The kilometer square array (KM2A) of the large high altitude air shower observatory (LHAASO) aims at surveying the northern γ-ray sky at energies above 10 TeV with unprecedented sensitivity. γ-ray observations have long been one of the most powerful tools for dark matter searches, as, e.g., high-energy γ rays could be produced by the decays of heavy dark matter particles. In this Letter, we present the first dark matter analysis with LHAASO-KM2A, using the first 340 days of data from 1/2-KM2A and 230 days of data from 3/4-KM2A. Several regions of interest are used to search for a signal and account for the residual cosmic-ray background after γ/hadron separation. We find no excess of dark matter signals, and thus place some of the strongest γ-ray constraints on the lifetime of heavy dark matter particles with mass between 105 and 109 GeV. Our results with LHAASO are robust, and have important implications for dark matter interpretations of the diffuse astrophysical high-energy neutrino emission.

The main scientific goal of LHAASO-WCDA is to survey gamma-ray sources with energy from 100 GeV to 30 TeV. To observe high-energy shower events, especially to measure the energy spectrum of cosmic rays from 100 TeV to 10 PeV, a dynamic range extension system (WCDA++) is designed to use a 1.5-inch PMT with a dynamic range of four orders of magnitude for each cell in WCDA-1. The dynamic range is extended by using these PMTs to measure the effective charge density in the core region of air shower events, which is an important parameter for identifying the composition of primary particles. The system has been running for more than one year. In this paper, the details of the design and performance of WCDA++ are presented.

Scalp wound healing is a complex process. Nonhealing wounds can become chronic wounds, which increase the trauma and economic burden on a patient and may even cause death in severe cases. Thus, it can be difficult to find an effective treatment for chronic wounds of the scalp.We present a case of a 13-year-old female patient with a chronic wound caused by a scalp incision infection 3 months after two operations for craniotomy for arachnoid cyst resection and cystic lesion-cisterna magna drainage. After repeated dressing changes and two debridement operations, the incision had still not healed during the following year. The wound finally healed after 6 months of dressing changes by combining honey with silver ion dressings, and the incision had not re-ruptured after 10 months of follow-up.Honey combined with silver may be an effective method for the treatment of chronic scalp wounds.

