Oil-immersed power transformer is an important part of power grid, and its reliable operation plays a vital role in pomler system security. Aiming at the problem that the insulation state of transformer cannot be assessed quantitatively after long-term operation, the accelerated aging and damp tests of oil-paper insulation model are carried out in this paper. The influence of aging and damp of oil-paper insulation on its recovery voltage curves is explored. The particle swarm optimization (PSO) is used to improve the parameter prediction method of extreme learning machine (ELM), which realizes the quantitative assessment of aging and moisture of oil-paper insulation based on the characteristic parameters of the recovery voltage curve. By comparing the physical and chemical performance analysis of oil-paper insulation models, it is shown that the prediction accuracy of PSO-ELM method is much higher than that of traditional ELM method. The absolute error range for predicting the moisture content of oil-paper insulation the degree of polymerization (DP) of pressboard is less than ±0.4% or ±30, respectively.

Pipeline transportation is an economical and effective way for transferring carbon dioxide (CO2) to the sea, serving as a key procedure for an offshore carbon capture, utilization and sequestration (CCUS) project, as well as a core technology for the large-scale construction of CCUS projects in China. This study clarifies the advantages of China in the construction of offshore CCUS projects, typical offshore carbon pipeline scenarios, and typical offshore CO2 transportation modes. It also reviews the technologies and projects in China and abroad regarding offshore CO2 transportation via pipelines. The current technologies relevant to offshore CO2 pipeline transportation are systematically reviewed. Specifically, the process technologies include CO2 fluid state analysis and flow assurance; corrosion evaluation, monitoring, and early warning; real-time monitoring of pipe leakage; and release of high-pressure CO2 and its environmental impacts. The material technologies include the fracture of pipeline materials and its mitigation, high corrosion-resistant and sealing materials, key corrosion-control techniques for the long-term operation of pipelines, and corrosion risk evaluation of CO2 injection wells. Further efforts should focus on the following aspects: material selection systems for the complex conditions during offshore CO2 pipeline transportation, full-chain intelligent management and digital twin technologies for CO2 pipelines, key technologies regarding the whole life-time operation of subsea CO2 pipelines, and evaluation and assurance techniques for the transferred transportation pipelines. Furthermore, the following suggestions are proposed to promote the high-quality development of the offshore CO2 pipeline transportation system in China: (1) promoting the planning of offshore CO2 pipeline networks, (2) expanding interdisciplinary innovations, (3) establishing standards systems that applicable to both onshore and offshore scenarios, and (4) encouraging the participation of diversified technology service enterprises.

Treatment of breast cancer with low expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2; HER2-low) has drawn much attention in recent years. With the proven therapeutic effect of trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) in patients with HER2-low (immunohistochemistry [IHC] 1+, or IHC2+/in situ hybridization [ISH]-) breast cancer, HER2-low may become a new subtype of targeted therapy for breast cancer. The expert committee formulated this consensus based on the current clinical studies and clinical medication experience. The current consensus is the collaborative work of an interdisciplinary working group, including experts in the fields of pathology and oncology. The purpose of this consensus was to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of HER2-low breast cancer, thereby prolonging the overall survival of patients.

Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are important regulators of bone metabolism. In this study, lncRNA microarray analysis was used to identify differentially expressed lncRNAs in differentiated osteoclasts. lncRNA-Gm5532 is highly expressed during osteoclast differentiation. lncRNA-Gm5532 knockdown impairs osteoclast formation and bone resorption. Mechanistic experiments show that lncRNA-Gm5532 functions as a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) and acts as a sponge for miR-125a-3p, which promotes TNF receptor-associated factor 6 (TRAF6) expression. miR-125a-3p mimics suppress osteoclast differentiation and TAK1/NF-κB/MAPK signaling. The miR-125a-3p inhibitor reverses the negative effects of siGm5532 on osteoclast differentiation. In summary, our study reveals that lncRNA-Gm5532 functions as an activator in osteoclast differentiation by targeting the miR-125a-3p/TRAF6 axis, making it a novel biomarker and potential therapeutic target for osteoporosis.

Electromagnetic metamaterial is an artificial composite composed of periodic subwavelength microstructure，which has a strong conduction regulation or absorption effect on electromagnetic wave，and it has been widely studied in the field of stealth design of aviation weapons and equipment. In this paper，the concept of electromagnetic metamaterial is introduced firstly，and the latest research progresses of electromagnetic control metamaterial，electromagnetic absorbing metamaterial，active tunable metamaterial and intelligent metamaterial are reviewed. Then，the stealth mechanism and the application research status of electromagnetic deflection metamaterial，electromagnetic absorbing metamaterial and frequency selective metamaterial are introduced. It is analyzed that the rich stealth mechanism and the strong designability are the main advantages of electromagnetic metamaterials as distinct from the traditional absorbing materials. For the development of electromagnetic metamaterial，this paper puts forward three suggestions from expanding the absorbing spectrum，enhancing the absorbing performance，and smart tunable of absorbing ability，specifically including the expansion of absorbing spectrum to infrared，laser and ultraviolet band，further improving the broadband absorbing ability，and intelligent adjusting the absorbing frequency band.

Aimed at the problem that the accuracy of tool remaining life prediction was reduced due to the abnormal monitoring data in machining process, a data anomaly detection method based on self-paced learning was proposed. First, a multi-layer perceptron model was established to correlate the tool processing monitoring data with the tool remaining life. Next, in the process of updating model weight, the model weight parameters were fixed first, and the loss threshold of abnormal samples was obtained by predicting loss fitting Gaussian distribution. Then, the loss function based on the self-paced learning method was constructed to update model parameters iteratively. At the end of the model training, abnormal samples were divided according to the loss threshold. Finally, the actual processing monitoring data of turbine rotor groove were used to verify the proposed method, and compare with the local anomaly factor algorithm, the density-based clustering algorithm, the K-means algorithm, the isolated forest algorithm, and the one-class support vector machines.

