Bu çalışmada; Türkiye’deki 22 bankanın 2009-2018 yılları arası finansal performanslarının, bulanık çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinin α-kesim düzeylerine göre değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca Copeland yöntemiyle bütünleştirme işlemi yapılarak, bulanık çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinin hangi α-kesim düzeyi sonucunun öne çıktığının belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Uygulamada 26 adet kriter kullanılmıştır. Kullanılan kriterlerin ağırlıkları bulanık Shannon Entropi yöntemiyle α=0,1, α=0,3, α=0,5 α=0,7 ve α=0,9 kesim aralıklarına göre hesaplanmıştır. Bulanık Topsis ve Bulanık Vikor yöntemleriyle performans analizi yapılmıştır. Yöntemler ve Copeland yöntemi sıralamaları arasındaki ilişki Spearman sıra korelasyon testi yapılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Copeland yöntemi, Bulanık Topsis ve Bulanık Vikor yöntemlerinin sıralama sonuçları karşılaştırılarak değerlendirilmiştir., In this study; It is aimed to evaluate the financial performances of 22 banks in Turkey between the years 2009-2018 according to the α-levels of fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making methods. In addition, it is aimed to determine which α-intercept level result of fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making methods comes to the fore by integrating with the Copeland method. 26 criteria were used in the application. The weights of the criteria used were calculated using the fuzzy Shannon Entropy method according to the cut-off intervals of α=0.1, α=0.3, α=0.5, α=0.7 and α=0.9. Performance analysis was made with Fuzzy Topsis and Fuzzy Vikor methods. The relationship between the methods and Copeland method rankings was evaluated by using the Spearman rank correlation test. The ranking results of the Copeland method, Fuzzy Topsis and Fuzzy Vikor methods were compared and evaluated.

Bu çalışmada, Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Sağlık Yönetimi bölümünü tercih eden öğrencilerin bu bölümü tercih ederken etkisinde kaldıkları faktörler ve bu faktörlerden en etkili olanının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Faktörler, Sağlık Yönetimi bölümü öğrencilerinin birinci ve ikinci öğretiminde okuyan 1. ve 2. Sınıf öğrencilerle yüz yüze yapılan görüşmeler neticesinde belirlenmiştir. Bu faktörlerin belirlenmesinde karar vermek amacıyla Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi kullanılmıştır. Analitik Hiyerarşi Proses yöntemi bir karar verme tekniği olarak, objektif ve subjektif değerlendirme kriterlerini dikkate alması ve çok sayıda kritere göre önem ağırlıklarını belirlemesinden dolayı tercih edilmiştir. Belirlenen kriterlere göre Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi, İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Sağlık Yönetimi bölümünü tercih eden öğrencilerin daha çok hangi faktörlerin etkisinde kaldıkları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.

The goal of thisstudy is to determine the lipid-soluble vitamin contents in seeds of the some Onobrychis Miller taxa by using HPLC. Samples werecollected from the natural habitats. Studied materials were dissolved in acetonitrile/methanol (75/25 v/v)and were injected 50 μL to HPLC instrument (Shimadzu, Kyota Japan). Accordingto data obtained from present study showed that Onobrychis hypargyrea, Onobrychis viciifolia, Onobrychis caput-galli,Onobrychis fallax and Onobrychis oxyodontavar. armena have high lipide-soluble vitamin contents.Present studyfound that Onobrychis oxyodonta var.armena (1777,27±6,24 µg/g),Onobrychis fallax (916,0±4,51 µg/g) Onobrychishypargyrea (809,7±5,03 µg/g) and Onobrychisviciifolia (399,7±3,54 µg/g) have highest beta-caroten content. Also, Onobrychis caput-galli has high betacaroten content (73,3±,94 µg/g). on the other hand, it was found