Experimental teaching has always been an indispensable part of engineering education. And it always plays an important role in cultivating students’ practical ability, independent thinking ability, innovative thinking and divergent thinking. But simulation experiment and physical experiment cannot be unified in the circuit teaching experiment at present. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes to combine organically the simulation circuit experiment with physical circuit experiment, and synchronously operate them. This paper uses the WEB publishing to achieve remote experimental operation. Multisim is used as the circuit simulation platform, and NI Eiviss II is used as the physical circuit hardware platform. Multisim circuit simulation experiment and physical circuit experiment are implemented by LabVIEW to realize the combination of simulation experiment and physical experiment. Students do explore experiments in simulation experiment firstly, and then do physical experiment. And this paper uses LabVIEW to develop the experimental man-machine interface. Mastering the layout and evolution of scientific research of international well-known national laboratories has an important reference for preparation of China’s national laboratory and its research layout. For this purpose,this paper selected the GFZ( The Helmholtz-Centre Potsdam-German Research Centre for Geosciences) as an example,analyzed papers published during 1992 ～ 2016 based on WOS database. With the increase of energy demand, the use of underground cable in cities is increasing, and the fault location of underground cables has become a tough issue nowadays. This paper presents a new method for fault location of underground cable in distribution network system. Using this method, only single terminal measurements in the relaying systems is needed. Firstly, the structure of underground cable is analyzed, and the calculating formula for every physical parameter of cable is determined. Then, taking A-phase core-sheath-ground as an example, the fault point voltage and fault point current can be calculated with the voltage and current data measured by the relay protection device end, and the calculation method is extended to the core-sheath and core-ground fault. Finally, PSCAD EMTP is used for simulation, and the error of the fault localization method in this paper is compared under different fault impedance, fault type and ground mode, etc., indicating the effectiveness and adaptability of the method proposed in this paper. As a traditional event, the Shanghai undergraduate chemistry experiment competition exerted significant influence among Shanghai and the Yangtze-river-delta region. There are some limitations of laboratories in the cultivation of university students' innovative thinking and scientific research ability. On the other hand, the scientific research laboratories in China universities have enough scientific research projects, advanced equipment and high quality scientific research troop. However, the openness of scientific research laboratories is not high. Based on the game theory, this paper analyzes the existing institutions. The results show that the setting of the incentive system has a significant impact on the opening of the research laboratory. When the parameters are not reasonable, the scientific research laboratory and the management side will both take a mixed strategy. However, if the parameter settings are reasonable, the management side and scientific research laboratory will both take the ideal strategy. Currently, CPU design is usually realized on the simulation platform of Quartus 11, but the data simulation interface is too simple and difficult to analyze the logic relation among the instructions and data. In this paper, a CPU design process based on LogiSim platform is realized and a flexible and convenient simulation interface is designed to analyze data. In this paper, comparing with the traditional monitoring of 5 ~ 10 meters, a camera is installed at a height of more than 30 meters to realize the real time statistics of the number of people in the monitoring area. Because of the high position and wide coverage, large area can he dispatched. But the attendant problem is that pedestrians occupy very few pixels in the scene, and it brings great difficulties of statistics. In this paper, a high point pedestrian detection method based on background modeling and inter frame difference was proposed for high point surveillance applications. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm improves the detection rate and reduces the false detection rate compared with the background modeling or frame difference method. The most important part of fault model is to extract fault features. This paper establishes an ARMA fault detection model based on a large number of current data obtained from laboratory simulation of haze. In this paper, we found that there arc huge differences between common flashover and contamination flashover caused by haze. The different salt type that haze contains will make the characteristics of contamination flashover different. In order to extract fault features further, two fault diagnosis models based on ARMA algorithm are proposed in this paper. One is based on ARMA prediction error in the haze fault diagnosis model, and the other is the wavelet energy parameter interval model based on ARMA prediction mean absolute error. The basic method of the first model is to apply different fault models, and identify the fault types by the size of the static prediction error. The second model analysis method combining wavelet and ARMA algorithm overcomes low extraction discrimination problem which appears in the process in the fault feature, to achieve the purpose of detecting fault recognition. This paper adopted virtual instrument technology to realized the visualization and control of the quiescent operating point Q by using LabVIEW-Multisim. The impact of quiescent operating point setting on start-oscillation characteristics, including start-oscillation time, oscillation amplitude and stability of oscillation