The evaporation-induced deposition pattern of the linear diblock copolymer solution has attracted attention in recent years. Given its critical applications, we study deposition patterns of the linear diblock copolymer solution nanodroplet on a solid surface (the wall) by molecular dynamics simulations. This study focuses on the influence of the nonbonded interaction strength, including the interaction between the wall and polymer blocks (ɛAW and ɛBW), the interaction between the solvent and the wall (ɛSW), and the interaction between polymer blocks (ɛAB). Conditions leading to diverse deposition patterns are explored, including the coffee-ring and the volcano-like structures. The formation of the coffee-ring structure is attributed to receding interfaces, the heterogeneity inside the droplet, and the self-assembly of polymer chains. This study contributes to the establishment of guidelines for designing deposition patterns of the linear diblock copolymer solution nanodroplet, which facilitates practical applications such as inkjet printing. Introduction: Increasing evidence implicates retinal vascular occlusions as a susceptibility factor for cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), whereas inconsistent results on the relationship were reported in previous observational studies. This research using a bidirectional two‐sample Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis aimed to investigate the potential association between genetically determined central/branch retinal artery and retinal vein occlusions (CRAO/BRAO/RVO) and the risk of CVD. Methods: Summary statistics of retinal vascular occlusions from the largest available genome‐wide association study of European descent were used to investigate their relationship with CVDs, and vice versa. Primary analyses were conducted using the common inverse‐variance weighted approach. Several complementary sensitivity analyses were performed to verify the reliability of our results. Results: Inverse variance weighted method showed suggestive effects of genetically determined RVO on ischemic stroke (IS) (odds ratio [OR] = 1.021, 95% confidence [CI] = 1.004–1.037, p = 0.012), a genetic liability to CRAO increased the risk of myocardial infarction (MI) (OR = 1.014, 95% CI = 1.006–1.023, p = 7.0 × 10−4). In addition, genetic predisposition to BRAO had a positive effect on stroke (OR = 1.008, 95% CI = 1.002–1.013, p = 0.011), IS (OR = 1.007, 95% CI = 1.001–1.014, p = 0.022), and cardioembolic stroke (CES) (OR = 1.018, 95% CI = 1.006–1.031, p = 0.004). The point estimates from sensitivity analyses were in the same direction. Reverse MR analyses found no significant evidence for the effect of CVDs on retinal vascular occlusions. Conclusion: Our MR study provides potential evidence that retinal vascular occlusions are causally linked to increased risk of CVDs including IS, MI, stroke, and CES. This supports the need for clinical CVD screening in individuals with retinal vascular occlusions. Further investigations are warranted to clarify the effects of CVDs on ocular comorbidities. Polylactic acid (PLA) is attracting significant interest as a sustainable alternative to conventional plastics. However, its biodegradation rates vary across environments, and its integration into existing recycling infrastructure necessitates the development of complex end-of-life management strategies. Enzymatic depolymerization offers a promising pathway for closed-loop recycling and upcycling of waste plastics by recovering monomeric building blocks. Yet, few enzymes have been identified that exhibit PLA depolymerization efficiency comparable to those known for PET degradation. Here, we report the computational design of an esterase, RPA1511, from Rhodopseudomonas palustris, which exhibits hydrolytic activity against solid PLA but lacks thermal stability. Using a variety of computational enzyme stability design tools, a focused library was constructed for experimental validation. Further accumulation of beneficial mutations resulted in a five-point variant, R5, which showed an 8 °C increase in melting temperature (Tm) and a substantial 11.5-fold increase in relative enzyme activity at optimal temperatures. This variant achieved efficient PLA degradation, converting 85.38% of PDLLA powder into lactate monomers within 72 h at 65 °C, with a 3.3-fold enhancement compared to wild-type RPA1511. Molecular dynamics simulations showed that the V202 W mutation induced structural changes in the substrate binding pocket and potentially formed more productive complexes, while the remaining four mutations improved the variant's thermal stability. This study elucidates the thermal-induced bandgap broadening (TBB) phenomenon in copolymer organic semiconductors (OSCs). From the perspective of device physics, the diketopyrrolopyrrole-based copolymer was employed as the semiconductor layer to fabricate a back-to-back Schottky junction structure. Characterization through the analysis of I–V curves enables the qualitative exploration of the correlation between bandgap and temperature in copolymer OSCs. Then, technology computer-aided design was utilized to explore the influence of thermal-induced bandgap broadening on the back-to-back Schottky I–V curves. Subsequently, the variable temperature UV-VIS-NIR absorption spectra of the copolymer OSCs were analyzed, providing quantitative evidence of the thermal-induced bandgap broadening phenomenon and confirming its recoverability. Through the research of the Schottky junction and absorption spectra, we verified the consistency of the TBB phenomenon in both the electrical and optical bandgaps. From the scanning electron microscope images of the copolymer OSC films, it is found that the thermal-induced bandgap broadening phenomenon is mainly caused by thermal expansion and increased disorder of copolymer molecules. This study highlights a physical phenomenon of copolymer OSCs that is different from most inorganic semiconductors, and such insight offers a theoretical perspective for the application and thermal stability investigation of copolymer devices under high temperature conditions. Phosphogypsum (PG) presents considerable potential for agricultural applications as a secondary primary resource. However, it currently lacks environmentally friendly, economically viable, efficient, and sustainable reuse protocols. This study firstly developed a PG-based mineral slow-release fertilizer (MSRFs) by internalization and fixation of urea within the PG lattice via facet-engineering strategy. The molecular dynamics simulations demonstrated that the binding energy of urea to the (0 4 1) facet of PG surpassed that of the (0 2 1) and (0 2 0) facets, with urea's desorption energy on the (0 4 1) facet notably higher than on the (0 2 1) and (0 2 0) facets. Guided by these calculations, we selectively exposed the (0 4 1) dominant facet of PG, and then achieving complete urea fixation within the PG lattice to form urea-PG (UPG). UPG exhibited a remarkable 48-fold extension in N release longevity in solution and a 45.77% increase in N use efficiency by plants compared to conventional urea. The facet-engineering of PG enhances the internalization and fixation efficiency of urea for slow N delivery, thereby promoting nutrient uptake for plant growth. Furthermore, we elucidated the intricate interplay between urea and PG at the molecular level, revealing the involvement of hydrogen and ionic bonding. This specific bonding structure imparts exceptional thermal stability and water resistance to the urea within UPG under environmental conditions. Objective: Osteoporosis (OS) is a systemic bone disease characterized by low bone mass and bone microstructure damage. This study. Methods: According to the T value, 88 elderly fracture patients were grouped as the control group (without OS, 43 cases) and observation group (with T value <-2.5, which could be diagnosed as OS, 45 cases). The content of boney containing protein (BGP), total type 1 collagen amino terminal extender peptide (TPINP), β-Crosslaps (β-CTX), parathyroid hormone (PTH) and insulin-like growth factors-1 (IGF-1) was compared. Multivariate logistic regression was adopted to analyze the correlation between biochemical indexes and the occurrence of senile OS fracture and the related risk factors. The diagnostic value in the elderly was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results: