Mn-based phosphors with the wavelength of 700–750 nm are an important category of far-red phosphors that have promising potential in the application of plant lighting, and the higher ability of the far-red light emitting of the phosphors is beneficial to plant growth. Herein, a series of Mn4+- and Mn4+/Ca2+-doped double perovskite SrGd2Al2O7 red-emitting phosphors with wavelengths centered at about 709 nm were successfully synthesized by means of a traditional high-temperature solid-state method. First-principles calculations were conducted to explore the intrinsic electronic structure of SrGd2Al2O7 for a better understanding of the luminescence behavior in this material. Extensive analysis demonstrates that the introduction of Ca2+ ions into the SrGd2Al2O7:Mn4+ phosphor has significantly boosted the emission intensity, internal quantum efficiency, and thermal stability by 170%, 173.4%, and 113.7%, respectively, which are superior to those of most other Mn4+-based far-red phosphors. The mechanism of the concentration quench effect and the positive effect of co-doping Ca2+ ions in the phosphor were extensively explored. All studies suggest that the SrGd2Al2O7:0.1%Mn4+, 11%Ca2+ phosphor is a novel phosphor that can be used to effectively promote the growth of plants and regulate the flowering cycle. Earth-Moon libration point navigation constellation has a merit of fully covering the cislunar space and providing navigation services with merely a small number of satellites. Furthermore, this type of constellation itself can achieve orbit determination by using only its Inter-satellite links (ISL) owing to the well-known gravitational asymmetry near the libration points. This paper adopts a representative four-satellite navigation constellation including three satellites located near the libration point L3, L4, L5, and an extra one in Distant Retrograde Orbit (DRO), and studies the orbit determination accuracy of the constellation under two conditions: establishing ISLs within itself (called Solely libration point satellites) and establishing additional ISLs with BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) (called Libration + BeiDou satellites). The simulation results indicate that, for the Solely libration point satellites scenario with the 1 m range error and solar radiation pressure (SRP) error with the level of 10% deviation between ball model and macro model, the final orbit accuracies for L3, L4, L5, and DRO satellites can respectively achieve 11.3 m, 12.7 m, 12.6 m, and 7.3 m. Reducing the link interval can significantly shorten the arc length to achieve final accuracy, whileas it has less impact on the final orbital accuracy. When the link interval is set as 240, 60, 10, and 2 min, the arc lengths at the final accuracy of better than 15 m are about 35, 29, 23, and 20 days, respectively. To balance the communication burden and the orbit determination arc length, the recommended ISL building interval is 10 min. Errors coming from range measurement model and dynamic model, in addition, are key factors in orbit determination, which can result in meters to tens of meters of orbital accuracy. For the Libration + BeiDou satellites scenario, the augmented ISLs to BDS can substantially improve constellation orbital accuracy and shorten the orbit determination arc length. When the DRO satellite attached to the Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO), Inclined Geosynchronous Orbit (IGSO), and Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) satellites of BDS respectively, the improved accuracy are 37.1%, 61.2%, and 42.2%, while the shortened arc length are 20.1%, 28.3%, and 28.1%, respectively. The dynamics of spin–orbit-coupled Bose–Einstein condensate with parity-time symmetry through a moving obstacle potential is simulated numerically. In the miscible two-component condensate, the formation of the Kármán vortex street is observed in one component, while 'the half-quantum vortex street' is observed in the other component. Other patterns of vortex shedding, such as oblique vortex dipoles, V-shaped vortex pairs, irregular turbulence, and combined modes of various wakes, can also be found. The ratio of inter-vortex spacing in one row to the distance between vortex rows is approximately 0.18, which is less than the stability condition 0.28 of classical fluid. The drag force acting on the obstacle potential is simulated. The parametric regions of Kármán vortex street and other vortex patterns are calculated. The range of Kármán vortex street is surrounded by the region of combined modes. In addition, spin–orbit coupling disrupts the symmetry of the system and the gain-loss affects the local particle distribution of the system, which leads to the local symmetry breaking of the system, and finally influences the stability of the Kármán vortex street. ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters, acting as cellular "pumps," facilitate solute translocation through membranes via ATP hydrolysis. Their overexpression is closely tied to multidrug resistance (MDR), a major obstacle in chemotherapy and neurological disorder treatment, hampering drug accumulation and delivery. Extensive research has delved into the intricate interplay between ABC transporter structure, function, and potential inhibition for MDR reversal. Cryo-electron microscopy has been instrumental in unveiling structural details of various MDR-causing ABC transporters, encompassing ABCB1, ABCC1, and ABCG2, as well as the recently revealed ABCC3 and ABCC4 structures. The newly obtained structural insight has deepened our understanding of substrate and drug binding, translocation mechanisms, and inhibitor interactions. Given the growing body of structural information available for human MDR transporters and their associated mechanisms, we believe it is timely to compile a comprehensive review of these transporters and compare their functional mechanisms in the context of multidrug resistance. Therefore, this review primarily focuses on the structural aspects of clinically significant human ABC transporters linked to MDR, with the aim of providing valuable insights to enhance the effectiveness of MDR reversal strategies in clinical therapies. In this paper, we study a holographic description of weak measurements in conformal field theories (CFTs). Weak measurements can be viewed as a soft projection that interpolates between an identity operator and a projection operator, and can induce an effective central charge distinct from the unmeasured CFT. We model the weak measurement by an interface brane, separating different geometries dual to the post-measurement state and the unmeasured CFT, respectively. In an infinite system, the weak measurement is related to ICFT via a spacetime rotation. We find that the holographic entanglement entropy with twist operators located on the defect is consistent in both calculations for ICFT and weak measurements. We additionally calculate the boundary entropy via holographic entanglement as well as partition function. In a finite system, the weak measurement can lead to a rich phase diagram: for marginal measurements the emergent brane separates two AdS geometries, while for irrelevant measurements the post-measurement geometry features an AdS spacetime and a black hole spacetime that are separated by the brane. Although the measurement is irrelevant in the later phase, the post-measurement geometry can realize a Python's lunch. Finally, we discuss the thick brane construction for measurement and higher-dimension extensions of our model. For these general cases, our results above are still shown to be valid. We study the entanglement transition in monitored Brownian SYK chains in the large-N limit. Without measurement the steady state n-th Rényi