The fabrication of van der Waals heterostructures (vdWHs) has drawn considerable interest because of their wide range of functionalities. Herein, a novel PdSe2/ReSe2 vdWHs with gate‐tunable rectification behavior and excellent broadband photodetection characteristics is presented. The application of the gate bias substantially enhances the rectification behavior, with the highest rectification ratio (≈3.13 × 103) observed at gate voltage Vg = −60 V. The density functional theory calculations demonstrate the direct and indirect bandgap behavior of PdSe2 and ReSe2 in the monolayer structure, respectively. Additionally, the PdSe2/ReSe2 heterojunction displays a strong photo‐response in the near‐infrared region and achieves a high photoresponsivity, an excellent external quantum efficiency, and rapid rise and decay times of 1.7 × 103 A W−1, 4.05 × 103, and 5 and 20 ms, respectively. Furthermore, the device exhibits a remarkable detectivity of ≈3.5 × 1012 Jones. The findings hold great potential for advancing the fabrication of multifunctional vdW heterostructure devices. One of the biggest challenges to the sustainable manufacture of liquid ammonia and the prevention of worldwide water contamination is the development of effective electrocatalysts for the electrochemical reduction of nitrate (NO 3 −) to NH 3 with high stability. Herein, a highly active and serviceable electrocatalyst is synthesized by pyrolysis, composed of nanostructure nickel phosphide (Ni 2 P) embedded in nitrogen phosphide doped carbon (NPC) followed by deposition on carbon paper (CP) to improve the electrocatalytic nitrate reduction. Various characterization techniques investigate the crystallinity, morphology, and chemical components of the Ni 2 P-NPC/CP nanoparticles. The results support the formation of nanostructure Ni 2 P and strong synergistic interactions between Ni 2 P and NPC, which resulted in substantial active sites and high electrical conductivity. Excellent performance of Ni 2 P-NPC/CP nanoparticles is achieved for electrocatalytic NO 3 − reduction with an NH 4 + yield rate of 2.468 mg h−1 mg cat. −1 and Faradaic efficiency (FE) of 84.6% at −1.2 V vs. RHE. Additionally, Ni 2 P-NPC/CP nanoparticles exhibit exceptional robustness and endurance. Studies using isotope labeling have been carried out, and the results show that nitrate reduction produces ammonia. The intended research aims to explore the convection phenomena of a hybrid nanofluid composed of gold and silver nanoparticles. This research is novel and significant because there is a lack of existing studies on the flow behavior of hybrid nanoparticles with important physical properties of blood base fluids, especially in the case of sidewall ruptured dilated arteries. The implementation of combined nanoparticles rather than unadulterated nanoparticles is one of the most crucial elements in boosting the thermal conduction of fluids. The research methodology encompasses the utilization of advanced bio-fluid dynamics software for simulating the flow of the nanofluid. The physical context elucidates the governing equations of momentum, mass, momentum, and energy in terms of partial differential equations. The results are displayed in both tabular and graphical forms to demonstrate the numerical and graphical solutions. The effect of physical parameters on velocity distribution is illustrated through graphs. Furthermore, the study's findings are unique and original, and these computational discoveries have not been published by any researcher before. This paper investigates the dynamics of the SIR infectious disease model, with a specific emphasis on utilizing a harmonic mean-type incidence rate. It thoroughly analyzes the model's equilibrium points, computes the basic reproductive rate, and evaluates the stability of the model at disease-free and endemic equilibrium states, both locally and globally. Additionally, sensitivity analysis is carried out. A sophisticated stability theory, primarily focusing on the characteristics of the Volterra–Lyapunov (V-L) matrices, is developed to examine the overall trajectory of the model globally. In addition to that, we describe the transmission of infectious disease through a mathematical model using fractal-fractional differential operators. We prove the existence and uniqueness of solutions in the SIR model framework with a harmonic mean-type incidence rate by using the Banach contraction approach. Functional analysis is used together with the Ulam–Hyers (UH) stability approach to perform stability analysis. We simulate the numerical results by using a computational scheme with the help of MATLAB. There are fewer investigations conducted on human primary endometrial epithelial cells (HPEECs) compared to human primary endometrial stromal cells (HPESCs). One of the main reasons is the scarcity of protocols enabling prolonged epithelial cell culture. Even though it is possible to culture HPEECs in 3D over a longer period of time, it is technically demanding. In this study, we successfully established a highly pure, stable, and long-term viable human conditionally reprogrammed endometrial epithelial cell line, designated as eCRC560. These cells stained positive for epithelial markers, estrogen and progesterone receptors, and epithelial cell–cell contacts but negative for stromal and endothelial cell markers. Estradiol (ES) reduced the abundance of ZO-1 in a time- and dose-dependent manner, in contrast to the dose-dependent increase with the progestin dienogest (DNG) when co-cultured with HPESCs. Moreover, ES significantly increased cell viability, cell migration, and invasion of the eCRC560 cells; all these effects were inhibited by pretreatment with DNG. DNG withdrawal led to a significantly disrupted monolayer of eCRC560 cells in co-culture with HPESCs, yet it markedly increased the adhesion of eCRC560 to the human mesothelial MeT-5A cells. Piecewise fractional-order differential operators have received more attention in recent years because they can be used to describe various evolutionary dynamical problems to investigate crossover behaviors. In this manuscript, we use the aforementioned operators to investigate a mathematical model of COVID-19. By utilizing fractional calculus, our approach aims to capture the crossover dynamics of disease spread, considering heterogeneity and transitions between epidemic phases. This research seeks to develop a framework using specialized mathematical techniques, such as the Caputo fractional derivative, with the potential to investigate the crossover dynamical behaviors of the considered epidemic model. The anticipated contribution lies in bridging fractional calculus and epidemiology, offering insights for both theoretical advancements and practical public health interventions. In order to improve our understanding of epidemic dynamics and support, we used MATLAB to simulate numerical results for a visual representation of our findings. For this interpretation, we used various fractional-order values. This study was planned to explore the AFM1‐reducing potential of various heat and acid‐killed lactic acid bacteria (LAB), activated carbon and bentonite (BENT) in milk contaminated with 0.5 μg/L AFM1 and their impact on milk composition. A negligible impact was observed on milk composition with AC while exhibiting a higher AFM1 removal (78.2%) than bentonite (35.8%). Their combination with LAB cells increased AFM1 decontamination for most of the treatments, with highest AFM1 removal (97.6%) exhibited by a treatment involving 0.1% AC and acid‐killed cells of L. cremoris. The examination of new (3 + 1)-dimensional wave equations is undertaken in this study. Initially, the identification of the Lie symmetries of the model is carried out through the utilization of the Lie symmetry approach. The commutator and adjoint table of the symmetries are presented. Subsequently, the model under discussion is transformed into an ordinary differential equation using these symmetries. The construction of several bright, kink, and dark solitons for the suggested equation is then achieved through the utilization of the new auxiliary equation method. Subsequently, an analysis of the dynamical nature of the model is conducted, encompassing various angles such as bifurcation, chaos, and sensitivity. Bifurcation occurs at critical points within a dynamical system, accompanied by the application of an outward force, which unveils the emergence of chaotic phenomena. Two-dimensional plots, time plots, multistability, and Lyapunov exponents are presented to illustrate these chaotic behaviors. Furthermore, the sensitivity of the investigated model is executed utilizing the Runge–Kutta method. This analysis confirms that the stability of the solution is minimally affected