In this paper, a novel fluorescent detection method for glucose and lactic acid was developed based on fluorescent iron nanoclusters (Fe NCs). The Fe NCs prepared using hemin as the main raw material exhibited excellent water solubility, bright red fluorescence, and super sensitive response to hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). This paper demonstrates that Fe NCs exhibit excellent peroxide-like activity, catalyzing H2O2 to produce hydroxyl radicals (•OH) that can quench the red fluorescence of Fe NCs. In this paper, a new type of glucose sensor was established by combining Fe NCs with glucose oxidase (GluOx). With the increase in glucose content, the fluorescence of Fe NCs decreases correspondingly, and the glucose content can be detected in the scope of 0–200 μmol·L−1 (μM). Similarly, the lactic acid sensor can also be established by combining Fe NCs with lactate oxidase (LacOx). With the increase in lactic acid concentration, the fluorescence of Fe NCs decreases correspondingly, and the lactic acid content can be detected in the range of 0–100 μM. Furthermore, Fe NCs were used in the preparation of gel test strip, which can be used to detect H2O2, glucose and lactic acid successfully by the changes of fluorescent intensity. Photoacoustic imaging (PAI) is a rapidly developing emerging non-invasive biomedical imaging technique that combines the strong contrast from optical absorption imaging and the high resolution from acoustic imaging. Abnormal biological tissues (such as tumors and inflammation) generate different levels of thermal expansion after absorbing optical energy, producing distinct acoustic signals from normal tissues. This technique can detect small tissue lesions in biological tissues and has demonstrated significant potential for applications in tumor research, melanoma detection, and cardiovascular disease diagnosis. During the process of collecting photoacoustic signals in a PAI system, various factors can influence the signals, such as absorption, scattering, and attenuation in biological tissues. A single ultrasound transducer cannot provide sufficient information to reconstruct high-precision photoacoustic images. To obtain more accurate and clear image reconstruction results, PAI systems typically use a large number of ultrasound transducers to collect multi-channel signals from different angles and positions, thereby acquiring more information about the photoacoustic signals. Therefore, to reconstruct high-quality photoacoustic images, PAI systems require a significant number of measurement signals, which can result in substantial hardware and time costs. Compressed sensing is an algorithm that breaks through the Nyquist sampling theorem and can reconstruct the original signal with a small number of measurement signals. PAI based on compressed sensing has made breakthroughs over the past decade, enabling the reconstruction of low artifacts and high-quality images with a small number of photoacoustic measurement signals, improving time efficiency, and reducing hardware costs. This article provides a detailed introduction to PAI based on compressed sensing, such as the physical transmission model-based compressed sensing method, two-stage reconstruction-based compressed sensing method, and single-pixel camera-based compressed sensing method. Fiber-reinforced composite materials have emerged as essential solutions for addressing the durability challenges of traditional reinforced concrete, owing to their lightweight nature, high strength, ease of construction, superior tensile capacity, robust corrosion resistance, and excellent electromagnetic insulation properties. This paper delves into the influence of loading rate and fiber bar type on the mechanical characteristics of concrete one-way plates through impact experiments on such plates fitted with glass/basalt fiber bars at varying drop weight heights. The test results reveal a direct correlation between increasing loading rates and escalating damage in fiber-reinforced concrete one-way plates, reflected in the progressive rise in peak deflection and residual displacement at the mid-span of the specimens. Notably, when subjected to higher impact loads, glass fiber-reinforced concrete specimens exhibit amplified deformation and intricate crack formations, consequently diminishing the overall deformation resistance of the plate. Furthermore, glass/basalt fiber-reinforced composites demonstrate notable vibration damping qualities, characterized by substantial residual displacement, minimal rebound, and rapid decay following vibration stimulation. As a type of ultra-high strength steel, AerMet100 steel is used in the aerospace and military industries. Due to the fact that AerMet100 steel is difficult to machine, people have been exploring the process of additive manufacturing to fabricate AerMet100 steel. In this study, AerMet100 steel was produced using an in situ rolling hybrid with wire arc additive manufacturing. Microstructure, tensile properties, and fracture toughness of as-deposited and heat-treated AerMet100 steel were evaluated in different directions. The results reveal that the manufacturing process leads to grain fragmentation and obvious microstructural refinement of the AerMet100 steel, and weakens the anisotropy of the mechanical properties. After heat treatment, the microstructure of the AerMet100 steel is mainly composed of lath martensite and reversed austenite. Alloy carbides are precipitated within the martensitic matrix, and a high density of dislocations is the primary strengthening mechanism. The existence of film-like austenite among the martensite matrix enhances the toughness of AerMet100 steel, which coordinates stress distribution and restrains crack propagation, resulting in an excellent balance between strength and toughness. The AerMet100 steel with in situ rolling is isotropy and achieves the following values: an average ultimate strength of 1747.7 ± 16.3 MPa, yield strength of 1615 ± 40.6 MPa, elongation of 8.3 ± 0.2% in deposition direction, and corresponding values in the building direction are 1821.3 ± 22.1 MPa, 1624 ± 84.5 MPa, and 7.6 ± 1.7%, and the KIC value up to 70.6 MPa/m0.5. Mulching practices have been used to improve peach growth and production across the globe. However, the impact of mulching on the physiochemical properties and soil characteristics of orchards remains largely unknown. This study aimed to decipher the impacts of various mulching patterns on the soil environment and the quality of Prunus persica fruit in "Zijinhuangcui". Three treatments were set up, which included black ground fabric mulch (BF) and two living grass mulch treatments (HV: hairy vetch and RG: ryegrass). The results showed that different mulching treatments have different effects on soil, plant growth, and fruit quality. Living grass mulch treatments, especially the HV treatment, significantly improved soil nutrients by enhancing nitrogen-related indicators. Of note, the BF treatment had higher total phosphorus and available phosphorus contents than the HV and RG treatments. The HV treatment had the highest relative abundance of Proteobacteria (33.49%), which is associated with symbiotic nitrogen fixation, followed by RG (25.62%), and BF (22.38%) at the young fruit stage. Similarly, the abundance of Terrimonas, which has a unique nitrogen fixation system at the genus level, was significantly higher in the living grass mulch (HV, 1.30–3.13% and RG, 2.27–4.24%) than in the BF treatment. Living grass mulch also promoted tree growth, increased fruit sugar content, sugar-related components, and sugar-acid ratio, and reduced the acid content. Collectively, the findings of this study show that living grass mulch can promote tree growth and improve fruit quality by improving soil fertility, bacterial diversity, and richness. Landscape engineering plays a crucial role in urban construction and the