entropy is obtained by summing over a class of solutions, and is found to saturate to the Page value in the n → 1 limit. In the presence of measurements, the analytical continuation n → 1 is performed using the cyclic symmetric solution. The result shows that as the monitoring rate increases, a continuous von Neumann entanglement entropy transition from volume-law to area-law occurs at the point of replica symmetry unbreaking. Krylov complexity measures the spread of the wavefunction in the Krylov basis, which is constructed using the Hamiltonian and an initial state. We investigate the evolution of the maximally entangled state in the Krylov basis for both chaotic and non-chaotic systems. For this purpose, we derive an Ehrenfest theorem for the Krylov complexity, which reveals its close relation to the spectrum. Our findings suggest that neither the linear growth nor the saturation of Krylov complexity is necessarily associated with chaos. However, for chaotic systems, we observe a universal rise-slope-ramp-plateau behavior in the transition probability from the initial state to one of the Krylov basis states. Moreover, a long ramp in the transition probability is a signal for spectral rigidity, characterizing quantum chaos. Also, this ramp is directly responsible for the late-time peak of Krylov complexity observed in the literature. On the other hand, for non-chaotic systems, this long ramp is absent. Therefore, our results help to clarify which features of the wave function time evolution in Krylov space characterize chaos. How rapidly can a many-body quantum system generate randomness? Using path integral methods, we demonstrate that Brownian quantum systems have circuit complexity that grows linearly with time. In particular, we study Brownian clusters of N spins or fermions with time-dependent all-to-all interactions, and calculate the Frame Potential to characterize complexity growth in these models. In both cases the problem can be mapped to an effective statistical mechanics problem which we study using path integral methods. Within this framework it is straightforward to show that the kth Frame Potential comes within ϵ of the Haar value after a time of order t ~ kN + k log k + log ϵ−1. Using a bound on the diamond norm, this implies that such circuits are capable of coming very close to a unitary k-design after a time of order t ~ kN. We also consider the same question for systems with a time-independent Hamiltonian and argue that a small amount of time-dependent randomness is sufficient to generate a k-design in linear time provided the underlying Hamiltonian is quantum chaotic. These models provide explicit examples of linear complexity growth that are analytically tractable and are directly applicable to practical applications calling for unitary k-designs. The ultra-sensitive accelerometer onboard low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite can measure the non-gravitational accelerations acting on the satellite in an adequate range and frequency bandwidth with high precision. By replacing the non-gravitational force models, accelerometer measurements are introduced in GNSS-based precise orbit and baseline determination (POD and PBD) to improve the quality of the derived orbit and baseline solutions. A modified accelerometer measurement processing strategy is employed, and 1 month of flight data collected by the GRACE and GRACE-FO missions are processed. For single-satellite POD, the obtained orbit solutions are evaluated through comparisons to the Jet Propulsion Laboratory reduced-dynamic orbits, independent satellite laser ranging (SLR) and K-Band ranging (KBR) measurements. Orbit comparison and SLR validation results show comparable accuracy of the orbit solutions derived with non-gravitational force models and accelerometer measurements. However, the KBR validation reports that the relative position precision is considerably improved by 22 and 27% for GRACE and GRACE-FO, respectively. For dual-satellite PBD, the obtained baseline solutions are also evaluated by the KBR measurements. The validation results reveal that the baselines are improved significantly with the high-precision accelerometer measurements. The KBR residuals are reduced from 0.59 to 0.43 mm for GRACE, and from 0.62 to 0.48 mm for GRACE-FO, with the precision being notably improved by 27 and 23%, respectively. Furthermore, in addition to the analysis in the time domain, we find that the performances of the accelerometer measurements are more remarkable in the frequency domain for both POD and PBD, where more than 67% of the KBR residuals are reduced within the frequency interval of 1.5 to 5 cycles per revolution. These results, therefore, demonstrate the great potential of high-precision accelerometer measurements in dynamic POD and PBD, which can offer more precise relative orbits for formation-flying LEO satellites, particularly in the frequency domain. ZnO‐MgO composite catalysts were prepared by the coprecipitation method and used for the synthesis of methyl ethyl oxalate (EMO) from dimethyl oxalate (DMO) and ethanol (EtOH). The results of the SEM, XRD, FT‐IR and XPS confirmed that Zn2+ ions were incorporated into the cubic MgO lattice to form the solid solution structure over ZnO‐MgO composites catalysts with 6–18 mol% ZnO. The ZnO‐MgO composite catalysts with a solid solution structure have a large specific surface area, high medium acidic density, and medium basic density according to the results of N2 adsorption‐desorption, pyridine‐IR (Py‐IR) and NH3/CO2 temperature‐programmed desorption (NH3‐TPD/CO2‐TPD). The ZnxMg1‐xO solid solution with 18 mol% ZnO‐MgO (Zn0.18Mg0.82O) catalyst showed the highest catalytic activity with 71.98 % conversion of DMO and 67.36 % selectivity to EMO (DMO: EtOH molar ratio=1 : 2, reaction time=20 min, reaction temperature=80 °C and catalyst amount=1.5 wt%). The high catalytic activity was attributed to the solid solution structure with high medium acidic density and medium basic density. The conversion of DMO showed a positive linear correlation with the medium acidic density and medium basic density according to the correlation between catalytic activity and acidity‐basicity. Satellite laser ranging (SLR) is the space geodetic technique with the highest degree of range, measuring precision and distances right down to the millimeter level. Thanks to the improvement of SLR station layouts and the advance of SLR technology, in recent years, more research has been conducted to determine Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) satellite orbits using SLR data. The primary goal of this contribution is to investigate the accuracy of BeiDou Navigation-3 (BDS-3) Satellite precise orbit determination (POD) using solely SLR data, as well as explore the impact of various factors on that accuracy. Firstly, we used actual SLR data to make the POD for BDS-3 satellites, and the POD accuracy was positively connected with the orbital arc lengths. The 9-day median root mean square (RMS) in radial (R), along-track (T), and cross-track (N) directions were estimated at 4.7–8.2, 22.1–35.2, and 27.4–43.8 cm, respectively, for comparison with WUM precise orbits. Then, we explored the impact of SLR observations and stations on POD accuracy. For 9-day orbital arc lengths, five station or 20 observation arcs may offer an orbit with a 1 m precision. Six to eight stations or 30–35 observation arcs allow an improved orbit accuracy up to approximately 0.5 m. Furthermore, we examined how measurement errors and orbit modeling errors affect the SLR-only POD accuracy using simulated SLR data. For orbital arc lengths of 9 days, each cm of random error leads to a 9.3–11.0 cm decrease in orbit accuracy. The accuracy of an orbit is reduced by 10.1–15.0 cm