A novel polerovirus maize yellow mosaic virus (MaYMV) has been discovered in Asia (Chen et al. 2016; Lim et al. 2018; Sun et al. 2019; Wang et al. 2016), East Africa (Guadie et al. 2018; Massawe et al. 2018) and South America (Gonçalves et al. 2017). MaMYV was first reported to infect maize (Zea mays L.) showing yellow mosaic symptoms on the leaves in Yunnan, Guizhou, and yellowing and dwarfing symptoms on the leaves in Anhui provinces of China in 2016 (Chen et al. 2016; Wang et al. 2016). An East African isolate of MaYMV has recently been shown to induce leaf reddening in several maize genotypes (Stewart et al. 2020). To our knowledge the leaf reddening symptoms in maize was not reported in China and MaYMV was not reported in Henan province, China. A survey of viral diseases on maize was carried out during the autumn of 2021 in Zhengzhou (Henan province), China. During the survey, the leaves showing reddening symptoms were observed on maize plants in all four fields investigated. Symptomatic leaves of 12 plants from four fields of Xingyang county, Zhengzhou (n=12) were collected and mixed for metatranscriptomics sequencing, and total RNA was extracted and subjected to an rRNA removal procedure using a Ribo-zero Magnetic kit according to the manufacturer's instructions (Epicentre, an Illumina® company). cDNA libraries were constructed using a TruSeq™ RNA sample prep kit (Illumina). Barcoded libraries were paired-end sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq X ten platform at Shanghai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China) according to the manufacturer's instructions (www.illumina.com). In total 67607392 clean reads were de novo assembled using CLC Genomics Workbench (version:6.0.4). 105796 contigs were obtained. The assembled contigs were queried by homology search tools (BLASTn and BLASTx) against public database(GenBank). One 5,457 nucleotide (nt) long contig with the most reads of 558826 was obtained and blast analysis showed it shared 99.3% nt sequence identity (99% coverage) with MaYMV Yunnan4 isolate (KU291100).. According to the sequencing data no other plant viruses except MaYMV were present in the sequencing data. To confirm the presence of this virus, twelve leaf samples showing reddening symptoms were detected by RT-PCR using specific primer pairs for CP full length open reading frame (F: ATGAATACGGGAGGTAGAAA, R: CTATTTCGGGTTTTGAACAT). Amplicons with expected size of 594 bp were gained in seven samples and three of them were cloned into pMD18T vector and sequenced. The three isolates (OM417795, OM417796, and OM417797) shared 99.16% to 99.83% nt sequence identity with MaYMV-Yunnan3 isolate (KU291100). Further P0 sequence analysis of the three samples (OM417798, OM417799, and OM417800) with primer pairs F: ATGGGGGGAGTGCCTAAAGC/R: TCATAACTGATGGAATTCCC showed they shared 99.5% to 99.62% nt sequence identity with MaYMV-Yunnan3 isolate.To our knowledge, this is the first report of the occurrence of MaYMV infecting maize in Henan, China. Besides, our finding firstly discovered reddening symptoms caused by MaYMV on maize in China which is different from the previous symptoms observed in the other three provinces of China possibly due to the different maize varieties grown in different areas. According to our investigation, maize showing reddening symptoms was common in the fields. Henan province is the main corn production area in China. Corn leaf aphid (Rhopalosiphum maidis), the insect vector of MaYMV, is an important pest of corn in Henan province, thereby the occurrence of MaYMV might cause potential threat to maize production in China.

Drilling and drainage is the main treatment for chronic subdural hematoma (cSDH). However, anesthesia methods also have an important effect on patients' postoperative outcomes. The clinical effect of drainage of cSDH under local anesthesia with sedation (LAS) and general anesthesia (GA) was systematically evaluated.A literature study was conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines for studies that compare LAS and GA for cSDH. The following treatment outcomes were compared between LAS and GA: total duration of surgery, postoperative complications, mortality, recurrence rate, and hospital length of stay (LOS).Four papers (n = 391, LAS: 196, GA: 195) met the inclusion criteria. Although there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in mortality (OR: 0.47, 95% CI: 0.06-3.84, p = 0.48; p = 0.2, I2 = 39%), recurrence rate (OR: 0.82, 95% CI: 0.33-2.04, p = 0.66; p = 0.69, I2 = 0%), LOS (ratio of means: 0.86, 95% CI: 0.71-1.05, p = 0.14; p = 0.02, I2 = 75%). The total duration of surgery (MD: -26.71 min, 95% CI: -37.29 to -16.13, p0.00001; p = 0.65, I2 = 0%) was significantly shorter and the number of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the LAS group compared with the GA group (OR: 0.25, 95% CI: 0.13-0.50, p0.0001; p= 0.62, I2 = 0%).A systematic review and meta-analysis of the existing literature showed that LAS reduces the total duration of surgery and postoperative complications compared to GA. No significant difference in mortality, recurrence rate, and LOS was observed between the two groups.

Prurigo nodularis (PN) is a highly pruritic, chronic dermatosis and difficult to treat. PN lesions are characterized by existence of many hyperkeratotic, erosive papules and nodules. However, the pathogenesis of PN still remains unelucidated.To clarify the keratin role in the epidermis hyperproliferation, the keratin expression pattern in the PN lesional skin.In this study, we enrolled 24 patients with PN and 9 healthy control volunteers. K1/K10, K5/K14, K6/K16/K17 expression pattern were investigated by using immunohistochemical staining.The lesional skin consists of the thickened spinous layers, in which active cell division was found. K5/K14 were upregulated in PN lesional epidermis, the staining signal localized in the basal layer and lower suprabasal layers. Hyperproliferation-associated K6 was found in all layers of epidermal lesional skin, especially in the spinous layers. In contrast, K16 was only detected in the basal and lower suprabasal layers, K17 was observed in the basal and spinous layers. Terminal differential keratins K1/K10 were upregulated, detected in the pan-epidermis, but spared in the basal and low suprabasal layers.The keratinocytes enter an alternative differentiation pathway, which are responsible for the activated keratinocyte phenotype, abnormal keratins expression potentially contributes to the keratinocytes proliferation, subsequently lead to increased lesional skin epidermis thickness, hyperkeratiosis and alteration of skin barrier properties.

