spremenil tudi učni sistem. Namesto učnih gradiv v fizični obliki se vedno bolj uveljavljajo elektronska učna gradiva. V diplomskem delu želimo predstaviti izdelavo elektronskega učbenika na temo celostne grafične podobe. Ta bo namenjen vsem, ki svoje lastne ideje razvijajo v projekte ali podjetja, oziroma že obstoječim podjetjem, ki jim celostna grafična podoba ne prinaša želenih rezultatov in je zato potrebna sprememba. Namenjen bo tudi izvajalcem, torej grafičnim oblikovalcem, oglaševalskim agencijam in vsem sodelujočim pri izvedbi. Nowadays, the world without a computer almost does not exist. The progress of electronic technology has also changed the educational system. Instead of learning materials in physical form, electronic learning materials are becoming more and more frequent. This thesis aims to present the making of electronic textbook about corporate visual identity. It will be intended for those, who develop their own ideas into projects or companies, for existing companies, whose visual identity does not bring desired results and therefore requires a change. It will also be intended for graphic designers, advertising agencies and for all those involved in the making of corporate visual identity.

Diplomsko delo je napisano kot poslovni model spletne strani za knjižne založnike in z njimi povezane branže. Namen spletne strani je skupna točka, ki bo združevala vse na enem mestu, da bodo vsi, ki jih knjiga oziroma so z njo tudi povezani, dobili vse potrebne informacije na enem mestu. Namen diplomskega dela je pokazati možnosti za uresničitev tovrstne spletne strani na slovenskem tržišču, ki ima velik potencial. Zajemala bo več vrst vsebin za uporabnike, obiskovalce, založbe in z njimi povezane deležnike, kot so tiskarji, lektorji, prevajalci, grafični oblikovalci, pisatelji. Zasnova spletne strani je zamišljena tako, da se bo stran ves čas od same postavitve dalje lahko dograjevala, spreminjala in prilagajala potrebam. Stran bo popolnoma brezplačna za vse, saj bodo vsi lahko vsebine, predstavitve svojih dejavnosti objavili brezplačno, interaktivno komunicirali z uporabniki in s tem povečali svojo prepoznavnost ter tudi izračune stroškov oziroma investicij, ki so povezane z izdajo knjige. The Diploma Thesis is written as a business model site for book publishers and related industry. The purpose of the website is the common solution that brings together all book related providers in one place , where they can get all the necessary information, structured in one place. The aim of the thesis is to show the possibilities for the realization of such website on the Slovenian market, which has great potential. It will cover different types of content for users, visitors, publishing and related stakeholders such as printers, editors, translators, graphic designers and writers. The design of the website is designed in a way, that over time from a single installation can be upgraded, changed and adapted to their needs. The page will be completely free for all, since everyone can publish content and presentation of their activities, interactively communicate with users and thereby increase their visibility and also do cost or investment calculations that are associated with the publication of a book.

14. Development of mobile application 'Hairkut'

Predmet diplomske naloge je izdelava mobilne aplikacije ''Negovalnik'' za sistem Android. Aplikacija bo upoštevala trenutna datum in čas in na podlagi astrološkega znamenja ter lunine mene izračunala, kako primeren je posamezni dan za nego/striženje las. Aplikacija bo prikazala podatke v enostavnem koledarju z mesečnim pregledom, kjer bo vsak dan označen z eno izmed štirih možnih ocen primernosti dneva − od najmanj do najbolj primernega −, ki bodo označene z enostavno, prijazno, različno obarvano ikono. Aplikacijo bom razvil za Googlovo platformo Android v programskem jeziku java z orodjem Android Studio ter algoritmom za izračun primernosti dneva za striženje, napisanim v Python kodi. The thesis represents the development process of a mobile application "Negovalnik" for Android systems. The application will take into account current date and time together with astrological sign and the position of the moon and output the compatibility for hair styling for a specific date. The application will present the information in a simple month view calendar marking each cell which represents a single day in a month with one of 4 possible grades of suitability for hair styling. From least to most appropriate, the cells will be clearly marked with a distinct colour and icon. I will develop this application for Google's Android Operating System in programing language Java with Android Studio as main developing tool. The algorithm for calculating the grades will be written in python.

Danes je internet najhitrejši in najcenejši vir podatkov. Dostop do njega je vsak dan cenejši in boljši, zato se tudi število uporabnikov povišuje iz dneva v dan. Internet je postal močno sredstvo medijev, ustanov, organizacij in posameznikov, ki želijo širšemu krogu ljudi posredovati določeno sporočilo. Lovska družina Grosuplje se želi ob 70-letnici obstoja predstaviti na internetu. To smo jim omogočili z multimedijsko predstavitvijo v obliki spletne strani. Spletno stran smo poskusili izdelati z minimalnimi stroški. Je preprosta, pregledna in uporabniku prijazna. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljena zgodovina interneta in multimedije. Sledita ji opis lovske družine in predstavitev programske opreme, ki smo jo potrebovali za izdelavo projekta. V nadaljevanju smo opisali, kako smo izdelali spletno stran in kako smo stran objavili na internetu. Z izdelavo spletne strani smo Lovsko družino Grosuplje predstavili širši okolici in ji olajšali komunikacijo s civilnim prebivalstvom. Z rednimi objavami in dostopom do obrazcev smo ji znižali štroške pošiljanja pošte in telefonskih pogovorov. These days, the fastest and cheapest source of information is the internet. Internet access is getting cheaper and better, so the number of users increases daily. Internet has become a powerful tool for media institutions, organizations and individuals, who are trying to deliver specific information to a wider range of people. For their 70th anniversary, members of Lovska družina Grosuplje are trying to present themselves on the internet. With creation of multimedia presentation in form of a website, we have made that possible. Our plan was to create it with minimal expenses. Website is simple, transparent and user-friendly. In theoretical part of the thesis, we presented facts about internet and multimedia. It is followed by description of Lovska družina Grosuplje and software, that we used to create this project. Afterwards, we described the creation of the website and how we published it on the internet. With creation of a website, we have made Lovska družina Grosuplje more recognizable to anyone, who might be interested, and easier for them to communicate with civilian population. With up-to-date posts and access to forms, we have lowered their costs on regular mail and phone calls.

16. WORK ORGANIZATION FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT LOGOS.SI

Obravnavani problem v tej diplomski nalogi je vzpostavitev učinkovitega centra za pomoč uporabnikom v podjetju LOGOS.SI. Naloga centra za pomoč uporabnikom je razdeljevanje informacij v podjetju ter pomoč in podpora uporabnikom pri reševanju težav oziroma njihovih zahtev. V uvodnem delu smo izpostavili problem, ki se pojavlja v podjetju LOGOS.SI na področju podpore uporabnikom, in predstavili podjetje. Zaposleni v podjetju opravljajo veliko nalog, zato jim primanjkuje časa za kakovostno opravljanje rednega dela in istočasno nalog podpore uporabnikom, in tako se pozna na kakovosti. V teoretičnem delu naloge predstavljamo parametre za kakovostno izgradnjo centra, npr. pregled obstoječega stanja, postavitev ciljev, definiranje področij podpore, definiranje organizacije zaposlenih, izbira pripomočkov za avtomatizacijo centra itd. Podani so tudi parametri, s katerimi si načrtovalci centra pomagajo pri izbiri zaposlenih, in postopek delovanja službe za podporo uporabnikom. Opisani so nekateri načini za merjenje zmogljivosti delovanja službe: semetrika doseganja ciljev, izpolnjevanje dogovorjenih stopenj podpore, vrednotenje podpore s strani uporabnikov, spremljanje razvoja in prilagajanja osebja ter pregled statistike delovanja sistema. V zaključku teoretičnega dela je opisano še usposabljanje uporabnikov in osebja z namenom vzpostavitve centra za pomoč uporabnikom. V zaključnem delu naloge predstavljamo rezultate anketnih analiz, strnjenih v povzetku raziskave. Na podlagi pridobljenih podatkov pa predlagamo rešitve, ki jih lahko podjetje uvede ob vzpostavitvi centra za pomoč uporabnikom. The thesis deals with establishing an effective User support centre in the company LOGOS.SI. The task of the centre is to provide information about the company and offer assistance and support to users in tackling any issues or requirements. The introductory part presents the issue faced by LOGOS.SI in the field of user support and also presents the company. Its employees are engaged in many tasks, which means they lack time to perform regular work and simultaneously provide user support, thus reducing the quality of services. The theoretical part of the thesis outlines the parameters for establishing a quality User support centre, such as reviewing the current situation, setting goals, defining the areas of support, organising employees, selecting tools for automatization of the centre, etc. Moreover, certain parameters can help the planners of the centre choose the employees and develop the functioning of the centre. The thesis also describes certain ways of measuring the efficiency of the service: metrics for achieving goals, fulfilling agreed levels of support, user assessment of support provided, monitoring the development and adjustment of staff, reviewing the statistics of system operation. The theoretical part concludes with user and staff training in order to establish the User support centre. The final part of the thesis summarises the results of survey analyses and proposes solutions to be taken into account when establishing the User support centre in the company.