by small changes in initial conditions. The current study focuses on investigating the solutions of the mathematical model in the form of special functions. The phenomenon is described by a set of partial differential equations, which are then transformed into non-dimensional form. In order to improve the rheology of the Casson fluid, a fractional model is developed by using a new fractional operator Constant Proportional Caputo (CPC) approach to investigate and formulate the dynamics of Casson fluid flow and heat transfer phenomena subjected to ramped wall temperature. The fluid flow is elaborated near an infinitely vertical plate with characteristics velocity u 0 . We began by introducing appropriate variables to transform the mathematical model into non-dimensional form. Laplace transformation operator applied to gain the solution from fractional model, then obtained results expressed in the form of well-known special functions. The influence of various pertinent parameters involving in the solution was carefully examined to unveil intriguing findings. Upon comparison, we observed that the CPC approach yielded better results, after comparison with classical models documented in the literature, with graphical representations provided to illustrate these outcomes. To comprehensively analyze the dynamics of the proposed problem, physical influence of various parameters is studied and repercussions are graphically highlighted and discussed. The primary objective of this research is to develop a mathematical model, analyze the dynamic occurrence of thermal shock and exploration of how thermal memory with moving line impact of heat transfer within biological tissues. An extended version of the Pennes equation as its foundational framework, a new fractional modelling approach called the Prabhakar fractional operator to investigate and a novel time-fractional interpretation of Fourier's law that incorporates its historical behaviour. This fractional operator has multi parameter generalized Mittag-Leffler kernel. The fractional formulation of heat flow, achieved through a generalized fractional operator with a non-singular type kernel, enables the representation of the finite propagation speed of heat waves. Furthermore, the dynamics of thermal source continually generates a linear thermal shock at predefined locations within the tissue. Introduced the appropriate set of variables to transform the governing equations into dimensionless form. Laplace transform (LT) is operated on the fractional system of equations and results are presented in series form and also expressed the solution in the form of special functions. The article derives analytical solutions for the heat transfer phenomena of both the generalized model, in the Laplace domain, and the ordinary model in the real domain, employing Laplace inverse transformation. However some of the opponents and critics try to disgrace Islam by speculating and conjecturing with insufficient knowledge or understanding. Anwar Sheikh is one of the apostates of the Subcontinent who spread repugnance against Islam through his mistaken ideas. He targeted the holy Qur'ān, ḥadīth, Sīrah of the Holy Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم(, Islamic history, culture, and civilization. Jihād is also included in his allegations. He reverted from Islam and passed his several years in Europe where the environment changed his mind. Though, there is the concept of holy war in other religions but, in this case, Anwar criticized Islam mostly. β -decay is one of the key factors for understanding the r-process and evolution of massive stars. The Gamow–Teller (GT) transitions drive the β -decay process. We employ the proton–neutron quasiparticle random phase approximation (pn-QRPA) model to calculate terrestrial and stellar β -decay rates for 50 top-ranked nuclei possessing astrophysical significance according to a recent survey. The model parameters of the pn-QRPA model affect the predicted results of β -decay. The current study investigates the effect of nucleon–nucleon pairing gaps on charge-changing transitions and the associated β decay rates. Three different values of pairing gaps, namely TF, 3TF, and 5TF, were used in our investigation. It was concluded that both GT strength distributions and half-lives are sensitive to pairing gap values. The 3TF pairing gap scheme, in our chosen nuclear model, resulted in the best prediction with around 80% of the calculated half-lives within a factor 10 of the measured ones. Halide perovskite materials belong to a fascinating novel class, and recently captured incredible attention as a leading aspirant for next-generation photovoltaic technology, because of their flexible chemistry and extraordinary optoelectronic properties, they also deliver a pattern for designing new materials for energy conversion and energy storage applications. In this study, we thoroughly explore the structural, electronic, optical and mechanical properties of the inorganic halide cubic perovskites (CsInX3; X = Br, Cl) for solar cell (SC) application, simulated under density functional theory (DFT) based WIEN2k code with PBE-GGA approximation. The optimized lattice parameters were found to be 11.67 Ǻ for CsInBr3 and 11.16 Ǻ for CsInCl3, respectively. The variation in the structural parameters with changing the halogen atom from Br to Cl was observed. The electronic and optical properties were computed by TB-mBJ method. These halide perovskites reveal an indirect energy bandgap quantified as 1.22 and 2.2 eV, high absorption coefficient and low reflectivity. The elastic constants (C11, C12 and C44) followed the Born stability condition, and confirmed the mechanical stability. According to the Poisson ratio (ν) and Pugh's ratio (B/G), materials endorsed ductile behaviour as well exhibit anisotropic nature. Moreover, our theoretical findings suggested that the investigated materials have high absorption coefficients, high conductivity and low reflectivity, which makes them promising contender for SC applications. The dynamics of hyperbolic tangent nanofluid, coupled with thermal radiation and chemical reactions, find extensive applications in various fields, including drying processes, oil emulsions, ceramics, prevention of crop damage from freezing, and dehydration processes. Therefore, the primary objective of the present contribution is to scrutinize the dynamic behavior of hyperbolic tangent nanofluid with consideration for both chemical reactions and thermal radiation effects subject to a prescribed thermal system. To model the nanofluid’s behavior, we have employed Buongiorno’s nanofluid model, which incorporates random motion and thermo-diffusion of nanostructured particles. The thermal performance of the hyperbolic tangent nanofluid is analyzed under two boundary conditions: prescribed surface temperature (PST) and prescribed heat flux (PHF). To facilitate the analysis, we have transformed the transport PDEs in Cartesian configuration into ODEs. Subsequently, we have employed the highly efficient HAM (homotopy analysis method) to solve the obtained system. The study explores the influence of various flowing constraints on key configurations such as temperature formation, velocity formation, concentration formation, local drag formation, Nusselt number, and Sherwood number. Notably, the Nusselt number diminishes with the inclusion of thermo $\left({0.2 \le {N_t} \le 1.1} \right)$0.2≤Nt≤1.1 and Brownian $\left({0.3 \le {N_b} \le 1.1} \right)$0.3≤Nb≤1.1 diffusions of nanoparticles, while it increases with an escalation in the thermal radiation $\left({0.0 \le {R_d} \le 2.5} \right)$0.0≤Rd≤2.5 parameter. The origin and micro-texture of ooids remain controversial. This study presents a review of microstructure of ooids and explains the origin of microstructures in Cambrian ooids in the North China Platform. Factors controlling the morphology and mineral composition of ooid are very complex. Ooids form by a combination of physical, chemical and biological processes, in various environments. Recent studies on modern Bahamian ooids and laboratory experiments with microbial cultures highlight the formation of ooids without detailed explanation of the role of amorphous calcium carbonate (ACC). This review reinforces the biochemical hypothesis for the origin of ooids and proposes the sequence of microbial activities that involves the active and stationary stages in its formation. Microbes, particularly the filamentous fossils of calcified sheath of cyanobacteria, excrete extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) that act as a template for the formation of ACC. The dark micrite bands, dominated by filamentous cyanobacteria within the cortex and the core of the Cambrian pelagic and benthic