At present, the performance demand of power communication service for bearer network is constantly increasing. Software Defined Optical Network (SDON) technology drives the integration of power communication and SDON technology with its advantages of openness and softwareization. The index system and evaluation method established based on traditional optical transmission network cannot reflect the characteristics of SDON architecture and its influence on bearer performance of power communication network service. In this paper, a new index system is constructed based on the performance requirements, influencing factors and the influence of different SDON architectures on the service performance of power communication business. The decision matrix was determined according to the contribution degree of the index to each attribute. The Ordered Weighted Average-Extended-Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (OWA-E-TOPSIS) multi-attribute decision making method was proposed to realize the index screening. The weight distribution of the selected indicators is carried out by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and the examples are collected. After the pretreatment by utility function method, the index value aggregation is carried out. By comparing the evaluation results of each instance, the feasibility of the index system and evaluation method are verified, which provided a basis for the application of new technology and new business support of electric power communication network.

Amidst the ongoing evolution and substantial reforms within the electric power market, the development of an auxiliary service pricing model grounded in game theory emerges as crucial. This study delineates the construction of an electricity auxiliary service pricing model, utilizing a dual mechanism approach: a cooperative game-based electricity price formation mechanism and a Stackelberg game-based time-sharing pricing mechanism. Furthermore, it incorporates demand response technology to conduct a detailed analysis of optimization results and the applicability of the proposed electricity service pricing model. The pricing scheme designated as Scheme 4, derived from the proposed model, demonstrates notable superiority in terms of economic efficiency and environmental sustainability when juxtaposed with three alternative schemes. Specifically, Scheme 4 yields a net profit of $13,267.6, achieves clean energy utilization amounting to 89.67 MWh, and minimizes wind abandonment to 17.35 MWh, outperforming all other considered scenarios in these metrics. Operational analysis reveals that the model's execution time varies between 15 and 50 seconds across different sample sizes, exhibiting minimal fluctuations. Additionally, the Monte Carlo simulations consistently produce values inferior to the objective function value of the developed model, with the discrepancy narrowing from 38 to 20, indicating the model's robust adaptability.

To reduce the emission of fine particulate matter (PM) from gasoline engines, a gasoline particulate filter (GPF) filtration model that considers the fractal characteristics of both particulate matter and filters is designed and its filtration characteristics are analyzed based on several GPF filtration models. Based on the GPF filtration mechanism, a new mathematical model of fiber efficiency filtration is established after correcting the classical filtration formula based on correcting the particle size of particles and considering the relationship between the porosity of the fiber filter and the fractal dimension of the filter. Simulation of the filtration efficiency of the established mathematical filtration model is carried out to obtain visual filtration efficiency curves. The filtration efficiency and pressure drop of the model are analyzed, and the effects of parameters such as particle fractal dimension, filter fractal dimension, filter thickness, flow rate, and fiber diameter on filtration efficiency are also comprehensively analyzed. The results show that when the fractal dimension of particles is in the range of 1.8-2.8, the most penetrating particle size decreases with the increase of the fractal dimension of particles. When the particle size is small, the effect of fractal dimension on filtration efficiency is not obvious. When the particle size is larger than the most penetrating particle range, the larger the fractal dimension, the filtration efficiency increases obviously. Considering the relationship between the fractal dimension of the filter body and the porosity and the influence of each on the filtration efficiency, the optimal fractal dimension of the filter body should be between 1.82 and 1.925, and the thickness of the filter has some influence on the filtration efficiency. The slower the gas flow rate is, the better the trapping effect will be. However, considering the problem of automobile emission, a lower exhaust speed can be chosen. Increasing the fiber diameter can improve the trapping efficiency of the model, but will reduce the porosity of the trapping collective. Therefore, the fiber diameter should not be too large under the combined action.

This paper first explores the composition of visual elements in modern digital media artworks, extracts the graphical element features of visual elements by improved SIFT algorithm, and classifies and recognizes the graphical elements using by SVM algorithm. Secondly, the extracted and categorized graphical elements are represented by Laplace feature vector correlation spectra in combination with spectral graph theory to study the mutual relationships between the graphical elements. Finally, some graphic elements in modern digital media artworks are used as examples to explore the performance and interrelationship of graphic feature extraction, recognition, and classification. The results show that the vector eigenvalues of spectral graph theory are categorized into [0], (0,100], (100,200], [200, ∞), and the corresponding interrelationships are one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-one, many-to-many, respectively.

Introduction: The hot water chemical flooding technology effectively improves the fluidity ratio and enhances the horizontal and vertical oil displacement efficiency of the reservoir through the synergistic effect of thermal energy and chemicals, which can further enhance the recovery rate on the basis of throughput thermal recovery.Methods: Based on the geological reservoir parameters of Bohai B oilfield, an oil recovery system evaluation experiment and scheme design study were carried out. Injection parameters such as hot water temperature, chemical agent concentration, and chemical agent dosage that affect the oil recovery effect of hot water chemical flooding were optimized and designed. The development characteristics and effects of two thermal recovery technologies, namely multi thermal fluid throughput and hot water chemical flooding, were compared and analyzed.Results: The results show that with the increase of temperature, the effect of chemical agents on improving the water-oil mobility ratio and reducing the viscosity of crude oil is weakened, and the thermal energy plays a leading role in enhancing oil recovery, but when the temperature is higher than 115°C, the improvement of oil recovery is slowed down, and the comprehensive economic indicators decline rapidly. As the concentration of chemical agent increases, the enhanced oil recovery increases monotonously. When the concentration is 1500 mg/L, the comprehensive economic indicators reach the peak and then decline, indicating that the efficiency of chemical agent decreases. The total amount of chemical agent shall be controlled within 0.25 ~ 0.30 PV. The case calculation shows that hot water chemical flooding can expand the effective radius from 80 m to 400 m, more effectively use the reserves between injection and production wells, increase the oil recovery by 4.8 percentage points, and increase the oil yield by 31.7 m3/t per ton of agent.Discussion: It is suggested that Bohai B Oilfield can adopt hot water chemical flooding after the multiple thermal fluid huff and puff to continuously guarantee the oilfield production.

