LAMOST-MRS-B is one of the sub-surveys of LAMOST medium-resolution (R ∼ 7500) spectroscopic survey. It aims at studying the statistical properties (e.g., binary fraction, orbital period distribution, mass ratio distribution) of binary stars and exotic stars. We intend to observe about 30000 stars (10 mag ≤ G < 14.5 mag) with at least 10 visits in five years. We first planned to observe 25 plates around the galactic plane in 2018. Then the plates were reduced to 12 in 2019 because of the limitation of observation. At the same time, two new plates located at the high galactic latitude were added to explore binary properties influenced by the different environments. In this survey project, we set the identified exotic and low-metallicity stars with the highest observation priorities. For the rest of the selected stars, we gave the higher priority to the relatively brighter stars in order to obtain high quality spectra as many as possible. Spectra of 49129 stars have been obtained in LAMOST-MRS-B field and released in DR8, of which 28828 and 3375 stars have been visited more than twice and ten times with SNR ≥ 10, respectively. Most of the sources are B-, A-, and F-type stars with –0.6 < [Fe/H] < 0.4 dex. We also obtain 347 identified variable and exotic stars and about 250 stars with [Fe/H] < –1 dex. We measure radial velocities (RVs) by using 892233 spectra of the stars. The uncertainties of RV achieve about 1 km ⋅ s−1 and 10 km ⋅ s−1 for 95% of late- and early-type stars, respectively. The incidence of diabetic encephalopathy is increasing as the population ages. Evidence suggests that formation and accumulation of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) plays a pivotal role in disease progression, but limited research has been carried out in this area. A previous study demonstrated that Kuwanon G (KWG) had significant anti-oxidative stress and anti-inflammatory properties. As AGEs are oxidative products and inflammation is involved in their generation it is hypothesized that KWG may have effects against AGE-induced neuronal damage. In the present study, mouse hippocampal neuronal cell line HT22 was used. KWG was shown to significantly inhibit AGE-induced cell apoptosis in comparison with a control treatment, as determined by both MTT and flow cytometry. Compared with the AGEs group, expression of pro-apoptotic protein Bax was reduced and expression of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 was increased in the AGEs + KWG group. Both intracellular and extracellular levels of acetylcholine and choline acetyltransferase were significantly elevated after KWG administration in comparison with controls whilethe level of acetylcholinesterase decreased. These changes in protein expression were accompanied by increased levels of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase synthesis and reduced production of malondialdehyde and reactive oxygen species. Intracellular signaling pathway protein levels were determined by western blot and immunocytochemistry. KWG administration was found to prevent AGE-induced changes to the phosphorylation levels of Akt, IκB-α, glycogen synthase kinase 3 (GSK3)-α and β, p38 MAPK and NF-κB p65 suggesting a potential neuroprotective effect of KWG against AGE-induced damage was via the PI3K/Akt/GSK3αβ signaling pathway. The findings of the present study suggest that KWG may be a potential treatment for diabetic encephalopathy.

The photometric and spectroscopic data for three double-lined detached eclipsing binaries were collected from the photometric and spectral surveys. The light and radial velocity curves of each binary system were simultaneously analyzed using Wilson-Devinney (WD) code, and the absolute physical and orbital parameters of these binaries were derived. The masses of both components of ASASSN-V J063123.82+192341.9 were found to be M 1 = 1.088 ± 0.016 and M 2 = 0.883 ± 0.016 M ⊙; those of ASAS J011416+0426.4 were determined to be M 1 = 0.934 ± 0.046 and M 2 = 0.754 ± 0.043 M ⊙; and those of MW Aur were derived to be M 1 = 2.052 ± 0.196 and M 2 = 1.939 ± 0.193 M ⊙. Finally, the evolutionary status of these detached binaries was discussed based on their absolute parameters and the theoretical stellar models.