Arhiv je zbirka dokumentov, ki imajo zgodovinsko, kulturno in znanstveno vrednost. Dokumenti se hranijo v predpisanih prostorih, omarah. Razvoj sodobnih tehnologij je prinesel tudi spremembe v načinu poslovanja in komuniciranja na vseh področjih. Dokumenti niso več shranjeni samo na papirju, temveč tudi v digitalni obliki. Arhiviranje v zgodovini pomeni zagotavljanje nespremenjene oblike zapisov, v elektronskem svetu je ta koncept spremenjen in zahteva uvajanje sistematičnega pristopa. V RS imamo sprejete pravne podlage in priporočila za dolgoročno elektronsko hrambo. V magistrski nalogi želimo ugotoviti trenutno stanje pripravljenosti javnega sektorja na dolgoročno hrambo, kakšni so organizacijski ukrepi, ekonomski učinki ter kako zaposleni razumejo prednosti dolgoročne elektronske hrambe. Archive is a collection of documents that have historical, cultural and scientific value. Documents are kept in the prescribed premises, closets. The development of modern technologies has brought changes to the business operation and communication in all areas. Documents are no longer stored only on paper, but also in digital format. Historically, archiving represented maintaining unchanged records however, in the electronic world, this concept has changed and it requires the introduction of a systematic approach. The Republic of Slovenia has already adopted legal basis and recommendations for long-term electronic archiving. The thesis deals with determining the current level of preparedness of the public sector for the adoption of long-term storage, what are the organizational measures, economic impacts, and how employees understand the benefits of long-term electronic storage

Diplomsko delo se ukvarja z računalništvom v oblaku, njegovo definicijo in značilnostmi, vrstami oblakov in storitvenimi modeli. Opisuje zgodovino računalništva v oblaku, trenutno stanje in pričakovane trende. Koncept računalništva v oblaku povezuje s konceptom zaupanja in raziskuje, kateri dejavniki so povezani z zaupanjem v računalništvo v oblaku in njegovo implementacijo v podjetja. Ob tem računalništvo v oblaku relativizira v odnosu do velikosti podjetja, do poznavanja koncepta oblačnega računalništva, do uporabnika storitev, do razvojne generacije uporabnika storitev in do postopnosti implementacije računalništva v oblaku v podjetje. Implementacijo oblačne tehnologije v podjetja predstavi prek različnih vidikov. Delo zaključi z izvedbo in analizo raziskave, ki pokažejo, da zaupanje v računalništvo v oblaku obstaja, prav tako pa obstaja tudi splošno poznavanje koncepta računalništva v oblaku. The study examines cloud computing, its' definition and characteristics, types of clouds and service models. It describes the cloud computing history, current situation and the expected trends. Furthermore, the concept of cloud computing is compered with the concept of trust, considering all the factors of trust and how it is implemented in the companies. In doing so, the cloud computing is relativised through the relationship to company size, to knowledge about cloud computing concept, to the user of cloud computing services, to the user's age generation and to gradualness of implementation of cloud computing in the company. The implementation is presented through different aspects. The study is finalised with the execution of research analysis, which indicates the existence of trust in cloud computing and the existence of general knowledge about cloud computing.

V podjetju MVM servis d.o.o. se zavedamo, da lahko z zagotovitvijo najnižjih stroškov obratovanja strankam ponudimo večjo kakovost po nižji ceni, hkrati pa v podjetje privabimo nove stranke. Zavedamo se, da lahko hkratno povečanje kakovosti in nižanje cen vpliva na večjo porabo vloženega časa v delovni proces, zato se nam zdi smiselna optimizacija in, kjer je mogoče tudi, avtomatizacija delovno poslovnih procesov. Z vpeljavo sprememb bi se namreč otresli nekaterih nepotrebnih stroškov, ki nastajajo pri obstoječem sistemu dela. Uporabljamo interno, podjetju prilagojeno namizno aplikacijo za sprejem naročil in organizacijo dela. Sistem organizacije dela je sicer dobro optimiziran za fazo izvedbe enostavnih naročil, opažamo pa, da nam veliko časa vzameta organizacija izvedbe kompleksih naročil in pa komunikacija s strankami. Interno aplikacijo za organizacijo dela želimo nadgraditi z orodji, ki bodo avtomatizirala nekatere organizacijsko komunikacijske procese in optimizirala tiste, ki jih ni mogoče popolnoma avtomatizirati. Hkrati želimo izdelati strankam prijazno spletno trgovino, ki bo preprosta za uporabo in bo omogočala takojšnje naročilo in plačilo izdelka, v povezavi z namizno aplikacijo pa nam bo služila kot popolnoma avtomatizirano orodje za proces naročanja in organizacije dela, od naročila do odpreme izdelka. S končnim izdelkom želimo doseči največjo možno avtomatizacijo procesa naročanja in organizacije dela ter največjo možno hitrost pretoka informacij od naročnika do izvajalca. In MVM servis d. o. o. we are aware that by maintaining the lowest operational costs we can offer our customers greater quality at a lower price, while at the same time we entice new customers. We feel that simultaneous increase of quality and decrease of prices influence a greater consumption of time invested into the working process. This is why we believe we should optimise and, where applicable, automate the running business processes. Implementing the changes would cut some of the unnecessary costs that occur in the existing system of our work. We are using an internal company customized desktop application for taking orders and keeping our work organized. The system of work organization is well optimized for the simple order execution stage, but we have been noticing a trend of time loss on organization of complex order execution, as well as on communication with the customers. We aim to upgrade the internal application for work organization with tools that shall automate some of the organizational communication processes. They shall also optimize those which cannot be completely automated. We also want to create a customer-friendly on-line shop, which will be easy to use and will enable direct order and payment for the product. Together with the desktop application, it will serve as a completely automated tool for order processing and organization of work from order to delivery. With the final product we want to achieve the highest possible level of automation of order processing and organization of work, as well as enable the fastest flow of information between the customer and service provider.

20. DEVELOPMENT OF MOODLE LESSON WITH THE SUPPORT OF DECISION TREE

V današnjem času skoraj ni več šolskega predmeta, ki ne bi bil elektronsko podprt, zato je nujno imeti izdelana kakovostna e – gradiva. Osredotočili smo se na obvezni predmet 3. letnika visokošolskega strokovnega programa Organizacija in management informacijskih sistemov, Multimedijski sistemi, za katerega smo izdelali modul lekcija. Ta modul nam ponuja veliko število različnih možnosti multimedije, od slik, filmov, grafov in podobno. Lekcijo imamo možnost kreirati kot drevo, pri čemer deblo predstavlja glavno poglavje, veje pa podpoglavja, ki jih nato lahko poljubno razvejujemo še v nadaljnja podpoglavja. Vsako podpoglavje lahko vsebuje tudi vprašanja, namenjena preverjanju znanja. V okviru magistrskega dela smo izdelali ogrodja lekcije za predmet Multimedijski sistemi, ki jih bodo študentje uporabljali v prihodnjih letih kot učni pripomoček. Predstavili smo tudi proces izdelave lekcije in njene prednosti in slabosti ter anketo o zadovoljstvu z lekcijo. There is probably no school subject today without an e – learning form, so we need to have available quality and appropriate e – learning study material. We have focused on mandatory third grade subject of study program Organisation and management of information systems – Multimedia systems, for which we have made a module lesson. This module offers us to use many different multimedia possibilities like pictures, films, graphs and so on. Lection can be created as a tree, where trunk represents the main chapter and branches represent the subchapters, which we can divide even further into more branches or subchapters. Each subchapter can contain questions to asses gained knowledge. In the course of writing master`s thesis, we have created several frameworks for module Lesson for Multimedia systems, which students will use in the following years. We have also presented creation process and weaknesses of the module and an inquiry about satisfaction with it.

Namen diplomske naloge je proučiti možnosti za izboljšanje prenosa znanja na oddaljene lokacije podjetja, kjer poteka prenova ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning sistema. Narediti želimo prototip uporabe videokonferenčnega sistema, ki bi omogočil hitrejše in učinkovitejše šolanje uporabnikov, ki bodo delali s prenovljenim ERP sistemom. Predvsem gre tukaj za ključne uporabnike te nove programske opreme, saj je uspeh projekta in uspešen start sistema v veliki meri odvisen prav od njih. Klasično uvajanje ERP sistemov je v preteklosti zahtevalo veliko potovanj v tujino na lokacije, kjer ima korporacija svoje obrate oz. hčerinska podjetja. Z uvedbo nove videokonferenčne tehnologije in s pravilnim pristopom do uporabe le te, pa bi lahko bistveno zmanjšali odsotnosti informatikov in ključnih uporabnikov na centralni lokaciji, kjer je nova verzija sistema že uvedena. Hkrati pa bi olajšali prenos znanja na oddaljene lokacije, ki bi bil tudi bolj enakomerno porazdeljen čez nekoliko daljše časovno obdobje, saj bi videokonference v ta namen bile organizirane dva ali trikrat tedensko po nekaj ur za posamezno področje. To bi omogočilo boljšo pripravo udeležencev na obravnavo posameznih tem in reševanje določenih problemov, saj bi imeli med posameznimi videokonferenčnimi sejami več časa. To bi bila precejšnja prednost v primerjavi z delom brez videokonferenčnega sistema, saj prenosa znanja in reševanja problemov ne bi bilo potrebno opraviti kampanjsko v nekaj dneh ali tednih. Tako menimo, da bi uvedba videokonferenčne tehnologije v te procese bila pomemben napredek. Z njeno pravilno uporabo bi lahko dosegli pomembne pozitivne učinke pri hitrejši uvedbi kakovostne informacijske podpore. S tem bi pripomogli k boljšemu obvladovanju ključnih procesov v podjetju in zagotovili tudi boljše podlage in bolj kakovostne informacije za upravljanje in vodenje podjetja. The purpose of this thesis is to study possibilities of improving knowledge transfer to our subsidiaries on remote locations for implementation of new ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning system. We wish to build a prototype videoconferencing system, which will provide a faster and more effective teaching method for users of new ERP system. Our main goal is education of key users of new software, since the successful start of the project highly depend on them. Classic way of implementing ERP systems in the past demanded a lot of traveling abroad to remote locations of corporation plants or subsidiaries. With implementation of new videoconferencing technology and smart approach to its usage, we could substantially decrease absence of IT application specialists and key users on our central location, where the new system is already implemented. At the same time, we would balance the knowledge transfer through a longer time period and organize videoconference meetings for this purpose twice or three times a week for a few hours for particular subject. Such principle would allow attendees a better preparation for discussions and problem solving, due to additional time between videoconference sessions. Compared to working without videoconference system, it represents a large improvement, especially due to the fact that knowledge transfer doesn't need to be performed in a few days or weeks. Implementing videoconferencing technology would, in our opinion, bring a substantial advantage into educational processes. Using it the right way would bring positive effects and lead towards faster implementation and higher grade of IT support. Another important aspect would be a better control of key processes inside the company and providing better quality of information for company management.