The levels of BGP, TPINP, β-CTX, PTH and IGF-1 were elevated, and the level of IGF-1 was decreased in the observation group compared with the control group (P < 0.05). The elevated content of BGP, TPINP, β-CTX and PTH, and the decreased expression of IGF-1 were influencing factors for OS fractures in the elderly (P < 0.05). The sensitivity and specificity to predict the occurrence of OS fractures in the elderly were 91.70% and 90.50%, respectively. The AUC of combined detection was 0.976 (95% CI: 0.952-1.000), which was memorably higher than single indicator detection (P < 0.05). Among 45 patients, 32 cases had good prognosis and 13 had poor prognosis. In comparison with the good prognosis group, the content of BGP, TPINP, β-CTX and PTH were sensibly higher, the level of IGF-1 was prominently lower, and the proportion of fracture history was much higher in poor prognosis group (P < 0.05). Fracture history, BGP, TPINP, β-CTX, PTH and IGF-1 were independent risk factors for poor prognosis of elderly OS fractures (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Bone metabolism factors were associated with poor prognosis of OS in the elderly. The widespread abandoned saline-alkali soils in the Manas River Basin in northwest China have been reclaimed for cotton cropping in recent decade. However, the temporal dynamics of soil microbial functional genes during the reclamation of abandoned salinized farmlands remains unclear. In this study, the abandoned salinized cotton fields that had been reclaimed for 1, 3, 5, and 7 years were selected to study the temporal dynamics of soil microbial functional genes through metagenomic technology. The abundance of genes involved in C, N, P, and S cycles increased significantly since the reclamation, among them, the abundance of KEGG Pathway genes and Enzymes after the reclamation increased by 29.10 and 30.20%, respectively compared with those of the CK (abandoned salinized farmland). The Shannon index of KEGG Pathway and Enzyme-annotated genes after the reclamation increased by 0.82 and 1.10%, respectively compared with those of the CK. The permutational multivariate analysis of variance (PERMANOVA) and correlation analysis showed that the decrease in soil Na+ content and the increase in soil C/N ratio induced by the reclamation increased the abundance and diversity of soil microbial functional genes. After the reclamation, continuous straw incorporation and fertigation increased the soil C/N ratio, and reduced salinity, thus improving soil quality and soil microbial ecological functions. Pituitary stalk interruption syndrome (PSIS) in female patients is mainly characterized by short stature, primary amenorrhea, absent or incomplete sexual maturation, and infertility. Successful pregnancies among these patients are rare. In this report, we describe a successful pregnancy and delivery in a 28‐year‐old Chinese woman with PSIS following in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer. The patient exhibited typical symptoms, including multiple pituitary hormone deficiency, typical triad signs in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), undetectable serum gonadotropins and estradiol levels, and invisible antral follicles in both ovaries. During the first attempted controlled ovarian hyperstimulation cycle, 14 oocytes were retrieved and six embryos were acquired. Artificial endometrial preparation and frozen–thawed embryo transfer were performed, resulting in a clinical pregnancy after the transfer of a day 5 blastocyst. The patient was closely monitored throughout the pregnancy and multiple hormone dosages were modulated accordingly. She delivered a healthy boy by elective cesarean section, and the newborn developed normally during a 1‐year follow‐up period. This is the first report of a successful live birth in a woman with PSIS achieved through in vitro fertilization and frozen–thawed embryo transfer. Stream surfaces can reveal complex flow behaviors that are not available on streamlines, but their construction algorithm is also more sophisticated. A common strategy is to sample a series of streamlines from a seeding curve and stitch the neighboring streamlines to form surfaces. To maintain a uniform density of sample points, extra streamlines may be inserted when the flow diverges. This leads to high computation cost with sequential insertion operations, hindering the use of stream surfaces in interactive scenarios and large-scale learning. In this paper, we proposed two parallel strategies to construct stream surfaces on GPUs. Both strategies generate stream surfaces in multiple passes, where each pass consists of a streamline tracing phase and a ribbon construction phase. The first strategy aims at increasing throughput, by hiding the long generation time of an individual surface with computation from other surfaces. The second strategy aims at reducing latency, by generating redundant streamlines for a single surface. We evaluate the performance of the two strategies and compare them with a CPU baseline using ten datasets exhibiting various characteristics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this article, the distributed adaptive finite-time containment control problem is investigated for nonlinear multi-agent systems with unknown input saturations. Since the leaders are only available to partial subsystems, a distributed estimator is designed to estimate the local reference signals. The saturated function is converted to the combination of a linear part and a nonlinear part, thus overcomes the difficulties caused by unknown saturated bounds. By utilising the command filtered and backstepping control techniques, a two-step method is adopted to construct the controller, under which the effect of unknown input saturations can be compensated well. It is proved that the closed-loop system is practical finite-time stable, and the output of each follower can converge to the dynamic convex hull spanned by the leaders in finite time. COVID‐19 centralized quarantine may cause acute stress disorder (ASD). However, it is unknown how individuals present heterogeneous ASD trajectories during the COVID‐19 centralized quarantine and what factors contribute to these patterns. This study aimed to identify the ASD trajectories and their determinants during the centralized quarantine period, and the mediating effects of resilience on these associations. A longitudinal survey with three waves was conducted in a randomly selected quarantine hotel in Shenzhen, China from October to November 2020. A total of 273 participants completed online measures assessing ASD symptoms, Eysenck's personality constructs of extraversion (E), neuroticism (N), psychoticism (P), and resilience on Day 1, and reported ASD symptoms on Days 7 and 14 during their 14‐day centralized quarantine periods. Latent class growth analysis identified three trajectories: constantly high symptoms (CHS, 4.76%), decreasing symptoms (DS, 11.72%), and constantly low symptoms (CLS, 83.52%). The CHS and DS subgroups both reported lower E and higher N scores, but not P, compared with the CLS subgroup. Resilience mediated the effects of three personality constructs on ASD trajectories, except for the association between N and DS membership. Our study highlights the heterogeneity in stress responses to the COVID‐19 centralized quarantine. The high‐risk subgroup with persistent ASD symptoms was characterized by lower E and higher N. The resilience process accounted for the effects of personality in shaping distinct ASD trajectories. Real-time train rescheduling for high-speed railway (HSR) is a pivotal technique in HSR transportation to efficiently recover train operation under disturbance scenarios. This paper aims to put forward an integrated resolving and rescheduling method considering network delay propagation. A tree-based conflict resolution mechanism is first established, with delicate considerations on the strategy's adaptability under different conflict scenarios. By inputting the scheduled arrival and departure time under different conflict resolution strategies, the timetable optimizing model aims to look for an optimal solution with minimal weighted train delay and average train adjustments under necessary technical and empirical constraints solved by a combined algorithm of Pareto optimality and Nash equilibrium, where the feasible solution