Pesquisa do Estado do Amazonas This research is the result of two years (2019-2021) of studies in the Master's course in the Graduate Program in Education at the Federal University of Amazonas (PPGE/UFAM), funded in the modality of research scholarship by the Foundation for Research Support in the State of Amazonas (FAPEAM). However, it emerged from personal, academic and professional concerns, as a teacher hired by selection process by SEMED/Parintins, from the participation in the 5th Round of Conversation on Field Education in the Community of S??o Pedro do Maraj?? (Uaicurap?? River Region), held by the Paulo Freire Forum of Field, Forest and Water Education in Parintin?? (FOPINECAF). The following problem emerged: Have the public policies of continuing education for teachers of rural schools met the interests and needs of teachers working in the city of Parintins-AM, specifically in the rural school in the community of Tracaj??? It aims to analyze the public policies for continued education for teachers in rural schools in the city of Parintins-AM, specifically in the school of the Tracaj?? community. And as specific objectives, we unfolded the following: 1) To study the analysis categories: continued formation of teachers; public policies for rural schools; rural education; 2) To investigate how public policies for continued formation of teachers from rural schools are being implemented in the city of Parintins, pointing out possible contradictions and contributions; 3) To examine the formation proposal of the Rural Social Movements for rural schools, considering the continued formation of teachers. The theoretical field is anchored in the studies on Field Education recommended by Arroyo, Caldart and Molina (2011), Arroyo (2007), Molina and Rocha-Antunes (2014), Borges (2015), Silva (2017), Souza (2017) among others, and by studies of authors who address the continuing education of teachers, among them: Gatti, Andr?? and Barreto (2009), Imbern??n (2010), Lib??neo (2015), Silva (2019), Molina and Hage (2015) and others. The methodological path is anchored in the Historical-Dialectical Materialism, involving bibliographic study, document analysis, and application of questionnaires. The locus of the research was the Escola Municipal Luiz Gonzaga, (1) field school from a universe of 118 (one hundred and eighteen) field schools of Parintins, which is located in a settlement area of INCRA. The research included the participation of 1 technician from the Municipal Secretariat of Education (SEMED/PIN), 5 teachers who work in one of the investigated rural schools, the representatives of the rural social movements in Parintins, being the coordinator of FOPINECAF and the coordinator of GRANAV. The main results of the research indicate that the municipality of Parintins has only adhered in recent years policies, programs and projects of continuing education of the federal government developed in agreements with public universities, state and municipal departments of education such as: Active School, Pronera, Gestar, Pro - Literacy, PNAIC and School of Land, however show that such training is still insufficient, most distant from the reality and specificities of the field, do not always contribute and meet the needs of teachers who work in rural schools. Por??m, ela emergiu de inquieta????es pessoais, acad??micas e profissionais, na condi????o de professora contratada por processo seletivo pela SEMED/Parintins, a partir da participa????o na V Roda de Conversa sobre Educa????o do Campo na Comunidade de S??o Pedro do Maraj?? (Regi??o do Rio Uaicurap??), realizada pelo F??rum Parintinense de Educa????o do Campo, das Florestas e das ??guas Paulo Freire (FOPINECAF). Diante das inquieta????es surgiu o seguinte problema: Ser?? que as pol??ticas p??blicas de forma????o continuada para professores/as de escolas do campo t??m atendido aos interesses e as necessidades dos docentes que trabalham no munic??pio de Parintins-AM, especificamente na escola do campo na comunidade de Tracaj??? Tem como objetivo analisar as pol??ticas p??blicas de forma????o continuada de professores/as para as escolas do campo do munic??pio de Parintins-AM, especificamente na escola da Comunidade do Tracaj??. E como objetivos espec??ficos, desdobramos os seguintes: 1) Estudar as categorias de an??lise: Forma????o continuada de professores/as; pol??ticas p??blicas das escolas do campo; Educa????o do Campo; 2) Averiguar de que forma as pol??ticas p??blicas de forma????o continuada de professores/as de escolas do campo est??o sendo implementadas no munic??pio de Parintins, apontando poss??veis contradi????es e contribui????es; 3) Examinar a proposta de forma????o dos Movimentos Sociais do Campo para as escolas do campo, a considerar a forma????o continuada de professores/as. O campo te??rico est?? ancorado nos estudos sobre Educa????o do Campo preconizados por Arroyo, Caldart e Molina (2011), Arroyo (2007), Molina e Rocha-Antunes (2014), Borges (2015), Silva (2017), Souza (2017) dentre outros, e por estudos de autores que abordam a forma????o continuada de professores/as entre eles: Gatti, Andr?? e Barreto (2009), Imbern??n (2010), Lib??neo (2015), Silva (2019), Molina e Hage (2015) e outros. O percurso metodol??gico foi ancorado no Materialismo Hist??rico-Dial??tico, envolvendo estudo bibliogr??fico, an??lise documental, aplica????o de question??rios. O l??cus da pesquisa foi a Escola Municipal Luiz Gonzaga, (1) escola do campo de um universo de 118 (cento e dezoito) escolas do campo de Parintins, que se encontra localizada em ??rea de assentamento do INCRA. Participaram da pesquisa 1 t??cnico da secretaria municipal de educa????o (SEMED/PIN), 5 professoras que atuam em uma escolas do campo investigada, os representantes dos movimentos sociais do campo em Parintins, sendo a coordenadora do FOPINECAF e o coordenador do GRANAV. Os principais resultados da pesquisa apontam que o munic??pio de Parintins aderiu nos ??ltimos anos apenas aderiu pol??ticas, programas e projetos de forma????o continuada do governo federal desenvolvidos em conv??nios com universidades p??blicas, secretaria estadual e municipal de educa????o como: a Escola Ativa, Pronera, Gestar, Pr?? - Letramento, PNAIC e Escola da Terra, entretanto evidenciam que tais forma????es ainda s??o insuficientes, a maior parte distantes da realidade e especificidades do campo, nem sempre contribuem e atendem as necessidades dos professores/as que atuam nas escolas do campo.