V diplomski nalogi sta opisana razvoj in uporaba elektronskega učbenika za smučanje. Z razvojem tehnologije se je način predajanja znanja korenito spremenil. Opisani e-učbenik združuje aplikaciji The Edge Instructor in Coach’s Eye. Osnova za aplikacijo The Edge Instructor je učenje alpskega smučanja po sistemu UPS (učenje s podaljševanjem smuči), ki je plod tudi lastnega znanja in posledica pojava "novih", t. i. metuljastih smuči strokovno smuči s poudarjenim stranskih lokom. Učbenik omogoča takojšnjo in natančno predstavitev teoretičnega dela s pomočjo teksta in slik, natančno razlago in demonstracijo z videoposnetki in na koncu možnost analize in primerjave lastnega videoposnetka z inštruktorjevim. E-učbenik je torej lahko osebni trener, prisoten kadarkoli in kjerkoli. This thesis describes the development and use of the electronic textbook for skiing. With the development of technology, the method of transferring knowledge has radically changed. The described e-textbook combines The Edge Instructor and Coach's Eye applications. The basis for The Edge Instructor application is to learn alpine skiing according to the UPS system (learning by extending skis), which is also the fruit of personal knowledge as well as the result of the emergence of the "new" so-called 'butterfly skis', professional skis with a pronounced side cut. The textbook enables an immediate and precise presentation of the theoretical component by using text and images, detailed explanations, video demonstrations and finally, the possibility to analyse and compare the student's own video with that of the instructor's. The e-textbook may therefore also be used as a personal trainer that is present anytime and anywhere.

V okviru poslovanja javnopravnih oseb nastaja velika količina dokumentarnega gradiva. Pri delu z dokumentarnim in arhivskim gradivom je izjemnega pomena poznavanje veljavne zakonodaje, ki ureja obravnavano področje in določa načine ravnanja z dokumentarnim gradivom, njegovo hrambo ter pomen različnih vrst dokumentarnega gradiva. Diplomsko delo v teoretičnem delu predstavlja osnovne pojme, pomembne za razumevanje osrednjega obravnavanega področja. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela smo prikazali kritično oceno stanja urejenosti arhiviranega dokumentarnega gradiva na primeru Ministrstva X. Na podlagi empiričnega dela smo izdelali navodila za urejanje in arhiviranje z dokumentarnim gradivom na ministrstvu X. From within the framework of business operations of entities under public law emerges a large quantity of documentary material. In working with documentary and archival material it is extremely important to be familiar with the applicable legislation, which regulates this field and determines the ways of dealing with documentary material, its storage and the importance of different types of documentary material. The theoretical part of the thesis presents basic concepts, important for the understanding for the main discussed field. In the empirical part of the thesis we presented a critical assessment of the degree of quality of the archived documentary material on the case of Ministry X. Based on the empirical part we prepared instructions for editing and archiving of documentary material at the Ministry X.

24. THE USE OF WEB TOOLS IN E-TEXTBOOKS DEVELOPMENT

Z razširjenostjo interneta in hitrim načinom življenja uporaba elektronskih virov prodre tudi v šolske klopi. Tu se pojavi priložnost za podajanja snovi na interaktivnejši način kjer lahko učečega razbremenimo od krajevne odvisnosti izvajanja predavanj. Ob pregledu številnih programov, ki nam jih danes ponuja splet ,sem se odločila, da bom izbrala dva, ki ponujata izdelavo elektronskega učbenika. Prvi program sem izbrala spletno verzijo, kar uporabniku prihrani postopek inštalacije na svoj računalnik in omogoči dostop do svojega e-učbenika kjerkoli. Drugi program pa je namizni, ki zahteva inštalacijo pa tudi ni popolnoma brezplačen. Pri inštalaciji dobimo 30 dnevni dostop za uporabo. Uporabo dveh programov sem med seboj primerjala in s tem pobližje pregledala razsežnosti, ki jih spletni in namizni program ponujata. Pri izdelavi e-učbenika sem uporabila gradivo iz predmeta Multimedija. Pri izdelavi e-učbenika z obema programoma sem se osredotočila na enostavnost pri uporabi. S svojo diplomsko nalogo želim uporabnikom, ki se še niso srečevali s programi za izdelavo e-gradiv, približati pristop do uporabe in poudariti njihovo dostopnost in enostavnost. The expansion of the internet and rapid way of life the use of electronic resoureses penetrate into school system. The opportunity was shown that we can present our learning material in a more interactive way, where learners can be relive of dependence on the local implementation of the lectures. When reviewing a number of programs provided on the internet, I decided that I will choose two that offer creating an electronic textbook. The first program I chose is the online version, which saves the user from the installation process on his computer and allows access to it's e-textbook anywhere. The second program is a desktop version that requires installation and is not fully free. When installing you gain a 30-day access to the application. I compared two programs and closely examine the dimensions that web and desktop programs are offering. For creating an e-texbooks I used material from the course Multimedia. When I was creating an e-textbook, with both programs, I was focused on simplisity of use. I would like users who have not yet faced programs for e-learning, closer approach to the application and to highlight their availability and simplistity.

V današnjem času se vse bolj uveljavlja sodobni način komuniciranja, trženja, izmenjavanja podatkov in informacij z uporabo interneta, ki nam omogoča hitro iskanje s pomočjo brskalnikov, elektronske pošte in forumov. S pomočjo interneta pa nam je omogočeno gledanje ne le besedilnih zapisov, temveč bolj zanimivih in interaktivnih vsebin, kot je uporaba multimedije, s katero omogočimo pogled slik, videa in zvokovnega predstavljanja. Tako je z uporabo interneta in dodajanje dobrih multimedijskih vložkov podjetjem dandanes omogočeno cenovno zelo ugodno oglaševanje in povečanje prodaje na spletnih straneh. Podjetja se s pomočjo spletnih strani ne le predstavijo, ampak tudi vzpostavijo prvi stik z obiskovalcem ali potencialnim kupcem. Zato smo se s pomočjo diplomskega dela osredotočili na samo nadgradnjo in optimizacijo obstoječe spletne strani podjetja Beto d.o.o., in sicer z uporabo multimedije. Analizirali smo obstoječo spletno stran in ugotovili njene pomanjkljivosti. Z zbiranjem slikovnih in video gradiv smo tako pripravili različne multimedijske vložke, ki smo jih izdelali s pomočjo programske opreme CorelDraw in Windows Movie Maker. V diplomski nalogi je tako predstavljen potek izdelave nadgradnje spletne strani za namen povečanja prodaje s pomočjo zastavljenih ciljev, z zbiranjem informacij in izdelavo različnih gradiv. Prav tako smo s pomočjo različnih programov tudi optimizirali spletno stran. Pri procesu optimizacije in v njen namen smo postavili tudi Facebook stran podjetja. Today's times increasingly require a more modern way of communication and marketing, as well as online data and information exchange in order to facilitate fast searches in web browsers, e-mail and forums. Using the Internet allows us not only to read text contents, but also to watch interesting and interactive contents – we can use multimedia software to view images, watch videos and listen to audio recordings. Therefore, using the Internet and adding good multimedia content to their websites enables the companies to advertise in a cost-effective manner and increase online sales. Companies use websites not only to present themselves, but also to establish the first contact with visitors or potential buyers. In the bachelor's thesis, we focused only on the upgrading and optimisation of the existing website of Beto d.o.o. by adding multimedia content. We analysed the existing website and established its shortcomings. By collecting image and video materials, we were able to prepare different multimedia contents by using CorelDraw and Windows Movie Maker software. The bachelor's thesis presents the process of upgrading the website in order to increase sales by implementing the established objectives, collecting information and preparation of different materials. Moreover, we optimised the website by using different kinds of software. During the process of optimisation and in order to increase the visibility of the company, we also set up its Facebook page.