BACKGROUND: This study aims to investigate the effects of education with health belief model (HBM) on anxiety and fatigue among patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). METHODS: Patients with AECOPD admitted into Taizhou People’s Hospital, Jiangsu, China between December 2012 and October 2013 were randomly selected for the present study according to random number table. A total of 99 cases with anxiety were included. These patients were divided into two groups: experimental group educated by HBM (n=47), and control group educated by conventional method (n=52). The scores for anxiety and fatigue were evaluated using the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and multidimensional fatigue inventory (MFI-20). RESULTS: After educational intervention by HBM, patients achieved a significant decrease in anxiety and fatigue scores, when compared to patients in the control group, who were educated by the conventional method at the time of admission, discharge, and 6 weeks after discharge (P

The multi-color photometric light curves for a contact binary AV Puppis (AV Pup) in $VR_cI_c$ bandpasses are presented, and they are analyzed by using of the 2013 version of the Wilson-Devinney (W-D) code. The solutions suggest that AV Pup is a peculiar A-subtype W UMa contact binary with a high mass ratio ($q=m_2/m_1= 0.896$) and a fill-out factor ($f=10\%$). Combining with our newly determined times of minimum with those collected from literatures, the orbital period changes of this system are investigated. The $O-C$ analysis shows that the orbital period of AV Pup is increasing at a rate of $\mathrm{d}P/\mathrm{d}t=4.83 \times 10^{-7} \ \mathrm{days \ yr^{-1}}$, which can be explained by mass transfer from the less massive component to the more massive one., 9 pages, 4 figures

This study aimed to investigate the effects of handedness on motion accuracies and to compare 3D kinematic data in reaching performance of dominant and non-dominant hand with the influence of movement speed and target locations. Twelve healthy young adults used self-selected and fast speed to reach for three different target locations as follows: frontal, ipsilateral and contralateral to the performing hand, with equal distance. Both hands were tested and kinematic parameters were recorded by 3D motion analysis system. Successful rate, reach path ratio, mean and peak velocity, the timing of peak velocity and ROM of joints were analyzed. Reach path ratio was smaller when using the dominant hand (p < 0.01) and fast speed (p < 0.01) to perform the movement, but the successful rate of the dominant hand was lower than non-dominant hand during fast speed reaching (99.1% vs 100%). Contralateral movement had lower velocity than the other two target locations, while velocity did not vary between non-dominant and dominant hand. The timing of peak velocity occurred significantly later for fast speed movements (p < 0.01). Trunk rotation was significantly smaller when using the dominant hand, fast movement speed or reaching to the ipsilateral target. The ROM of elbow and wrist flexion-extension decreased in contralateral reaching. The performance of the dominant hand and/or fast speed movements was more efficient with straighter hand path and less trunk rotation, but the successful rate decreased in dominant hand during fast speed movements. The timing of peak velocity occurred later during fast movement in both hands indicating a decreased feedback phase. Target location can influence movement strategy as reaching to contralateral target required more proximal movements and ipsilateral reaching used more distal segment movements.

To explore the application and effect of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) in early rehabilitation of oral cancer patients after operation.Ninety cases of oral cancer admitted from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. 45 cases of oral cancer in the experimental group received ERAS nursing after operation, and another 45 patients received routine nursing after operation. The sleep duration, pain and halitosis 3 days after operation; the first time to get out of bed, the length of hospitalization; and the level of albumin and other laboratory indicators 1 and 3 days after operation were observed. SPSS 17.0 software package was used for statistical analysis.After 1 day and 3 day of ERAS intervention, the nutritional index of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The time of first ambulation and the length of hospitalization were shorter than those of the control group. The average sleep time 3 days after operation was longer than that of the control group. The incidence of halitosis, wound infection and moderate pain was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05).ERAS nursing after oral cancer surgery can improve the comfort of patients, enhance the clinical outcome, promote rapid recovery of patients, with good clinical application prospects.