that Onobrychis fallax has highestgamma-tocopherol content (1401,2±8,76 µg/g). Onobrychis viciifolia (574,9±2,35 µg/g), Onobrychis caput-galli (410,1±4,56 µg/g), Onobrychis oxyodonta var. armena (267,7±3,68 µg/g), Onobrychis podporea (162,5±2,14 µg/g)werethe other high gamma tocopherol content. Buçalışmada, HPLC ile Lathyrus L.türlerinin (Lathyrus sylvestris L., Lathyrussphaericus Retz.; Lathyrus pratensis L.,L. aphaca L. var. modestus P.H., L. aphaca L. var. biflorusPost., L. aphaca var. pseudoaphaca (Boiss.) P.H. Davis, Lathyrus odoratus L., Lathyrus hierosolymitanus Boiss., Lathyrus tauricola P.H. Davis) tohumlarındaki yağda çözünen vitaminiçerikleri belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmadan elde edilen veriler göstermiştir kiçalışılan Lathyrus L. türleri yüksekbeta karoten içeriğine sahiptirler (146,5±1,73-375,0±3,35µg/g). Bu çalışmada çalışılan türlerarasında Lathyrus pratensis’in en yüksek gamma-tokoferol içeriğine(158,9±3,65 µg/g) sahip olduğunu L.aphaca var. pseudoaphaca (Boiss.)P.H. Davis’in ise en yüksek D3 vitamini içeriğine (43,2±2,18 µg/g) sahip olduğubulunmuştur. Bununla birlikte, çalışılan LathyrusL. türlerinin r-tokoferol, a-tokoferol, a-tokoferol asetat, retinol,retinol asetat, D2 ve K1 vitamin içeriklerinin oldukça düşük olduğubulunmuştur., Inthe present study, lipide-soluble vitamin contents in the seeds of the Lathyrus L. taxa (Lathyrus sylvestris L., Lathyrussphaericus Retz.; Lathyrus pratensis L.,L. aphaca L. var. modestus P.H., L. aphaca L. var. biflorusPost., L. aphaca var. pseudoaphaca (Boiss.) However, it was found that ther-tocopherol, a-tocopherol, a-tocopherol acetate, retinol, retinol acetate, D2and K1 vitamins of studied Lathyrus taxawere lowest.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, HPLC analizlerine göre lipitte çözünen vitaminiçeriklerini belirleyerek beş Astragalus türünün(Astragalusanthlloides, Astragalus hirsutus, Astragalus campylorhynchus, Astragaluscephalotes var. cephalotes, Astragalus odaratus) biyokimyasal çalışmalarına katkıda bulunmaktır. Buçalışma, A. anthlloides (208,95±4,09µg/g) ve A. hirsutus (200,9±2,8 µg/g’unyüksek ϒ-tocopherol içeriğine sahip olduğunu göstermiştir. Ayrıca,çalışılan Astragalus türlerinin D3vitamin içerikleri 2,94±0,18 µg/g (Astragalusodaratus) ve 12,53±,495 µg/g (Astragalusanthlloides) arasında bulunmuştur. Öte yandan, Astragalus türlerinin α-tokoferol içerikleri 3,99±0,14 µg/g (Astragalus campylorhynchus) ile11,9±0,66 µg/g (Astragalus cephalotes var.cephalotes) arasında belirlenmiştir.Bununla beraber, çalışılan türler arasında sadece Astragalus hirsutus’un beta karoten içeriğine (3,55±0,43 µg/g) sahip olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca,r-tokoferol, a-tokoferol asetat, D2, K1, retinol ve retinol asetatiçeriklerinin ya çok düşük oranlarda olduğu ya da hiç bulunmadığı bulunmuştur., The aim of this study is to contribute the biochemical studies of fiveAstragalus (Astragalus anthlloides, Astragalus hirsutus, Astragalus campylorhynchus, Astragaluscephalotes var.cephalotes, Astragalus odaratus) species by determining the lipide-solublevitamin contents based on HPLC analyse. Current study showed that A. anthlloides (208,95±4,09 µg/g) and A.hirsutus (200,9±2,8 µg/g) havehigh ϒ-tocopherol content. Also, D3 vitamin content of studied Astragalus species were found between2,94±0,18 µg/g (Astragalus odaratus)and 12,53±,495 µg/g (Astragalusanthlloides). On the other hand, α-tocopherol content of Astragalus species have detected between3,99±0,14 µg/g (Astragaluscampylorhynchus) and 11,9±0,66 µg/g (Astragaluscephalotes var. cephalotes).However, it was found that A. hirsutus only have beta caroten content (3,55±0,43µg/g) among studied species. On theother hand, it was found that r-tocopherol, a-tocopherol acetate, D2, K1,retinol and retinol acetate contents were lowest amounts or absent.