Baicalin is a small molecule medication used to treat hepatitis. Our research group discovered that administering baicalin orally to mice following fecal microbiota transplantation from patients resistant to ICIs supported anti-PD-1 activity. However, the precise mechanisms behind this effect are presently unknown. In this present study, ATB-treated C57BL/6 J mice received FMT from patients with advanced NSCLC amenable to αPD-1. Additionally, subcutaneous LLC cells were injected into the mice. Baicalin oral gavage and αPD-1 injection were administered to the mice on days 3 and 9 after tumour inoculation. 16 S rRNA, metabolomics, and flow cytometry were utilized to clarify the mechanisms of baicalin's relief of immunosuppression. The results indicated that oral administration of baicalin enriched bacteria such as Akkermansia and Clostridia_UCG-014, resulted in an increase in SCFAs, which improved the ratio of PD-1+ (CD8+ T cell/Treg) and promoted the levels of IFN-γ+ CD8+ T cells and TNF-α+ CD8+ T cells within the tumour microenvironment. In conclusion, baicalin regulates the metabolites of the gut microbiota to improve the PD-1+ (CD8+ T cell/Treg) balance and circumvent anti-PD-1 resistance. This is achieved through the regulation of short-chain fatty acids.

Introduction: Through the combination of hot water and chemical agent, the low-heat synergistic chemical profile control and flooding technology can not only reduce the risks of sand production and string damage caused by high-temperature thermal recovery technology, but also further improve the recovery factor on the basis of hot water flooding.Methods: Based on laboratory testing, the synergism mechanism of thermal energy and chemical agent is studied.Results: The research results showed that in the near wellbore zone of the injection well, crude oil viscosity reduction mainly relies on thermal energy, and chemical agents assist in improving the water oil mobility ratio and reducing the risk of cross flow. After entering the deep formation, due to the decrease in temperature, the thermal energy effect is weakened, but the chemical agents still aggregate at the oil-water interface and continue to act on heavy oil to reduce viscosity. The higher the temperature, the greater the role of heat energy, and the weaker the role of chemical agents. The higher the injection concentration of chemical agent, the more obvious the leading role of chemistry. Based on the comprehensive evaluation index, the optimized temperature is 80°C and the injection concentration is 1500 mg/L. The scheme study of Bohai L Oilfield shows that compared with cold water flooding, hot water flooding can only improve oil recovery by 1.2 percentage points, and low heat collaborative chemical profile control flooding technology can further improve oil recovery by 4.7 percentage points on the basis of hot water flooding, with obvious oil increase effect.Conclusion: It is suggested that Bohai L Oilfield should apply low-heat coordinated chemical profile control and flooding technology to improve the development effect of the oilfield, and provide new technical ideas for safe and economic development of offshore heavy oil.

In addressing the issue of reaction interruption during electroless nickel plating， a comprehensive analysis of various factors during production were conducted.Mechanisms potentially leading to the reaction interruption were scrutinized.The cause of the problem was identified and the fault was replicated.Control measures were subsequently established.Combined with the on-site production situation， a fault tree had been established to analyze and troubleshoot one by one， and to analyze the mechanism of the bottom event that may cause problems.Through the reproduction of the fault phenomenon， verify the correctness of the problem location.According to the cause of the problem， complete the formulation of measures.The analysis process of the problem provides a clear and fast solution to the fault analysis method in the practice of electroless nickel plating engineering.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) is a highly fatal malignancy with rapidly increasing incidence and mortality worldwide. Currently, gemcitabine-based systemic chemotherapy is the main clinical therapeutic regimen; however, its efficacy is poor, and its mechanism has not been elucidated. In this study, we use a Seahorse Extracellular Flux analyser to measure glycolysis capacity (extracellular acidification rate, ECAR) and oxygen consumption rate (OCR). The glucose uptake or lactic acid content is detected, and the effects of saikosaponin D, an active compound derived from Bupleuri Radix (a traditional Chinese medicine for soothing the liver and relieving depression), on gemcitabine cytotoxicity in norepinephrine-stimulated iCCA cells are analysed. We find that adrenergic signaling plays a fundamental role in chronic stress-induced therapeutic resistance in iCCA. Norepinephrine (NE) and epinephrine (E) enhance the proliferation of iCCA cells and interfere with the response to gemcitabine through activation of the β2-adrenergic receptor (ADRB2). Furthermore, we find that NE upregulates the expressions of several drug efflux-related genes (such as ABCG2 and MDR1) and promotes glycolysis in iCCA cells. In addition, saikosaponin D reverses the poor response of iCCA cells to gemcitabine by downregulating ADRB2 level. Furthermore, saikosaponin D inhibits drug efflux and glycolysis in iCCA cells by regulating the expressions of MDR1, ABCG2, HK2, and GLUT1. Collectively, saikosaponin D enhances the antitumor effect of gemcitabine by controlling glucose metabolism and drug efflux by inhibiting the ADRB2 signaling. Therefore, the combination of saikosaponin D and gemcitabine may be a potential therapeutic strategy for the treatment of iCCA.

The internal capsule of the basal ganglia is vulnerable to direct pressure from the hematoma and to secondary damage from toxic products of hemorrhage. Our study evaluated the risk and benefits of active strategies including ultra-early surgery and hematoma evacuation through a transsylvian-transinsular approach for moderate basal ganglia hemorrhage.

Objective To explore the mechanism of Artemisia annua L. (A. annua) in treatment of Mycobacterium abscessus (M. abscessus) infection with aid of network pharmacology and molecular docking. Methods The active components of A. annua were obtained from the Traditional Chinese Medicine System Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform (TCMSP) system, and the targets of A. annua were predicted using PharmMapper and SwissTargetPrediction. Targets related to M. abscessus infection were obtained from GeneCards database and OMIM database. After obtaining the common targets of them, a target protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was constructed using the STRING database and Cytoscape software. Then Metascape database was employed to perform Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis. The main potential active components of A. annua were screened out for molecular docking with the core targets. The extracts of A. annua and the main potential active ingredients screened out were tested in vitro to explore its minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), its combined efficacy with common anti-M. abscessus antibiotics in vitro, and its effect on the viability of M. abscessus. Results A total of 48 targets of A. annua were found to be involved in the pathogenesis of M. abscessus infection. A total of 6 targets, MMP9, MAPK3, CASP3, IL2, CASP1, and MMP2, were predicted to be the core targets of A. annua in the treatment of this disease. KEGG enrichment analysis showed that A. annua may treat this disease through IL-17 signaling pathway, neutrophil extracellular trap formation, Toll-like receptor signaling pathway, tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway and other inflammatory and immune-related signaling pathways. Molecular docking results indicated that A. annua had a high affinity with these core targets. Tamarixetin, artemetin, dihydroartemisinin and Artemisia annua L. were screened to have antibacterial activity against M. abscessus in vitro, with a MIC value of 200, 100, 100 and 100 μg/mL, respectively. After combined with the exacts of A. annua, the MIC value of clarithromycin, azithromycin, amikacin, imipenem, and cefoxitin was all decreased than that of their single use, with a declining multiple ranging from 2 to 8 times. Conclusion A. annua may act on M. abscessus infection through multiple targets and multiple pathways. It has antibacterial effect in vitro and shows a synergistic effect with some antibiotics against the bacteria.

Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) in children with renal disease in order to provide reference for early prevention, diagnosis and treatment and improving prognosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical characteristics, auxiliary examinations, medication use and prognosis of children with renal disease complicated with PRES confirmed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from 2015 to 2022, and the relevant literatures were reviewed. Results Thirteen children aged 3 to 14 (8.38±3.36) years old were enrolled, including 9 males and 4 females. There were 10 cases (76.92%) of infection before the onset of the disease, 10 cases (76.92%) of lower serum albumin levels than normal, 4 cases (30.77%) accompanied by varying degrees of hypertension, 10 cases (76.92%) treated with glucocorticoids (GC) combined with immunosuppressive agents, 2 cases (15.38%) treated with GC and 1 case (7.69%) treated with immunosuppressive agents. The main clinical manifestations were seizures, disturbance of consciousness, nausea and vomiting, dizziness, headache and ocular discomfort. The lesions were mostly distributed in bilateral frontal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe, occipital cortex and subcortex. After treatment, the clinical manifestations and imaging findings returned to normal in a short period of time. Conclusion The incidence of PRES in children with renal disease is related to GC and immunosuppressive therapy, and cyclic lipopeptide antibiotics, hypoproteinemia and hypertension may increase the risk of disease. PRES usually is reversible and has a good prognosis, but delayed treatment can worsen progressively and even cause irreversible craniocerebral nerve damage.

Objective·To compare the pregnancy outcomes of infertile women with bilateral severe hydrosalpinx receiving neosalpingostomy or salpingectomy.Methods·The single-center prospective cohort study from 2005 to 2012 focused on pregnancy outcomes of infertile women aged 20‒40 years, with bilateral severe hydrosalpinx, undergoing bilateral neosalpingostomy or salpingectomy in International Peace Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. The choice for treatment was based on a shared decision approach, and the participants were divided into the neosalpingostomy group and salpingectomy group. After registration of baseline characteristics, including age, birth place, reproductive history, preoperative hysterosalpingography results, surgical findings, and pregnancy outcomes, women were followed up on an annual basis until July 2020 for the occurrence of live birth by outpatient follow-up or telephone questionnaire. Intention-to-treat analysis and per-protocol analysis were applied to compare the pregnancy outcomes. Kaplan-Meier analysis and COX proportional hazard model were used to analyze the reproductive outcomes. In addition, subgroup analysis was performed based on age stratification. The main outcome measures were live birth rate, cumulative live birth rate, and factors affecting live birth. Secondary outcome measures included the mode of conception, time to live birth, biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical miscarriage rate, and ectopic pregnancy rate.Results·A total of 113 women were included in the analysis, 58 women underwent bilateral neosalpingostomy, and 55 women underwent bilateral salpingectomy. The study demonstrated that in infertile women with bilateral severe hydrosalpinx, bilateral salpingectomy achieved higher cumulative live birth rate than bilateral neosalpingostomy (76.36% vs 62.07, HR=2.18,95%CI 1.37‒3.45). In the neosalpingostomy group, 34.48% (20/58) live births were obtained after in vitro fertilization treatment, and 27.59% (16/58) live births were obtained through spontaneous conception which mainly occurred within 3 years after initial neosalpingostomy, while all live births in the salpingectomy group were obtained after assisted reproductive therapy. Intelligent backfilling mining meets the industry development trend and need of green and intelligent mining in coal mines. But there is currently a lack of systematic research and practical engineering applications on key technologies of intelligent backfilling mining. In order to solve this problem, with the core of intelligent upgrading of solid backfilling mining faces, the primary goal of intelligent control of backfilling rate, and the goal of building intelligent backfilling mines, the key technologies of intelligent backfilling mining are systematically studied. The technologies include intelligent pretreatment and delivery control technology for coal-based solid waste, the underground intelligent jigging separation technology combined with real-time monitoring and control of ore deposits, intelligent control of waste discharge speed, and mixed separation control, the multi-source coal-based solid waste collection, storage and transportation technology based on real-time monitoring and precise feedback control of multi-source coal-based solid waste, and the intelligent solid backfilling and mining technology which integrates intelligent backfilling monitoring, intelligent flow control, backfilling hydraulic support, and electrohydraulic control of the working face. Through the linkage and coordination of various key intelligent backfilling mining technologies, Xingdong Mine has formed an intelligent backfilling mine with coal-based solid waste pretreatment, underground coal gangue separation, multi-source coal-based solid waste storage and transportation, and solid backfilling mining as the core. The results of engineering practice show that the capacity of intelligent backfilling working faces has been greatly improved after the application of intelligent backfilling mining technology. The working faces' output increases from 36000 t per month to 72000 t per month. The number of personnel per shift is reduced by 8-10. The time of one cycle operation is reduced by about 2.5 h, and the efficiency increases by about 50%. The problem of coal-based solid waste discharge has been comprehensively solved.

By using the Pohozǎev manifold, we obtain the existence of high energy solutions of the aforementioned equation without the well-known Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz type condition.

In order to alleviate the problem of mine thermal damage, this paper proposes to put cold water pipe into the surrounding rock of roadway, and reduce the temperature of surrounding rock by intercepting the high temperature through the cold water pipe. According to the similarity principle, a cold water interception and cooling experimental system for high temperature surrounding rock was built. Experiments were conducted by changing cold water velocity, inlet time and surrounding rock temperature, etc. Combined with COMSOL simulation, the influence of different diameters and spacing layouts of cold water pipe on cold water interception and cooling effect of roadway surrounding rock was analyzed. The results show that when other conditions remain unchanged, the cooling range of surrounding rock increases with the increase of cold water velocity, inlet time and temperature difference between surrounding rock and cold water. When the diameter of the cold water pipe is 10 cm and the vertical distance is 2.5 m, the average temperature of the roadway wall after cooling is 23.4 ℃.