development of ecological civilization in China. It actively designs and modifies natural elements, such as water and mountains, acting as the primary living infrastructure. This field continually receives great recognition and praise. Recent academic research has prioritized the use of extended reality (XR) technology to create a real-time interactive visual environment to tackle the issues presented by the dynamic nature of landscape engineering. This paper utilizes the PRISMA method to filter out 68 research documents related to XR in landscape engineering construction and management for bibliometric analysis. A comprehensive review is conducted on the precise and efficient utilization of XR to solve various issues in the field of landscape engineering. Using Cite Space 6.2.R6 (a visual bibliometric software) to visualize knowledge structures and research topics, the analysis includes temporal and spatial examination, application scenario analysis, and technological hierarchy analysis. The paper summarizes the current challenges that XR still faces in the landscape engineering field and envisions extensible application scenarios for XR, providing a reference roadmap for the implementation of XR in landscape engineering. The stratospheric airship is a type of aerostat that uses solar energy as its power source and can fly continuously for months or even years in near space. The rapid and accurate prediction of the output power of its solar array is the key to maintaining energy balance and extending flight time. This paper establishes an online learning model for predicting the output power of the solar array of stratospheric airships. The readings of radiometers arranged on the surface of the airship are used as features for training the model. The parameters of the model can be updated in real-time during the flight process without retraining the entire model. The effect of radiometer placement on the model accuracy was also analyzed. The results show that for the continuous flight of 40 days, the online learning model can achieve an accuracy of 88% after training with 10 days of flight data and the accuracy basically reaches its highest level after 20 days. In addition, placing the radiometers at the four corners of the array can achieve a higher prediction accuracy of 95%. Oats (Avena sativa) are an important cereal crop and cool-season forage worldwide. Heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) is a protein ubiquitously expressed in response to heat stress in almost all plants. To date, the HSP90 gene family has not been comprehensively reported in oats. Herein, we have identified twenty HSP90 genes in oats and elucidated their evolutionary pathways and responses to five abiotic stresses. The gene structure and motif analyses demonstrated consistency across the phylogenetic tree branches, and the groups exhibited relative structural conservation. Additionally, we identified ten pairs of segmentally duplicated genes in oats. Interspecies synteny analysis and orthologous gene identification indicated that oats share a significant number of orthologous genes with their ancestral species; this implies that the expansion of the oat HSP90 gene family may have occurred through oat polyploidization and large fragment duplication. The analysis of cis-acting elements revealed their influential role in the expression pattern of HSP90 genes under abiotic stresses. Analysis of oat gene expression under high-temperature, salt, cadmium (Cd), polyethylene glycol (PEG), and abscisic acid (ABA) stresses demonstrated that most AsHSP90 genes were significantly up-regulated by heat stress, particularly AsHSP90-7, AsHSP90-8, and AsHSP90-9. This study offers new insights into the amplification and evolutionary processes of the AsHSP90 protein, as well as its potential role in response to abiotic stresses. In recent years, the development of two offshore low-permeability oil fields has revealed unexpected challenges. The actual productivity of these fields significantly deviates from the designed capacity. Some wells even outperform the expectations for low-permeability limestone fields. This discrepancy primarily stems from a lack of accurate understanding of natural fractures before and after drilling, resulting in substantial errors in capacity assessment. This paper addresses these challenges by proposing a new production capacity model and evaluation method for both vertical and horizontal wells in low-permeability limestone reservoirs. The method leverages logging curve data, incorporating vertical gradation and fractal analysis to effectively represent the fracture's complexity and connectivity. It uniquely considers factors such as fracture fractal dimensions, threshold pressure, and stress sensitivity, significantly enhancing prediction accuracy. Furthermore, by analyzing the longitudinal gradient in logging curves, the method effectively identifies strong heterogeneity, leading to more accurate capacity evaluations in actual fields. The results demonstrate that our model reduces the average prediction error to less than 15%, markedly outperforming traditional methods. Calculation results of the newly developed capacity formula align closely with actual production data and tracer test results, showcasing its practical applicability and potential for widespread use. Fast urbanization in developing countries contributes to heavier pollution in urban water environments, as urbanization enhances land development and even requires lake filling to meet urban land needs, which produces significant water runoff pollution. Centralized construction brings heavier non-point source pollution, which is one of the most crucial types of pollution in urban areas. However, the pollution caused by urbanization in infilled lake areas is lack of attention. To reduce the negative impact of pollution brought on by urbanization, it is important to monitor the characteristics of runoff water qualities and their relationship with rainfall features. In this study, runoff water quality was monitored from 10 rainfall events, totaling 157 samples in the Wuhan Shahu area, an infilled lake area, to characterize the pollutant event mean concentrations (EMCs) and to explore the different effects of land-use types. COD (chemical oxygen demand), TN (total nitrogen), and TP (total phosphorus) were selected as water quality indicators. The results show that the pollutants have a significant spatial variation. Residential runoff had the largest COD (averaged EMC = 54.02 (mg/L)) and TN (averaged EMC = 2.69 (mg/L)) pollution, while road runoff had the second largest COD (averaged EMC = 48.05 (mg/L)) and TN (2.572 (mg/L)) pollution. The TP pollution level is opposite to COD and TN, as commercial and green spaces have heavier pollution, while the differences in TP pollution levels between the four types of land are not significant. The release of organic matter and nitrogen is closely related to human activities on land types, while phosphorus emission is relatively stable, indicating that it is not easily affected or controlled. In addition, the variation in pollutants between land types is also related to a certain extent. The correlation analysis shows that parameters like antecedent dry days (ADDs), rainfall intensity, and rainfall duration most significantly affect the EMCs of commercial and green spaces. Phosphorus pollutants on roads are harder to reduce. The application of sericin hydrogels is limited mainly due to their poor mechanical strength, tendency to be brittle and inconvenient sterilization. To address these challenges, a sericin hydrogel exhibiting outstanding physical and chemical properties along with cytocompatibility was prepared through crosslinking genipin with degraded sericin extracted from fibroin deficient silkworm cocoons by the high temperature and pressure method. Our reported sericin hydrogels possess good