for every 1 cm of systematic error. This article probes into Karl Barth's theology of nationhood set forth in Gottes Gnadenwahl, a volume on the doctrine of election published in November 1936. I will attend to his use of Hegelian terms and concepts to demonstrate his refutation of secularist and immanentist reinterpretations of the Christian doctrines of election and providence under the Enlightenment principle of historical progress by modern German thinkers, most notably Hegel. As Barth sees it, Hegel was largely at fault for having provided theological and philosophical justifications for the rise of Germany's mystical nationalism in the name of German Christianity. Using Hegelian language, Barth insists against Hegel that election is God's predetermination of human existence in Christo. Rather than negating nationhood altogether, Barth's repudiation of nationalism is intended to stress that nationhood is an external basis of the communion of the elect, and that the election of the community is the internal basis of nationhood. Developing porous materials to overcome the trade‐off between adsorption capacity and selectivity for C2H2/CO2 separation remains a challenge. Herein, we report a stable HKUST‐1‐like MOF (ZJU‐50a), featuring large cages decorated with high density of supramolecular binding sites to achieve both high C2H2 storage and selectivity. ZJU‐50a exhibits one of the highest C2H2 storage capacity (192 cm3 g−1) and concurrently high C2H2/CO2 selectivity (12) at 298 K and 1 bar. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies on gas‐loaded ZJU‐50a crystal unveil that the incorporated supramolecular binding sites can selectively take up C2H2 molecule but not CO2 to result in both high C2H2 storage and selectivity. Breakthrough experiments validated its separation performance for C2H2/CO2 mixtures, providing a high C2H2 recovery capacity of 84.2 L kg−1 with 99.5 % purity. The realization of ideal molecular sieves has a great potential to achieve the desired gas separations by fine‐tuning pore structures to generate suitable aperture sizes, which can be exclusive to larger molecules thus performing efficient separations. Despite numerous attempts, there are few developed porous materials that implement molecular sieving for C2H2/CH4 separation. Herein, we show how fine‐tuning of pore size in a series of selected SIFSIX materials achieves ideal molecular sieving for C2H2/CH4 separation at ambient conditions. With an optimized pore size of 3.4 Å and abundant binding sites in the channels, UTSA‐200 shows complete exclusion of larger CH4 molecules, while maintaining strong affinities toward C2H2. Therefore, this material exhibits both high uptake capacity at low pressure (up to 41 cm3 g−1 at 0.01 bar and 296 K) and record C2H2/CH4 selectivity (over 1×107). Dynamic breakthrough experiments validated the ideal sieving separation performance of UTSA‐200 for C2H2/CH4 mixtures, affording an exceptionally high C2H2 capacity of 73.5 L kg−1 with high purity of 99.5 % per cycle. Herman Bavinck's reception of the organic motif has become in recent years the central locus for discussing the means by which the unity of his thought may be recognised. This article provides a critical reading of Bavinck on Hegel on the locus of providence for the purpose of contributing to the ongoing discussion that identifies the unity of Bavinck's thought not in his confessional self in simple opposition against the philosophies of his day, but rather in characterising Bavinck as an eclectic, orthodox and modern theologian. To this end this essay moves in three steps. First, we provide an analysis that showcases the nuanced points of contact between Bavinck and Hegel on providence. Second, the essay homes in on the specific ways in which the two thinkers diverge on the Creator–creature relationship. This study aims to establish an optimization procedure to define the cut-offs of quantitative assays for acetylcholine receptor antibody (AChRAb), evaluate their diagnostic performance in myasthenia gravis (MG), and explore the association with clinical features. Samples from a representative cohort of 77 MG patients, 80 healthy controls (HC) and 80 other autoimmune diseases (OAD) patients were tested using competitive inhibition ELISA and RIA. Raw values (OD and cpm) and processed values (inhibition rate, binding rate and concentration) were used to define the cut-offs with statistical methods, a rough method, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Optimal cut-offs were selected by comparing false positive rates in HC and OAD individuals. The diagnostic performance was evaluated in whole MG cohort and subgroups. Agreement between ELISA and RIA for AChRAb positivity were examined with Kappa test and McNemar test. Clinical association with AChRAb was explored by comparison among subgroups and with Spearman rank correlation. The optimal cut-offs for AChRAb positivity were determined as OD ≤ 1.79 for ELISA and cpm ≥ 1234.12 for RIA, which derived from statistical method and performed better than those derived from ROC curves. The sensitivity and specificity were 74.03%, 100% for ELISA, and 74.03%, 99.37% for RIA. There was good agreement between ELISA and RIA for AChRAb positivity in whole cohort and subgroups (weighted к ≥ 0.71, p < 0.01; McNemar test, p > 0.05). Levels of AChRAb were different in MG subgroups (p < 0.01). Correlation between Quantitative Myasthenia Gravis scores and AChRAb levels was moderate for ELISA and RIA (r s = -0.60 and 0.57, p < 0.01). The raw testing values of ELISA and RIA were found as optimal quantitative measures of AChRAb levels. There are good agreements on diagnostic performance between two assays. The Tsinghua scientific satellite is a Chinese spherical micro satellite for Earth gravity and atmospheric scientific measurements. The accurate orbits of this satellite are the prerequisites to satisfy the mission objectives. A commercial off-the-shelf dual-frequency GNSS receiver is equipped on the satellite for precise orbit determination (POD). The in-flight performances of the receiver are assessed. Regular long-duration gaps up to 50 min are observed in GNSS data, and the typical data availability is about 60–70% each day. The RMS of code noises is 0.24 m and 0.30 m for C1 and P2 codes, respectively. The RMS of fitting residuals of the carrier phase geometry-free L1–L2 combination is 2.4 mm. The GNSS receiver antenna center offsets (ACOs) and antenna center variations (ACVs) maps are estimated using in-flight data for both dual-frequency and single-frequency POD. Significant improvements in POD performances are obtained when the measurement models are updated by using the ACO and ACV maps' corrections. With the updated measurement model, the RMS of the orbit overlap differences is 1.23 cm in three dimensions for dual-frequency POD, which is reduced by 27%. Meanwhile, two different empirical acceleration types are employed and compared for dual-frequency POD, and the results show that consistency on the 5 cm level is demonstrated for orbit solutions obtained with the updated measurement model. After correcting the ACO and ACV maps, the precision of single-frequency orbit solutions is better than 10 cm, which is improved by 32%. The results indicate that the antenna center modeling can significantly improve the consistency of Tsinghua scientific satellite precise orbits, which will be conducive to the realization of the mission objectives. In order to bridge the gap between the ideal experimental environment and practical engineering applications, many fault diagnosis studies have focused on transfer learning-based methods. However, the research on cross-domain fault diagnosis of aero-engine is obviously insufficient. Besides, most existing studies