space is narrowed in advance by a depth-first pruning algorithm. The performance of this coordinated train rescheduling approach is validated by a typical section disturbance in a regional HSR network administrated by the Shanghai Bureau. The results show that the proposed method can well utilizes timetable buffers and organizes train avoidance. The delay propagation characteristics are also simultaneously estimated based on the indicators of cumulative delay and instantaneous delay, which are established considering the spatio-temporal difference between the scheduled and planned timetables, in order to verify the coordination between resolution strategies and train running delays. This study examines the prognostic role and immunological relevance of EMP1 (epithelial membrane protein-1) in a pan-cancer analysis, with a focus on ovarian cancer. Utilizing data from TCGA, CCLE, and GTEx databases, we assessed EMP1 mRNA expression and its correlation with tumor progression, prognosis, and immune microenvironment across various cancers. Our results indicate that EMP1 expression is significantly associated with poor prognosis in multiple cancer types, including ovarian, bladder, testicular, pancreatic, breast, brain, and uveal melanoma. Immune-related analyses reveal a positive correlation between EMP1 and immune cell infiltration, particularly neutrophils, macrophages, and dendritic cells, as well as high expression of immune checkpoint such as CD274, HAVCR2, IL10, PDCD1LG2, and TGFB1 in most tumors. In vivo experiments confirm that EMP1 promotes ovarian cancer cell proliferation, metastasis, and invasion. In conclusion, EMP1 emerges as a potential prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target in various cancers, particularly ovarian cancer, due to its influence on tumor progression and immune cell dynamics. Antibacterial hydrogel wound dressings hold great potential in eliminating bacteria and accelerating the healing process. However, it remains a challenge to fabricate hydrogel wound dressings that simultaneously exhibit excellent mechanical and photothermal antibacterial properties. Here we report the development of polydopamine-functionalized graphene oxide (rGO@PDA)/calcium alginate (CA)/Polypyrrole (PPy) cotton fabric-reinforced hydrogels (abbreviated as rGO@PDA/CA/PPy FHs) for tackling bacterial infections. The mechanical properties of hydrogels were greatly enhanced by cotton fabric reinforcement and an interpenetrating structure, while excellent broad-spectrum photothermal antibacterial properties based on the photothermal effect were obtained by incorporating PPy and rGO@PDA. Results indicated that rGO@PDA/CA/PPy FHs exhibited superior tensile strength in both the warp (289 ± 62.1 N) and weft directions (142 ± 23.0 N), similarly to cotton fabric. By incorporating PPy and rGO@PDA, the swelling ratio was significantly decreased from 673.5% to 236.6%, while photothermal conversion performance was significantly enhanced with a temperature elevated to 45.0 °C. Due to the synergistic photothermal properties of rGO@PDA and PPy, rGO@PDA/CA/PPy FHs exhibited excellent bacteria-eliminating efficiency for S. aureus (0.57%) and E. coli (3.58%) after exposure to NIR for 20 min. We believe that the design of fabric-reinforced hydrogels could serve as a guideline for developing hydrogel wound dressings with improved mechanical properties and broad-spectrum photothermal antibacterial properties for infected-wound treatment. A modified 3D re-entrant honeycomb is designed and fabricated utilizing Laser Cladding Deposition (LCD) technology, the mechanical properties of which are systematically investigated by experimental and finite element (FE) methods. Firstly, the influences of honeycomb angle on localized deformation and the response of force are studied by an experiment. Experimental results reveal that the honeycomb angles have a significant effect on deformation and force. Secondly, a series of numerical studies are conducted to analyze stress characteristics and energy absorption under different angles (α) and velocities (v). It is evident that two variables play an important role in stress and energy. Thirdly, response surface methodology (RSM) and the Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA-II) are implemented with high precision to solve multi-objective optimization. Finally, the final compromise solution is determined based on the fitness function, with an angle of 49.23° and an impact velocity of 16.40 m/s. Through simulation verification, the errors of energy absorption (EA) and peak crush stress (PCS) are 9.26% and 0.4%, respectively. The findings of this study offer valuable design guidance for selecting the optimal design parameters under the same mass conditions to effectively enhance the performance of the honeycomb. Experimental research and numerical simulations of the structural response to shock waves with pulse durations of hundreds of milliseconds, or even seconds, are extremely challenging. This paper takes typical single-layer and sandwich cylindrical shells as the research objects. The response rules of cylindrical shells under long-duration blast loadings were studied. The results show that when the pulse duration is greater than or equal to 4~5 times the first-order period of the structure, the maximum response of the structure tends to be consistent, that is, the maximum response of the cylindrical shells with different vibration shapes shows a saturation effect as the pulse duration increases. This study established the relationship between the saturation loading time and the inherent characteristics of the structure. It was found that the saturation effect was applicable under the following conditions, including different load waveforms, elastic–plastic deformation of the structure, and the loading object being a sandwich shell. This will help transform the long-duration explosion wave problem into a finite pulse-duration shock wave problem that can be realized by both experiments and numerical simulations. Aim: Endoscopic necrosectomy has become the first-line treatment option for infectious necrotizing pancreatitis (INP), especially walled-off necrosis. However, the problems, including operation-related adverse events (AEs) and the need for multiple endoscopic procedures, have not been effectively addressed. We sought to evaluate the clinical safety and efficacy of anhydrous ethanol-assisted endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-guided transluminal necrosectomy in INP. Methods: A single-center observational cohort study of INP patients was conducted in a tertiary endoscopic center. Anhydrous ethanol-assisted EUS-guided transluminal necrosectomy (modified group) and conventional endoscopic necrosectomy (conventional group) were retrospectively compared in INP patients. The technical and clinical success rates, operation time, perioperative AEs, postoperative hospital stay, and recurrent INP rates were analyzed, respectively. Results: A total of 55 patients were enrolled. No statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups regarding baseline characteristics. Compared to patients in the conventional group, patients in the modified group demonstrated significantly reduced times of endoscopic transluminal necrosectomies (1.96 ± 0.89 vs. 2.73 ± 0.98; P = 0.004) and comparable perioperative AEs (P = 0.35). Meanwhile, no statistically significant differences were observed in the technical and clinical success rates (P = 0.92), operation time (P = 0.59), postoperative hospital stay (P = 0.36), and recurrent INP rates (P = 1.00) between the two groups. Conclusion: Anhydrous ethanol-assisted EUS-guided transluminal necrosectomy seemed safe and effective in treating INP. Compared with conventional endoscopic transluminal necrosectomy, its advantage was mainly in reducing the number of endoscopic necrosectomies without increasing perioperative AEs. The purpose of this experiment was to study the changes of quality, nutritional index, and microbial content of corn-soybean meal feed after fermentation with different compound probiotics, and to screen the best compound probiotic fermentation agent suitable for corn-soybean meal feed fermentation. The composite probiotics were compounded by Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, Lactobacillus and yeast according to different strains and doses. The