elasticity, injectability, and robust behaviors. The 8% sericin hydrogel can smoothly pass through a 16 G needle. While the 12% sericin hydrogel remains intact until its compression ratio reaches 70%, accompanied by a compression strength of 674 kPa. 12% sericin hydrogel produce a maximum stretch of 740%, with breaking strength and tensile modulus of 375 kPa and 477 kPa respectively. Besides that, the hydrogel system demonstrated remarkable cell-adhesive capabilities, effectively promoting cell attachment and, proliferation. Moreover, the swelling and degradation behaviors of the hydrogels are pH responsiveness. Sericin hydrogel releases drugs in a sustained manner. Furthermore, this study addresses the challenge of sterilizing sericin hydrogels (sterilization will inevitably lead to the destruction of their structures). In addition, it challenges the prior notion that sericin extracted under high temperature and pressure is difficult to directly cross-linked into a stable hydrogel. Although a quadruple mass analyzer and an ion trap mass analyzer have complementary analytical features, they usually have different geometries, operational modes, and electronic control systems. As a continuous effort to extend its coverage, both quadrupole and ion trap operation modes were realized on a "brick" miniature mass spectrometer with a single mass analyzer. In the quadrupole operation mode, low-mass ions ranging from 31 to 502 Th can be analyzed. On the other hand, the ion trap mode can be utilized to cover ions with higher mass to charge ratios (up to 922 Th), as well as performing tandem mass spectrometry. To realize the multiplexing of both operation modes, a printed circuit board (PCB)-based multi-electrode quadrupole–ion trap mass analyzer was designed and integrated in the system. To cover both volatile and non-volatile molecules, two ionization sources were also implemented, including a nano electrospray ionization source and an in-vacuum plasma ionization source. Performances of the instrument operated in these two modes were characterized, such as mass resolution, sensitivity, and mass range. The range of gluten-free food products available to consumers is steadily expanding. In recent years, recalls of food products have highlighted the importance of accurate labeling of food products for the presence of wheat, other gluten-containing cereals, or gluten itself as refined ingredient. The purpose of this study was to gain more insights into recent food recalls related to undeclared gluten/wheat contamination and consumer experiences with these recalls. Recalls of products triggered by gluten contamination are relatively scarce and are not often triggered by a consumer complaint. The impact of these recalls on consumer trust was evaluated through an online survey that was distributed among supporters of Celiac Canada (CCA) and covered (i) strategies to adhere to a gluten-free diet, (ii) experiences with gluten-free recalls and their impact on consumer trust, and (iii) demographic information. Consumer concern regarding gluten-free product recalls is significant, but the concern regarding recalls is not heightened after experiencing a recall. Companies pursuing transparency in the process, identification of the source of contamination, and mitigation strategies going forward are likely to retain consumer trust in their product and brand. Based on the survey results, further efforts focusing on consumer education regarding interpreting nutrient labels, identifying sources of information on product recalls, and understanding procedures to follow upon suspected gluten contamination of a gluten-free product are recommended. The production of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) plays a pivotal role in therapeutic treatments, and optimizing their production is crucial for minimizing costs and improving their accessibility to patients. One way of improving the production process is to improve model accuracy through the correct estimation of its states and parameters. The contributions of this paper lie in the provision of guidelines for sensor selection in the upstream production process of mAbs to enhance the accuracy of state estimation. Furthermore, this paper applies an effective variable selection technique for simultaneous state and parameter estimations for enhanced estimation results in the biomanufacturing processes of mAbs. An estimation framework of MHE is designed for three different case studies to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approach. The prospective applications of chitosan-based hydrogels (CBHs), a category of biocompatible and biodegradable materials, in biomedical disciplines such as tissue engineering, wound healing, drug delivery, and biosensing have garnered great interest. The synthesis and characterization processes used to create CBHs play a significant role in determining their characteristics and effectiveness. The qualities of CBHs might be greatly influenced by tailoring the manufacturing method to get certain traits, including porosity, swelling, mechanical strength, and bioactivity. Additionally, characterization methods aid in gaining access to the microstructures and properties of CBHs. Herein, this review provides a comprehensive assessment of the state-of-the-art with a focus on the affiliation between particular properties and domains in biomedicine. Moreover, this review highlights the beneficial properties and wide application of stimuli-responsive CBHs. We numerically demonstrated a high-efficiency second-harmonic generation (SHG) using quasi-bound state in the continuum (quasi–BIC) in thin film LiNbO3 (TFLN) metasurface. The TFLN possessed exceptionally high second-order nonlinear coefficients, contributing to the enhanced SHG performance. An eccentric cylinder unit cell was presented to achieve high Q–factor resonances associated with the asymmetric parameter introduced. Simulations showed that the high efficiency of the second-harmonic conversion was obtained by using the high Q–factor of the asymmetric dielectric cylinder metasurface, and it achieved a high SHG efficiency of 6.5% at pump intensities as low as 1 MW/cm2 at a normal incident. Furthermore, the simulation results indicated that breaking the symmetry through oblique incidence was more effective in achieving a higher Q–factor compared to altering the structural parameters. Specifically, under 1° oblique incidences, the conversion efficiency could reach 1.2% at an incident power of 1 kW/cm². We have proposed a method to achieve a high conversion efficiency of second-harmonic generation in low-refractive-index materials. Our work not only offers theoretical support but also provides valuable insights for the advancement of efficient nonlinear frequency doubling technology, optical communication, and sensing applications. Nowadays, Mn4+-activated fluoride red phosphors with excellent luminescence properties have triggered tremendous attentions for enhancing the performance of white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs). Nonetheless, the poor moisture resistance of these phosphors impedes their commercialization. Herein, we proposed the dual strategies of "solid solution design" and "charge compensation" to design K2Nb1−xMoxF7 novel fluoride solid solution system, and synthesized the Mn4+-activated K2Nb1−xMoxF7 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.15, x represents the mol % of Mo6+ in the initial solution) red phosphors via co-precipitation method. The doping of Mo6+ not only significantly improve the moisture resistance of the K2NbF7: Mn4+ phosphor without any passivation and surface coating, but also effectively enhance the luminescence properties and thermal stability. In particular, the obtained K2Nb1−xMoxF7: Mn4+ (x = 0.05) phosphor possesses the quantum yield of 47.22% and retains 69.95% of its initial emission intensity at 353 K. Notably, the