Eğitim sisteminin en küçük yapısı olan okullarda eğitim öğretim faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesinden sorumlu olan okul müdürlerinin yönetimsel işlerinin yanında denetim görevleri de bulunmaktadır. Eğitimin kalitesinin artması ve geliştirilmesinde önemli yeri olan ders denetiminin gerçekleştirilmesinde okul müdürlerinin de yetkili olması okul müdürlerinin gerçekleştirdiği denetim faaliyetlerini araştırmaya açık hale gelmiştir. Bu araştırmanın amacı da okul müdürlerinin ders denetimi ile ilgili öğretmen görüşlerini ortaya koymaktır. Okul müdürlerinin ders denetimi yeterlilikleri hakkında öğretmen görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılan bu araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması deseni kullanılmıştır. Düzce ilinde görev yapan meslekte yirmi yılını doldurmuş, idareciler ve denetmenler tarafından alanında yetkin gösterilen sınıf öğretmenleri ile gerçekleştirilen çalışmada dört adet açık uçlu soru ve bu soruların içinde bulunan alt sorular ile oluşturulmuş yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile veriler toplanmıştır. Öğretmenlerle yapılan görüşmeler sonucu elde edilen veriler betimsel ve içerik analizi yaklaşımına göre analiz edilerek yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin analizi sonrası bulgular okul müdürlerinin halihazırda yaptıkları ders denetimi, okul müdürlerinin ders denetimi yeterlilikleri, müfettişlerin ders denetimini bırakmasının denetim faaliyetlerine etkisi ve öğretmenlere göre etkili ders denetimi temaları altında toplanmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada okul müdürlerinin ders denetimini formaliteden gerçekleştirdiği, yapılan denetimlerin etkisiz ve profesyonellikten uzak olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca okul müdürlerinin öğretmenlerle iç içe olması denetim faaliyetlerinin sürekli hale gelmesini sağlamaktadır. Bu durum nedeniyle öğretmenler okul müdürlerinin ders denetimi yapmasını tercih etmektedir. In schools, which are the minor structure of the education system, school principals, who are responsible for education and training activities, have supervisory duties besides their administrative responsibilities. The competencies of school principals have become open to research after school principals became authorized to supervise courses, which has an important place in increasing and improving the quality of education. This study aims to reveal teachers' opinions about the course supervision competencies of school principals. In this study, which was conducted to reveal teachers' opinions about the course supervision competencies of school principals, the case study design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. Classroom teachers who have completed twenty years in the profession in Düzce and shown to be competent in their fields by the administrators and supervisors received four open-ended questions and a semi-structured interview with follow-up questions. The data obtained as a result of the interviews with the teachers were analyzed and interpreted according to the descriptive and content analysis approach. After the analysis of the data, the results were gathered under the themes of the current course supervision of the school principals, the course supervision competencies of the school principals, the effect of the inspectors leaving the course supervision on the supervision activities, and adequate course supervision according to the teachers. This study determined that the school principals carried the course supervision out of formality, and the inspections were ineffective and far from professionalism. In addition, the fact that the school principals are intertwined with the teachers ensures that the supervision activities become continuous. Consequently, teachers prefer school principals to supervise the course.

Bu çalışmanın amacı meslek liselerindeki matematik öğretmenlerinin ortaöğretim matematik müfredatının en zorlayıcı kavramlarından biri olan fonksiyon kavramına ilişkin alan ve öğrenci bilgisini belirlemek ve öğretmenlerin bu konudaki alan ve öğrenci bilgisi ile öğrencilerinin öğrenme çıktıları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Çalışmanın ilk amacını gerçekleştirmek için 42 öğretmene, öğretmenlerinin fonksiyon kavramı konusundaki alan ve öğrenci bilgisi belirleyen bir anket uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın diğer amacı için iki durum çalışması yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın bulguları birçok öğretmenin fonksiyonu bir eşleme olarak algıladığını ve fonksiyonun tek değerlilik (univalence) özelliğinin farkında olduğunu göstermiştir. Ancak birçok öğretmen bir fonksiyonun farklı gösterimlerinin tam olarak farkında değildir ve fonksiyonun keyfilik (arbitrariness) özelliğini göz ardı etmiştir. Öğretmenlerin öğrencilerin fonksiyon kavramıyla ilgili güçlüklerine dair bilgisi ise içerik ve kalite olarak değişiklik göstermiştir. Durum çalışmaları, öğretmenlerin fonksiyon kavramına ait alan ve öğrenci bilgisi ile öğrencilerin öğrenme çıktıları arasında etkileşim olduğunu göstermiştir. Etkileşim öğretmenlerin fonksiyon kavramı algısı ve fonksiyonun tek değerlilik özelliği ile öğrencilerin öğrenme çıktıları arasında olmuştur. Tanım ve değer kümesi verilen fonksiyonun grafiğini bulma, eşit iki fonksiyonu belirleme ve görüntüsünü, ters görüntüsünü ve bunlardan oluşan sıralı ikilileri eksenler üzerine işaretlemede ise etkileşim görülmemiştir. Ayrıca, çalışmada öğretmenlerin fonksiyon kavramına dair alan ve öğrenci bilgisinin öğretimlerini etkilediği ortaya çıkmıştır. Sınıftaki öğretim etkinlikleri öğrencilerin öğrenme çıktılarıyla etkileşim göstermiştir. The present study aimed to identify the teachers' knowledge of content and students in vocational high schools, and investigate the patterns of interrelation between teachers' knowledge of content and students, and their students' learning outcomes with respect to one of the most challenging concepts in secondary school mathematics curriculum, the function concept. To achieve the former, a questionnaire was administered to 42 teachers to identify their knowledge of content and students about the function concept. For the latter, two case studies were carried out. The results showed that most teachers perceive the function as set a correspondence and were aware of the univalence requirement of functions. However, most were not fully aware of the different representations of a function and ignored the arbitrary nature of functions. The teachers' knowledge of student difficulties in the function concept varied in terms of content and quality. The data suggested some evidence of the teachers' knowledge of content and students about the function concept and student learning outcomes. Interactions made between the teachers' conceptions of the function and understanding of the univalence requirement of functions, and student learning outcomes. As to relating a domain and range to its graph, identifying two equal functions, and locating pre-images, images, and (pre-image, image) pairs on the axes in the graphs, no interaction was found. Also, the study revealed that the teachers' knowledge of content and students about the function concept influenced their instructional practices. The teaching experiences in the class interacted with student learning outcomes. 254

Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye’de engellilere yönelik eğitim ve öğretim konulu lisansüstü tezlerin araştırma konularına ve kurumlara göre eğilimlerini belirlemektir. Bu amaçla, bilim haritalama ve dar odaklanma yöntemini içeren bibliyometrik analiz gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ulusal Tez Merkezinde tezin adı kısmında “engelli” anahtar sözcüğü ile yapılan aramada bulunan ve konu filtrelemesi “eğitim ve öğretim” olarak belirlenen lisansüstü tezler incelenmiştir. Tezler; tezin tamamlanma yılı, tezin türü, dili, yazarının cinsiyeti, tezlerin yapıldığı üniversite, ana bilim/bilim veya ana sanat/sanat dalı, tezlerin odaklandığı engel türü ve çalışma alanı değişkenleri açısından incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, ilk tezin 1985 yılında yapıldığı; 2009 ve 2019 yıllarında tamamlanan tez sayısının en yüksek düzeye eriştiği görülmüştür. Tez yazarlarının ağırlıklı olarak kadınlardan oluştuğu belirlenmiştir. En çok tezin Gazi Üniversitesinde yazıldığı bulunmuştur. Tezlerin yarıya yakınının özel eğitim ve alt bilim dalları dışındaki bilim dallarında yapıldığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Engel türleri içinde en çok zihinsel engellilerle en az ise görme engellilerle ilgili tez yazıldığı saptanmıştır. İşitme engellilerle ilgili en çok tez Anadolu Üniversitesinde, diğer engel türlerinde ise en çok tez Gazi Üniversitesinde yazılmıştır. En çok aile araştırmaları çalışma konusu olarak seçilmiştir., The aim of this study is to determine the trends of postgraduate theses on education and training for the disabled in Turkey according to research topics and institutions. For this purpose, bibliometric analysis, including science mapping and narrow focus method, was performed. In the National Thesis Center, the postgraduate theses found in the search with the keyword "disabled" in the title part of the thesis and the subject filtering of which were determined as "education and training" were examined. Theses; the year of completion of the thesis, the type and the language of the thesis, the gender of the author, the university where the theses are done, the department or the branch, the type of disability that the theses focus on, and the field of study were examined. As a result, the first thesis was made in 1985; it was observed that the number of theses completed in 2009 and 2019 reached the highest level. It has been determined that the thesis writers are predominantly women. It was found that most theses were written at Gazi University. It has been revealed that almost half of the theses are made in branches other than special education and sub-disciplines. Among the disability types, it was determined that the thesis was written mostly on the mentally handicapped and the least on the visually impaired. Most theses about the hearing impaired were written at Anadolu University, and most theses about the other disability types were written at Gazi University. Family studies were mostly chosen as the subject of study.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenler arasında yaşanan çatışmaların nedenlerini tespit etmeye çalışmaktır. Araştırma, 2020-2021 öğretim yılında Düzce İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı 42 resmi ortaöğretim okulunda çalışan kolayda örneklem yoluyla seçilen 257 okul yöneticisi ve öğretmen ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış olup araştırmanın verileri "Eğitim Kurumlarında Yöneticilerle Öğretmenler Arasındaki Çatışma Nedenleri Ölçeği" kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin normallik analizi yapılmış ve verilerin normal dağılmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu durumda; okul yöneticilerinin ve öğretmenlerin çatışma nedenleri puanlarının demografik değişkenleri arasındaki farklara ilişkin bulgular için "Mann Whitney-U" ve "Kruskal Wallis" gibi Non-parametrik testler uygulanmıştır. Ayrıca çatışma, genel hizmetleri alanı, işgören hizmetleri alanı, eğitim öğretim hizmetleri alanı ile hizmet alanlarının maddesel nedenleri puanlamaları analizleri yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlara göre, okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenler arasında yaşanan çatışma nedenlerine ilişkin algıları yüksek düzeydedir. Okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenler arasında yaşanan çatışma nedenleri, cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi, okul türü ve kurumdaki çalışma süresine göre anlamlı olarak farklılaşma görülmemiştir. Kurumdaki göreve göre çatışma nedenleri algıları, okul yöneticilerinin eğitim öğretim hizmetleri alanında öğretmenlere göre daha yüksektir. Mesleki kıdeme göre çatışma nedenleri algıları 15-21 yıl çalışma süresi olan okul yöneticisi ve öğretmenlerin daha yüksektir. Çatışma nedenlerinin maddesel incelenmesinde okul yöneticilerin en çok öğretmenlerin haftalık ders programları nedeniyle ve boş geçen derslerin doldurulması nedeniyle öğretmenlerle çatışma yaşadığı, öğretmenlerin ise en çok eğitim araç gereç yetersizliği nedeniyle ve öğretmenlerin ödüllendirilme süreci nedeniyle okul yöneticileri ile çatışma yaşadığı tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler ışığında uygulayıcılara ve araştırmacılara önerilerde bulunulmuştur. The purpose of this research is to try to determine the causes of conflicts between school administrators and teachers. The research was carried out with 257 school administrators and teachers, who were selected by convenience sampling, working in 42 public secondary schools affiliated to Düzce Provincial Directorate of National Education in the 2020-2021 academic year. Quantitative research design method was used in the research, and the data of the research were collected by using the "Scale of Conflicts Between Administrators and Teachers in Educational Institutions". Normality analysis of the data was made and it was concluded that the data were not normally distributed. In this case; Non-parametric tests such as "Mann Whitney-U" and "Kruskal Wallis" were applied for the findings related to the differences between the demographic variables of school administrators' and teachers' causes of conflict scores. In addition, the analysis of the material causes of conflict, the field of general services, the field of employee services, the field of education and training services and the service areas were made. According to the results of the research, perceptions of the causes of conflict between school administrators and teachers are high. There was no significant difference in the causes of conflict between school administrators and teachers, gender, education level, school type and working time in the institution. Perceptions of the causes of conflict according to the job in the institution are higher in school administrators than teachers in the field of education and training services. According to professional seniority, perceptions of causes of conflict are higher for school administrators and teachers who have a working time of 15-21 years. In the material analysis of the causes of conflict, it was determined that school administrators mostly had conflicts with teachers because of the weekly lesson schedules of the teachers and because of the filling of empty courses, while the teachers mostly had conflicts with the school administrators due to the lack of educational equipment and the rewarding process of the teachers. In the light of the data obtained, suggestions were made to practitioners and researchers.

Bu araştırmanın amacı Kavram Kazanım Stratejisinin üstün yetenekli çocuklarda okuduğunu anlamaya etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmada, ön test-son test kontrol gruplu gerçek deneme modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2020-2021 Eğitim Öğretim yılının II. Döneminde, Marmara bölgesindeki bir ilde bulunan Bilim ve Sanat Merkezine kayıtlı, Destek Eğitim Programı'na devam eden 7 kız öğrenci ile 14 erkek öğrenci olmak üzere toplam 21 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma 6 hafta devam etmiştir. Bu sürenin ilk haftasında ön test, son haftasında son test çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Uygulama çalışmaları aynı gün ve farklı zaman dilimlerinde haftada 2 metin işlenecek şekilde, 2 oturum halinde, 4 ders saati olarak planlanmış ve çevrimiçi bir platform üzerinden işlenmiştir. Gruplara uygulanan yöntemler ve ölçmeler araştırmacı tarafından yürütülmüştür. Anlama verileri için "Okuduğunu Anlama Başarı Testi I" ve "Okuduğunu Anlama Başarı Testi II" uygulanmıştır. Yöntemin uygulanmasında ise Türkiye Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Kurumu'nun (TÜBİTAK) web sitesinden seçilerek alınan ve araştırma amacına uygun sorgulama yapılabilecek 8 adet uygulama metni kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada parametrik olmayan istatistiksel analiz yöntemlerinden; bağımsız iki grubun karşılaştırılmasında Mann Whitney U Testi, bağımlı grupların karşılaştırılmasında ise Wilcoxon İşaretli Sıralar Testi kullanılmıştır. Okuduğunu Anlama Başarı Testi I ve II' den alınan puanlar analiz edildiğinde, öğrencilerin anlama puanlarının deney grubu lehine farklılaştığı görülmüştür. Stratejinin basit ve çıkarımsal anlama üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemek için ise uygulama sırasında kullanılan 8 metin işlendikten sonra metne ilişkin basit ve çıkarımsal anlama soruları oluşturulmuş ve öğrencilerin anlama puanları hesaplanmıştır. Metinlerden elde edilen deney ve kontrol gruplarına ait anlama puanları analiz edilmiş; metinlerin tamamında çıkarımsal anlama puanları deney grubu lehine anlamlı olarak farklılaşmıştır. Basit anlama puanlarında ise sadece iki metinde deney grubu lehine anlamlı farklılık bulunmuşken, diğer altı metinde herhangi bir anlamlı farklılığa ulaşılamamıştır. Bu sonuçlara göre Kavram Kazanım stratejisinin öğrencilerin çıkarımsal anlamalarına daha çok katkı sağlayabileceği ileri sürülebilir. Araştırma sonucunda ise genel olarak, Kavram Kazanım Stratejisinin üstün yetenekli öğrencilerin okuduklarını anlama becerilerine olumlu yönde katkı sağladığını söylemek mümkündür. This research aims to examine how Concept Attainment Strategy affects reading comprehension in gifted children. The research utilized the pretest-posttest control group true experimental design. The study group of the research included 21 students (7 girls and 14 boys) enrolled at a Science and Art Center in Marmara Region and attending the Special Education Resource Program in the second term of the 2020-2021 academic year. The research took 6 weeks to complete. In the first week, the pretest was performed while the posttest was implemented in the last week. The procedural activities were planned in the manner that 2 texts a week would be addressed in 2 sessions and 4 class hours on the same day and at different periods. The methods and assessments were managed by the researcher. For the comprehension data, "Reading Comprehension Achievement Test I" and "Reading Comprehension Achievement Test II" were applied. To implement the method, 8 practice texts which could be used for questioning in accordance with purpose of the method were selected from the website of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK). Mann-Whitney U test and Wilcoxon Signed-Ranked Test of non-parametric statistical analysis methods were utilized to compare two independent groups and dependent groups, respectively. Upon the analysis of the scores obtained from the Reading Comprehension Achievement Test I and II, students' comprehension scores were found to differ in favor of the experimental group. To identify the effects of strategy on literal and inferential comprehension, questions of literal and inferential comprehension were generated about each text after 8 texts had been addressed during the procedure, and then, comprehension scores of the students were calculated. Comprehension scores of the experimental and control groups achieved from the texts were analyzed; for all the texts, inferential comprehension scores differed in favor of the experimental group. For literal comprehension scores, significant difference was only found for two texts in favor of the experimental group whereas no significant difference was observed in the remaining six texts. One can argue based on these results that Concept Attainment Strategy could contribute to students' inferential comprehension more. It can be concluded in overall that Concept Attainment Strategy positively contributes to reading comprehension skills of gifted students.