Namen diplomskega dela je predstavitev dela nogometnega kluba NK Interblock. V dobi računalnikov, interneta in spletnih strani je najboljša in najbolj razširjena reklama video reklama. S kratkim filmom sem gledalcu želela prikazati, kako se v klubu dela, predvsem sem predstavila način treniranja. Želela sem sprožiti kanček zanimanja ter možnost, da svojega otroka, tisti, ki to gleda, pripelje v klub oziroma, da se otroci na podlagi videnega morda lažje odločijo, da se pridružijo klubu. The purpose of my diploma is to present the work of the football club NK Interblock. In the age of computers, the internet and websites is the best and the most widespread advertising, video advertising. With the short film I wished to show to the audience how the club works, I presented a way of trainings. I wanted to launch a glimmer of interest and the possibility that their child brings to the club or to children under the visible may be easier to decide to join the club.

27. DIGITALIZATION OF CINEMA AUDITORIUMS KOLOSEJ

V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili celoten postopek prehoda kinematografa Kolosej iz 35 mm analogne tehnologije na digitalno. Izdelan je zgodovinski pregled razvoja kinodvoran iz analogne tehnologije v digitalno. Prehod Koloseja na digitalno tehniko se je začel z analizo stanja digitalizacije kinematografov po svetu in Sloveniji. Večina kinematografov v Evropi in ZDA je že uspešno opravila popolno digitalizacijo sistema. Glede na zbrane ponudbe digitalne kinematografske opreme, smo izbrali najbolj ugodnega. Sledilo je načrtovanje in izvedba digitalizacije vseh dvoran v Koloseju. V diplomskem delu je opisan postopek namestitve in preizkusa vseh digitalnih komponent. Predstavljene so uporabljene digitalne komponente in njihove specifikacije. Poseben poudarek je na povezovanju vseh komponent na glavni strežnik, preko katerega se upravlja vse projektorje in zvok. Z uspešno digitalizacijo, je podjetje Kolosej v celoti vstopilo v digitalno kinematografsko dobo. In this diploma thesis, we presented the whole transition process of Kolosej cinema, from 35 mm analog to digital technology. First we made historical overview of the cinema development and analog to digital technology. The upgrade of Kolosej analog projection technology to digital, began with the analysis of cinemas digitization in Slovenia and the world. Most cinemas in Europe and US already passed the full digitization of projection systems. We chose the most economical firm that sells digital cinematography systems. Then followed planning and implementation of digitalization for all cinematograph halls in Kolosej. The thesis also describes how the installation and the tests of all digital components were performed. We also presented all installed digital components and their specifications. Special emphasis is on connection of all components to the main server, through which we manage all the projection and sound equipment. With the successful digitization of all projection halls, Kolosej successfully entered the digital cinema era.

Za upravljanje odnosov s strankami mnoga majhna podjetja v začetku ne uporabljajo temu namenjenih sistemov (CRM), temveč si pomagajo s standardnimi orodji, kot so npr. imenik, koledar in e-pošta. Sorazmerno z rastjo podjetja pa običajno raste tudi število strank, opravil in informacij, ki morajo biti pregledno zabeležene in posredovane. Pojavi se torej potreba po uvedbi CRM rešitve, v kateri bi bile integrirane vse funkcije upravljanja odnosov s strankami, od komunikacije po telefonu in e-pošti, do naročil, reklamacij in podobno. Glede na to, da so plačljive CRM rešitve uveljavljenih ponudnikov običajno prevelik finančni zalogaj za manjša podjetja, bomo v diplomski nalogi raziskali in predstavili uvedbo odprtokodnega CRM sistema v vzorčnem podjetju ter raziskali, kako lahko uvedba sistema pripomore k izboljšanju poslovanja in procesov znotraj podjetja. In their early days, many small businesses do not use dedicated customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage their customer relations. Instead, they use standard tools, such as address books, calendars and e-mail. But as the business grows, the number of customers, load of tasks and amount of information that needs to be comprehensively stored and transmitted increase as well. Therefore, companies need to implement a CRM solution that would include all functions of customer management, from telephone and e-mail communication to orders, complaints etc. Taking into consideration that commercial CRM systems provided by established software vendors are usually too much of a financial burden for small companies, in this diploma thesis, we will explore and present a deployment of an open source CRM system in a fictional small company. We will also look into the benefits of the implementation of such system for the operations and processes of the company.

Diplomsko delo proučuje področje hrambe podatkov različnih struktur na različnih tipih medijev. Poiskati in uvesti želimo najustreznejšo strojno rešitev za upravljanje podatkov s procesom deduplikacije. Ugotovili bomo, kako lahko optimalno prihranimo prostor na dragih redundantnih diskovnih poljih. Z uvedbo strojne rešitve za dedupliciranje podatkov bi poslovni subjekti imeli vse informacije na enem, to je skupnem mestu. S tem bi dosegli, da bi bilo shranjevanje podatkov neprimerno bolj racionalno. Izbrano strojno rešitev bomo preizkusili v testnem okolju ter jo na koncu ovrednotili z vidika funkcionalnosti, stroškov in prihrankov. The research examines the scope of the data retention of different structures in different media types. We want to search and introduce the most appropriate hardware solution for data management with deduplication principles. We also need to determine how optimally save the space on costly redundant disk storage arrays. Companies with the introduced hardware solution for data deduplication will have all the information on one common site in the non-wasteful form. Selected hardware solution will be examined in a test environment, and by the end evaluated in terms of functionality and cost savings.

Danes tržišče narekuje hitrost, s katero se morajo podjetja odzivati na njegove zahteve. Vzrok za to je hiter tehnološki napredek in razvoj ter globalizacija trgovine. Podjetje za ohranjanje konkurenčnosti potrebuje informacije čimprej. Takšen način poslovanja zahteva spremembe v delovanju organizacije in njenih procesih. V podjetjih veliko korespondence že poteka v elektronski obliki, saj je tak način enostavnejši, hitrejši in cenejši. Za hitrejšo in boljšo odzivnost mora podjetje razmišljati o celovitem pristopu k obvladovanju papirne in elektronske dokumentacije. S poslovanjem se v podjetju ustvari velika količina dokumentacije, saj morajo biti dogodki dokumentirani. Podjetje mora hraniti dokumente v skladu z zakonskimi določili in predpisi, zato je tiskanje elektronskega dokumenta za potrebe arhiva dodaten strošek in dodatno delo. Klasično poslovanje na osnovi papirne dokumentacije postaja zaradi širjenja obsega poslovanja neobvladljivo ter okorno, predvsem pa prepočasno. Zaradi teh dejstev je po našem mnenju smiselna odločitev za celovitejši pristop k elektronskemu obvladovanju poslovne dokumentacije. Elektronsko arhiviranje je del sistema za upravljanje elektronskih dokumentov. Z uvedbo različnih podsistemov dosežemo hitrejši pretok dokumentov, skrajšamo čas iskanja dokumentov, zmanjšamo možnost napačno vloženih dokumentov, zmanjšamo število napak in se izognemo podvajanju dela. Z vpeljavo elektronskega arhiviranja se podjetje izogne tudi dodatnemu strošku najema poslovnega prostora za namene arhiva. Z raziskavo želimo poiskati rešitve na področju elektronskega obvladovanja dokumentov, njihove zahteve za vpeljavo rešitve, spremembe, ki jih je potrebno uvesti v obstoječe procese v podjetju, cenovno primerjavo posameznih rešitev in smiselnost ter upravičenost vpeljave rešitve elektronskega arhiviranja v podjetju M&M Intercom, d. o. o. Today the market dictates the speed with which the companies have to respond to its demands. The main reason for it is the technological progress, development and market globalization. In order to be competitive, the company needs information as soon as possible. Managing a business in this way requires changes in the organization and its processes. Nowadays, companies use electronic mail for daily correspondence as it is easier, faster and cheaper. For a faster and better response, the company must think about an integrated approach for managing paperwork as well as electronic documentation. A well managed company creates a large amount of documentation, as all events must be recorded. The company must keep all documents in accordance to legal provisions and regulations, thus printing electronic documents for archiving, presents additional costs and work. Due to an increase in revenue and an expanding business respectively, classical archiving of documentation is becoming unmanageable, clumsy and slow. Consequently we believe that the decision for electronic archiving of business documents makes sense. Electronic archiving is part of electronic document system management. With that kind of system implementation we: - enable a faster documentation flow, - reduce the time used for documentation searching, - reduce the possibility of incorrectly filed documents, - reduce the number of errors and - avoid duplication of work. Furthermore, with the introduction of electronic archiving, the company avoids the additional costs of renting extra office space. In this study we want to: - research possible solutions for managing electronic documents, - introduce changes needed for the implementation of those solutions, - define the type of changes that should be added to the already initiated process, - show a cost comparison of individual solutions as well as - present a meaningful and justified solution for the introduction of electronic archiving in the company M&M Intercom, d. o. o.