We report the discovery of a new unidentified extended $\gamma$-ray source in the Galactic plane named LHAASO J0341+5258 with a pre-trial significance of 8.2 standard deviations above 25 TeV. The best fit position is R.A.$=55.34^{\circ}\pm0.11^{\circ}$ and Dec$=52.97^{\circ}\pm0.07^{\circ}$. The angular size of LHAASO J0341+5258 is $0.29^\circ \pm 0.06^\circ_{stat} \pm0.02^\circ_{sys}$. The flux above 25 TeV is about $20\%$ of the flux of Crab Nebula. Although a power-law fit of the spectrum from 10 TeV to 200 TeV with the photon index $\alpha=2.98 \pm 0.19_{stat} \pm 0.02_{sys}$ is not excluded, the LHAASO data together with the flux upper limit at 10 GeV set by the Fermi LAT observation, indicate a noticeable steepening of an initially hard power-law spectrum %($\alpha \leq 1.75$) spectrum with a cutoff at $\approx 50$ TeV. We briefly discuss the origin of UHE gamma-rays. The lack of an energetic pulsar and a young SNR inside or in the vicinity of LHAASO J0341+5258 challenge, but do not exclude both the leptonic and hadronic scenarios of gamma-ray production., Comment: Accepted by APJL

Recently, the LHAASO Collaboration published the detection of 12 ultrahigh-energy γ-ray sources above 100 TeV, with the highest energy photon reaching 1.4 PeV. The first detection of PeV γ rays from astrophysical sources may provide a very sensitive probe of the effect of the Lorentz invariance violation (LIV), which results in decay of high-energy γ rays in the superluminal scenario and hence a sharp cutoff of the energy spectrum. Two highest energy sources are studied in this work. No signature of the existence of the LIV is found in their energy spectra, and the lower limits on the LIV energy scale are derived. Our results show that the first-order LIV energy scale should be higher than about 10^{5} times the Planck scale M_{Pl} and that the second-order LIV scale is10^{-3}M_{Pl}. Both limits improve by at least one order of magnitude the previous results.

The phenomenon of entropic stochastic resonance (ESR) is investigated with the presence of a time-periodic force in the transverse direction. Simulation results manifest that the ESR can survive even if there is no static bias force in any direction, just if a transverse driving field is applied. In the weak noise region, the transverse driving force leads to a giant-suppression of the escape rate from one well to another, i.e. the entropic trapping. The increase in noise intensity will eliminate this suppression and induce the ESR phenomenon. An alternative quantity, called the mean free flying time, is also proposed to characterize the ESR as well as the conventional spectral power amplification. The ESR can be modulated conveniently by the transverse periodic force, which implies an alternative method for controlling the dynamics of small-scale systems. We report the discovery of an extended very-high-energy (VHE) gamma-ray source around the location of the middle-aged (207.8 kyr) pulsar PSR J0622+3749 with the Large High-Altitude Air Shower Observatory (LHAASO). The source is detected with a significance of 8.2σ for E25 TeV assuming a Gaussian template. The best-fit location is (right ascension, declination) =(95.47°±0.11°,37.92°±0.09°), and the extension is 0.40°±0.07°. The energy spectrum can be described by a power-law spectrum with an index of -2.92±0.17_{stat}±0.02_{sys}. No clear extended multiwavelength counterpart of the LHAASO source has been found from the radio to sub-TeV bands. The LHAASO observations are consistent with the scenario that VHE electrons escaped from the pulsar, diffused in the interstellar medium, and scattered the interstellar radiation field. If interpreted as the pulsar halo scenario, the diffusion coefficient, inferred for electrons with median energies of ∼160 TeV, is consistent with those obtained from the extended halos around Geminga and Monogem and much smaller than that derived from cosmic ray secondaries. The LHAASO discovery of this source thus likely enriches the class of so-called pulsar halos and confirms that high-energy particles generally diffuse very slowly in the disturbed medium around pulsars.