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı Sekizinci Sınıf Rehberlik ve Kariyer Planlama Dersine Yönelik Öğretmen görüşlerini belirlemektir. Bunun yanı sıra, öğretmenlerin programı uygularken karşılaştıkları zorlukları, programın geliştirilmesine yönelik önerileri, dersin uzaktan eğitim sürecinde etkin uygulanmasına ilişkin görüşleri belirlenmesi amaçlamaktadır. Ülkemizde yapılan çalışmalar incelendiğinde rehberlik programlarına ilişkin değerlendirmelere daha az yer verildiği görülmektedir. Özellikle 2012-2013 öğretim yılında programa eklenen Rehberlik ve Kariyer Planlama Dersinin değerlendirilmesi konusunda literatürde büyük bir eksikliğin olduğunu söylenebilir. Araştırma kapsamında bu eksikliğin giderilmesi ve Rehberlik ve Kariyer Planlama Dersinin yürütülmesinde karşılaşılan güçlükler, dersin daha verimli yürütülmesine ilişkin öneriler ve dersin öneminin ortaya koyulması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma tarama modeline dayanan nicel bir çalışmadır. Araştırma var olan durumun ortaya konulması programın eksik, güçlü ve iyileştirilmesi gereken yönlerinin belirlenmesi yönünden betimsel bir çalışmadır. Çalışma grubunun oluşturulmasında seçkisiz olmayan örnekleme yöntemlerinden uygun örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Sekizinci Sınıf Rehberlik ve Kariyer Planlama Dersine Yönelik Öğretmen Görüşleri Anketi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada betimsel istatistikler (frekans ve yüzdelik) ve katılımcıların derse ilişkin görüşlerinin cinsiyetlerine ve ders yürütme memnuniyetine göre anlamlı bir fark gösterip göstermediğini tespit etmek için Ki Kare Testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Rehberlik ve kariyer planlama dersi programının kazanımlarına ilişkin öğretmenlerin olumlu düşündükleri belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte dersin uygulanmasına yönelik açıklamaların yeterli olduğu ve öğrencilerin aktif katılımının sağlandığı ancak etkinliklerde kullanılması gereken materyallerin temininde güçlük yaşandığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Araştırmada kazanımların değerlendirilmesinde katılımcı öğretmenlerce en çok öğrencilerin gözlemlenmesi ve öğrenciler ile konuşarak değerlendirmenin yapıldığı bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. En az kullanılan değerlendirme yöntemi olarak da verilen kazanımlar ile ilgili küçük grup çalışmalarının yaptırılması belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca ders kapsamında en çok "Sınav Kaygısı" ve "Verimli Ders Çalışma" konuları üzerinde durulduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada rehberlik ve kariyer planlama dersini yürütürken okullarda akademik başarının çok fazla önemsenmesi ve dersin pandemi sürecinde uzaktan eğitim ile verilmesi karşılaşılan güçlükler olarak belirlenmiştir Süreçte uzaktan eğitimin sınırlılıkları en aza indirilerek, olanakların artırılması için öğretmenlere ilgili yeni hizmet içi eğitimler verilmesi veya halihazırda devam eden eğitimlerin yaygınlaştırılması, dersin önemine ilişkin öğrenci, öğretmen, veli ve idarecilerin bilgilendirilmesi ve bu derse 8.sınıftan daha önceki kademelerde başlanması önerileri sunulmuştur. The main purpose of this research is to determine the views of teachers on the Eighth Grade Guidance and Career Planning Course. In addition, it is aimed to determine the difficulties faced by the teachers while applying the program, their suggestions for the development of the program, and their views on the effective implementation of the course in the distance education process. When the studies conducted in our country are examined, it is seen that the evaluations about the guidance programs are given less attention. It can be said that there is a great deficiency in the literature regarding the evaluation of the Guidance and Career Planning Course, which was added to the program in the 2012-2013 academic year. Within the scope of the research, it is aimed to eliminate this deficiency and to reveal the difficulties encountered in the conduct of the Guidance and Career Planning Course, suggestions for more efficient conduct of the course and the importance of the course. The research is a quantitative study based on the survey model. The research is a descriptive study in terms of revealing the current situation and determining the missing, strong and improvement aspects of the program. Convenience sampling method, one of the non-random sampling methods, was used in the formation of the study group. Teacher Opinions Questionnaire for Eighth Grade Guidance and Career Planning Course was used as data collection tool in the research. Descriptive statistics (frequency and percentile) in the research and Chi-Square Test appearances to determine if it shows a difference, which is understood in detail above about education and courses. As a result of the research, it was determined that the teachers thought positively about the achievements of the Guidance and career planning course program. However, it was revealed that the explanations for the implementation of the lesson were sufficient and the active participation of the students was ensured, but there was difficulty in obtaining the materials that should be used in the activities. In the study, it was found that the participant teachers mostly observed the students and talked with the students in the evaluation of the achievements. It was determined that small group studies should be carried out on the achievements, which are also given as the least used evaluation method. In addition, it was determined that the subjects of "Exam Anxiety" and "Efficient Studying" were mostly focused on within the scope of the course. In the research, it was determined that academic success was given too much importance in schools while conducting the guidance and career planning course, and that the course was given by distance education during the pandemic process was determined as the difficulties encountered. Suggestions were made to inform students, teachers, parents and administrators about the importance of the lesson and to start this lesson from 8th grade to earlier levels.

Bu çalışmada Türk milli eğitim sisteminin temel sorunları incelenmiştir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgu bilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında görüşme yapılacak çalışma grubu amaçlı, ölçüt örnekleme yöntemlerinden kartopu veya zincir örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir Araştırmanın çalışma grubu olarak deneyimli ve tecrübeli olduğuna inanılan ve okul müdürleri tarafından örnek olarak gösterilen öğretmenler tercih edilmiştir. Bu nitelikleri taşıyan 20 öğretmenle görüşme yapılmış ve yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre; öğretmenlerin mesleki gelişim sürecinde, yetiştirilmesinde ve özlük haklarında sorunların yaşandığı, yönetici yetiştirme sisteminin kurulamadığı ve yöneticilerin liyakate göre atanamadığı, eğitim öğretim sürecinin ezberci ve öğretmen merkezli bir anlayışla yürütüldüğü, merkezi sınavların eğitim öğretim faaliyetlerini olumsuz etkilediği, eğitim sistemi ve eğitim politikalarında yaşanan sık değişimlerin güven ve istikrar problemi oluşturduğu, öğretim müfredatları ve materyallerinin öğrenci ilgi ve ihtiyaçlarına cevap vermediği, 4+4+4 eğitim sistemi ve 12 yıllık kesintisiz eğitimin bir takım sorunlara yol açtığı, okulların fiziksel alt yapı ve donanım eksiklerinin devam ettiği, meslek liselerinin işlevini tam alarak yerine getiremediği, sınıf mevcutlarında yoğunluğun devam ettiği, eğitimde fırsat ve imkan eşitliğinin istenilen düzeyde olmadığı, ebeveynlerin çocukları ile iletişiminin sorunlu olduğu, öğrencilerde teknoloji bağımlılığının önlenemediği ve rehberlik ve yönlendirme sisteminin yeteri kadar işlevsel olmadığı yönünde sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda Türk eğitim sisteminin tespit edilen sorunlarına yönelik tüm eğitim paydaşlarının görüşlerinin dikkate alınarak etkili ve süreklilik arz eden reformların yapılmasına gerek duyulmaktadır. In this study, the main problems of the Turkish national education system were examined. Phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the research. The study group to be interviewed within the scope of the research was determined by using snowball or chain sampling method, one of the criterion sampling methods. Interviews were held with As the study group of the research experienced teachers were preferred who are seen as an experienced and qualified by school principals. 20 teachers who had these qualifications, and the data obtained as a result of the interviews were analyzed by content analysis method. According to the findings obtained in the research; There are problems in the professional development process, training and personal rights of teachers, the administrator training system can not be established and administrators cannot be appointed according to merit, the education process is carried out with a rote learning and teacher-centered approach, central exams negatively affect education and training activities, frequent changes in the education system and education policies can not be trusted. and stability problems, education curriculum and materials do not meet the interests and needs of students, the 4+4+4 education system and 12-year uninterrupted education cause some problems, the physical infrastructure and equipment deficiencies of the schools continue, the vocational high schools do not fully fulfill their function. It is not possible to provide education, the class size continues, the equality of opportunity and opportunity in education is not at the desired level, the communication of parents with their children is problematic, technology addiction among students cannot be prevented, and the guidance and guidance system is not at the desired level. It has been concluded that it is not functional enough. In line with the findings obtained in the research, it is necessary to make effective and continuous reforms by taking into account the opinions of all education stakeholders regarding the identified problems of the Turkish education system.

Bu araştırmanın amacı resimli çocuk kitaplarının görsellerinde ve metinlerinde geçen coğrafi kavramların incelenmesidir. Mevcut araştırmada nitel araştırma modellerinden tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Verilerin toplanması aşamasında nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, okul öncesi ve ilkokul öğrencilerine yönelik olan, 5-13 yaş aralığını kapsayan, Türkiye'de 30 ulusal yayınevine ait olan, yerli ve çeviri resimli çocuk kitapları oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, 30 ulusal yayınevine ait olan, 22 yerli resimli çocuk kitabı ve 85 çeviri resimli çocuk kitabı olmak üzere toplamda 107 resimli çocuk kitabı oluşturmaktadır. Tarama modeli olarak yürütülen bu araştırmada resimli çocuk kitaplarının metinlerindeki ve görsellerindeki coğrafi kavramlar ele alınmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan "Kitap Değerlendirme Formu" kullanılarak sadece nitel verilerden faydalanılmıştır. Belirlenen tüm resimli çocuk kitapları toplam 4 kez okunmuştur. İlk okumada metinlerdeki, ikinci okumada görsellerdeki, üçüncü okumada hem metinlerdeki hem de görsellerdeki coğrafi unsur ve bileşenler gözden geçirilmiştir. Son okumada ise her bir kitap için form doldurulmaya başlanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında ulaşılan bulgulara bakıldığında metinlerde en çok geçen coğrafi kavramın iklim ve atmosfer (173) en az geçen coğrafi kavramın ise madenler-enerji kaynakları (4) olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Görsellerde geçen en fazla coğrafi kavram bitki örtüsü (309), en az geçen coğrafi kavram ise turizm (1)'dir. Resimli çocuk kitaplarının metinlerinde sanayi ve ulaşım coğrafi kavramının hiç yer almadığı görülmüştür. Resimli çocuk kitaplarının görsellerinde hiç bulunmayan bir coğrafi kavram ise bulunmamıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularında da bu resimli çocuk kitaplarının metinlerinden ve görsellerinden çeşitli örneklere yer verilmiştir. Araştırmada geliştirilen bazı öneriler ise şu şekildedir: Coğrafi kavramları belirlemede farklı kitap türlerinin de kullanılması, mevcut araştırmada kullanılan resimli çocuk kitaplarının sayısı arttırılarak araştırmanın genişletilmesi, seçilen kitapların belirli bir ölçüte dayandırılarak yeni bir araştırma tasarlanması, araştırmanın modelinin değiştirilmesi ve hem öğretmenlerin hem de ebeveynlerin bu araştırmayı inceleyerek çocuklarının/öğrencilerinin coğrafi kavram bilgilerini zenginleştirmeleri önerilmektedir. In the present study, scanning model, one of the qualitative research models, was used. Document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the data collection phase. The universe of the research consists of children's books with local and translated pictures, which are intended for pre-school and primary school students, covering the age range of 5-13, belonging to 30 national publishing houses in Turkey. The sample of the research consists of a total of 107 children's picture books, 22 of which are children's picture books and 85 of which are translated children's picture books, belonging to 30 national publishing houses. In this research, which was carried out as a scanning model, geographical concepts in the texts and visuals of children's picture books were discussed. Within the scope of the research, only qualitative data were used by using the "Book Evaluation Form" created by the researcher. All the children's picture books determined were read 4 times in total. Geographical elements and components were reviewed in the texts in the first reading, in the visuals in the second reading, and in both the texts and the visuals in the third reading. At the last reading, forms were started to be filled for each book. When the findings reached within the scope of the research are examined, it has been determined that the most common geographical concept in the texts is climate and atmosphere (173), and the least mentioned geographical concept is mines-energy resources (4). The most geographical concept in the images is vegetation (309), and the least mentioned geographical concept is tourism (1). It has been observed that the geographical concept of industry and transportation is not included in the texts of the children's picture books. There is no geographical concept that is not found in the visuals of children's picture books. In the findings of the research, various examples from the texts and visuals of these children's picture books are included. Some of the suggestions developed in the research are as follows: Using different types of books to determine geographical concepts, expanding the research by increasing the number of children's picture books used in the current research, designing a new research based on a certain criterion of the selected books, changing the model of the research, and both teachers and parents supporting this research. STEM eğitimi yaklaşımı, fen (science), teknoloji (technology), mühendislik (engineering) ve matematik (mathematics) gibi dört önemli disiplinin bütünleştirilerek uygulamaya konulduğu bir öğretim modeli olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Bilginin gerçek hayattaki problem çözmeye uygulanmasını ön plana alan bu modelde, etkili STEM eğitimi yaklaşımının gerçek hayat sorunlarını, kaygıları, problemleri üzerine odaklanan bir pedagoji içermesi gerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Günümüzdeki hızlı teknolojik gelişmelere ayak uydurmak için şüphesiz STEM eğitimi yaklaşımının önemi artmaktadır. Bu amaçla STEM eğitimi yaklaşımının kapsamını, teorisini ve uygulamalarını tüm eğitim seviyelerinde araştırmak ve öğretim programlarını yaklaşıma uygun olarak yeniden düzenlemek esas olmalıdır. Öğretmenler, 21. yüzyılda birçok zorlayıcı sorumlulukla karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Bunlardan en önemlisi; belirlenmiş standartlara dayalı eğitim yoluyla öğrencilere en etkili öğrenme etkinlikleri ve dersleri düzenlemektir. STEM eğitimi yaklaşımı, öğretmenlerin bu zorlukla baş etmelerine yardımcı olabileceğine inanılan bir yönelimdir. Bu çalışmanın amacı STEM temelli laboratuvar eğitiminin Fen Bilgisi öğretmen adaylarının STEM hazır bulunuşluk düzeylerine, bilimsel süreç ve karar verme becerilerine etkisinin araştırılmasıdır. Araştırma tek gruplu ön test–son test yarı deneysel desende gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma grubu Düzce Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Fen Bilgisi Öğretmenliği 3. Sınıf öğrencilerinden oluşmaktadır. Çalışma grubuna ön test ve son test olarak "Bilimsel Süreç Beceri Ölçeği", "Karar Verme Beceri Testi", "STEM Hazır Bulunuşluk Ölçeği" uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS paket program kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre STEM temelli laboratuvar eğitiminin öğretmen adaylarının STEM hazır bulunuşluk düzeylerine, bilimsel süreç ve karar verme becerilerine anlamlı düzeyde etkisi olduğu sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda araştırmacılara önerilerde bulunulmuştur. The STEM education approach is defined as a teaching model that is put into practice by integrating four important disciplines such as science, technology, engineering and mathematics. In this model, which emphasizes the application of knowledge to real-life problem solving, it is concluded that an effective STEM education approach should include a pedagogy that focuses on real-life problems, concerns and problems. Undoubtedly, the importance of STEM education approach is increasing in order to keep up with today's rapid technological developments. For this purpose, it is essential to research the scope, theory and applications of the STEM education approach at all educational levels and to reorganize the curriculum in accordance with the approach. Teachers face many challenging responsibilities in the 21st century. The most important one; To organize the most effective learning activities and lessons for students through education based on established standards. The STEM education approach is one that is believed to help teachers cope with this challenge. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of STEM-Based Laboratory Education on Science Teacher Candidates' STEM Readiness Levels, Scientific Process and Decision-Making Skills. The research was carried out in a single-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design. The study group consists of 3rd grade students of Düzce University Education Faculty Science Education. "Scientific Process Skill Scale", "Decision Making Skill Test", "STEM Readiness Scale" were applied to the study group as pre-test and post-test. The obtained data were analyzed using the SPSS package program. According to the results of the research, it was concluded that STEM-based laboratory education had a significant effect on the STEM Readiness Levels, Scientific Process and Decision-Making Skills of teacher candidates. In line with these results, suggestions were made to the researchers.

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında çalışan yöneticilerin, öğretmenlerin ve yardımcı öğretmenlerin görüşleri ile görevlerini yaparken sahip olmaları gereken yeterliliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Dünya genelinde farklı ülkelerin geliştirdiği standart yeterliliklerin incelendiği araştırma kapsamında 15 farklı okula gidilerek 18 yönetici, 25 öğretmen ve 27 yardımcı öğretmen ile görüşülmüştür. Nitel veri toplama yöntemlerinden görüşme tekniği kullanılarak toplanan veriler yönetici, öğretmen ve yardımcı öğretmenler için ayrı ayrı incelenerek nitel veri analiz yöntemlerinden içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara bakılarak her çalışma alanı için kendi içinde özelleşmiş farklılıkları olsa da okul öncesi kademesinde görev yapan eğitimcilerin hepsinin birbirine yakın yeterliliklere sahip olmalar gerekliliği ortaya konulmuştur. The main purpose of this research was to determine the opinions of administrators, teachers and assistant teachers working in pre-school education institutions and the competencies they should have while performing their duties. Within the scope of the research, in which the standard competencies is improved by different countries around the world are analyzed, 15 different schools were visited and 18 administrators, 25 teachers and 27 assistant teachers were interviewed. The data which is collected by using the interview technique, one of the qualitative data collection methods, by observing separately for the administrators, teachers and assistant teachers, and is analyzed by using the content analysis method, one of the qualitative data analysis methods. Acoording to do research finding, that although there are specific differences for each field of study, the necessity of all educators working at the preschool to have similar competencies have been revealed.