composite probiotics were inoculated with 5% of compound probiotics, and the water content was 55%. The naturally fermented feed without complex probiotics was used as the control group. Anaerobic fermented feed for 21 days was used as experimental groups, which were divided into fermentation group A (Bacillus subtilis: Bacillus licheniformis: Saccharomyces cerevisiae=2: 2: 1), fermentation group B (Bacillus subtilis: Bacillus licheniformis: yeast JM3=2: 2: 1), fermentation group C (Bacillus subtilis: Lactobacillus: Saccharomyces cerevisiae=2: 2: 1). The feed quality, nutritional index and probiotic content after fermentation were measured. The results showed that the feed color of probiotic fermentation group had little difference, all of which were golden yellow, and the smell was wine or mellow. The feed of the control group showed yellow brown and corn flour flavor. Compared with the control group, the number of probiotics increased significantly (P<0.05), the pH value decreased significantly in the probiotic fermentation groups (P<0.05), and the pH value of fermentation group C was the lowest, which was 3.90. Compared with the control group, the concentrations of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in the probiotic fermentation group decreased, while the concentrations of crude protein, crude ash, fat and starch increased, and the fermentation group C was the best. Compared with the control group, the content of P in the fermentation group C increased significantly (P<0.05), and the metabolizable energy, net energy, net energy of weight gain, and net energy of maintenance increased significantly (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the total fatty acid content in the probiotic fermentation groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the linoleic acid content and palmitic acid content in the fermentation group C were significantly increased (P<0.05). The study indicates that the sensory properties, nutritional indexes, calcium, phosphorus, metabolizable energy, and fatty acid indexes of corn-soybean meal feed fermented by compound probiotics were improved. Sepsis is a common and critical condition encountered in clinical practice that can lead to multi-organ dysfunction. Sepsis-induced coagulopathy (SIC) significantly affects patient outcomes. However, the precise mechanisms remain unclear, making the identification of effective prognostic and therapeutic targets imperative. The analysis of transcriptome data from the whole blood of sepsis patients, facilitated the identification of key genes implicated in coagulation. Then we developed a prognostic model and a nomogram to predict patient survival. Consensus clustering classified sepsis patients into three subgroups for comparative analysis of immune function and immune cell infiltration. Single-cell sequencing elucidated alterations in intercellular communication between platelets and immune cells in sepsis, as well as the role of the coagulation-related gene FYN. Real-time quantitative PCR determined the mRNA levels of critical coagulation genes in septic rats' blood. Finally, administration of a FYN agonist to septic rats was observed for its effects on coagulation functions and survival. This study identified four pivotal genes—CFD, FYN, ITGAM, and VSIG4—as significant predictors of survival in patients with sepsis. Among them, CFD, FYN, and ITGAM were underexpressed, while VSIG4 was upregulated in patients with sepsis. Moreover, a nomogram that incorporates the coagulation-related genes (CoRGs) risk score with clinical features of patients accurately predicted survival probabilities. Subgroup analysis of CoRGs expression delineated three molecular sepsis subtypes, each with distinct prognoses and immune profiles. Single-cell sequencing shed light on heightened communication between platelets and monocytes, T cells, and plasmacytoid dendritic cells, alongside reduced interactions with neutrophils in sepsis. The collagen signaling pathway was found to be essential in this dynamic. FYN may affect platelet function by modulating factors such as ELF1, PTCRA, and RASGRP2. The administration of the FYN agonist can effectively improve coagulation dysfunction and survival in septic rats. The biaxial tension–tension cyclic loading experiments were conducted on the cruciform specimens prepared using a silane‐modified polyurethane sealant to investigate their mechanical behavior. The finite element method was employed to validate the mechanical behavior of cruciform specimens under the biaxial cyclic loading conditions. It is shown that the highest stress concentration is in the central region of the cruciform specimens, indicating that the shape design of the specimen is suitable for the biaxial tension–tension cyclic tests. Additionally, the effects of loading path, mean stress, and stress amplitude on ratcheting strain and dissipated energy were analyzed through the experimental data. The experimental results demonstrated that the loading path had an influence on the mechanical behavior of the cruciform specimen. The additional ratcheting strain caused by the non‐proportional loading path was found to be loading path dependent of the adhesive. Moreover, the mean stress and stress amplitude greatly affected the strain response curves of the specimen under biaxial cyclic loading. The ratcheting strain and dissipated energy increased with increasing mean stress and stress amplitude; nevertheless, stress amplitude had more influence on the mechanical behavior than the mean stress. Quantitative precipitation estimation (QPE) by radar observation data is a crucial aspect of meteorological forecasting operations. Accurate QPE plays a significant role in mitigating the impact of severe convective weather. Traditional QPE methods mainly employ an exponential Z–R relationship to map the radar reflectivity to precipitation intensity on a point-to-point basis. However, this isolated point-to-point transformation lacks an effective representation of convective systems. Deep learning-based methods can learn the evolution patterns of convective systems from rich historical data. However, current models often rely on 2 km-height CAPPI images, which struggle to capture the complex vertical motions within convective systems. To address this, we propose a novel QPE model: combining the classic extrapolation model ConvLSTM with Unet for an encoder-decoder module assembly. Meanwhile, we utilize three-dimensional radar echo images as inputs and introduce the convolutional block attention module (CBAM) to guide the model to focus on individual cells most likely to trigger intense precipitation, which is symmetrically built on both channel and spatial attention modules. We also employ asymmetry in training using weighted mean squared error to make the model concentrate more on heavy precipitation events which are prone to severe disasters. We conduct experiments using radar data from North China and Eastern China. For precipitation above 1 mm, the proposed model achieves 0.6769 and 0.7910 for CSI and HSS, respectively. The results indicate that compared to other methods, our model significantly enhances precipitation prediction accuracy, with a more pronounced improvement in forecasting accuracy for heavy precipitation events. We report on the feeding ecology of two species, the short‐headed lanternfish Diaphus brachycephalus and Warming's lanternfish Ceratoscopelus warmingii, using data collected over five surveys from 2015 to 2017 in the open South China Sea. D. brachycephalus feed mainly on copepods, with few differences in food composition between different‐sized individuals; the diet of C. warmingii is more diverse, including crustacean zooplankton, gelatinous animals, and Mollusca, and differs significantly between fishes >55 mm in body length and smaller fishes. Interspecific competition for food between these two species is not strong, while intraspecific competition may be more intense in D. brachycephalus than in C. warmingii. Trophic levels of D. brachycephalus (3.46) and C. warmingii (3.38) identify both species as third‐trophic‐level lower carnivores. The diel feeding patterns of D. brachycephalus and C. warmingii differ: the former feeds actively both day and night when food is plentiful, and feeds primarily in the upper layer at night and in the mesopelagic layer during the daytime, and the latter