BACKGROUND Perioperative shivering is clinically common during cesarean sections under neuraxial anesthesia, and several neuraxial adjuvants are reported to have preventive effects on it. However, the results of current studies are controversial and the effects of these neuraxial adjuvants remain unclear. AIM To evaluate the effects of neuraxial adjuvants on perioperative shivering during cesarean sections, thus providing an optimal choice for clinical application. METHODS A systematic review and network meta-analysis were conducted following the PRISMA (Preferred Reported Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis) guidelines. Analyses were performed using Review Manager 5.3 and Stata 14.0. We searched PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, and Cochrane Central databases for eligible clinical trials assessing the effects of neuraxial adjuvants on perioperative shivering and other adverse events during cesarean sections. Perioperative shivering was defined as the primary endpoint, and nausea, vomiting, pruritus, hypotension, and bradycardia were the secondary outcomes. RESULTS Twenty-six studies using 9 neuraxial adjuvants for obstetric anesthesia during caesarean sections were included. The results showed that, compared with placebo, pethidine, fentanyl, dexmedetomidine, and sufentanil significantly reduced the incidence of perioperative shivering. Among the four neuraxial adjuvants, pethidine was the most effective one for shivering prevention (OR = 0.15, 95%CI: 0.07-0.35, surface under the cumulative ranking curve 83.9), but with a high incidence of nausea (OR = 3.15, 95%CI: 1.04-9.57) and vomiting (OR = 3.71, 95%CI: 1.81-7.58). The efficacy of fentanyl for shivering prevention was slightly inferior to pethidine (OR = 0.20, 95%CI: 0.09-0.43), however, it significantly decreased the incidence of nausea (OR = 0.34, 95%CI: 0.15-0.79) and vomiting (OR = 0.25, 95%CI: 0.11-0.56). In addition, compared with sufentanil, fentanyl showed no impact on haemodynamic stability and the incidence of pruritus. CONCLUSION Pethidine, fentanyl, dexmedetomidine, and sufentanil appear to be effective for preventing perioperative shivering in puerperae undergoing cesarean sections. Considering the risk-benefit profiles of the included neuraxial adjuvants, fentanyl is probably the optimal choice.

From the viewpoint of holography, the phase structure of a 5-dimensional Reissner-Nordström-AdS black hole is probed by the two-point correlation function, Wilson loop, and entanglement entropy. As the case of thermal entropy, we find for all the probes that the black hole undergoes a Hawking-Page phase transition, a first-order phase transition, and a second-order phase transition successively before it reaches a stable phase. In addition, for these probes, we find that the equal area law for the first-order phase transition is valid always and the critical exponent of the heat capacity for the second-order phase transition coincides with that of the mean field theory regardless of the size of the boundary region.

Emerging evidences have proved that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) act as important molecular regulator in the tumor progression, including colorectal cancer (CRC). LncRNA SOX21-AS1 has been verified as oncogenic molecular in other cancers and tumorigenesis. In present study, our team investigates the clinical characteristic and molecular function in CRC carcinogenesis. Results showed that lncRNA SOX21-AS1 expression was significantly over-expressed in CRC tissue samples and cells. The aberrant over-expression of SOX21-AS1 indicated poor prognosis of CRC patients. In vitro and in vivo validation experiments, SOX21-AS1 silencing inhibited the proliferation, invasion, and decreased the tumor growth of CRC cells. Moreover, miR-145 was proved to be the target of SOX21-AS1, besides, myosin VI (MYO6) was found to be one of the targets of miR-145 using bioinformatics prediction programs and rescue confirmation experiments. In summary, our study reveals the tumorigenic effect of lncRNA SOX21-AS1 in CRC cells via targeting miR-145/MYO6, providing a novel insight for CRC carcinogenesis.

This paper introduces the server design of a personal cloud sync storage system based on Android mobile terminal, including system architecture, workflow and module design. According to the application characteristics of personal cloud, this thesis selects Servlet as the core development technology of server-side system, describes the development process of the personal cloud server based on Tomcat container and establishes a secure connection between the mobile terminal and the personal cloud server center. Under the LAN environment, the server system has successfully completed the function module of the test and assembly verification test. Test results show that the whole system runs in good condition and has certain applicative value.

Phase structure of the quintessence Reissner-Nordstr\"{o}m-AdS black hole is probed with the nonlocal observables such as holographic entanglement entropy and two point correlation function. Our result shows that, as the case of the thermal entropy, both the observables exhibit the similar Van der Waals-like phase transition. To reinforce the conclusion, we further check the equal area law for the first order phase transition and critical exponent of the heat capacity for the second order phase transition. With the non-local observables such as two point correlation function and holographic entanglement entropy, we probe the phase structure of the Born-Infeld-anti-de Sitter black holes. The Van der Waals-like phase transition is observed in temperature-thermal entropy plane in spherically symmetric charged Gauss-Bonnet-AdS black hole background. In terms of AdS/CFT, the non-local observables such as holographic entanglement entropy, Wilson loop, and two point correlation function of very heavy operators in the field theory dual to spherically symmetric charged Gauss-Bonnet-AdS black hole have been investigated. All of them exhibit the Van der Waals-like phase transition for a fixed charge parameter or Gauss-Bonnet parameter in such gravity background. For the realtime updating and strong randomness of the information, large RFID-based warehousing picking path optimization job requires to make decision continuously. It is different from the traditional picking path Problem. This paper proposed an Improved Ant Colony algorithm in order to solve the optimization of the large storage picking path based on RFID. Distributed Strategy, Dynamic Response Strategy and Time Waiting Strategy are adopted to improve the candidate set, meanwhile, adjust operator and parameter selection. Experimental results show that the convergence speed of this algorithm with high precision, a better solution to the optimization of picking operation based on RFID.