In this paper, the deep hole and shallow hole temperature measurement technology is used to measure the rock temperature in No.13 mining area of Yangchangwan Coal Mine, and the cooling circle range of 937 m elevation roadway for the return air downhill in No.13 mining area and 430 m elevation roadway for the auxiliary transportation downhill in No.13 mining area are determined. The COMSOL software is used to analyze the surrounding rock temperature distribution, and the reliability of the surface borehole temperature measurement data is verified according to the temperature measurement results. Combined with the ground borehole temperature measurement data and the deep hole and shallow hole temperature measurement results, the ground temperature gradient and the heat damage area are defined, which provides a basis for the subsequent heat damage treatment.

Objective To explore the molecular mechanism of amifostine in relieving cisplatin nephrotoxicity. Methods CCK-8 assay was used to detect the inhibitory effect of amifostine on cisplatin cytotoxicity in HK-2 and primary renal proximal tubular epithelial cells. The expression of PKM2 was analyzed by online database tabula muris. The proportion of apoptotic cells was detected by flow cytometry. The expression of PKM2 gene was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blotting. PKM2 gene expression was knocked down by small RNA interference. Results Amifostine significantly enhanced the resistance of renal proximal tubular epithelial cells to cisplatin toxicity. In cisplatin treated cells, with the increase of the concentration of amifostine, the cell viability was increased from 0.37 to 0.45 to 0.77 (P < 0.001). In addition, with the increase of amifostine concentration, PKM2 gene expression in HK-2 cells was increased in turn. The expression of PKM2 gene was increased to 8.76 times higher at 1 μmol/L of amifostine (P < 0.001). PKM2 gene expression in HK-2 cells was increased with the increase of amifostine concentration. When PKM2 gene expression was depleted in HK-2 cells, and the protective effect of amifostine on cisplatin cytotoxicity was significantly inhibited. The proportion of apoptotic cells was reduced and the levels of apoptotic markers Cleaved-PARP and Cleaved-Caspase3 induced by cisplatin were significantly inhibited by amifostine. Single-cell data analysis indicated that the expression of PKM2 in renal proximal tubular epithelial cells was the lowest compared with other cell subsets in renal tissue. Conclusion Amifostine inhibits cell apoptosis induced by cisplatin by up-regulating PKM2 in renal proximal tubular epithelial cells, and thus alleviates the cytotoxicity of cisplatin.

As a high-performance thermoplastic composite material, AS4/PEEK has been widely used in aerospace, military, automotive, and other fields. After conducting the off-axial tensile test of unidirectional AS4/PEEK laminates with different angles, the relevant stress-strain curves and tensile strengths, as well as fracture plane angles are obtained. In simulation, a 3D elastic-plastic model where the parameters are determined by trust-region reflective algorithm is used to describe the nonlinear mechanical behavior of AS4/PEEK laminates. In combination with the LaRC05 criterion and the crack zone theory, a user material subroutine VUMAT based on Abaqus is developed and applied to the numerical simulation of off-axis tensile test. The numerical results show that the 3D elastic-plastic damage constitutive model can accurately simulate the plastic effect of AS4/PEEK laminates and the tensile strength predicted by the numerical method agrees well with those from the test. The proposed 3D elastic-plastic damage model provides an accurate and effective method for the comprehensive analysis of plastic deformation and damage of thermoplastic composites.

The pollution of sediments around Lu Ban Island is a serious environmental issue that is threatening human health. The concentration of As, Cd, Cu, Cr, Hg, Ni, Pb, and Zn at 73 layer points were investigated, vertical distribution characteristics, correlation among potential toxic elements and potential ecological risks of sediments at different depth were analyzed. The following results were obtained, (1) the hypothesis that there was a linear relationship between concentration of potential toxic elements and the reciprocal of deep was reasonable. Based on hypothesis, the ultimate value of concentration by making depth go to infinity was regarded as the background concentration. The background concentration of As, Cd, Cu, Cr, Hg, Ni, Pb, and Zn are respectively 4.94 mg/kg, 0.20 mg/kg, 15.48 mg/kg, 58.41 mg/kg, 0.062 mg/kg, 26.96 mg/kg, 20.29 mg/kg, and 53.31 mg/kg. (2) But correlation between Ni and As was relatively weak, high degree of correlation among other potential toxic elements were found. Based on their correlation, eight potential toxic elements were classified into three groups. First group included Ni and Cr, mainly releasing by coal burning; Cu, Pb, Zn, Hg, and Cd were grouped together, possibly due to their shared source of fish cage culture; Arsenic with relatively weak correlation with other potential toxic elements was classified as a separate class, which was usually one important mineral resource associated with phosphate. (3) Potential ecological risk index (PERI) of sediment above − 0.40 m belonged to moderate risk, the PERI of sediment in − 0.10 m, − 0.20 m, and − 0.40 m were 289.06, 254.33, and 201.44, respectively. Sediment below − 0.40 m belonged to low risk with average PERI value 112.82, with no significant changes in PERI values. The order of contribution to PERI was Hg > Cd > As > Cu > Pb > Ni > Cr > Zn. (4) According to result of cluster analysis and potential ecological risk, the potential ecological risk of sediment above − 0.40 m mainly contributed by potential toxic elements of Cu, Cd, Hg, Pb, and Zn sharing source of fish cage culture.

D flip-flop is the basis of timing logic circuit, and SEMU phenomenon tends to be serious with the integrated circuit process size shrinking to nanometer scale. The anti-SEU ability based on DICE structure for D flip-flop cannot meet the requirements of aerospace engineering. Based on the SEU reinforcement technology of D flip-flop under nano-technology and the SEU mechanism of DICE structure, a layout-level anti-SEU flip-flop design method based on DICE circuit structure is proposed considering the circuit performance, area, power consumption and other resource costs. And then a D flip-flop with SEU resistance is designed by commercial 65 nm process, and the designed flip-flop area is 1.8 times that of commercial structure flip-flop. The function and and radiation simulation results indicate that the establishment time and transmission delay of the flip-flop are equivalent to those of the commercial one, and no SEU occurs under the Ge ion bombardment with the LET threshold of approximately 37 MeV·cm2/mg. The performance of the flip-flop circuit and the ability to resist single particle soft error are excellent. In the anti-radiation ASIC design, the area, wiring resources and timing overhead caused by the reinforcement of the D flip-flop circuit are greatly saved.