Bu araştırma; öğretmen görüşlerine göre, okul yöneticilerinin toksik liderlik davranışlarının bireysel ve örgütsel etkilerini araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma, nitel araştırma geleneği içinde yer alan olgubilim deseni kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Kocaeli ili Kartepe ilçesinde bulunan okul öncesi, ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise kademesindeki okullarda yürütülmüş olup araştırma sorularına cevap aramak amacıyla yirmi öğretmenin görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Araştırmada, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri kapsamında görüşme yapılacak çalışma grubu, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örneklem ve kartopu örneklemesi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Öğretmen görüşlerinin çözümlenmesinde nitel veri analiz tekniklerinden biri olan betimsel analiz ve içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre öğretmenler; okul yöneticilerinin iletişimi engelleyen, yönetsel etiğe uymayan, bencil, çıkar amacı güden, otoriter, güvenilir olmayan davranışları ile narsist tavırlarını, olumsuz ruh hallerini toksik olarak algılamaktadır. Öğretmenler okul yöneticilerinin toksik liderlik davranışlarının nedenleri olarak ise; psikolojik kaynaklı, yönetim anlayışından kaynaklı, iletişim becerilerinden kaynaklı, geçmiş yaşantılardan kaynaklı, örgütsel kaynaklı, atama ve denetim kaynaklı faktörleri göstermişlerdir. Okul yöneticilerinin toksik liderlik davranışlarının; öğretmenlerin duygu durumuna, ruh sağlığına, düşünce ve davranışlarına, fizyolojik yapısına yansıyan bireysel etkilerinin olduğunu tespit edilmiştir. Okul yöneticilerinin toksik liderlik davranışlarının; örgütsel düzeyde örgütün düzen ve işleyişine, örgütsel güvene, örgütsel davranışlara, örgütsel iletişime, örgütsel çatışmaya, örgütsel amaçlara yönelik etkilerinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, öğretmenlerin toksik liderlik davranışları ile baş ederken aktif ve pasif tepkiler ortaya koydukları belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular çerçevesinde uygulayıcılara ve araştırmacılara önerilerde bulunulmuştur. This research; this study was conducted to investigate the individual and organizational effects of school administrators' toxic leadership behaviors, according to teachers' opinions. The research was carried out using the phenomenology pattern included in the qualitative research tradition. The research was carried out in preschool, primary, secondary and high school schools in Kocaeli province Kartepe district in the 2021-2022 academic year, and the opinions of twenty teachers were consulted in order to find answers to the research questions. In the research, a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher was used. The study group to be interviewed within the scope of the research data was determined by using criterion sampling and snowball sampling from purposive sampling methods. Descriptive analysis and content analysis methods, which are one of the qualitative data analysis techniques, were used in the analysis of teachers' opinions. According to the findings, teachers; perceives the narcissistic attitudes and negative moods of school administrators that prevent communication, do not comply with managerial ethics, are selfish, self-interested, authoritarian, unreliable, and untrustworthy. As the reasons for the toxic leadership behaviors of the school administrators by the teachers; they showed factors originating from psychological, management approach, communication skills, originating from past experiences, organizational origin, assignment and supervision. Toxic leadership behaviors of school administrators; it has been determined that teachers have individual effects that are reflected in their emotional state, mental health, thoughts and behaviors, and physiological structure. Toxic leadership behaviors of school administrators; at the organizational level, it has been determined that there are effects on the order and functioning of the organization, organizational trust, organizational behavior, organizational communication, organizational conflict, and organizational goals. In addition, it was determined that teachers showed active and passive reactions when coping with toxic leadership behaviors. Suggestions were made to practitioners and researchers within the framework of the findings.

Osmanlı Devleti, 18. yüzyıldan itibaren Batılı devletler karışışında siyasi ve askerî açılardan gerilemeye başlamıştır. Ancak devletin Batı karşısında zayıf kalmasının sebepleri arasında eğitim sahasında da belirgin bir yetersizliğin olduğu fark edilmiştir. Bu çöküşün önüne geçebilmek amacıyla yoğun bir modernleşme süreci başlatılmıştır. Ancak yapılan modernleşme hamlelerine karşın Osmanlı Devleti, I. Dünya Savaşı'nın akabinde fiilen çöküş sürecine girmiş ve Anadolu işgal hareketleri ile karşı karşıya kalmıştır. Eğitim ve öğretim ise bu ağır siyasi ve savaş koşulları altında zorlukla devam ettirilmiştir. Millî Mücadele'nin askeri safhası Lozan Antlaşması ile siyasi bir zafer ile neticelenmiştir. 29 Ekim 1923 tarihinde Cumhuriyet'in ilanı ve inkılâp hareketleri ile beraber Anadolu halkı yeni bir çağdaşlaşma ve de uluslaşma sürecine girmiştir. Mustafa Kemal Paşa, kurulan yeni Türkiye'nin sağlam temeller üzerine oturtulması için öncelikle eski kurum ve geleneklerden sıyrılmak ile olabileceğini ve ayrıca Batı'nın modern kurumsal yapısının ve yaşayış tarzlarının benimsenmesi ile mümkün olabileceğini kabul etmekteydi. Böylelikle yeni Türkiye'yi çağdaş uygarlık seviyesinin üzerine çıkarabilmek için daha özgün eğitim ve kültür yöntemlerini takip etmek ve de dinin bazı kesimlerin istismarına izin vermeden laik ve ulusalcı bir eğitim sistemi oluşturmaya gayret gösterilmiştir. Bu çalışmada; Cumhuriyet Türkiye'sinin kuruluş safhasında maarif/eğitim alanında kurumsallaşma yolunda izlediği eğitim politikaları ele alınarak Milli Mücadele döneminde gazeteci, Kuvay-ı Milliyeci, mebus, vali, Halkevi başkanı ve maarif vekili olarak erken cumhuriyet yıllarında aktif bazı roller oynamış olan İsmail Safa Özler'in hayatı, yeni çağdaş ve ulusçu anlayışa sahip Türk eğitim sistemine katkıları ve bu çerçevede izlemiş olduğu siyasi mücadelesi analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. From the 18th century onwards, the Ottoman Empire began to decline politically and militarily in the mingling of Western states. In order to prevent this collapse, an intensive modernization process was initiated. However, despite the modernization moves, the Ottoman Empire entered the process of de facto collapse after the World War I. and faced with Anatolian occupation movements. Education and training continued with difficulty under these harsh political and war conditions. The military phase of the National Struggle resulted in a political victory with the Treaty of Lausanne. With the proclamation of the Republic on October 29, 1923 and the revolutionary movements, the Anatolian people entered a new process of modernization and nationalization. Mustafa Kemal Pasha accepted that in order for the newly established Turkey to be built on solid foundations, it would be possible to get rid of old institutions and traditions, and also by adopting the modern institutional structure and lifestyles of the West. Thus, in order to raise the new Turkey above the level of contemporary civilization, efforts were made to follow more original education and cultural methods and to create a secular and nationalist education system without allowing the abuse of religion by some segments. In this study; Ismail Safa (Ozler), who played some active roles in the early republic years as a journalist, National Forces member, deputy, governor, president of the Community Center and deputy education during the National Struggle, by considering the educational policies that the Republic of Turkey followed in the establishment phase of the institutionalization in the field of education/education. It aims to analyze the life of Ismail Safa (Ozler) Bey, his contributions to the Turkish education system with a new contemporary and nationalist understanding, and the political struggle he followed within this framework.

Bu araştırmanın amacı okuma çemberi yönteminin ilkokul 4. sınıf öğrencilerinin fen bilimleri dersine ilişkin kavramsal anlayışlarına ve tutumlarına etkisini incelemektir. Mevcut araştırma, nitel araştırma türlerinden durum çalışması olarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırma, 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Şanlıurfa şehrinin Eyyübiye ilçesine bağlı bir devlet okulunda sürdürülmüştür. Araştırmaya, dördüncü sınıfta öğrenim gören 5 öğrenci katılmıştır. Bu öğrencilerle okuma çemberi oturumları gerçekleştirilmiş ve öğrencilerin fen bilimlerine yönelik kavramsal anlayışları ve tutumları incelenmiştir. Araştırma süreci 12 hafta sürmüş ve öğrencilerle 5 okuma çemberi oturumu tamamlanmıştır. Katılımcıların fen bilimlerine yönelik kavramsal anlayışlarını belirleyebilmek için araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan çalışma kâğıdı (kelime ilişkilendirme testi, kavramsal çağrışım, kavram haritası, boşluk doldurma, tanılayıcı dallanmış ağaç ve kare bulmaca) kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların tutumları ve okuma çemberine yönelik görüşleri ise görüşmeden elde edilen verilerle ortaya konulmuştur. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen bulgulara bakıldığında okuma çemberi yönteminin, katılımcıların fen bilimleri dersine ilişkin kavram yanılgılarını ve tutumların olumlu yönden etkilediği görülmektedir. Uygulama öncesinde katılımcılarda var olan eksik ya da yanlış kavramsal anlayışların, okuma çemberi uygulaması sonrasında iyileşmiş olduğu ve kavramsal anlayışlarının geliştiği belirlenmiştir. Görüşmelerden elde edilen veriler incelendiğinde, katılımcıların okuma çemberi yöntemini oldukça faydalı, işlevsel ve anlamlı buldukları görülmektedir. Ayrıca katılımcıların resimli bilim kitaplarına yönelik olumlu düşünceleri ve tutumları ortaya çıkmıştır. The present research was conducted as a case study, one of the qualitative research types. The research was carried out in a school in Eyyübiye district of Şalıurfa in the 2021-2022 academic year. The research is 5 students with a simple user design. With this education, their conceptual understandings and tendencies towards the sciences of teaching reading, realized and educational sciences. It lasted 12 weeks and was completed with 5 reading trainings with a target. Study-related paper (vocabulary testing, conceptualization, concept map, bounded fill, branched and squared review) was used by the researchers to predict participants' conceptual designs for science. The attitudes of the participants and their views on the reading circle were revealed by the training obtained from the interview. The method of acquiring knowledge about what is obtained in research seems to learn from the fallacy of knowledgeable concepts about knowledge education. Applications derived from reviewing existing incomplete or conceptual conceptualizations in application development are improved and conceptually advanced. Bu çalışma, Beden Eğitimi Derslerinde Kullanılan Eşli Çalışma Uygulamalarının Koruma ve Bakım Altında Kalmakta Olan Kız Çocuklarının Saldırganlık Düzeylerine etkisinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni, Düzce İlinde merkez Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler İl Müdürlüğü'ne bağlı merkez ilçede bulunan sevgi evlerinde bakım ve koruma altında kalan 120 kız, örneklem grubu olarak, 48 kız çocuğu(beş ev içerisinden çalışmamıza uygun iki ev seçilerek) çalışmaya katılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak, "Buss-Perry Saldırganlık Ölçeği (BPSÖ)"kullanılmıştır. Ölçek 4(dört) alt boyut içermektedir. Veriler normal dağılım göstermediğinden nanparametrik testler uygulanmıştır. İki değişkenin ortalaması arasındaki farkın anlamlılığı için Mann Whitney U testi, bağımsız değişkenlerin ikiden fazla olduğunda ise farkın anlamlılığını değerlendirmek için Kruskal Wallis testi uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizlerde anlamlılık düzeyi p0.05) istatiksel olarak anlamlı farka rastlanmadığı görülürken, kontrol grubu alt boyutlarından fiziksel saldırganlık ve öfke alt boyutlarında (p0.05) rastlanmadığı görülmüştür. Çalışmadan elde edilen veriler ışığında, koruma ve bakım altında kalmakta olan çocuklarda bir gruba ait olma, beraber hareket etme ve eşli çalışma uygulamaların saldırganlık durumlarına olan etkisinde azalma olduğu söylenebilir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Eşli Çalışma, Koruma ve bakım, Saldırganlık This study was carried out to examine the impact of Pair Work Practices used in Physical Education Classes on the Aggression Levels of Girls under Protection and Care.The universe of the research consisted of 120 girls who were under care and protection in the Houses of Compassion located in the central district of Düzce, which are affiliated to the central Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services. As the sample group, 48 girls living in the Houses of Compassion (two houses suitable for our study were selected from among five houses) affiliated to Düzce Family and Social Policies Provincial Directorate participated in the study."Buss-Perry Aggression Scale (BPSS)" was used as data collection tool. The scale includes 4 (four) sub-dimensions. Since the data did not show normal distribution, nonparametric tests were applied. The Mann Whitney U test was used for the variables that did not provide the normality assumption; the Kruskal-Wallis was used test for the three or more categories of non-normally distributed variables, and the Mann Whitney U test was utilized to determine which groups had a significant difference among them. In the analyzes done, the level of significance was taken as p0.05), while there was a statistical difference in the sub-dimensions of physical aggression and anger (p0.05) in the sub-dimensions of verbal aggression and hostility was found. In the light of the data obtained from the study, it is seen that belonging to a group, acting together and working in pairs diminish the effects of the aggression status of the children who are under protection and care. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı duygu ifadesini; kişilik özellikleri, duygu gereksinimi ve sosyal ve duygusal yalnızlık kavramlarıyla açıklamaktadır. Bu bağlamda öncelikle araştırmadaki bütün değişkenlerinin demografik değişkenlere göre farklılaşmaları incelenmiştir. Ardından kişilik, duygu gereksinimi ve sosyal ve duygusal yalnızlığın duyguları ifade etme düzeyi üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. Çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 406 üniversite öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Beş Faktör Kişilik Ölçeği, Duygu İfade Ölçeği, Duygu Gereksinimi Ölçeği ve Yetişkinler için Sosyal ve Duygusal Yalnızlık Ölçeği kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Veri toplanan süreçte eğitim öğretim faaliyetlerinin uzaktan gerçekleştirilmesi sebebiyle formlar gönüllü katılımcılara çevrimiçi kanallar aracılığıyla iletilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde SPSS.26 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma problemlerine cevap bulmak için bağımsız örneklem t Testi, tek yönlü ANOVA analizi, Pearson korelasyonu ve basit doğrusal regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda duygu ifadesinin cinsiyet, ilişki durumu ve günlük/anı/hatıra defteri sahip olma durumuna göre farklılaştığı bulunmuştur. Yapılan regresyon analizine göre kişilik özellikleri, duygu gereksinimi ve sosyal ve duygusal yalnızlık duygu ifadesini anlamlı bir şekilde yordamaktadır. Mevcut sonuçlar literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır. Alan uzmanları ve ilerideki çalışmalar için öneriler sunulmuştur. The main purpose of this study is to express emotion; personality traits, emotional needs, and social and emotional loneliness. In this context, first of all, the differentiation of all the variables according to the demographic variables was examined. Then, the effects of personality, need for affect and social and emotional loneliness on the level of emotion expression were examined. The sample of the study consistsed of 406 university students. The data of the study were obtained by using the Personal Information Form, the Big Five Inventory, the Emotion Expression Scale, the Need for Affect Scale, and the Social and Emotional Loneliness Scale for Adults. In the data collection process, the forms were sent to the volunteer participants through online channels, The forms were sent to the volunteer participants through online channels in the data collection process since the education and training activities were carried out remotely. Independent samples t-Test, one-way ANOVA analysis, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression analyzes were performed to find answers to the research problems. According to the regression analysis, personality traits, need for emotion, and social and emotional loneliness significantly predicted emotion expression. Bu araştırma, 8. Sınıf öğrencilerinin matematik dersi ödevlerinin takip edilme sıklıklarının öğrencilerin matematik dersi başarısına etkisini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın modeli matematik öğretmenlerinin ödev takip etme sıklıkları ile öğrencilerin matematik dersi başarısı arasındaki ilişkiyi incelendiği için bu araştırmanın modeli ilişkisel tarama modelidir. TIMSS 2019 uygulamasına katılan Kore, Türkiye ve Mısır ülkelerinin 8. Sınıf öğrencileri ile matematik öğretmenleri araştırmanın çalışma grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın veri toplama araçları 8. Sınıf öğrencilerine uygulanan matematik başarı testi ve matematik öğretmenlerine uygulanan öğretmen anketinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri TIMSS'in resmî web sitesindeki 2019 Uluslararası Veri Tabanı'ndan elde edilerek kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri analiz edilirken IEA Hamburg'un geliştirmiş olduğu uygulama IEA IDB Analyzer kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara bakıldığında 8. Sınıf öğrencilerinin matematik dersi ödev takip etme sıklıklarının öğrenci başarısına etkisi sadece Kore'deki ödev takip uygulamalarından ödevi sınıfta tartışma ve ödevin tamamlanıp tamamlanmadığını izleme sıklıkları ile öğrenci başarısı arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur. Türkiye ve Mısır'daki 8. Sınıf öğrencilerinin matematik dersi ödev takip etme sıklıkları ile öğrenci başarısı arasında ise istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen diğer bir bulguya göre ödev takip uygulamalarının öğrenci başarısına etkisi ülkeden ülkeye değişiklik göstermektedir. Ödev takip uygulamalarından ödevi sınıfta tartışmak ve ödevin tamamlanıp tamamlanmadığını izleme uygulamaları Kore'de öğrencilerin matematik dersi başarısına pozitif yönde bir etkisi bulunmaktadır. Türkiye ve Mısır ülkelerinin öğrencilerinde ise matematik dersi başarısına pozitif bir etkisinin olmadığı görülmektedir. Bir başka bulguya göre ise araştırmada yer alan üç ülkeden Kore, Türkiye ve Mısırda ödev takip etme uygulamalarından en sık yapılan ödev takip uygulamasının ödevin tamamlanıp tamamlanmadığını izlemek olduğu belirlenmiştir. En az sıklıkla yapılan ödev takip uygulaması ise Türkiye ve Mısır'da öğrencilerin kendi ödevlerini kendilerinin düzeltmelerini sağlamak, Kore'de ise ödevi sınıfta tartışmak ve ödevi öğrencilerin notlarına katkıda bulunmak için kullanma uygulamaları en az sıklıkla yapılan uygulamalar olduğu görülmektedir. This research was carried out to determine the effect of the frequency of following the mathematics lesson homework of the 8th grade students on the mathematics lesson success of the students. The model of this research is the relational screening model, since the relationship between the frequency of following homework by mathematics teachers and the success of students in mathematics lesson. The 8th grade students and mathematics teachers of Korea, Turkey and Egypt countries participating in the TIMSS 2019 application constitute the study group of the research. The data collection tools of the research consisted of a mathematics achievement test applied to 8th grade students and a taecher questionnaire applied to mathematics teachers. The data of the research were used by obtaining from the 2019 International Databese on the official websites of TIMMS. While analyzing the data of the research, IEA IDB Analyzer, the application developed by IEA Hamburg, was used. Considering the findings obtained from the research, a statistically significant difference was found between the effects of the 8th grade students frequency of following homework in mathematics course on student success, and only between the frequency of discussing the homework in the classroom and monitoring whether the homework was completed or not, which is among the homework follow-up applications in a Korea. There was no statistically significant difference between the frequency of following the mathematics course homework and the success of the 8th grade students in Turkey and Egypt. According to another finding obtained from the research, the effect of homework tracking practices on student success varies from country to country. Among the homework follow-up applications, discussing the homework in the class and monitoring whether the homework is completed have a positive effect on the succcess of students in mathematics in Korea. It is seen that there is no positive effect on the success of the mathematics course in the students of Turkey and Egypt. According to another finding, it was determined that the most common homework follow-up application among the homework follow-up applications in Korea, Turkey and Egypt from the three countries included in the study was to monitor whether the homework was completed. The least frequently used homework follow-up application is to have students correct their own homework in the classroom and using the homework to contribute to the grades of the students are seen to be the least frequent applications. Araştırmanın amacı eğitsel oyunların, öğrencilerin yaratıcı yazma beceri ve tutumlarına etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırma yarı deneysel desen ile gerçekleştirilmiş olup nicel veriler nitel verilerle desteklenerek karma model kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın nicel verileri, yaratıcı yazma için değerlendirme ölçütleri formu, yazmaya yönelik tutum ölçeği ile nitel veriler ise deney grubuyla gerçekleştirilen odak grup görüşmesi sonucu elde edilmiştir. Bu araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Hatay ili Defne ilçesi Yeşilpınar Ortaokulunun 5 ve 6. sınıflarında öğrenim gören 170 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Deney grubuna yazmaya yönelik eğitsel oyunlar oynatılmış, kontrol grubunda ise mevcut ders işleyişi devam ettirilmiştir. Öğrencilere uygulanan deneysel işlem sekiz haftalık bir program dahilinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu sürecin öncesinde ve bitiminde derlenen nicel veriler parametrik testlerle analiz edilmiştir. Uygulamanın sonunda deney grubu öğrencileriyle yapılan odak grup görüşmesinden elde edilen nitel veriler ise içerik analiziyle değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgulara göre eğitsel oyunlarla yapılan yazma çalışmalarının öğrencilerin yaratıcı yazma becerilerine ve tutumlarını geliştirdiği görülmüştür. Kontrol grubu öğrencileri üzerinde devam ettirilen uygulamaların, öğrencilerin yazma becerileri ve tutumları üzerinde anlamlı bir değişme gösteremediği anlaşılmıştır. Öğrenci görüşlerine göre eğitsel oyunlarla devam edilen yazma uygulamalarının eğlendirici, motive edici özelliklerinin yanında öğrencilerin yaratıcılık seviyelerini artırdığı ve farklı bakış açılarıyla beraber hayal güçlerini geliştirmede de etkisi olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Bu nedenle öğrenci görüşleri, eğitsel oyunların tüm derslerde yer alması yönündedir. Bulguların yorumlanmasıyla ulaşılan sonuçlar doğrultusunda, ders kitaplarında yaratıcı yazmanın geliştirilmesine yönelik eğitsel oyunların bulunması; öğretmenlere eğitsel oyun planlama ve oyunları ders ve içeriklere entegre edebilme konularında eğitim alma imkanının tanınması; öğretmenlerin, öğrencilerin güçlük yaşadığı öğrenme konularında eğitsel oyunları alternatif olarak kullanabilmeleri önerilmiştir. Eğitsel oyunların yazmanın yanı sıra diğer dil becerilerinin gelişimine etkisinin incelenmesi, konuyla ilgili nitel araştırma sayısının artırılması, ilk, orta ve lise düzeyinde deneysel çalışmaların yapılması gelecekteki araştırmalar için önerilebilir. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of educational games on students' creative writing and attitudes. The research was carried out with a quasi-experimental design and a mixed model was used by supporting the quantitative data with qualitative data. The quantitative data of the research were obtained as a result of the evaluation criteria form for creative writing, the attitude scale towards writing, and the focus group interview conducted with the experimental group. 170 students studying in the 5th and 6th grades of Yeşilpınar Secondary School in Defne district of Hatay constitute the study group of the research. Educational games for writing were made in the experimental group, and the current coursework was continued in the control group. The experimental procedure applied to the students was carried out within an eight-week program. Since the scores of the quantitative data compiled at the beginning and end of this process showed normal distribution, the data were analyzed with parametric tests. At the end of the application, the data obtained from the focus group interview with the experimental group were evaluated with content analysis. As a result of the research, the writing activities with educational games improved the creative writing skills and attitudes of the students. No difference was determined in the creative writing skills and attitudes of the control group, and a significant increase was observed in this direction in the experimental group. It can be thought that the increase in the writing attitude scores of the experimental group is due to the entertaining component of the educational games. It was understood that the practices continued on the control group students did not show a significant change on the writing skills and attitudes of the students. According to the students' opinions, it has been understood that the writing practices continued with educational games, in addition to their entertaining and motivating features, increase their creativity levels and have an effect on developing their imaginations with different perspectives. In this direction, students' opinions are that educational games should be included in all lessons. In line with the results obtained at the end of the research, the presence of educational games in the textbooks for the development of creative writing; ensuring that teachers receive training in planning educational games and integrating games into lessons and content; It has been suggested that students should be able to use educational games in the lessons they have difficulty with. For future research, it is recommended to examine the effects of educational games on the development of skills other than writing, to increase the number of qualitative research, and to conduct experimental studies in different groups at primary, secondary and high school levels.