ascends into the upper 100 m at night to feed, but stomach fullness is lower than D. brachycephalus. Side‐scan sonar is a lightweight acoustic sensor that is frequently deployed on autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) to provide high‐resolution seafloor images. However, using side‐scan images to perform simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) remains a challenge when there is a lack of 3D bathymetric information and discriminant features in the side‐scan images. To tackle this, the authors propose a feature‐based SLAM framework using side‐scan sonar, which is able to automatically detect and robustly match keypoints between paired side‐scan images. The authors then use the detected correspondences as constraints to optimise the AUV pose trajectory. The proposed method is evaluated on real data collected by a Hugin AUV, using as a ground truth reference both manually‐annotated keypoints and a 3D bathymetry mesh from multibeam echosounder (MBES). With the increasing complexity of image classification tasks, traditional convolutional neural networks face performance bottlenecks when dealing with intricate network structures. To address this issue, this paper proposes an image classification model based on a hybrid quantum-classical neural network. This model incorporates parameterized quantum circuits into convolutional networks to achieve a hybrid embedding and direct output. The information from fully connected layers is utilized as control parameters for quantum layers, and the pixel values of images are mapped to quantum bit states through amplitude encoding. This allows the network to simultaneously process information from multiple pixels. Furthermore, the introduction of the quantum natural gradient algorithm aims to better handle the geometric properties of the quantum parameter space, accelerating model convergence and improving training efficiency. Experimental results demonstrate an increase in recognition accuracy of 2.42 % and 5.21 % on the MNIST dataset compared to convolutional networks and fully connected networks, respectively. A heterogeneous condensation process facilitates the growth of fine particulate matter, making it more easily removable. The aim of this study was to effectively eliminate pre-existing fine particles in the atmosphere by investigating the growth characteristics of particles in turbulent water vapor environments using experimental and numerical methods. The results reveal that the presence of soluble and hydrophilic particles in atmospheric fine particulate matter enhances their growth compared to coal particles. Increasing temperature differences, reducing particle number concentrations, and elevating the proportion of soluble particle components contribute to particle growth. When the temperature difference is below 10K, particle growth is less effective. The beneficial impact of particle collision and coagulation, partly offsetting water vapor competition, was observed with an increase in particle number concentration. The addition of soluble and hydrophilic components promoted particle activation, further fostering particle growth. The region near the wall exhibited more significant particle growth due to higher supersaturation and lower flow velocity. With the rapid development of intensive animal husbandry in the livestock industry, large quantities of manure waste containing phytate phosphorus are being generated. Phytase can effectively solve the problem of high phosphorus pollution in the feces of monogastric animals. Enviropig, which produces phytase in the salivary glands and secretes the enzyme in the saliva, were first generated in 1999. However, phytase is easily inactivated during digestion. To address this problem, cleavage-resistant phytase transgenic pigs were generated using handmade cloning in this study. Transgene construction was improved and three cell lines carrying Cafp were obtained. In total, 810 blastocysts were generated and 712 good-quality were transferred into six recipients. Fourteen piglets were born, of which six survived after weaning. Polymerase chain reaction and sequencing results showed that seven (three live and four dead) of the fourteen piglets carried Cafp. Phytase activity in the saliva of the six live cloned pigs was tested at four months of age, and only one pig had 0.155 FTU/mL enzyme activity. The other five pigs may not have been activated in the transgenic parotid gland. Among all the transgenic pigs, the highest phosphorus digestion rate was 59.2% of intake, representing a 25.4% decrease in fecal emission compared to the average of controls. Immunohistochemical results on the three Cafp- positive pigs that died after six months of age showed that the transgene was only expressed in parotid glands, confirming tissue-specific gene expression. In conclusion, cleavage-resistant phytase transgenic pigs were successfully produced through handmade cloning. Three observers evaluated the image data of 48 randomly selected cases based on CT at different time nodes of T1 and T2. Cohen's kappa was used to calculate the consistency. At the last follow-up, patients' Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH), Patient Rated Wrist Evaluation (PRWE), and VAS scores were collected. Among 204 cases, there were 12 cases of type 1, including 6 cases of type 1-D, 4 cases of type 1-V and 2 cases of type 1-R. There were 6 cases of type 2, including 2 cases of type 2-DV, 2 cases of type 2-DR and 2 cases of type 2-VR. There were 186 cases of type 3, including 32 cases of type 3–0, 127 cases of type 3–1 and 27 cases of type 3–2. There was no significant difference in DASH, PRWE and VAS scores among all types (P > 0.05). The transpedicular procedure has been widely used in spinal surgery. The determination of the best entry point is the key to perform a successful transpedicular procedure. Various techniques have been used to determine this point, but the results are variable. This study was carried out to determine the posterior endpoint of the lumbar pedicle central axis on the standard anterior–posterior (AP) fluoroscopic images. Computer-aided design technology was used to determine the pedicle central axis and the posterior endpoint of the pedicle central axis on the posterior aspect of the vertebra. The standard AP fluoroscopic image of the lumbar vertebral models by three-dimensional printing was achieved. The endpoint projection on the AP fluoroscopic image was determined in reference to the pedicle cortex projection by the measurements of the angle and distance on the established X–Y coordinate system of the radiologic image. The projection of posterior endpoint of the lumbar pedicle central axis were found to be superior to the X-axis of the established X–Y coordinate system and was located on the pedicle cortex projection on the standard AP fluoroscopic image of the vertebra. The projection point was distributed in different sectors in the coordinate system. It was located superior to the X-axis by 18° to 26° at L1, while they were located superior to the X-axis by 12° to 14° at L2 to L5. The projections of posterior endpoints of the lumbar pedicle central axis were located in different positions on the standard AP fluoroscopic image of the vertebra. Following the Hunga Tonga–Hunga Ha'apai (HTHH) eruption in January 2022, stratospheric ozone depletion was observed at Southern Hemisphere mid‐latitudes and over Antarctica during the 2022 austral wintertime and springtime, respectively. The eruption injected sulfur dioxide and unprecedented amounts of water vapor into the stratosphere. This work examines the chemistry contribution of the volcanic materials to ozone depletion using chemistry‐climate model simulations with nudged meteorology. Simulated 2022 ozone and nitrogen oxide (NOx = NO + NO2) anomalies show good agreement with satellite observations. We find that chemistry yields up to 4% ozone destruction at mid‐latitudes near ∼70 hPa in August and up to 20% ozone destruction over Antarctica near ∼80 hPa in October. Most of the ozone depletion is attributed to internal variability and dynamical changes forced by the eruption. Both the modeling and observations show a significant NOx reduction associated with the HTHH aerosol plume, indicating enhanced dinitrogen pentoxide hydrolysis on sulfate aerosol. Augmented Reality (AR) has the potential to help drivers