Based on the three-dimensional field of molten pool and twin-roll strip casting experiments, this work verified the cracking mechanism of the strip by establishing mathematical model and rolling experiments. The results showed that due to the instability of the thermophysical field of the molten pool and the inconsistency of kiss curve height, the newly solidified strip will undergo incompatible deformation through the rolling. The stress concentration will appear around the large reduction area and then form slip bands. When plastic strain exceeds the limit of the metal, the oblique cracks will appear in the slip bands periodically or completely penetrate the strip. In addition, tensile cracks could also be produced by incompatible deformation. Therefore, keeping the uniformity and stability of the thermal physical field in molten pool is the key factor to restrain cracks.

Objective To summarise the process of conversion of epidural labour analgesia to anaesthesia for caesarean delivery and explore the relationship between duration of labour analgesia and conversion.Methods Parturients who underwent conversion from epidural labour analgesia to anaesthesia for caesarean delivery between May 2019 and April 2020 at the Chengdu Women’s and Children’s Central Hospital, Sichuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and Jinjiang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected. If the position of the epidural catheter was correct and the effect was good, patients were converted to epidural surgical anaesthesia. If epidural labour analgesia was ineffective, spinal anaesthesia (SA) was administered immediately. For category-1 emergency caesarean sections, general anaesthesia (GA) was administered.Results A total of 1084 parturients underwent conversion. Of these, 19 (1.9%) received GA due to the initiation of category-1 emergency caesarean section. 704 (64.9%) were converted to epidural surgical anaesthesia, 2 (0.2%) had failed conversions and were administered GA before delivery, and 357 (32.9%) were converted to SA. Logistic regression analysis showed that prolonged duration of epidural labour analgesia ([Crude odds ratio (OR)=1.065; 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.037–1.094; p 8 h is associated with conversion failure.If it is impossible to judge whether the conversion is successful immediately, spinal anaesthesia should be administered to minimise complications.

Given China’s rapidly developing landscape, improving innovation performance has become a critical objective for high-tech service firms. This study examined the relationship between business models and the performance of Chinese high-tech service firms. The theoretical model is based on contingency theory and incorporates concepts from business model innovation, and technological innovation. A multilevel regression analysis was conducted using data from 489 high-tech service firms in China. The results indicate significant positive correlations between innovation performance and various factors such as efficiency- and novelty-oriented business models, technology development, and technology acquisition. Second, technological innovation mode mediates the relationship between the business model and innovation performance. Third, technological regimes have different moderating effects on the relationships between the type of business model and innovation performance and that between the type of technological innovation and innovation performance. From a practical perspective, firms operating under different technological regimes should adjust their business strategies to achieve optimal innovation performance. Furthermore, the results have several theoretical contributions and practical implications. The findings offer a valuable reference for business growth in developing regions and identifies viable ways to improve the innovation performance of China’s high-tech service enterprises.

Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) detection algorithm is used to compensate the Mode Dependent Loss (MDL) in Mode Division Multiplexing (MDM) optical fiber channel. The problem of MIMO detection algorithm is that the computational complexity is too high and the performance is degraded with a large number of modes. This paper proposes to apply Massive-MIMO detection algorithms to the fiber channel, The algorithms include Minimum Mean Square Error (MMSE) , Conjugate Gradient (CG) , Gauss Seidel (GS) , and Alternating Direction Method of multipliers based Infinity-Norm (ADMIN) , and Optimized Coordinate Descent based BOX constraint (OCDBOX) . The result shows that the OCDBOX has the best Bit Error Rate (BER) performance in MDL-impaired MDM optical fiber communication system while higher complexity. The ADMIN has the second best BER performance and lower computational complexity. Therefore, the ADMIN detection algorithm can represent a good candidate in the MDM system with MDL.

By introducing and solving a new cross-constrained variational problem, a one-to-one correspondence from the prescribed mass to frequency of soliton is established for the generalized Davey-Stewartson system in two-dimensional space. Orbital stability of small soiltons depending on frequencies is proved. Multisolitons with different speeds are constructed by stable small solitons.

Preterm infants face a significant risk of brain injury in the perinatal period, as well as potential long-term neurodevelopmental disabilities. However, preterm children with brain injury lack specific clinical manifestations in the early days. Therefore, timely and accurate diagnosis of brain injury is of vital importance. This study was to explore the diagnostic efficiency of myelin basic protein (MBP) and 8-oxo-deoxyguanosine (8-oxo-dG) serum levels in brain injury of premature infants. A total of 75 preterm infants with gestational age between 28 and 32 weeks and birth weight higher than 1,000 g were prospectively included. MBP serum levels were significantly higher in premature infants with white matter injury (WMI). 8-oxo-dG serum levels were significantly increased in both WMI and periventricular–intraventricular hemorrhages (PIVH). MBP and 8-oxo-dG were significantly correlated. The area under the curve was 0.811 [95% confidence interval (CI) 0.667–0.955; p = 0.002] in MBP and 0.729 (95% CI 0.562–0.897; p = 0.020) in 8-oxo-dG. Therefore, the results showed that high MBP levels indicated a possibility of WMI in the premature brain during the early postnatal period, while high 8-oxo-dG levels were closely related to both WMI and PIVH, thus suggesting that MBP and 8-oxo-dG could be used as potential neuro-markers of preterm brain injury.

With the development of semiconductor assembly technology, the continuous requirement for the improvement of chip quality caused an increasing pressure on the assembly manufacturing process. The defects of chip pin had been mostly verified by manual inspection, which has low efficiency, high cost, and low reliability. In this paper, we propose a vision measurement method to detect the chip pin defects, such as the pin warping and collapse that heavily influence the quality of chip assembly. This task is performed by extracting the corner feature of the chip pins, computing the corresponding point pairs in the binocular sequence images, and reconstructing the target features of the chip. In the corner feature step, the corner detection of the pins using the gradient correlation matrices (GCM), and the feature point extraction of the chip package body surface using the crossing points of the fitting lines are introduced, respectively. After obtaining the corresponding point pairs, the feature points are utilized to reconstruct the three dimensional (3D) coordinate information in the binocular vision measurement system, and the key geometry dimension of the pins is computed, which reflects whether the quality of the chip pins is up to the standard. The proposed method is evaluated on the chip data, and the effectiveness is also verified by the comparison experiments.