Bu araştırmanın amacı okul öncesi ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin fen öğretimine yönelik tutumlarını ve deney yönteminden yararlanma durumlarını incelemektir. Araştırmanın gerçekleştirilmesinde tarama modelinden yararlanılmıştır. Fen Öğretimine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği, Thompson & Shringley (1986) tarafından geliştirilmiş, Cho, Kim & Choi (2003) tarafından yeniden gözden geçirilmiş ve Adak (2006) tarafından Türkçe geçerlilik ve güvenilirliği gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Ankara, Bursa, Düzce ve Kırıkkale illerindeki Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı devlet okullarındaki 872 anasınıfı ve bağımsız anaokullarında çalışan okul öncesi öğretmenleriyle, ilkokul sınıf öğretmenlerini kapsamaktadır. Betimsel ve yordayıcı/yorumlayıcı nicel analiz tekniklerinden faydalanılmıştır. Ölçek verilerinin normal dağılıma uymaması nedeniyle, ikili gruplar arasındaki farklar için Mann Whitney U, ikiden fazla grup arasındaki fark için Kruskal Wallis testleri kullanılmıştır. İlişkisel tarama analizinde ise Spearman's rho korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Tüm analizler %95 güven aralığında ve 0.05 anlamlılık düzeyinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları okul öncesi öğretmenleri ile ilkokul sınıf öğretmenlerinin fen öğretimine yönelik tutumlarının genel olarak yüksek olduğunu göstermektedir. Fen öğretimi tutum puanı ile bilgi kaynağı ve eğitim gereksinimi arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ve negatif yönde ilişki vardır. Yine fen öğretim tutumu ile eğitim düzeyi, yeterli görme, deney yöntemini kullanma ve hizmet içi eğitime katılma arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ve pozitif yönde ilişki vardır. Hizmet yılı ile fen öğretimi tutumu arasındaki ilişki ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı değildir. Araştırmanın bir diğer bulgusu da okul öncesi öğretmenleri ile sınıf öğretmenlerinin fen öğretimi tutum düzeyleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığıdır. Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin çoğunluğu kendilerini fen ve doğa bilimleri öğretme konusunda yeterli görse de biraz yeterli görenlerin sayısı oldukça yüksek oranda çıkmıştır. Okul öncesi ve sınıf öğretmenlerine fen eğitimi ile birlikte fen eğitiminde kendilerini yetersiz hissettikleri yöntem ve teknikler konusunda seminer konferans gibi uygulamalar yapılmalıdır. Öğretmenler %68,20'lik oranla araç, gereç, malzeme ve fiziki ortam eksikliğinden şikayet etmektedirler. Bunun için de okulların fiziki koşulları iyileştirilmeli, ihtiyaçlar dikkate alınarak uygun bir ortam oluşturulmalı, sınıflar materyal açısından zenginleştirilmelidir. Öğretmenlerin fen öğretiminde ve deney yöntemini uygularken sınıfta bulunmasının en az gerekli olduğunu ifade ettikleri materyalin internet olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bununla ilgili öğretmenlere web 2.0 araçlarını, simülasyon ve online laboratuvar gibi uygulamaları daha etkili kullanabilmeleri için eğitimler seminerler verilebilir. Genel olarak öğretmenlerin tamamına yakını, fen ve doğa bilimleri öğretiminde deney yöntemini kullandıklarını ifade etmişlerdir. In the realization of the research, the scanning model was used. The Attitude Scale Towards Science Teaching was developed by Thompson & Shringley (1986), revised by Cho, Kim & Choi (2003), and Turkish validity and reliability were verified by Adak (2006). The research includes pre-school teachers and primary school teachers working in 872 kindergartens and independent kindergartens in public schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in the provinces of Ankara, Bursa, Düzce and Kırıkkale in the 2021-2022 academic year. Descriptive and predictive/interpretive quantitative analysis techniques were used. Because the scale data did not fit the normal distribution, Mann Whitney U tests were used for the differences between paired groups and Kruskal Wallis tests were used for the difference between more than two groups. Spearman's rho correlation analysis was used in relational screening analysis. All analyzes were performed at 95% confidence interval and 0.05 significance level. Research findings show that the attitudes of preschool teachers and primary school classroom teachers towards science teaching are generally high. There is a statistically significant and negative correlation between the science teaching attitude score and the information source and educational need. Again, there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between the attitude towards science teaching and education level, seeing adequate, using the experimental method and participating in in-service training. The relationship between years of service and attitude towards science teaching is not statistically significant. Another finding of the study is that there is no statistically significant difference between the science teaching attitude levels of preschool teachers and classroom teachers. Although the majority of the teachers participating in the research consider themselves sufficient in teaching science and natural sciences, the number of those who consider themselves somewhat sufficient is quite high. Preschool and classroom teachers should be given practices such as seminars and conferences on the methods and techniques they feel inadequate in science education along with science education. Teachers complain about the lack of tools, equipment, materials and physical environment with a rate of 68.20%. For this, the physical conditions of the schools should be improved, a suitable environment should be created by taking into account the needs, and the classes should be enriched in terms of materials. It was revealed that the material that the teachers stated to be the least necessary in the classroom while teaching science and applying the experiment method was the internet. In this regard, trainings and seminars can be given to teachers so that they can use web 2.0 tools, applications such as simulation and online laboratory more effectively. In general, almost all of the teachers stated that they use the experiment method in teaching science and natural sciences. Fen eğitiminin amaçları arasında birey çevre ve toplum arasındaki etkileşimi fark eden ve sosyobilimsel konuları kullanarak bilimsel düşünme, muhakeme ve karar verme becerileri gelişmiş bireyler yetiştirmek yer almaktadır. Bu kapsamda araştırmanın amacı fen bilimleri dersinde kullanılan sosyobilimsel konulara dayalı etkinliklerin öğrencilerin akademik başarıları, medya okuryazarlıkları üzerine etkisini ve sosyobilimsel konulara karar verme süreçlerini incelemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2021-2022 yılında Düzce ilinde bir devlet okulunda öğrenim gören 36 altıncı sınıf öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sürecinde hem nicel hem de nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Nicel verilerin elde edilmesi sırasında araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan "Madde ve Isı Başarı Testi"; nitel verilerin elde edilmesinde ise Sadler vd.(2021) tarafından yapılan çalışmadan yola çıkarak Türkçeye uyarlanan "Kaynak Değerlendirme Formu", araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan "Karar Verme Metinleri" ve yarı yapılandırılmış "Görüşme Formu" kullanılmıştır. Madde ve Isı ünitesi içerisindeki kazanımlara uygun olarak hazırlanmış sosyobilimsel konulara dayalı etkinlikler toplam 7 hafta sürmüş, uygulama öncesi ve sonrasında Madde ve Isı Başarı Testi öğrencilere uygulanmıştır. Süreç içerisinde öğrencilere yedi farklı metin için Kaynak Değerlendirme Formu ve beş farklı Karar Verme Metni uygulanmıştır. Nicel verilerin analizi SPSS paket programı ile yapılmış ve test sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesinde ilişkili örneklem t-testi kullanılmıştır. Kaynak Değerlendirme Formlarında yer alan açık uçlu sorulara öğrenciler tarafından verilen cevapların değerlendirilmesinde içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Karar Verme Metinlerinde yer alan açık uçlu sorulara öğrencilerin verdiği cevaplar Chang Rundgren ve Rundgren (2010) tarafından geliştirilen SEE-SEP modeline uygun olarak analiz edilmiştir. Uygulama öncesinde ve sonrasında öğrenciler ile yapılan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formlarından elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesi de içerik analizi ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya ilişkin elde edilen bulgulara göre fen bilimleri dersinde sosyobilimsel konulara dayalı yapılan etkinliklerin öğrencilerin akademik başarılarını artırdığı belirlenmiştir. Benzer şekilde yapılan etkinliklerin öğrencilerin medya okuryazarlığı becerilerinin gelişmesine olumlu yönde katkı sağladığı görülmüştür. Sosyobilimsel konulara dair karar verme süreçlerinde öğrencilerin sıklıkla SEE-SEP modelinde belirlenen 'Ekonomi' ve 'Çevre' disiplinlerini kullandıkları, 'Etik/Ahlak' disiplinin ise hiç kullanılmadığı görülmüştür. Yine karar verirken öğrencilerin 'Bilgi' boyutunu sıklıkla kullanırken 'Değer' ve 'Kişisel Deneyim' boyutlarını daha az kullandıkları belirlenmiştir. Araştıma sonuçlardan yola çıkılarak gelecekte bu alanda çalışma yapacak olan araştırmacılara önerilerde bulunulmuştur. The aims of science education include educating individuals who are aware of the interaction between the individual, environment and society and who have developed scientific thinking, reasoning and decision-making skills by using socioscientific issues. In this context, the aim of this study is to examine the effects of activities based on socioscientific issues used in science courses on students' academic achievement, media literacy, and their decision-making processes on socioscientific issues. The study group consists of 36 sixth grade students studying at a public school in Düzce in 2021-2022. In this research process, both quantitative and qualitative research methods were used. "Matter and Heat Achievement Test" prepared by the researcher was used as a source of quantitative data. Qalitative data collected via the "Source Evaluation Form" developed by Sadler et al. (2021); adapted to Turkish, "Decision Making Texts" prepared by the researcher, and the semi-structured "Interview Form". Activities based on socioscientific issues, prepared in accordance with the objectives of the Matter and Heat unit, lasted for a total of 7 weeks, and the Matter and Heat Achievement Test was administered to the students before and after the implementation. During the process, the Source Evaluation Form for seven different texts and five different Decision-Making Texts were applied to the students. The analysis of the quantitative data was made with the SPSS package program and the related sample t-test was used to evaluate the test results. Content analysis was used to analyze the answers of the students to the open-ended questions in the Source Evaluation Forms. The students' answer to the open-ended questions in the Decision Making Texts were analyzed in accordance with the SEE-SEP model developed by Chang Rundgren and Rundgren (2010). The evaluation of the data obtained from the semi-structured interviews before and after the implementation was also analyzed with content analysis. According to the findings, it was determined that the activities based on socioscientific issues in the science classes increased the academic achievement of the students. Similarly, it was seen that the activities carried out positively contributed to the development of students' media literacy skills. The students frequently used the disciplines of 'Economy' and 'Environment' determined in the SEE-SEP model, while the discipline of 'Ethics/Morality' was never used in the decision making processes on socioscientific issues. In addition, the students used the 'Knowledge' dimension frequently, the 'Value' and 'Personal Experience' dimensions were used less frequently while making decisions. Based on the results of the research, suggestions were made to the researchers who will work in this field in the future.