We report the discovery of a UHE gamma-ray source, LHAASO J2108+5157, by analyzing the LHAASO-KM2A data of 308.33 live days. Significant excess of gamma-ray induced showers is observed in both energy bands of 25-100 TeV and $\gt$100 TeV with 9.5 sigma and 8.5 sigma, respectively. This source is not significantly favored as an extensive source with the angular extension smaller than the point-spread function of KM2A. The measured energy spectrum from 20 to 200 TeV can be approximately described by a power-law function with an index of -2.83$\pm$ 0.18stat. A harder spectrum is demanded at lower energies considering the flux upper limit set by Fermi-LAT observations. The position of the gamma-ray emission is correlated with a giant molecular cloud, which favors a hadronic origin. With the increase of overweight and obesity, elevated blood pressure (BP) in children and adolescents has been an important public health issue globally. Many studies have assessed the association between elevated BP and early cardiovascular damage in children and adolescents. A majority of these studies have highlighted the effects of elevated BP on cardiovascular damage, but with partly inconsistent findings. The studies of biological mechanisms played important roles in illuminating the potential mechanisms of cardiovascular damage caused by elevated BP. In addition, studies on the interventions, including losing weight and lowing BP were beneficial to reduce the occurrence of or reverse early cardiovascular damage. In this review, we reviewed articles on the association between elevated BP and early cardiovascular damage (including structural and functional damage of cardiac and vessels) in children and adolescents, underlying biological mechanisms, and the effectiveness of interventions to provide a reference for the prevention and intervention of early cardiovascular damage caused by elevated BP in children and adolescents and then reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular disease in adulthood.随着超重肥胖率的增加，儿童青少年血压偏高率不断上升，已成为全球范围内的重要公共卫生问题。目前，许多研究探讨了儿童血压偏高与近期心血管系统损害的关联，多数研究强调了儿童血压偏高对心血管系统损害的影响，但部分结论尚未达成一致。关于生物学机制的研究有利于阐明血压偏高所导致的靶器官损害的潜在生物学机制。关于减轻体重和降低血压等相关干预措施的研究有利于从根源上降低或逆转早期心血管系统损害。本研究系统评价了儿童青少年血压偏高与早期心血管系统损害（包括心脏、血管结构和功能的损害）的关联、其潜在的生物学机制以及相关干预措施的效果，以期为儿童青少年血压偏高所导致的靶器官损害的预防和干预，以及进一步降低成年期心血管疾病的发生提供参考依据。.

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) has been an important public health issue in China. Recently, the prevalence of obesity, elevated blood pressure, hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia, and unhealthy lifestyles was high in Chinese children and adolescents, which might increase the risk of short-term target organ damage and adult CVD. Therefore, we selected one primary school in Huantai County, Zibo City between November 2017 and January 2018 to establish the Huantai Childhood Cardiovascular Health Cohort Study. The aim of this project was to investigate the effects of childhood exposures on short-term target organ damage and adult CVD, and to provide evidence to curb the epidemic of CVD in China from the source. A total of 1 515 children aged 6-11 years old were included at the baseline. In this paper, we will introduce the overall design of the survey, including participants, methods, quality control, basic characteristics of the participants, study limitations, and future directions, which might provide some useful implications for similar researches in the future.心血管疾病已成为影响我国居民健康的重大公共卫生问题。近年来，我国儿童青少年肥胖、血压偏高、高血糖、血脂异常以及不健康生活方式等呈现流行态势，这可能会增加近期靶器官损害和成年期心血管疾病的发生风险。因此，本课题组于2017年11月—2018年1月以山东省淄博市桓台县一所公立小学为基础建立了包括1 515名6~11岁儿童的“桓台儿童心血管健康随访队列”，旨在探讨儿童期各种暴露因素对近期靶器官损害以及成年期心血管疾病的影响，为从源头上遏制我国心血管疾病的流行提供循证依据。本研究将主要介绍该项目的调查对象、调查内容、质量控制、基线特征、研究局限性以及未来展望等，以期为其他相关研究提供参考。.