The motion-blurred image restoration has been the difficulty of the field of image processing. In this paper, proposed a motion-blurred length method based on Fourier transform of the parameter estimation method. The method improved the accuracy of the blurred length estimation. The method improved the effect of the motion-blurred image restoration. The experiments verified that the accuracy and feasibility of the method proposed.

In order to improve the positioning accuracy and reduce the localization cost, a kind of PSO-based RFID indoor localization algorithm is proposed in this paper. The main idea of this algorithm contains the following two aspects. First, due to the influence of none line of sight and multipath transmission in indoor environment, we adopt Gaussian Smoothing Filter to process Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) values, which can reduce the impact of environmental factors on the position estimation effectively. Second, Particle of Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is introduced to obtain a better positioning result. By experimenting in different indoor environment, the results demonstrate that the proposed approach can not only improve the precision of indoor localization, but has a lower cost and better robustness when compared to VIRE approach.

In the near future, gravitational wave detection is set to become an important observational tool for astrophysics. It will provide us with an excellent means to distinguish different gravitational theories. In effective form, many gravitational theories can be cast into an f(R) theory. In this article, we study the dynamics and gravitational waveform of an equal-mass binary black hole system in f(R) theory. We reduce the equations of motion in f(R) theory to the Einstein-Klein-Gordon coupled equations. In this form, it is straightforward to modify our existing numerical relativistic codes to simulate binary black hole mergers in f(R) theory. We considered binary black holes surrounded by a shell of scalar field. We solve the initial data numerically using the Olliptic code. The evolution part is calculated using the extended AMSSNCKU code. Both codes were updated and tested to solve the problem of binary black holes in f(R) theory. Our results show that the binary black hole dynamics in f(R) theory is more complex than in general relativity. In particular, the trajectory and merger time are strongly affected. The inclusion complexes of rutin/sulfobutylether-β-cyclodextrin (SBE-β-CD) were prepared by grinding, co-precipitation and ultrasonic method and then identified with differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and UV-visible spectrophotometry (UV). The molar ratio 1∶1 of rutin to SBE-β-CD in the complex was confirmed by phase solubility studies, and the dissolutions of rutin/SBE-β-CD were investigated by UV. The dissolution of rutin included in the complex showed significant increases in aqueous solution. The rutin/SBE-β-CD inclusion complex exhibited unique physical characteristics that are different from rutin.

Along with the development of the interferometric gravitational wave detector, we enter into an epoch of the gravitational wave astronomy, which will open a brand new window for astrophysics to observe our universe. However, the gravitational wave detection is a typical weak signal detection, and this weak signal is buried in a strong instrument noise. To our knowledge, almost all of the data analysis methods in gravitational wave detection at present are based on a matched filtering. So it is desirable to take advantage of stochastic resonance methods. However, the all of the stochastic resonance methods are general based on a Fourier transformation and fall short of the matched filtering as a usable technique. In this paper we relate the stochastic resonance to the matched filtering. Our results show that the stochastic resonance can indeed be combined with the matched filtering for both the periodic and the non-periodic input signal. This encouraging result will be the first step to apply the stochastic resonance to the matched filtering in gravitational wave detection. Moreover, based on the matched filtering, we firstly propose a novel measurement method for the stochastic resonance which is valid for both the periodic and the non-periodic driven signal.

The intercalation of camptothecin (CPT) into a layered inorganic host, Mg-Al layered double hydroxide (LDH), was carried out using a coprecipitation method to obtain CPT-LDH nanohybrids. It was found that the intercalated amounts (Ain) of CPT-LDH nanohybrids were remarkably dependent on the molar ratios (RC/M) of CPT to metal ions in raw materials. The Ain value increases with the RC/M value increasing. According to the gallery heights of CPT-LDH and sizes of CPT molecule, a probably morphology of CPT molecules in the gallery of LDH was suggested that the horizontal-arranged monolayer and vertical-arranged bilayer of CPT molecules coexisted in the interlayer region of LDH. An interesting result was found that the gallery height corresponding to the bilayer of CPT-LDH sample with a high Ain value was remarkably lower than that with low Ain value. The in vitro CPT release examinations from the nanohybrids showed that the CPT-LDH nanohybrids were a potential drug controlled release system. The kinetic analysis showed that the release kinetics of CPT from the nanohybrids obeyed the pseudo-first order kinetic model and the diffusion of CPT through the LDH particle of CPT played an important role in controlling the drug release rate.