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı yoksul annelerin yaşantıları, deneyimleri ve aile öykülerine dönük anlatılarından hareketle yine onların bakış açısıyla, çocukların gelişim düzeyleri ve akademik yaşantılarında yoksulluk kültürünün etkilerini incelemektir. Bu çalışma yoksulluk kültürünün çocukların gelişim alanları ve akademik başarısına etkisine dair gerçeklikleri, yoksul annelerin deneyimlerine göre tanımlamayı, yorumlamayı ve onların baktığı yerden görerek anlamlandırmayı amaçladığı için, nitel araştırma geleneği içerisinde yer alan fenomenoloji-olgubilim modeliyle yürütülmüştür. Çalışma grubunun seçilmesinde homojen (benzeşik) örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Katılımcılar Zonguldak ili Çaycuma ilçesinde 2022 yılı için belirlenen aylık net 4.253 TL'lik asgari ücretin altında gelirle yaşayan ve eğitim kurumlarına devam eden çocuğu olan gönüllü 10 anneden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verilerinin toplanmasında yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tematik analiz metodu kullanılmış, anlatılarda ne söylendiğine ne anlatıldığına odaklanılmış, tematik içeriklere tümevarımsal bir yaklaşımla ulaşılmıştır. Bulgular kadın yoksulluğu ve gündelik hayata yansımaları, kadınların yoksullukla mücadelede kullandıkları çözüm yolları, annelerin deneyimlerine göre yoksulluk ve eğitim, içselleştirilmiş yoksulluk kültürü ve eğitim olmak üzere belirlenen dört tema başlığı altında yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda annelerin, çocuklarının fiziksel, bilişsel ve davranışsal gelişimlerini sağlıklı olarak tamamlayabilecek kaynaklara ulaşmak için mücadele ettikleri, sosyoekonomik seviyelerindeki düşüklüğün öğrencilerin eğitim yaşamlarını olumsuz etkilediği ancak bazı çocukların dezavantajlı yaşam şartlarının getirdiği zorlukların üstesinden gelebilecekleri aracı kaynaklar özellikle annelerin beceri ve gücü vasıtasıyla başarılı olabildikleri görülmüştür. The main purpose of this research is to examine the effects of poverty culture on the developmental levels of children and their academic lives from the perspective of poor mothers, based on their narratives about their experiences and family stories. For this reason, the narrative research design was considered to be the most appropriate method for this study, which aims to make the effects of poverty on children's development areas and academic lives visible, beyond defining the concept and quality, with the meanings produced from the stories of the poor mothers, which are not visible to them, buried in their experiences. A homogeneous sampling method was used in the selection of the study group. Participants consist of 10 volunteer mothers with children who live in the Çaycuma district of Zonguldak province with an income below the monthly net minimum wage of 4.253 TL determined for 2022 and attend educational institutions. A semi-structured interview form was used to collect the data for the study. The thematic analysis method was used in the analysis of the data, focusing on what was said and what was told in the narratives, the thematic contents were reached with an inductive approach. The findings were interpreted under four themes: women's poverty and its reflections on daily life, the solutions women use in the fight against poverty, poverty, and education according to the experiences of mothers, internalized poverty culture, and education. As a result of the research, it has been seen that mothers struggle to reach the resources that can complete their children's physical, cognitive and behavioral development in a healthy way, that the low socioeconomic level affects the education life of the students negatively, but that some children can be successful through the intermediary resources, especially the skills and power of the mothers, through which they can overcome the difficulties brought by their disadvantaged living conditions.

Hükemâ-yı Cihân ve Ta'lîm ve Terbiye Târihi, Kozan Mutasarrıfı Musa Kâzım Efendi'nin pedagoji tarihine dair yazdığı önemli bir eserdir. Çalıştığımız bu eserde Hindistan, İslam öncesi İran, Antik Yunanistan ve Avrupa'daki eğitim ve öğretim tarihi anlatılmış ve pedagojiye katkı sunan önemli şahsiyetler konu edinilmiştir. Eserin birinci bölümünde "İlkçağ ve Ortaçağ Eğitim ve Öğretimi" başlığı altında insanlığın ilk zamanları, vahşi kavimlerin özellikleri ile Hindistan, İran, Yunanistan, Roma ve Ortaçağ Avrupa'sında Hıristiyan ruhani cemiyetlerinin eğitim öğretim özellikleri anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde "Yeniçağ'ın Eğitim ve Öğretimi" başlığı altında on altıncı asrın eğitim anlayışına yön veren felsefeciler, Hıristiyan dini gruplar ve eğitim-öğretim amaçlı örgütlenmeler anlatılmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde Yeniçağ'dan sonraki dönemin felsefecilerinin eğitim-öğretime dair görüşlerine değinilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde on sekizinci yüzyıl felsefeci ve pedagoglarından on iki şahsiyet, Fransız Devrimi ve devrimden sonra eğitim alanındaki gelişmelerden söz edilmiştir. Kitabın beşinci bölümü olan "Zeyl" kısmında müellifin uygar memleketler olarak adlandırdığı Fransa, İngiltere, İtalya ve Rusya'nın eğitim sistemleri işlenmiştir. Bu araştırmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Musa Kâzım'ın hayatı ve eserleri anlatılmış, ikinci bölümde Hükemâ-yı Cihân ve Ta'lîm ve Terbiye Târihi adlı eserin değerlendirmesi yapılmış ve üçüncü bölümde bu eserin transkripsiyonu verilmiştir. The Philosophers of The World and The History of Training and Education (Hükemâ-yı Cihân ve Ta'lîm ve Terbiye Târihi) written by Kozan Governor Musa Kazım Efendi is an important work on the history of pedegogy. In this work, we are studying on, the history of education and training in India, pre-Islamic Iran, Ancient Greece and Europe is explained and important personalities who contributed to pedegogy are discussed. In the first chapter of the work, under the title of "Ancient and Medieval Education ant Training", the first times of humanity, the characteristics of savage tribes and the educational characteristics of Chiristian spirtual societies in India, Iran, Greece, Rome and Mediveal Europe are explained. In the second chapter philosophers, Christian religious groups and educational organizations that shape the understanding of education in the sixteenth century are described under "The Title of The New age of Educadion and Training". In the third chapter, the views of the philosophers of the period after the New Age on education and training are mentioned. In the fourth chapter, twelve figures from the eighteenth century philosophers and pedagogues, the French Revolution and the developments in the field of education after the revolution are mentioned. In the fifth chapter of the book titled as "Additional", the education systems of France, Englant, Italy and Russia, which the author refers to as civilized countries, are discussed. This research consists of theree parts. In the first part, the life and works of Musa Kazım are explained, in the second part, the work called The Philosophers of The World and The History of Training and Education (Hükema-yı Cihân ve Ta'lîm ve Terbiye Târihi) is evaluated and in the third part, the transcription of this work is given.

Bu araştırma; özel okul öncesi eğitim kurumları kurucu müdürlerinin görüşlerine göre, özel okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarının kurulum aşamasında karşılaşılan sorunları ve çözüm önerilerini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu araştırma, nitel araştırma tekniklerinden durum çalışması deseni kullanılarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırma verilerinin toplanması amacıyla oluşturulan çalışma grubu, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden olan ölçüt örneklem yöntemi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırma 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Kocaeli ilinde bulunan özel okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında yürütülmüş olup araştırma sorularına cevap aramak amacıyla yirmi kurucu müdürün görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Araştırmada veriler yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılarak açık uçlu sorulardan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin analizinde, nitel veri analizi tekniklerinden betimsel analiz tekniği tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmanın birinci probleminden elde edilen sonuçlara göre kurucu müdürlerin en fazla; MEB'in istediği belge ve rapor sayısının fazla olması, prosedürlerin karmaşık olması, Standartlar Yönergesine uygun tadilatların uzun süre alması, onay alınacak kurum sayısının fazla olması ve ruhsat alma sürecinin uzun olmasına yönelik sorunlarla karşılaştıkları tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın ikinci probleminden elde edilen sonuçlara göre kurucu müdürlerin en fazla; bina kiralama maliyetlerinin yüksek olması, tadilat maliyetlerinin yüksek olması, ustalık hizmet maliyetlerinin yüksek olması, tadilat sürecinin uzun sürmesi ve merkezi konumda bina bulma zorluğuna yönelik sorunlarla karşılaştıkları tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın üçüncü probleminden elde edilen sonuçlara göre kurucu müdürlerin en fazla; nitelikli öğretmen eksikliği, kalifiye yardımcı personelin az oluşu ve tecrübe eksikliğine yönelik sorunlarla karşılaştıkları tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın dördüncü probleminden elde edilen sonuçlara göre kurucu müdürlerin en fazla; açık hava tanıtım, sosyal medya reklam ve tasarım maliyetlerinin yüksek olmasına yönelik sorunlarla karşılaştıkları tespit edilmiştir. Kurucu müdürlerin karşılaştıkları sorunlara yönelik geliştirdikleri çözüm önerileri ise prosedürlerin anlaşılır ve sade hale getirilmesi, yatırım ve sermaye desteklerinin verilmesi, devletin bina, arsa ve kira teşviklerinde bulunması ve MEB'in personel alımına destek vermesi olarak tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar bağlamında önerilerde bulunulmuştur. This research was conducted to investigate the problems encountered during the establishment of private pre-school education institutions and the solution proposals with the framework of the opinions of the founding principals of private pre-school education institutions. This research was carried out using the case study pattern, which is one of the qualitative research techniques. The study group, which was created for the purpose of collecting research data, was determined by using the criterion and maximum sampling method, one of the purposeful sampling methods, together. The research was carried out in private pre-school education institutions in Kocaeli in the 2021-2022 academic year, and the opinions of 20 founding principals were sought in order to find answers to the research questions. In the research, data were collected through face-to-face interviews and a semi-structured interview form consisting of open-ended questions. Content analysis technique, one of the qualitative data analysis techniques, was preferred in the analysis of the data obtained in the study. According to the results obtained from the first problem of the research, the founding principals are; It has been determined that they encounter problems such as the large number of documents and reports requested by the MEB, the complexity of the procedures, the large number of institutions to be approved, and the long process of obtaining a license. According to the results obtained from the second problem of the research, the founding principals are; It has been determined that they encounter problems such as high building rental costs, high master service costs, long renovation process and difficulty in finding a building in a central location. According to the results obtained from the third problem of the research, the founding principals are; It has been determined that they encounter problems related to the lack of qualified teachers, the lack of qualified auxiliary personnel and the lack of experience. According to the results obtained from the fourth problem of the research, the founding principals are; It has been determined that they encounter problems related to the high cost of outdoor promotion, social media advertising and design. According to the results obtained, the solution proposals developed by the founding managers for the problems they encountered were determined as making the procedures clear and simple, providing investment and capital supports, providing incentives for buildings, land and rent by the government, and supporting the personnel recruitment of the MEB. Suggestions were made in the context of the results obtained from the research.

Bu çalışmanın amacı; bilişim teknolojileri ve yazılım dersinde 6. sınıf öğrencilerinin Nesnelerin İnterneti (Nİ) teknolojisini kullanarak ürettikleri projelerin Rasch ölçme modeliyle değerlendirilmesidir. Ayrıca çalışmada, Nİ teknolojisini kullanarak üretilen projelerin kalibrasyon haritasının çıkarılması, üretilen projelerin analizi, jürilerin puanlama davranışlarındaki hoşgörü/sertlik durumlarına ilişkin analizi, proje değerlendirme ölçütleri maddelerine ilişkin madde güçlük analizi ve jürilerin tarafsızlık analizi yapılmıştır. Yapılan proje çalışmalarının eğitimde Nİ teknolojisinin nerede ve ne şekilde kullanılabileceğine yönelik olarak araştırmacılara fikir verebilmesi, eğitim alanında öğretmenlerin Nİ teknolojisini derse entegre etmelerini kolaylaştırılmasının sağlanması yönleriyle araştırmanın önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Çalışmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya Batı Karadeniz'de bir ilde 2021-2022 bahar akademik yarıyılında Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı bir ortaokulda okuyan 37 6.sınıf öğrencisi gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Öğrenciler çalışma kapsamında gruplara ayrılmış, her grup kendi içerisinde Nİ teknolojisini kullanarak eğitim alanına dair birer proje hazırlamıştır. Toplamda beş proje çalışması yapılmıştır. Araştırmada, Rasch ölçme modeli ile değerlendirme yapılmış, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı bir ortaokulda görev yapan branş öğretmenlerinden oluşan 10 kişilik jüri 15 ölçüt ile beş proje çalışmasını değerlendirmiştir. Proje grupları da kendi çalışmalarını ve diğer grupların çalışmalarını verilen 15 ölçüt ile değerlendirmişlerdir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre beş projeden Proje4 kodlu "Akıllı Kuş Yemliği Projesi" en başarılı, Proje2 kodlu "Akıllı Fen Laboratuvarı Projesi" en başarısız proje olmuştur. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, en başarılı proje olan Proje4 937 puan alırken, en başarısız proje olan Proje2 777 puan almıştır. En hoşgörülü jüri J2 kodlu kadın branş öğretmeni olurken en sert jüri J14 kodlu "Yıldızlar Grubu" öğrencileri olmuştur. Jürilerin ve araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin tarafsızlık nedenlerinin daha belirgin olarak ortaya konulabilmesi için Rasch ölçme modeline ilave olarak nitel araştırma yapılması önerilmektedir. The aim of this study is evaluation of the projects using the Internet of Things (IoT) technology and produced by the 6th grade students in the information technologies and software course with the Rasch measurement model. Also in the study, calibration map of the projects produced using IoT technology, analysis of the rigor/generosity of the raters (juries) and peer raters (evaluation of each other's projects by the project groups), item/task difficulty analysis of the project evaluations and bias analysis of the raters were made. It is thought that the research is important in terms of providing the researchers with an idea about where and how IoT technology can be used in education, and facilitating the integration of IoT technology into the lesson by teachers in the field of education. Survey model was used in the study. 37 6th grade students studying at a secondary school in a province in the Western Black Sea Region in the spring academic term of 2021-2022 voluntarily participated in the research. Students were divided into groups within the scope of the study, and each group prepared a project in the field of education by using IoT technology. In total, five project studies were carried out. In the research, evaluation was made with the Rasch measurement model, and a jury of 10 members consisting of secondary school teachers evaluated five project studies with 15 criteria. Project groups also scored their own project and the projects of other groups with the given 15 criteria. According to the results of the research, Project4 coded "Smart Bird Feeder Project" was the most successful and Project2 coded "Smart Science Laboratory Project" was the most unsuccessful of the five projects. According to the results of the research, Project4, the most successful project, received 937 points, while Project2, the most unsuccessful project, received 777 points. While the most tolerant jury was the J2 coded female branch teacher, the strictest jury was the J14 coded "Star Group" students. It is recommended to conduct qualitative research in addition to the Rasch measurement model in order to reveal the reasons for the impartiality of the juries and the students participating in the research more clearly.