normalized intensity of the red emission peak (627 nm) for the K2Nb1−xMoxF7: Mn4+ (x = 0.05) phosphor is 86.37% of its initial intensity after immersion for 1440 min, prominently higher than that of the K2NbF7: Mn4+ phosphor. Moreover, a high-performance WLED with high CRI of 88 and low CCT of 3979 K is fabricated by combining blue chip (InGaN), yellow phosphor (Y3Al5O12: Ce3+) and the K2Nb1−xMoxF7: Mn4+ (x = 0.05) red phosphor. Many studies have shown that β-glucan induces a trained immune phenotype in innate immune cells to defend against bacterial and fungal infections. The specific mechanism involves cellular metabolism and epigenetic reprogramming. However, it is unclear whether β-glucan plays a role in antiviral infection. Therefore, this study investigated the role of trained immunity induced by Candida albicans and β-glucan in antiviral innate immunity. It showed that C. albicans and β-glucan promoted the expression of interferon-β (IFN-β) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in mouse macrophages triggered by viral infection. In addition, β-glucan pretreatment attenuated the pathological damage induced by the virus in mouse lungs and promoted the expression of IFN-β. Mechanistically, β-glucan could promote the phosphorylation and ubiquitination of TANK Binding Kinase 1 (TBK1), a key protein of the innate immune pathway. This study investigates the impact of Sr doping on the tribocatalytic performance of BaTiO3 in degrading organic pollutants. Ba1-xSrxTiO3 (x = 0–0.3) nanopowders are synthesized and their tribocatalytic performance evaluated. By doping Sr into BaTiO3, the tribocatalytic performance was enhanced, resulting in an approximately 35% improvement in the degradation efficiency of Rhodamine B using Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3. Factors such as the friction contact area, stirring speed, and materials of the friction pairs also influenced the dye degradation. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy revealed that Sr doping improved BaTiO3's charge transfer efficiency, thereby boosting its tribocatalytic performance. Soybeans possess unexpected flavors and are difficult to be absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract. Kefir grain fermentation provides diverse strains and bioactive compounds, which may enhance flavor and bioaccessibility. Third-generation sequencing was applied to analyze the microbial diversity in milk and soybean kefir grains in this study. In both types of kefir grains, the most common bacterial genus was Lactobacillus, and their fungal communities were dominated by Kazachstania. Lactobacillus kefiranofaciens was the most abundant species in kefir grains, while Lactobacillus kefiri showed a higher proportion in soybean kefir grains. In addition, the quantification of free amino acids and volatile flavor compounds in soybean solution and soybean kefir have shown the increased content of glutamic acid and a decreased amount of unpleasant beany flavor compounds, demonstrating that the nutritive value and sensory properties of soybean can be improved by kefir grain fermentation. Finally, the bioconversion of isoflavones during fermentation and in vitro digestion was evaluated, suggesting that fermentation is beneficial for aglycone formation and absorption. To conclude, kefir fermentation is proposed to change the microbial structure of kefir grains, promote the nutritional value of soybean-based fermented products, and provide possible solutions for the development of soybean products. Cognitive, mood and sleep disorders are common and intractable disorders of the central nervous system, causing great inconvenience to the lives of those affected. The gut–brain axis plays a vital role in studying neurological disorders such as neurodegenerative diseases by acting as a channel for a bidirectional information exchange between the gut microbiota and the nervous system. Dietary polyphenols have received widespread attention because of their excellent biological activity and their wide range of sources, structural diversity and low toxicity. Dietary intervention through the increased intake of dietary polyphenols is an emerging strategy for improving circadian rhythms and treating metabolic disorders. Dietary polyphenols have been shown to play an essential role in regulating intestinal flora, mainly by maintaining the balance of the intestinal flora and enhancing host immunity, thereby suppressing neurodegenerative pathologies. The choice of carrier material is critical in the study of natural drug release preparations and glycosylated magnetic molecularly imprinted materials. The stiffness and softness of the carrier material affect the efficiency of drug release and the specificity of recognition. The dual adjustable aperture-ligand in molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) provides the possibility of individualized design for sustained release studies. In this study, a combination of paramagnetic Fe3O4 and carboxymethyl chitosan (CC) was used to enhance the imprinting effect and improve drug delivery. A combination of tetrahydrofuran and ethylene glycol was used as a binary porogen to prepare MIP-doped Fe3O4-grafted CC (SMCMIP). Salidroside serves as the template, methacrylic acid acts as the functional monomer, and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) serves as the crosslinker. Scanning and transmission electron microscopy were used to observe the micromorphology of the microspheres. The structural and morphological parameters of the SMCMIP composites were measured, including the surface area and pore diameter distribution. In an in vitro study, we found that the SMCMIP composite had a sustained release property of 50% after 6 h of release time in comparison to the control SMCNIP. The total amounts of SMCMIP released at 25 °C and 37 °C were 77% and 86%, respectively. In vitro results showed that the release of SMCMIP followed Fickian kinetics, meaning that the rate of release is dependent on the concentration gradient, with diffusion coefficients ranging from 3.07 × 10−2 cm2/s to 5.66 × 10−3 cm2/s. The results of cytotoxicity experiments showed that the SMCMIP composite did not have any harmful effects on cell growth. The survival rates of intestinal epithelial cells (IPEC-J2) were found to be above 98%. Temperature is one of the most important parameters in the combustion processes. Accurate surface temperature can help to gain insight into the combustion characteristics of various solid or liquid fuels, as well as to evaluate the operating status of combustion power facilities such as internal combustion engines and gas turbines. This paper mainly summarizes and compares the main surface thermometry techniques, from the aspects of their principles, current state of development, and specific applications. These techniques are divided into two categories: contact-based thermometry and non-intrusive thermometry. In contact-based thermometry, conventional thermocouples as well as thin-film thermocouples are introduced. These methods have been developed for a long time and are simple and economical. However, such methods have disadvantages such as interference to flow and temperature field and poor dynamic performance. Furthermore, this paper reviews the latest non-intrusive thermometry methods, which have gained more interest in recent years, including radiation thermometry, laser-induced phosphorescence, liquid crystal thermography, the temperature-sensitive paint technique, and the temperature-indicating paint technique. Among them, we highlighted radiation thermometry, which has the widest measurement ranges and is easy to acquire results with spatial resolution, as well as laser-induced phosphorescence thermometry, which is not interfered with by the emissivity and surrounding environment, and has the advantages of fast response, high sensitivity, and small