The time-of-flight mass spectrum (TOFMS) relative to the resonant two-photon ionization of gas phase p-dichlorobenzene was obtained in the wavelength range of 240-250 nm by a home-made system. A special design was made to reduce the effect of memory on the inner wall of the sample inlet system suitable for the investigation of semi-volatile organic compound. In this wavelength range, p-dichlorobenzene molecules firstly absorbed one photon to be excited from the ground state 1Ag(S0) to the first excited state 1B2u(S1), then absorbed another photon to be ionized. The relationship between the signal intensity of p-dichlorobenzene molecular ion C6H435Cl+2 at 248-nm wavelength and the laser power was given. The 1.52 power index of C6H435Cl+2 was a typical identification of the 3/2 power law. The relationship between the ion signal intensity of C6H435Cl+2 and the sample concentration was close to a linear one in the ppm(V/V) range, which led to a detection limit of 125 ppb(V/V) for p-dichlorobenzene.

In the last years it has been shown that some properties of strongly coupled superconductors can be potentially described by classical general relativity living in one higher dimension, which is known as holographic superconductors. This paper gives a quick and introductory overview of some holographic superconductor models with s-wave, p-wave and d-wave orders in the literature from point of view of bottom-up, and summarizes some basic properties of these holographic models in various regimes. Gravitational collapse of a shell of charged dust surrounded by the phantom dark energy is probed by the minimal area surface, which is dual to probe the thermalization in the boundary quantum field by expectation values of Wilson loop in the framework of the AdS/CFT correspondence. We investigated mainly the effect of the phantom dark energy parameter and chemical potential on the thermalization. The result shows that the smaller the phantom dark energy parameter is, the easier the plasma thermalizes as the chemical potential is fixed, and the larger the chemical potential is, the harder the plasma thermalizes as the dark energy parameter is fixed. The gravitational lensing effect is important to the detection of electromagnetic signals in astrophysics. The gravitational wave lensing effect has also been found significant to gravitational wave detection in the past decade. Recent analysis shows that the lensing events for advanced detectors could be quite plausible. The black holes in our Milky Way Galaxy may play the role of lens objects. These facts motivate us to study the lensing effects on gravitational wave signals for advanced detectors. Taking advanced LIGO and Einstein Telescope for examples, we investigate the lensing effects on the parameter extraction of gravitational wave signals. Using the Markov chain Monte Carlo simulation together with matched filtering methods, we find that the lensing effect for a lens object with small mass is negligible. But when the mass of the lens object increases to larger than 1000M(circle dot) the lensing effect becomes important. Using the template without lensing corrections would result in loss of signal detections. In contrast if we consider templates with lensing effects, the lensed signal may provide much information about the lens black hole. These facts may give us a new way to determine the parameters of the lensing object. For example, this kind of signal may also help us estimate the mass and the distance of the supermassive black hole hosted at the center of our Galaxy.

We study competition between s-wave order and d-wave order through two holographic superconductor models. We find that once the coexisting phase appears, it is always thermodynamically favored, and that the coexistence phase is narrow and one condensate tends to kill the other. The phase diagram is constructed for each model in terms of temperature and the ratio of charges of two orders. The theoretical analysis of the intrinsic ionization constant (K(a2)(int)) of Fe-Al-Mg hydrotalcite-like compounds (HTlc) possessing permanent charges was first performed using the double extrapolation method proposed by James et al. The theoretical permanent charge density (sigma(p,T)) of the HTlc sample was calculated from the crystal structure of HTlc, and the influence of sigma(p,T) on the K(a2)(int) was also examined. From the experimental results, these conclusions can be obtained: the zero point of the charge (pH(ZPC)) of Fe-Al-Mg HTlc increases with decreased Fe3+ content and increases with increased Mg2+ in the HTlc. The pK(a2)(int) of Fe-Al-Mg HTlc also increases with decreased Fe3+ and increased Mg2+ content in the sample; furthermore, the pK(a2)(int) of Fe-Al-Mg HTlc increases with decreased sigma(p,T).