Retinoblastoma (RB) is a frequent intraocular tumor in children. Long-non-coding RNA X inactive specific transcript (XIST) has been reported to participate in the RB process, while its potential role remains largely unknown.The expression patterns of XIST, microRNA (miR)-361-3p, and Syntaxin 17 (STX17) were determined using quantitative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR) assay. 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT), flow cytometry, and transwell assays were employed to reckon cell viability, apoptosis, and mobility in RB cells, respectively. Besides, the levels of STX17 and autophagy-related proteins were detected utilizing Western blot. Dual-Luciferase reporter assay was implemented to evaluate the interaction between miR-361-3p and XIST or STX17, and the role of XIST in tumor growth was analyzed through xenograft tumor model.The expression levels of XIST and STX17 were higher in RB tissues and cells, but miR-361-3p was downregulated. Loss of XIST was inversely connected with aggressive characteristics, showing as the curb of cell proliferation, migration, invasion, autophagy, and enhancement of apoptosis in RB cells. Also, the deficiency of XIST caused the decrease of tumor growth in vivo. Meanwhile, miR-361-3p inhibitor partially rescued XIST detection-mediated cell behaviors in vitro. Similarly, miR-361-3p mimic-mediated suppressive effect on aggressive phenotypes was abolished after overexpression of STX17 in RB cells. Mechanically, XIST was a sponge of miR-361-3p to regulate STX17.XIST functioned as an oncogenic lncRNA via miR-361-3p/STX17 axis in the progression of RB, which might provide a promising theoretical basis for the clinical therapy of RB.

To explore the relationship between parental hypertension history and hypertension in children and adolescents based on the relevant data of 6 049 children and adolescents aged 6 to 17 years old in Jinan city from September 2012 to September 2014. From August 21 to December 13, 2018, a tetramine poisoning incident in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province was investigated, and the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tetramine poisoning was analyzed. There were 6 cases of poisoning caused by artificial tetramine poisoning. The diagnosis was delayed, coma and convulsions were severe manifestations continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) was effective in the treatment of severe cases, and all 6 cases were cured. The possibility of poisoning should be considered for unexplained coma and/or convulsions. Although tetramine is banned, it still needs to be highly vigilant and avoids the recurrence of delayed diagnosis and treatment.对2018年8月21日至12月13日浙江省温州市某地的一起毒鼠强中毒事件过程进行调查，对毒鼠强中毒患者的临床诊治过程进行分析。中毒事件因人为毒鼠强投毒致6人中毒，间断发病，确诊延迟，昏迷伴抽搐为其重症表现；连续性肾脏替代治疗对治疗重症疗效好，6人均痊愈。提示不明原因的昏迷伴抽搐要考虑中毒可能，毒鼠强虽禁用，仍需高度警惕，避免延误诊治发生。.