Magistrska naloga z naslovom Načrtovanje in uporaba aktivnosti Lekcija v okolju Moodle najprej podrobno prouči delovanje modula Lekcija, ki je integrirana dejavnost v Moodlu že od leta 2004 dalje. Raziskava opozori na številne pomanjkljivosti slovenskega jezikovnega paketa. Predlagane izboljšave niso le jezikovni popravki, temveč upoštevajo tudi številne druge kriterije, ki so za uporabnika bistveni. Naloga predstavi nekaj modelov uporabe modula Lekcija, s čimer zapolni vrzel v dosedanji literaturi, saj tovrstnih informacij ne najdemo nikjer, niti v bogati Moodlovi dokumentaciji. Raziskava se preliminarno dotakne tudi korelacije med učnimi tipi in izbiro učne poti, kar lahko izvedemo prav z uporabo modula Lekcija. Podatki namreč kažejo, da se deleži posameznih učnih tipov in deleži posameznih učnih poti dokaj dobro prekrivajo. Glede na razširjenost Moodla v Sloveniji predstavlja naloga pomemben prispevek na tem področju. This Master's thesis, entitled Planning and Implementation of Lesson Modules in Moodle, thoroughly discusses the principles of Lesson, which has been an integrated module in Moodle since 2004. The study points out numerous flaws in the Slovenian language pack and proposes various improvements. The proposed changes are not only linguistic corrections of Slovenian text, but also take into account several other criteria that are relevant to the Slovenian Moodle community. The thesis presents a few Lesson structure diagrams that might serve as a valuable idea of Lesson implementation, thereby filling in a gap in the available resources on Moodle. The study slightly touches on the correlation between students' learning types and their individual selection of learning paths. The Lesson module in Moodle facilitates the adaption of study materials to the different learning types. Analyzed data confirms a clear correlation between specific learning types and actual learning pathways. Since Moodle is widely used in Slovenia, this study constitutes an important contribution in the scope of eLearning.

Spletni seminarji so učinkovito dopolnilo klasičnih seminarjev, hkrati pa odlično marketinško orodje za pridobivanje novih strank, poglobitev odnosov z obstoječimi in izobraževanje uporabnikov. Na trgu najdemo veliko različnih programov za izvajanje spletnih seminarjev, toda večina se osredotoča na angleško govoreči trg ter na samo izvajanje spletnih seminarjev. Slednje pa je le del celotne življenjske zgodbe spletnega seminarja. Na primeren način ga moramo vključiti v lasten sistem ali spletno stran, pridobiti udeležence in na koncu poskrbeti, da se ti še kdaj vrnejo. Zato moramo razviti sistem, ki vključuje predprodukcijo, produkcijo in postprodukcijo spletnega seminarja. Uporabniki so do novih in nepoznanih tehnologij zelo zadržani, zato je pomembno, da je celoten sistem oblikovan in zasnovan tako, da nudi dobro uporabniško izkušnjo ter uporabnikom omogoča, da se čim lažje prijavijo in udeležijo spletnega seminarja. V podjetju IUS SOFTWARE so spletni seminarji del redne ponudbe v okviru spletnih portalov FinD-INFO ter IUS-INFO. Namenjeni so vsem, ki jih zanima področje financ in prava. Webinars are an efficient complement to conventional seminars, while at the same time they are also a great marketing tool for attracting new customers, deepening relationships with existing customers and educating users. Various programmes for webinar implementation are available in the market, yet most of them focus on the English-speaking market and on the webinar execution alone. However, webinar implementation is only a part of a webinar's life story. In an appropriate way it has to be incorporated into the system or website, attendees have to be acquired and in the end it has to be ensured that they return. All this requires the development of a system that will include preproduction, production and postproduction of a webinar. Users tend to be very hesitant about new technologies which are unfamiliar to them, therefore it is important that the entire system is designed and engineered to offer a good user experience and enable users to apply and participate in a webinar with minimum effort invested. At IUS SOFTWARE webinars are a part of the regular offer in the context of web portals FinD-INFO and IUS-INFO. They are intended for all who are interested in the fields of finance and law.

Diplomska naloga predstavlja proces razvoja in vzpostavitve sistema e-izobraževanja v Mestni knjižnici Ljubljana (MKL). V teoretičnem delu naloge so na podlagi študija razpoložljive literature opredeljeni pojmi, kot so e-izobraževanje, vrste e-izobraževanja, kombinirano izobraževanje, izobraževalna vloga splošne knjižnice, splet 2.0, informacijsko opismenjevanje ipd. Empirični del naloge je namenjen analizi in identifikaciji potreb organizacije, izboru najprimernejšega orodja ter njegovi prilagoditvi potrebam organizacije. This thesis presents the process of setting up an e-learning system in the Ljubljana City Library (LCL). The theoretical part is based on the available literature and defined terms such as e-learning, types of e-learning, blended learning, educational role of public libraries, Web 2.0, information literacy, etc. Empirical part of the thesis aims to identify and analyze demands of the organization, selection of the most appropriate tool and its adaptation to the needs of the organization.

34. REEINGINEERING OF PERMITS PREPARATION FOR OVERSIZED AND OVERWEIGHT TRANSPORTS

V delovnem procesu priprave osnutkov dovoljenj za izredni prevoz se srečujemo s številnimi opravili, ki so med seboj povezana. Zaradi tega prihaja do nepotrebnega podvajanja dela in večkratnega vnašanja istih podatkov. Poleg nepotrebnega dela pa večkratno vnašanje povečuje tudi verjetnost, da v procesu pride do napake, njeno odpravljanje pa privede do dodatne delovne obremenitve zaposlenih. Z načrtovano aplikacijo se skrajša delovni proces izdelave osnutkov dovoljenj, zmanjša obremenitev zaposlenih in zmanjša število napak, ki se v delovnem procesu zgodijo. Razvita aplikacija ponuja nove rešitve, namenjene nadzornim organom, in večjo sledljivost nad izvajanjem prevozov. Kot dodana vrednost je tudi strankam v postopku ponujena večja možnost pregleda nad oddanimi vlogami in poenostavljeno izpolnjevanje vlog. Rezultat naloge je nova spletna aplikacija, ki je namenjena zaposlenim pri pripravi osnutkov dovoljenj za izredne prevoze, strankam v postopku za oddajanje vlog in nadzornim organom za lažje izvajanje nadzora. In the working process of drafting permits for exceptional transport we are faced with various tasks, which are connected to each other. This leads to unnecessary duplication of work and multiple inputs of the same data. In addition to labor, and multiple input increases the likelihood that the process error occurs, its elimination could lead to additional workload of employees. The planned application shortens working process of making draft permits, reducing the burden on employees and the number of errors that occur in the work process. The developed application offers new solutions designed to supervisory authorities and greater traceability. As an added value, also transport companies are offered greater possibility of a review of submitted applications and simplified filing of applications. Result is a new web application that is intended for employees in the preparation of draft permits for exceptional transport, to clients and supervisory authorities.

Mnoga podjetja ugotavljajo, da pri njihovem delu nastaja vse več dokumentov. Upravljanje z dokumenti je čedalje bolj zahtevno, tako v časovnem kot stroškovnem smislu, zato se odločajo za uvedbo sistemov, ki omogočajo elektronsko upravljanje z dokumenti. Z uvedbo elektronskih dokumentacijskih sistemov prihranijo čas iskanja, obdelave in distribucije dokumentov, prihranijo pri stroških materiala ter prostorih, namenjenih hrambi, in s tem bistveno povečajo učinkovitost poslovanja. Ob uvedbi novih sistemov je potrebno veliko pozornosti posvečati tudi integraciji z obstoječimi aplikacijami. Ob tem je potrebno razviti integracijski vmesnik, ki omogoča učinkovito komunikacijo med obstoječimi aplikacijami in novim sistemom. V diplomskem delu smo se odločili opisati uvedbo sistema elektronskega dokumentacijskega sistema EDS-GC v enega večjih javnih zavodov v naši državi, v Zavod Republike Slovenije za zaposlovanje. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela, teoretični in praktični. V teoretičnem delu predstavljamo elektronski dokumentacijski sistem, opisujemo spletne storitve ter pojasnimo integracijo dveh aplikacij. V praktičnem delu smo analizirali eno od obstoječih aplikacij ter opisali splošni integracijski vmesnik. S pomočjo ankete smo analizirali učinkovitost delovanja integracijskega vmesnika. A lot of companies are finding that more and more documents are being created as a byproduct of their work. Document management is becoming increasingly more challenging, both timewise and financially, which is why they are deciding on implementing systems that enable electronic management of said documents. By implementing these electronic documentary systems, they shorten the time it takes to find, process and distribute the documents, they save on material costs and on premises used for storing these documents and thus drastically increase the operating efficiency. When implementing the new systems, we must also pay a lot of attention to the integration with the existing applications. When doing that, we must develop the integration interface, which enables the successful communication between the existing and the new system. We have decided to describe in this thesis the implementation of the electronic documentary system EDS-GC into one of the largest public institutions in our country, the Employment Service of Slovenia. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and the practical. In the theoretical part, we present the electronic documentary system, describe the web services and explain the integration of two applications. In the practical part, we analyze one of the existing applications and describe the general integration interface. With the help of a survey, we analyze the functioning efficiency of the integration interface.

V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali možnosti za izbor najprimernejšega konferenčnega sistema v obravnavanem podjetju. Najprej smo definirali osnovne pojme, ki se dotikajo obravnavane tematike. Glede na možnosti, ki jih tehnologija danes ponuja, smo se odločili za uvedbo programskega produkta spletne konference. Izbrali, analizirali in primerjali smo vodilne programske produkte za spletne konference: (sedaj Microsoftov) Skype, Citrixov GoToMeeting, Googlov Google Hangouts, Ciscov WebEx in Microsoftov Skype for Bussines. Po podrobnejši analizi posameznega programskega produkta, smo produkte po izbranih kriterijih ocenili. Sledila je primerjava analiziranih in ocenjenih produktov ter izbor najprimernejšega. Zadnjo fazo diplomske naloge predstavlja implementacija izbrane rešitve v poslovanje obravnavanega podjetja. Le ta je sestavljena iz tehnične implementacije, ureditve sistema v sejni sobi in faze, povezane z usposabljanjem zaposlenih za uspešno uporabo implementirane rešitve. Diplomsko delo smo zaključili z izzivi za nadaljnje raziskovanje. This thesis discussed options for choosing the most appropriate conference system in this company. First, there was a description of the basic concepts that deal with the subject matter. Given the opportunities that technology offers today, it was decided to introduce a software product of the web conferencing. The leading software products for web conferencing (now Microsoft) Skype, Citrix GoToMeeting, Google Hangouts Google, Cisco WebEx and Skype for Microsoft Business were chosen, analysed and compared. After a detailed analysis of each software product, the products were evaluated according to the chosen criteria. This was followed by a comparison of analysed and evaluated products and then the most suitable product was chosen. The last phase of the thesis represents the implementation of the suitable solution into the company business operation. It consists of technical implementation, organisation of the system in the meeting room and the phase associated with training of the employees for the successful use of implemented solution. The thesis was completed by questions that need further research.

