In order to study the cause of wire falling accident caused by fracture of 500 kV composite insulator in the no-fly zone of a province， various inspections and tests were carried out on the accident insulator string according to the current standard. The results of comprehensive detection and analysis and on-site fault investigation show that due to the defects in the interface between the glass fiber and the silicone rubber sheath of the composite insulator rod， the rod of the insulator is aged after many years of operation. In addition， due to the comprehensive influence of the operating environment， the internal fibrosis and overall structural degeneration of the rod are aggravated， which eventually causes the insulator to break down and cause the wire to fall off. Finally， in order to avoid the recurrence of such accidents and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid， the operation and maintenance strategy of composite insulators is given for the lines under the jurisdiction of the UAV no-fly zone and weak signal zone.

Thyroid cancer (TC) is the most common malignant tumor of the endocrine system. Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disease caused by pancreatic β-cell dysfunction or insulin resistance. In recent years, with the increased morbidity of TC and DM , many studies have shown potential relationship between the occurrence and development of these two diseases.

Objective To compare the perioperative outcomes of laparoscopic single-site surgery (LESS) versus traditional laparoscopic surgery (TLS) in the staging surgery of endometrial cancer, and to verify its safety, feasibility and effectiveness. Methods A total of 535 patients diagnosed with endometrial cancer and undergoing laparoscopic total staging surgery from August 2018 to August 2020 in our department were retrospectively recruited in this study. Among them, 26 patients underwent LESS, and 509 received TLS.A 1∶2 propensity score matching was performed to minimize the bias due to the imbalanced baseline features between the 2 groups. Finally, 26 cases in LESS group and 52 cases in TLS group were obtained. The operation time, volume of intraoperative blood loss, number of lymph nodes removed, time of postoperative exhaust, time of postoperative indwelling drainage, postoperative hospital stay, pain score of 24-hour after surgery and satisfactory with cosmetic results were analyzed and compared between the 2 groups. Results The operations in both groups were successfully completed without conversion to laparotomy. There were no statistical differences in the volume of intraoperative blood loss, number of lymph nodes removed, time of postoperative exhaust, time of postoperative indwelling drainage, and postoperative hospital stay between the 2 groups. Meanwhile, the LESS group has significantly longer operation time (197.3±55.7 vs 164.7±62.7 min), a lower pain score of 24-hour after surgery and a more satisfactory postoperative cosmetic effect (5.73±0.53 vs 5.17±0.71) when compared with the TLS group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with TLS, LESS is safe and feasible for endometrial cancer, with advantages of less pain and good cosmetic effectiveness.

CdTe photoelectric material with one-dimensional nanostructure and Bi2Te3 thermoelectric material were successively grown on FTO substrate by magnetron sputtering method for forming FTO/CdTe/Bi2Te3 heterojunction thin film. Whereafter, a power device was prepared by processing Ag electrode. The property of the device with light and heat synergy response was characterized by the V-t curve, which was collected through the circuit and optical path design. With the time difference between light and heat response, the curve of voltage-time was collected under the different light source, electrode contact point and light illumination direction. Meanwhile, the phenomenon of light and heat synergy response was identified with the illumination intensity of halogen and xenon light changeable. The results show that the synergy of photoelectric material and thermoelectric material in a single cell of CdTe/Bi2Te3 heterojunction can realize the light and heat synergy response, and it is anticipated to harvest solar energy from a wider solar spectrum.

個別基本權利功能及其憲法保障基礎的探究是基本權利理論研究的重要問題；故本研究從終身學習權保障觀點出發，並以教育憲法釋義學方法，試圖探究我國新興高齡教育基本權功能及其憲法保障基礎。本研究發現，為因應臺灣高齡社會發展趨勢，高齡教育基本權利應屬國民教育基本權與大學學術自由以外的新興教育基本權利，其憲法保障的基礎為我國立國精神之憲法基本原則、憲法第 22 條「概括基本權利」，以及基本國策相關規定；其次，我國高齡教育基本權應具有防禦權功能、客觀價值秩序功能、制度性保障功能，以及組織與程序功能；最後，就其基本權功能而言，除防禦權功能外，其餘應屬基本權客觀法規範功能，旨在課予國家積極提供高齡學習機會之作為義務，以協助人民實現其高齡教育基本權利。 Discussions of individual basic rights and their constitutional protection are fundamental to research into basic rights theory. This paper aims at explicating the functions of the basic right to senior education and its constitutional rationale through interpretative epistemology of the Constitution from a lifelong-learning-right perspective. The research findings are as follows: (1) In global aging societies, the basic right to senior education is a relatively new right to education, and its constitutional rationale can be derived from articles 11 and 22 of the Constitution. (2) The functions of the basic right to senior education are the defensive function, objective values function, institutional protection function, and organizational and procedural function. (3) Except for the first function, the others are new basic-right functions, which impose the state obligations to help the older adults benefit from the right to senior education. On the basis of these findings, some suggestions for policy decision-makers and future research are provided.