become aware of invisible hazards through an Augmented Reality Head-Up Display (AR-HUD). However, this issue is still underexplored. To address it, a novel warning system for invisible dangers in AR-HUD user interfaces has been designed as a carrier for agents' cognitive information to enhance driver perception. This design was created by using a team cooperation perception model that combined the perception cycle of a human driver with a computational agent. Furthermore, user experiments were conducted to investigate the impact of this design on safe driving in two typical scenarios. The experimental results showed that this design can significantly improve drivers' situation awareness and reaction time in both human-driving and auto-pilot modes, and enhance human drivers' trust in the auto-pilot system. Objective. To identify gender differences in the adverse events (AEs) of ketamine, reduce the AEs among patients, and contribute to the advancement of personalized medicine. Methods. A normalized dataset from 2004 Q1 to the 2022 Q4 in the US Food and Drug Administration Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) was analysed. The reporting odds ratio (ROR), proportional reporting ratio (PRR), and P value were used to detect the risk signals from the data in the FAERS database and quantify the presence and extent of gender differences in ketamine AEs. Results. Totally, 5,477 ketamine (female/male (2507/1795)) AE reports were analysed, and sedation (ROR 1.30 (1.07, 1.58)), suicidal ideation (ROR 1.30 (1.03, 1.64)), nausea (ROR 1.37 (1.05, 1.78)), depression (ROR 1.22 (1.13, 1.61)), dizziness (ROR 2.25 (1.78, 2.90)), anxiety (ROR 1.48 (1.09, 1.99)), and other adverse events were found to be significantly more frequent in male patients than in female patients. Conclusion. Using FAERS, we identified gender as factors associated with ketamine-related AEs. When liquid drops impact on solid surfaces, an air layer forms in between the drop and the surface, acting as a cushion to mitigate the impact. In this work, we focus on delineating the bounce and contact mode regimes of impacting drops on smooth surfaces, specifically discerning whether drops rebound from the air layer or make contact with the solid surfaces, and pinpointing the precise contact modes between the drop and solid surfaces by resolving the gas film evolution and rupture. Our simulation model incorporates gas kinetics and electrostatics effects, both of which have been validated by experiments documented in the literature or theoretical models regarding thin film instabilities. We undertake a comprehensive review and categorization of the contact modes and elucidate how they change under different conditions of impact velocities, ambient pressures, and electric field intensities. We also provide some perspectives on the regime map for the lubricated surfaces, which contains an unresolved issue that the critical Weber number for bouncing-wetting transition is significantly reduced compared to the solid smooth surfaces like mica. These insights have noteworthy practical implications offering guidance for a wide range of scenarios, from normal-pressure environments to low-pressure conditions at high altitudes, encompassing high electric field conditions such as nanogenerators as well as low electric field conditions resembling glass surfaces with static electricity. Fault detection for photovoltaic power generation system is a challenging problem in condition monitoring and troubleshooting, which aims to maintain the safe operation of equipment and improve the benefit of photovoltaic industry. Aiming at the problems of frequent failures of photovoltaic power generation system, large amount of operating data and difficult to obtain fault samples, we propose an unsupervised fault detection approach for photovoltaic power generation system via bidirectional long/short memory deep auto-encoder which combines the auto-encoder in deep learning with the Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM). Specifically, We first take the statistical feature enhanced as the input of an auto-encoder based on BiLSTM. Then, we build a simulation model of Grid-connected PV system. Finally, we use the operation results under normal conditions to train the fault detection model to obtain the reconstruction error and determine the fault detection threshold, so as to judge the anomalies of the photovoltaic power generation system. We simulate the shadow occlusion fault and verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, and the fault detection accuracy of 0.95 is achieved. Compare with other models, the results show that it could set up better dependence on multi-dimensional data in time sequences, effectively testing solar panel failures and solving insufficient data labels problems. As the role of human capital in enhancing corporate value becomes increasingly prominent in the new economic era, employee satisfaction has garnered widespread attention in organizational behavior theory and business practices. However, constrained by the traditional governance model of "shareholder primacy", which tends to view employees instrumentally, adverse effects on employee satisfaction and organizational identification persist. Currently, corporate ESG behaviors are flourishing in China, bringing profound and extensive transformations to economic and social sustainability. Yet, the research on whether and how corporate ESG behaviors improve employee satisfaction remains unclear. This study, based on data from the "China's 100 Best Employers Award" and employing regression analysis on panel data from listed companies on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges, reveals that corporate ESG behaviors have the potential to enhance employee satisfaction. Transparency in corporate environmental information and internal control mechanisms emerge as the primary means through which corporate ESG behaviors elevate employee satisfaction. In this paper, we make use of holographic Boundary Conformal Field Theory (BCFT) to simulate the black hole information problem in the semi-classical picture. We investigate the correlation between a portion of Hawking radiation and entanglement islands by the area of an entanglement wedge cross-section. Building on the understanding of the relationship between entanglement wedge cross-sections and perfect tensor entanglement as discussed in reference [18], we make an intriguing observation: in the semi-classical picture, the positioning of an entanglement island automatically yields a pattern of perfect tensor entanglement. Furthermore, the contribution of this perfect tensor entanglement, combined with the bipartite entanglement contribution, precisely determines the area of the entanglement wedge cross-section. X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) is widely employed for structure characterization of graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) and its composites. Nevertheless, even for pure g-C3N4, discrepancies in energy and profile exist across different experiments, which can be attributed to variations in structures arising from diverse synthesis conditions and calibration procedures. Here, we conducted a theoretical investigation on XAS of three representative g-C3N4 structures (planar, corrugated, and micro-corrugated) optimized with different strategies, to understand the structure–spectroscopy relation. Different methods were compared, including density functional theory (DFT) with the full core-hole (FCH) or equivalent core-hole (ECH) approximation as well as the time-dependent DFT (TDDFT). FCH was responsible for getting accurate absolute absorption energy; while ECH and TDDFT aided in interpreting the spectra, through ECH-state canonical molecular orbitals (ECH-CMOs) and natural transition orbitals (NTOs), respectively. With each method, the spectra at the three structures show evident differences, which can be correlated with different individual experiments or in between. Our calculations explained the structural reason behind the spectral discrepancies among different experiments. Moreover, profiles predicted by these methods also displayed consistency, so their differences can be used as a reliable indicator of their accuracy. Both ECH-CMOs and NTO particle orbitals led to similar graphics, validating their applicability in interpreting the