only consider the impact of global discrepancies between the source and target domains, while overlooking the contributions of individual samples, and the models proposed by these works usually implement the two key steps of distribution discrepancies alignment and fault identification separately, which may lead to the loss of some critical information. To tackle this issue, a novel weighted kernel adaption extreme learning machine is proposed for cross-domain fault diagnosis of aero-engine. Specifically, the proposed approach integrates white cosine similarity (WCS), projected maximum mean discrepancy (PMMD) and kernel extreme learning machine (KELM), which allows the diagnostic model to consider the contributions of individual samples to the alignment of global distribution discrepancies while minimizing the distribution discrepancies and diagnostic error. Finally, the proposed approach is evaluated by extensive tests, including traditional and cross-domain fault diagnosis experiments, and the results of improved diagnostic performance confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Microscopic speed limits that constrain the motion of matter, energy, and information abound in physics, from the “ultimate” speed limit set by light to Lieb-Robinson speed limits in quantum spin systems. In addition to these state-independent speed limits, systems can also be governed by emergent state-dependent speed limits indicating slow dynamics arising, for example, from slow low-energy quasiparticles. Here we describe a different kind of speed limit: a situation where complex information/entanglement spreads rapidly, in a fashion inconsistent with any speed limit, but where simple signals continue to obey an approximate speed limit. If we take the point of view that the motion of simple signals defines the local spacetime geometry of the universe, then the effects we describe show that spacetime locality can be compatible with a high degree of non-local interactions provided these are sufficiently chaotic. Objective: To characterize the clinical and pathological features of anti-HMGCR myopathy. Methods: The presence of anti-HMGCR antibody in the serum of 227 patients with idiopathic inflammatory myopathy (IIM) and 100 healthy control individuals was assessed by ELISA. All ELISA positive samples were retested by indirect immunofluorescence assay (IIFA) on HEK293 cells. The clinical findings, muscle pathological features, and treatment outcomes of patients with anti-HMGCR myopathy, along with comparisons between anti-HMGCR myopathy with and without dermatomyositis (DM)-like skin rashes, and among MSA-based subgroups were analyzed. Results: We established an optimized ELISA cutoff for anti-HMGCR antibody positivity as ≥ 5.28 U. The overall concordance between ELISA and IIFA was 96.83%. Twenty-one out of 227 IIM patients were anti-HMGCR-positive by both assays. Of these 21 patients, 9 had DM-like skin rashes, and 16 showed remarkable muscle inflammation; 5 patients were juvenile-onset, and 2 received statin treatment. The muscle biopsies from these patients demonstrated variable muscle necrosis and T cell infiltration. Most anti-HMGCR-positive patients achieved favorable outcomes following prednisone and additional immunotherapies. The anti-HMGCR myopathy patients with DM-like rashes, compared to those without DM-like rashes, were younger and had a shorter disease duration. Conclusions: Optimization of cutoff of anti-HMGCR antibody assays with confirmation by alternative assays can result in higher sensitivity and specificity. DM-like skin rashes and lymphocytic infiltrates were not rare in patients with anti-HMGCR myopathy. These findings suggest that while anti-HMGCR myopathy may overlap with DM-like rash, it is pathologically different from classic DM, and should be considered a distinct subgroup of IIM. Aims: To characterize the clinical and histopathological characteristics and treatment outcomes of juvenile idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (JIIMs) with anti‐3‐hydroxy‐3‐methylglutaryl‐coenzyme A reductase (HMGCR) antibodies in a Chinese cohort. Methods: We detected anti‐HMGCR antibodies in a series of Chinese JIIM by ELISA and indirect immunofluorescence assay on HEK293 cells, and summarized the clinical findings of these anti‐HMGCR antibody‐positive patients. Results: Of 32 JIIM patients, 5 (15.63%) were found to be anti‐HMGCR antibody‐positive. The disease duration was 1.20 ± 0.45 months. Statin exposure was not found. Four patients had skin lesions, while typical pathological features of dermatomyositis such as perifascicular atrophy or myxovirus resistance protein A expression were not found. The mean creatine kinase level was 16771.60 U/L. Among the four patients who received long‐term (10.46 ± 1.42 years) follow‐up, three exhibited favorable outcomes with prednisone and additional immunosuppressants. Conclusions: Our study indicates that anti‐HMGCR antibodies may not be rare in Chinese JIIM. These anti‐HMGCR‐positive JIIMs were characterized by acute onset, substantially elevated creatine kinase level, and skin lesions without perifascicular changes in muscle pathology. How to construct the fractional dynamical model is one of the most basic problems in fractional dynamics. However, for a long time, a large number of fractional differential equations of motion have been written directly by hand based on integer-order differential equations of motion. In this paper, we establish a new kind of fractional generalized Hamilton equation, and propose a new method to construct the fractional dynamical model, i.e. the fractional generalized Hamilton method with additional terms. As applications of the new method, we construct a series of new fractional dynamical models, which include a family of fractional Micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) with time-varying capacitance, a family of fractional Fokker-Planck model, two kinds of fractional Euler dynamical models of rigid body rotating around a fixed-point, three different kinds of fractional Van der Pol oscillator models and seven different kinds of fractional Duffing oscillator models. The successful construction of these models verifies the effectiveness and actual application value of the fractional generalized Hamilton method with additional terms. This article comprises an exposition of Karl Barth's Gottes Gnadenwahl (1936). The treatise represents a significant statement of the Swiss theologian's relocation of the centre of theological ontology and epistemology from a locus in temporal actuality to a locus in the actuality of Jesus Christ who is at once eternal and temporal. In this article I will unpack some important implications of this turn to Christocentrism by a close reading of the text, paying close attention to Barth's critical employment of German idealist vocabularies in his development of what might in a qualified sense be called an "actualistic ontology" as a corrective to the metaphysical doctrines formulated by his Latin predecessors. I will set forth the thesis that the Christocentric doctrine of election Barth developed in 1936 is a reflective after-thinking (Nachdenken) of God's unsublatable subjectivity in the framework of the actualistic dialectic: Golgotha is the outward basis of election, and election is the inward basis of the crucifixion. We study the time evolution of Rényi entropy in a system of two coupled Brownian SYK clusters evolving from an initial product state. The Rényi entropy of one cluster grows linearly and then saturates to the coarse grained entropy. This Page curve is obtained by two different methods, a path integral saddle point analysis and an operator dynamics analysis. Using the Brownian character of the dynamics, we derive a master