errors. Particularly, laser-induced phosphoresce has attracted a great deal of attention, as it gets rid of the influence of emissivity. In recent years, it has been widely used in the thermometry of various combustion devices and fuels. At the end of this paper, the research progress of the above-mentioned laser-induced phosphorescence and other techniques in recent years for the surface thermometry of various solid or liquid fuels is summarized, as well as applications of combustion facilities such as internal combustion engines, gas turbines, and aero engines, which reveal the great development potential of laser-induced phosphorescence technology in the field of surface thermometry. Protein-surfactant interactions have a significant influence on food functionality, which has attracted increasing attention. Herein, the effect of glycolipid mannosylerythritol lipid-A (MEL-A) on the heat-induced soy glycinin (11S) aggregates was investigated by measuring the structure, binding properties, interfacial behaviors, and emulsification characteristics of the aggregates. The results showed that MEL-A led to a decrease in the surface tension, viscoelasticity, and foaming ability of the 11S aggregates. In addition, MEL-A with a concentration above critical micelle concentration (CMC) reduced the random aggregation of 11S protein after heat treatment, thus facilitating the formation of self-assembling core-shell particles composed of a core of 11S aggregates covered by MEL-A shells. Infrared spectroscopy, circular dichroism spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, and isothermal titration calorimetry also confirmed that the interaction forces between MEL-A and 11S were driven by hydrophobic interactions between the exposed hydrophobic groups of the protein and the fatty acid chains or acetyl groups of MEL-A, as well as the hydrogen bonding between mannosyl-D-erythritol groups of MEL-A and amino acids of 11S. The findings of this study indicated that such molecular interactions are responsible for the change in surface behavior and the enhancement of foaming stability and emulsifying property of 11S aggregates upon heat treatment. In response to DNA double strand breaks (DSB), repair proteins accumulate at damaged sites, forming membrane-less condensates or "foci". The formation of these foci and their disassembly within the proper time window are essential for genome integrity. However, how these membrane-less sub-compartments are formed, maintained and disassembled remains unclear. Recently, several studies across different model organisms proposed that DNA repair foci form via liquid phase separation. In this review, we discuss the current research investigating the physical nature of repair foci. First, we present the different models of condensates proposed in the literature, highlighting the criteria to differentiate them. Second, we discuss evidence of liquid phase separation at DNA repair sites and the limitations of this model to fully describe structures formed in response to DNA damage. A new phospholipase D from marine Moritella sp. JT01 (MsPLD) was recombinantly expressed and biochemically characterized. The optimal reaction temperature and pH of MsPLD were determined to be 35 °C and 8.0. MsPLD was stable at a temperature lower than 35 °C, and the t1/2 at 4 °C was 41 days. The crystal structure of apo-MsPLD was resolved and the functions of a unique extra loop segment on the enzyme activity were characterized. The results indicated that a direct deletion or fastening of the extra loop segment by introducing disulfide bonds both resulted in a complete loss of its activity. The results of the maximum insertion pressure indicated that the deletion of the extra loop segment significantly decreased MsPLD's interfacial binding properties to phospholipid monolayers. Finally, MsPLD was applied to the synthesis of phosphatidic acid by using a biphasic reaction system. Under optimal reaction conditions, the conversion rate of phosphatidic acid reached 86%. Land use and land cover (LULC) contribute to both carbon storage and carbon emissions. Therefore, regulating the LULC is an important means of achieving carbon neutrality under global environmental change. Here, the West Liaohe River Basin, a semiarid watershed, was taken as a case study. Based on the assessment of the carbon storage and emissions induced by LULC from 2000–2020, we set up three different coupled shared socioeconomic pathway (SSP) and representative concentration pathway (RCP) scenarios (SSP119, SSP245, and SSP585), from 2030–2060, to optimize the LULC. Then, the LULC patterns under each scenario were simulated using the patch-generating land use simulation (PLUS) model, and the corresponding changes in carbon storage and emissions were compared and analyzed. It was found that, since 2000, with the expansion of forest, cropland, and construction land, as well as the degradation of grassland, the carbon storage and emissions induced by LULC have significantly increased, but the increase in storage was lower than that of emissions. The scenario simulations revealed that, when we optimize the LULC, mainly including the protection and expansion of ecological land such as forest and grassland in the western and southern edges of the basin, as well as the control and management of cropland land and construction land in the northeast and central parts of the basin, there will be a significant increase in the carbon storage and a significant reduction in carbon emissions from 2030–2060. This indicates that zone-based management measures with rational LULC regulation can contribute to the achievement of carbon neutrality in the study area. Supported by the results of this study, a direct decision-making basis for land use policy regulation to promote regional sustainable development can be undertaken in the basin. Background and Aim: Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), a lens culinaris agglutinin-reactive fraction of AFP (AFP-L3), is a protein that is induced by vitamin K deficiency or antagonist-II (PIVKA-II) that has been clinically used as a serum biomarker for early detection and diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Diagnostic performance of each serum biomarker alone, or their combinations for the detection of hepatitis C virus (HCV)-associated HCC were compared. Methods: Serum AFP, AFP-L3, and PIVKA-II levels were evaluated in patients with HCV-associated HCC, and those with chronic HCV infection without HCC (HCV-controls). The areas under the curve (AUC), sensitivity, and specificity were compared to identify the diagnostic performance of each serum HCC biomarker alone or in combination. Results: Overall, 172 HCV controls and 105 patients with HCV-associated HCC were enrolled. The AFP, AFP-L3, and PIVKA-II levels were significantly increased among patients with HCV-associated HCC when compared with HCV patients without HCC (p < 0.001). When these biomarkers were analyzed individually, PIVKA-II revealed the best predictive performance (AUC: PIVKA-II 0.90 vs. AFP 0.80 vs. AFP-L3 0.69, p < 0.001). In evaluating the combinations of any two biomarkers, the best predictive performance was found in PIVKA-II + AFP (0.93 vs. AFP + AFP-L3 0.78, p = 0.001; and PIVKA-II + AFP-L3 0.89, p < 0.001), which had no difference compared to the predictive performance of the combination of all three serum biomarkers (AFP + AFP-L3 + PIVKA-II 0.93, p = 0.277). Similar results were identified in the subgroups of patients with HCV-induced cirrhosis, and among patients with early-stage HCC defined by BCLC and TNM staging. Conclusions: The addition of the PIVKA-II test to routine AFP test maybe provide a more suitable biomarker approach to detect HCV-induced HCC in patients with HCV infection undergoing HCC surveillance. Understanding the spatiotemporal changes in landscape patterns and their driving factors in Inner Mongolia can