ooids of the North China Platform supports the biochemical origin of ooid formation. AbstractPharmacology, medicine, psychology, and the animal sciences all employ repeated measurement designs (RMDs). However, RMDs may experience carryover effects, which are the primary cause of bias in treatment effect estimation. In order to eliminate the carryover effects for odd v (the number of treatments), minimal circular balanced and strongly balanced repeated measurement designs (RMDs) are the ones that should be used. The minimal circular partially balanced and weakly balanced RMDs are used for even v. In order to obtain these important classes of minimal circular RMDs in periods of equal, two, and three different sizes, an R-based algorithm is developed in this article. The PANI-NiO composites were synthesized by employing an in situ chemical polymerization technique, with varying weight percentages of NiO dopant (PANI-5%NiO and PANI-10%NiO). Additionally, AC conductivity, dielectric constant and dielectric loss were investigated within a frequency range from 20 Hz to 1 MHz. XRD confirmed the phase purity and high crystallinity. SEM reveals the granular shape with a porous surface. In addition, the incorporation of NiO with different concentrations influences the composite’s dielectric properties. All samples exhibited frequency-dependent dielectric properties in line with the Maxwell–Wagner model. Notably, the AC conductivity of PANI-10% NiO composite increased as the frequency increased, this behaviour was certified with Jonscher’s power law. The I–V characteristics confirm the ohmic nature of all synthesized samples. This research work proposes a novel approach for multi stage decision analysis (MSDA) using innovative concepts of cubic intuitionistic fuzzy set (CIFS) theory. The paper introduces CIF-technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) as a robust method for MSDA problems, particularly for the diagnosis of epilepsy disorders. To achieve this goal, new similarity measures (SMs) are developed for CIFS, including the Cosine angle between two vectors, a new distance measure, and the Cosine function, presented as three different types of Cosine similarity measures. The proposed CIF-TOPSIS approach is found to be suitable for precise value performance ratings and is expected to be a viable approach for case studies in the diagnosis of epilepsy disorders. This study explores the modified Oskolkov equation, which depicts the behavior of the incompressible viscoelastic Kelvin–Voigt fluid. The primary focus of this research lies in several key areas. Firstly, the Lie symmetries of the considered equation are identified. These symmetries are utilized to transform the discussed model into an ordinary differential equation. Analytical solutions are subsequently derived using the new auxiliary equation technique. Next, a comprehensive analysis of the equation's dynamic nature is undertaken from multiple aspects. Bifurcation is carried out at fixed points within the system, and chaotic behavior is unveiled by introducing an external force to the dynamic system. Background: Ovine and caprine theileriosis is a tick-borne hemoprotozoan disease, caused by Theileria spp., responsible for heavy economic losses in terms of high mortality and morbidity rates. Diagnosis of ovine theileriosis is primarily based on clinical symptoms, microscopic screening of stained blood smears, and lymph node biopsy smears, but the limitations of these detection methods against Theileria spp. infection limits their specificity. Aim: To overcome these limitations, the current study reports the differential diagnosis of theileriosis through a blood smear examination and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in small ruminants from Pakistan. Methods: The study was conducted on 1,200 apparently healthy small ruminants (737 sheep and 463 goats). First, blood smears were screened for the presence of Theileria piroplasms in red blood cells. Second, PCR amplification based on 18S rRNA gene was performed by using primers specific to Theileria spp. Results: Out of the 1,200 samples of examined blood smears, 100 animals (8.33%) were found positive for Theileria species, which showed intra-erythrocytic bodies in the form of dot and comma shapes. Amplification of the isolated DNA from randomly collected blood samples of 737 sheep and 463 goats showed that an amplicon size of 1,098 bp was positive for Theileria spp. In total, 315 out of the 1,200 small ruminants examined in this study were found positive for Theileria spp. DNA through PCR amplification. Notably, out of the 885 blood samples negative by PCR amplification, only 15 blood samples were found positive by the blood smear test. Conversely, 230 blood samples that tested negative in the smear technique produced a specific band through PCR amplification. Overall, the sensitivity and specificity rates were 26.98% and 98.31% for the blood smear method and 73.01% and 100% for the PCR assay, respectively. Conclusion: Our finding suggests that PCR is the gold standard method compared to the conventional method of smear examination for the diagnosis of ovine and caprine theileriosis in Pakistan. Nanolubricants fall among the newly evolved and emerged technologies used in lubrication and heat transfer systems due to their unique thermo-physical properties. They are crucial to the industry because they enhance surface performance, reduce maintenance and fuel costs and boost engine efficiency. They are also used in mechanical systems to efficiently minimize friction and surplus heat. The present investigation focuses to analyze Darcy–Forchheimer flow of magnetized ZnO-SAE50 nanolubricant across Riga plate. Riga plate is poised of an electromagnetic equator that consists of an everlasting magnet and a span-wise collection of irregular electrodes mounted over a planner surface and is utilized in achieving proficient flow. The flow takes place in the presence of viscous dissipation, heat source–sink and chemical reaction of higher order. Newtonian heating and thermophoretic particle deposition effects are also investigated in this study. The role of viscosity is quite important and dynamical in various engineering and industrial fields. The viscosity variation highly fluctuates the thermal systems. The present work also highlights the role of variable viscosity, owing to its importance. A novel micro-nano-convection model called the Patel model is invoked in perspective of the enhancement in thermal conductivity of nanolubricant. The use of ZnO-SAE50 nanolubricant (a brand-new form of nanolubricant) over Riga plate, variable viscosity effects and the application of Patel model are novel features of this study. The application of selected transformations causes the modeled PDEs to change into ODEs. The modeled problem is executed numerically with MATLAB bvp-4c solver. The alterations in the concerned profiles corresponding to various emerging parameters of interest are presented graphically in order to develop better understanding and make analysis. The outcomes reveal that larger modified Hartmann number significantly favors the velocity of nanolubricant ZnO-SAE50, while solid volume fraction, magnetic parameter and variable viscosity parameter halt it. The heat source–sink parameter, Eckert number and solid volume fraction are found to be helpful agents in improving temperature of nanolubricant ZnO-SAE50. In comparison with Newtonian heating (NH), common wall temperature condition (CWT) yields better thermal enhancement. The enhancing chemical reaction order ameliorates the concentration profile but it gets minified for chemical reaction parameter and thermophoresis parameter. The increasing values of magnetic parameter, variable viscosity parameter and inertial parameter tend to enhance the skin friction, while the modified Hartman number reduces it. In this study, we explore a fractional non-linear coupled option pricing and volatility system. The model under consideration can be viewed as a fractional non-linear coupled wave alternative to the Black–Scholes option pricing governing system, introducing a leveraging effect where stock volatility corresponds to stock returns. Employing the inverse scattering transformation, we find that the Cauchy problem for this model is insolvable. Consequently, we utilize the Φ 6 -expansion algorithm to generate generalized novel solitonic analytical wave structures within the system. We present graphical representations in contour, 3D, and 2D formats to illustrate how the system's behavior responds to the propagation of pulses, enabling us to predict suitable parameter values that align with the data. Fuzzy sets, soft sets and N-soft set are essential concepts for fuzzy modeling, decision