Heart failure (HF) is the loss of myocardial structure and function caused by various congenital or acquired heart diseases. This study explored the new target of treatment of HF by investigating the effect of Kallistatin (KS) on inflammation and apoptosis of myocardial tissue in HF rats.We used doxorubicin to induce rat HF, and determined the success rate of modeling by detecting changes in rat heart weight and body weight, cardiac function and histology. We used two different doses (1 mg/kg, 2 mg/kg) of KS intraperitoneally injected rats and detected changes in inflammation and apoptosis of rat myocardial tissue by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) and immunohistochemical staining. Changes in the expression of sirt1 were also detected. In addition, we cultured rat myocardial cell line, H9c2 cells, and used siRNA-sirt1 to inhibit sirt1 in H9c2 cells to clarify the mechanism of KS regulating myocardial cells.The body weight of HF rats treated with KS decreased while the heart weight increased. KS has also been found to reduce the concentration of brain natriuretic polypeptide (BNP) in rat serum. The results of echocardiography showed that KS effectively relieved the cardiac function of HF rats. Inflammatory factors (interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α) and pro-apoptotic molecules (caspase3/9 and Bax) in the serum and myocardial tissue of rats treated with KS were also significantly reduced. The inhibition of sirt1 in H9c2 cells significantly reduced the anti-apoptotic effect of KS on H9c2 cells.KS reduces the inflammation and apoptosis of myocardial tissue in HF rats by promoting the expression of sirt1, thereby alleviating HF-induced myocardial injury.

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). This study aimed to systematically evaluate the efficacy of chimeric antigen receptor T cells (CAR-T) in treating relapse/refractory DLBCL (R/R DLBCL) and associated complete-remission rate (CR).PubMed, Cochrane Library, CNKI, VIP, CBM, and Wanfang databases were searched, and literature was collected up to January 2019. According to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, two researchers independently reviewed and screened literature, extracted required data and crossly checked them. This meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software.This study finally included 13 English literatures and 263 cases. There was no heterogeneity among all these studies, therefore, fixed effect model was used. Meta-analysis findings showed that total CR rate of R/R DLBCL treated with CAR-T was 46.8% (95% CI: 0.408-0.533). Subgroup analysis showed that CR rate of CD28 group was slightly higher [52.5%, with 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.441-0.602] compared to that of 4-1BB group (41.5%, with 95% CI: 0.324-0.510). CR rate of CD19 group was slightly higher (49.2%, with 95% CI: 0.429-0.556) compared to that of CD20 group (42.2%, with 95% CI: 0.231-0.639). Funnel chart of total CR rate, co-stimulatory factor, and target antigen demonstrated fundamental symmetry. Moreover, age, HSCT administration, CAR-T cell counts, and drug pre-treatment also affected immunotherapy on CAR-T on R/R DLBCL.CAR-T treatment for R/R DLBCL demonstrated evident curative effect and high complete remission rate. CAR-T cell immunotherapy would be expected to become mainstream therapy for hematolymph system tumors.

The Water Cherenkov Detector Array (WCDA) is a major component of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Array Observatory (LHAASO), a new generation cosmic-ray experiment with unprecedented sensitivity, currently under construction. The WCDA is aimed at the study of TeV $\gamma$-rays. In order to evaluate the prospects of searching for TeV $\gamma$-ray sources with the WCDA, we present in this paper a projection for the one-year sensitivity of the WCDA to TeV $\gamma$-ray sources from TeVCat (footnote: http://tevcat.uchicago.edu) using an all-sky approach. Out of 128 TeVCat sources observable to the WCDA up to a zenith angle of $45^\circ$, we estimate that 42 would be detectable for one year of observations at a median energy of 1 TeV. Prohormone convertase 1/3 is a serine endoprotease belonging to the subtilisin-like proprotein convertase family that is encoded by the () gene, and its major function is the processing and bioactivation of the proproteins of many kinds of neuroendocrine hormones, including insulin, cholecystokinin, and adrenocorticotropic hormone. The results of our previous genomewide association study indicated that the gene might be an important candidate gene for fatness traits in chickens. The objectives of this study were to investigate the tissue expression profiles of gene and to identify functional variants associated with fatness and growth traits in the chicken. The results indicated that mRNA was widely expressed in various tissues, especially neuroendocrine and intestinal tissues. Of these 2 tissue types, mRNA expression in lean males was significantly higher than in fat males. A SNP in the 3' untranslated region of (c.*900G > A) was identified. Association analysis in the Arbor Acres commercial broiler population and Northeast Agricultural University broiler lines divergently selected for abdominal fat content (NEAUHLF) population showed that the SNP c.*900G > A was associated with abdominal fat weight, abdominal fat percentage, BW, metatarsus length, and metatarsal circumference. In the 5th to 19th generation (G to G) of NEAUHLF, the allele frequency of c.*900G > A changed along with selection for abdominal fat content. At G, allele G of c.*900G > A was predominate in the lean line, whereas allele A was predominate in the fat line. Functional analysis demonstrated that allele A of c.*900G > A reduced mRNA stability and consequently downregulated gene expression. These results suggested that c.*900G > A was a functional SNP for fatness and growth traits in the chicken. The results of this study provide basic molecular information for the role of gene in avian growth and development, especially obesity.