In the MOtion COmpensation (MOCO) approach to airborne repeat-pass interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) based on motion measurement data, the measurement inaccuracies of Inertial Measurement Unit/Global Positioning System (IMU/GPS) and the positioning errors of the target, which may contribute to the residual uncompensated motion errors, affect the imaging result and interferometric measurement. Considering the effects of the two types of error, this paper builds a mathematical model of residual motion errors in presence of squint, and analyzes the effects on the residual motion errors induced by the measurement inaccuracies of IMU/GPS and the positioning errors of the target. In particular, the effects of various measurement inaccuracies of IMU/GPS on interferometric SAR image quality, interferometric phase, and digital elevation model precision are disscussed. Moreover, the paper quantitatively researches the effects of residual motion errors on airborne repeat-pass interferometric SAR through theoretical and simulated analyses and provides theoretical bases for system design and signal processing.

The occurrence state and the oil-bearing lower limits of shale oil restrict the oil abundance and recoverability of the reservoir. The occurrence characteristics of shale oil were qualitatively characterized by focused on beam scanning electron microscopy, 2D nuclear magnetic resonance (2D NMR), and mercury intrusion experiments before and after extraction. Meanwhile, based on the results of 2D NMR and mercury intrusion experiments, the oil-bearing throat and pore lower limits of the shale oil reservoir in the study area were determined. The research shows that the shale oil heavy components of the Lucao-gou Formation in Jimsar Sag are relatively high and mainly adhere to the hole wall. The light component is mainly stored inside the pores. With the decrease in pore size, the content of heavy components gradually increases. For non-fresh core samples, due to elastic release oil expulsion and volatilization, the residual crude oil is primarily heavy components, which are mainly distributed in T2 > 0.5 ms, T1/T2 = 3 -100 regions on the 2D nuclear magnetic spectrum, mainly small to medium pores. The adsorbed water often exists in the micro-pores, mainly distributed in the areas where T2 < 0.2 ms and T1/T2 = 1-10. Based on the atmospheric spontaneous imbibition and pressure saturation experiments, the fluid distribution characteristics in the saturated state are restored, and the crude oil occurrence characteristics of "large pores with more mobility, middle pores with more Ending, and small pores with more adsorption" are revealed. 2D NMR experiments results show that the oil-bearing lower limit Is T2 = 0.2- 0.5 ms, which corresponds to a throat radius of about 15 nm. The lower limit of the oil-bearing pore radius is not fixed, which controlled by the dual effects of the lithology and physical property, and its value is distributed in 24- 135 nm. Under the same lithology, as the physical property of the reservoir be-comes better, the oil-bearing throat diameter remains unchanged, but the lower limit of the pore diameter gradually increases, indicating that the ink-bottle shaped ball-stick type pore-throat system more developed in the reservoir with good physical property, and on the contrary, the pipe-shaped branch-lick type pore-throat system more developed. During the construction of the Third Front, the short-term construction of large-scale industrial and civil facilities allowed for an attempt at regionalism of industrial architecture. Scattered in Third Front factories and mining bases, the designers of the infrastructure department inspired innovative use of local knowledge, and architectural education and training methods of the same period showed the characteristics of the times. With an oral interview with Mr. Deng Changyuan, a designer in the infrastructure department of the Puqi Textile General Factory in Hubei Province, this paper explores how dynamic social changes during the war transition period led to a paradigm shift in modern Chinese architectural education during the planned economy, and how the communities carried out design works guided by the new paradigm. Based on cascading failures of the network, we investigate the same process of interdependent heterogeneous networks such as ER-BA, and propose a load redistribution strategy based on real-time processing ability of nodes. Simulation tests show that the overall robustness of the network is mainly affected by the BA network. The connection strength should be reduced when the cascading process is initiated. The load redistribution strategy based on the betweenness of nodes can easily lead to the failure of the central nodes and reduce the overall robustness of the network. Multicast technology is one of the key technologies of wireless mesh network (MSN) and it can improve the efficiency of transmitting information significantly. This paper introduces the main steps of multicast and points out that ant colony algorithm (ANA) is an efficient heuristic algorithm for constructing a multicast tree. The traditional ANA is analyzed qualitatively and improved by taking the target nodes on one route under consideration when calculating the route's cost and updating the pheromone. The more target nodes on one route, the faster the increasing rate of pheromone on this route. The simulation results of two examples show that the improved algorithm can reduce the cost and price by 28.57% and 22.36% respectively compared with ANA, thus improving the performance of multicast system. The conflict between ecological protection and socio-economic development in the old revolutionary base areas along the route of Long March can be addressed by ecological compensation. In this study, we collected 2018 data of land use, net primary productivity of vegetation, climate factors and so on. The ecosystem service value of 310 counties in the old revolutionary base areas was calculated using the data and modified equivalent factor. Then, the regional differentiated ecological compensation estimation method was applied to estimate the priority and amount of ecological compensation within the area. We further proposed the ecological compensation strategy adopted for the old revolutionary base areas along the route of Long March. The results showed that the total value of ecosystem services in the old revolutionary base areas along the route of Long March amounted to 2593.74 billion yuan in 2018. Forest services took the highest proportion (58.8%), followed by grassland and waters. The total amount of ecological compensation made for the old revolutionary base areas along the route of Long March reached 183.405 billion yuan. Compared with this amount, there was a large gap in the actual compensation funds available to the region. In addition, the total amount of ecological compensation accounted for only 0.04% of the aggregate GDP in this area, which put some strain on local fiscal resources and showed certain viability in ecological compensation. In 2018, totally 100 old revolutionary base areas along the route of Long March were designated as the priority areas for ecological compensation, consistent with the national key eco-function zone policy. However, there were deviations in the allocation of ecological compensation funds, with some priority areas receiving no compensation. As for the compensation strategy, it is necessary to put in place a diversified, market-oriented and comprehensive ecological compensation mechanism to increase the sources of ecological compensation funds at first. Then, efforts should be continued to optimize the spatial selection of ecological compensation in the old revolutionary base areas along the route of Long March and to improve the efficiency of regional ecological compensation mechanism.

Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of micro-transplantation in acute myeloid leukemia (AML)., Methods: The clinical data of 13 adult AML patients who received micro-transplantation as consolidation therapy from July 2014 to October 2019 was retrospectively analyzed, and the adverse reactions and efficacy of micro-transplantation were followed up., Results: Eight patients received micro-transpantation were still in complete remission, 5 patients relapsed after micro-transplantation, 1 of them received umbilical cord blood micro-transplantation after remission by reinduction, and all of the 13 patients have survived till now. The median overall survival time was 13 months, and the median relapse-free survival time was 12 months. All 13 patients developed grade 2-4 hematological adverse reactions. The median recovery time of neutrophils and platesets was 13 (11-15) and 15 (13-17) days, respectively. None of the 13 patients developed acute or chronic graft versus host disease. Twelve patients suffered from different infections, however, there were no serious organ function injury complications happened., Conclusion: The micro-transplomtation of HLA-incompatible stem cells derived from peripheral blood or umbilical and blood is an effective regimen for the consolidation therapy of AML, especially for the patients suffered from low and moderate risk of AML or the aged AML patients.

Based on the panel data of 255 cities in China, this study built a spatial Durbin model to study the impact of China's industrialization on the PM 2.5 pollution level. Meanwhile, an environmental governance tool characterized by forest and grass coverage was introduced to explore the internal mechanism and exogenous driving force of EKC. The results show that ① the relationship between industrialization and PM 2.5 concentration is obviously an inverted u-shaped, and the EKC hypothesis was verified. ② The formation of the EKC curve was caused by the external factors and not the endogenous mechanism of economic growth. Forest-grass coverage plays a regulating role in the relationship between industrialization and PM 2.5 pollution level, namely the inverted u-shaped structure of environmental EKC results from environmental governance tool with forest and grass cover rather than the automatic adjustment of economic growth. ③ The influence of industrialization on PM 2.5 concentration has a spatial spillover effect. Urban industrialization not only affects the PM 2.5 concentration in local regions but also its neighboring region.

To better understand the characteristics and sources of ambient volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in a polluted area in Chengdu, which requires air pollution control, samples were collected hourly at the Shuangliu site from August 2016 to December 2016. Online gas chromatography/mass spectrometry and a flame ionization detector (GC/MS-FID) were used to analyze the mixing ratios and compositions of the VOCs. During the sampling period, the average mixing ratios of the VOCs were (45.15±43.74)×10 -9 . Alkanes contribute the most to the total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs), followed by aromatics (22%), halocarbon (17%), oxygenated volatile organic compounds (OVOCs; 15%), alkenes (9%), acetylene (7%), and acetonitrile (1%). Acetone, dichloromethane, acetylenes, ethylene, toluene, m / p -xylenes, propane, 1,2-dichloroethane, and methyl ethyl ketone are the dominant species. By calculating the OH loss rate, the chemical reactivity of the VOCs was estimated. Aromatics contribute the most to the total VOC reactivity, followed by alkenes. The most reactive species are styrene, m / p -xylenes, isoprene, and ethylene. Two biomass burning events were detected during the sampling period. The average mixing ratio of TVOCs is 57.65×10 -9 , which significantly increased during the national holiday. The mixing ratios of several C2-C5 alkenes, halocarbons, and OVOCs increased the most during the national holiday. The diurnal patterns of critical non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHCs) and OVOCs are consistent with the emission sources in this area. The VOC characteristics at the sampling site are mainly influenced by local industrial sources.

Objective: To investigate the effects of pomegranate leaves extract(PLE)on proliferation,apoptosis and metastasis of prostate cancer cells., Methods: The proliferation of TRAMP-C1,DU145,PC3 prostate cancer cells treated with different concentrations of PLE (final mass concentrations were 12.5,25,50,100, 200 μg/mL,respectively) for different time (24,48,72 h) was detected by MTT assay. Colony formation assay was performed to verify the long-term effects of PLE on the proliferation of DU145 and PC3 cells.After being treated with PLE for 48 h,Hoechst-33258 staining was used to observe the changes in the nucleus,the cell apoptotic rate was detected by flow cytometry,and wound-healing migration assay was perform to test the change of migration., Results: In comparison with the control group,PLE in the range of 12.5-200 μg/mL had a certain inhibitory effect on the proliferation of TRAMP-C1,DU145 and PC3 cells ( P <0.05).In the range of 6.25-100 μg/mL,the number of colony formation of DU145 and PC3 was significantly reduced( P <0.01).After PLE treated for 48 h, the apoptotic features of nuclear fragmentation and the formation apoptotic body was observed in PC3. With the increase of concentration,the apoptotic rate increased gradually ( P <0.05),and the ability of cells to migrate to the scratch area was significantly weaker than the control group ( P <0.01)., Conclusion: PLE has effect on proliferation,apoptosis and metastasis of prostate cancer cells., (CopyrightCopyright© by Editorial Board of Journal of Sichuan University (Medical Science Edition).)