equation which controls the operator dynamics and gives the Page curve for purity. Insight into the physics of this complicated master equation is provided by a complementary path integral method: replica diagonal and non-diagonal saddles are responsible for the linear growth and saturation of Ŕenyi entropy, respectively. The concepts of operator size and computational complexity play important roles in the study of quantum chaos and holographic duality because they help characterize the structure of time-evolving Heisenberg operators. It is particularly important to understand how these microscopically defined measures of complexity are related to notions of complexity defined in terms of a dual holographic geometry, such as complexity-volume (CV) duality. Here we study partially entangled thermal states in the Sachdev-Ye-Kitaev (SYK) model and their dual description in terms of operators inserted in the interior of a black hole in Jackiw-Teitelboim (JT) gravity. We compare a microscopic definition of complexity in the SYK model known as K-complexity to calculations using CV duality in JT gravity and find that both quantities show an exponential-to-linear growth behavior. We also calculate the growth of operator size under time evolution and find connections between size and complexity. While the notion of operator size saturates at the scrambling time, our study suggests that complexity, which is well defined in both quantum systems and gravity theories, can serve as a useful measure of operator evolution at both early and late times. Objective: The clock‐drawing test (CDT) is a widely used screening tool for detecting cognitive decline. However, normative data for Chinese individuals are scarce. Our study aimed to provide standardized values for the three quantitative CDT scoring methods that were tailored for Chinese‐speaking adults in Shijiazhuang City and explore the discriminant validity of the CDT scores in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods: We conducted the CDT among 418 healthy individuals aged between 35 and 84 years. The CDT was administered and scored by five raters using the method derived from the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Rouleau's, and Babins' scoring systems. The influence of age, education, and sex on the performance in the CDT was analyzed. Furthermore, 336 patients with acute ischemic stroke were enrolled to explore the discriminant validity of CDT scores. Results: In all three scoring systems, CDT scores were significantly correlated with age and years of education but not with sex. Normative data stratified for age and years of education were established. Interrater and intersystem reliability were high in our study. CDT total scores and subscores showed significant differences between stroke patients and healthy individuals. Conclusions: Our study provides CDT normative data using three quantitative scoring methods for Chinese‐speaking adults in Shijiazhuang City. The clock-drawing test (CDT) has been used as a screening tool to identify cognitive deficit in patients with dementia. However, it has not been extensively evaluated for categorizing patients with vascular mild cognitive impairment (vMCI). This study aimed to examine the discrimination of vMCI using various CDT scoring methods. A total of 120 vMCI patients and 119 normal control (NC) subjects were tested using three CDT quantitative scoring systems: the one from the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) (CDT3) and the systems of Rouleau (CDT10) and Babins (CDT18). We used a revised scoring method to evaluate the effectiveness in differentiating vMCI patients from NC subjects, which combined the CDT10 quantitative score and three qualitative errors with a significantly higher prevalence in vMCI group (called hereinafter CDTcomb, including CDTcomb13 and CDTcomb16 based on different weights of the three error types). The sensitivity and specificity of the CDT methods were determined by the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. The results of the scoring systems were compared with those of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE). The results of the ROC analyses with the CDT3, CDT10, and CDT18 systems produced a sensitivity of 71.1%, 81.8%, and 60.3%, and a specificity of 66.12%, 58.68%, and 73.55%, respectively, for the diagnosis of vMCI. Compared with the separate MMSE score, the combination of MMSE with the CDT3, CDT10 and CDT18 scores did not increase the sensitivity and specificity. When three qualitative errors were incorporated into the CDT10 quantitative score, CDTcomb13 and CDTcomb16 provided a sensitivity of 87.6% and 86.78%, and a specificity of 74.79% and 80.67%, respectively, in differentiating vMCI patients from the NC group. Our findings suggest that the combination of CDT quantitative score with qualitative observations of the clock-drawing errors can provide a better discrimination between vMCI patients and cognitively normal subjects. Reperfusion therapy in the short term can effectively reduce recurrence rates and mortality in patients with acute myocardial infarction. According to a report of a large national registry, the mortality of patients with acute coronary syndrome combined with acute heart failure is 10 times of that of patients without heart failure, and the mortality in nearly 10 years has no significant change. Therefore, people are constantly exploring indicators for acute heart failure prognosis to improve a patient's prognosis. With the constant understanding and exploration of acute myocardial infarction, more and more researches have focused in determining how to predict the occurrence of acute heart failure. Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is one of the most threatening diseases to human health and life, and the number of patients is increasing year by year. Thus, it is of great significance to study the pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of CVDs. The occurrence and development of CVDs involve dynamic, complex and delicate intracellular processes and the pathogenesis is not entirely clear. In contrast to genetic mutations, most of the protein post-translational modifications (PTMs) are reversible, and can affect the activity, stability, subcellular localization, protein-protein interaction etc., of the substrate targets, emerging as key mediators of a number of CVD progression. Under pathological conditions, the PTMs undergo aberrant balances which cause changes of the substrate target proteins in expression level, localization and capacity to activate downstream signaling pathways. Therefore, new approaches can be created aiming to correct the abnormal PTM alterations in treating CVDs. A series of Molybdenum-containing dendritic mesoporous silica nanosphere (Mo-DMSN) catalysts were prepared by a one-step synthesis method and used as highly efficient catalysts for the transesterification of propylene glycol monomethyl ether (PM) and methyl acetate (MA) to propylene glycol methyl ether acetate (PMA). The nMo-DMSN catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, XPS, FT-IR, N2 adsorption–desorption and NH3-TPD. The results of FT-IR and XPS confirmed that Mo species enter into the framework of DMSN. Compared with those of the DMSN catalyst, the pore diameters and the acid density of the catalysts increased after the introduction of Mo. According to the results of NH3-TPD, the nMo-DMSN had both weak and medium acid sites, and the acid density increased with the increase of Mo content. The catalytic performance of these catalysts increases in the order of 0.075Mo-DMSN≈0.053Mo-DMSN≈0.036Mo-DMSN > 0.017Mo-DMSN > DMSN, which is consistent with the acid density of the catalysts. The 0.036Mo-DMSN catalyst still had