Lung adenocarcinoma is one of the most ordinary malignant tumors. Recent researches have proved that long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are vital factors in many diseases. In this work, lncRNA SNHG14 was studied to identify its function in the development of lung adenocarcinoma.Real Time-quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-qPCR) was utilized to detect SNHG14 expression in paired lung adenocarcinoma patients' tissue samples and cells. Then, the function of SNHG14 was detected through MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide) assay, colony formation assay, and transwell assay in vitro. Besides, mechanism assays and the interaction between SNHG14 and miR-613 were conducted.SNHG14 was remarkably higher-expressed in lung adenocarcinoma tissues than in adjacent samples. Moreover, cell proliferation and invasion of lung adenocarcinoma were promoted via overexpression of SNHG14, while cell proliferation and invasion of lung adenocarcinoma were inhibited via silence of SNHG14. Moreover, RT-qPCR results revealed that miR-613 was downregulated via overexpression of SNHG14, while miR-613 was upregulated via knockdown of SNHG14. Further experiments showed that miR-613 was also a direct target of SNHG14 in lung adenocarcinoma.Our study suggests that SNHG14 enhances lung adenocarcinoma cell proliferation and invasion via targeting miR-613, which indicates that SNHG14 may be a potential therapeutic target in lung adenocarcinoma.

To investigate the protective effect of excretory-secretory protein (AES) from adultEighteen female BALB/c mice were randomly divided into three groups, including the blank control group (Group A), OVA-induced rhinitis group (Group B) and AES treatment group (Group C). Mice in Group A were given PBS. Mice in Group B were intraperitoneally injected with antigen adjuvant suspension for systemic sensitization, once every other day for seven times; then, local excitation was intranasally induced with 5% OVA solution once a day for seven times to establish a mouse model of allergic rhinitis. In addition to induction of allergic rhinitis, mice in Group C were given 25 μg AES at baseline sensitization and local excitation. Following the final challenge, mice were observed for 30 min in each group, and the behavioral score was evaluated. Recently, the vital role of circular RNAs (circRNAs) in human diseases has attracted much attention. The aim of this research was to verify the potential role of circRNA_0000285 in the development of cervical cancer (CC).CircRNA_0000285 expression in both CC cells and tissue samples was detected by quantitative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR). Functional experiments were performed, including cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay, cell cycle assay and transwell assay. Meanwhile, the underlying mechanism was explored through qRT-PCR and Western blot assay, respectively. In addition, the function of circRNA_0000285 was identified in vivo.CircRNA_0000285 expression level was significantly higher in CC samples than that of corresponding normal tissues. Moreover, the growth and migration abilities of CC cells were significantly inhibited after circRNA_0000285 was knocked down in vitro. Furthermore, the expression of FUS was remarkably down-regulated after knockdown of circRNA_0000285. Subsequent results indicated that the expression level of FUS was positively correlated with the expression of circRNA_0000285 in CC tissues. In addition, the knockdown of circRNA_0000285 significantly inhibited the formation and metastasis of CC in nude mice.CircRNA_0000285 could enhance the proliferation and metastasis of CC by up-regulating FUS, which might be a potential therapeutic target for CC treatment.

