A multi-twister six-channel banknote sorting device is designed for the financial market and public transportation system, to solve the problems of traditional devices such as single structure, large size and expensive price, fhe core of the device and innovation points lay on notes separation mechanism Using friction between note and twist wheel and different gears of synchronous wheels, we design the device with four parts: notes separation structure, notes denomination recognition structure, the structure of the paper currency sorting, and data feedback. The paper currency denomination recognition mainly uses HSV color sensor principle, and data feedback is the LCD display which shows the denomination and quantity of the bill. Paper currencies were sorted by using a combination of eight wheels and the steering control. There are one entry and six exports, and currencies with different denominations are sorted. It greatly saves space. Physical prototype shows that the device can process six different denominations of chaotic notes, it is stable, high sorting speed, small size, high accuracy, low price, clean energy consumption, low visibility, and expandability. It can be used in the public transportation, finance and other related cash processing industry to reduce the sorting of human resources and workload, and improve work efficiency. In this paper, an approach of recovery of paper scraps was proposed. First of all, the number of word boundary continuous points was used as the character feature, Then gray feature of the boundary text was extracted by using the continuous eight connection method. The continuous point number feature matrix based on the gray feature is obtained through the feature extraction. Finally, the ordering of the fragments is sorted by position, computer programs are developed by C language and according to this algorithm. In this paper, an approach of recovery of paper scraps was proposed. First of all, adjacent bits of paper text line feature were selected, and each piece of paper was used as a node of the graph. It established a grid graph model based on the line feature of text, and narrowed the set of matching scraps of paper by considering both sides of pieces line the matching. Function values of both positive and negative similarity were added as similarity of scraps of paper, when the similarity function value reached minimum. It shows the difference of gray value of two scraps of paper writing disconnection can reach the minimum. Finally, the simulated annealing mechanism was introduced to optimize the matching process of the set of matching pieces of paper. In order to solve the problem of optimal aHocation of non-paper resource in chemical laboratories, a mathematical model is set up. We abstract the problem to find an optimal solution in a six-dimensional space. A constraint rule and an optimization rule are presnted, cost distance and equilibration value are given, wait time is defined based on open queuing network too. The air flow with sand produced in deep water gas wells has a high flow rate, causing the erosion of screen to be more serious, which is easy to cause sand control failure, affect production and aggravating the cost of workover. In order to accurately monitor the erosion of sand control screens in deep water gas wells, it is more practical and valuable to use the short-time, low-cost simulation experiment to research. In this paper, the overall geometric model of the screen and the geometric model of the pore are constructed, and they can be modified in stages to match the change of pore size during the erosion process. The multi -angle screen erosion model of discrete particles is established and the gas-solid coupling flow model is introduced. The sub-relaxation iteration is used to iteratively calculate the two-phase flow field distribution and the erosion rate of the screen, and a simulation method of screen erosion is formed by applying the XX well for erosion analysis. The simulation experiment of sand control screen erosion proposed in this paper provides a research method and theoretical basis for the optimization of sand control screen and the calculation of erosion rate in deep water gas wells, which is of great significance for ensuring the safe and efficient development of marine oil and gas resources. Based on the idea of fully differential amplification and the concept of impedance control, this paper introduces a set of controllable gain RF broadband amplification system with MSP430F6638 as the control core. To effectively suppress the noise interference and ensure the system performance while achieving the controllable gain adjustment, the system uses a cascade of a fixed-gain fully differential amplifier and a controllable gain fully differential amplifier. The spectrum of the image reflects the distribution of image energy in the frequency domain. The ratio of the high and low frequency components of the spectrum reflects the distribution of edge information and smooth information in the image. Through statistical analysis of the spectral distribution of dear and blurred images, this paper proposes an image clarity and fuzzy discrimination method based on sub-band spectral information. First, the spectrum energy outside the frequency radius is calculated, and the characteristic curve of the residual energy of the spectrum is obtained. Secondly, according to the residual energy curve, the normalized fuzzy judgment parameters are obtained. When the fuzzy parameter is less than a certain threshold, the image is judged to be a blurred image. The experimental results show that the parameter proposed in this paper can quantitatively measure the degree of image blur, and has the advantages of fast and simple judgment process and high classification discrimination. This paper discusses the important supportive function that scientific research of colleges and universities has exerted to experimental teaching, and analyzes the obstacles and issues on this perspective. In order to solve the problems including lack of preview and single mode of teaching and evaluation in the teaching practice of fundamentals of machine design, the paper presents to change the traditional teaching method of teacher-centered and adopt flipped classroom which can realize student-centered autonomous learning. In the simulation environment of GNS, this paper designs the routing simulation experiment scheme of multiautonomous system. This paper proves that connectivity of multi-autonomous systems can be achieved, by assigning reasonably OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, and BGP dynamic routing protocols. In addition, it also analyzes the division of the OSPF area, election of DR/BDR in OSPF routing protocol, distribute-list and deployment of BGP routing protocol among autonomous systems. In the experimental teaching of sensor technology course, visual sensor is used to carry out the teaching requirements of non-contact shape detection, and a 3-dimensional shape detection device based on binocular charge couple device( CCD) is designed. Based on the functional analysis of the experimental teaching device, the overall scheme of binocular CCD vision measurement including horizontal and vertical directions is completed. The horizontal direction is reconstructed by multiple image sequences in three dimensions, and the vertical direction passes through different height sections of the measured object. The hardware design is carried out, mainly including image acquisition, mechanical movement and bracket design, and the reliability analysis of the mechanical structure is carried out.According to the working scheme of the device, this paper makes a corresponding theoretical analysis on the two 3-dimensional reconstruction methods so as to give a theoretical basis for the software implementation. The software design is carried out in the Windows environment. The multi-image 3-dimensional reconstruction is performed by integrating VisualSFM, PMSV and Meshlab. At the same time, according to the overall scheme, the corresponding image acquisition program is designed. Finally, the overall 3-dimensional shape detection system is completed, the experimental test is carried out, and the experimental process and result analysis are given in this paper. The paper proposes a hybrid control strategy to achieve stable operation of the T-type three-level rectifier. The control method includes inner loop and outer loop, the outer loop adopts PI controller to realize DC side voltage stability and reactive power acquisition, and the inner loop adopts finite set model predictive control to realize input current control. The problem of midpoint imbalance of T type three-level rectifier is solved by adjusting the vector action time. The hybrid control method proposed in this paper has the following innovations: 1 fast dynamic response; 2 less PI parameters; 3 less calculation; 4 no need of adjusting modulation stratege. In order to improve the teaching practice ability of the graduate students in the Department of Chemistry, Zhejiang University, we began to implement the pilot reform of the assistant teaching system in May 2014, and carried out the safety education and management of the assistants. This paper emphatically expounds the necessity and ideas of safety education for teaching assistants. Safety education must follow the general laws of education and management psychology: stimulating assistants through various forms and repetitions to form perceptual knowledge and correct safety consciousness; cultivating the habit of assistants’ active learning of safety knowledge and skills.