Objective: To investigate the effects of Btk inhibitor (PCI-32765) and BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase inhibitor (Dasatinib) on proliferation and apoptosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cell lines (Sup-B15, RS4;11) and the possible mechanism., Methods: RS4;11 and Sup-B15 cells were treated with PCI-32765 and Dasatinib, the cell proliferation and apoptosis were detected by CCK-8, the Btk and other apoptotic proteins were detected by Western blot., Results: PCI-32765 could inhibit the proliferation of RS4;11 and Sup-B15 cells in a dose-dependent manner, Sup-B15 cells were more sensitive to PCI-32765 than RS4;11 cells, their IC 50 were 3 µmol/L and 8 µmol/L respectively, the difference between them was statistically significant (P<0.05). Dasatinib also could inhibit the proliferation of RS4;11 cells and Sup-B15 cells in a dose-dependent manner. The IC 50 was 5 µmol/L and 5 nmol/L, respectively, the difference between them was statistically very significant (P<0.01), and the inhibitory effect was enhanced by the combination of Damatinib with the PCI-32765(P<0.05). The cell survival rate decreased gradually in PCI-32765 or Dasatinib alone group and the combination group at the different time-point (8, 12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 h), the 2 drugs showed a synergistic effect on cells in a time-dependent manner. After being treated with PCI-32765 and Dasatinib, the RS4;11 and Sup-B15 cells showed that cell shrinkage, increase of cytoplasmic density, nuclear pyknosis, deviation and karyorrhexis, and increase of the apoptotic cells in the combination group, while the promotive effect of low dosage dasatinib on apoptosis of RS4;11 cells was not strong. PCI-32765 and Dasatinib could decrease the expression and activity of BCR-ABL, Btk, Lyn, Src in Sup-B15 and RS4;11 cells., Conclusion: PCI-32765 or Dasatinib can inhibit the proliferation and induce the apoptosis of Sup-B15 and RS4;11 cells, PCI-32765 and Dasatinib displayed the synergistic effects. The possible mechanism may be related with the blocking of B cell receptor(BCR) signal pathway, thereby inhibiting the cell proliferation and promoting the cell apoptosis.

Objective: To investigate the role of specificity protein 1 (Sp1) in regulating radiosensitivity of cervical cancer cell lines., Methods: We analyzed Sp1 expression in 6 different cervical cancer cell lines (SiHa, HeLa, Caski, Me180, Ms751, and C33a) using Western blotting and real-time PCR. Clonogenic survival assay and curve fitting were used to assess the changes in radiosensitivity of Me180 cells transfected with lentivirus-mediated shRNA vector targeting sp1 and HeLa cells transfected with sp1 over-expression vector., Results: In the 6 cell lines tested, the cellular expression levels of Sp1 decreased gradually in the order of Me180, Caski, C33a, SiHa, Ms751, and HeLa. SP1 knockdown with lentivirus-mediated shRNA significantly lowered the survival rate of Me180 cells following radiation exposure (P<0.05), and obviously lowered the values of SF2, D0 and Dq but significantly increased α/β of the cells. Compared with the cells transfected with the mock vector, HeLa cells with sp1 over-expression showed a significantly increased survival following radiation exposure (P<0.05) with obviously increased values of SF2, D0 and Dq but significantly lowered α/β., Conclusion: Silencing Sp1 can increase the radiosensitivity while Sp1 overexpression enhances the radioresistance of cervical cancer cell lines, suggesting an important role of Sp1 in radiotherapy for cervical cancer.

Objective: To evaluate the role of Btk and NFκB in the incidence, development, prognosis and therapeutic efficacy for acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) through detecting their expression in leukemia cells., Methods: Bone marrow samples from 51 ALL patients were collected, and the mononuclear cells were separated by Ficoll density gradient centrifugation. The expressions of Btk and NFκB at RNA and protein levels were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot respectively., Results: (1)At protein level, Btk and NFκB were expressed in all newly diagnosed 51 ALL patients, among them 38 patients had higher expression level of Btk, 34 patients had high NFκB expression level. The expression of Btk and NFκB was higher in the cells from newly diagnosed ALL patients than that in the cells from patients in CR(P<0.05), and the expression of Btk and NFκB was higher in relapsed ALL patients. (2)The expression of Btk and NFκB in the ALL patients was followed-up higher expression of Btk: among the 38 newly diagnosed B-ALL cases, 27 experienced CR (71%) and 12 of which achieved CR after one course chemotherapy (one course CR) (31%). Moreover, 16 out of the 27 CR patients relapsed after a short period (less than 6 months) (59%). On the contrary, among the 13 patients with low Btk expression, 11 achieved CR (84.6%) after one course and 1 relapsed (8 months after CR) (7.6%). A similar pattern of NFκB expression was observed., Conclusion: Btk and NFκ B may play an important role in the incidence and progression of ALL, possibly serving as the potential therapeutic targets of ALL and the indexes for prognosis.