Osmanlı Devleti'nin Tanzimat dönemindeki sanayileşme çabasıyla uluslararası sergilere katılımı arasında paralel bir ilişki vardır. Bu tezin hazırlanmadaki amacımız ise Osmanlı Devleti'nin Tanzimat dönemindeki sanayileşme politikasının hangi düzeye geldiğini uluslarası sergilerdeki katılılımıyla incelemeyektir. Osmanlı Devleti için uluslararası sergiler; sanayileşme ve teknolojik gelişmenin dinamik ve değişken yapısını sürekli olarak takip etmenin en iyi yolu olmuştur. Uluslararası sergilerin ilk kez düzenlendiği 1851 Londra Evrensel sexrgisinden itibaren Osmanlı Devleti neredeyse bütün uluslararası sergilere katılarak XIX. Yüzyılda da uluslararası arenada siyasi ve ekonomik olarak güçlü bir aktör olduğunu göstermeye çalışmıştır. Şüphesiz ki bu çabanın altında uluslararası fuarların çıkış noktası olan sanayileşmeyi Osmanlı coğrafyasında da yaygınlaştırmak yatmaktaydı. Dolayısıyla uluslararası sergiler hem Osmanlı yöneticilerinin ekonomi hakkındaki düşüncelerinin oluşumunda hem de Osmanlı tüccarının yeni ekonomi anlayışlarını keşfetmesine büyük katkı sağlamıştır. Bu tezin giriş bölümünde Osmanlı Devleti ve Batıdaki esnaf ve mesleki örgütlenmelerine değinilmiştir. Tezin birinci bölümünde Sanayi devrimi, Osmanlı'nın Tanzimat Dönemindeki sanayileşme hamleleri, Dersaadet Ticaret Odası'nın kurulması ve İstanbuldaki yabancı devletlerin ticaret odalarına değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise XIX. Yüzyılda Osmanlı Devleti'nin düzenlediği ve katıldığı uluslararası sergiler ele alınmıştır. The aim of this thesis is to examine the level of industrialization policy of the Ottoman Empire with its participation in the international exhibitions. International exhibitions were the best way for Ottoman Empire to continuously follow the dynamic and changing structure of industrialization and technological development. Since the 1851 Great Exhibition in London, where international exhibitions were held for the first time, the Ottoman Empire participated in almost all international exhibitions and tried to show that the Ottoman Empire was a political and economically strong actor in the international arena in the XIXth century. Undoubtedly, the underlying cause of this attempt was to spread the industrialization, which was the starting point of the exhibitions, in the Ottoman territories too. Therefore, international exhibitions contributed both to the formation of the thoughts of the Ottoman rulers on the economy and to the discovery of the new economic understanding of the Ottoman merchants. In the introduction of this thesis, the trades and vocational organizations in the Ottoman Empire and the West were mentioned. In the first part of the thesis, the industrial revolution, the Ottoman industrialization thrust in the Tanzimat era, the establishment of the Dersaadet Chamber of Commerce and chambers of commerce of foreign states in Istanbul were mentioned. In the second part, the international exhibitions organized and participated by the Ottoman Empire in the 19th century were discussed. In this study,the vitamin, sugar, protein,fatty acid, total flavonoid, phenolic contents, and antioxidant activities(ABTS (2,2’-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid), DPPH(2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl), and MDA (malondialdehyde) speciality of ediblewild, cultured and commercial mushrooms (Pleurotus spp., L. sajor-caju,Agaricus spp., Morchellaesculenta and Terfeziaboudieri) from Turkey wereresearched. The levels of vitamins were 0.00-60.85 K1 (phylloquinone),0.00-1.50 K2 (menaquinone), 1.35-7.20 D2 (ergocalciferol), 0.60-3.45 D3(cholecalciferol), 8.35-68.20 α-tocopherol, 90.45-491.75 ergosterol,0.00-110.45 stigmasterol, 0.00-1.30 β-sitosterol, 0.05-0.70 retinol and0.05-0.15 retinolast (mg/kg) of dry weight. It was observed that P. ostreatusand A. campestris have a higher amount of glucose, sucrose