benefit land use and ecological environment management in this region. This study used the county landscape index and multiple regression analysis to reveal the temporal and spatial evolutions of landscape patterns and their driving factors in Inner Mongolia from 2000 to 2015 with multitemporal land use data. The results showed that (1) grassland was the main landscape type in Inner Mongolia. Grassland and unused land decreased, and cropland expanded from 2000 to 2015. Grassland degradation has slowed since 2005. (2) At the class level, the dominance of grassland decreased, and the degree of landscape fragmentation of cropland, forestland, and grassland increased gradually. At the landscape level, the landscape shape was more complex, the landscape connectivity was worse, and the landscape diversity gradually enhanced. (3) This study revealed that climatic factors influenced the evolution of landscape patterns, and human activities were the key driving factors of landscape-level metrics. Curcumin is the most important active component in turmeric extracts. Curcumin, a natural monomer from plants has received a considerable attention as a dietary supplement, exhibiting evident activity in a wide range of human pathological conditions. In general, curcumin is beneficial to human health, demonstrating pharmacological activities of anti-inflammation and antioxidation, as well as antitumor and immune regulation activities. Curcumin also presents therapeutic potential in neurodegenerative, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. In this review article, we summarize the advancements made in recent years with respect to curcumin as a biologically active agent in malignant tumors, Alzheimer's disease (AD), hematological diseases and viral infectious diseases. We also focus on problems associated with curcumin from basic research to clinical translation, such as its low solubility, leading to poor bioavailability, as well as the controversy surrounding the association between curcumin purity and effect. Through a review and summary of the clinical research on curcumin and case reports of adverse effects, we found that the clinical transformation of curcumin is not successful, and excessive intake of curcumin may have adverse effects on the kidneys, heart, liver, blood and immune system, which leads us to warn that curcumin has a long way to go from basic research to application transformation. This work aims at investigating the nonlinear transient response of fluid-conveying pipes made of graphene nanoplatelet (GPL)-reinforced composite (GPLRC) under blast loads and in a thermal environment. A modified Halpin–Tsai model is used to approximate the effective Young's modulus of the GPLRC pipes conveying fluid; the mass density and Poisson's ratio are determined by using the Voigt model. A slender Euler–Bernoulli beam is considered for modeling the pipes conveying fluid. The vibration control equation of the GPLRC pipes conveying fluid under blast loads is obtained by using Hamilton's principle. A set of second-order ordinary differential equations are obtained by using the second-order Galerkin discrete method and are solved by using the adaptive Runge–Kutta method. Numerical experiments show that GPL distribution and temperature; GPL weight fraction; pipe length-to-thickness ratio; flow velocity; and blast load parameters have important effects on the nonlinear transient response of the GPLRC pipes conveying fluid. The numerical results also show that due to the fluid–structure interaction, the vibration amplitudes of the GPLRC pipes conveying fluid decay after the impact of blast loads. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Additive manufacturing, also known as three-dimensional (3D) printing, relates to several rapid prototyping (RP) technologies, and has shown great potential in the manufacture of organoids and even complex bioartificial organs. A major challenge for 3D bioprinting complex org unit ans is the competitive requirements with respect to structural biomimeticability, material integrability, and functional manufacturability. Over the past several years, 3D bioprinting based on sacrificial templates has shown its unique advantages in building hierarchical vascular networks in complex organs. Sacrificial biomaterials as supporting structures have been used widely in the construction of tubular tissues. The advent of suspension printing has enabled the precise printing of some soft biomaterials (e.g., collagen and fibrinogen), which were previously considered unprintable singly with cells. In addition, the introduction of sacrificial biomaterials can improve the porosity of biomaterials, making the printed structures more favorable for cell proliferation, migration and connection. In this review, we mainly consider the latest developments and applications of 3D bioprinting based on the strategy of sacrificial biomaterials, discuss the basic principles of sacrificial templates, and look forward to the broad prospects of this approach for complex organ engineering or manufacturing. The existing productivity models of staged fractured horizontal wells in tight oil reservoir are mainly linear flow models based on the idealized dual-medium fracture network structure, which have a certain limitation when applied to the production prediction. Aiming at the difficulty in describing the shape of the complex fractal fracture network, a two-dimensional heterogeneous structure model of the fracture network is proposed in this paper. Considering the deformation characteristics of porous media and the characteristic of non-Darcy fluid flow, a three-zone steady-state productivity model with the combination of radial and linear flow is established. To eliminate strong nonlinear characteristics of the mathematical model, a fractional step method is employed to deduce the production formulas of staged fractured horizontal wells under infinite and finite conductivity fractures. The established productivity model is verified with the actual data of three horizontal wells in different blocks of S oilfield, and the error between the model calculation results and the actual production data is less than 4%. The analysis results of productivity sensitive factors show that production of horizontal wells is primarily influenced by the reservoir physical properties and fracturing parameters. The steady-state productivity model established in this study can be applied to effectively predict the average production of a horizontal well in stable stage of production, and it has theoretical and practical application value for improving the development effect of tight oil reservoir. Icariin is the most effective bioactive compound in Herba Epimedii. To enhance the content of icariin in the epimedium water extract, a novel strain, Papiliotrema laurentii ZJU-L07, producing an intracellular α-L-rhamnosidase was isolated from the soil and mutagenized. The specific activity of α-L-rhamnosidase was 29.89 U·mg−1 through purification, and the molecular mass of the enzyme was 100 kDa, as assayed by SDS-PAGE. The characterization of the purified enzyme was determined. The optimal temperature and pH were 55 °C and 7.0, respectively. The enzyme was stable in the pH range 5.5–9.0 for 2 h over 80% and the temperature range 30–40 °C for 2 h more than 70%. The enzyme activity was inhibited by Ca2+, Fe2+, Cu2+, and Mg2+, especially Fe2+. The kinetic parameters of Km and Vmax were 1.38 mM and 24.64 μmol·mg−1·min−1 using pNPR as the substrate, respectively. When epimedin C was used as a nature substrate to determine the kinetic parameters of α-L-rhamnosidase, the values of Km and Vmax were 3.28 mM and 0.01 μmol·mg−1·min−1, respectively. The conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis were optimized through single factor experiments and response surface methodology. The icariin yield increased from 61% to over 83% after