Atatürk'ün vefatının ardından Cumhurbaşkanı olan İsmet İnönü'nün siyasi kimlik olarak daha çok ön planda olduğu Milli Şef Dönemi, hem siyasi hem de kültürel alanda değişimlere sahne olmuştur. Özellikle İkinci Dünya Savaşı ile birlikte dünyada yaşanan gelişmeler Türk tarihini etkilemiştir. İkinci Dünya Savaşı ile birlikte barış, özgürlük, hürriyet kavramlarının önemi anlaşılarak, hümanist eğilimler etkili olmaya başlamıştır. Atatürk sonrası dönemde bir yandan milliyetçilikten hümanizme doğru bir yönelme görülmüştür. Bu yeni kültürel anlayış, Atatürk döneminin resmi tarih tezine açıkça karşı çıkmamakla birlikte onun yerini almak amacı ile farklı bir tarihsel söylem olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. İkinci Dünya Savaşı Döneminde varlığını kültür politikasında ve özellikle tarih öğretiminde gördüğümüz hümanizm devletin bütün kültür ve eğitim müesseselerinde varlığını göstermiş, dönemin ortaokul tarih ders kitapları da yeni anlayışa göre dönemin ideolojisini yansıtan araçlar olarak karşımıza çıkmıştır. İkinci Dünya Savaşı döneminde Türkiye'de ortaöğretimde tarih eğitim ve öğretiminin gelişimi, Maarif Bakanlığı'nın politikaları çerçevesinde ele alınarak dönemin resmi tarih anlayışında ortaya çıkan süreklilik ve değişim ortaya konulmuştur. 1939 dönemi ve sonrası dünyadaki değişim ve dönüşümler ile birlikte Atatürk ve sonrası dönem kıyaslandığında tarihsel yaklaşımların değişim gösterdiği açıkça ders kitaplarında görülmektedir. İkinci Dünya Savaşı ve yenidünya düzeni içinde Hasan Ali Yücel'in Bakanlığı döneminde kültür politikasına damgasına vuran Hümanizm tarih ders kitaplarına ve tarih yaklaşımını da yön vermiştir. Bu dönemde Türk Tarih Tezi'nin etkisi azalmakla birlikte Batı kaynaklarına yöneliş varlığını göstermiştir. Bu dönem zarfında Kemalist tarih anlayışının etkisi kısmen varlığını gösterse de tarih öğretim programları ve tarih ders kitapları, Hümanist anlayış doğrultusunda 1938 yılından sonra tekrar düzenlenmiş ve Türk Tarih Tezi inkâr edilmeden bazı değişimlere uğramıştır. The National Chief Period Upon the decease of Ataturk during which the President of Republic Ismet Inonü, as a political entity, was more in the forefront witnessed both political and cultural changes. The changes experienced by the world particularly with the World War II affected he Turkish History. With the World War II, the humanist tendencies came into play with the better understanding of the importance of the concepts like peace, freedom, independence etc. In the post Ataturk period, there was a shift of attitude from nationalism to humanism on the one side. While this new cultural perspective does not explicitly object to the official historical thesis of the Ataturk period, it emerged as a different historical discourse to replace it. Humanism the presence of which we see in the cultural policy and particularly in history teaching, made its presence felt in all cultural and educational institutions of the state and the secondary school history course books of the period appeared as tools reflecting the ideology of the period according to this perspective. The development of the history teaching and in the secondary education in Turkey during the era of the World War II was addressed within the framework of the policies of the Ministry of Education and the continuity and change emerged in the official historical perspective of the period was put forth. It is clearly seen in the course books that the approaches to the history were evolved with the changes and transformation in the period of 1939 and later, and when the Ataturk period and post Ataturk periods are compared. Having made its mark in the cultural policy in the Ministerial period of Hasan Ali Yücel during the World War II and in the new world order, Humanism shaped the history course books and approach to history. With the diminishing effect of the Turkish History Thesis in this period, a tendency occurred towards the Western resources. Within this period, the history curriculums and course books were re-organized in line with the Humanist mindset after 1938 and underwent certain changes without denying the Turkish History Thesis.

Dünyada öğretim biçimini yüz yüzeden uzaktan eğitime geçmeye zorlayan COVID 19 Pandemi döneminde milyonlarca öğretmenin öğretmenlik yaparken dijital teknoloji araçlarının kullanımı, ders düzenini sağlama, öğrencilerle yeterli ve etkili iletişim kurabilme ve onları yönetebilme gibi yeterliliklere sahip olması gerekmekteydi. Bu araştırmanın amacı COVID 19 döneminde Türkiye'de ve Dünya'da çevrim içi öğretmenlik yapan öğretmenlerin çevrim içi öğretmenlik yeterliliklerine ne düzeyde önem verdiğini ve bu yeterliliklere ne düzeyde sahip olduğunu incelemektir. Araştırmada ayrıca çevrim içi öğretmenlik yeterlilik düzeylerinin demografik faktörlere göre değişip değişmediğine de bakılmıştır. Araştırmada betimsel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veri toplamak amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen çevrim içi Türkçe ve İngilizce anketten araştırmada yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmaya Türkiye ve Dünya'dan toplamda 606 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda öğretmenlerin çevrimiçi öğretmenlik yeterliliklerine büyük ölçüde önem verdikleri ve bu yeter lilikleri genellikle yerine getirdikleri bulunmuştur. Ankete katılan öğretmenlerin çevrimiçi öğretmenlik yeterliliklerine önem verme ve bu yeterliliklere sahip olma düzeylerinde cinsiyete, yaşa, okul türüne, bitirilen dereceye göre bir farklılık olmadığı görülmüştür. Ancak çevrim içi öğretmenlik yeterliliklerine önem verme ve bu yeterliliklere sahip olma düzeyinde kıtalara, öğretmenlik tecrübesine ve okul kademesine göre anlamlı farklılıklar elde edilmiştir. Millions of teachers needed to have competencies about how they would use digital technological tools, conduct a course design, communicate sufficiently and efficiently with students and manage them in COVID 19 Pandemic urging instruction modes from face to face to distance in the world. The goal of this study was to examine the extent to what online teachers in both Turkey and the world gave importance to online teaching competencies and the extent to what they had these competencies in COVID 19 process. Furthermore, it was researched whether online teaching competencies' levels changed according to demographic information. Descriptive survey design was used in this study. Online Turkish and English questionnaire developed by the researcher was utilized to get data in the study. The participants of the study consisted of a total of 606 teachers from Turkey and the world. According to the results of this study, it was found that teachers gave higly importance to online teaching competencies and teachers generally conducted these competencies. It was understood that teachers' level of giving importance to online teaching competencies and having these competences didn't become different in demographic information like gender, age, school sector, completed degree. Conversely, it was attained that teachers' level of giving importance to online teaching competencies and having these competencies had significantly differences in demographic information such as continent, teacher's seniority, school type.

Bu çalışmanın amacı fen bilimleri, sosyal bilgiler ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin sosyobilimsel muhakemelerini inceleyerek çeşitli değişkenlerin muhakeme üzerindeki etkisini tespit etmektir. Nicel araştırma yaklaşımlarından betimsel tarama deseni ile yürütülen çalışmada branş değişkenine göre orantılı tabakalı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubunda Türkiye genelinde 66 farklı ilde görev yapmakta olan 80'i fen bilimleri, 53'ü sosyal bilgiler, 297'si sınıf öğretmeni olmak üzere 430 öğretmen bulunmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak Romine, Sadler ve Kinslow (2017) tarafından geliştirilen Sosyobilimsel Muhakeme Ölçeği (SMÖ) uyarlama çalışması yapılarak kullanılmıştır. Uyarlanan ölçeğin güvenilirliğinin ve geçerliliğinin test edilmesi amacıyla doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve rash analizi yapılmıştır. Ölçekten elde edilen veriler ise betimsel analize, t testine, ANOVA ve Scheffe testlerine tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre örneklemde yer alan öğretmenlerin sosyobilimsel muhakemeleri orta düzeyde olup aralarında anlamlı fark bulunmamaktadır. Sosyobilimsel muhakemenin alt boyutlarında en yüksek düzey her 3 branşta bakış açısı alt boyutunda iken en düşük düzey fen bilimleri ve sınıf öğretmenlerinde karmaşıklık, sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinde ise sorgulama alt boyutundadır. Lisansüstü eğitimin sosyobilimsel muhakeme üzerinde etkisi bulunmazken branş, cinsiyet ve mesleki tecrübe değişkenleri sosyobilimsel muhakemeyi etkilemektedir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar alanda yapılan diğer çalışmalarla karşılaştırılarak tartışılmış, öğretmen yetiştirme politikalarına, öğretmenlerin meslek içi eğitim faaliyetlerine ve alanda çalışma yapacak araştırmacılara yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur. The aim of this study is to examine the socioscientific reasoning of science, social studies and classroom teachers and to determine the effect of various variables on reasoning. In the study carried out with descriptive scanning design, one of the quantitative research approaches, proportional stratified sampling method according to the branch variable was used. In the study group, there are 430 teachers, 80 of whom are science teachers, 53 are social studies, and 297 are classroom teachers, working in 66 different cities across Turkey. The Socioscientific Reasoning Scale (SMI), developed by Romine, Sadler, and Kinslow (2017), was used as a data collection tool by adapting it. Confirmatory factor analysis and rash analysis were performed to test the reliability and validity of the adapted scale. The data obtained from the scale were subjected to descriptive analysis, t test, ANOVA and Scheffe tests. According to the results of the research, the socioscientific reasoning of the teachers in the sample is at a moderate level and there is no significant difference between them. In the sub-dimensions of socioscientific reasoning, the highest level is in the sub-dimension of perspective in all three branches, while the lowest level is in the sub-dimension of complexity in science and classroom teachers and in the sub-dimension of inquiry in social studies teachers. While postgraduate education has no effect on socioscientific reasoning, the variables of branch, gender and professional experience affect socioscientific reasoning. The results obtained from the research were discussed by comparing them with other studies in the field, and suggestions were made for teacher training policies, teachers' in-service training activities and researchers who will work in the field.

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı "Çocuklar İçin Felsefe" programının öğrencilerin eleştirel düşünme becerilerine olan etkisini incelemektir. 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılının ikinci döneminde Batı Karadeniz bölgesindeki bir devlet lisesinde gerçekleşen bu araştırmada karma yöntem araştırmalarından yakınsak paralel karma desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırma deney grubunda 34 ve kontrol grubunda 34 olmak üzere toplam 68 öğrenci üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın verilerinin bir kısmı ön test- son test kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desenden elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın deney ve kontrol grupları öğrencilerin 9. sınıf not ortalamaları, Felsefe dersi birinci dönem yazılı notları ve eleştirel düşünme yazılı ön test puanları dikkate alınarak belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin eleştirel düşünme becerilerini ölçmek için Eleştirel Düşünme Yazılı Testi 1 ön test puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark olmadığı; diğer deyişle deney ve kontrol grubunun birbirine eleştirel düşünme becerileri, akademik başarı ve Felsefe dersi başarısı açısından birbirine denk gruplar olduğu görülmüştür. Deney ve kontrol grubu derslerini okulda görev yapan Felsefe öğretmeni yürütmüştür. Araştırmacının katılımcı gözlemci olduğu çalışma toplam 8 hafta sürmüştür. Araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan Çocuklar İçin Felsefe ders planları, deney grubunda haftada bir ders saati olarak felsefe dersinde işlenmiştir. Eleştirel Düşünme Yazılı Testi 1 ön test ve Eleştirel Düşünme Yazılı Testi 2 de son test olarak deney ve kontrol grubundaki öğrencilere uygulanmıştır. Deney grubunda her hafta öğrenciler tarafından yansıtıcı günlükler doldurulmuş ve araştırmacı tarafından ders gözlem formları tutulmuştur. Araştırma sonunda öğretmen görüşme formu ve öğrenci görüşme formu kullanılarak öğrenci ve öğretmenin araştırmayla ilgili görüşleri alınmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen nicel veriler istatistik paket programıyla çözümlenmiştir. Deney ve kontrol grupları puanları eleştirel düşünme yazılı testi son test puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olup olmadığını analiz etmek için bağımsız gruplar t-testi; grup içi farklılığı test etmek için bağımlı gruplar t testi yapılmıştır. Deney grubu öğrencilerinin eleştirel düşünme son test puanlarının ön test puanlarına göre yüksek ve etki büyüklüğünün orta üstü düzeyde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Kontrol grubu öğrencilerinin eleştirel düşünme yazılı ön test-son test puanları arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır. Sonuç olarak Çocuklar İçin Felsefe programının öğrencilerde eleştirel düşünme becerilerini arttırdığı görülmüştür. Kontrol grubunda devam edilen mevcut eğitimin araştırmanın bağımlı değişkeni olan öğrencilerde eleştirel düşünmeyi geliştirmediği görülmüştür. Araştırmanın nitel verileri içerik analiziyle çözümlenmiştir. Deney grubu öğrencileriyle yapılan görüşmeler ve uygulamayı gerçekleştiren öğretmen ile yapılan görüşme verileri içerik analiziyle çözümlenmiştir. Öğrenci görüşmelerinden elde edilen veriler altı tema altında toplanmaktadır. Bu temalar; Çocuklar İçin Felsefe uygulaması, uygulamadaki hikayeler, uygulamadaki sorular, tartışma süreci, uygulamanın öğrenciye katkısı, eleştirel düşünmeye katkısıdır. Öğretmen görüşmelerinden elde edilen veriler sekiz tema altında toplanmaktadır. Bu temalar şunlardır; Çocuklar İçin Felsefe uygulaması, ders planları, uygulamadaki hikayeler, uygulamadaki sorular, tartışma süreci, uygulamanın öğrenciye katkısı, eleştirel düşünmeye katkısı ve önerilerdir. Sonuç olarak Çocuklar İçin Felsefe programı deneyimlerini 10. sınıf öğrencilerinin düşünme becerilerini, eleştirel düşünme becerilerini, akıl yürütme becerilerini, felsefi sorgulama becerilerini, iş birliği becerilerini, kişisel, sosyal ve duygusal becerilerini, tartışma olgunluğunu, öğrenme becerilerini, iletişim becerilerini geliştiren bir uygulama olarak anlamlandırdıkları; öğretmenin Çocuklar İçin Felsefe uygulamasını faydalı, etkili ve güzel bir uygulama olduğu, öğrenciye katkı sağladığı ve daha çok kişiye ulaşması gerektiği şeklinde anlamlandırmaktadır. In this research, which was carried out in a public high school in the Western Black Sea region in the second semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, a convergent parallel mixed design from mixed method research was used. The research was carried out on a total of 68 students, 34 in the experimental group and 34 in the control group. Some of the data of the study were obtained from the quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest control group. The experimental and control groups of the research were determined by considering the students' 9th grade grade point averages, philosophy 1st semester exam grades and critical thinking written pre-test scores. There was no statistically significant difference between the Critical Thinking Written Test 1 pre-test scores; in other words, it was observed that the experimental and control groups were equivalent groups. The philosophy teacher working at the school conducted the experimental and control group lessons. The study, in which the researcher was a participant observer, lasted a total of 8 weeks. Philosophy for Children lesson plans prepared by the researcher were taught in the philosophy lesson once a week in the experimental group. Critical Thinking Written Test 1 was administered to the students in the experimental and control groups as a pre-test and Critical Thinking Written Test 2 as a post-test. In the experimental group, reflective diaries were filled by the students every week and lesson observation forms were kept by the researcher. At the end of the research, the opinions of the students and teachers about the research were obtained by using the teacher interview form and the student interview form. The quantitative data obtained from the research were analyzed with the statistical package program. Independent groups t-test was performed to analyze whether there was a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups scores. It was concluded that the critical thinking post-test scores of the experimental group students were higher than the pre-test scores and the effect size was above medium. As a result, it was seen that the Philosophy for Children program increased students' critical thinking skills. No significant difference was found between the critical thinking written pre-test and post-test scores of the control group students. In the control group, the current education was continued and it was observed that the current education did not develop critical thinking in students. The qualitative data of the research were analyzed by content analysis. The interview data from the interviews with experimental group students and the teacher who carried out the practice with reflective diaries were analyzed by content analysis. These data are collected under six themes. Philosophy Practice for Children, Stories in Practice, Questions in Practice, Discussion Process, Contribution of Practice to Students, Contribution to Critical Thinking. As a result, Philosophy for Children program is a practice that improves 10th grade students' thinking skills, critical thinking skills, reasoning skills, philosophical inquiry skills, cooperation skills, personal, social and emotional skills, discussion maturity, learning skills, and communication skills. It is interpreted that teaching Philosophy for Children is a useful, effective and good practice, contributing to the student and that it should reach more people. Bu araştırmada öğretmenlerin mesleki idealizm düzeyleri ve örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeylerinin örgütsel uyuma etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda kişisel bilgi formu aracılığıyla toplanan bazı demografik değişkenlerin öğretmenlerin mesleki idealizm düzeylerine, örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeylerine ve örgütsel uyum düzeylerine ilişkin algılarında anlamlı bir fark oluşturup oluşturmadığı da araştırmanın bir diğer önemli amaçlarından biridir. Araştırmanın örneklemini basit tesadüfi örneklem yöntemi ile belirlenmiş ve Düzce il merkezinde resmi okullarda çalışan 488 öğretmen oluşturmakta olup ilişkisel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri çevrimiçi yöntem ile toplanarak 4 ayrı ölçekten yararlanılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin demografik ve mesleki bilgilerini toplamak amacıyla "kişisel bilgi formu", Can, Yıldırım, Bedir ve Atalmış (2019) tarafından geliştirilen "İdealist Öğretmen Ölçeği", Erdoğan ve Dönmez (2019) tarafından geliştirilen "Örgütsel Sosyalleşme Ölçeği" ve Piasentin (2007) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan ölçekten esinlenerek Uçan (2019) tarafından oluşturulan "Örgütsel Uyum Ölçeği" araştırmada kullanılan ölçeklerdir. Öğretmenlerin mesleki idealizm, örgütsel sosyalleşme ve örgütsel uyum düzeylerinin hepsinin orta noktanın üzerinde yüksek seviyede olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda öğretmenlerin demografik ve mesleki bilgi değişkenleri arasındaki farklar incelendiğinde; örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeylerinde cinsiyet, sendikaya üyelik durumu, okuldaki çalışma süresi değişkenlerinde, örgütsel uyum düzeylerinde ise okuldaki çalışma süresi, okullarındaki öğretmen sayısı, okulun bulunduğu çevrenin sosyoekonomik düzeyi değişkenlerinde anlamlı farklar tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin uyum düzeyini artırabilmek için, aynı okulda çalışma sürelerini uzatacak, okulların öğretmen sayılarını belli bir sınırda tutacak tedbirler alınabilir. Yapılan korelasyon testine ilişkin bulgularda öğretmenlerin mesleki idealizm düzeyleri ile örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeyleri arasında, mesleki idealizm düzeyleri ile örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeyleri arasında ve örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeyleri ile örgütsel uyum düzeyleri arasında orta düzeyde anlamlı farklar tespit edilmiştir. Mesleki idealizm ve örgütsel sosyalleşme değişkenlerinin örgütsel uyum değişkeninin anlamlı yordayıcısı olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. In this study, it is aimed to examine the effects of teachers' professional idealism levels and organizational socialization levels on organizational adaptation. In this direction, it is another important aim of the research whether some demographic variables collected through the personal information form create a significant difference in the perceptions of teachers about their professional idealism levels, organizational socialization levels and organizational adjustment levels. The sample of the study was determined by simple random sampling method. The sample consists of 488 teachers working in public schools in the city center of Düzce. Relational screening method was used in the research. The data of the research were collected by online method and 4 different scales were used. "Personal Information Form" to collect demographic and professional information of teachers, "Idealistic Teacher Scale" developed by Can, Yıldırım, Bedir and Atalmış (2019), "Organizational socialization scale" developed by Erdoğan and Dönmez (2019), and Piasentin (2007) The "Organizational Adjusment Scale", which was created by Uçan (2019) inspired by the developed scale, are the scales used in the research. It has been determined that the professional idealism, organizational socialization and organizational adaptation levels of the teachers are all high above the middle point. At the same time, when the differences between teachers' demographic and professional knowledge variables are examined, in organizational socialization levels, there were significant differences in the variables of gender, union membership status, working time at school, and in organizational adjustment levels, significant differences were found in the variables of working time at school, the number of teachers in their school, and the socioeconomic level of the school's environment. At the same time, when the differences between teachers' demographic and professional knowledge variables are examined; in organizational socialization levels, there were significant differences in the variables of gender, union membership status, working time at school, and in organizational adjustment levels, significant differences were found in the variables of working time at school, the number of teachers in their school, and the socioeconomic level of the school's environment in order to increase the level of adaptation of teachers, measures can be taken to extend the working hours in the same school and to keep the number of teachers in schools within a certain limit. In the findings of the correlation test, moderately significant differences were found between teachers' professional idealism levels and organizational socialization levels, between professional idealism levels and organizational socialization levels, and between organizational socialization levels and organizational adjustment levels. It was found that the variables of professional idealism and organizational socialization were significant predictors of the organizational adjustment variable.