making under uncertainty and computational intelligence. Nevertheless, all these models have some limitations imposed on the alternatives and attributes. These mathematical models were unable to handle the situations whenever decision makers need to assign non-binary evaluations to both attributes and alternatives. To overcome these problems, Riaz et al. (Symmetry 13(5):1–31, 2021) proposed the idea of M-parameterized N-soft set (MPNSS), through examining independent non-binary evaluations to both parameters and alternatives. MPNSSs are highly convenient in representation of ambiguous and uncertain data in decision analysis during ranking, rating and grading the objects. The proposed model has greater efficiency to handle the imprecision rather than existing mathematical models. Additionally, we develop multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) techniques on account of M-parameterized N-soft sets (MPNSSs), M-parameterized N-soft aggregation operators (MPNSAO) and M-parameterized N-soft weighted aggregation operators (MPNSWAO). For these objectives, we define fundamental operations on MPNSSs and their properties. Meanwhile, several related results are well proven and some algorithms for MADM are also developed. Moreover, the applications of MADM techniques corresponding to proposed algorithms are explained by illustrative material. The depositional period of the early Miaolingian Maozhuang Formation in the North China Platform (NCP) is characterized by sediments of a restricted tidal-flat facies zone, i.e., transgressive red bed (sabkha facies) and highstand dolostone, and by sediments of an open tidal-flat facies zone, i.e., transgressive red bed and highstand limestone. The Maozhuang Formation at the Jinzhouwan section is composed of sediments of an open tidal-flat facies in which highstand limestone is marked by a set of bioherms that represent rare examples of microbial carbonates in the NCP. They consist of stromatolites and leiolites with intercalations of oolitic grainstones that can be categorized into four units: Unit [1] encompasses large-scale columnar stromatolites, small quartz grains and trilobite fragments; Unit [2] consists of structureless leiolites that contain trilobite fragments, quartz grains, and few dark and dense clumps of micrite dominated by calcified sheaths of filamentous cyanobacteria which probably grew in relatively thick cyanobacterial mats; Unit [3] comprises radial ooids that contain abundant fossils of calcified sheaths of filamentous cyanobacteria that might be genetically involved in the formation of ooids; Unit [4] contains small columnar stromatolites and small-scale micritic clumps dominated by filamentous cyanobacteria. The filamentous fossils in units [3] and [4] provide useful information regarding the origin of radial ooids and stromatolites in normal marine environment. Further, the large and small columnar stromatolites of early Miaolingian age in units [1] and [4] represent a unique example because they belong to the first episode of cyanbacterial calcification at the base of Phanerozoic. The southwestern foothills of the Himalayan Mountain range have been experiencing a surge of catastrophic landslides in the last two decades, as a tragic result of the adverse effects of climate change. This research is about the landslide risk assessment (LRA) which has not been explored yet in the landslide-prone district Muzaffarabad, Pakistan. Landslide susceptibility (spatial probability) was analyzed using random forest model while landslide hazard (temporal probability) was analyzed using Poisson probability model. A random forest-based landslide susceptibility map depicts an accuracy of 0.90. A landslide hazard map was generated by multiplying the temporal probability with the spatial probability and classified as well. Semi-quantitative danger pixels and a fuzzy set theory approach for LRA have been adopted to estimate future landslide risks in the region. The pixel-based LRA approach indicates that 14, 18 and 20 km2 area of settlement while, the fuzzy set theory-based approach depicts that 15, 19 and 21 km2 area of the settlement are under very high landslide risk for 1-, 3-, and 5- year return period respectively. Both approaches produced risk maps that designated various risk zones with almost the same area coverage and results. The LRA maps were classified into five classes including very high (1.99%, 2.33%, 2.80%), high (2.16%, 2.53%, 3.04%), moderate (8.02%, 9.79%, 11.22%), low (17.76%, 22.94%, 23.20%), and very low (70.08%, 62.40%, 59.74%) risk zones for 1, 3 and 5 years return period respectively. This research will assist planners and scientists in developing high-precision management strategies for landslide-affected natural resources, especially in the context of the increasing impact of geomorphic hazards on climate change. Purpose: Drawing upon social cognitive theory, this study aims to investigate the potential predictors and consequences of social media health-misinformation seeking behavior during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Design/methodology/approach: Using a sample of 230 international students studying at Wuhan University and Beijing Language and Cultural University, China, this study employs structural equation modeling to analyze the collected data. Findings: The results indicate that personal factors such as lack of health information literacy, environmental factors, information overload and social media peer influence have a significant effect on behavior, namely social media health-misinformation seeking behavior, which further influences outcomes, namely social media users' anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, both lack of health information literacy and social media peer influence have significant and direct effects on social media users' anxiety. However, the direct effect of information overload on social media users' anxiety is insignificant. Originality/value: First, this study contributes to the literature on the individuals' social media health-misinformation seeking behavior, its precursors and its consequences, specifically on their mental healthcare during a pandemic situation. BACKGROUND: In 2016, ESPGHAN/NASPGHAN issued revised guidelines for the management of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection in children and adolescents. Recommendations include performing antibiotic susceptibility testing to tailor therapy. The aim of our study was to evaluate the H. pylori treatment landscape in pediatric patients at our institution. METHODS: We performed a retrospective study of patients diagnosed with H. pylori infection at a single academic children's hospital from 2015 to 2021. The frequency of each treatment regimen and their respective eradication rates were calculated. We compared trends in antibiotic prescriptions and eradication rates before and after 2016. RESULTS: One hundred and ninety-six patients were included. Triple therapy with amoxicillin, clarithromycin, and a proton pump inhibiter (PPI) was the most often prescribed regimen (46.5%), followed by amoxicillin, metronidazole, and PPI (33%). Eradication rates were 70% for amoxicillin, clarithromycin, and PPI and 64% for amoxicillin, metronidazole, and PPI. CONCLUSION: Our results show eradication rates for both regimens were comparable but suboptimal, highlighting the need to incorporate resistance testing into broader practice. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In cotton growing areas, short duration sunflower hybrids are desired. The sunflower hybrid ORISUN-675 was developed as short duration sunflower hybrid with better yield in 2016. ORISUN-675 was the outcome of hybridization between CMS line ORI-01 and a restorer line RL-72. The initial cross was attempted during 2016 at farm area of Oilseeds Research Institute, Faisalabad. Later on, this hybrid was tested at various levels like on station trial and multilocation trails for yield and stability evaluation and proved its worth against Hysun-33, NKS-278 and AGSUN-5264. The Station Yield Trial was conducted during 2017 at Oilseeds Research Institute, Faisalabad and Micro Yield Trial during 2018 at various locations in Punjab. National Uniform Sunflower Yield Trials were conducted during 2019 and 2020 at different ecological zones of Pakistan under the supervision of Pakistan Agricultural Research Council. All yield trials showed outstanding results of ORISUN-675 in terms of yield and quality against check hybrids. Mean yield of sunflower hybrids showed that ORISUN-675 had the highest average seed yield of 2636 kg/ha under various locations with the highest seed yield of 3367 kg/ha at Rajanpur district followed by the district D.I. Khan with the seed yield of 3248 kg/ha. It also showed good results against disease infestation and attack of insect pests. It has a very good oil quality with excellent ratio of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. Stability studies at various locations of Pakistan also showed the worth of this hybrid. Moreover, this hybrid showed very good results at southern Punjab (Cotton zone) which makes it suitable for cotton sunflower cotton cropping scheme. On the basis of yield and stability evaluation, ORISUN-675 was recommended by the Variety Evaluation Committee (VEC) of Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) during 2020 for general cultivation in whole Pakistan whereas it is approved by Punjab Seed Council (PSC) for general cultivation in Punjab during 2021. Heterocyclic ketene aminals (HKAs) have been used to synthesize diaza‐benzo[a]anthracenedione derivatives through highly efficient one pot three‐component cascade reaction from readily available precursors. 