excellent catalytic activity after 5 cycles. Therefore, the Mo-DMSN had significant activity and stability in the transesterification of PMA. Earthquakes pose significant risks in Taiwan, necessitating effective risk assessment and preventive measures to reduce damage. Obtaining complete building structure data is crucial for the accurate evaluation of earthquake-induced losses. However, manual annotation of building structures is time-consuming and inefficient, resulting in incomplete data. To address this, we propose YOLOX-CS, an object detection model, combined with the Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM), to enhance recognition capabilities for small structures and reduce background interference. Additionally, we introduce the Illustration Enhancement data augmentation method to improve the recognition of obscured buildings. We collected diverse building images and manually annotated them, resulting in a dataset for training the model. YOLOX-CS with CBAM significantly improves recognition accuracy, particularly for small objects, and Illustration Enhancement enhances the recognition of occluded buildings. Background: An incentive spirometer (IS) is a mechanical device that promotes lung expansion. It is commonly used to prevent postoperative lung atelectasis and decrease pulmonary complications after cardiac, lung, or abdominal surgery. This study explored its effect on lung function and pulmonary complication rates in patients with rib fractures.Methods: Between June 2014 and May 2017, 50 adult patients with traumatic rib fractures were prospectively investigated. Patients who were unconscious, had a history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma, or an Injury Severity Score (ISS) ≥ 16 were excluded. Patients were randomly divided into a study group (n = 24), who underwent IS therapy, and a control group (n = 26). All patients received the same analgesic protocol. Chest X-rays and pulmonary function tests (PFTs) were performed on the 5th and 7th days after trauma.Results: The groups were considered demographically homogeneous. The mean age was 55.2 years and 68% were male. Mean pretreatment ISSs and mean number of ribs fractured were not significantly different (8.23 vs. 8.08 and 4 vs. 4, respectively). Of 50 patients, 28 (56%) developed pulmonary complications, which were more prevalent in the control group (80.7% vs. 29.2%; p = 0.001). Altogether, 25 patients had delayed hemothorax, which was more prevalent in the control group (69.2% vs. 29.2%; p = 0.005). Two patients in the control group developed atelectasis, one patient developed pneumothorax, and five patients required thoracostomy. PFT results showed decreased forced vital capacity (FVC) and forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1) in the control group. Comparing pre- and posttreatment FVC and FEV1, the study group had significantly greater improvements (p < 0.001).Conclusions: In conclusion, the use of an IS reduced pulmonary complications and improved PFT results in patients with rib fractures. Single-frequency (SF) precise orbit determination (POD) using space-borne Global Positioning System (GPS) measurements is a prerequisite for the success of many low-cost small/micro low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite missions. The first-order ionospheric effects are usually eliminated by group and phase ionospheric correction (GRAPHIC) combinations. GPS receiver antenna GRAPHIC residual variations (GRVs) are important systematic error sources in SF orbit determination. Azimuth and elevation dependent GRVs are estimated and obtained based on the GRAPHIC combination residuals in an in-flight calibration. One month of data from GRACE-A, GRACE-B, CHAMP and HY-2A satellites is used to assess the potential of receiver antenna GRVs in SF orbit determination. It is the first time to study the impact of receiver antenna GRVs on SF orbit determination for different LEO satellites, which exhibit different altitudes and data qualities. The impact of receiver antenna GRVs on SF orbit determination is significant. The use of in-flight determined receiver antenna GRVs leads to a better consistency between SF and dual-frequency POD solutions. The improvements are more obvious for GRACE-A and CHAMP satellites, whose receiver antenna GRV patterns demonstrate clear characteristics of systematic deviations. After correcting the receiver antenna GRVs, the root-mean-square of satellite laser ranging validation residuals are 3.11 cm, 2.31 cm, 2.86 cm and 5.29 cm for GRACE-A, GRACE-B, CHAMP and HY-2A satellites, respectively, which are reduced by 11.1%, 4.6%, 14.6% and 4.7%, respectively. At last, a set of a priori GDV corrections of GPS transmitter antennas are used in SF orbit determination and its effects on receiver antenna GRVs estimation and SF orbit determination are analyzed. However, the effects of indirubin on expression of related genes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from ITP patients have not been investigated. In the present study, PBMCs were isolated from 19 adult patients with well-characterized active ITP and 20 healthy controls (HCs) and then treated with increasing concentrations of indirubin. The mRNA expression levels of thrombopoietin receptor (MPL), GATA binding protein 3 (GATA3), DNA methyltransferase 3B (DNMT3B), interleukin-6 (IL6), tumor necrosis factor (TNF), and interferon gamma (IFN-γ) were determined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). We found that indirubin had no cytotoxic effect on PBMC viability. Significantly lower MPL (p < 0.05) and GATA3 (p < 0.05) expression together with markedly higher IL6 (p < 0.05), TNF (p < 0.0001), and IFN-γ (p < 0.001) mRNA levels were observed in ITP patients compared with HCs. Notably, indirubin significantly enhanced MPL expression and inhibited TNF expression in PBMCs from ITP patients (p < 0.05). In summary, indirubin may play a direct role in thrombopoiesis by activating cellular MPL and normalizing TNF expression to suppress inflammation in ITP. Abstract The external morphology of antenna and fine structure of its sensilla of Maladera orientalis were studied using scanning electron microscopy. The antenna consists of scape, pedicel, funicle and a club composed of three lamellae. Funicle has five, sometimes, four segments. Böhm bristles, three subtypes of sensilla chaetica, one subtype of sensilla trichodea, one subtype of sensilla coeloconica, four subtypes of sensilla basiconica, and one subtype of sensilla placodea were described. No sexual differences were found in number, type and distribution of sensilla on all antennomeres. The most notable feature of sensilla on antennae of M. orientalis is the presence of long and narrow strip-like sensilla placodea on both sides of all club lamellae. These porous sensilla placodea are slightly depressed below the lamella surface and tend to lie in parallel with the lamella axe. They are similar to sensilla placodea found in hymenopteran species but very different from those round plate-like sensilla placodea occurring on the lamellae of scarab beetles. Abstract The catalytic effect of copper corrosion products, including copper ions, cupric oxide, and cuprous oxide, on the formation of haloacetamides and haloacetonitriles during chlorination of natural organic matter (NOM), model nitrogenous precursors, and real water samples was investigated. During chlorination of NOM, the presence of these copper corrosion products facilitated chlorine decay, and enhanced the formation of dichloroacetonitrile (DCAN) and dichloroacetamide (DCAcAm) with enhancement ratios of 45–59% and 64–137% after 10 h contact time, respectively. Six amino acids were selected as nitrogenous NOM surrogates for chlorination, and the results show