Objective: To analyze the expression of MAP2K4 and vimentin in human endometrial carcinoma (EC) and their association with the clinicopathological features and prognosis of the patients., Methods: MAP2K4 and vimentin expressions were detected immunohistochemically in paraffin-embedded tissue sections from 128 patients with EC, and the correlation of MAP2K4 and vimentin expressions with the clinicopathological factors of the patients was analyzed., Results: MAP2K4 and vimentin proteins were positively expressed in 49 (38.3%) and 83 (64.8%) of the patients, respectively. A positive expression of MAP2K4 was negatively correlated with FIGO stage of the tumor (P=0.010) and lymph node status (P=0.016); a positive expression of vimentin was positively correlated with FIGO stage of the tumor (P=0.025), histological grades (P=0.017), depth of myometrial invasion (P=0.044) and lymph node status (P=0.032). MAP2K4 was inversely associated with vimentin expression in EC(r=-0.598, P<0.001). Patients positive for MAP2K4 tended to have a higher overall survival rate (P=0.002), and those positive for vimentin tended to have a lower overall survival rate (P=0.007); patients positive for MAP2K4 but negative for vimentin had the longest survival time, while those negative for MAP2K4 and positive for vimentin had lowest survival rate (P=0.004)., Conclusion: Detection of MAP2K4 and vimentin might help in early diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of patients with EC.

Objective: To explore a new method of establishing HepG2 cell model of steatosis and observe the expression and significance of nuclear factor erythroid-2p45-related factor 2(Nrf2)/antioxidative response element (ARE) pathway related factors in HepG2 cells of steatosis., Methods: HepG2 cells were induced with DMEM containing 25% fetal bovine serum, 0.1% MCT/LCT Fat Emulsion and 0.1 mmol/L free fatty acid (FFA) at different stages and the control group cells were cultured with normal DMEM medium. After the cell models were successfully established, lipid droplets in cytoplasm were observed with Oil Red 0 staining, and the triglyceride (TG) accumulation in HepG2 cells were tested by biochemical assay. Intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) concentration were detected by flow cytometry. Nitric oxide (NO), superoxide dismutase(SOD), malonyldialdehyde(MDA) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) were tested by biological reagent kit, while the protein expression of nuclear factor erythroid-2p45-related factor 2(Nrf2), heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and, Nad(p)h: quinone oxidoreductase-1(NQO1) were analyzed by Western blot., Results: Compared with that in the control group, red cytoplasmic lipid droplets were visible in model group; TG,ROS, NO, MDA concentration (P < 0.05, P < 0.01) and the protein expression of Nrf2, HO-1 and NQO1 (P < 0.05, P < 0.01)were significantly higher in model group, while SOD, GSH-Px concentration reduced significantly (P < 0.01)., Conclusion: The in vitro cell model of steatosis and oxidative stress was successfully established. The activation of Nrf2/ARE pathway related factors maybe relevant to the overreaction of oxidative stress in HepG2 cells of steatosis.

In order to study the excretion of genistein (GEN) capsule, an estrogen drugs, in human, 30 healthy volunteers were selected and orally administered 50, 100, and 300 mg genistein in an parallel study. Genistein were determined in urine by LC-MS/MS and glucuronidated genistein (GENG) were indirectly determined with enzymatic hydrolysis in urine by LC-MS/MS, and the pharmacokinetic parameters were analyzed by DAS software (ver 2.0). The result showed that the concentrations of genistein in human urine were less than 1% of the GENG, and the cumulative excretion of GEN in 48 h were 0.037, 0.134, and 0.142 mg, separately, and the urinary excretion percentage were only 0.07%, 0.13%, and 0.05%, separately. But the cumulative excretion of GENG in 48 h was 5.3, 13.8, and 15.4 mg, separately, and the urinary excretion percentage were 10.6%, 13.8%, and 5.1%, separately, and the max urinary excretive rate was 0.4, 1.0, and 1.4 mg x h(-1), separately (tmax were 6 h). Studies showed that part of drug excreted through kidney in a form of GENG in human, and the cumulative urinary excretion and the maximum excretion rate of GENG showed a proportional increase conditioned with the dose in the range of 50-100 mg, but showed non-linear increase feature in 300 mg.

Objective: To investigate the expression of EZH2 in breast cancer and its clinicopathological significance., Methods: Eighty cases of invasive breast cancer with complete clinlcpathological data and follow-up information were enrolled in the study. The expressions of ER, PR, HER-2, CK5/6, CK14, EGFR and EZH2 proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC). The relationship of EZH2 expression with molecular subtypes and prognosis of breast cancer was analyzed., Results: In 80 cases of breast cancer, there were 49 cases of Luminal subtype, 8 cases of HER-2(+) subtype, 20 cases of Basal-like subtype and 3 cases of Normal breast-like subtype. The molecular subtypes of breast cancer were associated with menopausal status of patients. Luminal subtype had the highest overall survival rate, while the Basal-like carcinomas were associated with the lowest survival (P< 0.05). The overall EZH2-positive expression rate was 45.00% and the expression was correlated with axillary lymph node metastasis, histological grading and clinical staging of breast cancer (P < 0.05). The EZH2-positive expression rates in Luminal subtype, HER-2(+) subtype and Basal-like subtype of breast cancers were 34.6%,50.0% and 70.0%, respectively (P <0.05)., Conclusion: Positive expression of EZH2 may indicate a poor prognosis of breast cancer patients and it might be used as a novel therapeutic target for breast cancer of Basal-like subtype.