2‐Hydroxy‐1,4‐naphthoquinone (HNQ) and aromatic aldehydes are reacted with heterocyclic ketene aminals via Et3N‐catalyzed tandem [3+2+1] annulation under solvent‐free conditions. These reactions were very smooth, productive with high yield and highly regioselective for the synthesis of novel fused tetracyclic compounds (4 a–4 i). These synthesized compounds were discovered to be potent inhibitors of the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) enzymes, with Ki values for BChE ranging from 27.37±4.70 to 78.06±6.96 nM and AChE from 59.01±6.91 to 150.88±14.84 nM, respectively. Mosquitoes vector many infectious diseases and pose a serious threat to public health in developing countries. A wide array of synthetic insecticides is employed against these vectors. As the mosquitoes have got resistance to most of these chemical insecticides, there is a dire need to explore alternative control strategies such as entomopathogens. This laboratory study was aimed at isolating, purifying and evaluating the insecticidal proteins from indigenous strains of soil-inhabiting pathogenic bacteria against the larvae of southern house mosquito (Culex quinquefasciatus) and to identify the larval midgut receptor of bacterial toxin. One hundred bacterial isolates were isolated and screened. Only two isolates (AA-11 and AA-19) exhibited considerable larval mortality (> 80%) and were further identified by sequencing and blasting their 16 S rDNA gene fragments. Isolate AA-11 was identified as Pseudomonas sp. with 96% similarity, while AA-19 as Lysinibacillus sphaericus with 98% similarity. Microscopic analysis and gram staining of AA-19 confirmed its rod-shape structure and gram positive nature, respectively. It is likely that the bacterial isolate AA-19 was L. sphaericus. Furthermore, protein purification of this bacterial isolate revealed two proteins of approximately 51 and 43 kDa which reduced to 43 and 39 kDa respectively after digestion with trypsin indicating that these were Bin B and Bin A toxin proteins respectively of L. sphaericus. Results of toxicity bioassay revealed that the purified and activated toxin was highly toxic to C. quinquefasciatus larvae with a LC50 value of 191 ppb. Pull-down assays demonstrated that one protein of 66.5 kDa was pulled down by CNBr-beads conjugated with insecticidal proteins (Bin B and A). The pulled down protein was considered as C. quinquefasciatus maltase 1 (Cqm1), a receptor of Bin toxin in the midgut of mosquito larvae. After binding with its receptor, it is probable that Bin toxin induced vaculation, pore formation, autophagy and apoptosis in the midgut cells of C. quinquefasciatus larvae to cause septicemia. Conclusively, the purified and activated insecticidal protein (Bin toxin) can be a key part of integrated vector management and has potential to be developed as commercial microbial formulation against mosquito larvae with a low risk to environment and non-target insects. Picture fuzzy sets (PFSs), the generalization of intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs), are more capable of dealing with vague data in real-life problems. Models based on PFSs may be suitable particularly in those circumstances where human perceptions become challenging as well as various kinds of reasoning, like yes, no, abstention, or denial. The aggregation operators (AOs) are essential components in information aggregation as they have the ability to aggregate a group of fuzzy numbers into a single fuzzy number of the same kind. A lot of aggregation operations for PFSs have been developed. Nevertheless, the existing aggregation operators for picture fuzzy information are inaccurate as they fail to aggregate a group of picture fuzzy numbers into a single picture fuzzy number (PFN). To cover the drawbacks of existing AOs, we developed some modified picture fuzzy aggregation operators (PFAOs) named as picture fuzzy modified weighted averaging (PFMWA), picture fuzzy modified ordered weighted averaging (PFMOWA) and picture fuzzy modified hybrid averaging (PFMHA) aggregation operator along with their distinctive features. These operators are essential in developing new multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) techniques. This paper defines a number of stakeholder roles (or tactics), with an objective of overcoming the challenges to executing Education 4.0 (EDUC4) that have recently been highlighted in the literature. A MCDM problem provides the basis for the evaluation of the responsibilities of the stakeholders with respect to these constraints. Several management concerns are provided as stepping stones for the development of EDUC4 implementation. Lignification is a vital function in plants for improving tolerance against stressors. This article presents studies conducted on the relationship of wheat straw lignin with enhanced plant adaptation against lodging and stressors. Herein, we provide a thorough discussion of the chemical structure and lignin composition of straw and its alteration and uses. Lignin plays a critical role in withstanding harsh environments (biotic and abiotic). Resistance to accommodation in wheat also plays a critical role. Lignin can also produce several products, e.g., costly petroleum-based materials and other vital products, such as resins and composites, and new materials, such as biofuels and chemicals. In this study, wheat straw lignification analysis highlighted that lignin formation regulates cellulose and hemicellulose biosynthesis. In addition, the analysis showed considerable encouragement of lignin growth inside wheat straw and the formation of lignin interfaces, as for cellulose and hemicellulose. Wheat straw lignin is an important source of many essential bioactive moieties, particularly lignocelluloses, straw-based biofuels, and various chemicals. We also explored the molecular tools that influence lignin formation in wheat and the significant strides taken in broadening our understanding of nanotechnology tools. This knowledge could assist in the development of advanced wheat cultivars, increase lignin content, and strengthen feedstock efficiency, reducing the impact of other lignin-associated agronomic gains. Several devastating landslides have occurred in the NW Himalayas, which has prompted several researchers to strive for improvement in landslide susceptibility modelling (LSM) methodologies. This research analyzes the effectiveness of alternative landslide partitioning techniques on LSM in the landslide-prone district, Muzaffarabad, Pakistan. We developed a landslide inventory of 961 landslides and then traditionally divided it into training (672; 70%) and testing (289; 30%) samples. These training samples (672) are processed by the Average Nearest Neighbour Index (ANNI) method to estimate the spatial pattern of landslides in nature. The results provide an ANNI ratio of 0.672 confirming that the landslides distribution pattern is cluster in the complex Himalayan terrain of Muzaffarabad. Among 672, the majority of landslides (529; 79%) depict cluster behaviour, while 189 landslides (21%) depict random behaviour. To evaluate the effectiveness of landslide cluster samples in prediction, five machine learning algorithms (MLAs), that is, K-Nearest Neighbour (KNN), Naïve Bayes (NB), Random Forest (RF), Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) and Logistic Regression (LR) using proposed cluster (529) and traditional (672) random training samples along with 17 geo-environmental factors are executed. However, testing samples (289; 30%) separated at the initial stage remained the same to check the model's effectiveness. The areas under the curve (AUC-ROC), sensitivity, specificity, Kappa index and accuracy (ACC) have been used to evaluate the MLA's performances. An alternative partitioning technique (cluster) shows the highest predictive power with AUC-ROC values ranging from 0.96 to 0.86, Kappa index ranges from 0.76 to 0.60 and ACC ranges from 0.90 to 0.83. Conversely, the random partitioning approach performs less well with AUC-ROC values ranging from 0.95 to 0.83, Kappa index ranges from 0.70 to 0.49 and ACC ranges from 0.87 to 0.80. In comparison, the RF cluster sampling-based model outperforms the other models and their counterparts. The RF model achieved the highest accuracy (0.902), highest AUC (0.962) and highest Kappa index (0.755) followed by XGboost having ACC (0.885), AUC (0.95) and Kappa index (0.724) employing proposed cluster training samples. However, traditional random training samples yield comparatively low ACC of RF (0.868) and XGboost (0.862). These results confirm that cluster training sampling performs well in obtaining reliable and precise LSMs for complex Himalayan terrain. Although random landslide partitioning for training datasets is seldom utilized in LSM, this study highlights that cluster partitioning for landslide training datasets might be a realistic and reliable approach. Phytobioactive compounds are plant secondary metabolites and bioactive compounds abundantly present in medicinal plants and have remarkable therapeutic potential. Oxidative stress and antibiotic resistance are major causes of present‐day ailments such as diabetes, atherosclerosis, cardiovascular disorders, cancer, and inflammation. The data for this review were collected from Google Scholar, PubMed, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and Science Direct by using keywords: "Medicinal plants, Phytobioactive compounds, Polyphenols, Alkaloids, Carotenoids etc." Several studies have reported the pharmacological and therapeutic potential of the phytobioactives. Polyphenols, alkaloids, terpenes, and polysaccharides isolated from medicinal plants showed remarkable antioxidant, anticancer, cytotoxic, anti‐inflammatory, cardioprotective, hepatoprotective, immunomodulatory, neuroprotective, and antidiabetic activities. This literature review was planned to provide comprehensive insight into the biopharmacological and therapeutic potential of phytobioactive compounds. The techniques used for the extraction and isolation of phytobioactive compounds, and bioassays required for their biological activities such as antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti‐inflammatory, and cytotoxic activities, have been discussed. Characterization techniques for the structural elucidation of phytobioactive compounds such as HPLC, TLC, FTIR, GC–MS/MS, and NMR have also been discussed. Background of the Study. Statistical models have been extensively used in modeling and forecasting the different fields of agriculture, economics, social sciences, and medical sciences. The transmission of some diseases is a serious life threat around the globe; therefore, proper assessment and modeling need time. Malaria is one of the major life-threatening diseases in Pakistan, and some death cases due to this disease have been reported during the last decade. Methodology. The data have been collected from the Ministry of Health, Rahim Yar Khan, Pakistan, from January 2011 to March 2022. Data were analyzed by applying time series models for prediction purposes. Diagnostic measures such as RMSE, MAE, and MAPE were used to choose the best forecasting model. Results and Discussion. This study aims to forecast malaria cases by choosing the best forecast model. After comparison, it was concluded that the Holt–Winter multiplicative model outperformed the ARIMA and SARIMA models, with the lowest RMSE, MAPE, and MAE compared to other models. Malaria cases in the district Rahim Yar Khan were forecasted by the Holt–Winter multiplicative model, for the month of April 2022 to January 2023. From the forecasting results, the minimum number of cases was found to be 586.75 in June 2022 and the maximum number of cases was found to be 1281.93 in October 2022 among the next ten months. The current study scrutinizes heat and mass transfer features of magnetized flow of ZnO - S A E 50 nanolubricant over Riga plate in a Darcy Forchheimer medium. The effects of variable viscosity, thermal radiation, variable thermal conductivity, viscous dissipation and uniform heat source/sink are examined in this study. The diffusion model presented by Cattaneo–Christov is incorporated in this study to enclose heat and mass transport phenomenon. Additionally, the mass transfer rate is inspected subjected to the effects of variable solutal diffusivity and higher order chemical reaction. Heat and mass transfer phenomena have significant applications in the disciplines of science and technology that can be seen everywhere in nature. This simultaneous transportation phenomenon indicates a variety of applications in manufacturing processes, aerodynamics, cooling systems, environmental sciences, oceanography, food industries, biological disciplines, and energy transport systems etc. The modeled system of PDEs is metamorphosed to nonlinear ODEs with the introduction of appropriate transformations. An eminent bvp4c method in MATLAB has been incorporated to execute the resulting system of ODEs numerically. The outcomes of velocity, temperature and concentration profiles corresponding to various emerging parameters have been exposed graphically. The motion of ZnO - S A E 50 nanolubricant tends to enhance significantly with larger modified Hartmann number, whereas converse behavior is reported by increasing porosity parameter and variable viscosity parameter. The greater heat transfer rate is observed for variable thermal conductivity parameter. The rates of heat and mass transfer slow down for thermal and solutal time relaxation parameters respectively. The concentration profile gets enriched by growing the order of the chemical reaction and variable mass diffusivity parameter. It is concluded that by increasing solid volume fraction up to 1.5 % , the viscosity of the nanolubricant enhances up to 12 % which consequently slows down motion of the nanolubricant but increases temperature and concentration profiles. With growing demands for portable electronics, flexible aqueous energy storage devices such as supercapacitors and Zn‐based batteries have drawn tremendous interest from both academic and industrial fields. Organo‐hydrogels, crosslinked amphiphilic polymers filled with organic solvents and water, are regarded as an ideal electrolyte candidate for portable electronic applications, especially due to their superior environmental adaptation. Organo‐hydrogels can reserve the advantages of the corresponding hydrogels and achieve some unique features such as broad temperature tolerance, high mechanical stability, strong interfacial interaction, and decent ionic conductivity. This review outlines the composition fundamentals, preparation methods, and comprehensive properties of reported organo‐hydrogel electrolytes. In particular, supercapacitors and Zn‐based batteries that operate under harsh temperature conditions and unusual mechanical deformations endowed by organo‐hydrogel electrolytes are further highlighted. Purpose: Heavy metal, particularly cadmium (Cd) is toxic to rice growth. Studies showed that nano-silicon particles (SiNPs) can alleviate Cd toxicity. However, underlying mechanisms especially cell wall adsorption and different forms of pectin are rarely investigated. Methods: In this experiment, the impacts of foliar application of SiNPs (2.5 mM) were investigated to alleviate Cd stress (50 μM) in rice and to study the role of SiNPs in reducing Cd-induced inhibition of plant growth, antioxidant defense systems, Cd translocation, and cell wall adsorption. Results: The results exhibited that Cd toxicity inhibited rice growth and biomass accumulation, meanwhile leaves had high concentrations of Cd. However, foliar application of SiNPs improved root and shoot growth. Moreover, Cd concentration was reduced in the leaves of rice seedlings. The results of Fourier Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) showed that SiNPs enhanced peak values of polysaccharides. In addition, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) showed high Cd contents in the roots of rice seedlings. Cell wall showed high concentrations of Cd, moreover, enhancement of antioxidant defense mechanism and the alleviation of oxidative stress symptoms in leaves by SiNPs may be directly related to the decrease of Cd concentration in leaves. Conclusion: Altogether, our study results show that SiNPs can alleviate Cd toxicity in rice seedlings by reducing Cd uptake and enhancing cell wall Cd adsorption and antioxidant defense system. To reduce greenhouse gas emissions, conserve the environment, and reduce dependency on fossil