that the enhancement of DCAN and DCAcAm formation by copper corrosion products was only observed for slow reacting amino acids, including glutamine, glutamic acid, and phenylamine, suggesting that copper corrosion products may enhance DCAN and DCAcAm formation by catalyzing NOM portions that are relatively inefficient precursors. When bromide and copper corrosion products were present, the formation of dihaloacetonitriles (DHANs) and dihaloacetamides (DHAcAms) could be enhanced during chlorination of NOM, but the degrees of bromine substitution for DHANs and DHAcAms decreased. Although copper corrosion products facilitated DHAN and DHAcAm hydrolysis with the facilitation increasing as the halogens shifted from chlorine to bromine, increased DHAN and DHAcAm concentrations was observed during chlorination of real water samples in the presence of copper corrosion products, confirming that the copper corrosion products had a catalytic effect on DHAN and DHAcAm formation that exceeded their catalytic effect on DHAN and DHAcAm hydrolysis. This study provides basic knowledge of disinfectant residuals and the fate of haloacetonitriles and haloacetamides in drinking water distribution systems where copper is used, which will be helpful for the management of safe water distribution. Dieser Artikel bietet eine Untersuchung des Begriffs „Sein-in-der-Tat", der in der neueren englischsprachigen Sekundärliteratur Barths „aktualistische Ontologie" genannt wird. Ziel dieses Aufsatzes ist es, die zugrundeliegenden Grammatiken dieser Ontologie durch eine gründliche Untersuchung von Schlüsselbegriffen wie „Bestimmung", „Natur", „Wesen" und „Sein" zu rekonstruieren. Barth stimmt teilweise mit Hegel gegen die substantialistische Tradition überein, dass Gott ein lebendiges Subjekt und keine abstrakte Substanz ist. Gottes Subjektivität ist für Barth aber unaufhebbar und also bereits absolut, d. h. bereits an-und-für-sich. Seine Beibehaltung der traditionellen Grammatik des lateinischen Substantialismus zeigt jedoch, dass er den klassischen Theismus und damit einen gewissen Substanzbegriff dialektisch in seine aktualistische Ontologie integriert hat, zusammen mit seiner Annahme von Hegels Einsichten. Diese Ontologie wird durch die Grammatik einer grundsätzlich chalzedonischen Dialektik reguliert: das Werden ist kein Abzug und keine Veränderung, sondern ein Zusatz zum Wesen. Im Fall von Barths theologischer Ontologie steht diese Dialektik in scharfem Gegensatz zu Hegels logischer Dreieinigkeit vom An-sich-Sein, Für-sich-Sein und An-und-für-sich-Sein des Geistes. Barths theologische Ontologie ist doch chalzedonisch: Gott-an-und-für-sich wurde Gott-für-uns, ohne jemals aufzuhören, Gott-an-und-für-sich zu sein. Barth is in partial agreement with Hegel against the substantialist tradition that God is a living subject rather than abstract substance. God's subjectivity, however, is for Barth unsublatable, that is, already in-and-for-Godself. His retainment of the traditional grammar of Latin substantialism shows that he has dialectically incorporated classical theism, and so a certain concept of substance, into his actualistic ontology along with his adoption of Hegel's insights. This ontology is regulated by the grammar of a basically Chalcedonian dialectic: becoming is an addition to, rather than a subtraction or alteration of essential being. In the case of Barth's theological ontology, this dialectic stands in sharp contrast to Hegel's logical trinity of spirit an-sich, für-sich, and an-und-für-sich. The question of Karl Barth's attitude towards universalism has been a topic of debate since his own day. By examining a twofold two-way determination of the actuality of world-history in Christo that Barth construes in the actualistic hamartiology of CD IV/3, §70, I will contend that he does not describe the prospect of the final condemnation of humankind as an empty threat, even though the whole of his theological witness to Christ clearly testifies to universal salvation. Persistent luminescence nanoparticles (PLNPs) are unique optical materials emitting long-lasting luminescence after ceasing excitation. Such a unique optical feature allows luminescence detection without constant external illumination to avoid the interferences of autofluorescence and scattering light from biological fluids and tissues. Besides, near-infrared (NIR) PLNPs have advantages of deep penetration and the reactivation of the persistent luminescence (PL) by red or NIR light. These features make the application of NIR-emitting PLNPs in long-term bioimaging no longer limited by the lifetime of PL. To take full advantage of PLNPs for biological applications, the versatile strategies for bridging PLNPs and biological system become increasingly significant for the design of PLNPs-based nanoprobes. In this Account, we summarize our systematic achievements in the biological applications of PLNPs from biosensing/bioimaging to theranostics with emphasizing the engineering strategies for fabricating specific PLNPs-based nanoprobes. We take surface engineering and manipulating energy transfer as the major principles to design various PLNPs-based nanoprobes based on the nature of interactions between nanoprobes and targets. We have developed target-induced formation or interruption of fluorescence resonance energy transfer systems for autofluorescence-free biosensing and imaging of cancer biomarkers. We have decorated single or dual targeting ligands on PLNPs for tumor-targeted imaging, and integrated other modal imaging agents into PLNPs for multimodal imaging. We have also employed specific functionalization for various biomedical applications including chemotherapy, photodynamic therapy, photothermal therapy, stem cells tracking and PL imaging-guided gene therapy. Besides, we have modified PLNPs with multiple functional units to achieve challenging metastatic tumor theranostics. The proposed design principle and comprehensive strategies show great potential in guiding the design of PLNPs nanoprobes and promoting further development of PLNPs in the fields of biological science and medicine. We conclude this Account by outlining the future directions to further promote the practical application of PLNPs. The novel protocols for the synthesis of small-size, monodisperse, and water-soluble PLNPs with high NIR PL intensity and superlong afterglow are the vibrant directions for the biomedical applications of PLNPs. In-depth theories and evidence on luminescence mechanism of PLNPs are highly desired for further improvement of their luminescence performance. Furthermore, other irradiations without tissue penetrating depth limit, such as X-ray, are encouraged for use in energy storage and re-excitation of PLNPs, enabling imaging in deep tissue in vivo and integrating other X-ray sensitized theranostic techniques such as computed tomography imaging and radiotherapy. Last but not least, PLNPs-based nanoprobes and the brand new hybrids of PLNPs with other nanomaterials show a bright prospect for accurate diagnosis and efficient treatment of diseases besides tumors. For a disturbed dynamical system that can be transformed into fractional Birkhoffian representation with all dynamical information, under a more general fractional infinitesimal transformation of Lie group with high time extension and fractional extension, a new kind of fractional Mei symmetrical perturbation method which is most universal significance is presented and it is found that, using the new method, we can find a new kind of non-Noether adiabatic invariant; as the special cases of new method, we, respectively, reveal an autonomous disturbed fractional Birkhoffian system possesses more adiabatic invariants, a new kind of non-Noether exact invariant directly led by fractional