optimization. The enzymatic hydrolysis method could be used for the industrialized production of icariin. At the same time, this enzyme could also cleave the α-1,2 glycosidic linkage between glucoside and rhamnoside in naringin and neohesperidin, which could be applicable in other biotechnological processes. In this paper, chitosan (CS)/graphene oxide (GO) composite films were prepared, and the effect of γ-ray irradiation on the properties of composite films was investigated. The irradiation crosslinking reaction occurred in composite films with the existence of acetic acid, and the properties changed upon the various irradiation dose. The swelling degree of the composite film with 0 wt % GO decreased with the increasing of the irradiation dose, but the swelling degree of which with GO increased instead. The thermal stability increased with the increasing of the irradiation dose, but the effect of the irradiation on the thermal stability weakened as the increasing of the content of GO, due to the enhanced irradiation resistance performance. The tensile strength increased firstly and decreased subsequently with the increasing of the irradiation dose and the content of GO. Composite films showed the enhanced antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis, compared to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The antibacterial activity weakened with the increasing of the content of GO. The antibacterial activity was relatively stronger when the irradiation dose was 20 KGy. In addition, the structural, crystal, and morphological properties of composite films were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, and SEM. Bacterial biofilms formed by pathogens are known to be hundreds of times more resistant to antimicrobial agents than planktonic cells, making it extremely difficult to cure biofilm-based infections despite the use of antibiotics, which poses a serious threat to human health. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop promising alternative antimicrobial therapies to reduce the burden of drug-resistant bacterial infections caused by biofilms. As natural enemies of bacteria, bacteriophages (phages) have the advantages of high specificity, safety and non-toxicity, and possess great potential in the defense and removal of pathogenic bacterial biofilms, which are considered to be alternatives to treat bacterial diseases. This work mainly reviews the composition, structure and formation process of bacterial biofilms, briefly discusses the interaction between phages and biofilms, and summarizes several strategies based on phages and their derivatives against biofilms and drug-resistant bacterial infections caused by biofilms, serving the purpose of developing novel, safe and effective treatment methods against biofilm-based infections and promoting the application of phages in maintaining human health. On the basis of the W-band power source, a single-stage frequency quadrupler method was used to implement two 335 GHz frequency quadruplers. The two frequency quadruplers adopted a traditional binomial matching structure and an improved gradient line matching structure, respectively. An idle loop was added to the overall circuit in the design of the DC filter and low-pass filter. The improved gradient line matching structure reduced the circuit length while increasing the bandwidth, effectively reducing the power loss on the transmission line. A micro-strip circuit was fabricated with a 50 μm thick quartz circuit and was mounted onto a split waveguide block. The results showed that the output power of the quadrupler with the improved matching structure was better than that of the quadrupler with the conventional matching structure. The peak output power of the improved frequency quadrupler was 4.75 mW at 333 GHz when driven with 200 mW. In contrast, this improved structure broadened the bandwidth by 8 GHz and reduced the length of the substrate by 0.607 mm, effectively reducing the length of the traditionally designed circuit by 11.5%. Chang'E-5 (CE-5) is China's first lunar sample return mission. This paper focuses on the trajectory determination of the CE-5 lander and ascender during the landing and ascending phases, and the positioning of the CE-5 lander on the Moon. Based on the kinematic statistical orbit determination method using B-spline and polynomial functions, the descent and ascent trajectories of the lander and ascender are determined by using ground-based radiometric ranging, Doppler and interferometry data. The results show that a B-spline function is suitable for a trajectory with complex maneuvers. For a smooth trajectory, B-spline and polynomial functions can reach almost the same solutions. The positioning of the CE-5 lander on the Moon is also investigated here. Using the kinematic statistical positioning method, the landing site of the lander is 43.0590°N, 51.9208°W with an elevation of −2480.26 m, which is less than 200 m different from the LRO (Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter) image data. Efflorescence is aesthetically undesirable to all cementitious materials products and mainly results from the carbonation of hydrates and salt precipitation. Alternative binders without portlandite formation theoretically have much lower efflorescence risk, but in practice, the efflorescence of ettringite-rich systems is still serious. This study reports the impacts of mineral additives on the efflorescence of ettringite-rich systems and the corresponding microstructural evolution. The effects of silica fume, limestone powder, and diatomite on efflorescence and the capillary pore structure of mortars were investigated from a multi-scale analysis. The composition and microstructure of efflorescent phases were revealed by optical microscope (O.M.), in-situ Raman spectroscopy, and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Results indicate that the addition of mineral additives can efficiently inhibit the efflorescence of reference, especially with silica fume. Similar to the ettringite-rich system, the efflorescence substances of all modifies are composed of ettringite and CaCO3, indicating that the addition of mineral admixture does not lead to chemical reactions, lower capillary absorption coefficient of mineral additives modified specimen, the denser pore structure and the lower efflorescence degree. At present, the existing deliverability evaluation models mainly consider the impact of specific factors on production, and the description of the complex fracture network structure primarily remains at the stage of an ideal dual-pore medium with uniform distribution. However, this cannot reflect the actual fracture network structure and fluid flow law of fractured horizontal wells. Thus, in this paper, a non-uniform fracture network structure is proposed considering the influence of the threshold pressure gradient and stress sensitivity characteristics on the production performance of horizontal wells. The stress sensitivity and the fractal theory are combined to characterize the permeability of the complex fracture network, and a three-zone compound unsteady deliverability model for staged fractured horizontal wells in tight oil reservoirs is successfully developed. Laplace transformation, perturbation theory, and numerical inversion are applied to obtain the semi-analytical solution of the proposed deliverability model. The reliability and accuracy of the analytical solution are verified by the classical tri-linear flow model and an oil field example. The effects of related influential parameters on the production of horizontal wells are analyzed. Three-dimensional (3D) bioprinting is a family of rapid prototyping technologies, which assemble biomaterials, including cells and bioactive agents, under the control of a computer-aided design model in a layer-by-layer fashion. It has great potential in organ manufacturing areas