and maltose, whencompared with the other species. Furthermore, sugars such as maltose andarabinose were not detected in Pleurotus spp. It was determined that the amountof total flavonoid, total phenolic and protein were higher in A. bisporus, A.campestris and L. sajor-caju than other mushroom species according toliterature.Unsaturated fatty acids, especially linoleic (C18:2) and oleic(C18:1) acids, were predominant (37.08-76.72% and 2.91-39.43%, between)whereas, other fatty acids were in smaller fractions. In addition, ABTS, DPPHand MDA were found to be 12.36-99.68% at 25-200 µL, 22.97-91.89% at 50-800 µLand 3.12-8.41 nmol/mL, respectively. In this study, we evaluated effects of assorted cereals on total protein levels at fresh and dried muscle tissues of native geese. A total of 35 adult geese were randomly assigned into 5 experiment groups and fed ad libitium different cereals (barley, wheat, rye and corn) for 6 weeks. Samples of muscle tissue were collected at the end of the feeding period and were immediately stored in a freezer at -25 C. Bu çalışmada, kerevit yemine farklı oranlarda katılan n-3 serisi yağ asitlerinin pleopodal yumurta, hepatopankreas ve kas dokusunda (abdomen eti) malondialdehit (MDA) ve glutatyon (GSH) düzeylerine etkileri araştırıldı. Bu amaçla n-3 serisi yağ asidi içermeyen, toplam enerji düzeyi 3600 kcal/kg ve ham protein oranı %35 olan bir kontrol yemi (Deneme 1) hazırlandı. Bu yeme %1, 2 ve 3 oranlarında n-3 serisi yağ asidi ilave edilerek sırasıyla 2, 3 ve 4 nolu deneme yemleri oluşturuldu. Üç tekrarlı olarak yürütülen çalışmada, 107 günlük besleme sonunda, kerevitlerden pleopodal yumurta, hepatopankreas ve kas doku örnekleri alınarak, MDA ve GSH düzeyleri araştırıldı. The present study was designed to evaluate the impact of bitter almond oil on malondialdehyde, reduced glutathione, total protein, fatty acid composition, A, D, E and K vitamins, cholesterol and some sterols parameters in liver tissue of experimental diabetes in rats. The rats were divided into three groups: control (C) streptozotocin (STZ), streptozotocin+bitter almond oil (STZ+BAO) groups. In this research the total lipid content and fatty acid composition were determined Capoeta capoeta umbla and Capoeta trutta which living in Keban Dam Lake. Total lipid content were ranged between 1.63 to 4.3% in Capoeta capoeta umbla and 1.00 to 1.06 in Capoeta trutta. The most abundant fatty acids were palmitic acid (16:0), oleic acid (18:1), linolenic acid (18:3), eicosapentaenoic acid (20:5), docosahexenoic acid (22:6) and nervonic acid (24:1) in both fish palmitic acid was the dominant saturated fatty acid ranging between 73.73 to 89.01% of total saturated fatty acids and oleic acid (18:1) was found the most abundant monoenoic fatty acid. The level of total w 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) was found higher than total w 6 fatty acids. The major w 3 PUFAs were eicosapentaenoic (5.38-14.65%) and dokosahexaenoic (2.65-6.05%) and the major w 6 PUFAs arachidonic (2.44-3.11%) and linoleic (2.43-4.47%). Propolis is a natural resinous product of honey bees, used by the bees to strengthen, isolate and disinfect their nests. Ethanolic extract of propolis was found to have antibacterial activity against a range of commonly encountered cocci and Gram-Gram+rods, including the human tuberculosis bacilli. Propolisin etanolik ekstraktının insandaki tüberküloza neden olan basiller dahil, Gram-Gram+basil ve koklara karşı genel bir antimikrobiyal etkisinin olduğu bulunmuştur. Propolis etanolik ekstraktının farklı konsantrasyonlardaki çözeltileri, Escherichia coli ATTC 25922 dışında çalışmada kullandığımız bakteri ve maya suşlarının gelişmelerini engellediği tespit edildi. Ekstrakte edilen yağ asitlerinden nervonik asit (24:1) 15.8 mg/g, palmitik asit (16:0) 9.6 mg/g ve stearik asit (18:0) 2.72 mg/g propolis olarak belirlendi.