The morphological evolution of γ′ phase, the precipitation of TCP phases and the evolution of the interfacial dislocation networks in DD22 nickel-based single crystal superalloys with different Ru contents (3% and 5%, mass fraction) were investigated by transmission electron microscopy and field emission scanning electron microscopy during long-term aging at 1130 ℃. The results show that γ′ phase of 5Ru alloy are smaller in size and more regular in shape than that of 3Ru alloy. The mismatch of γ/γ′ phases is larger in 5Ru alloy, and the high content of Ru causes the reverse distribution of elements such as Re and Mo. During long-term aging at 1130 ℃, the coarsening rate, dissolution rate and rafting rate of γ′ phase in 5Ru alloy are lower than those of 3Ru alloy. There is still no TCP phase precipitation in 5Ru alloy after long-term aging for 1000 h, while a small amount of TCP phase is precipitated in 3Ru alloy after long-term aging for 50 h. With the prolongation of long-term aging time, the number and size of TCP phases both increase. Compared with 3Ru alloy, the interfacial dislocation networks of 5Ru alloy are denser and more regular after long-term aging for 1000 h. Above all, the reverse distribution of elements and low diffusion coefficient of Ru make 5Ru alloy exhibit higher microstructural stability than 3Ru alloy.

The polymer with imine bonds (C═N) synthesized by condensation of aldehydes and amines was called polyimine. Graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) were blended into polyimine by imine dynamic chemistry, and GNPs/polyimine (GNPs-P) composites were fabricated by heat-pressing. A series of thermal and mechanical properties have been tested for the matrix and GNPs-P composites. Thermogravimetric analyzer showed that the GNPs were able to improve the thermal stability of the GNPs-P composites. From the test of mechanical properties, GNPs-P composite with 0.5 wt% GNPs was superior to the matrix in bending and tensile properties. The bending and tensile strengths were 92.65 and 73.05 MPa, with an improvement of 18% and 5%. GNPs-P composites with 1 wt% GNPs showed the most significant advancement in impact properties, reaching an impact strength of 11.745 kJ·m−2 with a gain of 21.6%. Cross-sectional observations using scanning electron microscope proved that the GNPs-P composites have brittle fractures. A small number of GNPs could synergize with the matrix by bridging the cracks, creating a crack diffusion resistance and a load transfer reinforcement effect, which improved the mechanical properties of the GNPs-P composites.

Objective To investigate the predictive value of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score combined with serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) on admission to ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 487 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology of Tangshan Gongren Hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were selected. The clinical data of patients were collected such as gender, age, hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, previous stroke history, smoking and drinking history, serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), hs-CRP, homocysteine (Hcy), fasting blood glucose (FBG). The NIHSS scale was used to evaluate the degree of neurological deficit at admission, and the modified Rankin Scale (mRS) was used to evaluate the prognosis when the patient was discharged. The mRS score ≤ 2 was defined as good prognosis, and the mRS score > 2 was defined as poor prognosis. Univariate and multivariate forward Logistic regression analysis were used to screen risk factors for poor prognosis of ischemic stroke, and the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to compare the predictive value of NIHSS and hs-CRP levels at admission alone or in combination for patient prognosis. Results Compared with the good prognosis group, the poor prognosis group had higher proportions of male patients (χ2 = 4.729, P = 0.030), previous history of stroke (χ2 = 13.665, P = 0.000), and drinking alcohol (χ2 = 8.326, P = 0.004). The NIHSS score at admission (Z = -9.316, P = 0.000), serum FBG (Z = -3.234, P = 0.001), Hcy (Z = -3.652, P = 0.000) and hs-CRP (Z = -8.780, P = 0.000) level in poor prognosis group were higher than those in good prognosis group. Logistic regression analysis showed that the NIHSS score increased at admission (OR = 1.316, 95%CI: 1.223-1.417; P = 0.000), and the serum hs-CRP level increased (OR = 1.045, 95%CI: 1.032-1.058; P = 0.000) were risk factors for the prognosis of ischemic stroke. The area under the curve (AUC) predicted by the two combined (AUC = 0.903; 95%CI: 0.873-0.928, P = 0.000) exceeded than that of the NIHSS score at admission alone (AUC = 0.818; 95%CI: 0.781-0.852, P = 0.000) and the serum hs-CRP alone (AUC = 0.806; 95%CI: 0.768-0.840, P = 0.000); pairwise comparison found that the combination of the two was better than the NIHSS score at admission alone (Z = 3.187, P = 0.001) and serum hs-CRP alone (Z = 4.418, P = 0.000). Conclusions NIHSS score and high level of serum hs-CRP at admission are risk factors for poor prognosis of ischemic stroke. Combining NIHSS score and serum hs-CRP can provide an effective reference for clinical prediction of poor prognosis of ischemic stroke.

Calcareous sand is a natural foundation material for ports, airports and some civil buildings in ocean areas. Through the one-dimensional compression creep test of calcareous sand and the analysis of its micro-structure, it was found that the surface pore area decreased after creep and showed a dispersed distribution. In addition, the characteristics of instantaneous deformation, rapid deformation and attenuation deformation of the sample during the test were highly correlated with the particle size. The relative particle breakage rate and mass fractal dimension improved based on fractal theory were used to describe the degree of particle breakage after creep. The relationship between the decay of fractal dimension and creep with time, as well as the linear relationship between the fractal dimension of macroscopic mass and the fractal dimension of microscopic surface was obtained. On this basis, the fractal fracture behavior of calcareous sand with a single particle size group during long-term creep was analyzed at multiple scales, and the corresponding macro and micro cross-scale correlation was studied. The development of particle breakage and the variation of microscopic pores during creep were obtained. This study proved the rearrangement, crushing and grinding behavior of calcareous sand particles in the creep process, and revealed the creep mechanism of calcareous sand.