with the combination of biology, polymers, chemistry, engineering, medicine, and mechanics. At present, 3D bioprinting technologies can be used to successfully print living tissues and organs, including blood vessels, skin, bones, cartilage, kidney, heart, and liver. The unique advantages of 3D bioprinting technologies for organ manufacturing have improved the traditional medical level significantly. In this article, we summarize the latest research progress of polymers in bioartificial organ 3D printing areas. The important characteristics of the printable polymers and the typical 3D bioprinting technologies for several complex bioartificial organs, such as the heart, liver, nerve, and skin, are introduced. Polyaluminium chloride (PAC) has been widely used as a chemical coagulant in water treatment. However, little is known about the impact of PAC performance on the microbial community in sediments. In this study, the archaeal, bacterial, and fungal communities in urban river sediments with and without PAC treatment were investigated. Prokaryotic diversity decreased at the PAC addition site (A2) and increased along with the river flow (from A3 to A4), while eukaryotic diversity was the opposite. The abundance of core microbiota showed a similar trend. For example, the dominant Proteobacteria presented the highest relative abundance in A1 (26.8%) and the lowest in A2 (15.3%), followed by A3 (17.5%) and A4 (23.0%). In contrast, Rozellomycota was more dominant in A2 (56.6%) and A3 (58.1%) than in A1 (6.2%) and A4 (16.3%). Salinity, total dissolved solids, and metal contents were identified as the key physicochemical factors affecting the assembly of core microorganisms. The predicted functions of archaea and fungi were mainly divided into methane cycling and saprotrophic nutrition, respectively, while bacterial function was more diversified. Simple Summary: Human papillomavirus (HPV) infections are responsible for a continually growing number of head and neck cancer (HNC) cases, with the incident rate overtaking that of HPV-related cervical cancers in the United States. Most HPV-related HNC cases arise in the oropharynx, and although they have a better 5-year survival rate than non-HPV-related HNC patients (80% compared to 50%), de-escalating treatment in all HPV(+) patients in an attempt to improve quality of life led to unacceptable results. Studying molecular subtypes of HPV(+) HNC can help to identify treatment regimens tailored to each patient's tumor characteristics. We synthesized information from several studies of HPV(+) HNC subtypes, and describe three main groups that differ by their immune cell content, level of keratinocyte differentiation, degree of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition, probability of HPV integration, oxidoreductase activity and stromal cell (e.g., cancer-associated fibroblast) content. The differences have important implications for local or distant recurrence, treatment response and survival. Until recently, research on the molecular signatures of Human papillomavirus (HPV)-associated head and neck cancers mainly focused on their differences with respect to HPV-negative head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (HNSCCs). However, given the continuing high incidence level of HPV-related HNSCC, the time is ripe to characterize the heterogeneity that exists within these cancers. Here, we review research thus far on HPV-positive HNSCC molecular subtypes, and their relationship with clinical characteristics and HPV integration into the host genome. Different omics data including host transcriptomics and epigenomics, as well as HPV characteristics, can provide complementary viewpoints. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a rapidly growing neurodevelopmental disorder. Both probiotics and oxytocin were reported to have therapeutic potential; however, the combination therapy has not yet been studied. We conducted a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, 2-stage pilot trial in 35 individuals with ASD aged 3–20 years (median = 10.30 years). Subjects were randomly assigned to receive daily Lactobacillus plantarum PS128 probiotic (6 × 1010 CFUs) or a placebo for 28 weeks; starting on week 16, both groups received oxytocin. The primary outcomes measure socio-behavioral severity using the Social Responsiveness Scale (SRS) and Aberrant Behavior Checklist (ABC). The secondary outcomes include measures of the Clinical Global Impression (CGI) scale, fecal microbiome, blood serum inflammatory markers, and oxytocin. All outcomes were compared between the two groups at baseline, 16 weeks, and 28 weeks into treatment. We observed improvements in ABC and SRS scores and significant improvements in CGI-improvement between those receiving probiotics and oxytocin combination therapy compared to those receiving placebo (p < 0.05). A significant number of favorable gut microbiome network hubs were also identified after combination therapy (p < 0.05). The favorable social cognition response of the combination regimen is highly correlated with the abundance of the Eubacterium hallii group. Autophagy is a critical regulator of cellular survival, differentiation, development, and homeostasis, dysregulation of which is associated with diverse diseases including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Transcription factor EB (TFEB), a master transcriptional regulator of autophagy and lysosome, can enhance autophagic and lysosomal biogenesis and function. TFEB has attracted a lot of attention owing to its ability to induce the intracellular clearance of pathogenic factors in a variety of disease models, suggesting that novel therapeutic strategies could be based on the modulation of TFEB activity. Therefore, TFEB agonists are a promising strategy to ameliorate diseases implicated with autophagy dysfunction. Recently, several TFEB agonists have been identified and preclinical or clinical trials are applied. In this review, we present an overview of the latest research on TFEB biology and TFEB agonists. The oxidation behavior and microstructural evolution of the nanostructure of Fe-Cr-Al oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) alloys prepared by spark plasma sintering were investigated by high-temperature oxidation experiments in air at 1200 °C for 100 h. The formation of Al2O3 scale was observed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) line scans. The oxidation rate of Fe-Cr-Al ODS alloys is lower than that of conventional Fe-Cr-Al alloys, and the oxide layer formed on the Fe-Cr-Al alloy appeared loose and cracked, whereas the oxide layer formed on the Fe-Cr-Al ODS alloys was adherent and flat. This is due to the high density of dispersed nano-oxides hindering the diffusion of Al element and the formation of vacancies caused by them. In addition, the nano-oxides could also adhere to the oxide layer. Besides, the microstructure of the Fe-Cr-Al ODS alloy had excellent stability during high-temperature oxidation. Oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) alloys with Al and Zr addition have excellent radiation tolerance, high-temperature strength, and corrosion resistance. The 15Cr-Al-Zr-ODS alloys are processed by mechanical alloying (MA), hot isostatic pressing (HIP), subsequent hot rolling to large strains of 70%, and further annealing. The effect of hot rolling on the microstructure, and the properties of nanostructured 15Cr ODS alloys with Al and Zr addition, were investigated. The microstructure after hot rolling and annealing showed obvious anisotropy. The cubic texture (φ1 = 0°, Φ = 0°, φ2 = 0°) {0 0 1} <1 0 0> and brass-R texture (φ1 = 0°, Φ = 55°, φ2 = 45°) {1 1 1} <1 1 0> were observed. The similar size distribution of precipitates was obtained for the comparison of the hot rolling samples with the hot isostatic pressed samples, which can be attributed to excellent thermal stability.