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen elektronski priročnik za uvajanje v program World Tracer, ki se uporablja pri iskanju izgubljene letalske prtljage. S priročnikom sem želel olajšati uvajanje in učenje novim uporabnikom. Izobraževanje večkrat poteka na osnovi papirnatega gradiva v tujem jeziku. To je velikokrat zelo obsežno in je zato težko razbrati najpomembnejše stvari, ki jih zaposleni na oddelku Izgubljeno-najdeno potrebujejo pri svojem delu. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in praktični del. Teoretični del pokriva konvencije in ostalo teorijo. V praktičnem delu je predstavljen elektronski priročnik, ki je kreiran v odprtokodnem učnem sistemu Moodle. Temeljni namen priročnika je bil, da bi bil uporaben tudi v praksi. Velik poudarek pri izgradnji je bil na preprostem in razumevajočem načinu vodenja skozi postopke ob iskanju izgubljene prtljage. V njem so poglavja, ki vsebujejo besedilne datoteke, videoposnetke, forume, klepetalnice, kvize, lekcije in preverjanje znanja. Uporabniku naj bi olajšal prebijanje skozi snov. Videoposnetki pa snov napravijo bolj prijazno. Izvajalcu izobraževanja da večji nadzor nad potekom izobraževanja vidi namreč, kako izobraževanje napreduje in če so udeleženci izobraževanja že dovolj usposobljeni za samostojno delo. Izobraževanje se po potrebi lahko prilagodi. Podjetje bi s takšnim izobraževanjem pridobilo pomemben čas, saj ga je za izobraževanje namenjenega vedno manj. This diploma thesis presents E-tutorial for World Tracer program. WT program is used for tracing of lost luggage in air traffic. With this tutorial I wanted to create more user-friendly introduction into the program. Such trainings usually bases on paper study material, published in foreign language. Study materials are usually extensive and therefore really hard to understand the most important meaning of studied material, which staff employed at Lost & found need in practice. My thesis is divided on theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part covers conventions and other theory. In practical part E-tutorial is presented, which is created in "opencoded" study system Moodle. Basic purpose of the manual was the usefulness of it in the practice. By creating this manual, the most important challenge was to make simple and understanding way of guiding through process of handling the lost luggage. In the tutorial are presented chapters contains text files, video, forums, chatrooms, quizzes, lessons and finally testing of participants. It should ease user’s way through the topic. Videorecordings make this topic friendlier. It also gives better control to the performer of education during the whole training. This is how the performer is able to see how the progress of the training and also if participants are well enough trained to work competent to work on their own. The training can be adjusted if necessary. In practice, companies would spare important time with such educational process, for which companies show less and less interest.

V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge bomo zajeli številna poglavja načinov izobraževanja. Predstavili bomo vpliv računalniške tehnologije kot tudi multimedije oziroma večpredstavnosti na temo izobraževanja in kako jih uporabljamo pri izdelovanju e-učbenikov. V nadaljevanju bomo na temo e-gradiva predstavili glavne lastnosti, ki jih mora le to vsebovati in opisali, kaj moramo upoštevati pri izdelavi e-gradiva. Najpomembnejši del teoretične vsebine je razlaga oziroma opis izdelave e-gradiva za program Google Sketchup. Pri tem pa bomo opisovali vse programe, ki smo jih uporabili med izdelavo e-priročnika in kako je delo z njimi potekalo. Na koncu bomo s pomočjo zajemanja slik zaslona (ang. Printscreen), prikazali končen izdelek e-priročnika, napisanega v programu za ustvarjanje e-gradiv. V praktičnem delu diplomske naloge se bomo osredotočili predvsem na izdelavo elektronskega učbenika za program Google SketchUp. Sproti bomo opisovali programsko opremo, od opisa ter namena uporabe do same pridobitve brezplačne različice programa na spletu in njegove namestitve. Jedro priročnika bo zajemalo: opis programskega okolja s predstavitvijo orodij (opis) in video prezentacijo le teh. V dodatku bomo zajeli tudi dodatno možnost uvoza 3D modelov preko uradnega skladišča programa Google SketchUp na spletni strani https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com. Skladišče uporabljamo za prenos ter uporabo 3D modelov, ki so jih številni uporabniki dodali v skupno brezplačno rabo na splet. In the theoretical part of diploma thesis, we will cover number of chapters about educational methods. We will present the impact of computer technology as well as multimedia on the topic of education and how they are used in the production of e-textbooks. In the following on the topic of e-learning materials, we will present and describe the main features e-learning materials should contain in the process of their manufacture. The main part of the theoretical content will contain an explanation or description of producing e-learning materials for Google SketchUp. In doing so, we will describe all the programs that were used during the production of e-manual and how the work with them took place. Finally, we will be using a screen capture (Printscreen) to show the final product e-handbook written in the program for creating e-learning materials. In the practical part of the diploma thesis we will focus on making electronic textbook for Google SketchUp. Continuously we will be describing the software from the description and purpose of use and how to get this software online and his installation process. The core of the manual will include a description of the programming environment with presentation tools (description) and video presentation thereof, in addition, we will also cover the additional possibility of importing 3D models via the official repository of Google SketchUp website https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com. The warehouse is used for the transfer and use of 3D models, uploaded and shared by many users on the web in a free form.

Zveza potrošnikov Slovenije (v nadaljevanju ZPS) je ustanova s pomembno vlogo v življenju državljanov Slovenije oz. potrošnikov. Zato je nujno njeno brezhibno in učinkovito delovanje. Vendar ima tudi ta organizacija svoje omejitve pri izvajanju del. Gre namreč za veliko organizacijo – veliko z vidika števila zaposlenih, obsega dela, pokrivanja področja poslovanja ipd. V takšnih primerih je poslovanje zelo oteženo in kompleksno, zato je potrebno imeti dobro osnovo poslovanja. Posebej pomembno je izpostaviti pravi odnos z odjemalci oz. potrošniki. Povečanje učinkovitosti delovanja ZPS-ja lahko pričakujemo z novim programom, ki temelji na Microsoftovem SharePointu. Ustreznost programa bo mogoče oceniti na podlagi predstavitve njegovih prednosti in nekaterih slabosti. Tako se bo problem oteženega poslovanja ZPS-ja razreševal prek uvedbe novega poslovnega programa. Program omogoča poslovanje, ki je v koraku s časom in primernejše za tovrstno organizacijo. Tako se poveča učinkovitost ZPS-ja in zadovoljstvo potrošnikov Slovenije. Zveza Potrošnikov Slovenije or the Slovene Consumers’ Association (hereinafter referred to as SCA) is an institution, which plays an important role in society and affects everyday life of the citizens of Slovenia. Therefore, it is necessary for it to function both effectively and efficiently. However, even this particular organization is faced with limitations and restrictions in carrying out its duties. The organization is very large, both in terms of the number of employees, to the scope of its work, and variety of areas of operations, etc. In such cases, business operation is very difficult and complex. Therefore it is necessary to have a solid foundation of its operations. It is especially important to establish an intrinsic relationship with consumers. Maximizing the performance of SCA can be expected with the introduction of a new program. The program is based on Microsoft SharePoint. It will be possible to evaluate the adequacy of the program by presenting its strenghts and weaknesses. The solution to the current difficulties of business operations faced by the SCA is to introduce the new program. The program is better suited for the respective business, and inline with the current times. The program will enable increased efficiency of the SCA, and in return increase the satification of the Slovenien consumer.

Informacijsko-komunikacijska tehnologija je postala del našega vsakdanjika in računalnik je postal nepogrešljivi del skoraj vsakega gospodinjstva. Spremembe na področju IKT so v zadnjih dveh desetletjih spremenile tudi načine učenja. Kombinacija elektronskega in tradicionalnega učenja je postala standardna. Ne samo elektronska gradiva, ampak tudi spletne učilnice so postale pomemben del izobraževalnega procesa. Kombinacija slednjega nam omogoča večjo interaktivnost gradiv in sodelovanje študentov. V diplomski nalogi bomo opisali osnove e-gradiv ter e-učenja. Osredotočili se bomo predvsem na to, kako v programu Xerte Online Toolkits izdelana gradiva prenesti v spletno učno okolje Moodle (verzija 2.5). Opisali bomo načine in postopke, ki smo jih uporabili. Za boljše razumevanje postopkov smo dodali tudi zaslonske slike. Information and communication technology (ICT) has become an important part of our everyday lives. Nowadays we can say that computer is an indispensable tool of almost every household. The changes in the field of ICT have also changed our ways of learning. A combination of e-learning and traditional learning has become more popular than ever before. Not only electronic materials, but also virtual classrooms have become an important part of the educational process. The combination of e-materials and virtual classrooms allows greater interactive virtual materials and student engagement. In this paper, we will describe the basics of e-learning and its contents. We will focus primarily on e-learning materials made with Xerte Online Toolkits and their implementation into online learning environment Moodle (version 2.5). We will describe the methods and procedures that we used.