fuels, the transition from fossil energy to renewable energy is deemed essential. Several companies around the globe, especially big conglomerates, were pioneers in the use of renewable energy. For sustainable growth, Pakistani businesses are growing increasingly interested in the use of green sources in manufacturing and economic activities. In recent years, there has been a growth in the number of companies that are eager to use renewable energies to produce products that correspond to green standards, therefore boosting their competitiveness. Yet, the selection of an appropriate energy source for any industrially complex project is not a simple task, as numerous qualitative and quantitative characteristics must be considered. To arrive at a feasible conclusion, this research provides a multi-criteria paradigm for sustainable energy selection in a single-valued neutrosophic environment. This work developed an innovative aggregation operators approach that interprets the input evaluation using single-valued neutrosophic numbers. For this, a "single-valued neutrosophic prioritized interactive weighted averaging operator and single-valued neutrosophic prioritized interactive weighted geometric operator" has been introduced. Several additional appealing features of these aggregation operators are also discussed. The application of the recommended operators for sustainable energy related to the industrial complex is discussed. In natural free surface flows, sediment particles in the surface layer of a sediment bed are moved and entrained by the fluctuating hydrodynamic forces, such as lift and drag, exerted by the overlying flow. Accurate prediction of near-bed hydrodynamic forces in rapidly varied flows is vital for coastal sediment transport and morphodynamics. Directly measured hydrodynamic forces within the rapidly varied flows over rough bed layer have been limited by previous spatial averaging shear force studies. Therefore, the direct measurements were designed and adapted to estimate tidal bore forces, including longitudinal (drag) and vertical (lift) force on near-bed sediment particle. Specially designed experiments were conducted to measure the instantaneous forces using a highly sensitive force sensor assembled with a target sphere. A novel 1D-CNN model (i.e. SedimentNet) has been developed for the prediction of hydrodynamic forces and compared with existing machine learning models (i.e. Decision Tree (DT), Random Forest (RF), Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), Support Vector Regressor (SVR), XGBoost, k -Nearest Neighbour (k -NN)). The parameters affecting near-bed hydrodynamic forces are also analysed. In the context of machine learning, both conventional dataset split and fivefold cross-validation approaches were implemented. The results indicated that the proposed SedimentNet was able to achieve marginally better cross-validation performance (i.e. R 2 score of 0.77 for drag force, R 2 score of 0.96 for lift force) for the prediction of drag and lift forces. RF and XGBoost were the second best models with R 2 score of 0.73 and 0.95 for drag and lift force prediction, respectively. Results also showed the potential of machine learning models for the efficient prediction of complex hydrodynamic forces in a coastal environment. A use-case edge computing solution for the reported machine learning-based prediction of hydrodynamic forces has also been proposed and discussed to demonstrate the practical implementability of the presented research. The family of halide perovskite materials is extremely large and has gained huge attention because of their low manufacturing cost and extraordinary structural, optical, electrical, and optoelectronic properties. These materials also deliver a pattern for designing new materials for energy conversion and energy storage applications. Here, we synthesized potassium cadmium chloride KCdCl3-based halide perovskite nanocomposites with rGO and fullerene-C60 by facile solvothermal method and studied their physical and electrochemical properties. The orthorhombic phase of KCdCl3 was confirmed from XRD spectra, and the existence of constituent elements (K, Cd, Cl, and C) was confirmed from EDX analysis. SEM images evident the successful anchoring of KCdCl3 particles over rGO and C60. BET results revealed the high surface area, pore radius, and pore volume of the KCdCl3/C60 electrodes. Furthermore, the electrochemical measurements demonstrated that KCdCl3/C60-based electrodes have a higher specific capacitance of 1135 F/g at 5 mV/s and cyclic stability (97.6% retention over 3000th cycles) than other grown electrodes. Also, GCD measurement results revealed that KCdCl3/C60 electrode has a high specific capacitance of 1420 F/g, an energy density of 2052 Wh/kg, and a power density of 4.19 W/kg at 1.0 A/g than other electrodes. Finally, intensive discussion proposed that halide perovskite nanocomposite electrodes can be used efficiently as supercapacitors electrode materials for future development in this field. Cotton is an important cash crop of Pakistan and export commodity. Yield of cotton crop is affected by many factors but insect pests especially whitefly Bemisia tabaci (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae) is destroying cotton crop yield and quality in recent times. Many control measures are adopted against this pest including chemical control methods. Due to certain environmental issues and insecticide resistance problems, adoption of alternate methods of insect control is imperative. In this experiment we used some insecticides alone and in combination with Salicylic acid against B. tabaci. Flonicamid 50% DF at the rate of 80 g/ac and Diafenthiuran 50% SC at the rate of 200 mL/ac were used against Whitefly. Salicylic acid (SA) by Sigma-Aldrich 500 G was used 01 mL/L of water along with the tested insecticides under field conditions. Highest reduction 90.63% was observed in Flonicamid+SA treatment followed by 82.89% in Diafenthiuran +SA, Flonicamid 77.76%, Diafenthiuron 76.28% and lowest 29.36% reduction was observed in SA treatment with respect to control after 72 hrs. of treatment application. After 7 days maximum reduction 83.43% was observed in Flonicamid+SA followed by 69.02 % in Diafenthiuron+SA, 77.76% in Flonicamid, 66.37% in Diafenthiuron and lowest 21.97% recorded in SA treatment. In SA treatments population of rove beetle, green lace wing and spiders was significantly higher as compared to other treatments. It is evident from the results that SA has enhanced plant resistance against whitefly and thus reduced the damage of pest. Infection of hepatitis C (HCV) is a major threat to human health throughout the world. The current therapy program suffers from restricted efficiency and low tolerance, and there is serious demand frr novel medication. NS3/4A protease is observed to be very effective target for the treatment of HCV. A data set of the already reported HCV NS3/4A protease inhibitors was first docked into the NS3/4A protease (PDB ID: 4A92A) active sites of both protease and helicase sites for calculating the docking score, binding affinity, binding mode, and solvation energy. Then the data set of these reported inhibitors was used in a computer-based program "RECAP Analyses" implemented in MOE to fragment every molecule in the subset according to simple retrosynthetic analysis rules. The RECAP analysis fragments were then used in another computer-based program "RECAP Synthesis" to randomly recombine and generate synthetically reasonable novel chemical structures. The novel chemical structures thus produced were then docked against HCV NS3/4A. After a thorough validation of all undertaken steps, based on Lipinski's rule of five, docking score, binding affinity, solvation energy, and Van der Waal's interactions with HCV NS3/4A, 12 novel chemical structures were identified as inhibitors of HCV NS3/4A. In Pakistan, a hierarchical healthcare system is an efficient way of addressing the issue of limited and insufficient healthcare services. Identifying the various degrees of disease based on the doctor's diagnosis is an important step in developing the hierarchical healthcare treatment structure. This research presents a framework for dealing with the issue of diagnosis values presented as "picture fuzzy numbers (PFNs)". Specifically, the goal of this study is to establish some innovative operational laws and "aggregation operators" (AOs) in a picture fuzzy environment. In this regard, we proposed some new neutral or fair operational laws that incorporate the concept of proportional distribution in order to achieve a neutral or fair remedy to the positive, neutral and negative aspects of PFNs. Based on the developed operational laws, we proposed the "picture