frequency were displayed in real time. This paper also realized the automation of experiment data measurement, recording and plotting by using the powerful data collection and processing function of LabVIEW. Skin color has a wide application range in many fields such as face recognition and gesture recognition. Many pixel-based skin color detection methods have been proposed now，however， it is not sufficient to determine correctly skin color based on single pixel in many cases. In this paper，the super pixel was adopted to detect skin color. Firstly， color images were segmented by the watershed algorithm to get super pixels and the corresponding ground-truth images; then the features of super pixels were extracted as input data and the ground-truth images were taken as output data； finally，support vector machine and random forests were adopted to train the input data and the output data. Nowadays, many colleges and universities in our country are trying to introduce MOOC and flipped classroom into teaching. This paper discusses the practical application of “MOOC + flipped classroom” teaching model with an example of accounting course. Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation of accounting course teaching in finance and economics colleges, then puts forward the advantages of “ MOOC + flipped classroom” in accounting courses, and introduces implementation of “MOOC + flipped classroom” teaching mode of accounting course, including preparation before starting, implementation of “ MOOC + flipped classroom”. Finally, it is concluded that the experimental class of “MOOC + flipped classroom” teaching mode is better than the traditional ( lass through comparison of teaching effects from the questionnaire survey, statistical analysis of midterm and final grade. By analyzing the core professional courses of spatial information and digital technology specialty of Xidian University, the present situation and problems of geographic information system (GIS) teaching are showed in this paper. Combining with personal experience, two main contents are presented, i. e. , teaching and learning of basic concepts, the integration of practical skills and theoretical study. This paper presents a multi-function electric power data acquisition system based on STM32 and ATT7022E. First, the paper introduces the overall design scheme of the acquisition system and the functions implemented by each module. Second, aiming at the two aspects of hardware circuit and software design, the paper analyzes the implementation process of some circuits, especially the communication module adopting CAN communication and remote GPRS communication. Finally, the experimental results show that the design of the multi-function electric power data acquisition system has the characteristics of high precision in measurement, high real-time performance, large collection capacity, high transmission efficiency, small volume, low eost, the design meets the technical requirements of State Grid Corporation of China for smart meters. With the increasing number of wireless communication applications, the field lest environment is more and more complex, portable network analyzer can better help staff to do field lest, maintenance. In this paper, we design a low frequency vector network analyzer, which uses the sequential quadrature measurement mechanism, composes of swept signal source, reflected bridge, analog multiplier, standard calibrator and touch display etc. It can measure VSWR, impedance, reflection loss and other parameters for the devices within the 50 kHz to 60 MHz frequency range. According to the research of the high-rise building fire alarm monitoring in city, a real-time user monitoring alarm monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless network and configuration technology is designed in this paper. The system has lots real-time monitored interfaces and improves the functions of the existing fire monitoring system greatly. This paper completely describes the overall structure of the system, such as the main functions, working methods, hardware circuits, software designs etc. First of all, the system mainly includes the developments of ZigBee protocol stack software, the wireless communication network with multi terminal nodes, the main program of the system. Furthermore, the real-time monitoring interface based on the configuration technology is designed. Finally, after testing, the alarm monitoring system has the advantages of zero wiring, intelligence, better sensitive alarm, high real-time, convenient maintenance, better reliability. Because innovation and entrepreneurship become the trend of new age, the traditional educational mode cannot meet the needs of training entrepreneurial talents so that launching an entrepreneur education reform has become a major proposition in laboratory education. This paper introduces the concepts of “maker ”, “maker education” and “ maker space” , and discusses the construction of Chinese maker space in three aspects including the open mode, teaching mode and management mode. Based on the review of the development history and characteristics of American entrepreneurship courses, the paper comparatively analyzed the entrepreneurship education curriculum system of University of Pennsylvania as the representative of “ progressive professional entrepreneurship education curriculum system”, Stanford University as the representative of “ technology driven process of entrepreneurship education curriculum system”, Babson College as the representative of “ segmented modular curriculum system of entrepreneurship education ” , and summed up the characteristics of entrepreneurship education curriculum system of the three schools. By collecting 300 entrepreneurial courses from the three universities, the paper analyzed the course content by text analysis, and summarized the characteristics of three school entrepreneurial courses. The paper has formed a comprehensive and systematic exposition of the curriculum development, curriculum system and course content of American entrepreneurship education curriculum systems.