Objective: To observe the effect of acupoint-catgut-implantation on blood pressure and cardiac function in chronic heart failure (CHF) rats., Methods: A total of 60 SD female rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group (sham), CHF model group, catgut-implantation group, Captopril group. CHF model was established by suprarenal abdominal artery constriction. Surgical catgut (No. 3-0, 2-3 mm length piece) was implanted into bilateral "Neiguan" (PC 6), "Xinshu" (BL 15) and "Zusanli" (ST 36) twice for 7 weeks. Rats of the Captopril group were treated with intragastric infusion of Captopril from the 50= day on after the operation, once daily for 7 weeks. Blood pressure (BP) including the systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and mean blood pressure (MBP), heart rate (HR) and the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were detected respectively by cardiac sonography., Results: On the 14th week after modeling, in comparison with the sham group, the SBP, DBP, MBP and HR in rats of the model group were increased significantly (P<0. 01, P<0. 05), while LVEF of the model group was decreased considerably (P<0. 01). Compared with the model group, the SBP, DBP, MBP and HR after 7 weeks' treatment in rats of the catgut-implantation and Captopril groups were decreased considerably (P<0. 01), while the LVEF of the catgut-implantation group was increased evidently (P<0. 05). No significant differences were found between the catgut-implantation and Captopril groups in the SBP, DBP, MBP and HR levels, and between the model and Captopril groups in LVEF values (P>0. 05)., Conclusion: Acupoint-catgut-implantation can down-regulate BP and HR, and increase LVEF in chronic congestive heart failure rats, which may contribute to its effect in ameliorating the cardiac function.

Objective: To explore the changes of sera S100B and NO and their significance of patients with brain injury., Method: We detected sera S100B and NO level of 30 healthy persons and 108 cases with brain injury by ELISA and method., Results: The sera S100B level of patient group was increased after 12 h brain injury,and sera NO concentrations of serve type were significantly high than control group, P < 0.01. NO concentrations of serve type, middle type and minor type were significantly high than control group, middle type and minor type group. P < 0.05, However, sera NO level of middle type and minor type group of brain injury had no significance than control group, P > 0.05., Conclusion: Sera S100B examinations can be indices as diagnosis of early brain injury.

Objective: To observe the effects of Feixian Formula, a compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine for treating pulmonary fibrosis, on bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats, and its influence on serum transforming growth factor-beta1 (TGF-beta1) and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)., Methods: Seventy-two male Wistar rats were infused with bleomycin (1 mg/kg) through tracheal intubation to induce pulmonary fibrosis, and they were randomly divided into untreated group (n=24), prednisone-treated group (n=24) and Feixian Formula-treated group (n=24). Fifteen male Wistar rats of the sham-operated group were infused with equivalent normal saline. Twenty-four hours after operation, prednisone (5 mg/kg) and Feixian Formula (1.25 g/kg) were given to the prednisone-treated group and Feixian Formula-treated group respectively by intragastric administration once a day. Equivalent saline was administered to rats of the untreated group and sham-operated group. On the 14th, 28th and 45th day, 5 rats in the sham-operated group and 8 rats in each of the other three groups were dissected to observe pathologic changes of the lung tissues, and the levels of serum TGF-beta1 and PDGF were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay., Results: At the 45th day, the degree of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis was lesser in rats of the Feixian Formula-treated group as compared with those of the untreated group and prednisone-treated group. The levels of serum TGF-beta1 and PDGF were increased, and were significantly higher than those of the sham-operated group, especially on the 45th day (P<0.05). Changes of TGF-beta1 level in the prednisone-treated group and the Feixian Formula-treated group were similar to untreated group (P>0.05), and there was no significant difference between the prednisone-treated group and the Feixian Formula-treated group (P>0.05). PDGF in the Feixian Formula-treated group reached the highest level on the 14th day, significantly higher than those of the other three groups (P<0.01). Then it decreased, and was close to that of the sham-operated group on the 45th day (P=0.792). The levels of PDGF in untreated group and prednisone-treated group were increased depending on time, and were obviously higher than that of the sham-operated group on the 45th day (P<0.01)., Conclusion: Feixian Formula can relieve bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats, and the mechanism of its action may be related to down-regulating serum PDGF.

Objective: To study the methods of extraction, isolation, purification and biological activities of Arnebia euchroma glycosaminoglycans (AEG)., Methods: AEG was purified by distilled water extraction, ethanol fractionation, Sephadex column chromatography. The purity and molecular weight and concentration of AEG were measured by HPLC; We divided the experiment into Physiological Saline group and the other eight groups with different doses of AEG, established RT-PRC method to observe the anti-HPV effect after their actions on the verruca tissues., Results: Using HPLC, the group of AEG was divided into two glycosaminoglycans with different molecular weight as 27336 and 1152. Bioassay results showed that AEG had anti-HPV-DNA activity, the lowest effective concentration was 0.781 mg/ml., Conclusion: AEG extracted by this method is a mixture with two molecular weight glycosaminoglycans, and has obvious anti-HPV effect.