Mei symmetry and a new kind of non-Noether exact and adiabatic invariant of integer Birkhoffian systems. Also, as the new method’s applications to nonlinear dynamical problems, we, respectively, explore the symmetrical perturbation and adiabatic invariant of a disturbed fractional general relativistic Buchdahl model and a disturbed fractional Emden model. It is worth pointing out that, for a disturbed dynamical system, this work reveals intrinsic relation between the fractional symmetrical perturbation and the adiabatic invariant, and provides a general method for finding adiabatic invariants of an actual disturbed fractional dynamical system that is related to science and engineering. This article offers an exposition of Karl Barth’s actualistic reorientation of the Augustinian notions of original sin and the bondage of the will in § 60 and § 65 of Church Dogmatics IV/1–2. Barth redefines human nature as a total determination of the human being (Sein/Dasein) “from above” by the covenantal history of reconciliation. Human nature as such remains totally intact in the historical state of sin. The human being, however, is also determined “from below” by the Adamic world-history of total corruption. With this dialectical construal of sin and human nature, Barth redefines original sin as the radically sinful activities and decisions that determine the confinement of human beings to the historical condition of fallenness. Barth also challenges the famous Augustinian account of the bondage of the will to which original sin gives rise, and uses the present active indicative to express his actualistic reorientation of the Augustinian notion of the bondage: “non potest non peccare”. A multiresidue analytical method was developed for grapes for the following 24 plant growth regulators: 1-naphthylacetamide, 2,3,5-triiodobenzoic acid, 2,4,5-T, 2-naphthoxyacetic acid, 3-indolylacetic acid, 4-(3-indolyl)-butyric acid, 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid, 4-nitrophenol, 6- benzylaminopurine, N6-isopentenyladenine, butralin, chlormequat chloride, chlorphonimCl, cloprop, forchlorfenuron, gibberellic acid 3, gibberellic acid 4, gibberellic acid 7, inabenfide, mepiquat chloride, paclobutrazol, prohydrojasmon, thidiazuron and uniconizole-P. The compounds were extracted from grape samples using an extraction method modified from the Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged and Safe (QuEChERS) method. Liquid chromatography e tandem mass spectrometry was used for the detection and quantification of the compounds. Validation of the method was performed by using recovery studies at both intra-day and inter-day intervals, as well as by evaluation of the matrix effect, limit of quantification, trueness and precision. We used matrix-matched calibrations for the quantification of the compounds, which all resulted in determination coefficients (r2 ) higher than 0.995. The limit of quantification ranged from 0.1 to 5 ng/mL. Recovery studies using three spiking concentrations at varying levels showed recoveries of 70.2e112.6% and 67.5e101.8% at intra-day and inter-day intervals, respectively. Relative standard deviations were below 20% for the recovery studies. The extraction method were further validated by performing recovery study and matrix effect test in six different grape varieties from Taiwan and the United States and all resulted in comparable results. Application of the established method to 50 grape samples, resulted in the detection of chlormequat chloride and forchlorfenuron residues in the tested grapes. In this paper, we present a new method of fractional dynamics, i.e., the fractional Mei symmetrical perturbation method of a disturbed system, and explore the adiabatic invariant directly led by the perturbation. For a dynamical system which is disturbed by small forces of perturbation, the disturbed fractional generalized Hamiltonian equation is investigated and, under a more general kind of fractional infinitesimal transformation of a Lie group, the fractional Mei symmetrical definition and determining equation of a disturbed dynamical system are given; then, the determining equation of fractional Mei symmetrical perturbation is obtained. In particular, we present the fractional Mei symmetrical perturbation method of a disturbed dynamical system and it is found that, using the new method, we can find a new kind of non-Noether adiabatic invariant directly led by the perturbation. As special cases, we obtain a new fractional Mei symmetrical conservation law of the undisturbed dynamical system and a Mei symmetrical perturbation theorem of the disturbed integer dynamical system. Also, as the fractional Mei symmetrical perturbation method’s applications, we find the adiabatic invariants of a disturbed fractional Duffing oscillator and a disturbed fractional Lotka biochemical oscillator. For a dynamical system that can be transformed into fractional generalized Hamiltonian representation, we introduce a more general kind of single-parameter fractional infinitesimal transformation of Lie group, the definition and determining equation of fractional conformal invariance are given. And then, we reveal the fractional conformal invariance of Mei symmetry, and the necessary and sufficient condition whether the fractional conformal invariance would be the fractional Mei symmetry is found. In particular, we present the basic theory of fractional conformal invariance of Mei symmetry and it is found that, using the new approach, we can find a new kind of conserved quantity; as a special case, we find that an autonomous fractional generalized Hamiltonian system possesses more conserved quantities. In this paper, we reveal the uncertainty and its fractional generalized Hamiltonian representation for the fractional and nonlinear problem and find general methods of constructing a family of fractional dynamical models. By using the definition of combined fractional derivative, we construct a unified fractional generalized Hamiltonian equation, a fractional generalized Hamiltonian equation with combined Riemann-Liouville derivative, and a fractional generalized Hamiltonian equation with combined Caputo derivative; also, as special cases, under the different definitions of fractional derivatives, we, respectively, obtain a series of different kinds of fractional generalized Hamiltonian equations. In particular, we present a new concept of the family of fractional dynamical models, and it is found that, using the fractional generalized Hamiltonian method, we can construct a series of families of fractional dynamical models. And then, as the new method's application, we construct three new kinds of families of fractional dynamical models, which include a family of fractional Lorentz-Dirac models, a family of fractional Lotka-Volterra models and a family of fractional Hénon-Heiles models. Tet methylcytosine dioxygenase 2 (TET2) mutations occur frequently in myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), but its prognostic impact has not been fully assessed and was controversial. Therefore, we performed a meta-analysis to evaluate the prognostic significance of TET2 mutations in MDS. PubMed, EMBASE databases and Cochrane Library were searched for studies reporting TET2 mutations and overall survival in MDS. Hazard ratios (HR) with 95% confidence interval (CI) were determined using random-effect modeling. A total of 1494 patients from nine studies were subjected to meta-analysis. The frequency of TET2 mutations was 18.34% (274/1494) in the study. MDS with TET2 mutations had similar overall survival compared to patients without the mutations (hazard ratio 1.13, 95% CI: 0.81–1.5).Our findings suggest that TET2 mutations have no prognosis impact on OS of patients with MDS.