Temeljni problem diplomske naloge je primerjava dveh aplikacij za ustvarjanje glasbe – Ableton Live in Logic Pro Studio. Spoznavali in ugotavljali bomo glavne prednosti in slabosti posameznih aplikacij na podlagi vnaprej določenih predpostavk. Pri tem bomo spoznali osnovna orodja za delo v aplikacijah in elemente, ki se uporabljajo za boljše razumevanje aplikacij. Osnovni elementi obeh aplikacij se po funkcionalnosti ne razlikujejo, ker imajo isto vlogo v obeh, vsaka aplikacija pa jih priredi po svojih merilih in uporabnosti. Primerjava aplikacij bo pokazala, katera se bolje obnese v določenih primerih in katera predstavlja boljšo končno alternativo pri izbiri. The fundamental problem of the thesis will compare two applications for creating music Ableton Live and Logic Pro Studio. We will get to know and identify the main strengths and weknesses of each aplication on the basis of pre-defined assumptions. In doing so, we will learn the basic tools for working in the program and the elements that are used for users to understand. The basic elements of the functionality does not differ because they have the same role in both cases, but each application elements are manipulated by their standards and usability. Final solution will show us which application works better in certain situations and which one represents a better alternative to a final choice.

Namen diplomske naloge je izdelava sistema za predvajanje grafik med prenosi športnih tekem v živo. Sama sem imela priložnost aktivno sodelovati pri tovrstnih projektih. V diplomski nalogi bom predstavila vse kreativne procese nastajanja grafičnega sistema, od ideje do izdelka, nato bom predstavila njegovo delovanje med prenosom v živo. Sistem za predvajanje grafik bo zasnovan s pomočjo CasparCG strežnika, ki je vrhunsko profesionalno orodje za televizijsko grafiko. Grafični uporabniški vmesnik bo izdelan z orodjem Microsoft Visual Studio. Ideja je v tem, da bo grafični operater, na prenosu športnega dogodka, s pomočjo celotnega sistema predvajal animirane grafike na zaslon v realnem času. Zaključen sistem se bo uporabil za dodajanje animirane grafike pri televizijski produkciji košarkarske tekme lige ABA. The purpose of my thesis is production of graphics system, which plays animated graphics during live broadcast events of sport games. I had the opportunity to be actively involved in such production and I am going to present all creative processes in production of graphics system, from idea till final creation. Then I am going to present this system in a broadcast event. The graphics system will be created with CasparCG Server, which is an ultimate professional tool for broadcast graphics. The graphical user interface will be created in Microsoft Visual Studio. Live graphics operator will be able to play animated graphics for sport game in real time. Final system will be used for embedding animated graphics in television production for basketball game in ABA League.

Diplomska naloga predstavlja in govori o izdelavi elektronskega učbenika za izbrano podjetje, ki se nanaša na tematiko prve pomoči. E-učbenik bo predstavljal obliko izobraževanja ob podpori računalniške tehnologije v programu Adobe Captivate 5.5., ki je namenjen oblikovanju interaktivnih vsebin za elektronsko učenje. V nalogi bodo obdelane teme, ki so pomembne za izdelavo e-učbenika. Podrobno si bomo ogledali potek izdelave e-učbenika v navedenem programu, proučili pa bomo tudi koncept izobraževanja zaposlenih, v okviru katerega bo poudarek na e-izobraževanju. Z izdelanim e-učbenikom bomo zaposlenim v podjetju omogočili, da se samoizobražujejo s pomočjo računalnika in obnovijo znanje iz prve pomoči. S tem bomo v podjetju spodbudili zaposlene, da se samoiniciativno izobražujejo, in pokazali, da so lahko e-učbeniki v podjetju zelo koristen in učinkovit dodatek h klasičnemu učenju. My diploma thesis presents an electronic textbook for the selected company. We have developed the e-Learning First Aid Course with Adobe Captivate 5.5. The program is designed to create interactive content for e-learning. The electronic textbook will be a form of education, with the support of computer technology. We will review topics that are important for the development of our electronic textbook, such as selecting the right authoring tools, we will explore the concept of education and development of employees in the selected company, and we will also focus on e-learning. The electronic textbook in the company can be an extremely useful and effective supplement to traditional learning. With this electronic textbook, we will build a self-service learning culture and enable employees to learn and update their knowledge of first aid by using information and communication technologies. This will give them the opportunity to enrol in online courses and take them at their own pace and at a time that suits them best.

Cilj diplomske naloge je bil izdelava prototipne spletne rešitve, ki uporabnikom omogoča pregled zasedenosti ter rezervacijo športnih igrišč v podjetju Teniška akademija Breskvar. Zaznan je bil problem, da podjetje svojim strankam in potencialnim uporabnikom svojih igrišč ponuja možnost rezervacije samo preko telefona ali v živo. Evidenca rezervacij se vodi v papirnati obliki. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljene vse uporabljene programske rešitve in tehnologije, ki so bile uporabljene v izdelavi. Končni produkt, ki je spletna aplikacija, temelji na tehnologijah, kot so HTML, PHP in JavaScript. Podatke o rezervacijah, zasedenosti, igriščih in uporabnikih pa smo shranjevali v podatkovno bazo MySQL. Sama prototipna rešitev je za uporabnika zasnovana na prijazen, preprost in razumljiv način, ki omogoča preverjanje zasedenosti in tudi rezervacijo igrišča. Ponujena rešitev je torej delujoča prototipna spletna aplikacija. The goal of this thesis was to develop a prototype web solution, which will enable the users to check availability and book sports services or facilities in the Tennis Academy Breskvar Company. The detected problem was that the company only provides its customers and potential users of their services, the possibility to book the court over the telephone or in person. Records of all bookings are kept in paper form. In the thesis we presented all the software solutions and technologies that were used in the development of the website. The final outcome is based on the technologies like HTML, PHP and JavaScript. All the information about reservations, occupancy, fields and users are stored in MySQL database. The prototype solution itself is designed for the users to check availability and book the court on a user friendly, easy and understandable. The presented solution is a functioning prototype of web-based application.

V diplomskem delu smo raziskovali sisteme za upravljanje spletnih vsebin (CMS). Z njihovo pomočjo lahko vsakdo, tudi nepoznavalci, upravlja z spletnimi stranmi v vseh fazah (izdelava, urejanje, vzdrževanje). V zadnjih letih smo priča porastu le-teh sistemov. Primerjali smo sisteme, ki so zasedli prva tri mesta na tekmovanju The Open source CMS award 2011, torej sisteme Joomla!, Drupal in Plone. Joomla! je najbolj primerna za začetnike, Drupal za tiste, ki jih zanima, oziroma se vsaj malo spoznajo na programiranje in potrebujejo dodatne dodelave strani, ki jih drugi sistemi niso sposobni zagotoviti, Plone pa za napredne uporabnike, oziroma strani, kjer je varnost nujno potrebna. Ugotovili smo, da enotnega kriterija za izbiro CMS sistema ni, vsi obravnavani imajo približno enako raven kvalitete, tako je izbira odvisna predvsem od namembnosti strani in uporabnika, njegovih osebnih preferenc in nivoja znanja. We have been researching content management systems (CMS) in our diploma thesis. Evereyone, even non-experts can manage websites in every phase (deployment, editing, maintenance) by using those systems. Content management systems have experienced rapid growth in the past few years. We have compared the systems, which won the first three places at The Open source CMS award: Joomla!, Drupal and Plone. Joomla! is best suited for beginners, Drupal for those who have at least some programming know-how and are interesting in further enchantment of their websites, while Plone is best used by expert users for those sites where safety is a concern. We have discovered that there is no single criteria for choosing the system. All of the compared CMS are of about the same quality, so the choice is upon the general purpose of the website, the user, his personal preferences and level of know-how.

Računalnik je danes nepogrešljiv pripomoček. Ima ga skoraj vsako gospodinjstvo, saj si z njim olajšamo delo ali popestrimo prosti čas. Dalo nam je misliti zakaj ne bi združili prijetno s koristnim, kjer bi se preko računalnika lahko naučili nekaj stvari o odbojki. V diplomski nalogi smo s pomočjo ustreznih programov izoblikovali elektronski učbenik za odbojko. Z učbenikom smo predstavili v prvem poglavju zgodovino odbojke, kjer smo opisali kdo je izumitelj in kako je napredoval njen razvoj skozi čas ter v drugem poglavju elemente in podrobnosti odbojke, kjer smo predstavili osnovne udarce odbojke. S pomočjo zaslonskih slik bomo opisali kako je naš učbenik nastajal v obeh programih za izdelovanje e – učbenikov. Na koncu bomo naredili primerjavo med programoma in dodali anketo s pripadajočo analizo. Computer is an indispensible tool nowadays. Almost every household has it, though we ease our work with it or diversify our free time. That gave us something to think about, why not mix business with pleasure, where we could learn a few things about volleyball via computer. In our diploma assignement we created electonic handbook for volleyball with programs appropriate for this kind of work. In first chapter of handbook we presented history of volleyball, where we described the founder and development of volleyball throughout time and in second chapter elements and details of volleyball, where we presented the basic steps of volleyball. With help of printscreen photos we will describe the making of handbook in both programs for creating e – handbooks. In the end we will make comparement of programs and add survey with its analysis.