Objective: To develop a HPLC/MS/MS method for the determination of ginsenoside Rd in human plasma., Methods: Plasma samples were pretreated by solid phase extraction (SPE). Ginsenoside Rd (m/z 964.6-->m/z 767.5) and gentiopicrin (m/z 374.1-->195.1) was detected by the positive electrospray ionization (ES+I)-MS method under multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode., Results: The calibration curve of ginsenoside Rd in plasma was linear over the range of 3.00-5000.00 ng/ml. The limit of quantitation was 3.00 ng/ml. The relative recovery was 81.01-83.39%. The within-day and between-day RSDs were less than 15%. CONCLUSION This method is accurate, sensitive, and specific. It is suitable for the measurement of plasma ginsenoside Rd concentration.

Objective: To investigate the prevalence of hearing impairment and ear diseases in old people and provide scientific data for drawing up the prevention and treatment strategies., Methods: Using the probability proportion to size (PPS) method, 1261 people over 60 years were investigated in 40 clusters in Jiangsu Province with the WHO protocol., Results: The prevalence of hearing impairment was 58.1% (the standardized rate: 59.5% in the whole country, 60.9% in Jiangsu province). Degrees of hearing impairment were mild (33.1%), moderate (17.8%), severe (5.9%) and profound (1.3%). The prevalence of hearing disability was 25.0% (the standardized rate: 26.6% in the whole country, 28.1% in Jiangsu province). There were significant difference of the prevalence between male and female, as well as urban and rural, and different ages. The prevalence of the ear diseases was auricle malformation (0.2%), wax (1.7%), otitis externa (0.1%), fungi (0.5%), serous otitis media (1.2%), chronic suppurative otitis media (1.6%), dry perforation of tympanic membrance (2.3%). The causes of hearing impairment were ear diseases (2.9%), non-infectious condition (92.6%), genetic condition (0.3%) and undetermined causes (4.2%). Of which, 31.1% of persons needed hearing aids while 2.3% of persons needed medicine treatment, but 0.9% of persons needed non-urgent surgery and 1.0% of persons needed other treatment., Conclusions: The prevalence of hearing impairment and disability in the old rised obviously than the last investigation in 1987. It was a heavy burden for social development in China. The government and the whole society should take more concern about the problem. The scientific strategies of prevention and treatment were urgently needed and implemented.

Background & Objective: Myxoma is the most common neoplasm of the heart, and has various morphologic structures, but its biological behaviors and histogenesis are still controversial. This study was to summarize the clinical, histomorphologic, and immunophenotypic features of cardiac myxoma., Methods: The clinical data and HE sections of 47 cases of cardiac myxoma were reviewed. Special staining and immunohistochemical staining for 10 kinds of antibodies were carried on some cases to observe the morphologic features., Results: Of the 47 patients with cardiac myxoma, 32 were women, the youngest was 3 years old. The volume of tumors ranged from 0.7 cm x 0.7 cm x 0.4 cm to 12 cm x 8 cm x 7 cm. Of the 47 tumors, 42 were pedunculated, the rest had broad fundus without pedicel; 43 located in the left atrium, 3 in the right atrium, and 1 in the left ventricle where near to the apex of heart. Tumor cells were stellate, spindle, round, or irregular, and arranged as masses or stripes, with abundant mucus around them. Tumor cells surrounded arterioles in 4 cases. Pseudo-capsule was formed by hyperplastic fibrous tissue in 4 cases. The mesenchyma presented angiomatous fashion in 2 cases. Sheets of old hemorrhage, hemosiderin and iron salt deposition, and fibrosis were observed in 7 cases. One case had foci adenoid structure, 1 lipoid metaplasia and ossification, 1 was rich of cells. Vimentin and CD34 were found in lining cells and parenchymal cells in 12 cases. Cytokine kinase (CK) and epithelial membrane antigen (EMA) were positive in the region of adenoid differentiation. Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and Ki67 were positive in the cell-rich tumor. None of the 21 patients had tumor recurred after follow-up., Conclusions: Cardiac myxoma has various secondary morphologic changes, including adenoid metaplasia, old hemorrhage, fibrosis, ossification, and lipoid metaplasia. Whether the cell-rich tumors tend to be malignant needs further study. Cardiac myxoma may come from multipotential mesenchymal cells.

The effects of illumination on growth of Anabaena sp. IB02 and hTNF-alpha expression were studied. Photosynthetic activity, PS I and PS II activity of Anabaena sp. IB02 were assayed. Illumination enhanced the growth of Anabaena sp. IB02 and hTNF-a expression. Some relations were observed between hTNF-alpha expression and ture photosynthesis activity, PS I, PS II activity of Anabaena sp. IB02. Significant differences of the photosynthetic activity of host were detected simultaneously when hTNF-a expressed: the respiration rate increased (-68%), the light saturation point descended (+66%), all these suggested that the metabolic charge of host were increased and grow faster than wild type under low illumination.