transitions. Recent studies have revealed the involvement of RNA m6A modification in embryonic development; however, the relationship between aberrant RNA m6A modification and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) remains unclear. In this study, we analysed the level of RNA m6A modification in trophoblasts using dot blot, RNA m6A quantification, and MeRIP assays. By integrating data from the GEO database, RNA‐Seq, and MeRIP‐Seq, we examined the aberrant expression of m6A methyltransferases and their downstream molecules in chorionic villus (placental) tissues. RNA pull‐down, RIP, and electrophoretic mobility shift assay were used to analyse the binding relationship between the YTHDC1 protein and MEG3. Additionally, RNA stability and BrU immunoprecipitation chase assays were utilised to elucidate the regulation of MEG3 stability by YTHDC1. ChIP and DNA pull‐down RNA experiments were performed to elucidate the mechanism by which MEG3 targets EZH2 to the TGF‐β1 promoter. The results showed that the expression of the m6A demethylase FTO protein was significantly increased in URSA trophoblasts, leading to inhibition of the MEG3 m6A modification and weakening of the stabilising effect of the m6A binding protein YTHDC1 on MEG3. Furthermore, MEG3 was found to bind simultaneously with the EZH2 protein and the TGF‐β1 gene promoter, enabling the localisation of EZH2 protein to the TGF‐β1 gene promoter and subsequent inhibition of TGF‐β1 gene expression. In summary, our findings elucidate the mechanism by which FTO protein regulates the MEG3‐TGF‐β signalling pathway, thereby suppressing trophoblast invasion and proliferation in URSA trophoblast cells. Cumulus cells (CCs) synthesize estrogens that are essential for follicular development. However, the effects of androgen on estrogen production in buffalo CCs remain unknown. In the present study, the impacts of testosterone on estrogen synthesis of buffalo CCs surrounding in vitro-matured oocytes were investigated. The results showed that testosterone supplementation improved both the expression levels of estrogen synthesis-related genes (CYP11A1, CYP19A1, and 17β-HSD) and the secretion levels of estradiol in buffalo CCs surrounding in vitro-matured oocytes. Furthermore, testosterone treatment enhanced the sensitivity of buffalo CCs surrounding in vitro-matured oocytes to follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). This study indicated that testosterone supplementation promoted the estrogen synthesis of buffalo CCs surrounding in vitro-matured oocytes mainly through strengthening the responsiveness of CCs to FSH. Natural rubber (NR) is widely used in various fields including aerospace, military industry and transportation due to its superior elasticity and comprehensive mechanical properties. Nonetheless, the commercial NR prepared by different methods usually exhibits different mechanical properties, primarily due to variations in processing conditions during the conversion from latex to bulk rubber material. Consequently, this poses challenges in scientific research and industrial production of NR. In order to assess the properties of various commercially available NR and identify key structural and compositional components, this study systematically compares and analyzes four representative NR raw materials: air dried sheet (ADS), ribbed smoked sheets (RSS), constant viscidity NR (CV), and whole field latex rubber (WF). The investigation focuses on evaluating their static mechanical behavior, SIC behavior, wear resistance, and fatigue resistance. The findings indicate that protein and gel content exhibit a crucial influence on the NR properties. These constituents contribute to the formation of a high-crosslinking density region, generating a heterogeneous network structure within the rubber. This structure amplifies strains during deformation, leading to earlier and stronger strain-induced crystallization (SIC). Among the four commercial NR brands, RSS demonstrates superior overall mechanical and dynamic properties owing to its high protein and gel content. This study serves as a valuable reference for comprehending the differences in properties among various commercial NR, thereby offering guidance for the actual processing and selection of NR. To investigate the structural response of emergency pavement repairs under aeroplane loading and verify the backfill material and structural applicability, two craters were backfilled. Crater 1 comprised a 2.4 m thick layer of recovered flying objects, 0.4 m of graded crushed rock (GCR), 0.2 m of roller-compacted concrete and a fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) course. Crater 2 comprised a 2.4 m thick layer of flying objects, 0.6 m of GCR and a FRP course. Static and dynamic loads were applied using two aeroplanes. The results showed that the FRP pavement layer reduced the maximum deflection of crater 2 by 21%. Crater 1 and the concrete pavement were both slightly rigid structures with a strong load-transfer ability. The dynamic deflection basin curves of crater 2 could be fitted using a Gaussian function, while the curves of crater 1 and the concrete pavement were fitted using a quartic polynomial. Under static loading, the earth pressures of crater 2 at −0.6 m, −0.4 m and −0.2 m depths were 4.3, 9.0 and 9.6 times of those of crater 1, respectively. At a depth of −0.2 m, the earth pressure of crater 1 was 0.11 MPa, while that of crater 2 was 1.06 MPa. In this paper we propose a new nonparametric regression technique under multiplicative distortion measurement errors settings. The unobservable variables are both distorted in a multiplicative fashion by an observed confounding variable. A bias reduction is proposed by choosing a function that is the projection of the unknown regression function onto the parametric family in a certain metric. We find that this new technique leads to substantial improvement in the performance of regression estimators in comparison with the direct one-step estimation, irrespective of the choice of a parametric model. We obtain asymptotic normality results for the estimated nonparametric kernel smoothers, and further discuss their estimation efficiency. The failure mechanism of TP347H austenitic heat-resistant steel tube serviced in boiler superheater in a 600 MW subcritical thermal power unit is presented in this paper. Through microstructure observation, energy-dispersive spectrometry analysis, and selected electron diffraction, the mechanism of TP347H superheater bend tube failure is found to be attributed to intergranular corrosion cracking, more M23C6 and primary NbC(N) phase precipitating and coarsening along the grain boundary and formation of high content of slip lines and α′-martensite structure. The α′-martensite kept the Kurdjumov–Sachs (K-S) orientation relationships with parent austenite phase (γ-parent), which generated in TP347H bend tube may be related to the deformation-induced martensite (DIM) during rolling and cold working. The α′-martensite nucleated mainly at the grain boundary intersection between the twin crystal and γ-parent and grew inwards along the twin band. The disintegration of red-bed soft rock exhibits a strong correlation with various geological disasters. However, the investigation into the evolutionary mechanisms underlying disintegration breakage has not yet received extensive exploration. In order to comprehensively examine the disintegration characteristics of red-bed soft rock, the slake durability tests were conducted to red-bed soft rocks of varying burial depths. Subsequently, an investigation was carried out to examine the disintegration characteristics and the evolution of disintegration parameters, including the coefficient of uniformity (Cu), coefficient of curvature (Cc), disintegration rate (DRE), disintegration ratio (Dr), and fractal dimension (D), throughout the disintegration process. Finally, employing the energy dissipation theory, an energy dissipation model was developed to predicate the disintegration process of samples at various burial depths. The findings demonstrate a decrease in the abundance of large particles and a concurrent increase in the abundance of small particles as the number of drying-wetting cycles increases. Furthermore, as the number of drying-wetting cycles increases, a significant alteration is observed in the content of particles larger than 