Bu araştırma; öğretmenlerin örgütsel adalet algıları ile motivasyonları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma, nicel araştırma yöntem ve tekniklerinden betimsel-ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma örneklemini 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Düzce ili Merkez ilçesinde bulunan resmi ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise kademesinde görev yapan 575 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplamak amacıyla Niehoff ile Moorman (1993) tarafından geliştirilen ve Polat (2007) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan "Örgütsel Adalet Ölçeği ile Uçar (2015) tarafından geliştirilen "Motivasyon Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, öğretmenlerin örgütsel adalet algı düzeyleri orta düzeyin üzerinde olduğu görülmüştür. Öğretmenlerin örgütsel adalet algı düzeyleri cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi, yaş ve kıdem yılı değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaşmamaktadır. Öğretmenlerin örgütsel adalet algı düzeyi ile çalışılan eğitim kademesi arasında anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin motivasyon düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin motivasyon düzeyleri cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi, çalışılan eğitim kademesi, yaş ve kıdem yılı değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaşmamaktadır. Öğretmenlerin örgütsel adalet algı düzeyi ile motivasyon düzeyleri arasında orta düzeyde pozitif yönlü bir ilişki söz konusudur. Diğer bir bulguya göre ise öğretmenlerin örgütsel adalet algılarının öğretmenlerin motivasyonunu anlamlı şekilde yordadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular çerçevesinde uygulayıcılara ve araştırmacılara önerilerde bulunulmuştur. The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and their motivation. The research was designed with the descriptive-relational survey model, one of the quantitative research methods and techniques. The research sample consists of 575 teachers working at the official primary, secondary and high school levels in the central district of Düzce province in the 2021-2022 academic year. The "Organizational Justice Scale" adapted to Turkish by Niehoff and Moorman (1993) and Polat (2007) and the "Motivation Scale" by Uçar (2015) are used for data collection. According to the findings, it was seen that the organizational justice perception levels of the teachers were above the medium level. The organizational justice perception levels of the teachers do not differ significantly according to the variables of gender, education level, age and seniority. A significant difference was found between the organizational justice perception level of the teachers and the education level they worked at. It was determined that teachers' motivation levels are high. The motivation levels of the teachers do not differ significantly according to the variables of gender, education level, education level, age and seniority. There is a moderate positive relationship between teachers' organizational justice perception levels and their motivation levels. According to another finding, it was concluded that teachers' organizational justice perceptions significantly predicted teachers' motivation. Suggestions were made to practitioners and researchers within the framework of the findings.

Bu araştırmanın amacı; okullarda görev yapan öğretmenler arasında meydana gelen gruplaşmaların, okul yönetim sürecine, öğrenci başarısına, okul iklimine ve okul kültürüne yansımasını derinlemesine incelenmektir. Okullarda görev yapan öğretmenler arasındaki gruplaşmaların nedenlerini ortaya koymak, gruplaşma nedenlerine çözüm önerileri getirmek ve öğretmenlerimizin işbirliği içinde görev yapmalarını sağlayarak okullarımızdaki başarıyı artırmak hedefiyle bu çalışma yapılmıştır. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemi kapsamında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan çalışma, nitel araştırma yöntemi desenlerinden olgubilim deseni çerçevesinde düzenlenmiştir. Bu araştırmanın çalışma grubu amaçlı örneklem yöntemiyle tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, 2021/2022 eğitim öğretim döneminde Amasya ili Merkez ilçesinde görev yapan ve sınıf öğretmenliği, matematik öğretmenliği, Okul Öncesi öğretmenliği, İngilizce öğretmenliği, Türkçe öğretmenliği, Teknoloji Tasarım öğretmenliği, Bilişim Teknolojileri öğretmenliği, Fen ve Teknoloji öğretmenliği, Görsel Sanatlar öğretmenliği, Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi öğretmenliği ve Beden Eğitimi öğretmenliği branşlarından oluşan 20 yönetici ve öğretmen grubundan oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak 18 maddelik açık uçlu sorulardan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Covid-19 hastalığının insanlar arasında çok çabuk yayılan bir hastalık olduğu ve özelikle insanların birbirleriyle yakın mesafe ve temas halinde oldukları zaman hastalığın çok çabuk yayıldığı bilindiğinden dolayı katılımcılarla yakın mesafe ve temas olmaması için görüşmeler telefon veya zoom programları yoluyla yapılmış ve veriler bu yöntemlerle toplanmıştır. Katılımcıların görüşme sorularına samimi ve içten bir şekilde cevap vermeleri istenmiştir. Her bir görüşme ortalama 45-60 dakika aralığında sürmüştür. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda elde edilen veriler betimleyici bakış açısına göre analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda veriler analiz edildiğinde katılımcılar öncelikle gruplaşma kavramını; aynı düşünceye sahip olma, küçük topluluklar, ayrışma ve grup olma, menfaat ilişkisi ve ortak paydada buluşma olarak ifade etmişlerdir. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcılar öğretmenler arasındaki gruplaşma nedenlerini; cinsiyet, sendikalar, öğretmenlerin dünya görüşleri, branş farklılığı, okul kültürünün oluşmaması ve ortak öğrenciler şeklinde belirtmişlerdir. Katılımcılar öğretmenler arasındaki gruplaşmaların eğitime etkilerini; eğitim-öğretimde engellerin ortaya çıkması, okul başarısının düşmesi, iletişim problemlerinin meydana gelmesi ve öğretmen ayrışmalarının ortaya çıkması şeklinde ifade etmişlerdir. Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenler; öğretmenler arasındaki gruplaşmaların olumsuz etkilerini en aza indirmek için ise; öğretmenler arasında sosyal etkinlikler düzenlenmeli, okulda iletişim bağı güçlendirilmeli, okul yönetimi tarafsız olmalı, okul kültürü oluşturulmalı, öğretmenlerde meslek bilinci oluşturulmalı ve okulda disiplin sağlanılmalı şeklinde önerilerde bulunmuşlardır. The purpose of this research is to examine deeply the reflection of the groupings among the teachers working in the schools on the school management process, student success, school climate and school culture. This study was carried out with the aim of revealing the reasons for the groupings among the teachers working in the schools, suggesting solutions to the causes of the grouping, and increasing the success in our schools by enabling our teachers to work in cooperation. The research was carried out in the scope of qualitative research method. The study was organized within the framework of the phenomenology pattern, one of the qualitative research method patterns. The study group of this research was determined by purposive sampling method. The study group of the research consists of 20 administrators and teachers, involved classroom teacher, mathematics teacher, pre-school teacher, English teacher, Turkish teacher, Technology Design teacher, Information Technologies teacher, Science and Technology teacher, Visual Arts teacher, who work in the central district of Amasya province in the 2021/2022 academic year. A semi-structured interview form consisting of 18 open-ended questions was used as a data collection tool in the research. Since it is known that the Covid-19 is a disease that spreads very quickly among people, especially when people are in close distance and contact with each other, interviews were made via telephone or zoom programs to avoid close distance and contact with the participants, and the data were collected by these methods. Participants were asked to answer the interview questions candidly and sincerely. Each interview lasted an average of 45-60 minutes. The data obtained as a result of the studies were analyzed from a descriptive point of view. When the data were analyzed as a result of the research, the participants firstly defined the concept of grouping as having the same idea, small communities, separation and being a group, interest relationship and meeting on a common ground. As a result of the research, the participants explained the reasons for grouping among the teachers as gender, unions, teachers' worldviews, branch differences, lack of school culture and common students. They expressed the effects of groupings among teachers on education as the emergence of obstacles in education, the decrease in school success, the occurrence of communication problems and the emergence of teacher separations. In order to minimize the negative effects of groupings among teachers, the teachers participating in the research suggested that social activities should be organized among teachers, communication ties should be strengthened at school, school management should be neutral, school culture should be created, professional awareness should be created in teachers and discipline should be provided at school.

Toplumsal eşitsizlikler, toplumsal bir alan olan eğitim alanını da etkilemektedir. Eğitim alanının iki önemli aktörü olan öğrenci ve öğretmenler, söz konusu eşitsizliklerden yoğun bir şekilde etkilenmektedir. Bu amaçla araştırmada eğitim eşitsizliklerinin sınıf içi pratiklere ve öğrenci gelişim alanlarına yansımaları incelenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Düzce ilinde çeşitli okul türü ve kademesinde görev yapan 25 öğretmen ile yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada toplanan veriler, içerik analizine ve yorumlayıcı fenomenolojiye tabi tutularak çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmada sınıf ortamında dezavantajlı konumda yer alan parçalanmış aile mensubu, engelli, gelişim geriliği olan, okul dışında çalışmak zorunda kalan, yoksul ve yoksun bırakılmış çocukların sınıf içi pratiklere katılımlarına ve gelişim alanlarındaki durumlarına odaklanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda dezavantajlı öğrencilerin ailelerinden miras edindikleri kümülatif sermaye hacminin yetersizliği nedeniyle sınıfa ve okula uyum sağlayamadıkları, düzen bozucu ve kural tanımaz davranışlar gösterdikleri, öğrenme-öğretme faaliyetlerine aktif katılamadıkları, akademik ve kişilik gelişim alanları başta olmak üzere tüm gelişim alanlarında akranlarına göre gelişim süreçlerinin negatif ve ağır seyrettiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin sınıf içerisinde eşitsizlikler ile mücadelede zorlandıkları da tespit edilmiştir. These inequalities have a significant impact on students and teachers, two key actors in the field of education. In order to accomplish this, we examined the effects of educational inequalities on classroom practices and student development areas in our research. In the scope of the study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 25 teachers working in various school types and levels in Düzce during the 2021-2022 academic year. The research data was analyzed using content analysis and interpretive phenomenology. The study focused on the participation in classroom practices and developmental conditions of children with broken families, disabled, developmental delays, forced to work outside of school, poor and deprived children who are at a disadvantage in the classroom environment. According to the findings of the study, disadvantaged students could not adapt to the classroom and school because of the inadequacy of the cumulative capital volume they inherited from their families, they displayed disruptive and unruly behaviors, they could not actively participate in learning-teaching activities, and their development processes were negative and slow compared to their peers in all areas of development, particularly academic and personality development. It has also been discovered that teachers struggle to deal with inequalities in the classroom. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından oluşturulmuş sosyal bir eğitim platformu olan Eğitim Bilişim Ağı içerisinde yer alan İlkokul Oku-yorum Yazıyorum modülüne ait ders videolarının Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programı ile olan eşgüdümlülüğünü belirlemektir. Araştırmanın verileri Eğitim Bilişim Ağı'nda İlkokul Okuyorum Yazıyorum modülünün 2020 yılına ait olan videolardan elde edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda 43 adet video ve bu videolarda yer alan 19 öğretmen, Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programı'nda yer alan kriterlere göre değerlendirilmiştir. İlgili videolar araştırmacı tarafından ikişer kez izlenmiş olup güvenirliği artırmak için eş kodlayıcı tarafından da izlenmiştir. Bu çalışma nitel bir çalışma olup; videolardan elde edilen veriler doküman analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda Eğitim Bilişim Ağı'nda yer alan videoların içeriklerinin ilgili öğretim programında yer alan kazanım ve uygulamalar ile uyumuna bakılmıştır. İlk okuma yazmaya hazırlık aşamasında gerekli olan hatırlatmaların yapılmadığı, dinleme eğitimi çalışmaları kapsamında yetersizliği olan öğrencilerin tespitinin eksik olduğu, küçük parmak kasların gelişiminde gerekli olan çizgi ve boyama çalışmaları gibi bazı etkinliklere yer verilmediği görülmüştür. Noktalama işaretlerinin ve pekiştirme çalışmalarının yetersiz olduğu, akıcı okuma çalışmaları kısmında yer alan uygulamalarda eksiklikler saptanmıştır. Buna bağlı olarak içeriklerin; kazanım ve uygulamaları birebir olarak karşılamadığı ve içerik ile videolar arasında uyumsuzluklar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. The main purpose of this study is to determine the coordination of the course videos of the Primary School Reading, Writing module within the Education Informa-tics Network, a social education platform created by the Ministry of National Educa-tion, with the Turkish Course Curriculum. The data of the research were obtained from the videos of the year 2020 of the Primary School Reading, Writing module in the Education Information Network (EBA). In this context, 43 videos and 19 teachers in these videos were evaluated according to the criteria in the Turkish Lesson Curricu-lum. Related videos were watched twice by the researcher and were also watched by the co-coder to increase reliability. This study is a qualitative study; The data obtained from the videos were analy-zed with the document analysis method. As a result of the study, the compatibility of the content of the videos in the Education Information Network with the acquisitions and practices in the relevant curriculum was examined. It was observed that the neces-sary reminders were not made in the first literacy preparation stage, the identification of students with disabilities within the scope of listening training activities was in-complete, and some activities such as line and painting exercises necessary for the development of the little finger muscles were not included. It has been determined that punctuation marks and reinforcement studies are insufficient and there are deficiencies in the applications in the fluent reading studies section. Accordingly, the contents; It has been determined that the acquisitions and applications do not meet exactly and there are inconsistencies between the content and the videos.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, okul yöneticisi, öğrenci ve öğretmenlerin Covid-19 pandemi döneminde uzaktan eğitim ile yürütülen lise düzeyindeki İngilizce öğretim deneyimlerini derinlemesine incelemektir. Çalışmada, nitel araştırma modelinin durum çalışması deseni kullanılmıştır. Farklı okul türlerinden farklı deneyimlerin yansıtılması amacıyla seçilen örnekleme tekniği amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden maksimum çeşitliliktir. Bu araştırmanın katılımcılarını, Batı Karadeniz bölgesinde bir il merkezine bağlı tüm lise türlerinde uzaktan eğitim ile İngilizce dersi alan 9-11. sınıf öğrencileri, her kurumdan dersi veren İngilizce öğretmeni, her kurumdan bir kurum yöneticisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları kullanılarak öğrenci, öğretmen ve yöneticilerle bireysel görüşmeler yapılmıştır; öğrencilerden yansıtıcı günlükler toplanmıştır. Veriler içerik analiziyle çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda yönetici, öğretmen ve öğrencilerin süreçle ilgili olumlu ve çoğunlukla olumsuz değerlendirmelerde bulunduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Olumlu deneyimler yöneticiler tarafından; öğretmenlerin yenilikçi ve alanlarına hakim olmasıyla süreci olumlu etkilemeleri, İngilizcenin yapısının uzaktan eğitime uygun olması, öğretmenler tarafından; uzaktan eğitimin kişisel gelişim fırsatları sunması, çeşitli çevrim içi kaynaklara ulaşabilme, öğrenciler tarafından; derslere kolay erişim, destekleyici materyal kullanabilme, yüz yüze ders formatına en uygun dersin İngilizce olması gibi ifadelerle değerlendirilmiştir. Yönetici ve öğretmenler uzaktan eğitimin zaman ve mekan sınırlarını ortadan kaldırmasını; öğretmen ve öğrenciler sosyal fobisi olan öğrencilerin uzaktan eğitimde derslere katılım gösterebilmesini olumlu değerlendirmişlerdir. Olumsuz deneyimler yöneticiler tarafından; süreçle ilgili bilgi eksikliği, verimli olmadığını düşünerek kötünün iyisi süreç, öğretmenler tarafından; etkileşim eksikliği, dezavantajlı süreç, öğrenciler tarafından; dikkat dağıtıcı etmenlerin çok olması, ev ortamının eğitime uygun olmaması, uzaktan eğitimin yorucu olması gibi ifadelerle değerlendirilmiştir. Yönetici, öğretmen ve öğrenciler ortak olarak olumsuz değerlendirdikleri durumları; alt yapı, donanım ve teknik sorunlar, bakanlığın değişen ani kararları ve dijital ortamda değerlendirme zorluğu olarak belirtirmişlerdir. Yöneticiler uzaktan eğitim süreci için; otokontrol gerektiren, öğretmenler; mekanik ortam, öğrenciler ise olumsuz olarak yalnızlık ve olumlu olarak ilgi çekici, eğlenceli gibi anlamlar yüklemişlerdir. Yöneticiler eğitim tercihlerini ağırlıklı olarak yüz yüze yaparken, şarta bağlı olarak hibrit eğitimi; öğretmenler öğrencilerin istekli olması durumunda uzaktan ve uygun koşullar sağlanırsa hibrit eğitimi; öğrenciler ise etkileşim sağlamak için yüz yüze, rahat olabilmek ve sınav hazırlığı için uzaktan eğitimi tercih etmişlerdir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre daha sonraki uzaktan ya da acil uzaktan eğitim uygulamalarının daha nitelikli yapılması, eğitimi etkileyen, bu araştırma sonunda ortaya konan sorunların çözümü ve yeni araştırmalar konusunda öneriler sunulmuştur. The purpose of this study is to examine in depth the experiences of school administrators, students and teachers in teaching English at high school level, conducted with distance education during the Covid-19 pandemic period. In the study, the case study pattern of the qualitative research model was used. The sampling technique chosen to reflect different experiences from different types of schools is the maximum variety of purposeful sampling methods. The participants of this research are 9-11 grade students who take distance education English lessons in all types of high schools in a city center in the Western Black Sea region, an English teacher from each institution, and an administrator from each institution. In the research, individual interviews were conducted with students, teachers and administrators using semi-structured interview forms; reflective diaries were collected from students. The data were analyzed by content analysis. As a result of the research, it was revealed that administrators, teachers and students made positive and mostly negative evaluations about the process. Positive experiences are evaluated such as teachers' positive influence on the process with their innovativeness and mastery of their fields, the fact that the structure of English is suitable for distance education, etc. by administators; distance education offers personal development opportunities, access to various online resources, etc. by teachers; easy access to the lessons, using supportive materials, and English being the most suitable lesson for the face-to-face lesson format, etc. by students.Administrators and teachers have evaluated that distance education eliminates the time and educational environment limits of distance education; Teachers and students positively evaluated the ability of students with social phobia to attend classes in distance education. Negative experiences are evaluated such as lack of information about the process, thinking that it is not efficient, the best of the worst process, etc. by the administrators; lack of interaction, disadvantaged process etc. by the teachers; It was evaluated with expressions such as having many distracting factors, not suitable for education at home and being exhausting in distance education, etc. by students. The situations that administrators, teachers and students evaluated negatively; infrastructure, hardware and technical problems, the sudden changing decisions of the ministry and the difficulty of evaluation in the digital environment. Administrators assigned some meanings for the distance education process like requiring self-control, teachers; mechanical environment, students; loneliness as negative and interesting and fun as positive meanings. While managers make their education choices mostly face-to-face, hybrid education depending on the condition; hybrid education if the students are willing and if the appropriate conditions are provided; On the other hand, students preferred face-to-face education for interaction, distance education for comfort and exam preparation. According to the results obtained, suggestions were made about making further distance or emergency distance education practices more qualified, solving the problems that were revealed at the end of this research affecting education and new researches.