fuzzy fairly weighted average operator" and the "picture fuzzy fairly ordered weighted averaging operator". Compared to previous techniques, the proposed AOs provide more generalized and reliable. Furthermore, using proposed AOs with multiple decision-makers and partial weight information under PFNs, a "multi-criteria decision-making" algorithm is developed. Finally, we provide an example to show how the novel approach can aid hierarchical treatment systems. Simple Summary: Wheat is a staple food in Pakistan and Government of Pakistan stores huge amount of wheat every year to maintain food supply chains especially during scarcity period. Every year, surplus stored wheat is provided to poultry feed manufacturers at lower price and poultry feed manufacturers use stored wheat in diet of poultry with different exogenous enzymes. However, no data is available on the utilization of stored wheat (1.5 and 2.5 years storage) with or without exogenous enzymes in broilers. This study will provide evidence that storage of wheat will require exogenous enzymes in the diet of broilers for enhanced productivity. The current study was conducted to evaluate the effects of stored wheat-based diet (1.5 and 2.5 years stored wheat) with and without the supplementation of xylanase and phytase enzymes in combination or individually on performance parameters, digestibility, digesta viscosity and carcass characteristics of broilers. For this purpose, a total of 640-day-old male broilers were randomly distributed to the 64 pens, and each pen had 10 birds. Two basal isocaloric and isonitrogenous diets contained 1.5 and 2.5 years stored wheat were formulated in this experiment. In the current study, experimental feeds were prepared by supplementing exogenous enzymes in both basal diets with xylanase (500 XU), phytase (500 FTU) alone or in a combination of phytase and xylanase. Performance parameters data represents that both in starter phase and finisher phase, inclusion of exogenous enzymes xylanase and phytase in both basal diets alone or in combination enhance the feed intake, and body weight gain (p < 0.05) and improve the feed conversion ratio in overall phase (p < 0.05). Similarly, supplementation of exogenous xylanase and phytase alone or in combination enhance the nutrient digestibility and reduce the digesta viscosity (p < 0.05). Based on the results of this experiment, it is concluded that supplementation of exogenous xylanase and phytase enzymes alone or in combination in wheat-based diets (stored wheat 1.5 and 2.5 years) enhance and improves the performance of birds. The present work examines the analytical solutions of the double duffusive magneto free convective flow of Oldroyd-B fluid model of an inclined plate saturated in a porous media, either fixed or moving oscillated with existence of slanted externally magnetic field. The phenomenon has been expressed in terms of partial differential equations, then transformed the governing equations in non-dimensional form. On the fluid velocity, the influence of different angles that plate make with vertical is studied as well as slanted angles of the electro magnetic lines with the porous layered inclined plate are also discussed, associated with thermal conductivity and constant concentration. For seeking exact solutions in terms of special functions namely Mittag–Leffler functions, G-function etc., for Oldroyd-B fluid velocity, concentration and Oldroyd-B fluid temperature, Laplace integral transformation method is used to solve the non-dimensional model. The contribution of different velocity components are considered as thermal, mass and mechanical, and analyse the impacts of these components on the fluid dynamics. For several physical significance of various fluidic parameters on Oldroyd-B fluid velocity, concentration and Oldroyd-B fluid temperature distributions are demonstrated through various graphs. Furthermore, for being validated the acquired solutions, some limiting models such as Newtonian fluid in the absence of different fluidic parameters. The idea of a cubic bipolar fuzzy set (CBFS) is a new hybrid extension of the cubic set (CS) and the bipolar fuzzy set (BFS). A CBFS is a strong model to deal with bipolarity and fuzziness in terms of positive membership grades (PMGs) and negative membership grades (NMGs). A positive interval and a positive numbers represent a PMG to express the degree of belongingness of a specific property, and a negative interval and a negative number represent a NMG which defines the degree of non-belongingness of the specific property (or satisfaction level of its counter property). The aim of this paper is to define the cubic bipolar fuzzy topology under P-order (CBFSP topology) as well as the cubic bipolar fuzzy topology under R-order (CBFSR topology). We investigate certain properties and results of CBFSP topology and CBFSR topology. Topological structures on CBFSs are helping in the development of new artificial intelligence (AI) techniques for healthcare domain strategies and investigating various critical diseases. Such techniques allow for the early detection and investigation of diseases, assisting clinicians in minimizing the possible risk factors. An extended linear assignment model (LAM) and superiority and inferiority ranking method (SIR method) are proposed for healthcare diagnosis based on newly developed structures. The proposed LAM and SIR method are successfully applied for investigation of critical diseases. Availability, simplicity of processing, biodegradability, sustainability, and compatibility with human skin in terms of moisture management and temperature regulation, cellulosic fibers are preferred for clothing. In this study four (04) different cellulosic yarns (cotton, bamboo, viscose, and tencel) and two weave designs (1/1 plain and 2/2 warp rib) were used to develop eight (08) woven fabrics with equal thread densities, and their volume porosity %, air permeability, thermal resistance, water vapor permeability index, and moisture management properties were compared. The results showed that tencel fabrics showed the highest water vapor permeability index and overall moisture management capability (OMMC) values, whereas cotton fabrics had the highest values of volume porosity %, air permeability, and thermal resistance. Furthermore, the 2/2 warp rib weave design showed higher values of volume porosity %, air permeability, and thermal resistance in comparison with 1/1 plain woven fabrics, while the water vapor permeability index and OMMC values were higher in 1/1 plain woven fabrics. Familial cardiomyopathy is a precursor of heart failure and sudden cardiac death. Over the past several decades, researchers have discovered numerous gene mutations primarily in sarcomeric and cytoskeletal proteins causing two different disease phenotypes: hypertrophic (HCM) and dilated (DCM) cardiomyopathies. However, molecular mechanisms linking genotype to phenotype remain unclear. Here, we employ a systems approach by integrating experimental findings from preclinical studies (e.g. , murine data) into a cohesive signaling network to scrutinize genotype to phenotype mechanisms. We developed an HCM/DCM signaling network model utilizing a logic-based differential equations approach and evaluated model performance in predicting experimental data from four contexts (HCM, DCM, pressure overload, and volume overload). The model has an overall prediction accuracy of 83.8%, with higher accuracy in the HCM context (90%) than DCM (75%). Global sensitivity analysis identifies key signaling reactions, with calcium-mediated myofilament force development and calcium-calmodulin kinase signaling ranking the highest. A structural revision analysis indicates potential missing interactions that primarily control calcium regulatory proteins, increasing model prediction accuracy. Combination pharmacotherapy analysis suggests that downregulation of signaling components such as calcium, titin and its associated proteins, growth factor receptors, ERK1/2, and PI3K-AKT could inhibit myocyte growth in HCM. In experiments with patient-specific iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes (MLP-W4R;MYH7-R723C iPSC-CMs), combined inhibition of ERK1/2 and PI3K-AKT rescued the HCM phenotype, as predicted by the model. In DCM, PI3K-AKT-NFAT downregulation combined with upregulation of Ras/ERK1/2 or titin or Gq protein could ameliorate cardiomyocyte morphology. The model results suggest that HCM mutations that increase active force through elevated calcium sensitivity could increase ERK activity and decrease eccentricity through parallel growth factors, Gq-mediated, and titin pathways. Moreover, the model simulated the influence of existing medications on cardiac growth in HCM and DCM contexts.