A research has been carried upon the microbiological and some physicochemical characteristics of Erzincan tulum (Şavak) cheese samples which closed shopping district in Elazığ for this purpose, 17 samples of cheese were taken. The samples were examined with respect to following standpoints: coliform group bacteria, Escherichia coli, counting of total microorganism. Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella sp, Bacillus sp, psycrophylic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, proteolytic bacteria, yeast-mould and Listeria monocytogenes. The average counts of these microorganisms in the samples of cheese were found respectively: 240 - ³ 2400, 70.5%, 1.8x109, 3.5x104, 1.0x103, 4.47x105, 3.37x105, 1.15x107, 70%, 3.6x106, 3.2x104. In the chemical analysis mean values of following characteristics were determined as dry matter 53.69%, water 46.29%, fat 27.26%, protein 16.91%, total ash 5.22%, salt 3.44% and pH (acidity) 1.608%. we concluded that Erzincan tulum (Şavak) cheese samples were not in good hygienic quality., Bu çalışmada, Elazığ Kapalı Çarşısında satışa sunulan Erzincan tulum (Şavak) peynirlerinin mikrobiyolojik ve bazı fiziksel-kimyasal özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bu amaç için 17 adet peynir örneği alınmıştır. Örneklerde, koliform bakteriler, Escherichia coli, toplam mikroorganizma, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella sp, Bacillus sp, psikrofilik bakteriler, laktik asit bakterileri, proteolitik bakteriler, maya-küf ve Listeria monocytogenes sayımları yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre 17 adet peynir örneğindeki mikroorganizma sayıları ortalama olarak sırasıyla 240- ³ 2400, %70.5, 1.8x109, 3.5x104, 1x103, 4.47x105, 3.37x105, 1.15x107, %70, 3.6x106, 3.2x104 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Kimyasal analiz sonuçları ortalama olarak kuru madde %53.69; su %46.29; yağ %27.76; protein %17.91; kül %5.22; tuz %3.44 ve pH (asitlik) %1.608 olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmamızda kullanılan Erzincan tulum (Şavak) peyniri örneklerinin hijyenik karakterlerinin iyi olmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

The aim of this research was to examine the effects of resveratrol and potassium bromate on the level of fatty acids in lung, liver and kidney of Wistar rats. According to our results, in the lung, stearic acid (18:0) level was increased in the R group. Arachidonic acid (20:4) and saturated fatty acids levels were increased in the K and R group. In the liver, stearic acid (18:0) level was increased in the K and R groups. Arachidonic acid (20:4) level was increased in the R group. In the kidney, palmitic acid (16:0), oleic acid (18:1), linoleic acid (18:2), linolenic acid (18:3 n-3), eicosenoic acid (20:1) levels were decreased in the K and R groups when compared to C group. On the other hand, stearic acid (18:0), arachidonic acid (20:4), docosapentaenoic acid (22:5), docosahexaenaoic acid (22:6) and lignoseric acid (24:0) levels were increased in the K and R groups when compared to C group. Our results indicate that the applications of KBrO3 and resveratrol influenced fatty acid levels, and this application was affected that the amount of important fatty acids which substrates in fatty acids metabolism on duty enzymes.

Bu çalışmada 5 kontrol grubu (KG) ve 5 ksilazin-tiopental grubu (KTG) köpekte yağ asitlerinin tip ve konsantrasyon profili araştırıldı. KG’u köpeklerin kan örnekleri alındıktan sonra tiopental ile ötenazi edilip böbrek ve karaciğerlerinden doku örnekleri alındı. KTG’u olgular i.m. 1.5 mg/kg ksilazin hidroklorid ve i.v 20 mg/kg tiopental sodyum verilerek aneztezi edildiler. KTG’u olgular anesteziden tamamen çıkıp kan örnekleri alındıktan sonra tiopental verilerek ötenazi edilip karaciğer ve böbreklerinden doku parçası alındı. Alınan tüm örnekler gaz kromotografisi kullanılarak analiz edildiler. Analiz sırasında KG’unun serum, karaciğer ve böbreklerinden sırasıyla 12, 17 ve 18, KTG’unun serum, karaciğer ve böbreklerden 13, 19 ve 17 farklı tipte yağ asidi saptandı. KTG’unun verileri KG’nununki ile karşılaştırıldığında böbreklerdeki palmitik asit (C16:0) ve stearik asit (C18:0) ile karaciğerdeki linoleik asit (C18:2n-6) verilerinde azalma, buna karşın karaciğerdeki eikosatrienoik asit (C20:3n-9) miktarında belirgin bir artış saptandı.
