A 59-year-old woman developed kidney granulomas while undergoing treatment with BCG for urothelial carcinoma. The woman had received intravesical BCG therapy for urothelial carcinoma and was later found to have asymptomatic right kidney masses. She underwent surgery to remove the affected kidney and was diagnosed with BCG-induced kidney granulomas. After receiving treatment with corticosteroids and antimycobacterial agents, her condition improved, and she was discharged in good health. [Extracted from the article]