Bu araştırmada, STEM uygulamalarıyla yürütülen ilkokul üçüncü sınıf 'kuvveti tanıyalım' ünitesinin öğrencilerin problem çözme becerileri ve STEM'e yönelik tutumlarına etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada STEM eğitim yaklaşımı uygulamaları 5E öğrenme döngüsüne göre hazırlanmıştır. Araştırma 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılı güz döneminde Düzce ilinde bulunan bir devlet ilkokulunda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden "tek grup ön test-son test zayıf deneysel desen" ile tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Düzce il merkezindeki diğer devlet okullarına göre sosyo-ekonomik düzeyi yüksek bir ilkokulunda öğrenim gören 30 ilkokul üçüncü sınıf öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama araçları, problem çözme becerileri ölçeği ve STEM tutum ölçeğinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin problem çözme becerileri son test ortalama puanlarında artış olmasına rağmen bu değişimin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olmadığı belirlenmiş, ancak yapılan uygulamaların öğrencilerin STEM'e yönelik tutumlarında olumlu etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. In this study, it was aimed to examine the effect of the third grade "Let's Know the Force" unit carried out with STEM applications on students' problem solving skills and attitudes towards STEM. In the research, STEM education approach applications were prepared according to the 5E learning cycle. The research was carried out in a public primary school in Düzce in the fall semester of the 2021-2022 academic year. The research was designed with a "single group pre-test-post-test weak experimental design" which is one of the quantitative research methods. The study group of the research consists of 30 third grade primary school students studying in a primary school with a higher socio-economic level compared to other public schools in the city center of Düzce. Data collection tools consist of problem solving skills scale and STEM attitude scale. As a result of the research, although there was an increase in the students' problem solving skills post-test average scores, it was determined that this change was not statistically significant, but it was determined that the applications made had a positive effect on the students' attitudes towards STEM.

Bu araştırmada, 5E öğrenme modeli kapsamında hazırlanan STEM etkinliklerinin geliştirilmesi, uygulanması ve değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılı güz döneminde Düzce il merkezinde bulunan merkez okullara göre sosyoekonomik düzeyi düşük bir devlet okulunun dördüncü sınıf düzeyinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Fen dersi "Dünya ve Evren" konu alanı "Yer Kabuğu ve Dünya'mızın Hareketleri" ünitesi kapsamında gerçekleştirilen STEM etkinlikleri yedi hafta sürmüştür. Etkinliklerin ilkokul dördüncü sınıf öğrencilerinin 21. yüzyıl becerilerine, bilimin doğasına yönelik düşüncelerine ve astronomiye yönelik ilgilerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden öntest-sontest kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu ilkokul dördüncü sınıfta öğrenim gören 35 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Nicel veri toplama araçlarını 21. Yüzyıl Öğrenme ve Yenilenme Becerileri Ölçeği ve Bilimin Doğasına Yönelik Düşünceler Ölçeği; nitel veri toplama araçlarını ise yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ve gözlem notları oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilen nicel ve nitel bulgulara göre 5E öğrenme modeli kapsamında gerçekleştirilen STEM etkinliklerinin deney grubundaki öğrencilerin 21. Yüzyıl Öğrenme ve Yenilenme Becerileri ölçeğinin genelinde ve yaratıcılık ve yenilenme alt boyutundaki gelişimlerine kontrol grubundaki öğrencilere göre anlamlı şekilde gelişme göstermiştir. Ayrıca STEM etkinliklerinin deney grubunun eleştirel düşünme ve problem çözme becerilerinin gelişimine olumlu etki ettiği bulunmuştur. Etkinliklerin deney grubundaki öğrencilerin bilimin doğasına yönelik düşüncelerinin gelişiminde sontest lehine anlamlı bir etki sağladığı ve astronomiye yönelik ilgilerine katkı sağladığı tespit edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin STEM mesleklerine ilgi duydukları ve gelecekte kariyer hedefleri arasında bu meslekleri tercih edebilecekleri görülmüştür. Öğrenme ortamına ilişkin tutulan gözlem notlarına göre öğrencilerin derslerde eğlendikleri, istekli ve aktif oldukları gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca, 5E öğrenme modeli kapsamında gerçekleştirilen STEM etkinliklerinin uygulanmasına yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur. STEM activities carried out within the scope of the area of the science course "Earth and the Universe" lasted for seven weeks. the effect of the fourth grade students on their 21st century skills, their thoughts on the nature of science and their interest in astronomy was examined. Quantitative research method was used in the study. A quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest control group was used. The study group of the consists of 35 students studying in the fourth grade of primary school. Quantitative data collection tools are the 21st Century Learning and İnnovation Skills Scale and Turkish Version of Students' Ideas about Nature of Science Questionnaire; Qualitative data collection tools consist of semi-structured interview form and observation notes. findings, STEM activities carried out within the scope of the 5E learning model, produce significant improvement in overall 21st Century Learning and Renewal Skills scale and in the creativity and renewal sub-dimension relation to the control group. Moreover, it was found that the students in the experimental group had a positive effect on the development of their critical thinking and problem solving skills as a result of STEM activities. It was determined that the activities carried out had a significant effect on the development of the students' thoughts on the nature of science in the experimental group, in favor of the posttest, and contributed to their interest in astronomy.

Bu araştırmanın amacı fen bilimleri 5, 6, 7 ve 8. sınıf ders kitaplarında yer alan bilim insanlarını fen bilimleri öğretmenlerinin görüşlerini dikkate alarak analiz etmektir. Bu araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi ve bütüncül çoklu durum çalışma deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın birinci aşamasında 2019-2020 eğitim-öğretim yılında Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından onaylanan ve eğitim bilişim ağında (EBA) yayınlanan ortaokul fen bilimleri ders kitaplarında yer alan bilim insanlarının isimleri, cinsiyetleri, kökenleri, fiziksel özellikleri, çalışma ortamları, çalışma yöntemleri ve yaşam öyküleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın ikinci aşamasında ise fen bilimleri öğretmenlerinin fen bilimleri ders kitaplarında yer alan bilim insanları hakkındaki görüşlerini ortaya koymak için yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Düzce ilinin merkez ilçelerinde bulunan 10 ortaokulda çalışan 20 fen bilimleri öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın sonunda fen bilimleri ders kitaplarında bazı bilim insanlarına birden fazla sınıf düzeyinde yer verildiği, büyük oranının erkek, Batı kökenli ve basmakalıp bilim insanı imajına sahip olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca bilim insanlarının çalışma ortamına, çalışma yöntemine ve yaşam öykülerine yer verilme oranlarının da çok düşük olduğu görülmüştür. Fen bilimleri öğretmenleri, öğrencilerdeki bilim insanı imajının kaynağının fen bilimleri ders kitapları olduğunu ve fen bilimleri ders kitaplarında daha çok Batı kökenli bilim insanlarına yer verildiğini belirtmişlerdir. Ayrıca bilim insanlarının çalışma yöntemlerine, yaşam öykülerine ve dikkat çekici bilgilere de yeterli düzeyde yer verilmediğini belirtmeleri üzerine, fen bilimleri ders kitaplarının analizi ile öğretmen görüşlerinin uyumlu olduğu görülmüştür. Fen bilimleri öğretmenlerinin de katkılarıyla, fen bilimleri ders kitaplarında bilim insanlarına yer verilme şekilleriyle ilgili çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur. The aim of this research is to analyze the scientists in the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade science textbooks by taking into account the views of science teachers. In this research, qualitative research method and holistic multiple case study design were used. In the first stage of the research, the names, genders, origins, physical characteristics, working environments, working methods and life stories of the scientists included in the secondary school science textbooks approved by the Ministry of National Education in the 2019-2020 academic year and published in the educational information network (EBA). In the second stage of the research, semi-structured interviews were conducted to reveal the views of science teachers about scientists in science textbooks. The sample of the study consists of 20 science teachers working in 10 secondary schools in the central districts of Düzce. At the end of the study, it was found that the majority of the scientists included in the science textbooks at more than one grade level were male, of Western origin and had stereotypical images of scientists. In addition, it has been observed that the rate of including the working environment, working method and life stories of scientists is very low. Science teachers stated that the source of the image of scientist among students is science textbooks and that science textbooks mostly include scientists of Western origin. In addition, it was seen that the analysis of science textbooks and the views of teachers were compatible with the scientists stating that their working methods, life stories and remarkable information were not included at a sufficient level. Bu çalışmada annelerin duygu sosyalleştirme davranışlarının, anne çocuk ilişkisi ve çocukların sosyal becerileri üzerindeki rolünü incelemek amaçlanmaktadır. Aynı zamanda annelerin duygu sosyalleştirme davranışlarının, anne çocuk ilişkisinin ve çocukların sosyal becerilerinin demografik değişkenlere (çocukların cinsiyeti, yaşı, kardeş sayısı, nesneye bağlanma durumu ve anne yaşı, eğitim durumu, çocuk psikolojisi ile ilgili yayın ve eğitimleri takip etme sıklığı) göre farklılaşma durumununun incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden "ilişkisel tarama yöntemi" kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında 4-5 yaş çocuğu olan annelerden veri toplanmıştır. Veri toplama sürecinde annelerin ve çocukların demografik bilgilerini tespit etmek için "Kişisel Bilgi Formu", annelerin duygu sosyalleştirme davranışlarını belirlemek için "Çocukların Olumsuz Duygularıyla Baş Etme Ölçeği", çocukların sosyal becerilerini tespit etmek için "Sosyal Beceri Geliştirme Sistemi-Derecelendirme Ölçeği Okul Öncesi Versiyonu Aile Formu" ve anne çocuk arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek içinse "Çocuk Anne-Baba İlişki Ölçeği Anne Formu", kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verileri analiz etmek üzere SPSS.26 paket programı kullanılarak bağımsız örneklem t testi, tek yönlü ANOVA analizi, pearson korelasyon katsayısı ve regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre annelerin bazı duygu sosyalleştirme davranışları çocukların yaşına, annenin yaşına, annenin eğitim durumuna, kardeş sayısına, nesneye bağlanma durumuna ve annelerin çocuk psikolojisi ile ilgili kaynakları takip etme sıklığına göre farklılaşmaktadır. Anne çocuk ilişkisi annelerin çocuk psikolojisi ile ilgili kaynakları takip etme sıklığına göre farklılaşmaktadır. Çocukların sosyal beceriler alt boyutları çocukların cinsiyetine, yaşına, annenin yaşına, annenin eğitim durumuna göre farklılık göstermektedir. Yapılan regresyon analizinde annelerin duygu sosyalleştirme davranışlarının anne çocuk arasındaki ilişkiyi ve çocukların sosyal becerilerini yordadığı görülmüştür. Elde edilen bulgular literatürdeki çalışmalar dikkate alınarak tartışılmıştır. Bulgulardan yola çıkarak ileride yapılacak çalışmalar için, ebeveynler için ve alanda çalışan uzmanlar için öneriler sunulmuştur. In this study, it is aimed to examine the role of mothers' emotional socialization behaviors on mother-child relationship and children's social skills. At the same time, it is aimed to examine the differentiation status of mothers' emotional socialization behaviors, mother-child relationship and children's social skills according to demographic variables (children's gender, age, number of siblings, object attachment status and mothers' age, educational status, frequency of following publications and trainings on child psychology). Relational survey method, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in this research. Within the scope of the research, data were collected from the mothers of 4-5 year old children. In the data collection process, "Personal Information Form" to determine the demographic information of mothers and children, "Scale for Coping with Negative Emotions of Children" to determine the emotional socialization behaviors of mothers, "Social Skills Development System-Rating Scale Preschool Version" to determine the social skills of children. "Child-Parent Relationship Scale-Mother Form" was used to determine the relationship between mother and child. Independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis, pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis were performed using the SPSS.26 package program to analyze the obtained data. According to the results of the research, some emotional socialization behaviors of the mothers differ according to the age of the children, the age of the mother, the education level of the mother, the number of siblings, the attachment to the object and the frequency of the mothers following the sources related to child psychology. Children's social skills sub-dimensions differ according to children's gender, age, mother's age, and mother's education level. In the regression analysis, it was seen that the emotional socialization behaviors of the mothers predicted the mother-child relationship and the social skills of the children. The findings were discussed by considering the studies in the literature. Based on the results obtained, suggestions for future studies, for parents and for psychological counselors are presented.

Bu araştırmanın amacı halk eğitim merkezi kursiyerlerinin umutsuzluk ve sürekli kaygı düzeyleri ile hayat boyu öğrenme eğilimleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya Bartın'daki halk eğitim merkezlerinden 301 kişi katılmıştır. Halk eğitim merkezi kursiyerlerine kişisel bilgi formu, "Beck Umutsuzluk Ölçeği", "Sürekli Kaygı Ölçeği", "Hayat Boyu Öğrenme Eğilimleri Ölçeği" uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 23 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) programı kullanılmıştır. Nicel veriler t testi, varyans analizi (ANOVA), ve regresyon analizi ile analiz edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda umutsuzluğun yaşam boyu öğrenme eğilimleri üzerinde yaklaşık %26 etkili olduğu, sürekli kaygı ölçeği ile yaşam boyu öğrenme eğilimleri ölçeği arasında negatif yönlü anlamlı, sürekli kaygı ölçeği ile Beck umutsuzluk ölçeği arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı, yaşam boyu öğrenme eğilimleri ölçeği ile Beck umutsuzluk ölçeği arasında negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur (p