10 mm, whereas the content of particles smaller than 10 mm undergoes only minor changes. The disintegration parameters, including the curvature coefficient, non-uniformity coefficient, disintegration rate, and fractal dimension, exhibit a positive correlation with the number of drying-wetting cycles. Conversely, the disintegration index demonstrates a decreasing trend with the increasing number of cycles. Nevertheless, as the burial depth increases, a notable trend emerges in the disintegration process, characterized by a gradual increase in the content of large particles alongside a progressive decrease in the content of small particles. Concurrently, the curvature coefficient, non-uniformity coefficient, disintegration rate, and fractal dimension exhibit a gradual decline, while the durability index experiences a gradual increase. In addition, based on the principle of energy dissipation, it is revealed that the surface energy increment of red-bed soft rock increases with the increase of the number of drying-wetting cycles, but decreases with the increase of burial depth. Ultimately, by leveraging the outcomes of energy dissipation analyses, a theoretical model is constructed to elucidate the correlation between surface energy and both the number of drying-wetting cycles and burial depth. This paper develops a novel guaranteed cost control (GCC) approach under the event-triggered mechanism for completely unknown systems using integral reinforcement learning (IRL) algorithm. First, based on the adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) method, the GCC problem is addressed by transforming it into the optimal control problem. Second, without using the accurate information of system dynamics, a model-free data-based GCC approach is designed via IRL algorithm. Moreover, for the purpose of reducing the waste of communication resources, a GCC algorithm is presented under the event-triggered mechanism for completely unknown system by utilizing the explorized IRL algorithm. The critic–actor–disturbance neural networks (NNs) are applied to approximate near optimal solution. In addition, the weight estimations of NNs are tuned synchronously according to the designed novel triggering condition. Furthermore, the stability analysis of the controlled system is given by utilizing the Lyapunov principle. With the rapid development of smart manufacturing, data-driven deep learning (DL) methods are widely used for bearing fault diagnosis. Aiming at the problem of model training crashes when data are imbalanced and the difficulty of traditional signal analysis methods in effectively extracting fault features, this paper proposes an intelligent fault diagnosis method of rolling bearings based on Gramian Angular Difference Field (GADF) and Improved Dual Attention Residual Network (IDARN). The original vibration signals are encoded as 2D-GADF feature images for network input; the residual structures will incorporate dual attention mechanism to enhance the integration ability of the features, while the group normalization (GN) method is introduced to overcome the bias caused by data discrepancies; and then the model is trained to complete the classification of faults. In order to verify the superiority of the proposed method, the data obtained from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) bearing data and bearing fault experimental equipment were compared with other popular DL methods, and the proposed model performed optimally. AbstractWe consider the estimation of Pearson correlation coefficient when two continuous variables can not be directly observed but measured with multiplicative distortion measurement errors. Different from the identifiability conditions for the distortion functions in literature, we propose a new estimation method of Pearson correlation coefficient by transforming the linear model between two variables into varying coefficient models, a moment-based estimator of the Pearson correlation coefficient is proposed. This method can deal with the non-independence condition between the confounding variable and the unobserved variables. We study the asymptotic results of these proposed estimators, and we make some comparisons among the proposed estimators through the simulation. A novel standard trajectory design and tracking guidance used in the multiple active leap maneuver mode for hypersonic glide vehicles (HGVs) is proposed in this paper. First, the dynamic equation and multiconstraint model are first established in the flight path coordinate system. Second, the reference drag acceleration-normalized energy (D-e) profile of the multiple active leap maneuver mode is quickly determined by the Newton iterative algorithm with a single design parameter. The range to go error is corrected by the drag acceleration profile update algorithm, and the drag acceleration error of the gliding terminal is corrected by the aerodynamic parameter estimation algorithm. Then, the reference drag acceleration tracking guidance law is designed based on the prescribed performance control method. Finally, the CAV-L vehicle model is used for numerical simulation. The results show that the proposed method can satisfy the design requirements of drag acceleration under multiple active leap maneuver modes, and the reference drag acceleration can be tracked precisely. Magnetic reconnection is believed to play an important role in the release and conversion of energy among magnetized plasma systems. So far, we have been unable to understand under what conditions magnetic reconnection can take place. Based on observations from the New Vacuum Solar Telescope and the Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO), we study 16 magnetic reconnection events, and each event has a clear X-type configuration consisting of two sets of atmospheric structures. We focus on 38 footpoints that are relevant to these structures and can be clearly determined. By using SDO/Helioseismic and Magnetic Imager line-of-sight magnetograms, we track the field evolution of these footpoints. Prior to the occurrence of magnetic reconnection, the associated fields at the footpoints underwent convergence and shear motions, and thus became enhanced and complex. During the converging period, the rates of increase of the mean magnetic flux densities (MFDs) at these footpoints are 0.03–0.25 hr−1. While the unsigned mean MFDs are 70–300 G, magnetic reconnection in the solar atmosphere takes place. Subsequently, the photospheric fields of these footpoints diffuse and weaken, with rates of decrease of the MFDs from 0.03 to 0.18 hr−1. These results suggest that, due to the photospheric dynamical evolution at the footpoints, the footpoint MFDs increase from a small value to a large one, and the corresponding atmospheric magnetic fields become complicated and nonpotential; then reconnection happens and it releases the accumulated magnetic field energy. Triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) poses significant challenges in tumor treatment. Ferroptosis, as a novel cell death mechanism, holds promise as a potential therapeutic strategy for TNBC. In this study, cascade bioreactors based on host–guest molecular inclusion complexes (PCFP@PL/p53) are constructed for TNBC therapy via inducing ferroptosis. The bioreactors are composed of hydrophobic hemirotaxane (mPEG‐β‐CD/α‐CD) and hydrophilic multi‐branched polyethyleneimine‐ferrocene (PEI‐Fc). They are linked by the reactive oxygen species (ROS)‐responsive molecular switch β‐CD@Fc, which can be activated by high levels of ROS. This activation leads to the rapid disassembly of PCFP@PL/p53 and the subsequent release of the loaded piperlongumine (PL) and p53 plasmids. In addition to acting as a "switch," Fc can react with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in a Fenton reaction to produce hydroxyl radicals. PL decreases intracellular reduced glutathione and induces H2O2 accumulation, which corporates with Fc to launch ferroptosis and activated p53. The activated p53 disrupts the SLC7A11‐GSH‐GPX4 pathway, further increasing the intracellular ROS levels, resulting in a cascade amplification of ROS that ultimately induces massive ferroptosis. Meanwhile, the PCFP@PL/p53‐induced ferroptosis also activates the immune system in vivo, restricting the growth and metastasis of TNBC, thus providing a novel approach for TNBC therapy based on ferroptosis.