Objective: To explore the etiology, clinical aspects, diagnosis and therapeutic strategies of acute low-tone sensorineural hearing loss (ALHL)., Methods: Thirty patients (31 ears) with ALHL were selected for this study. Detailed history collection, otological examination and systematic audiological evaluations were conducted. The hearing tests included pure tone audiometry, acoustic immittance, auditory brainstem response (ABR) and otoacoustic emissions (OAE). All cases received therapeutic trial of corticosteroid for 15 days with 6 to 14 months' following-up., Results: ALHL mainly affected young people. Low-tone tinnitus, a sensation of ear fullness and hearing impairment were the frequent complains. Otological examinations showed normal results. Mild to moderate sensorineural hearing loss at low frequencies and type "A" tympanograms were found in all patients. Acoustic stapedial reflexes were elicited in 26 of 31 affected ears, and 14 of them had positive results on the Metz test. ABR responses were normal in all 20 tested ears. In 14 out of 20 ears, TEOAEs were absent and DPOAE grams at low frequencies (0.5, 0.75 kHz) were abnormal on the first visit. After steroid therapy, 24 ears demonstrated complete recovery, but 4 ears showed partial recovery and 3 ears unchanged. The total improvement rate was 90.3%., Conclusions: ALHL patients are clinically characterized by low-tone tinnitus, aural fullness and hearing loss, which mainly involved unilateral ear. Audiological findings indicate a cochlear impairment, which only invades low frequency region. The basic pathological feature may be endolymphatic hydrops involves immune response. Conflicting data exist on whether ALHL is an independent disorder or a subtype of Meniere's disease. Ideal therapeutic strategy has not been established by now and corticosteroid is probably an effective agent.

Aim: To study the pharmacokinetics of ginsenosides Rg1 and Re after iv infusion of Shenmai injection in human., Methods: Ginsenosides Rg1 and Re in plasma were determined by LC/MS/MS and the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated., Results: The linear regressive curves were obtained in the range of 1.023-1023 microg x L(-1) for Rg1 and 1.05-1050 microg x L(-1) for Re. Recoveries using the method of Rg1 and Re were 99%-105% and 99%-104%, respectively. The within-day and between-day RSDs were less than 15%. After iv infusion of Shenmai injection to volunteers, the concentration-time curves of Rg1 and Re fitted to the two-compartment model, T1/2alpha were 0.28 h and 0.10 h, T1/2beta were 2.1 h and 1.2 h, respectively., Conclusion: The method is specific, simple, sensitive and suitable for the measurement of plasma Rg1 and Re concentrations. The distribution and elimination of Rg1 and Re were rapid after iv infusion of Shenmai injection in volunteers, the pharmacokinetic characteristics were fitted with the two-compartment model.

Objective: To investigate the genotypes of mitochondrial DNA mutations of a large nonsyndromic inherited hearing impairment pedigree., Methods: The diagnosis was validated by hearing test. Blood samples from the branch pedigree (33 members) and 6 sporadic patients were obtained. DNA was extracted from the leukocytes. The mitochondrial DNA target fragments were amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR). The 1555G, 3243G and 7445G mutations were detected by BsmA I, Apa I and Xba I restriction endonuclease digestion respectively. Some PCR products were analyzed by sequencing., Results: Restriction endonuclease digestion identified that 17 patients from the pedigree carried 1555G mutation. All pedigree members, including patients and sporadic patients, did not have 3243G and 7445G mutation. In 6 patients of the pedigree DNA sequence analysis revealed double mutations, an A>G transition at position 1555 and a C insertion at position 961, whereas the unaffected relatives of the pedigree and sporadic patients did not have such mutations. None of them carried 3243G and 7445G mutation., Conclusion: Double mutations of A1555G and 961 insC in mitochondrial DNA 12S rRNA gene region may play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of hearing loss in the large nonsyndromic inherited hearing impairment pedigree.

We studied, for the first time, the strong coupling between exciton and cavity mode within semiconductor microcavity under hydrostatic pressure, and measured the Rabi splitting. The strong coupling between exciton and cavity mode, and so Rabi splitting appear clearly as the applied pressure reaches 0.37-0.41 GPa. The experiment result shows that hydrostatic pressure not only can tune the coupling between exciton and cavity mode effectively, but also can keep exciton property almost unchanged during the whole tuning procedure in contrast to other tuning method (temperature field et al). Our result agrees with the related theory very well. The Rabi splitting, extracted from fitting the measured mode-energy vs pressure curves with correspending theoretical model, is equal to 6 meV.

Objective: To analyze the neurophysiological characteristics of infants and young children with auditory neuropathy (AN) and explore their clinical significance., Methods: Audiological measurements (acoustic immittance, EOAEs, ABR, CM, MLR and ERP) and peripheral neurological tests were conducted and evaluated in 13 infants and young children with AN. 6 AN patients received CT scan and/or MRI examination., Results: All patients had type "A" tympanogram and normal CM. Normal EOAEs were elicited in 12 patients. 8 cases had normal MLR recording and 6 cases had normal ERP (P(300) and MMN). Peripheral neurological tests and CT and/or MRI showed normal results., Conclusion: The diagnosis of AN in infants and young children should focus on analyzing their neurophysiological characteristics. Combined use of EOAEs, ABR and CM was recommended for hearing screening on newborns with high risk factors.