V zadnjih letih sta pojav in nezadržno širjenje rabe HD tehnologije sprožila precej sprememb pri nakupu nove opreme in sistemov. Tako se je tudi v letu 2009 začel vzpon pri prehodu s klasične TV produkcije na datotečni način produkcije. S pojavom HD kamer pa se je pojavilo vprašanje, kako in na kateri medij shraniti posnete vsebine. Večina proizvajalcev se je odločila za shranjevanje na spominske kartice, s čimer je izginila potreba po VTR magnetoskopih, ki so bili tradicionalno orodje za branje in pisanje na magnetni trak. Da lahko uspešno preidemo na sodoben datotečni prenos avdio in video vsebin, moramo poleg osnov TV slike poznati tudi osnove IT tehnologije. Obe tehnologiji se pri današnji produkciji avdio in video vsebin močno prepletata. Največ vprašanj pri prehodu na novi sistem se pojavlja pri ravnanju z avdio in video datotekami in njihovem prehajanju med posameznimi produkcijskimi sklopi, torej praktično na vseh stopnjah produkcijskega procesa (zajem, produkcija, montaža, predvajanje, arhiviranje itd.). Skrbno načrtovanje in podroben opis teh procesov sta zato ključna za uspešno izrabo vseh prednosti, ki jih ponuja nova tehnologija. Zato je nujno natančno razumeti vse stopnje procesa. In the recent years, the emergence and continuous increase in use of HD technology in a television broadcasting industry have introduced many changes in the field of purchasing new equipment and systems. Thus, in 2009, the intensive ascent of file based TV-production over the classical one began. However, the emergence of HD camera systems opened a new question: where and how to store the content. Most manufacturers have chosen to use a solid state memory card which makes the need of conventional video signal recording on magnetic tape as well as the use of VTR obsolete. To be able to move to file based audio and video production efficiently, the basic understanding of TV and IT technologies is mandatory. Both technologies are strongly intertwined in today's audio and video production. The biggest dilemmas in the transition toward the new systems arise in the field of handling and transferring the footage, which practically means every single step of the production process (ingest, production, editing, playout, archiving, etc.). Consequently, a careful planning and detailed description of all these steps are the key to all the benefits offered by the new technology. Therefore, it is necessary to understand all stages of the process in detail.

Elektronsko arhiviranje je osnovni podsistem v celovitem sistemu za upravljanje dokumentov. Z vidika konkurenčnosti, bistvene za uspešnost in tudi za preživetje banke, se je potrebno zavedati, da je čimprejšnja odločitev za vzpostavitev elektronskega arhiva in prehoda na elektronsko upravljanje dokumentov ne le racionalna, temveč nujna poslovna odločitev. Namen naloge je narediti temeljni korak v obvladovanju procesov upravljanja dokumentacije, kar v tem primeru pomeni definirati sistemsko rešitev elektronskega arhiva. Z vidika obvladovanja procesov upravljanja dokumentacije v banki je nedvomno smiselno - z vsebinskega, organizacijskega, tehnološkega in finančnega vidika - da se ne poišče le rešitve za podporo arhiviranja poslovne dokumentacije, temveč da se banka opredeli za izgradnjo infrastrukture, ki bo omogočala integracijo poslovnih procesov s procesi upravljanja dokumentacije, po možnosti istočasno. Electronic archiving is a subsystem in a document management system. From the competitiveness point of view, relevant not only for the Bank’s success, but also for the survival, we need to be aware, that the immediate decision to establish electronic archive and the transition to electronic document management system, is not merely rational, but also an urgent business decision. The objective of this theme is to make a basic step within the management of documentation processes, which in this case means to define systemic solution of electronic archives. From the management of documentation processes viewpoint it is undeniably reasonable – from substantive, organizational, technological and financial standpoint – that the only solution is not only to search out for the support business documentation filing, but the Bank should declare an infrastructure construction, which will set aside the integration of business process with the document management processes, if possible at the same time.

49. CREATING E-LEARNING MATERIAL TO TEACH TOUCH TYPING

Pri vsakodnevnem delu se pogosto srečujemo z uporabo računalnika in tipkovnice kot naprave za vnos podatkov. Tipkovnice lahko najdemo tudi kot dodatek najnovejšim tabličnim računalnikom. Vnos podatkov s pomočjo tipkovnice je lahko zelo učinkovit, če pri tem obvladamo metodo desetprstnega slepega tipkanja. Desetprstno slepo tipkanje omogoča višjo stopnjo natančnosti in hitrosti vnosa podatkov kot druge metode. Med drugim zmanjšuje tudi telesni napor v smislu fizičnega napora in koncentracije. Omogoča lažje in hitrejše urejanje besedila, pri tem pa ne potrebujejo tako visoke sposobnosti vizualne percepcije, saj je gledanje na tipkovnico nepotrebno. Zaradi številnih prednosti desetprstnega tipkanja, ki bi jih lahko dnevno koristili, smo izdelali e-gradivo za učenje desetprstnega slepega tipkanja. Izdelano e-gradivo je namenjeno povprečnemu uporabniku spleta v obliki samostojnega učenja, kar pa še ne pomeni, da e-gradivo ne bi bilo koristno tudi za druge uporabnike ali druge oblike učenja. E-gradivo za učenje desetprstnega slepega tipkanja smo izdelali na podlagi analize prednosti in slabosti treh obstoječih spletnih aplikacij za učenje desetprstnega slepega tipkanja, pri čemer smo opravili tudi njihovo deskriptivno analizo. Dve izmed analiziranih aplikacij sta tudi zelo popularni. Izdelano e-gradivo za učenje desetprstnega slepega tipkanja vsebuje teoretični del z vsebino teorije o metodi desetprstnega slepega tipkanja. Ta del je bil izdelan v orodju za izdelavo e-gradiv CourseLab. Drugi del e-gradiva predstavlja spletna aplikacija, ki je namenjena vadbi metode desetprstnega slepega tipkanja. Spletna aplikacija med drugim omogoča vnos lastnih besedil za vadbo, urejanje oblike besedila in obsežen ter natančen izpis rezultatov tipkanja. Opravili smo tudi evalvacijo e-gradiva z anketiranjem preizkuševalcev e-gradiva, ki ocenjujejo, da se s preizkušenim e-gradivom lahko naučimo ali izboljšamo sposobnost desetprstnega slepega tipkanja. At everyday work we are often faced with using a computer and a keyboard as an input device for data. Keyboards can also be found as an addition to the latest tablet PCs. Entering data by using the keyboard can be very effective, especially by mastering the touch typing method. Touch typing method allows a higher degree of accuracy and a higher speed of data entry than other methods. Among other benefits it also reduces the exertion in terms of physical exertion and concentration. The method also enables easier and faster text editing, while not requiring a high level of visual perception skills by watching at the keyboard unnecessarily. Due to many advantages of touch typing, from which we could daily benefit, we developed an e-learning material to teach touch typing. Created e-learning material is designed for the average internet user in the form of self-directed learning, but this does not mean that the e-learning material could not be useful also for other users or other forms of learning. E-learning material to teach touch typing was made on the basis of analysis of advantages and disadvantages of three existing web applications for touch typing, where we also conducted a descriptive analysis of them. Two of the analyzed applications are also very popular. Created e-learning material to teach touch typing includes theoretical content of touch typing. This part was made in the authoring tool CourseLab. The second part of created e-learning material represents a web application, which is aimed at training the method of touch typing. The web application among others enables to enter your own texts for practice, to edit entered text, to format entered text and it also offers a display of comprehensive and accurate typing results. We also evaluated the e-learning material by surveying the testers of the e-learning material, assessing that the tested e-learning material can be used to learn or improve the skill of touch typing.

Namen diplomske naloge je izdelati multimedijsko predstavitev spletnegakazinoja za podjetje Playtech. Končni izdelek bo služil predvsem pridobivanju novih strank, deloma pa tudi ohranjanju obstoječih strank in ponovni pridobitvi starih strank. Nove stranke bodo na podlagi izdelka spoznale program spletnega kazinoja, igre ter druge podrobnosti. Obstoječe stranke bodo v izdelku prepoznale predvsem novosti v zvezi z igrami ter ponudbami. Medij, ki bo gostil to predstavitev, je portal Youtube. Youtube je zaradi svoje popularnosti, dostopnosti in prepoznavnosti popoln za takšen podvig. Milijoni dnevnih obiskov ter možnost dostopa preko t. i. »pametnih« telefonov z Android oz. IOS operacijskimi sistemi nam omogočajo, da dosežemo širok krog ljudi. Obdelava podatkov bo potekala v avtorskem orodju Camtasia Studio, ki podpira objavljanje lastnih produktov na socialnem omrežju Youtube. The purpose of my diploma thesis is to create a multimedia presentation of an online casino for company Playtech. The final product will then mostly be used to acquire new customers but it will also welcome back older, existing players based on the novelties presented. The product will introduce new customers to the online casino software, the games and other details. Returning customers will indentify mostly novelties like new games and returning deposit bonus offers. The host media for this presentation will be Youtube. Youtube is, because of its popularity, acessibility and global identity, a perfect fit for this project. Milions of daily visits and accessibility over the fast developing >>smartphones<