Childhood obesity has been an important public health issue worldwide. We searched PubMed, CNKI, and Wanfang databases to perform a systematic review of how to identify early target organ (including heart, vessel, kidney and liver etc) damage in children, the effects of obesity on early target organ damage (including left ventricular hypertrophy, left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, increased carotid intima-media thickness, increased arterial stiffness, impaired glomerular filtration rate, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, etc), the possible biological mechanisms (including hemodynamic changes, abnormal metabolic indices, and effects of cytokines and inflammatory factors, etc), and the effects of exercise training and dietary interventions on target organ damage in obese children. Thus, it is important to take effective measures to prevent and control childhood obesity, and finally to reduce the prevalence of target organ damage.儿童肥胖已成为世界范围内的重要公共卫生问题。本文通过检索PubMed、中国知网和万方数据库，系统综述了儿童早期靶器官（包括心脏、血管、肾脏和肝脏）损害的评价方法，肥胖对各种靶器官损害（如左心室肥厚、左心室舒张功能受损、颈动脉内中膜增厚、血管硬度增加、肾小球滤过率受损和非酒精性脂肪肝等）影响的研究进展，可能的生物学影响机制（如血液动力学改变、代谢指标异常、细胞因子和炎性因子作用等），运动膳食干预对肥胖儿童靶器官损害的影响。因此，应当积极预防和控制儿童肥胖，从而减少早期靶器官损害发生。.

目的 采用多重PCR方法分析造血干细胞移植（HSCT）患者多种疱疹病毒的感染状况，并探讨HSCT患者多种疱疹病毒感染与临床特征的相关性及其对移植并发症和预后的影响。 方法 以苏州大学附属第一医院血液科2017年2月至2017年8月行HSCT的90例患者为研究对象，收集预处理至移植后90 d内不同时间点的外周血标本共734份，Lab-Aid824核酸提取Mini试剂抽提DNA，应用多重PCR方法同时扩增8种人类疱疹病毒，分析多种疱疹病毒感染发生率及其与临床特征的相关性及对移植后并发症和预后的影响。 结果 至随访终点，中位随访时间为192（35~308）d。移植前疱疹病毒感染发生率为35.6%（32/90），其中1种疱疹病毒感染发生率为12.2%（11/90），多种病毒感染的发生率为23.3%（21/90）。移植后疱疹病毒感染发生率为77.8%（70/90），其中1种疱疹病毒感染发生率为20.0%（18/90），多种疱疹病毒感染的发生率为57.8%（52/90）。在多种疱疹病毒感染的患者中，2种病毒感染30例（57.7%），3种疱疹病毒感染18例（34.6%），不同时间点样本检测的4种疱疹病毒感染4例（7.7%）。移植后多种疱疹病毒感染中，HHV-6和HHV-7感染存在相关性（OR=13.880，Q=0.026），EBV和HHV-7感染也存在相关性（OR=0.093，Q=0.044）。25例患者移植后出现疱疹病毒感染相关临床表现，主要为出血性膀胱炎、间质性肺炎、肠炎、病毒性脑炎和不明原因发热。移植前HHV-1感染与年龄、HHV-2感染与发病时间、CMV感染与原发病为淋巴瘤具有一定的相关性。移植后EBV感染与HLA不全相合、供受者ABO血型不一致及Ⅱ~Ⅳ度急性GVHD呈正相关；多种疱疹病毒感染与HLA不全相合、非血缘供者及Ⅱ~Ⅳ度急性GVHD呈正相关。 结论 HSCT前后存在多种疱疹病毒感染，HLA不全相合、非血缘供者和Ⅱ~Ⅳ度急性GVHD与移植后多种疱疹病毒感染存在一定的相关性。