As an important part of Chinese economy, the construction industry has a great contribution to the economy, and plays an important role in the Chinese economic development. Therefore, it has certain research significance for the quality acceptance supervision method of construction engineering. This article takes Shenzhen S project as an example, combined with cloud computing, discusses the quality acceptance and supervision methods of indoor construction projects. In the introduction to the technical part, this article first briefly introduces the definition of cloud computing and then introduces the particle swarm algorithm and traditional genetic algorithm in the cloud computing task scheduling method. The algorithm is introduced into the quality acceptance of indoor construction projects to obtain the quality, most efficient method for acceptance supervision. The experimental part of this article takes S project as the research object and the residents’ satisfaction with the project as the experimental purpose. Finally, through statistical analysis, it is concluded that the residents’ satisfaction with S project reaches more than 70%.

In order to solve the problems of hydraulic fracturing fractures easy to close, uneven fracturing, poor fracturing effect and difficult gas drainage in broken soft coal seam, combinning with the current mature drilling technology, self-developed directional sand blasting perforation equipment and process technology, hydraulic sand fracturing equipment and process technology, the idea of “directional sand blasting perforation + staged sand fracturing” for directional long drilling of coal seam roof to increase coal seam permeability was proposed, and the engineering test has been carried out in Xinjing Coal Mine 3# coal seam roof in Yangquan Mining Area. The hydraulic sand fracturing technology of long directional drilling in coal seam roof is formed. The test results show that the long drilling hole in the roof of 609 m coal seam is divided into 6 sections for sand fracturing, the construction displacement is more than 1 m3/min, the single section liquid injection is more than 150 m3, and the cumulative liquid injection is 967 m3; the fracture pressure from the hole bottom to the orifice decreases gradually, and the maximum fracture pressure is 29.6 MPa. The highest proportion of walnut shell sand injected is 3%, the maximum injection of walnut shell sand in a single section is 2.41 t, and the cumulative addition is 13.11 t. Statistical analysis of 60 d gas drainage data shows that the average gas drainage concentration is 60.6%; the maximum net amount of gas drainage in a single day reaches 1 381.5 m3. The gas drainage concentration is 8.81 times and 3.96 times higher than that of bedding hole and kilometer hole respectively; the net extraction volume of 100 m borehole was increased by 21.4 times and 7.28 times respectively, and a good antireflection effect was obtained.

Ginsenoside Rh2 is one of rare panaxidiols extracted from Panax ginseng and a potential estrogen receptor ligand that exhibits moderate estrogenic activity. However, the effect of Rh2 on growth inhibition and its underlying molecular mechanism in human breast cells are not fully understood. In this study, we tested cell viability by MTT and colony formation assays. Cell growth and cell cycle were determined to investigate the effect of ginsenoside Rh2 by flow cytometry. The expressions of estrogen receptors (ERs), TNFα, and apoptosis-related proteins were detected by qPCR and western blot analysis. The mechanisms of ERα and ERβ action were determined using transfection and inhibitors. Antitumor effect of ginsenoside Rh2 against MCF-7 cells was investigated in xenograft mice. Our results showed that ginsenoside Rh2 induced apoptosis and G1/S phase arrest in MCF-7 cells. Treatment of cells with ginsenoside Rh2 down-regulated protein levels of ERα, and up-regulated mRNA and protein levels of ERβ and TNFα. We also found that ginsenoside Rh2-induced TNFα over-expression is through up-regulation of ERβ initiated by ginsenoside Rh2. Furthermore, ginsenoside Rh2 induced MCF-7 cell apoptosis via estrogen receptor β-TNFα pathway in vivo. These results demonstrate that ginsenoside Rh2 promotes TNFα-induced apoptosis and G1/S phase arrest via regulation of ERβ.

With the rapid development of economy and society, the dietary pattern of Chinese residents has undergone obvious transition. The recommendation of dietary lipids intake has a significant influence on the improvement of dietary pattern and on the achievement of Healthy China goals in the new period. We put forward some suggestions on the revision of dietary lipids reference intake for Chinese residents. (1) The upper limit of acceptable macronutrient distribution range (U-AMDR) of percent of energy (%E) from fat for residents aged 18 years and above in China is 30%E, lower than that in countries of European Union and North America, which is 35%E. Some scholars suggest raising the U-AMDR of dietary fat for Chinese adults, but there is still insufficient evidence for modification. However, considering the characteristics of high-energy and nutrient-dense diets required by the elderly, increasing the U-AMDR of dietary fat in the elderly should be considered. (2) Some studies have shown that the ratio of n-6/n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-6/n-3PUFA) is closely related to the risk of multiple chronic non-communicable diseases. The average dietary n-6/n-3 PUFA ratio of Chinese residents is 8.6, and even higher in some populations. Therefore, it is recommended that the recommended values of dietary n-6/n-3PUFA ratio be included in the new dietary lipid reference intake recommendations. (3) Despite numerous investigations, the relationship between dietary cholesterol intake and the outcomes of several chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, remains unclear. The average daily cholesterol intake was in the normal range, 264.0 mg in urban residents while 168.8 mg in rural residents. Based on current research evidence, it is still inappropriate to set dietary cholesterol limits for the general adult population. For patients with chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, it is suggested to refer to the recommendations on dietary cholesterol intake in the guidelines of control and prevention for corresponding diseases.

Heavy metal ions, including cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb), are serious pollutants in farmland soils. The effective removal of heavy metals is an important task in soil remediation. This study aimed to evaluate the ability of seven ramie (Boehmeria nivea L. Gaud) cultivars to remove heavy metals. Results showed that the seven ramie varieties grew well in Cd and Pb polluted soils. The aboveground biological tissues and raw fiber yield of “Zhongzhu1” were 20.71 and 24.61 Mg ha−1 per year, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the six other varieties. Cd levels in each ramie part can be arranged as husks > root > stem bone > leaf > raw fiber, while Pb levels in each ramie part can be arranged as root > leaf > husks > stem bone > raw fiber. The Cd content in the shoots of “Zhongzhu1” was 19.89 mg kg−1, and the Pb content of the aboveground shoots of “Shiqianzhugenma” was 9.41 mg kg−1. The extraction efficiency of Cd in “Zhongzhu1” was greatly higher than those of the six other varieties. The extraction efficiency of Pb was similar in all varieties. Our observations suggest that ramie can be used to remove toxic ions (Cd and Pb). This study provides a new understanding of planting ramie for heavy metal removal from contaminated soils.
